Tom Price Won't Flaunt His Obamacare Replacement Plan - Duration: 7:26.

Michael, in the last segment, we spoke about Scott Pruitt's hearings.

He is the former Attorney-General from Oklahoma, our would-be Secretary of the EPA.

I will remind people it's called the Environmental Protection Agency.

There is absolutely nothing on his agenda to protect the environment.

His agenda is fully and I think unabashedly, I don't think he runs from this, to roll back

and protect the corporations, the fossil fuel producers, that are in any way inhibited by

the EPA.

I don't even think he attempts to hide that.

Meantime, almost while he was going through his hearing, Tom Price was getting in my mind

just devastated by Senator Al Franken, among others, in his hearing.

We had talked about this on the Majority Report.

The Trump administration, or I should say transition team, has supposedly kept him at

arm's length, Tom Price, in the development of their replace plan for Obamacare.

I'm using air quotes because it's a joke.

They don't have one.

That's what makes it much easier to keep Tom Price away from it.

Tom Price, of course, has his own plan.

He didn't want to go into this hearing flaunting it, as it were.

Of course, there was very few questions allowed and there was very little time.

I think seven minutes per Senator was all that was granted in this hearing.

The Senators were a little bit distracted by the enormous amount of corruption that

Tom Price seems to have participated in.

Yeah, Tom Price has basically consistently traded in his own private stock portfolio

based off of votes he's taken.

He's basically taking a vote in Congress to benefit a company that he knows he will personally

profit from.

That was their main focus in the hearing before they even got to his plan, which would take

away coverage for people, not deal with pre-existing conditions, and also maybe we'll get to a

bit later, in some ways completely contradicts what Trump says he wants to do about healthcare.

It would almost be the equivalent if Trump personally said, 'My top priority is dealing

with the climate crisis,' and he nominated Pruitt.

That's a little bit of the dynamic going on with the Price nomination.

It seemed to me that the only response ... It in some ways reminded me of the Jeff Sessions

hearing, when people called Jeff Sessions out on his abominable record on civil and

voting rights.

The response was always, 'How can you attack his personal integrity?'

There was never an explanation of, 'Why did you trade on behalf of this company and

profit off of it a week after that vote?'

It was all just, 'Don't hit my integrity.'

What was really interesting was that in terms of this question of Tom Price and his stock

stuff, is that Price said that he decided to buy stock in an Australia biotech firm

after receiving information from Representative Chris Collins, who is a board member of that

company.

He claimed in the hearing that he was just talking to Collins about the stock, and incidentally

folks, that's called insider trading.

You're not supposed to get that type of information.

Price claims he just was talking broadly about the company with Collins, and then went on

to do his own research, and then purchase it.

As part of this broad conversation, what websites would you recommend I go on?

On top of that, this contradicted a fact sheet that the transition team put out, which said

that, "Dr. Price's Morgan Stanley financial advisor designed his portfolio and directed

all the trades in the account."

At first their story was, 'Oh, I didn't know about it,' then when it became clear

that Price had talked to Collins about it, he said, 'Well, he didn't tell me to buy

the stock.

He just told me about the company, Zimmer Biomet, and then I looked it up online, or

I did all sorts of different research, and then I bought it, because I thought hey, this

is a company that I could in a week make a vote to help this company out.'

Of course, he didn't say that second part, but that's what he did.

That's quite literally what happened.

It was also the approach that he used, just in this general question that Senator Franken

asked him about opening money in the tobacco industry, which is, 'Hey, I have people

who do this for me, and I'm sure you do too, Senator.

I have no idea.'

Ethics experts say that Price could be subject to the 2012 Stock Act.

It bans insider trading by members of Congress, and if he received non-public information

from Collins or others prior to purchasing the stock, he could be in trouble, but that

remains to be seen.

One thing that stood out over the course of this was the real ... Let's move to policy

here, beyond his corruption.

We started to see the outlines of how they're going to try and lie to the American public.

The problem with this is that particularly when they're sitting there with people who

actually know what they're talking about, the problem is, and we just have a minute

here, is that when they start talking about things like risk pools and whatnot, it sounds

like mumbo jumbo to I think average American citizens, but there was one exchange where

Rand Paul was talking about how it's really important to drive down the cost of insurance

to have risk pools.

If I have four people, that's not as good as having 100,000 people.

