Youtube daily how Jan 28 2018

Hi everybody

I hope you are well !

Today the weather is bad so we'll do some mechanics stuff

Today I teach you to unveil a wheel in five minutes

Let's go !

So for this tutorial you will need a spoke key that will be main to reveal a rim,

otherwise it will be a little difficult!

It will also require an elastic,

and a pencil, a piece of wood ...

something that will not scratch your rims when there is contact!

Once we have all these tools,

We will take the bike, turn it over so it will be stable

so we can work on it.

We can also put it on a bike support, a tripod,

everything you have ... but in reverse it works very well!

We will then take the pencil

We will pass the elastic outside,

and fix this pencil on the fork or on the frame,

this allows you to have a reference to know where the wheel is veiled!

Once the pencil is fixed,

We will put it close enough to the rim,

we will spin the wheel,

and we will know where the wheel is veiled.

When the rim touches the pencil,

you will tight the spoke on the opposite side,

it will move your wheel away from the point of contact,

and put your rim right!

We will repeat the operation several times

always bring the pencil a little more close to the rim

and the wheel is more and more straight.

When the wheel seems straight,

It will then check the tension of the spokes!

For that, it will be necessary to take the spokes with the hands and to pinch with the fingers.

When the tension of the spokes is a little soft,

You can tighten by a quarter of a turn,

on this side and the opposite side to keep your right wheel!

It allows to have a better tension of the spokes and to have a wheel more solid!

When you have finished these 2 steps, your wheel will be straight and unveiled

You can then remove the pencil, remove the elastic

Turn your bike and go ride!

That's it for this video!

It was a small trick to unveil a wheel quickly.

Of course we will have a more precise work with a de-veiling bench and a tensiometer for the spokes.

But these stuff aremore destined to professionnals

Here we are on a method, fast and effective to unveil a wheel!

It will be suitable for all the bike and all the MTB,

so I hope it will help few people !

Anyway, you can tell me in the comments what you think about it!

You can also put a little like if you liked it!

subscribe on the channel,

and we'll see you soon for a next video!

See you !

GTA V: How To Create Unique Scenes [TUTORIAL | Rockstar Editor] - Duration: 35:00.

Hello there guys and girls,

welcome to another tutorial on my channel.

I guess you know how magicians are never supposed to reveal their tricks.

And then there was THIS GUY.

Well, for today, this guy...is me.

I'm gonna show you a lot of machinima secrets nobody is sharing publicly.

This video is gonna be pretty advanced so for the lessons I'm gonna show you in here

I'm assuming you have gathered a bit of knowledge already either by watching my other

tutorials or learning by doing.

We're gonna use a lot of different tools and I will not go into the basics of how they

work.

Instead I wanna show you how to utilize them effectively to achieve creative effects and

build unique scenes for your GTA machinima.

Originally I planned on making individual tutorials on how to use animations, how to

spawn actors or how to build custom maps.

But I think it's better if you see all the techniques within typical use cases and in

the right context to each other.

But this will also mean that this tutorial is gonna be quite huge.

I'm gonna stuff this video with examples from my own machinima so you can

see how I used my knowledge for better or worse results.

In order to give you an idea of what you're gonna learn I structured this video into four

sections: First of all I'm gonna show you all the tools you're gonna need in order

to make this work.

The next step is the scripting, because it will be the basis for all your scenes.

Part three will be about how to actually set up and film scenes as if you were on the set

of an actual movie.

The last part will be another quick look into how you need to place and move the cameras

in order to achieve a good film look.

You can skip a section by using the timecodes in the description.

And I'm just gonna say this ONCE in this video in order to save time: You will find

the links to all tools, websites and other tutorials in the video description.

If you have alzheimer's you shouldn't be watching this tutorial anyway.

Let's dive into this massive pile of … fun.

Part 1: Tools of the Trade

First of all I need you to realize that there isn't a single mod or tool that will allow

you to do everything at once.

You will need a bunch of separate things which I'm gonna go through right now.

They are all meant to peacefully coexist and to complement each other during the production

of your machinima.

ONE You will need Open IV to install mods easily.

It also contains a really helpful feature called Open Camera.

This used to be an individual mod but it's now part of Open IV.

It removes the boundaries for the camera in Rockstar Editor so you can move freely all

across the map instead of being limited to a short range.

For more info on Open IV and OpenCamera please watch the tutorials I already made about these

tools.

TWO The mod Extended Video Export or EVE in short

allows you to use better export settings for your videos because the quality of the regular

Rockstar Editor isn't that good.

I already created a tutorial about this mod a while back.

Go there now if you haven't seen it.

THREE The mod Skin Control is really useful if you

want to create, save and load custom characters for your videos.

That way you won't have to recreate your characters again if you have to record your

video in multiple sessions.

I also have a tutorial for that.

The tool isn't essential and can be replaced by others, but I like using it.

FOUR Scene Director is a very helpful tool because

it was created solely for the purpose of making machinima.

Admittedly I haven't had the chance to dive very deeply into the tool because it does

have a lot of cool features.

However, I use it on a daily basis because it lets you switch between actors quickly

and record their actions so you can control multiple people all by yourself.

You'll see in a couple of minutes.

FIVE Menyoo PC is probably the most important tool

of them all.

If you're not using this trainer, you're doing it wrong.

I had to learn this, too.

Ever since I discovered the possibilities this tool has I was able to turn a lot more

of my ideas into videos with GTA V. There's a ton of options and within this tutorial

we will only have so much time to talk about some of them.

SIX The Simple Trainer by sjaak is a tool I am

used to since my early GTA IV days.

It is not the best trainer out there, but it does have a lot of nice options that will

make your life somewhat easier and which are not available in Menyoo or other trainers

as far as I know.

In particular I am talking about the bodyguard and ped spawning features.

Another nice feature of Simple Trainer are the voice options, which I will talk about

shortly.

SEVEN The green screen mod isn't as essential

as the other tools I've mentioned.

However, it can and will open up so many more options for your videos if you know how to

utilize it.

And it's not as hard as you think (that's what she said).

Please go to the tutorial I have created if you're curious how this mod works best.

EIGHT With the Time Scaler mod you can modify the

time settings of your game.

Admittedly Menyoo and Simple Trainer can do that, too.

But what I found to be really helpful with this mod is that you can create time lapses

real easily with it.

Just set it to times 60 or 120 and the day and night cycle will be very rapid.

This allows for some cool shots.

However, I am not going to talk about this tool later on in this video.

NINE Another helpful mod is the Animation Viewer.

A lot of my fellow creators are using it and love the mod for its flexibility because you

can apply animations to the upper body while still walking around normally and stuff like

that.

Also it plays many cutscene animations.

However, I haven't had the time to practice with it enough to give you solid advice so

I'm just gonna pass on the recommendation for you to discover AnimViewer yourself.

For now, I think we're good to go with the huge amount of tools I've shown you just

now.

TEN The last mod you're gonna need is whatever

you can find on gta5-mods.com that will help you achieve your machinima vision.

Dig deep into their collection and you will find not only car or player models, but also

amazingly creative scripts for certain tasks, even if it's just an actual working indicator

for your car, which will make your movie that tiny bit more realistic.

Sometimes its details like these that turn a good machinima into a great machinima.

On the hardware side of things you will definitely need a full size keyboard including a numpad.

Otherwise you will never be able to control all of these mods, most of them have control

schemes that rely on the numpad.

So if you're working on a small laptop you might be out of luck.

Let's get into the scripting now, shall we?

Part 2: Scripting

This is a thing many people ignore altogether.

But especially for beginners it's very essential to write down what's supposed to happen

and what is being said by whom during a scene.

The script is gonna be a golden thread you will follow while filming.

It will help you know how much dialogue there will be so you don't film too little or

too much.

But how do you write a script?

It really depends on how you like to work.

I for one, have practiced a lot of this writing.

This is why for many videos I don't write a full script at all, I already have the final

video in my head like a vision.

I know which steps I'm gonna have to do in order to film all this.

Very often all I do is write down some bullet points, start filming and let the rest happen

on the fly, which is important for comedy because the spontaneity really helps keeping

things fresh.

For starters you should try and do a well-formatted script.

There is a very nice guide on wikihow that will teach you how to write and format your

scripts.

The last time I did this was for my video "Halloweenception", which you can see

here.

Let me read this out loud while showing you the according scenes.

She lays on the bed and her mobile rings and vibrates across the table.

It shows "unknown number".

The ringtone is a famous horror movie theme (Joker Arkham Asylum).

She picks up but hears only heavy breathing.

Annie is shocked.

She proceeds to walk to the bathroom.

The floorboards squeak suspiciously.

Suddenly a vase topples over and Annie turns around in shock.

It was only the cat.

What a relief.

At the same moment a ghost silently glides around the apartment behind her, disappearing

into a wall.

She goes to the bathroom to wash her face.

The ghost appears inside the mirror for a short time, but Annie doesn't notice.

As you saw, the script is not 100% accurate anymore.

I allowed myself the freedom to change a couple of things whenever I felt I could improve

stuff in the actual video.

Also, this script was a rather loose description of what's happening.

You could go into way more detail.

If you wanna do the real deal, you could also draw an actual storyboard shot by shot.

There's another cool guide on wikihow for you to discover.

A storyboard is a good thing to make especially if you plan to do visual storytelling without

any dialogue at all.

