Youtube daily is it Jan 27 2018

Well this is the best 4" smartphone Apple has to offer so far in 2018 the

iPhone SE is one of the most powerful and most affordable devices from Apple

when it comes to compact phones and one-hand use and despite this thing

selling for less than $200 and zero goes on contract is it worth it and how does

it perform let's find out let's start with a very very quick unboxing so

inside the box is the phone itself user manual five inch wall adapter lightning

cable a pair of white headphones with a normal headphone jack because this is

one of the few phones that still has a headphone jack besides that is running

on the Apple a9 chip which is the exact same processor on the iPhone 6s so it's

pretty safe to say this thing is almost as powerful as the iPhone 6s just in a

smaller 5s body for the most part the hardware's are quite similar to the 6s

which I will get back to in a bit but let's face towards the forest display

now depending on who you are you might see the forest display has a positive or

negative it's a very compact phone which not only makes it easy to carry around

but it also offers a lot of power and a great battery life but on the other side

of the story you might prefer a bigger screen size for a better user experience

especially how with the iPhone X we're moving to as a bezel-less display to

find a good sweet spot between bigger displays and something that's easy to

carry around for my personal taste I would have switched back to a 4-inch

display has my daily driver but I still use this phone has my secondary phone

and that's because of the ease of use and the portability now the display is

60% screen to body ratio not as powerful or has sharp as the OLED panels on the

iPhone X but for the most part is good enough to get the job done

now speaking terms of performance the iPhone se does not glitch out unlike the

iPhone 5s which very recently drop in performance with all the bugs and

glitches this guys so far so good speaking in terms of speed the iPhone X

is definitely faster but this is more for difference you notice on hands-on

comparisons using the phone solely by self doing everyday things I don't

really feel like I'm losing on performance so that's a good thing

gaming is another category the phone does really good at my only drawback

would be the force display but again if you're okay with that or once you get

used to the forest display you'll be fine now switching back to the outside I

did not spend a lot of time talking about the outside and the hardware since

it is something you're probably well aware of but for a general statement is

a pretty solid form for the prices being offered out it does like water

resistance which honestly is a big deal in 2018 compared to other phones that at

least have some kind of IP reading besides that we have a 12 megapixel

camera on the back which is almost as good as the iPhone 6s or even the iPhone

sevens camera is able to shoot a 4k and take some incredible pictures with

Twinkle accuracy and the perfect amount of sharpness and saturation just as

expected from Apple the front-facing camera is on the disappointing side is

so 1.2 megapixel camera nothing compared to the competition and well I really

have a lot to say about it it is okay to get the job done

turning to the bottom beside the headphone jack and the microphone we

have a single down firing speaker which gets fairly loud for its kind and

throughout the volume level is able to maintain a solid user experience and

moving back to the internals another thing the iPhone se lacks in is 3d touch

and while it's pretty understandable for me they weren't able to fit the

technology in this small device and honestly doesn't make a big difference

for me but it is something worth pointing out we also have a 2gb of RAM

which is sufficient for daily usage and performs pretty well thanks to the

optimized software but for long-term use a bigger round would be ideal especially

if you're planning to buy a new device and keep it for a few years other than

that is a great phone battery for my unit served me pretty well and easily

got me through out the time I'm at school or work but if you are a heavy

user or want a phone to last until you hit the bed you might need to carry your

power bank or compromise on usage so overall is it worth it in 2018

absolutely especially if you're getting a on $0 on contract or from a third

party seller or even used one because it will fall under $200 but if you're

buying a new from Apple I would say so little on the pricey side besides that

it performs pretty well with iOS 11 and will be supported for another two

generations of iOS it's not up to the speeds of the iPhone X but does a fairly

good job with the decent battery life or device this

but lack of water resistance and not so great from facing camera is definitely a

little downfall and considering the 60% screen to body ratio that is soon to

disappear I'll read the iPhone se a 7 out of 10

only because of the performance and the quality delivers from Apple at this

price point and yeah guys that would be your wrap let me know what you think

about the iPhone se and a comment down below and subscribe for more content

What is a 1031 Exchange and What Does It Do for You?// The Real Estate Blitz! - Duration: 3:37.