If I have 100,000 people, that's not as good as having a risk pool full of a million people,

because that means that the number of sick people will be paid for by the non-sick people,

essentially.

During the middle of that exchange, or at the end of it, Al Franken, when it was his

turn to speak, said, "You know what the best risk pool would be, would be Medicare for

all."

Tom Price had a small smile on his face, realizing that, 'Oh, we should never go down this

road again talking about the efficacy of risk pools.'

By the way, that is the difference between Rand Paul and Tom Price.

I am quite sure that Rand Paul did not understand what had just happened.

Tom Price saw that they gave away the store.

Yes, that was a classic libertarian moment.

Every debate I've had with a libertarian sounded exactly like that, where he says, 'A 100,000

risk pool is better than a risk pool.'

Million's better than- 'A million's better than 100,000.'

How about 100 million? 200 million?

'Well, uh.'

Hey everyone, I hope your day was great.

I received my package from TheCubicle which should contain the Qiyi ThunderClap

and the Mini Cyclone Boys 3x3.

You could see me using a pencil here to open it since knowledge is in fact power xP.

Alright, so first I took out the mini 3x3 which I did expect to be much larger, but this

will definitely be a fun cube to solve with.

When I took it out the parcel, the box that the ThunderClap came in surprised me since

it seemed much larger than what I thought it should be.

Okay, so here I was turning the mini 3x3 and I was amazed.

This cube was really small in my hands (obviously lol) but performed very well.

Despite its size, it was smooth, fluid, and overall a great buy.

Alright, moving onto the ThunderClap, this packaging was unlike any other I've seen before.

The cube is visible through this window here and was wrapped in a plastic.

When I took it out, it already felt really light.

It also came with this mesh bag that you will see in a few seconds which I assume is for

holding other cubes.

Alright, so this plastic was a little annoying to remove, but the cube came out crisp and

light.

When I was solving it, it did seem to have many lockups, but I guess I'll fix those over time.

This cube is fast, but it definitely requires some practice on my part, but I don't really see the need for any modifications.

I hate waking up early.

A couple of minutes later

Wow, my eyes are horribly baggy, nice.

Up until now we've been in the lucky situation

to be able to choose an alternative form of nicotine consumption

in order to stop smoking traditional cigarettes.

And this was nothing else but electronic cigarettes.

Then came the propaganda machine.

News were full of claims on e-cigarettes being harmful,

maybe even more harmful than lit-tobacco products.

Many of us keep fighting in many ways

to debunk these false sound bites.

Day after day

every given time we hit a wall

we use common sense and scientific evidence

to educate the public about the truth.

The local authorities, supposedly on the side of reducing harm

don't give a damn about facts

the facts that just keep piling up and

getting published all around the world.

I feel,

as well as the others who follow the events,

that we need to grab every opportunity

to tell the people that there is a healthier alternative,

you can get rid of cigarettes.

You can make a responsible decision.

But of course only if you are willing to use your head.

We welcomed the study of Dr. Prof. László Galuska

being performed at the Debrecen University,

which aims to examine the differences between

the effects of electronic and traditional cigarettes

on various lung functions.

And now it is our turn.

First step:

I will be smoking again.

It's hard to say it out loud, but that's it.

But until then I can still vape a bit,

since it's day T-1.

I will go through the phases

that a non-smoker would experience

while getting dependent on smoking.

The main difference is that

I won't do it as a teenager,

but as an adult nearing forty.

We will observe from day one

throughout the whole week

the changes that occur.

Will my body accept or refuse smoking?

We will observe if there is any change

in my body parameters, my mood, the way I feel myself.

Any headaches? How goes the blood oxygene level?

I've been measuring the latter lately,

so we will see what impacts smoking

might have on it over the week.

Like I said, it's day T-1.

The last day I am vaping

before I am...

...I would not call it a relapse...

...before I am smoking again, for a week.

I can't believe how stupid I am.

Why did I have to volunteer?

I did so the professor, and everyone else

could see the difference.

And it's not just me, but many, many others as well.

An everyday hero, every last one of them.

I thank those whom have already participated in the study,

and the people coming with me tomorrow to do so.

Almost forgot.

Over the next week I will abstain from using my e-cigarette.

Should I feel my body needing some nicotine,

I will only use traditional cigarettes to feed the urge.

We will see, won't we?

