WHY SHOULD I MEDITATE?

LIONS ROAR Take an honest look at yourself.

Where are you in your life?

What have your priorities been up till now and what do you intend to do with the time

you have left?

We are a mixture of light and shadow, of good qualities and defects.

Are we really the best we can be?

Must we remain as we are now?

If not, what can we do to improve ourselves?

These are questions worth asking, particularly if we have come to the conclusion that change

is both desirable and possible.

EVERY ONE OF US HAS A MIND AND EVERY ONE OF US CAN WORK ON IT.

In our modern world, we are consumed from morning till night with endless activity.

We do not have much time or energy left over to consider the basic causes of our happiness

or suffering.

We imagine, more or less consciously, that if we undertake more activities we will have

more intense experiences and therefore our sense of dissatisfaction will fade away.

But the truth is that many of us continue to feel let down and frustrated by our contemporary

lifestyle.

The aim of meditation is to transform the mind.

It does not have to be associated with any particular religion.

Every one of us has a mind and every one of us can work on it.

IS CHANGE POSSIBLE?

The real question is not whether change is desirable; it is whether it is possible to

change.

Some people might think they cant change because their afflictive emotions are so intimately

associated with their minds that it is impossible to get rid of them without destroying a part

of themselves.

It is true that in general a persons character doesnt change very much over the course

of their life.

If we could study the same group of people every few years, we would rarely find that

the angry people had become patient, that the disturbed people had found inner peace,

or that the pretentious people had learned humility.

But as rare as such changes might be, some people do change, which shows that change

is possible.

The point is that our negative character traits tend to persist if we do nothing at all to

change the status quo.

No change occurs if we just let our habitual tendencies and automatic patterns of thought

perpetuate and even reinforce themselves, thought after thought, day after day, year

after year.

But those tendencies and patterns can be challenged.

NO CHANGE CAN OCCUR IF WE JUST LET OUR HABITUAL TENDENCIES PERPETUATE AND EVEN REINFORCE THEMSELVES,

THOUGHT AFTER THOUGHT, DAY AFTER DAY, YEAR AFTER YEAR.

Aggression, greed, jealousy, and the other mental poisons are unquestionably part of

us, but are they an intrinsic, inalienable part?

Not necessarily.

For example, a glass of water might contain cyanide that could kill us on the spot.

But the same water could instead be mixed with healing medicine.

In either case, H2O, the chemical formula of the water itself, remains unchanged; in

itself, it was never either poisonous or medicinal.

The different states of the water are temporary and dependent on changing circumstances.

In a similar way, our emotions, moods, and bad character traits are just temporary and

circumstantial elements of our nature.

A FUNDAMENTAL ASPECT OF CONSCIOUSNESS This temporary and circumstantial quality

becomes clear to us when we realize that the primary quality of consciousness is simply

knowing.

Like the water in the above example, knowing or awareness is neither good nor bad in itself.

If we look behind the turbulent stream of transient thoughts and emotions that pass

through our minds day and night, this fundamental aspect of consciousness is always there.

Awareness makes it possible for us to perceive phenomena of every kind.

Buddhism describes this basic cognitive quality of the mind as luminous because it illuminates

both the external world through perceptions and the inner world of sensation, emotion,

reasoning, memory, hope, and fear.

Although this cognitive faculty underlies every mental event, it is not itself affected

by any of these events.

A ray of light may shine on a face disfigured by hatred or on a smiling face; it may shine

on a jewel or on a garbage heap; but the light itself is neither mean nor loving, neither

dirty nor clean.

Understanding that the essential nature of consciousness is neutral shows us that it

is possible to change our mental universe.

We can transform the content of our thoughts and experiences.

The neutral and luminous background of our consciousness provides us with the space we

need to observe mental events rather than being at their mercy.

We then also have the space we need to create the conditions necessary to transform these

mental events.

WISHING IS NOT ENOUGH We have no choice about what we already are,

but we can wish to change ourselves.

Such an aspiration gives the mind a sense of direction.

But just wishing is not enough.

We have to find a way of putting that wish into action.

We dont find anything strange about spending years learning to walk, read and write, or

acquire professional skills.

We spend hours doing physical exercises to get our bodies into shape.