Hey everybody!

What's going on?

KSAKris here!

The Real Estate Blitz!

And I wanted to talk about converting 1031 exchanges.

Converting low cash flow properties so a potential client can actually make more money in fact,

this is something that you can target and go after these people in order to generate

more deals.

So what is a 1031 exchange?

Basically a 1031 Exchange is if you have a property that is a rental property - designated

rental property and you wanted to sell that property.

You can sell it and you can purchase light properties without paying taxes.

You don't have to pay the taxes on that property so you're selling your property to purchase

another property or properties that are like it, in order to generate more cash flow and

more income.

First!

There are three things that you're looking for when you do buy and hold properties.

You're looking for the "cash flow" -that's the amount of money that you get every month

that's coming in.

That's the "appreciation" so over time the value of the property should increase and

then the "depreciation" that's the third one.

Depreciation is being able to write off-on taxes.

It's basically a tax write off so the more I can write-off you know because with money

there's only two ways to make it.

You either make more or you find a way to save it.

Having write-offs is saving money therefore you're making money right?

You pay less to the government, you keep more therefore you make more profit.

So that's the very first thing you need to understand.

Now cash flow properties.

The reason why a lot of people want to 1031 exchange is, the property that they presently

are in may not be making the cash flow or the appreciation or ... okay let me start

for one.

It may not be making the cash flow that they would like it to make so for example: I own

a $400,000, I only make $12,000 per month on that house, I know if I purchased a different

house in a different area I could be making $4,000 a month because I'm gonna get 1% per

month on principle meaning if I own a $400,000, I should be making 1% on the $400,000 right?

So that's 12% per year, that's $4,000 per month.

Now when a lot of people buy these properties they buy em - so it's worth $400,000 now but

when you bought it, it was only worth $120,000 therefore the $1,200 per month makes good

sense, but not for what it's worth right now.

The other thing that why people might want to get rid of it : Well they can't really

depreciate anymore, they've owned the house for five or more years, they can't really

write it off anymore so they're looking for something else because that is a way of making

more money.

They want to get into something that they can write off so they can make more cash.

And then the very last one, the overall appreciation.

The house has appreciated so much that they want to take that extra income and purchase

more property so again.

I bought the house for $120,000 - it's worth $400,000 right now, I can sell this and maybe

buy two houses or three houses or just a better cash flowing property.

So that's why people would want to 1031 exchange a home.

So now we got to figure out what next.

Go ahead and do me a favor!

I just want to give you a quick rundown of what the 1031 Exchange was today and why people

would want to do a 1031 exchange in general.

The next video I'm going to do is actually going to break down how to actually adjust

from a low cash flow property to a high cash flow property.

Alright that's all I got today!

Appreciate y'all.

Do me a favor!

LIKE/SHARE/COMMENT And I hope this quick little series - I'm gonna do three or four videos

just on 1031 exchanges, I hope it helps you all out.

Alright have a good one.

TransLink Wayfinding 101: What is Wayfinding? - Duration: 0:59.

Wayfinding is actually something that everyone

does on a day-to-day basis.

It's the act of navigating your space and getting yourself from Point A to Point B.

Wayfinding as it exists at TransLink is providing people those tools to be able to navigate

through transit stations, bus exchanges and all of our facilities, and just across the

system in general.

Common things are directional signage, facility identifiers like as you're arriving on the

train, you'll get the name of the station pops up so you can tell where your train is arriving.

And of course, maps.

We have a full suite of different maps.

There are maps that will help you plan your trip.

There are maps that will help you as you exit the station, make your bus connections or find

local points of interests in five or ten minute walking area.