A true master of this is 88Jackob88, I recommend you to watch his masterpieces "Rover"

and "Black Ocean" to learn more about how to tell a story without a single word.

Personally I never made a storyboard for any of my machinima because as I said I already

have most of the shots in my mind and as opposed to real movies you can always go back into

the game and reshoot a scene or add new material.

In real life this would be a very expensive thing to do.

In GTA it's just...well, mildly annoying.

With these things in mind we're now gonna move on to the main section of this tutorial.

I'll show you how to set up scenes with practical examples.

Part 3: Setting up Scenes

Example 1 Next up I'm gonna show you how to create

scenes in the GTA environment.

I need you to realize that there is no perfectly right way to do this.

Every creator does this differently so I'm gonna share my personal experiences and some

best practices I found out about.

I'm gonna take you from A to Z so you can see the full process step by step.

Much of the footage you see in the background is gonna be sped up because you wouldn't

really wanna watch this stuff happening in real time.

Creating scenes is less about following a strict plan but more about finding ways to

make your ideas come true with the available tools.

You will need to find your own workarounds so it is essential to understand how the tools

work.

Also you must realize that creating a film is all about illusions.

Nothing you see on screen actually happened like you see it on screen.

I'm gonna do my best to give you insights on this now.

We're gonna start with an easy example: Two characters walking down the street having

a little chat.

Right now, I've got Franklin here.

But I wanna use a custom character which I specifically prepared for this scene.

So I'll open up Skin Control and spawn this guy.

Now I gotta find a nice location to shoot.

I like to use the "Airbreak" option within Simple Trainer for that.

You'll find it in the general options menu over here.

This allows you to just quickly fly around the map.

Alternatively you could boot up Menyoo and hit F9 for the spooner mode.

Left click your character to pick it up and then fly around the map.

I have found a nice location.

Now I wanna set up a nice mood by changing the time of day and weather settings.

Open Menyoo and go to the time menu and adjust it according to your script.

I want the scene to be set in the afternoon so I'm gonna lock the time.

This means I'll have endless time to shoot my scene.

The mood should be kinda grim so I'll switch to the weather tab in Simple Trainer and select

something like "smog" or "cloudy".

Don't forget to force this type of weather which will ensure that it won't start raining

in the middle of your shoot – if you want that to happen you can still make it rain

later on.

Another thing I like to do is to deactivate the wind because I just don't like these

weird dirty particles flying around all the time.

You can leave this active if it suits your movie.

Ok cool.

But I wanted two characters.

So I'm gonna open up Scene Director, set my first character as Actor 1 and then clone

the actor.

This will allow me to switch between the two very quickly.

I recommend giving each actor a name because it can get quite confusing if you have multiple

characters.

I want one of the characters to carry a trash bag in his hand.

If you go to Menyoo's "Player Options" you will find different movement styles that

you can apply to each character.

There is even one specifically for holding a bag, so I'm gonna use that.

Now I need a bag.

So I'll go into the spooner mode of Menyoo by pressing F9 again.

I could now either fly around to find a trash bag somewhere but it's easier to just search

for the right object.

So I'll hit up "Spawn Entity into World" and search for the phrase "bag".

I can now see little previews of each object as I scroll through this list.

If I hit 5 on the numpad the object is spawned.

Most of the time I spawn many objects to see them at full opacity and then delete the unused

ones by aiming at them and hitting the delete key.

Now that I've found the right dirtbag, I'm gonna aim and right click it which opens the

property menu.

You can now position each object by changing X, Y, Z, roll, pitch and yaw.

This also works if you attach an object to something, for example to "self".

You can now see that the bag is stuck to the current character.

You can now even select which body part the bag should be attached to, in our case it's

obviously the right hand.

You can see how it's moving already.

Within the attachment options you can now move the object again which is a little wonky

sometimes because all the axes are kinda shifted now.

When placing attached objects I recommend to set very low increments for movement to

get more precision.

Pro tip: It's always wise to deactivate the collision for attached objects because

otherwise you might get nasty bugs in your game, something like this.

Having attached the bag to my character I can now move around freely like that.

You can do the same with any object in the game and attach it to any other object in

your Menyoo Database.

For example you could attach a couch to a car that was made invisible with Simple Trainer

and then attach two peds to the couch.

By using an invisible character you can then make it look as if the couch was driving around

town.

You can also attach a cigarette to a characters lips and then go into the property menu of

the cigarette and apply a so called trigger effect.

If you loop the "meth pipe smoke" on the cigarette, it will constantly emit smoke.

Feel free to discover the variety of Trigger FX yourself, it's a lot of fun!

Back to our two characters.

As I said I wanna make them walk down the street.

The one with the bag should have a disgusted expression so I'm gonna go into Menyoo and

give him another mood.

I think "aiming" works quite well here.

Next up I'm gonna open up Scene Director again and go into record mode.

That way I can walk my character anywhere, even around static objects in the game.

If at the same time I push "J" on my keyboard I can make the mouth move for dialogue.

Timing this stuff is easier with a finished script because you can talk while recording

to know how long to push this hotkey.

When the recording is done, you press ALT+R or ALT+E on your keyboard.

You can repeat that with a lot of actors.

However I wanna be in control of the second character for demonstration purposes so I'll

switch to that one.

I'm gonna activate the action replay right now by pressing F2 first.

Then I open up Simple Trainer again because in "Model Spawning" there are some cool

voice options I wanna show you.

I can now apply many different voices to my characters – female and male.

They're even connected to certain gestures so it looks pretty natural during dialogues.

You can later remove the dialogue audio in Rockstar Editor or remove all the audio if

you plan on replacing it with custom sounds.

Next up I can go into Scene Director, set the scene from setup into active mode and

you'll see that the other guy starts walking and chatting all by himself now.

I can walk by his side and trigger certain voice events in Simple Trainer.

All I gotta do is time it right so it actually looks like a dialogue and not two people just

blabbering randomly.

Stuff like this might take a couple of times to get right so I'm just gonna go back to

start in Scene Director and do this shot again.

Thanks to the action replay I can only capture the scene which actually went well.

Before we move on, let me show you how this shot will look after all the editing.

Example 2 In our next scene we will look at car chases

once again.

There are different ways of creating those.

You can either use the waypoint option in Scene Director by clicking into the map and

then applying the waypoint to all the actors sitting in cars.

That way they will just drive the path that is shown on the GPS.

I recommend you to use one of the aggressive driving styles because they look better for

action.

The "careful" style is great for stealthy or everyday scenes.

You can then drive the car that is being chased or the car that follows stealthily.

That's up to you.

This stuff works with multiple cars as well.

The second way to make car chases is to use Simple Trainer.

It allows you to spawn aggressive drivers that even shoot at you and try to ram you

off the road.

You can also deactivate the drive by weapon if you like to have no firefight which is

useful for illegal underground races or the likes.

The advantage these methods have over the recording mode in Scene Director is that they

also work with a dynamic environment, meaning the drivers will react to traffic whereas

with a recorded path the cars are undoubtedly gonna crash which will look ridiculous for

sure.

With Simple Trainer you can once again use voice events even when you're sitting in

a car and driving around.

The best thing is that even the hand gestures are automatically suited to this so you can

have your character point at stuff while driving.

The third way to do chase scenes is with Menyoo.

To make this work you need to have both characters in your database.

Then you go to the Quick Manual Placement and choose the entry "Task Sequence" for

the character that should follow.

You can now select "Cruise" if you just want your character to drive around town normally.

Drive & Follow Entity is good for car chases.

Hit this entry again for more options like the maximum speed which should be much higher

in this scenario and the driving style which should be "avoid traffic a lot".

Also in here you can choose the entity to follow.

You can either pick the car or the other character.

The last step is to make both characters get into their vehicles and then set the status

of the task sequence to active. And then you can drive around town like this forever.

Example 3 Let's say you're at the start of your

machinima and you haven't found the right location anywhere on the vanilla map.

In this case you can always go to gta5-mods.com and see if you find custom maps other players

have created either with addon props or simply by assembling movie sets with vanilla props.

But you could always build your own custom maps with Menyoo.

A real master of this trade is Zadrium, he even built an entire cafè interior once.

Check out his videos "The Jam Episode 0" and "Dark Room".

Also Jantsuu builds very cool maps for his funny testing videos!

I will make a separate tutorial on how to build creative machinima locations soon because

going into any further detail here would be too much.

So right now I just wanna give you some key information on how to build maps with menyoo.

First of all you should always press F9 for the spooner mode like I've shown you before.

This makes it much easier to navigate around the set and get previews of the objects you

wanna spawn.

You can now search for objects quickly and spawn them in.

This is how you quickly create a romantic beach dinner scene like this.

Table, chair, plates and a lot of other stuff.

Depending on what you're planning to do, you can set each object to be either "frozen

in place" which means they can't be moved by any force like characters or explosions.

Or you set them to dynamic which means they can be moved around and destroyed which is

helpful for breaking windows or bottles.

You don't need to build entire rooms though.

Sometimes it's just enough to fill an existing room with life like I tried to do in my Halloweenception

video.

I placed a notebook, panties, magazines and all kinds of stuff in there to make it look

more realistic and also to tell a story about this character.

Just from the images you learn that she is probably a bit messy but also hard working

and social since there's stacks of paper on her bed and a notebook with Life Invader

on the screen.

If you want to use existing props for your video, it's best to add these objects to

the database if you're gonna change their position.

This way you won't see a duplicate of the object at the original position in Rockstar

Editor later on.