Sometimes we expend tremendous physical energy pedaling a stationary bike.

To sustain such tasks requires a minimum of interest or enthusiasm.

This interest comes from believing that these efforts are going to benefit us in the long

run.

Working with the mind follows the same logic.

How could it be subject to change without the least effort, just from wishing alone?

That makes no more sense than expecting to learn to play a Mozart sonata by just occasionally

doodling around on the piano.

IF WE TRANSFORM OUR WAY OF PERCEIVING THINGS, WE TRANSFORM THE QUALITY OF OUR LIVES.

We expend a lot of effort to improve the external conditions of our lives, but in the end it

is always the mind that creates our experience of the world and translates this experience

into either well-being or suffering.

If we transform our way of perceiving things, we transform the quality of our lives.

It is this kind of transformation that is brought about by the form of mind training

known as meditation.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Meditation is a practice that makes it possible to cultivate and develop certain basic positive

human qualities in the same way as other forms of training make it possible to play a musical

instrument or acquire any other skill.

Among several Asian words that translate as meditation in English are bhavana from

Sanskrit, which means to cultivate, and its Tibetan equivalent, gom, meaning to

become familiar with. Meditation helps us to familiarize ourselves with a clear and

accurate way of seeing things and to cultivate wholesome qualities that remain dormant within

us unless we make an effort to draw them out.

So let us begin by asking ourselves, What do I really want out of life?

Am I content to just keep improvising from day to day?

Am I going to ignore the vague sense of discontent that I always feel deep down when, at the

same time, I am longing for well-being and fulfillment? We have become accustomed

to thinking that our shortcomings are inevitable and that we have to put up with the setbacks

they have brought us throughout our lives.

We take the dysfunctional aspects of ourselves for granted, not realizing that it is possible

to break out of the vicious cycle of exhausting behavior patterns.

From a Buddhist point of view, the traditional texts say every being has the potential for

enlightenment just as surely as every sesame seed contains oil.

Despite this, to use another traditional comparison, we wander about in confusion like a beggar

who is simultaneously rich and poor because he does not know he has a treasure buried

under the floor of his hut.

The goal of the Buddhist path is to come into possession of this overlooked wealth of ours,

which can imbue our lives with the most profound meaning.

TRAINING THE MIND The object of meditation is the mind.

For the moment, it is simultaneously confused, agitated, rebellious, and subject to innumerable

conditioned and automatic patterns.

The goal of meditation is not to shut down the mind or anesthetize it, but to make it

free, lucid, and balanced.

TRAINING THE MIND IS CRUCIAL IF WE WANT TO REFINE AND SHARPEN OUR ATTENTION; DEVELOP

EMOTIONAL BALANCE, INNER PEACE, AND WISDOM; AND CULTIVATE DEDICATION TO THE WELFARE OF

OTHERS.

According to Buddhism, the mind is not an entity but rather a dynamic stream of experiences,

a succession of moments of consciousness.

These experiences are often marked by confusion and suffering, but we can also live them in

a spacious state of clarity and inner freedom.

We all well know, as the contemporary Tibetan master Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche reminds us,

that we dont need to train our minds to improve our ability to get upset or jealous.

We dont need an anger accelerator or a pride amplifier. By contrast, training

the mind is crucial if we want to refine and sharpen our attention; develop emotional balance,

inner peace, and wisdom; and cultivate dedication to the welfare of others.

We have within ourselves the potential to develop these qualities, but they will not

develop by themselves or just because we want them to.

They require training.

And all training requires perseverance and enthusiasm, as I have already said.

We wont learn to ski by practicing one or two minutes a month.

REFINING ATTENTION AND MINDFULNESS Galileo discovered the rings of Saturn after

devising a telescope that was sufficiently bright and powerful and setting it up on a

stable support.

His discovery would not have been possible if his instrument had been inadequate or if

he had held it in a trembling hand.

Similarly, if we want to observe the subtlest mechanisms of our mental functioning and have

an effect on them, we absolutely must refine our powers of looking inward.

In order to do that, our attention has to be highly sharpened so that it becomes stable

and clear.

We will then be able to observe how the mind functions and perceives the world, and we

will be able to understand the way thoughts multiply by association.