I am a bit worried.

Actually, not just a bit, a lot.

Eh, whatever.

I guess we will see many things during this week.

Important!

A fair warning.

I'll probably be quite agitated during the week,

it's possible,

hell, not possible, it is certain,

I'll be on edge,

i will be snappy,

I'll be under stress

therefore I'll probably

say some things

that are not meant for the ears of kids.

So I don't recommend the upcoming content for people under the age of 18.

Maybe for kids with their parents present,

so they are there to interpret and to show that smoking is bad.

And it's time for me to get to work.

While on my way to work I keep thinking:

how on Earth will I survive this next week?

I have to come up with some rules for myself,

I honestly don't know where does it lead.

One thing is sure.

No smoking in the car.

No smoking where it is prohibited.

Well, I've never broke the prohibition before,

but this no smoking in the car thing,

well, I guess we will see.

We are on the roof now, this is the designated smoking area.

And from tomorrow, I'll join my colleague, Tom, in smoking.

Ingenious.

You need to be tobacco abstinent for at least a year for the study,

so I am more than fine.

I am still nervous about tomorrow

but it will surely get better.

Or not.

This is my future.

How cool it would be if work would be over this fast.

Let's get comfy.

And get serious.

And here I am.

The last day is over

before the clinical trials.

It wasn't any different than any other day.

I vaped at the area designated for smoking,

or on the streets, or in the car.

What is going to change from now

well, from tomorrow

once the study is on,

is that I will smoke only cigarettes

and I won't be vaping

not even after meeting my daily quota of 15-20 cigarettes

or if I'd like to vape a bit in the evening in my warm home,

I won't allow myself.

In every case I miss nicotine, I'll light a cigarette.

But I can still vape for now.

I am very curious.

I am a bit afraid, well, not exactly afraid,

more like full of expectations.

I am completely confident that I won't relapse to smoking.

I know it will be horrible.

And I know it will be hard, but

we have to make this sacrifice to

make the study fit for publishing.

This is our tiny part to make that possible.

And let's not forget that it benefits us all

as we need quality scientific evidence.

I am once again reminding everyone who is interested:

subscribe to the channel.

There will be a separate playlist as well,

but in order to be notified, it's worth it.

And a fair warning again,

I am sure I will be tense due to smoking

and I won't moderate this tension,

I won't re-phrase anything on my mind for being on camera.

or decide for yourself.

It is gonna be explicit.

Based on the experiences of former volunteers

how shall I put it nicely

to not cause disgust in advance.

It is possible that I will keep spitting

for being irritated by the smoke, its smell,

and for the increased amount of salivation.

These are the things I surely expect to happen

then we will see the rest.

One thing I am certain of,

it won't be easy,

but it's gonna be very hard.

I expect headaches.

I expect to be snappy.

I expect the horrible taste in my mouth.

I even expect disputes at home

for being smelly all the time

and constantly going out into the cold.

It's gonna be a tribulation, not just for me,

but for the other half of the family as well.

Wish me tenacity to endure it.

auditioning (which I hope you are) and

you've ever been told to "pick up the

pace" ... or actually

even if you've gotten that note in class,

you're going to need this tip. Okay so

"pick up the pace"...

What does this really mean? Well if

you've been in a casting session and the

casting director has told you pick up

the pace, or if you've been an acting

class or auditioning class and they're

telling you this,

there's a common mistake associated with

YOUR RESPONSE to that direction...

Let me tell you what I mean. Usually, when

I've been in casting sessions and I've

asked an actor to pick up the pace,

what they do (and what you might have

done) is just go faster -- basically

machine gun out the lines -- you just get them out

super fast and you run through it... And

that's not actually the same thing as

just picking up the pace...

Yes, there is a part of moving a little

bit quicker involved in that, but here's

the key... Next time they say pick up the

pace i want you to think "take out the

space". I want you to take out the extra

space between your lines and your next

line, your lines and the other person's

next line... Those little spaces, if you

could take them out and tighten them up,

will pick up your pace, without making

you sound like like you're machine gunning out your

lines at the speed of light. You know I'm

saying? That little thing?... Very subtle, but

oh so powerful. If you found that

On Friday, January 20th, as Donald Trump was taking the oath of office to become the 45th

President of the United States a group of 60 scientists, computer programmers and hackers

met at UCLA to completely comb through government archives, the whitehouse.gov website and copy

and collect and back up any data that the government has on climate change.