Animations Of course now you wanna have some people sitting

at the dinner table, right?

Well you can do that very easily.

Just go to player options and animations.

You'll already find a selection of funny animations but most of the time you will use

the full list or search feature.

So let's skip to the bottom of this list.

In the settings you can now determine if your animation should repeat infinitely or play

once.

I like to have them repeat forever, even tho sometimes there's a lot of movement and

your character will get carried away.

In the list of all animations you can now search, for example "chair" will give

you a lot of different sitting animations.

The names of the subcontainers already give you a clue of what to expect.

In our example we want a male character to sit on a regular chair.

You can now enter one of these containers and check the animations.

Often you will find the appendix "idle" which are usually perfect loops with no ugly

transition.

Also there are "enter" and "exit" which do just what they say they do.

I recommend to save the animation you found for your current project as a favorite.

You are probably gonna have to reapply it multiple times throughout a shoot.

Also you must never be the character that you place because this can get buggy.

Once your character is animated, you can go to spooner mode and use it to position him

or her correctly.

Most of the time you're gonna have to deactivate the collision of the character or the chair

because otherwise they will do this weird skipping up and down and it will never look

right.

After placing the character you can use Scene Director to switch back to him.

This means you're gonna have to reapply the animation again, but since it's in the

favorite list that's no problem.

Now you open Simple Trainer.

This will allow you to trigger speech events once again.

You can use this knowledge now to place any kind of character on any kind of furniture.

If you have a deckchair, search for "deckchair" in the animations.

It's that simple.

However, this is probably the part that requires the most patience during machinima production.

At least it is to me.

But it can also lead to magical moments that will make your videos unique.

Synchronized Animations Scene Director has these amazing synchronized

animations that will let you use multiple actors simultaneously.

Just go to the tab and preview the animations.

You will always see how many actors are involved in the scene, mostly it's two or three.

Now you gotta check which character plays which role.

So if you want the guy to be able to stab the girl, the guy will have to be actor 1

and the girl is actor 2.

You can reverse the roles by removing the actors from the list and re-entering them

in the correct order.

You can put these animations onto a keyboard shortcut if you wish.

As you can see with some animations the characters jump to a seemingly random position in relation

to actor 1.

In open spaces this usually isn't a problem because you can just place everything else

where it needs to be.

Indoors however it can be tricky to place, but here's how you do it: Save the desired

synced animation to a keyboard shortcut.

Then go into record mode for your actor 1.

Hit the keyboard shortcut for the synced animation and let it play all the way till the end.

End the record mode with Alt+E or ALT+R. Now test if it worked by setting the scene to

active again.

If yes, then go to the "Edit Scene" menu.

You can now change the topmost entry to "anim " for actor 1 and you'll see how the starting

point of the anim changes compared to where you stood before.

Then you can hit "edit position" and move the characters around so they fit with your

surroundings.

Hit edit position again so the circle is blue and the position is locked.

It takes some time to get used to the controls but it's definitely better than moving the

character around by walking.

Admittedly, many creators use these animations because it's an easy and quick way for action

that doesn't look too bland.

So you're gonna see those often in other machinima as well.

It's up to you if you wanna use them.

Lighting Also, let's talk about lighting.

If you have night scenes you can and should use custom lights to improve the look of your

shots.

There are a number of ways to do this.

The quickest way is to spawn cars and have one of the main characters sit in there - this

is important because if you use any other character as the driver the lights won't

be dynamic.

Then you just position the cars and turn the high beams on or off.

The second way to do it is by using the Spooner Mode again.

Just search the object list for "light" or "lamp" and you'll find a ton of cool

lighting options.

For instance I lit up an entirely custom made studio in my video "The Truth about Chemtrails"

which was very GPU intense.

Feel free to discover the different light models yourself.

Please note that none of these customly spawned lights will transfer into Rockstar Editor

if you're shooting inside buildings.

Also none of these lights works during daytime.

Keep this in mind or else you'll face a bad surprise.

The third option is very cool, too.

In Scene Director you can give an actor a stage light.

It's important that you don't use the spotlight option but instead go to Edit Scene

mode and add a light in there.

You can then give each light individual movement, rotation, flickering, make it follow your

character and give it a certain color.

The only thing that's kinda confusing as of now is that once you've spawned a light

you can't change the angle of the light by moving the camera around.

You can only go left and right and back and forth with it.

So make sure to adjust the angle of the spot first and then spawn it.

As opposed to the spotlights in Menyoo and Scene Director these stage lights will transfer

into Rockstar Editor.

The last tip for lighting I wanna give you is to first do a test shot of the light in

Rockstar Editor because from what I've experienced it turns out a lot brighter than it is ingame,

especially when you're rendering with EVE.

More Recording Time Another useful option in Simple Trainer is

to deactivate pedestrians and cars altogether.

This not only removes a lot of random factors that could ruin your shots and potentially

hours of work, but also it opens up more performance for your recordings.

For instance if I have all peds and cars active I can record around 40 to 60 seconds with

action replay.

If they're out of the equation, I can easily record up to three minutes worth of footage.

But then again, there are a lot of scenarios where you need the ambience of an actual city

in the background.

Part 4: Camera Efficiency

You have now successfully captured your scene.

The next step is to find the right angles to tell a story.

I have talked about this a lot of times before, for example in my first big Rockstar Editor

Tutorial and in the Advanced Camera Tutorial.

Go and watch them now if you haven't, you'll learn a lot of basic and extended stuff there.

In here I wanna talk less about what specific settings you should use but more about how

to utilize the camera to use what you have recorded to be fullest.

What I mean by that is you shouldn't necessarily place one clip only once in the timeline because

you can try different perspectives with the same clip.

During dialogues you don't have to show the talking person's face all the time.

Let me show you an example of how this would look like.

In a serious context this is a really boring style, but it can also be useful for comedic

effect if you do the timing right.

This very linear montage also limits your freedom of inserting the voice acting at a

good pace.

This is why in actual movies it is common practice to show the character that talks

from behind, which allows you to put dialogue over footage where there was no actual talking.

Also you can show the other character's reaction to what is being said at the same

time.

Let me show you the same scene improved with this knowledge.

How do you do that in Rockstar Editor?

Well, there's no real magic to it.

If you have recorded two separate clips – one for each speaking character – you could

use both clips twice.

In the first instance you film the speaking character from the front, in the second instance

from behind.

This will leave you with four clips total and you can easily assemble these into a real

dialogue.

But you can also shoot actual separate reaction shots where the facial expression of the listener

changes.

I know that this process creates a lot more footage to render, which means longer export

times as well as bigger project sizes.

But using this as a starting point for practice you will get a good intuition for how much

footage you'll eventually need for your dialogues, especially when working with a

detailed script.

The next important thing for filming a scene is to have enough variations in the angles

because once again this will give you more freedom during editing, especially for fast

paced montage styles.

Plus you will be able to hide the fact that your scenes are not one continuous shot.

Let me show you an example: In this shot we once again have a car chase.

Instead of just showing angles alternating from the first car and the second car, you

can also show closeups of the cars like a spinning wheel, the dashboard or the drivers

face.

Alternatively you can use long shots to show the cars racing through the city, how about

a nice top down view that simulates a police helicopter?

Or maybe you show the cars speeding by a character that doesn't participate in the chase?

The viewer usually doesn't notice the location changes between shots unless they are very

abrupt, say in one moment we're downtown and suddenly we're out in the country.

And this is a lucky situation for machinima because in GTA V it's kinda hard to create

a real continuity because the traffic and pedestrians walking on the street are random.

If you edit cleverly nobody will notice.

Even if you don't edit cleverly people won't notice.

Two more important things about car chases: A – keep your camera moving at all times.

If you have sudden stops of a dolly ride in there it will kinda break the flow of the

chase.

B – when making a cut, don't jump the 180 degree axis between the two cars.

You can cross this line if you do a continuous pan because the viewer won't lose orientation

during that.

But remember: If you cut again after switching the side you must stay on that same side again.

It's important so your audience will always know which direction the cars are going.

You can try to watch your footage muted to focus better on if the images make sense standing

alone.

The last important thing I wanna talk about in terms of camera work is to use the camera

wisely so the viewer is able to understand the constellations of the characters.

I've talked about this in my first Rockstar Editor tutorial: There is this thing called

an establishing shot or a long shot that is usually seen whenever there's a change in

scenes.

This helps your audience to get a quick overview of where we are and who is gonna be in the

picture.

After you've made clear where your characters are you can start getting in closer with the

camera if there is any dialogue or if you wanna show what they're doing.

In this example I have now established this group of people.

If I wanna introduce a new character I will once again try to show where he is, in this

case I'll look over the shoulder of a policeman observing the group.

Then I can show a closeup of the officer to visually tell the audience: This guy is up

to something but we don't really know it yet.

And that's also how you build up tension in your scene.

A rule of thumb in Hollywood is "show, don't tell".

Because after all it's a movie and not a book reading.

So the more story you can convey with images, the less cringy dialogue you will need.

And that's about it for this tutorial.

There are many more advanced techniques which I'm gonna have to learn myself.

But the video was quite massive and contained a ton of useful stuff as it is.

If you feel that I've missed something or if you have any questions, just hit me up

in the comments and I'll try to help you out.

The script for this was 12 pages long by the way.