Finally, we will be able to continue to refine the minds perception until we reach the

point where we are able to see the most fundamental state of our consciousness, a perfectly lucid

and awakened state that is always present, even in the absence of the ordinary chain

of thoughts.

WHAT MEDITATION IS NOT Sometimes practitioners of meditation are

accused of being too focused on themselves, of wallowing in egocentric introspection and

failing to be concerned with others.

But we cannot regard as selfish a process whose goal is to root out the obsession with

self and to cultivate altruism.

This would be like blaming an aspiring doctor for spending years studying medicine before

beginning to practice.

There are a fair number of clichs in circulation about meditation.

Let me point out right away that meditation is not an attempt to create a blank mind by

blocking out thoughtswhich is impossible anyway.

Nor is it engaging the mind in endless cogitation in an attempt to analyze the past or anticipate

the future.

Neither is it a simple process of relaxation in which inner conflicts are temporarily suspended

in a vague, amorphous state of consciousness.

There is not much point in resting in a state of inner bewilderment.

There is indeed an element of relaxation in meditation, but it is connected with the relief

that comes from letting go of hopes and fears, of attachments and the whims of the ego that

never stop feeding our inner conflicts.

MASTERY THAT SETS US FREE The way we deal with thoughts in meditation

is not to block them or feed them indefinitely, but to let them arise and dissolve by themselves

in the field of mindfulness.

In this way, they do not take over our minds.

Beyond that, meditation consists of cultivating a way of being that is not subject to the

patterns of habitual thinking.

It often begins with analysis and then continues with contemplation and inner transformation.

To be free is to be the master of ourselves.

It is not a matter of doing whatever comes into our heads, but rather of freeing ourselves

from the constraints and afflictions that dominate and obscure our minds.

It is a matter of taking our life into our own hands rather than abandoning it to the

tendencies created by habit and mental confusion.

Instead of letting go of the helm and just allowing the boat to drift wherever the wind

blows, freedom means setting a course toward a chosen destinationthe destination that

we know to be the most desirable for ourselves and others.

THE HEART OF REALITY Meditation is not, as some people think, a

means of escaping reality.

On the contrary, its object is to make us see reality as it is, right in the midst of

our experience, to unmask the deep causes of our suffering, and to dispel mental confusion.

We develop a kind of understanding that comes from a clearer view of reality.

To reach this understanding, we meditate, for example, on the interdependence of all

phenomena, on their transitory character, and on the nonexistence of the ego perceived

as a solid and independent entity.

Meditations on these themes are based on the experience of generations of meditators who

have devoted their lives to observing the automatic, mechanical patterns of thought

and the nature of consciousness.

They then taught empirical methods for developing mental clarity, alertness, inner freedom,

altruistic love, and compassion.

However, we cannot merely rely on their words to free ourselves from suffering.

We must discover for ourselves the value of the methods these wise people taught and confirm

for ourselves the conclusions they reached.

This is not purely an intellectual process.

Long study of our own experience is needed to rediscover their answers and integrate

them into ourselves on a deep level.

This process requires determination, enthusiasm, and perseverance.

It requires what Shantideva calls joy in virtuous ways.

Thus we begin by observing and understanding how thoughts multiply by association with

each other and create a whole world of emotions, of joy and suffering.

Then we penetrate the screen of thoughts and glimpse the fundamental component of consciousness:

the primal cognitive faculty from which all thoughts arise.

LIBERATING MONKEY MIND To accomplish this task, we must begin by

calming our turbulent mind.

Our mind behaves like a captive monkey who, in his agitation, becomes more and more entangled

in his bonds.

Out of the vortex of our thoughts, first emotions arise, and then moods and behaviors, and finally

habits and traits of character.

What arises spontaneously does not necessarily produce good results, any more than throwing

seeds into the wind produces good harvests.

So we have to behave like good farmers who prepare their fields before sowing their seeds.

For us, this means the most important task is to attain freedom through mastering our

mind.

If we consider that the potential benefit of meditation is to give us a new experience

of the world each moment of our lives, then it doesnt seem excessive to spend at least

twenty minutes a day getting to know our mind better and training it toward this kind of

openness.

The fruition of meditation could be described as an optimal way of being, or as genuine

happiness.