What is a Defined Contribution Plan & How Does It Work? | You Money, Your Choices with Susan Daley - Duration: 4:11.

If you're fortunate to be one of the 1.1 million Canadian participants of a defined contribution

pension plan, you might be curious how these plans work and what their benefits might be.

In today's video, I'll outline what a defined contribution pension plan is

how it works, and some of the drawbacks associated with this plan.

I'm Susan Daley and this is Your Money, Your Choices.

A defined contribution pension plan is aptly named, since the employer benefits portion

of this plan are related to the contributions.

Each year, the employer will contribute a specific dollar amount to the plan.

This is usually stated as a percentage of your salary.

The employer contribution is often contingent on you making a contribution to the plan yourself,

but doesn't have to be.

For example, your employer may match contributions up to 4% of your salary.

If you contribute 3%, your employer will contribute 3%, if you contribute 5%, your employer will

only give you 4%.

This is often referred to as "free money" since for those who would already be saving

for their future, their employer is topping that up for them.

Sun Life Financial estimates that Canadians are leaving over $3 billion on the table from

not contributing to these matching programs.

Of course there are many reasons why Canadians are using their money for other things aside

from matching, but if it's a result of lack of knowledge, that's something that needs

to be addressed!

Unfortunately, with this type of plan, the employer is only responsible for providing

a contribution to the plan.

Once they've made that contribution, the rest is up to you.

You are given a list of options to invest in based on what the pension plan provider

(like Sun Life, Manulife, or Great West Life) is offering.

It is your responsibility to select the investment option that you're comfortable with from

a risk perspective.

For more information about risks when investing, check out my "Risks for Millennials Investors"

video.

The amount of money you receive at retirement will depend on how much you contributed to

the plan, and how well your investments have done.

These plans should really be called savings plans, rather than pension plans.

A Defined Contribution plan is similar to an RRSP (with employer contributions).

However your investment options are limited, and there are additional government restrictions

around withdrawing your money.

Now if you watched my previous video around Defined Benefit pension plans, you might be

thinking, this plan isn't nearly as good as a defined benefit plan.

All the risk is on you.

And in general, you're right.

A Defined Contribution plan may provide some advantages over a defined benefit plan though:

First, the money saved in your plan won't change (aside from savings, withdrawals, and

your investment returns) if your employer goes bankrupt.

Second, you should have greater flexibility around withdrawing your income in retirement.

Third, you can receive a higher retirement income if you invest in a riskier manner and

it works out for you.

However, the opposite could be true, if you outlive what your assets can provide due to

a long life or your investments fall at the wrong time.

Fourth, a lump sum is available to your heirs if you (and your spouse) pass away before

spending the income.

Most individuals don't have a choice whether they have a defined contribution or defined

benefit plan, though it's important to know which plan you have so that you can plan for

your retirement accordingly.

In addition, depending on the plan you currently have and the plan at a potential employer,

this may be a consideration if you're looking to switch jobs.

In the future, I'll outline in detail what options you have with pension plans if you

do change employers.

Are you one of the lucky 6.3 million Canadians that has an employer pension plan?

I'd love to hear about it in the comments below.

What is uganda knuckles? The history and origin of do u know da wae memes - Duration: 6:49.

Hello internet! and welcome to behind the meme!

Today we have a look at ugandan knuckles

Damn!

This one has been everywhere lately!

From pewdiepie to even that damn elders react series!

Where a bunch of old people were confused as hell with it!

"What's it suppose to mean?

I mean what's the purpose"

Sooooo…

How did it all happen?

It starts in the 1990s like most great things do

Yeah…that shits gonna be stuck in your head for the rest of the day, I'm sorry.

the character Knuckles is originally from the sonic the hedgehog series of video games

You know those video games where the main character runs around like he just drank a

bunch of soda, coffee and cocaine.

and if you don't know what I'm talking about when I say that I'm talking about

the video game where you're a blue guy who collects gold rings

This is the original knuckles video game character who by the way is suppose to be an animal

called an echidna which looks like this.