This took a looong time to put together so in case you enjoyed my tutorial please consider

How to Make Chinese Steamed Cakes - 2 Ways 賀年糕點/茶樓點心 傳統雞蛋糕 原味+朱古力味 - Duration: 3:58.

Hello Everyone, welcome to the uTry.it Channel. This is Amy Tong.

Today I have a very traditional Chinese dessert recipe to share with you.

Besides the original flavor, I also made one in chocolate flavor.

This little sponge cake is super light and fluffy.

My kids love the chocolate version of this cake. But I personally prefer to original.

It's slightly sweet and packed with egg-y flavors.

Follow me to the kitchen and I'll show you how to make these Chinese Steamed Cakes. Also known as 傳統雞蛋糕 in Chinese.

For the original steamed cakes, we will need 2 large eggs along with 5 tablespoons of sugar.

Give them a good whisk until the mixture is well combined.

Next, add in a 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

I used Grapeseed oil because the flavor is very mild. And 2 tablespoons of milk.

You can also use soy milk as a substitute. Set the mixture aside while we work on the dry ingredients.

For the dry ingredients, we will need 1/2 a cup plus 2 tablespoons of cake flour.

1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of kosher salt.

Whisk together until there's no big lumps.

Next, pour in the egg mixture, whisk until everything is just combined.

Maker sure not to over whisk the mixture, otherwise, your cake will be tough.

When you don't see any dry flour, the batter is ready.

This recipe makes exactly 5 cakes so prepare 5 paper cupcake liners and 5 (6-ounces) ramekins.

Evenly divide your batter into the paper cups.

And it's much easier to transfer your batter with an ice cream scoop.

Make sure to use a rubber spatula to scrape out all the batter for the last cake.

Fill a large pot with 3/4 of and inch deep of water.

When the water comes to a boil, reduce to low heat.

Carefully place the filled ramekins directly into the pot.

And here's a tip for you. Make sure the ramekins are not touching each other.

That way, the heat can distribute evenly during the cooking process.

Cover the lid and steam the cakes for 10 minutes.

And here's another tip for you, make sure to cover your lid with a large kitchen towel.

The kitchen towel is there to prevent the condensation from the lid from dripping back on to the cake while they're steaming.

After 10 minutes, the cake should be done and you can remove them from heat.

Slightly cool them on a wire rack and serve warm.

Here's how to make the chocolate version.

We will need 2 large eggs and 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract,

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 3 tablespoons of milk.

Whisk well and set aside.

For the dry ingredients, we will need 1/2 a cup of cake flour, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder,

1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until there's no big lumps.

Next, pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Again, evenly divide the batter into 5 paper cups inside the ramekins.

Cover and steam over low heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and slightly cool on a wire rack before serving.

These Chinese steamed cakes are so delicious! I absolutely adore the soft and spongy texture.

The slightly sweet and and egg-y flavors definitely bring back some childhood memories.

I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial and will give this recipe a try real soon.

Before you go, please remember to click on the subscribe button and subscribe to my channel.

That way you'll be the first to know when I have a steamy recipe coming up.

And remember, Eat, Drink, and Be Happy.

Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you all next week!

How to Hide the Header, Pre-Footer, and Footer in Squarespace (2018) - Duration: 1:58.

Hey there it's Lindsey from hazelhaven.com and in this video I'm going to show you how

you can create a page in squarespace similar to a landing page that

hides your header and footer.

So you won't see the header and you will not see the footer the prefooter or the footer

I created this page for my instagram account and it's on squarespace and it's essentially

my all the links page it is very similar to a site called linktr.ee but since I designed

it on squarespace I'm able to have more flexibilty and everything and it has everything else

without having the header and footer.

So i', going to show you real quick how I did that.

What you want to do one your page is to hit this little settings thing.

Then you want to go to advanced and then this is all of the code that you will need to hide

the um header prefooter and footer.

Now if you still wanted to have the prefooter and your footer there you just want to

include this code.

I will add this code at the bottom of this so that you can just copy and paste it and

use it for your own.

But once you add that you just hit save and that's it.

So if that was helpful for you or if you have any questions just leave them below this and

hopefully that helps save you time.

Because I know when I was trying to figure this out I could not find anything.

but anyways, thanks so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video.

How To Fold A T-shirt and Display - Duration: 12:00.

This video is brought to you by Bella campus the innovators behind black Heather and fast fashion

Just launched their very own YouTube channel

How to fold a t-shirt and displayed on this episode of t-shirt helpdesk

All right guys I know that may sound like the most simplest thing like anybody can fold the t-shirt, but there is

Somewhat of an art to it, okay so right now, we're going to get into what's called

Three second fold all right coming right up, so

What you want to do is you want to pretend is an imaginary line right in the middle of here, okay?

right in between that right you want to go down you can see with your thing a

Little bit all the way down to the bottom. Okay, there's another

variable

Okay

And what you want to do is and I like to put

If I'm right here. I like to grab this middle part

With my right hand

Okay, and you grab this top in the middle

With my left hand

Alright, now. I take this and I pull it down to the bottom

To that bottom hem all right then

I'll pull it through like

That and make sure that this is nice little

You know in half just like that nice my and then I simply take it now. This is what I do

I'll go now

Flat like that like you're gonna wait like that, but then I come

Back

and

Boom, just like that you have yourself a folded

t-shirt okay and a hot minute

So that was the demo here's how it would go in a real time like you actually folded it

So this is the three second fold all right?

Cool, very nice the problem with the three second fold is that for display purposes

Well, it kind of looks like a horse's patootie. All right

So I'm going to show you a couple more ways to to get it a little bit more. You know

nice and neat

So that was just folding one like that, but what happens when you stack them on top of each other so?

As you can see when doing the three second fold, it's not

necessarily the neatest so I'm going to show you another way all right as

You can see it's cool, but for display purposes. It's not so good

It kind of looks like a horse's patootie all right, so we're gonna show you the standard

store fold

All right now we're gonna do a

standard display

fold all right and

Let me show you how it's done

Okay, what you want to do is you want to take your shirt you want to flip it like a pancake?

BAM

Flip that bad boy like a pancake okay, then you wanna

fold it over slide

Slide some oil to me you want to slide that one over halfway right about at the top right about here

Maybe about an inch or two away from the collar seeing a high point show kick right there flatten

And I don't get it nice to meet me, and then you want to do the same thing on the other side

That's it. I mean that's pretty much it. You know if that comes up a little bit

You can just you know tuck that in okay tuck it, and then you take this bad boy

You turn it this way all right, so you guys can see anyone

Pick it up

But maybe about like halfway

Okay, anyone fold it

Okay, and then you want to

Fold it again. All right, so you got a nice little

fold right there now depending on how

Much you want to show

Well if you want to show up the graphic

Will be how much you fold like you might want to just take it like right there three quarters of the way, okay?

So right there right below

Your sleeve right there, I mean take it up like that and

You know you show that bad boy

Just like that you may want to show off if it's a graphic tee you may want to show off some of the graphic okay

now that is

Just one, but let's just say you wanted to display this alright

We want to have a bunch of them on top of each other what you do is simply you turn it over. Just like that

Okay, and you turn take your other t-shirts

And you just kind of put it on top of the other one face down

Okay, and then you follow the same guy how high you see you know just kind of press that down on top of it

So you can see what the t-shirt is and then you do the same thing you fold it back

Right on top of the other one lay it flat

You can fold this back, and you follow the line of the first one all right, then you fold that back

Over so that the bottom is flat, and you fold it right there on about

About way to sleeve ends and you go up, okay?

Add it down. I mean you gotta know you put that on top

Right blue the other one is you follow

The same pattern

Look it over

Let that that they make sure that the bottom right here is nice, and you know smooth

Bring it that back

and then

BAM just like that and you keep stacking these up alright just keep stacking them up

Cool much better

Alright, what can be a little

Could be a little sloppy sometimes it it depends so guys

Check this contraption out there goes all

right here guys

this is a

Folding board this how you fold for display with math medical precision

I let's open this bad boy up okay

Bam Bam

Okay you have like one two three four six panels alright, and what you want to did

You throw your t-shirt

Right on top actually you want to put it face down

Face down I go prints on

All right, I'm gonna put it face down

Nice and you know nice and nice and flat and even right here alright, just like

That can y'all see that okay?

And it's just so simple the bottom you want to take and you want to just fold that up to be above

the bottom right there

and you are almost done now what I like to do is I like to take and

Just push it in a little bit. Just push. It just push this little back going in like right here

Just just just push it in and then WHAM all right whoa

All right

Halfway there, and then take this one now. I like to just push it in right underneath and then WHAM

Look at that you got this

This little part hanging out right thing just you just take this again. Just like that Wham

Just tuck that in a little bit, you know you could do that with your hand in the right here

You got this part right here at the bottom you take that?

Wham

and you have yourself a

beautiful

nicely folded

T-shirt

Voila just like that and what you want to do is you can do this over and over again and stack them up

Alright guys that was the exploding board if you want to get one of those you want to check it out go right

There's a link in the description box, okay?

And this was how to fold a t-shirt and how to fold a t-shirt

For display remember guys do something good for somebody if you don't have anybody to do something good for

Do something good for yourself all right cheers to your t-shirts

Gonna put some butter on my shoes and slide on out the dope until next time peace

Alright guys. That was the folding t-shirt video make sure you like comment subscribe

How to Identify Toxic Relationships - Duration: 3:25.

What's up it's Justin from Ask 3 Therapists, and today we're going to talk about how to

identify toxic relationships.