This true and lasting happiness is a profound sense of having realized to the utmost the

potential we have within us for wisdom

and accomplishment.

Working toward this kind of fulfillment is an adventure worth embarking on.

So beware! Do not belittle any human (or anything of the creation)

Because had Allah ﷻ belittled anything of His creation, He ﷻ wouldn't have created it (to begin with)

Our Lord, Exalted and Glorified is He, did not belittle the ant.

Otherwise, He ﷻ wouldn't have created it.

The fact that He ﷻ created it proves that He ﷻ respects it

EP 013: How to Match Message to Mindset - Duration: 8:10.

- In 2002,

Ohio State researchers did a study.

In this study,

participants were asked to choose between

one of two equally attractive football teams.

Let's call them Team X

and Team Y.

Now, after the participants have already decided

which team they favored,

let's say

I have preferred Team X,

another participant

who's actually a plant for the researchers

would come up to the participants

and tell them that they

definitely had to choose Team X.

What do you think the results were?

Did people stay with their original choice,

or did they switch?

The answer is really important to us

as we figure out what's the best way

to create change.

I'm Tamsen Webster

of tamsenwebster.com,

and this is Find The Red Thread.

So what happened?

As it turns out,

when participants were approached

by that plant by the researcher

and told that they definitely had to choose a certain team,

even if the participants preferred that team,

they switched.

They switched their bet

76% of the time.

What's underlying all that

is a really important concept for any of us

who want to create action or movement, or change,

and the messages, or the presentations that we make.

And that concept is something called

psychological reactance.

It's what's going on whenever a parent tells the kid,

"Hey, it's time to go to bed."

And they say, "no it isn't!"

"You're tired!"

"No, I'm not!"

It's a human response

that if we're told to do something,

we often will dig in our heels

and want to do the exact opposite.

Even against all evidence and all rational decision making.

What can we do with that?

Why is it so important for us?

Well as I said before,

for trying to drive action, this is something

we're always going to have to pay attention to.

And there's something that we miss

when we're putting messages together.

And a lot of times

that simple thing that we're missing

is: what is the mindset of the person that we're talking to?

What do I mean by that?

A couple weeks ago,

I had someone reach out to me

and they wanted to just have a virtual coffee

and talk to each other about what we did.

We thought maybe there was an opportunity to work together.

But it was pretty clear

within the first two minutes of this conversation

that we had completely different expectations.

I was looking forward to seeing what she was doing

and how I might be able to help,

and she was looking for whether or not I was interested

in becoming part of her network marketing program.

Now, there's nothing wrong necessarily

with network marketing program

and there is nothing wrong with me wanting to help her out.

The problem happens

when two people have two different expectations

of what's going on.

You've experienced that too yourself too.

Either when someone approaches you at a cocktail party

and starts to pitch you

or even worse, you're at a conference,

and you're there to learn something exciting

and all of a sudden

the presentation turns into a giant pitch.

We get mad.

And we get mad because of that gap

between what we were expecting to get

and what we're actually getting.

The way to think about it is this:

when people are making a decision to change

or to do something differently,

and whether that's a customer, or an individual,

or a business, or a market,

there's really two phases that we deal with.

One is where we're gathering information

and another is

when we're choosing amongst those pieces of information

to make a decision.

Now is it much more complicated than that?

Is there a journey?

Does it go back and forth?

And is there a funnel?

Yes, but

I think you can agree

that those two phases are generally the case

and most often

one has to precede the other.

People have to learn about something

before they're willing to do something.

Here's how this ties into creating messages

with The Red Thread—

that we have to understand which phase somebody is in.

Because if they're at a learning phase,

then the goal that they want,

the problem that they have,

the idea that will help get them receptive to change,

even the change itself

is going to look and sound very different

than somebody who has already decided to act.

For instance,

if I've got somebody who is

at a conference and trying to learn

about some new content marketing program

or some new content marketing approach,

then even if ultimately,

I want them to buy a product or service that I have,

I need to understand that in that moment,

they're still willing and ready only to learn.

Which means that the problem they have

can't be that they don't have my service.

That the idea can't be that

my service is the only one that does things.

And the change cannot be,

"hey, buy my thing."