They then took all this data and stored it on servers housed in Europe so that the Trump

Administration could not touch it.

The reason they did this is because they were terrified that the Trump Administration was

going to go through and delete all of this data once the swearing in ceremony was finished.

To be honest this was something that the scientists and federal employees had worried about a

few weeks ago, so they began doing the same thing long before the inauguration even took

place.

What they're planning to do now is keep this data, go through it, analyze it and then compare

it to what is still available on the government websites.

Essentially if the Trump Administration attempts to falsify any data, any reports or scrub

anything, these scientists, these hackers, these computer programmers are going to call

them out on it.

That is probably one of the most positive things I've seen in quite a while.

Here's the other side of this, they were right because immediately following the swearing

in ceremony the term climate change disappeared from the whitehouse.gov website.

I know Trump supporters are out there saying, "No it didn't, it's still there."

Well, no there were plenty of search engines, images out there, articles written.

The term did completely disappear at least for a little bit.

Maybe they've put it back up on a couple pages now.

Trump people attempted to write this off by saying, "Of course he believes in climate

change.

He's said it over and over again for months."

No, Kellyanne, he never said that.

He hasn't been saying it for months.

Really the last thing we heard from him on climate change is that he believes it's a

hoax perpetrated by the Chinese.

Don't try to tell us with your alternative facts that he has always been a believer in

climate change.

She verified this by saying because the climate always changes.

What idiot Conway is confusing at the moment is climate and weather.

The weather changes from day to day.

Republicans aren't smart enough to understand that the weather is not climate.

They think that if it's snowing one day climate change, global warming, can't be real.

Oh God no.

Look at the climate outside.

They're just not smart enough to understand the difference between weather and climate.

That's why the scientists and programmers and hackers had to get together and copy this

data and back it up and store it so that we do not lose it for the next four years.

From A 5D Perspective � Don�t Complicate The Move From 3D To 5D.

My Story was told in my last article �How To Raise Your Vibrations From A 5D Perspective�.

I want all to realize that the information I offer is from the 5D world, and just not

an interpretation of events happening in, on or above our planet.

There are no such thing as �problems�

The only way to move into the 5th Dimension smoothly, rather then it being hard on your

body and mind is to look at it from 5D and not experience it from 3D.

Yes there will be some discomfort, although it can be minimized drastically by using the

following methods.

The 3D way can be torturous at times, yet it need not be.

The challenge is we tend to put everything in a 3D bubble, and try to interpret events

from there.

Notice I said �challenge� and not problems.

I learned over twenty five years ago, never to see things as problems, look at them as

obstacles or challenges.

The reason being, problems weigh you down, whereas a challenge or obstacle is overcome�

so you bring your best to the table.

Try it; say to yourself �I have a problem��feel the weight?

Now change it to �I have a challenge�.

You actually get invigorated, because deep inside, you what to be tested, and a challenge

does that.

You get a chance to prove to yourself, that you can overcome it, and anything �thrown�

your way.

This also will build your confidence, and in the future when another challenge comes

your way and it is similar, you say to yourself �well that is a piece of cake, I solved

it once before�.

Hence you expand your comfort zone.

When another person says �we have a problem�, they are throwing a monkey on your back.

Immediately say to them, well maybe you do, yet WE have a challenge, or obstacle.

Even an issue is better, then saying problem.

Words are very powerful, and in themselves hold a vibration.

Say �peeved� instead of �that makes me mad�.

You almost laugh at it.

To say you feel fine or OK, is like a death knell.

Say you feel fantastic or awesome.

Even if you don�t feel that way at that time, just saying it will tell your body that

it must be because you said it, and it will respond in kind.

Before you know it, you�ll feel awesome!

Like I said I learned this concept over 25 years ago, yet back in 2014 when I explained

this to my Twin because I reworded a sentence as we were speaking, she said �that�s

incredible Fred, because that is a 5D concept�.

The power of vibration is everywhere and as you raise yours, you will just know if something

is off or not, as it becomes second nature to you.

Go with the flow

Our world is vastly different from theirs, and the only way to enter it with as little

discomfort as possible is to learn to go with the flow, and disconnect from 3D altogether.

I always say I am a 5D being operating in a 3D world.