So how do you know if you're in a toxic relationship or what a toxic relationship actually looks

like?

Maybe you've got a friend who you're thinking, 'Mmmm, is this someone I should really have

in my life?'

Or you have a codependent family member, or you have a co-worker who is very difficult

to deal with.

I recently edited, co-edited, a book called 'Manage Toxic People Now.'

And as part of this book, we asked 3 therapists heir feedback on how to identify toxic relationships.

One of the therapists we interviewed for this book was Dr. Danielle Dowling, and Dr. Danielle

Dowling is a doctor of psychology and life coach, I'll leave her link in the description,

but I wanted to read her feedback for you here, so bear with me for a minute while I

read this and we'll have a discussion about this afterwards.

So she says...'So all relationships -- and I really love this question -- but all relationships

are an energy exchange.

And this is the way that I choose to look at it.

So, each connection either feeds us power or sucks it away-drains it, right?

A toxic relationship really damages our self-esteem and drains our energy.

We just sort of feel emotionally exhausted after engaging in a toxic relationship.

And for that matter, it doesn't really feel like a safe place -- like a healthy one.

The relationship is usually characterized by insecurity, self-centeredness, dominance,

control.

For example, I often see this with my clients, in where they form a romantic attachment...to

a person who, for whatever reason, is unwilling or unable to love them.

So in these instances, we can often feel insignificant.

We can feel unlovable.

We can feel disrespected, and certainly, we can feel rejected.

So, that was Dr. Danielle Dowling's feedback on how to identify toxic relationships.

So now I want to ask you a couple questions because sometimes it helps to discuss the

issue as well as just listen to feedback about it.

So the first question is: What do your toxic relationships actually look like?

If you have toxic relationships in your life, you know what are those like?

And the second question is -- what are some strategies that you use to manage toxic relationships?

In other words, like, what are some strategies that you use on a day-to-day basis to manage

these negative, difficult relationships?

Um, I'd love to hear what you think about those 2 questions in the comments section.

And, if you're trouble, ah, with toxic relationships in your life, you have too many toxic relationships,

you don't know exactly how to manage them, you might want to check out the book Manage

Toxic People Now, ah, it's on Amazon, I'll leave a link to it in the description.

It's a quick read, we just, it's a Q + A format and we just ask 3 therapists for their feedback

on how to manage toxic relationships.

Um, that's it for this video, and I'll see ya next time.

Eachine E58 Tutorial How To Fly a Drone With Your Phone Using Wifi FPV Connect To The UFO App - Duration: 6:12.

hello every body welcome to a new episode of how to DIY Rc and in today's episode

we have the eachine e58 and we're going to show you how to fly Wifi FPV drone

using a phone with an app the UFO app we are going to test all the functions

and see how useful they are but before we can do that you have course have to

install the JV UFO app on your phone or tablet from the Google App Store and

when that's done you have to power on the drone then go to your Wifi and connect up

to the drone

and make sure it's connected then you're ready to go I make and everything should

work then the next step is going back into the app and then the first thing

you have to do is go into settings and then you have to activate the 720p

camera so you got a better recording sorry for the flickering let me go back

and we start by passing play the first icon that you get to see that is camera

and you can make a photo the second one is to start recording when useful tip

stop recording before you disconnect the battery or you will lose all your data

the third icon you have overview from your videos and your photos and

everything works just like let's go back and go into the fourth icon that

is now at 30% those are your speed rates you can switch to 60 and then you can switch to

100 making fly as its fastest and it's really good on a horrible day when

there's a lot of wind the fifth icon is for aerial footage or we have to turn on

our interface and let's go back this is the normal interface that you will have

me a press aerial video then you get

genetics stop that button is not stopped bottom is actually a kill button if your

something goes really south and goes wrong and you will just want to kill the

power to the quad so nothing is going to happen you kill you push the little red

button that says stop exactly a panic button the other options that you are

getting with this aerial footage is the automatic takeoff and automatic landing

and if you're up in the air though automatically hold the altitude and it

starts to drift you can use the trim buttons to the side to counter the drift

to make it stand stable and straight and at that position that you'll like to

have it there's some pretty nice pitches and it's one of the most features that

you're going to be using for aerial footage photo and the standard feature

is going to be used a lot those are the two main features that you will be

using on a daily basis a six button is gravity mode and as you can see now your

phone turns into this direction you can turn the cotton you want to go left you

want to go right you want to go forward you want to go back and probably still

have to manually control the height but it's not something that I recommend for

a beginner because it's pretty difficult to turn your quad this way but we are

not all the same maybe you like it let's turn it off and

then the seven I already showed it remove your interface but if it's off a

long time it also disconnects with the quad I think because your lights started

flashing again so it shows like it's disconnected turn it back on and then

the eight icon opens a whole new bunch of options that you have and the first

one is reversing your camera such as upside down then you have a 3d option as

Even can use with two people at the same time but I don't have a VR display or

glasses so I don't have a clue

the fourth option is Atlas mode so now always the front of the cot is always

the front of the quad I don't really like it I really also don't recommend it

as a beginner but my dad and the old-time guy he really likes it but he

doesn't get it when you turn around facing the court towards you that left

turns right and right turns left just that switching making in your head then

this fifth icon that makes the quad flicker is re-calibration that sometimes

is needed and then the last number six is voice command and Waypoint

Center so you can say like oh I'm going to go left right then then over there

and the quadcopter/drone going to follow that route but we have to then how we really want

to test that in practice it looks very interesting and there was it how to fly

a Wifi FPV mini drone with your phone I hope you liked this video it was

very helpful for you guys and you helped this video do we go even it a thumbs up

if you didn't know then give the thumbs up I hope you subscribe so the next

episode are we going to take out for a real test flight and we have some of

your upgrades coming up I want to say goodbye until next time

What does natural birth feel like? How to Reduce or Eliminate Birth Pain - Duration: 13:57.

hey it's Pauline and since I'm pregnant and I have baby on the brain I thought

it'd be fun for all of you who might be interested out there to know what it

feels like to give birth naturally. So I have given birth naturally six times so

six out of six and going on number seven right now and I know that was always my

concern now when I was with my first baby it just felt like everyone had

their horror story to tell like do you have that help you want to go natural

you're interested in not using medication drugs epidurals whether

you're in the hospital setting or you're at home and everyone wants to tell you how

it felt like they are being stabbed in the eye or one woman told me that or how

everyone wants to tell you how they tried and then they just gave in and got

the epidural and blah blah blah okay so first off I want to say those people one

didn't know what they're doing there's a lot of people who give birth naturally

and there's a way to work with your body a way to have practitioners who know how

to work with your body and then there's peat like there's like going in blind

yeah your body is gonna give birth to the baby whether you do it right or not

like your body knows what to do but there's a way to work with your body to

reduce and you know and pretty much almost eliminate the pain really to work

with your body so I recommend the Bradley classes they're twelve weeks

long Lamaze is essentially worthless you're

gonna be in a hospital setting with pretty much everyone there who wants to

get drugs and the they'll teach you how to do the candle blowing no one does

that no one breathes like that - that's so weird

okay Bradley is the class you want to take Bradleybirth.com

I don't know what it is the website I'll put it in the comments below but that's

where you want to go to learn how to give birth naturally and eliminate or

reduce get rid of your pain to make this an awesome childbirth experience and

also the really your practitioner is important. Bradley is designed to teach

you how to go natural in a hospital setting which is so cool because I kind

of think that's like the worst case scenario unless you have a really

awesome nurse midwife or you're in a really natural birthing friendly

Hospital this is more information you want to know probably but if you are

considering naturally in hospital I would definitely

research their c-section rates so like when I was in Orange County we lived

there at the time Newport hospital and Irvine Hospital - the wealthiest

hospitals had the highest c-section rates they just don't see a lot of

natural births so I'm not really sure what to do with him

so I'm birthing at right on the beach it was amazing I looked at the

ocean for baby number two and we had a certified nurse midwife at the well they

got rid of it you couldn't go to it now anyway the hospital closed but it was

awesome. So what does it feel like to give birth. It feels so basically it feels like a like

a sweater like a turtleneck sweater and it's it's gradually like waves are like

pulling the sweater down over the baby's head is kind of what it feels like so

like pull and then you're gonna break and it feels like this expanding

crescendo this is not a pitocin pitocin I hear is ridiculous and horrible for

contractions but just it's like a gradual wave your stomach it's like your

stomach is tightening it's like it tightens and is moving down like it's

pulling the the turtleneck sweater or the baby's head it tightens and it's

pulling it down so you'll feel a tightening in your stomach now here's

where people don't know what they're doing and I didn't know my first baby

either the only reason I didn't get an epidural is because my husband was like

you can do this you are gonna be strong you're almost done when you feel like

you this is a huge when you feel like you need an epidural

you're almost there you've got like 30 minutes left you're so close maybe an

hour like you've already been laboring for 24 hours

you've got one hour left when you feel like you're all me you can't handle any

more yourself so so close just know that okay and when you feel like that that's

the time is to lay down and stop walking you're gonna learn all this than Bradley

courses but that's what really helped me I learned that Psalm 23 is about the

length of a contraction so I memorized Psalm 23 so for me the Lord is my

shepherd I shall not want he leads me beside quiet pastures you know I'm just

like saying it to myself I'm totally relaxed usually laying in a tub I love

to birth in a tub it it takes away the pain for me like 75 to 85 95 percent

maybe I have births in every different way I've birth sitting up push the baby

on what they call birthing stool it looks like a u-shaped toilet lid it's

just empty on the bottom it's just it's a stool that is a u-shape and your butt

goes onto you and the baby comes out and they can and the Midwife or your husband