The problem has to be

with something about how they see the world.

"You are looking at content marketing

as a series of channels," for instance,

"but not really looking at the quality of the content."

The idea has to be something that explains that problem.

That helps them see things in a new way.

Something like,

"people still make decisions the same way."

And so, that leads to a change

that if we design content around

how people make decisions,

we'll be able to navigate changes and channels

much much more easily.

Now, even if I'm selling a service

that helps people develop better content,

I'm not going to mention that in that situation.

Because what I'm doing now,

instead of invoking psychological reactance,

is allowing people to

come to those conclusions themselves.

I am creating a space

for agreement.

When somebody has decided to move,

and that's key,

they decide to move from

learning about something to doing something about it.

Once they decide to move,

then the answers to those questions can be different.

Their goal now is to explore

why your particular service

might be better,

or they're deciding between

which service is going to be best.

And in that case,

the problem is going to reflect that goal.

The problem is going to be that

if that goal is approached one way

by focusing only on the channels,

we're going to run into some other problems.

"But, we at this particular company

"see that goal another way.

"We look at it as let's look at the content

"and how it's put together."

Which leads to an idea

which now allows me to put my specific message in place.

I can say, "well at

"content whatever company.com,

"we believe X."

That's the idea.

Which now allows me to say,

"that's why at content company X,

"we approach this particular goal this way.

"Which is why we've developed our products

"that are x, y and z.

"Don't you want to learn more?"

It all comes down to understanding that mindset.

When we want to create change,

we need to understand where somebody is.

Are they in a learning mindset?

Or are they in a doing mindset?

And then,

we use that to determine how do we fill in the blanks

of The Red Thread from there?

I'm Tamsen Webster

of tamsenwebster.com.

What kind of PC do I use? - Duration: 3:16.

Hey guys, so over the time I've been

making videos on YouTube people have

asked me what kind of PC or laptop I use.

So I decided why I make a video on it?

Let's get into it.

I built the main PC I use in January

2016 but upgraded it a lot since then. To

begin with it had an FX-8320 CPU, an MSI

970A-G46 motherboard, an NVIDIA GTX

960 GPU, 8GB of memory and a 1TB

HDD. I have a picture of it on

screen. The best upgrade I ever made was

switching out my main HDD to an SSD. This

sped up just about everything you can

think of. However I still had an issue

where the SATA drives would

randomly disconnect for about 20 seconds

and then reconnect. So that pretty much

led to the entire PC being frozen for

that time until it connected

itself again. I knew it was the motherboard

because one of the PCIe lanes didn't

function as it should either. So I bought

a Gigabyte 970 Gaming and replaced it. That

fixed the issues and everything seemed to

be running smoothly. So I kept it like

this for a while. I was only getting

around 50FPS in GTA 5 with medium to

low settings so I upgraded the GPU

to an RX 480 8GB and it

helped out a lot. I usually get a solid

60FPS now with medium settings, just

increased a little. Now my CPU is kind of

bottlenecking my system. I'm recording

this video using the same PC and the FPS

is, well, cut in half of what I normally

would get. I don't make a lot of videos

like this so I don't need a beast gaming

machine or anything. It does fine for

what I need. Next is the laptop I mainly

use. It's not as powerful and can't run

many games well but I usually only use

it when I'm in bed at night and don't

want to get up and go to my PC. It has an i7

2670QM CPU, a GT 540M GPU, 8GB

of memory, a 500GB SSD

and a 1080p screen with a webcam and

backlit keyboard. I got on eBay for $200

but I had to upgrade the SSD and memory

myself. There's not much else to say

about it.

So that's it for my main computers. I have

another desktop and another laptop from a

couple of years ago that I don't use much.

They were meant to only be used for basic

tasks, so I didn't care much about the

specs at the time. The PC has an AMD

Athlon 5350 CPU, some MSI motherboard I

can't even remember the name of, 6GB

of memory, a 160GB HDD,

and a GTX 960 GPU. Yes, I know what you're

thinking. Why the hell did you put in GTX

960 in with a $50 budget APU? Well that's

because I had the 960 laying around from

my main PC that I upgraded.So I didn't

feel like selling. It it's not a bad

machine but with the huge CPU bottleneck

most games don't get over 25FPS. The

laptop was a Dell Latitude. It has an

Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 CPU, 6GB

of memory, and a 320GB HDD. It's

definitely not meant for gaming in any

way...