Dude, don't ask me how they got this character from this animal.

Sega must have been high as hell back in the 90s.

SEGA!!!

So how did this become this

Well,The answer is surprisingly short.

Kinda like my dic-tionary reading abilities.

Yeah that's totally what I was gonna say

It all started on the channel of youtuber Gregzilla.

Who all the way back in the distant year of 2013 uploaded a video of himself reviewing

one of the newer sonic games "Sonic Lost World".

In the review he had the very brief animation of what we now know as uganda knuckles.

"So without further echidna!

Oh no! lets take a look at sonic lost worlds"

That brief 1 second clip was the origin of the meme phenomenon that we now know and love

today!

I know what you're thinking and I agree.

Lauren southern is total proof that god is real.

Beauty and brains in one package, I mean cmon

Oh…wait…you weren't thinking that?

Right, you were wondering how a video uploaded all the way back in 2013 was able to create

a new meme in 2018.

That's a good question!

A very good question

Well along with the image of ugandan knuckles the meme is closely associated with the term

"Do you know the way?" and by that I mean "dew u no de wey?"

But of course being a meme on the internet in 2018 the phrase is much more complex than

a simple question, instead being said in a stereotypical ugandian accent.

You see in the world of video game streaming a common joke has been for people to use sound

clips of ugandian warriors or soldiers or people or whatever it is they have in uganda.

You know what?

I don't know anything about uganda and I'm not gonna act like i do.

So lets see….

It's in africa… okay….

This is what their flag looks like.

kinda cool, kinda cool

And one of their biggest exports is coffee…

So There we go.

We learned something about uganda!

"I make learning fun.

Incredibly fun"

Remember how I was talking about the accent and sound effects of ugandan soldiers?"

Dew yew know de way" Well it just so happens that another export of uganda is action movies!

Thats right!

America has the fast and furious series, Mission impossible, John wick, terminator.

the list goes on and on.

Well uganda has movies that are pretty amazing in their own right.

Movies like "who killed captain alex".

Now normally I would try to explain what makes who killed captain alex so amazing but…words

cannot do it justice sooooo…. have a look for yourself.

The phrase commonly associated with the meme is believed to have originated from this piece

of cinema history which was released in 2010 and made with a budget of only 200 dollars!

There are various low budget ugandian films that may be the origin of the term.

But that scene you just saw comes the closet from what I can tell.

So we have all the elements of the meme!

The origin,The art, the phrase, but we're missing one thing that all memes have.

The popularity! how in the hell did it become so popular?

The meme made the jump from simple art to virtual reality avatar in September of 2017,

when the deviantart artist "Tidiestflyer" created a 3d model!

along with his post, he offered a link for individuals to download his work which gave

them the capabilities to use it within video games.

"Do you like video games?"

You see certain video games allow you to create a custom avatar that represents you in the

virtual world.

Tidiestflyer's model began to be heavily used in a video game that does just that.

VRchat.

In late 2017 the game VRchat started to become very popular on twitch and on youtube amongst

video game channels.

The game is simple.

You pop on a virtual reality headset and talk to other people in a virtual world.

It wasn't long before videos of players having a ton of fun trolling other players

as the character made their way to youtube where they have been viewed thousands of times

and helped propel the meme to the next level of popularity.

Now the meme has become the most popular meme of 2018 and has been used in so many different

ways that have expanded beyond it's use as a simple animation and a video game avatar.

With uganda knuckles being used in more traditional meme formulas and within basic photo based

memes.

2018 has only just begun and it's already off to a pretty interesting start.

So there you have it!

What started off as a beloved video game character got mixed with some interesting elements before

eventually catching the internet's attention!

But hey!

That's the internet for you and on the internet memes are king!

Thank you all so very much for watching!

Make sure to subscribe so you can catch my next video and stay up to date on all your

favorite memes and trends!