I have been taught to �embrace� the changes as they have occurred, rather than looking

at them as something that was wrong.

Whether it be vertigo, headaches, pain anywhere for that matter, flu symptoms�etc.

She said that to me, and when I learned to look at it from that way (a 5d perspective),

they vanished as quickly as they appeared.

Nothing is real here I was told, it is all an illusion.

I remember one day we were out walking, and the subject of the illusion came up.

She said to me �Fred, look up there is something I want you to see�.

When I did, I saw the beautiful blue sky, with the white puffy clouds.

I now see them and they look as if they were airbrushed in, they are so magnificent.

She said �OK, now look to your right�.

When I did, I saw dirty clouds and in a hazy sky.

This is the same sky I would have seen only a few years ago.

I don�t understand I said.

She told me �it is not so much that your pollution has gotten out of control, it is

bad yes�don�t get me wrong, although it is more that your vibration that has been

lowered.

So most cannot see what is right before their eyes�.

This is why I experience all I do, whether it be talking to animals, trees, or seeing

clearly what others do not.

Like beings mingling all around us, spaceships in the air, floating cities etc.

Some of my best friends are a bunch of fairies, who I take everywhere.

One of my mentors happens to be one, and we have developed a deep friendship.

It is all about focus

The point is, not to focus on what it is you don�t want to see, focus on what you want

to see.

So even though it is nice to read articles about how we have been treated so badly all

these years�do you really need that information now?

It just lowers your vibration or at best keeps it stagnant.

We can achieve what we want, and then examine that stuff later.

There are even articles out there that say we may experience some trickery even by what

we think are our friends upstairs.

If that happens know it is the dark side, and not our real friends of the light.

You need to think 5D and what is possible to them.

Remember what I said last time?

What we perceive as miracles, is their science.

Remember they are millions of years more advanced than we are.

So if you think and feel love and joy only, none of that can enter your experience.

So while another is experiencing mass chaos, you are calm and the sky is blue.

I can stand right next to someone now and see a spaceship right in front of us, yet

they cannot.

I remember a story I heard once, and it went like this; we were in a deep recession at

the time, and this was a conversation with a man who had many businesses in the construction

industry.

When asked how he was coping with all the bad business, as his companies must be suffering,

his response was something I have never forgotten.

He said �well, I just chose not to participate�.

His businesses were all doing fine.

If you don�t acknowledge (feel) it, than it cannot enter your reality.

There is a movie out there called �Tomorrowland� by Disney studios.

Yes I know it is what would be considered a child movie, yet just like �Star Wars�

and all the references to the force (energy), and the �Matrix� showing all how what

we perceived to be real, is only an elaborate illusion, this movie explains how they are

they are right in front of us, yet at another level (vibration).

The actors actually leave Earth�s atmosphere only to re-enter, yet that is how they get

to their (the 5d) side.

It is also mentioned how solid food leads to aging, one character never ages just because

he lives on �shakes�.

Now this can be done, because I have done it.

It takes time and all the information is on my website, yet never discount anything as

impossible, because nothing is.

That was a limitation purposely implanted in our consciousness.

Again there is no need to look into how we were treated right now, there will be plenty

of time for that later.

Create (focus) on what you want, and the old falls by the wayside.

They occupy the same space as us, just on a different frequency.

I have been taught all this stuff, and it is very real people and much is put out there

to �peak� our curiosity.

We just need to see past the entertainment, and read between the lines.

It�s all a vibrational thing.

This is why I asked my Twin, to be my mentor.

The reason being, since I already knew her in this lifetime before she �passed� and

trust her implicitly, I knew doubt would never surface.

So I have never questioned her guidance.

This is the reason why putting 3D totally out of your mind, and trying not to compare

the two worlds is of the utmost importance.

I was told by a higher being once, that all of your beliefs are a lie.

You just need to know it, and it will manifest.

Beliefs cause doubt.

You need to get rid of all your beliefs, he said.

Many have heard this expression before Keep It Simple Stupid.

We make things harder on ourselves then is necessary.

We are unlimited beings who came here to assist planet Earth in her Ascension.

Struggles and despair are not needed in our lives at all.

Abraham/Hicks said this once �You humans make life so difficult.

You are always paddling upstream against the current.

Why not just put your canoe in and let the current take you where it wants�it all leads

to source anyway�?