So yeah I hope you liked this video.

Thanks for watching, leave a like, comment,

and subscribe for more videos like this in

the future, and I'll see you next time!

What do I do when I don't want to run? - Duration: 2:24.

Hey megan so what do I do when I'm not in the

mood to run I go run

There are two times to train when you want to

earn when you don't want to you gotta have

empathy with your future self your future self

will be really glad that you have for that run

even though it is

Looking like that outside today when it was 72

degrees two days ago it was snowing earlier

I ran in this running in a pretty pretty

decent sized wet Little snow storm so

okay

you gotta have empathy with your future self I

know I knew that

my future self would be disappointed in me if I

Run this morning

I know that

my future goals and aspirations depend upon what

I do today what I did this morning what I did

last month it's all built Upon each other all the

runs all the five minutes that I do lunges all

the drills thing

proper sleep

protein all that stuff uh

might not be Super most enjoyable thing before

you do it going up and running when it's snowing

may not be the the most fun thing you can do

in that moment but

it's the same with like eating the oreos or not

I tell myself that uh

one say start running once I don't eat the oreos

I'll be glad that I will be glad that I went to

run outside in the snow

even if I'm not glad that I did it while I'm

doing it as soon as I finish that run

I'm gonna be proud of myself my future self is

going to be thankful that I did that run

so that's how I control that's how I control urges

like or just eat all the oreos and that's how I

get myself to go run when I don't want to

Femme de Chem How do I date someone who's DeafBlind? - Duration: 5:34.

Hello!

And welcome to Femme de Chem Chats.

I'm Kit, your host, with your weekly musings on life, the universe, but mostly on disability.

This week I'm going to be talking about dating somebody who is DeafBlind.

I'm covering DeafBlind topics as they come up in my life, and I recently started getting

back into dating, and you know what, there are so many roadblocks in dating when you're

DeafBlind that I never considered before, so here they are.

Some of the things that I have pondered about, and I will now impart that knowledge onto

you.

So, let's say you have somebody in your life that you've been dying to ask out who is DeafBlind,

or you've been matched up through a friend, or a website, or however it is this happened.

My best advice: ask them what is best for them, but if you're too shy, this is my list,

and I think it's a good general list of what will be just generally helpful to DeafBlind

daters of the world.

Number 1: Find someplace quiet.

If you live in a small town like mine, cafes are great.

If you live in a city museums are actually really great because they are quiet.

Um, in my town we have a little tiny pottery painting place, that's really great for dates.

It doesn't really matter what you do as long as it's quiet.

Walks in the park work, what-ever.

Just, think-think quiet.

Number 2: Ask if we need help.

If your date is DeafBlind it's best to ask if they need help before gallantly jumping

in.

I'm usually pretty good about speaking up, but making me feel like I'm not being a burden

is really helpful.

But Never, ever, speak for me.

I might ask you to repeat something that someone else has said to me, like a waiter, but don't

speak for me, I can speak for myself.

Number 3: Be open-minded.

Things that seem obvious to you might not be obvious to your date.

I found out recently that babies have eye brows, because I can't see them, and I don't

exactly spend all of my time feeling the faces of my friend's babies.

So, your date might not know that maybe something makes noise, or that something has a certain

colour.

What-ever it is, just explain it to them non-judgmentally, and just move the conversation along.

No big deal.

Number 4: Leave self-consciousness behind.

Your date is not going to do things exactly the way that you do.

I have to get very close to things to see them.

Sometimes I use my phone as an external microphone to hear waiters and waitresses.

You also might hear rude comments from the public about your date, someone might try

to remove your date from the venue.

These are all things that might happen.

Do not panic.

If you're with someone who is DeafBlind, simply tap them and alert them that there is something

going on.

I've been trained to educate the public about my service dog, and I can speak for myself,

and I can educate for myself.

So, just try not to be self-conscience people do stare at me all the time because of the dog, it's ok.

5: Finding good lighting conditions.

This one is the quiet of the Deaf world.