Much love and appreciation!

I'll catch you beautiful people next time

How Do You Know it is Time to Take it to the Next Level? - Duration: 13:13.

- Hello Spiritual Biz Success guys.

How are you guys doing?

So, this video is actually in response to

something that happened yesterday.

And it was actually very cute.

So, Dara, and I hope I'm saying your name correctly,

she's in the group,

and she had done a little post about doing a

few readings for free.

She was basically giving her gift away for free.

And we all know (you all have been in here long enough),

and for the new people, welcome if you haven't been

in here long enough.

You all know I am very against giving away

your gift for free

because there needs to be an energy exchange

with the people that you're helping.

And when there's an energy exchange

of who you're helping and what you're helping them with

and they're giving energy back,

and it's lovely to get that energy back

in the form of energy money,

then there's a balance that's pretty amazing.

So what she asked me to actually speak about

was "How do you know when you're ready?"

How do you know when you're ready to really step out

and play it at the next level

and get out there with your gift?

And that decision is really up to you,

which I know is not the answer that you want to hear.

Well, here's how I would do it.

So a lot of people in here are just starting out.

They're trying to figure out,

"How do you start your spiritual business.

"What do you do? How do I teach?"

All that kind of stuff.

So the key here is really for you to get out there

and get comfortable with who you are.

So the moment you're comfortable with who you are,

you're ready to go to the next level.

And the next level, after being comfortable with

who you are and the gift that you have,

is using that -- exercising that.

And so--

You can hear my little dog walking around. Sorry.

He's antsy for some reason.

So, that would be the next step is that you're

going to be comfortable with who you are.

Because even if you have an amazing gift

and can transform lives in a huge way,

if you aren't comfortable with who you are

and what you do, it just doesn't work.

You won't get out there.

So the first step is to be able to be comfortable

with who you are and then really

acknowledge your gift and see how amazing it is

and how it transforms lives.

And when you can really get your head around that

transformation that you do for people,

you begin to see the value.

And then you know that when you can create transformations,

that you really shouldn't be giving your gift away for free.

So Dara, what I would recommend first,

because I know you were trying to get a few things

under your belt and feel comfortable with new clients,

so get out there...

And, hey, good morning, Blake.

Oh, new moon energies -- could be.

I've seen all sorts of interesting new moon

energy things happening.

So with stepping out now,

so what you can do is

now you get a few clients.

So here's the thing,

if you know what you do is amazing,

then don't do it for free, but get a few clients

maybe at a lower price point.

We all know in here that I am not a fan of

lower price points either,

but if you need to do that to start out to feel comfortable,

then, by all means, do it.

But just don't give your gift away for free.

That's the biggest mistake that you make

because what happens is there's no energy exchange,

and the people that you're working with

don't really value it.

You're really nothing more than

kind of like an entertainment side show.

So if you're just giving it away for free,

you're giving them readings and stuff,

it's like you're really purely entertainment.

So you have to set up a business,

and be a proper business that's like,

"Hey, this is what I do for a living,

"and I get paid to do this, and it's incredibly valuable."

But if you have to, in the very beginning,

step out and do a few for a lower price point,

and that's what you need to do to feel comfortable,

then do it.

But don't do it for free.

So start with a few. I'd say a few.

I'm talking like three people at a lower price point.

And once you get those three people under your belt

at a lower price point,

and you're like, "Wow! What I do really is amazing,"

and you now have three testimonials

because the people that you worked with

got incredible results,

now you're going to actually take it to a whole

new level. You're going to increase your pricing,

and you're going to get more clients that way.

And you want to get clients under your belt

so that you are building your confidence,

and you know that you are amazing at what you do.

Because if you doubt yourself, you really can't go anywhere.

I'm amazing at what I do.

I just know that I am.

I'm amazing at helping spiritual entrepreneurs

build their businesses and get out there.

But if you don't believe in you, I cannot help you.