There are many lightworkers on the planet now to assist others that are trailing behind.

We have been trained for years to be your mentors.

Just like we had one, yet we were able to believe without seeing and many cannot do

that, we now are there for you.

Just ask.

There is an article I read recently that says it all.

What are ascension symptoms and where are we on the ladder (scale)?

It is called �Current Energies and Symptoms for Different Ascension Waves�.

Realize the dark ones are pulling out all stops right now.

They are losing their favorite toy�planet Earth, and are kicking and screaming just

like a child throwing a temper tantrum.

Just don�t pay attention.

We have already won people, it has just to manifest here in the 3d world.

Yet it has already happened in the higher planes of existence.

The only way out, is by going in � (Meditation/Quiet Time � The Key)

I wrote this in my last article, although it warrants repeating.

We need to activate our heart-mind.

We have used our brain exclusively for so long, that like a muscle atrophies from not

using it, it is the same here.

We were taught (purposely) that the heart was just an organ that pumps blood throughout

the body.

That cannot be further from the truth.

They say the heartmind is 10,000 times more powerful than the �regular� mind, and

the way to all in the higher realms and all there is to offer�including all our lost

powers and abilities.

It isn�t like it used to be, where you can meditate for hours at a time, week after week

for years, only to yield little to no results.

The veil between the two worlds is so thin now, that making contact is almost instantaneous.

You just need to reach out to them that is all you need to do.

Just remember to always speak in your mind, and not out loud.

Telepathy is looked at as advanced in the higher realms, and just if you are using it,

signals to them that you know your stuff and are ready.

Find a spot in your house or outside, it doesn�t matter, although this does.

It must be the same exact spot each time, as this area get anchored to your energies.

You can make a little alter if you want, I have a prayer cloth I lay on the floor each

morning, and in the center I have a pyramid made of crystal I bought once, and form another

triangle off it with about 20 or so other crystals I have.

Some use feathers, incense, candle, etc�it doesn�t matter.

This is your spot, just make it comfortable/pleasant for you.

Just sit there quietly and breathe in and out slowly, and concentrate on the sound of

your breath.

The first thing that will happen is that your �to do� list will come up in your head�everything

that you need to do that day�etc.

That is just your ego mind fighting what you are doing.

Once you connect you will not need it anymore, and it knows that.

Just keep brushing your list to the side, and eventually it will stay there.

This is when you activate your heart-mind.

When I first starting meditating (spending quiet time), I was able to do 15 minutes only,

and that was torture.

We are human doings, not human beings as we have been told.

We are always doing this and doing that, and never just stop to listen to what is available

to all of us.

Now I jump out of bed in the morning and sit in my spot for 5 hours easy.

The reason being, I know now that our world is not real, and theirs is.

So I look to spend as much time there as I can.

Speaking of jumping out of bed.

The earlier the better, or if you are a late night person, than 2am or later.

I�m an early riser so I start @ 4am.

The 3D energies are at their lowest then, and conversely the 5D are at their highest.

Distraction keeps us from them, and why we have been kept so busy all our lives.

Humans are like a Hamster on a wheel, just going round and round, yet never getting anywhere.

Better yet like a dog chasing its tail.

It is a fruitless attempt.

Yes he may get it for a moment or two, to bite it, yet that is exactly what we have

gotten all our lives�momentary brushes with success, yet never fully.

Lastly, when (and you will) hear voices or get energy surges somewhere in your body,

do not write them off as �it must be in my imagination�.

We have been told imagination and thought are one in the same in the higher realms.

We just don�t experience it here in 3D.

Can you imagine if we had instant manifestation here, we would have lions, bears wanting to

eat us all the time or killers chasing us with knives.

They experience nothing other than love and bliss in the higher realms.

You can speak to your higher self here.

Just ask, and they can guide you further in this Ascension process.

You can also use a pendulum to ask.

Just make sure you are connected with a higher being and not one from the lower realms.

It is easy to do this, just ask it a question you are 100% sure of the answer.

If it comes back wrong, just put your pendulum down for 10 seconds and try again.

When you connect, you can have yes-no conversations with them.

So if you find it difficult to experience verbal conversations, do this.

When the pendulum swings side to side, it is a no, and back and forth a yes.

In circles means I don�t know, just rephrase the question.

Remember to use telepathy, and always ask in your head.