If you are trying to communicate with the DeafBlind person using visual American Sign Language

lighting is going to either help or hinder your ability to communicate based

on how bright it is, and where the person is in relationship to the light.

And it's best to ask the person what lighting is best for them because I cannot answer that

for any other DeafBlind person.

I can't even answer that for myself because it's impossible to explain.

So, just ask what lighting is good for them, and go from there, but you need to take lighting

into consideration if you are communicating in visual American Sign Language.

Dating someone with a different life experience than you can be an exciting adventure for

everyone involved.

It's important for everyone to also remember that you just need to goooo with the floooow.

And stay calm when things don't go according to plan.

Most importantly, date someone because they have a sparkling personality that you find

attractive, and try not to let the opinions and comments from the general population intimate

you away from participating and embarking on a new relationship experience.

That was this week's if you have a question about being blind or DeafBlind and dating,

please leave a comment and I will get back to you.

If you have a question about dating someone who is blind or DeafBlind, again, leave a

question and I will do my best to get back to you.

Oh, good.

Our college, school visit special.

Right. Because it's the college's anniversary soon.

College-lover concept.

Believe us, please!

What's the concept today?

Today is ~

What concept? Today is a pleasant concept after the exam! - Oh, right. The exam is over.

Have you done it well?

I think I did.

Oh really? These kids are half-rated lol

They don't even study! 'Oh~ I was okay with this test'

Something I knew came out.

You should know if you studied.

Today, April, April,

2H, April, April, 2H,

review. We'll start with review.

First, IU, IU! Jing!

IU, April 21, - No, you have to watch the video first.

Oh, right x2.

Having suffered hard, - this is the place thing!

Really, ah, palette!

Oh, me, this, I've already seen.

I've already seen this too.

Here, the music video isn't a joke.

25 years old? 25 yo does this,

I feel like She has grown more than twenty-three.

You're 23, how do you rate her grow up to 25?

No, I'm little strange that she is older than me.

I don't actually have any artistic inspiration,

They're all experts, so it should be good?

I thought this thing was good with IU.

things, that last time we have seen, the color of color,

wet hair, IU likes it a bit more than that.

Are you familiar with IU?

Jieun! no, Jieun sis!

IU, comeback on April 21st.

Well, I don't know how many times I've heard a song since that day.

HBI makes the whole line from the first place to the 10th place for three days.

Heard in Believe IU! -Heard in Believe IU!

Now we know this, now. - Oh, well then ~

She literally dominates the Chart, conquered and proved her class.

However, the producing and,

What, - What's different with Produce 101?

Good-bye!

How, did you keep listening? I keep listening to this whole album, fr.

I didn't listen to it just so much, but I played it all the way a few times during morning.

I like this song too, 'Dear name' and 'Ending scene'. 'Ending scene', MV that Kim Soo-hyun comes out, Did you see?

No, - She really good with Kim Soo-hyun.

Oh really? When they were on 'Dream high', They were with another person.

Uh, and 'Producers'. Even when they did producers, they came out like this.

How about in Produce 101?

In the makeup, there's purple and violet here. That's really a fuss between the girls,

That make-up, 'RIsabae, please cover!' then The cover makeup video came up and it went out.

Like a bruising... like this?

It seemed to be a little red after crying,

It seems to be such a girlish.

hangover? - It does not know the men,

It's not a hangover! That's the little difference, -isn't it? I heard that,

It really has that feeling of color difference.

DIA. uh?

we saw that little unsatisfied teaser last time. - I only know Chaeyeon. and Eunjin.

right. - Chaeyeon comes out at first.

So, when will the song come out?

Hee Hyun. - Uh, good ride. isn't it?

OK. - I thought, but they made this song?

DIA. April 19th, comeback. Title song, will you go out with me?

The composition of the songs that fit the color of the members revealed the truth in self-produce.

Show the arm heart that follows finger heart? - What about Armheart?

How do you do armheart?

This for me, it's hard now.

I think it's exercise, Something like this is something I do, when people do this.

Bodybuilding? - Those who do, I feel like that.

It 's not trendy, but there's actually people who do this, don't they?

I can make my toe heart.

You can't. Can you really do it? - I can do it ~

Does it smells horrible? - Uh, so I can't show you right now.