You have to be ready to go.

You have to be, "Yes, I know what I do is amazing.

"I can change thousands of lives.

"I can see how it can happen and how it can go."

It's really unfortunate.

We had someone on the phone yesterday.

She was incredibly talented.

She was a healer.

She heals remotely -- or mostly with people in the room.

And we were trying to explain to her

how she could heal remotely

and really build an online business

and be able to get out there

and even automate some of her business.

And she just couldn't see it.

And it was really unfortunate

because I know I could have helped her.

And I could have helped her in an amazing way,

but because she couldn't believe in herself

enough to get out there,

She's now stuck, and she will remain stuck

until she can see that what she does is incredible,

and what I do is amazing,

and being able to have that faith

and move forward is pretty awesome.

So you guys have to believe in yourself.

So when you're starting out, get a few clients.

Get them at a lower price point.

When you know you're doing a really good job

and they're giving you great testimonials

and you're getting them great results,

then bump up your pricing, and bump it up,

and bump it up.

And then, you'll be ready to work with me

because my whole expertise is

being able to take people who get what they do,

who are amazing at what they do,

and then take you to a whole nother level.

And if you haven't had clients yet,

then the boot camp is not for you.

So my Spiritual Biz Boot Camp is really

designed to be able to get people to another level--

once you have clients under your belt,

once you're comfortable with accepting the energy

of money for what you do,

and that you know what you're doing is amazing.

But you guys have got to get out there.

And there's Stacie. Stacie's in the boot camp.

She just made $950 a couple of hours ago

getting one of her clients into her beta test

for her program, which is pretty cool.

She got paid in full.

So congratulations, Stacie.

So that's the kind of stuff I can show

you guys how to do.

Stacie's got a few other people lined up.

She's looking to have like a $5,000 week

with what she's created, and she's just

in the beta test of her program.

So that's what I help people do.

Stacie was comfortable with who she was.

She knows that what she does is absolutely amazing,

and she knows that when she gets out there,

she's really serving. And because she knows that,

she's able to then serve at a higher level

and be in the boot camp and figure out

how to change so many lives.

Yep, Stacie's kicking some booty.

But if you guys don't have a business yet,

stay in here. Stay in the group.

Figure out what you need to figure out.

You can always ask me questions.

I'm always willing to do videos for you guys

to give you guidance on what to do

so you can get to that next level.

So once you have a few clients under your belt

and you are super comfortable in what you do

and you're ready to take it to a whole nother level,

then Spiritual Biz Boot Camp is "the" --

I'm going to say the only way to go

because, honestly, I don't see any other programs

out there that are doing what I'm doing

with the level of support that I give you guys

because my entire goal is really for you to succeed.

So my entire program is built around your success

and making sure that you achieve it.

So thank you, Stacie.

So, Dara, I hope that answers your question.

I think you also wanted me to talk about

the energy exchange being the balance of

giving and receiving.

So real quickly before I hop off.

Being able to give and receive...

The universe wants everything to be in balance.

And when we give too much, we are totally out of balance.

And then, when you're out of balance, everything else

kind of falls to the wayside.

So, comfortable with gifts is important.

You have to be able to not only

be comfortable with your gift,

but being comfortable with receiving gifts,

receiving the energy back for what you've done.

There has to be an energy exchange.

You can't give too much.

We've all seen the people that

give, give, give, give, give,

and they're completely burned out.

They're running ragged.

They're exhausted or their businesses aren't working.

It's just, so many things go wrong

when you're out of balance.

And if you're out of balance with giving too much,

it's just as bad as being out of balance with

receiving too much.

You have to have that balance.

You have to be able to give as well as receive.

If you think about it, as spiritual entrepreneurs,

we're always givers,

and you know it feels really good to give, right?

You know how good that feels when you give to someone,

especially if they've given you something of value.

Think about how good that feels.

Now, if you don't want your clients to give to you,

you've basically robbed them of the experience

of feeling amazing of giving.