can catch the baby I've done it twice in the tub twice on a birthing stool and

twice on a bed in hospitals. The first baby was born in Irvine regional flat on my

back and they didn't know what to do with me

my very lovely OB who was super supportive of my birth plan was off that

day I didn't even know there was such a thing so there's your first baby just

know like there's seven days in a week and there's a one in seven chance your

OB could be off so who was the backup well I got mister like 1970s been around

forever episiotomy is what I do backup guy and so he was like Oh the baby didn't

come right out let's cut you like they didn't even like they didn't even think

like let's move her up or have her sit up a little or anything like the nurse

got me it's are jumping on my stomach so look I'm telling you a horse tour this

is terrible sorry this is just to prepare you that

you can have a wonderful birth and you just need to know who's supporting you

what's your husband feel how does your husband feel what are the nurses gonna

be like there what are the is the hospital seen mini natural births who's

your backup if your lady is off what's the backup like because you can

go visit this wonderful person for nine months and then on showtime day you get

the backup person what is the backup person if you interviewed scrupulously

interviewed your your OB or your midwife and then you get some backup you've

never even met that's what happened to me so check into your backups and also

be prepared the first birth I just read the Bradley books that helped a little

it was not the same as attending the Bradley courses I felt I just got so

much more out of actually practicing how to relaxed having my husband there

knowing what to do me my husband were on the same page he was at first birth he

was like reading the Bradley bursts while I'm in labor the books while I'm

in labor like he he you know it's like he had so much to do in his life like

he's working he didn't he make time for that but when you have 12 weeks and

you're going there as a couple together we put the first baby baby number one we

put her in we had a friend that would watch her we they would

between different friends so we could do these 12 weeks classes and he came he's

on board he knows what's happening he's there with you and we were able it was

it was so much so much better like such a night-and-day delivery pushing is a

different experience so you have your normal contractions I told you that were

like a wave and they get stronger they only are painful when you don't let them

do what they need to do so if you're walking around and the contractions are

quite strong like your muscles are flexing in different directions and so

your muscle the uterus is wanting to do I told you wants to tighten and pull so

if you're like up walking or you're really tense or you start to like rise

when that contraction comes like you're not relaxed this is where the pain

happens is your body is going to be pulling in a different direction okay so

then it's time to push so you had been letting your body do its thing you were

relaxing and all that good stuff and then it was time to push me what does it

feel like to push it's just kind of an overwhelming feeling like you know that

something is different like the contractions are very very very on top

of each other like there's not much of a break anymore and it's quite quite

strong so that's the time when the Midwife will check and she'll say okay

it's time to push like you're definitely fully dilated 10 centimeters let's go

and once you start pushing that overwhelming feeling like wow these are

really a lot I don't know how much more I can do that oh it's time to push like

you get you even get a sense like I need to like you start to get this feeling

I'm bearing down almost like some people say you like the feeling like you need

to poop like it's all the same muscles down there kinda so it feels that way

but once I start pushing it's so much better like you're it that overwhelming

feeling like goes away almost like way way way way better it's um it takes like

the overwhelmingness the pain from like a 10 down to a 2 and then the only other

feeling of pain that you might need to that you would you're probably wanting

to be aware of while you're watching this video is like right when you're

pushing the baby out you're you know you're going to feel a little bit of a

burn where the baby's head is coming out just like a burning like almost like

you've never take your fingers and like stretch it real far like that feeling

right now that you're feeling that's what you feel it's not really worse than

that like take your two fingers and stretch

them out pretty far and you feel kind of a little bit of a burn that's what

happens but it's meant to stretch as my fingers aren't meant to do that

like don't worry it's meant to stretch down there that's what's supposed to do

supposed to stretch and release a little baby that's the whole point

and like that burning the sensation of it stretching it happened every birth

really like it I think your body really kind of goes back to normal it goes back

so every birth it goes back but it only lasts like a few seconds and then you

have your baby you know like once you're at that

burning point that's the head coming out so um that you are like the baby's about

to be out and there's your baby and once the head comes out the shoulders and

everything just come right out and you've got a little baby in your arms

and then the only real pain that you should be aware of this is more for

second and third time moms and subsequent even after that is the

contractions continue even after the baby's done like especially in the baby

starts nursing you'll get afterbirth contractions that are as strong and

uncomfortable when you start nursing and you can't do anything back you are

holding this tiny little fragile baby and you go oh man I I need to relax and

lay down but I can't because I'm holding the baby

so I recommend after ease birth tincture after ease afte R EA se you put the

droppers and water or orange juice is better and you just drink it and that

really helped with relieving the pain of the after that after birth because you

really can't relax those because you're holding the little baby it's used when

you're nursing and then the only other pain I'd mention is when you're nursing

every single time every baby your nipples just have to get used to that

again like it's they have to toughen up and get used to a new little baby but

for women who there's a lot of women who have a hard time with nursing and I will

encourage you encourage you encourage you go get professional help the people

at the hospital help you or if you did the Bradley classes often the classes

will come with someone who will teach you how to help so you are to be firm

but gentle just like the Holy Spirit and you can do this don't give up don't give

up on nursing don't give up on child birthing just know when it feels so

intense your Alma so you're probably really close to

pushing you can do this many women before you have sometimes it helps to be

an environment where there's just really not choice your home is so comforting

it's so nice to be at home I did two births in hospital one would that

horrible OB I told you at Irvine the second was at that wonderful nurse

practitioner midwife Hospital and she kind of ran the show so the other nurses

that didn't know I think my home birthing like they they really were just

there to do her bidding and she you definitely had control and that was a

great experience and then home births blew them all out of the park my husband

will rave for hours about how great and relaxing it is to sleep I agree I my own

stuff my own bed my own like everything my own it's so much more of a natural

birthing environment conducive it's just so much better to be at home it's just a

I can't even rave about it enough like I love it so if you can make it happen

that's the best place I really did love birthing at home it's I would never ever

ever ever want to go back to a hospital after being in my own wonderful home my

own wonderful bed I just remember thing the second time I was like can I please

leave like me we're good we did natural labor like I can walk like I'm literally

ready to go home and they wouldn't let me leave

like I had to stay the night and stay until like 3:00 p.m. the next day it was

so pointless and stupid because they had rules they have all sorts of rules like

you can't in some places like with a nurse practioner it was good because I

could get in at the tub and she didn't care but at Irvine they like wanted me

to get out of the tub every 10 minutes to put that stupid monitor on my belly

and check check check and it was just it made natural birthing really difficult

so I would recommend home if you can make it happen

save up the money whatever it will work out like a lot of people have payment

plans or let you pay even after the birth just make it happen if you want to

birth it home make it happen just go for it and know that it's gonna

work out you know do whatever you need to do sell some things earn some extra

money get gifts asks for Christmas instead of gifts give me money towards

my birth whatever it takes you want to birth it home make it happen

because it is so worth it alright talk to

I'm sure I hope that helps you understand natural birthing and also

what it feels like to give birth naturally from start all the way to

finish after birth and also nursing okay well I will be having a baby soon I'll

let you know about that I've got another trimester to get

through which I'm kind of glad for I like things too I like to enjoy and not

feel like things are rushed so but if you are having a baby congratulations to

you and for those who are interested may God bless you and your endeavors and in

your life and in your relationships go out and live life abundantly and I will

talk to you next week

Coco Peat:How To Use it Correctly in Container Gardening - Duration: 10:53.

Use of coco peat is common in gardening

Either you use it in backyard gardening

container gardening or in hydroponics

therefore subscribe without hesitating

You will get new videos for free whenever posted

Come let's start

Coco peat we bought from market or gardening store

is sold either in brick form or dust fiber

But that coco peat may contain fungus

and impurities harmful for plants

Therefore sterilization is

necessary to avoid damage in gardening

While using coco peat

It is necessary to pre treat coco peat

as it is made from coconut

Mostly Coconut is grown in coastal areas

therefore salty material gets mixed with coco peat

Many impurities get mixed during handling and storage

I would like to add one more aspect

After taking yields from plants

it is necessary to treat coco peat

as in process of plant life cycle

many impurities and fungus gets developed in coco peat

When you use this coco peat for growing other plants

you must sterilize coco peat before growing other plants

Now I will show how to sterilize coco peat

then we can use coco peat easily in gardening

and the sterilization method is very simple

I can do it

so you can do it easily

This coco peat is already mashed from coco peat brick

As I was telling earlier in the video

why it is necessary to sterilize coco peat

as it contains harmful impurities

which can damage your plants

Now I will show you how to sterilize

coco peat so that you can use it properly

where ever you want to use it

correct and in proper way

I will use hydrogen peroxide to sterilize coco peat

Hydrogen peroxide used here is 35% food grade

Take 5 ml hydrogen peroxide with one liter of water

Add 5 ml hydrogen peroxide with one liter of water

then add coco peat in the solution

Keep coco peat for at least 4 hours in the solution

It is better to wet coco peat for a night

Then wash or rinse with water properly

After drying you can use coco peat in containers

There is another method

If hydrogen peroxide is not available

You can use chlorine bleach for sterilization of coco peat

You have to mix one kg chlorine bleach

with 5 liter of water

then wet coco peat in the solution

After wetting for 4 hours wash it properly

Wash coco peat until odor of chlorine bleach vanishes

But many gardeners claim that it damages plant

I would like to tell that

plant will survive in small traces of chlorine bleach

But it is better to use hydrogen peroxide

to sterilize coco peat

Now I will show how to use

hydrogen peroxide with water to

pre treat coco peat and dry

Come let's watch

I will take some coco peat in a bucket

and after mixing one liter of water

I will add 5 ml 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide

I have mixed one liter water and

now I will add 5 ml hydrogen peroxide

You have to use

35 % food grade hydrogen peroxide sterilize coco peat

I will show you mixture closely

Now you have to keep the solution of

coco peat hydrogen peroxide and water for at least 4 hours.