Put this chair down, you really dumb. Really!

I see something in the video, hear the song, listen their agency, I think it will be good.

They haven't made a formal debut yet, so I'm looking forward to it.

When they make a formal debut, I look for and at it once.

I've been looking for something after Muggle-view, So, when I see the top chart, 'This was on the preview, and you're on the chart?' This feeling.

Before I went to Muggle-view, I hope people were assimilated to us and be a Muggle, but it looks like we're escaping Muggle.

Upscale with Prentice Penny - Why Do Cigars Make Great Gifts? | truTV - Duration: 1:59.

Well, you know, I think the tradition behind cigars

hasn't changed over, you know, centuries.

It makes a great gift, when you're giving somebody

something that's been around forever.

So, I want to talk to you about

the difference styles of cigars we have,

'cause obviously I see different sizes and different shapes,

and sort of walk me through, like,

what the big ones are called

versus the little ones are called.

This is called Robusto.

Okay.

Okay, a Robusto's supposed to be a small cigar.

Okay.

Like a fast, 30-minute smoke

or whatnot.

Okay.

This one, we call it Gordito.

Oh. [laughs]

A Gordito because it's fat.

Fat and small, yeah.

This is a Churchill.

Now, why is it called a Churchill?

Well, a Churchill is named after Winston Churchill.

Ah.

Yeah, he used to smoke this size.

Got you.

So, the Churchill's are usually about anywhere between

a 48 to a 50 ring gauge.

Okay.

Obviously, man, there's a ton.

You got your own brand, you got other brands.

How do you even start to walk somebody through the process

of finding what they might like to smoke?

One thing you can do is smell.

Okay.

So one of the things I want you to do is,

I want you to go ahead and smell this area.

And is this the way I would smell it?

'cause I usually see people do this, is that not the right--

Oh, yeah, you could do that, just to get an idea,

but to see how spicy it is, that's where it is.

It smells great.

Yeah.

Now, do you feel, like, a tingling in your nose?

I do smell like a little tingling in my nose.

Yeah, the more tingly you feel,

that means it has more Ligero leaf.

The Ligero's almost like adding salt.

If you don't have Ligero, it's kind of--

It's dry.

It's not dry, but it's very mild.

It's like black people and hot sauce.

You gotta have...

You gotta have something.

You gotta have something in there, I got you.

Eye on Environment: What do the Ganga, coal and Donald Trump have in common? - Duration: 3:06.

Aaj ke mukhya paryavarn samachar

First things first let's

talk about coal. At this point coal is a

major part of India's economy. In 2015

coal accounted for 60 percent of India's

power sector and by 2020 coal power

production the country will have doubled

since 2015 as part of Modi's plan to

bring electricity to the hundreds of

millions of people living without power.

But at the same time this coal is doing

a lot of pollution into the atmosphere

and that's making global warming much

much worse

Modi pledged to rely more on solar and

wind power in the coming years and in

many ways his government has followed

through on that promise. In 2016 India

doubled its solar energy capacity from

2015

but this progress isn't going to be

enough if India keeps spewing coal

researchers from the University of

California say.

In other news, the Ganga

received its first notification as a

human entity. The Uttarakhand High Court

wants to know why construction on the

banks of the river was permitted.

Since the Ganga

can't answer for herself, her

appointed "guardians" - which includes

officials like the director of the

Namami Gange project will be taking the

heat.

Donald Trump thinks India isn't doing

anything to tackle climate change. That's

right the guy who appointed a climate

change skeptic Scott Pruitt to head the

Environmental Protection Agency. He has

concerns about India's climate action plan.

Trump said the US has an unfair

burden to take care of climate change

and is paying millions of dollars while

India, China, and Russia continue to

pollute and pay nothing... Which isn't

totally true. India and China are

investing massively in renewable energy

and discussing ways to reduce their

emissions - even if they don't always

succeed.

Say goodbye to fuel. India's Power

Minister Piyush Goyal says only electric

cars will be sold in the country in 2030.

The transition will need a lot of

infrastructural changes and charging

ports, but the minister said the

government will do a lot of hand-holding

in the initial years.

Maybe Donald Trump hasn't heard about

these plans yet. That's it for today!