Like, this is really important.

Think about this.

It feels so good to give,

and if you don't allow people to give to you,

you are robbing them of the experience

of the high of giving.

Don't do that to people.

You're really here to serve, allow them to give,

allow them to give to you and give to you

the form of energy money

because that is how we're going to change the world.

Because as more spiritual entrepreneurs create

financial abundance and we're using that

financial abundance not to buy nonsense but to really

help the world and give back, that is how

we're going to change the world.

We have to get out of this money-block mindset

that money isn't good or "Because it's a spiritual

gift, I shouldn't be charging."

That's nonsense. That's something that's been

given to us and created to hold us down.

Seriously.

The next time that someone says to you that

it's a spiritual gift and you shouldn't be charging

for it, ask them where they got that information.

Ask them where they got that

because that information has been handed down

to spiritual entrepreneurs to keep us down.

And you want to rise up, and you really want

to change the world, create all the financial abundance

that you can, and use that financial abundance

to change the world.

That is what we are here for,

and that is the only way we're going to change the world.

We're going to change the world at a vibration level,

and then being able to take in that money,

that energy money, and being able to put it back

out into the world where it belongs.

Because when you're in scarcity mode and you're making

$30,000, $40,000 a year, you're not able to donate

and give money back.

But when you're making $100,000, $200,000, $500,000 a year

and more, think of how much money you can give back

because you don't need all that money.

I mean it's crazy. It's unbelievable when people

start doing the whole, "Oh, I don't need that much."

It's not about you guys.

Making the money that you're going to make

with your spiritual gifts has nothing to do with you.

It's not about you. It's about being able to give back

and change the world.

So the next time you guys get uncomfortable with receiving,

it's just, it's not about you.

Get rid of the discomfort.

If you don't want the money or you don't need it,

take it and donate it in a place

where somebody really needs it.

But don't not charge. That's just craziness.

So I hope that helps you guys.

I got some "amens" in there. Cool.

So, let's see, yeah,

Stacie wanted to be able to quit corporate

and bless so many others,

and Stacie's gift is amazing.

Stacie is super cool.

Stacie is helping near-death experiencers,

who are now awakened and not sure

what to do with their gifts.

Stacie is helping them in a major way,

as well as helping other intuitives and mediums

really tap into their gifts in a higher way

so that they can go out and serve too.

So if you guys are trying to sharpen your skills

and want to know how to take your mediumship

or your intuitive skills to another level,

Stacie Overman is the lady to talk to.

She's doing amazing stuff.

And then, Dara says, "How do you attract more clients,

and get yourself out there more?"

That's just really stepping out.

That's stepping out, and there are so many ways to do that,

and that's part of what I teach and how to create your tribe

in my boot camp, which is huge.

But I also have a little mini course

that's called "Building Your Tribe"

that I'll post the link to.

There's just so many ways to do it.

It's really about stepping out and

letting everyone know what you do,

getting yourself out on social media,

being able to do videos like this,

and be able to just say,

"This is who I am. Here's how I work."

If you're dealing with people face-to-face, start networking

and be like, "This is what I do, guys."

Remember when you say what you do, it's not what you do.

It's who you serve.

So always come at it from a place of who are you serving.

So, then what else do we have in here?

"And they think you should give your gift away

for free," Frankie says,

"at a decreased price,

"but that's taking from you because..."

Yeah, you're using your energy, guys

whether you're doing an intuitive read,

or you're healing them. Whatever it is,

you're using your energy, and you need

to be compensated for that.

There needs to be an energy balance.

That energy exchange has to be in balance.

And so there's no giving stuff away for free, guys.

What you do is way too valuable,

and with the financial abundance that you create,

you can change the world, and that is what we are doing.

So I think I'm going to wrap it up, guys,

so I hope that answered your questions, Dara,

and I will see you guys in the boot camp --

not in the boot camp, in the Success group.