It is better to keep for night

but for purpose of making video

I will keep solution only for 4 hours and wash it

4 hours is completed

care for one thing

You have to wash 3 times,

first with hydrogen peroxide and

twice with plain water

Before drying rinse it properly with

water to wash impurities well

Then filter it

Dry coco peat after filtering

After drying coco peat you can use it in gardening

I am repeating once more

you have to wash coco peat three times

first in solution of hydrogen peroxide

and keep for 4 hours

then wash it with water twice

and keep it for drying

then after drying coco peat is ready

to use for gardening purpose

As you are watching after washing 3 times and

drying coco peat is nearly dried

When it dries completely

then you can use it in container

or use where ever you want to use

You have noticed that

I have washed coco peat first with hydrogen peroxide

and after that I have washed twice with water

Then I have dried it

By sterilization it becomes fungus and germs free

And other impurities get washed by washing twice

Now coco peat is sterilized and

you can easily use coco peat in container gardening

Coco peat we buy from

market or gardening store is not washed

Many manufacturers sell washed coco peat

but without Fungal and chemical treatment

If you buy washed coco peat from market

Then you should buy coco peat which is washed thrice

For self satisfaction you should wash it

and treat with hydrogen peroxide for fungus removal

I would suggest you,

even if you buy washed coco peat from market

use it in gardening after fungal and chemical treatment

HOW TO THINK IN ENGLISH [*ACTIVATE THE SUBTITLES*] - Duration: 8:29.

Hello, this video is going to be very quick

today I'm going to teach you a method for you to think in English

and therefore

you will improve your speaking

but before we start, remember that if you subscribe to the channel

you'll be given access to the pdf files

with extra exercises and homework based on my videos

so please, subscribe

Let's get started because I've just woken up and I need to have breakfast

ok, but I know the ultimate secret for the perfect speaking

but it's a secret

oh noo, Rodger! Tell me the secret!

I WANT TO SPEAK PERFECTLY!

but it's a secret, I can't tell you

Look at my face, am I smiling?

YOU'RE SILLY!!!

come on, man! Tell me the secret.

Now, it's finally the moment to reveal the ultimate secret for the perfect speaking.

ok, I'm going to tell you the secret for the perfect speaking

the secret is

you need to think in English

But english is not my first language. How can I do it? It's not possible!!!

nothing is impossible

you just have to go there and do it

if you work hard you can do it

ok, I'm going to tell you one perfect strategy

to think in english, but there are many different strategies

to think in English but today I'm going to focus on one

specific strategy and it works

It's related to sensations and feelings

The following method is connected to your emotions, sensations and feelings. Please write down

and sensations and feelings are very connected to your mind

the thing is...Whatever you're feeling at the moment

whatever sensation you're having

try to translate this sensations into words in English

I'll give you an example:

Let's imagine your first language is Spanish. How do you say "I'm hungry" in Spanish?"

and let's imagine your first language is Portuguese

how do you say "I'm hungry" in Portuguese?

Right!!!

but whenyou feel that you're hungry

Try to translate this sensation into English

and how do you say that in English?

I'm hungry

now, you're going to force yourself into thinking that. Don't say it out loud

think that

"I'm hungry"

and repeat that in our mind many times

so, repeat it, twenty times in your mind first

and then bring it to your mouth

What?!?! Bring what to my mouth?

The words!!! I'm talking about the words!!!

then you say "I am hungry"

and you are really hungry

then you say that 20 times

"I'm hungry"

after having done that, add words to the sentence

trying to make it a little more complex...Example:

"I am very hungry"

and then you say that many times

"I'm very hungry"

after that, make your sentence even more sophisticated

"I'm extremely hungry. I need to eat right now"

and then you say that many times

"I'm extremely hungry. I need to eat right now"

and say that many times

paying attention to the pronunciation of every word

So, do I have to repeat that three times?

NO

You have to repeat that around 64 times

"Asian Style"

If you want to speak english perfectly, you're going to have to work hard on it.

"No pain, no gain"

well, pain is good sometimes

What?

Pain is good sometimes

Can you say that faster?

Pain is good sometimes

Ok, so whatever you're feeling

translate that into English in your mind first

and then you say that in your mind many times

because you're forcing your brain into thinking in English

and bring this thought, this sentence to your mouth, and

say it out loud

after having said that out loud

try to add words to this sentence

and repeat that many times

take the whole day to practice that

you're going to see that you will improve your speaking a lot

another example:

My stomach hurts because last night for dinner

I had vodka with toddynho. I mixed them.

and I drank it

Now my stomach hurts, so

I'm going to translate this sensation into words in English

and I'll think:

of a sentence and I'll repeat that in my mind many times

"I have a stomachache"

I'm going to think this, many times... "I have a stomachache

but without saying it. Just thinking.

then I'm going to bring this thought. This sentence to my mouth

and then I'm going to say it 20 times

"I have a stomachache" (many times)

Now i'm going to try to make it longer

To make it longer, Rodger?!

Shut up, man!

Yes, I'm going to make this sentence longer

I have a stomachache because I drank vodka and Toddynho last night

and say this sentence many times

"I have a stomachache because I drank vodka and Toddynho last night"

and then add more words to it

"I have a stomachache because last night I had four pizzas, vodka and Toddynho"

and then repeat that around 64 times.

Next time you have a stomachache you will automatically think:

"I have a stomachache"

I'm sure of that because

this is a very serious practice

in which you're forcing your brain into thinking in English

you can use this technique with anything...Example:

I feel that my breath stinks

so what do I feel?

"I need to brush my teeth"

I'mgoing to force my brain into thinking that:

"I need to brush my teeth"

many times but without saying it

just thinking

so after having repeated that many times in my mind

I'm going to bring it to my mouth and say:

"I need to brush my teeth"

and then I will add words

"I need to brush my teeth because I had garlic for breakfast"

There is another secret to this technique

When you are repeating the same sentence again

each time you say it

again

say it a little faster

for example:

"I need to brush my teeth because I had garlic for breakfast"

the second time

say it faster

"I need to brush my teeth because I had garlic for breakfast"

and faster

"I need to brush my teeth because I had garlic for breakfast"

see?

This is a very good way to practice

HOW TO BE CONFIDENT? - Duration: 10:00.

Don't forget to hit the subscribe button and click the bell icon to never miss an update.

Hi guys and welcome back to my youtube channel this is alifya and you're watching the flawed

queen So I hope you guys are watching my videos regularly I'm trying to post two videos

per week which is like a great accomplishment for me cause I'm always so busy and everything

but ya I really want to be regular on youtube so I'm.trying to make two videos per week

and if you guys are watching it then that's great but if you guys are not then please

come back to my youtube channel on every Thursday and Sunday to watch new videos Having said

that I want to tell you guys that today I'm going to talk about this thing I've been

asked a lot about that is how to build your confidence or how to be confident Actually

I'm not boasting about myself but I'm kind of confident and people often ask me

how I've developed that confidence because I'm not really you know I don't shy away

from going on stage or talking you know my heart out or just facing a group of people

which is I know something a lot of you guys struggle with and you know its not like I

don't feel scared of going on stage or facing people but iVe just learnt how to overcome

my nervousness and I know that a lot of people deal with this so I just want to help you

guys with it and tell you how you can be more confident and its going to happen with time

so if you follow whatever I'm going to tell you or you know get a little motivation from

this I'm sure you guys will be able to overcome all your nervousness and all of that and be

more confident So there are really just 3 things that you have to inculcate or which

you have to practice more in your life if you want to build up your confidence and I'm

sure you will be able to do it over time but you need to practice these 3 things more often

which I'm going to tell you it's really simple and I think honestly anybody can do

it if I can so ya I'm going to tell you so lets get started so the first thing which

I want to tell you guys about and which you need to practice more often is to be prepared.

By being prepared I mean you need to know what is the worst thing that could happen

out of any you know anything that you're taking up be it a dance on stage or exams

or anything of that sort so for example if I'm going for an exam I'm scared you know

before that we're all nervous that you know what kind of paper might come I might not

know anything or what's going to happen and a lot of that and a lot of this nervousness

destroys you know a lot of things you know something and it just flies out of your brain

because you're too nervous so to deal with that you need to be confident and for that

what I do is I be prepared for the worst consequences that could happen I think of what's the

worse that could happen if I'm in a situation so if I'm going to dance on stage I don't

dance guys I mean I dance for fun but anyway this is just an example so if I just go on

stage and dance what will happen I might just fall right or I might forget a step but there's

nothing more you know nothing worse that could happen so that's like the worst thing that

could happen and I'm prepared for that in my mind that you know people might laugh maybe

or whatever they might make fun but its gonna end in one week or one month how much will

people talk about it anyway You need to think of the worst that could

happen and accept it ok this going to happen but its going to be fine after a while so

that is something we need to do more often so the next thing that you guys need to do

and that I do and I guess we all need to do is to be self aware yes you need to know yourself

the best you shouldn't be like ok this person knows be better no you need to know yourself

the best you need to know your positives and your negatives and accept it and the day you

know yourself well and you can accept your flaws there's nothing that can stop you

from being confident also there's another important thing I want to include in this

about being about being self aware is that you always look back at what you've achieved

everybody has achieved something which they can be proud of it could be something very

little like helping somebody on the road or something big but achievements everybody has

it everybody has some good qualities and some achievements which they've made and you

need to look back on that whenever you feel under confident or whenever you feel you can't

face situation whenever I am on stage or I'm going on stage I do feel a little nervous

and I just look back and think and it gives me this kind of positivity so I'm like oh

ya I've I've achieved that I can do this so that's something very important you need

to look back on your achievements and feel positive about it Also you need to expect

success from any situation so if you're going out you know present yourself in a competition

or whatever it is you need to expect success you can't go on and face the world if you're

thinking that oh no I can't do it I might lose there maybe so many better people you

can't think like it unless you've given it a shot you never know whenever you expect

success or you know you're like maybe I can do it you know or I have a chance it you

know kind of pushes you to do better and you never know that better might turn out to be

the best so the third and one of my favourite or ways that I want to suggest to you guys

to be confident is to receive praise and take risks yes so by receiving praise I mean that

if somebody genuinely compliments you about something that you've done receive it on

a good note because I don't know if you guys do this but if somebody compliments me

like oh really am I good or you're just saying because you thought I'll feel good

about it so I'm like always taking out the negative even in the positive so that's

something you should stop doing which I'm also learning to stop doing because when people

praise me I think in that way and I should not and neither should you so if somebody

praises u on something you're like oh wow that's something nice about me you feel

good about it you feel positive and then you know try to work better towards it that's

only if you receive the praise with a positive mind you just need to go out there and take

that risk and do that thing that you always wanted to do it is going to give you confidence

I assure you because it's going to tell you oh well I wanted to do this I gave it

a shot whether it worked or not that's different but that's just gonna make you feel better

and stronger about yourself and it will build your confidence Just imagine about the big

YouTubers they left they left these conventional job or conventional life to and chose to do

something unconventional and they're so huge on the internet and you know they're

just so good in what they're doing so if they had never taken those risks they might

not be where they are or even for me actually I was so skeptical before starting blogging

and specially youtube but I just took that risk and I love it I love making videos and

doing my thing and I feel like if I wouldn't have taken that risk and I would have always

been scared about how the world is going to take it I wouldn't have been in the happy

space that I'm in right now so we need to take risks and you never know what you could

achieve I mean you could just go out there and do something and it might not lead you

to where you wanted to but it might it lead you to something better So ya please accept

the praise people give you receive it well and take risks don't be scared of taking

risks those are three ways that I wanted to suggest to you guys to build your confidence

and I'm sure its going to help you guys I mean it's someything that has helped so

this is from my personal experience and I'm sure this is going to help you guys I hope

you guys liked this video before ending it I just wanna tell you guys don't let opinions

bother you try to be the best version of yourself these are ways I've suggested its not gonna

work in a day or in a minute it will take some time but if you just keep on doing it

it will help you only you can change the opinions of others from negative to positive so you

be you do you and believe in yourself so I really hope you like this video I can go on

talking about how to build confidence but I don't want this video to be too long so

if there's anything that you guys wanna ask me then you can of course email me my

email will be down below so ya you can contact me ask me anything that you want and u will

try to get back to that and if there's any video suggestion that you guys want to give

then do comment down below and please do what I always ask you to do that is to like share

and subscribe to my channel do comment down below hit the bell icon and also share it

with your friends this video with all of those who you think need it so ya do that and I

love making videos for you guys be back here on Thursday and s Sunday ya Thursday and Sunday

Seben like Flamme Kapaya - How to hold the pick - Isaac Sariel - Duration: 15:00.

An introduction should be played here

Hi guys, today let's record this video

to see how to play like Flamme Kapaya

Why Flamme Kapaya ? Because most of guitarists from the young generation

my generation (I am 29 now), and the younger

for most of us we've been looking up at Flamme Kapaya because of his guitar technic

But the truth is there are many amazing guitarists who has influenced me particularly

and they are not all famous

but for the moment let's say that Flamme Kapaya has been the main one

We could talk about other great guitarists in another video, those who brought good melodies

but it's not the topic of this video

Today let's talk about how to play like Flamme Kapaya with his fingering

I want to talk aboout the manner of holding the pick and to play with the right hand

synchronized with the left side

I have already made a video about that but let's revise it with other exercises

mainly for accuracy and power for the right hand

and synchronization with the right hand which is the most difficult

You have to know that the main difficulty you will meet when you start seben and all kind of arpeggios

Arpeggios is this manner of playing strings one by one

** sorry the guitar is not perfectly tuned (again) **

This is a manner of playing arpeggios, unlike this ...

This is when you place chords and play all the strings with the pick

So one of the first difficulty you meet when you play arpeggios

is this accuracy you need to get while using your pick

and synchronization with the right hand

Unfortunately for this there is no magic solution other than working hard

to automate the process with precision and to improve your power

to get your wrist muscles used to this kind of motions

with accuracy and synchronization with the left hand

It's very hard when you start

but it worth it, to get the right sound the right fingering, a very good style

So firstly how to hold your pick. Me I hold it like this ...

The thumb

Often you will noticed that guitarist other fingers are free

to use the pick and sometime the fingers like this one

to kind of pinch the strings like this

Unlike the gipsy jazz where most of guitarists hold strongly the pick like this

with a strong fist holding it by gipsy jazz lead guitarists

Sorry I can't do it, I prefer my way

with my hand open and placed here

I use my little finger here like a compass needle

Hey ! I forgot

The plectrum toughness

my one is pretty flexible

It's a 0.71mm

So it's neither too hard neither too soft like a sheet of paper

It's handful for this music style

where we stroke the strings

Exercises that I often talk about, the manner of playing is

the up and down way. Power is in the fact that I am accurate and each string

is heard precisely

There should not be missed strings like

There are so much lead guitarists playing so fast we can't deny it

and if you don't pay attention you would say "this guitarist is amazing"

but the truth is he misses so many strings and has a lack of accuracy in his style

I recommand you to work to have that accurate phrasing

very clean even when you will play with more speed

each string and each note have to be specificaly heard

I have already said but I repeat it

So if your tune played with the mouth is ...

I look foolish singing seben like this

With the guitar it should be this

This kind of transition inside the seben

This is the kind of part for some guitarists who lack accuracy

where you will notice missed strings

So you have to practice slowly

The exercise for that is to play up and down with the pick

in the right side if you hold your pick in the right side

do this type of exercise like in the key of G

Starting by this chord for example

Take your time to grow your power, your accuracy, and synchronization with both right and left hands

Then slowly speed up as you will need it to play arpeggios for seben

For rhythmic arpeggios I gave this exercise in another video let's see it again quickly

There is already a video about this exercise so if you want to see it again

you can click on this "i" button to get the link

There are so many synchronization exercises between the plectrum side and the fretboard hand side

but you just have to take your time whatever the exercise you will decide to practice

Choose one with a tune that will be easily used directly in your seben

like this one I said before

It's a short tune to absolutely practice in up and down picking style

It's G then C, D then C

And G. It's a "2 temps"

with shortened chords

By the way when you practice this kind of tune you improve your memory

this is also a hard part : to remember all notes one by one

it's hard in the beginning but then you will be able to play any musician's tunes easier

Then step by step you will speed up and add other tunes

So there are many many exercises to practice speed and power ...

I particularly stress the fact that you a have to practice up and down picking style

Up and down picking style is essential

Flamme Kapaya, as we pick him as an example, plays so much up and down

Everytime !

Even when he could play with a down stroke

He still plays up and down picking style like that

That's the case for him and all great guitarists

always up and down, up and down ...

Unless you play sweep picking

or double triple notes picking

in this case you will play down strokes like that

later I will explain more about this sweep

but most of the time keep in mind that we'll play up and down

even for rhythmic guitar

Always up and down picking style

So I encourage you to practice this taking your time

I know it's very hard it's one of the main difficulty as you will miss strings a lot in the beginning

and won't be perfectly synchronized so practice it slowly you will get it step by step

everyday you'll practice

on a scale, major or pentatonic scale, even some melodies it will come by itself

That's it it's a little technic to play like the greatest guitarists

among the bests who have the best melodies, the best technic and phrasings

very accurate and powerful

As I said before you have to play seben with accuracy, imposing presence, no shyness

No no no ! We dont' want that ! Be present while playing lead guitar

And this is something to practice slowly

It's not over with this technic I will keep talking about it

this manner of playing, for rhythmic guitar as for lead guitar

We'll add other exercises in next videos

Those we've just seen are already helpful, good to start and to get used

to play lead guitar with accuracy, power and an imposing presence

As always tell me what are your thoughts

Like and share this video and suscribe to the free lesson

which appears here, then you will receive it with pdf files, and the next lessons

and the messages I send in private

Anyway we are together, and you know how we always end ...

Always with a SEBEEEN !!

A DIPLOMATIC SEBEENN !! THIS IS THE SEBEN CONCEPT !!