I hope to see you in the boot camp.

When you guys have some clients under you

and you are truly ready to do what Stacie's doing

and create some amazing paydays for yourself

so that you can give back, let me know.

You can private message me. I'm always in here.

And I will go ahead and put a link to

Stacie's Facebook group so that you guys can find her

if you're looking for her.

And I will also put a link

to the "Build Your Tribe" course

if you guys want to check it out.

It's a mini e-course that gets you going

in the right direction when you're first

starting your business.

So, until next time, guys...

I will see you in Spiritual Biz Success,

in the Facebook group.

Have a beautiful day. Bye.

The Russia threat is real -- and it matters - Duration: 8:46.

The Russia threat is real -- and it matters

The threat posed by Russia to Western interests is unlike anything seen since the 1990s.

It has forces or proxies deployed in Syria, Ukraine and, dont forget, parts of whats still called Georgia.

There is smoke, but there is also fire and daily there is a lot of fuel being added.

Dutch state media revealed this week that Dutch cyber spies -- the Joint Sigint Cyber Unit (JSCU) -- were able to hack into the closed-circuit television of the building where a Russian hacking organization known as Cozy Bear worked, and observe them coming and going from offices where they hacked the Democratic National Committee in the US.

The Dutch told the Americans, touching off the US investigations.

According to the Dutch, the Americans then helpfully told the media they were tipped off by a Western intelligence agency, prompting the Russians to turn off the Cozy Bear CCTV hack.

There was also a shrill warning from new UK Defense Secretary Gavin Williamson, who, amid a budget row and internal leadership posturing, chose Friday to unleash a barrage of concerns about thousands and thousands and thousands -- yes, that many -- deaths that Russia could cause in Britain, if it successfully hacked the electricity grid.

Williamson told the Daily Telegraph: Why would they [the Russians] keep photographing and looking at power stations, why are they looking at the interconnectors that bring so much electricity and so much energy into our country? They are looking at these things because they are saying, These are the ways we can hurt Britain. His officials have also alleged Russia may target the transatlantic cables that ferry the internet to the UK.

These new claims were met with the now-predictable Russian derision.

Russian defense spokesman Igor Konashenkov said Williamson had lost understanding of what is reasonable in his fierce fight for the banknotes in the military budget, and that his phobia belonged in childrens comic books or an episode of Monty Pythons Flying Circus. Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov dubbed the Dutch report anti-Russian hysteria, saying if the Dutch newspapers want to supply the coal to the furnace of anti-Russian hysteria which is currently takes place in America, well.

lets say its not the most noble thing to do. All decorum has been cast aside Russophobia is a familiar and disturbing theme.

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov recently called it unprecedented. We never saw this during the Cold War.

Back then, there were some rules, some decorum.

Now, all decorum has been cast aside, Lavrov told Russian daily Kommersant in an interview published on January 21.

Some Russian state rhetoric is designed to paint a picture of an outside world that hysterically harnesses fear of a resurgent Russia, when really the country means no harm.

It is designed to try and distance Russians from an outside world they can increasingly see, even if only through the slanted prism of Russian state media.

The xenophobia, homophobia and sometimes outright racism that has grown in Russian society also stem from the idea of a people -- a narod -- under threat.

Russophobia, that argument goes, happens because they want us gone, but also because they fear us, as we refuse to lie down. I saw it in the eyes and anger of many ethnic Russians embattled in eastern Ukraine.

They felt abandoned, scorned, left outside the rest of Ukraine, and had to turn to Russia to protect their Russianness.

Some of Russias urban elite has seen too much of the outside world to buy this reductive message.

But its nationalists and beholden state employees embrace it, and much of rural Russia hasnt seen the glittering globe beyond.

Life remains tough there, with even state figures accepting that just under 14% of Russians live below the minimum cost of living, according to Tass.

Into this narrative of them and us come these increasingly vociferous Western claims of the Russian threat.

In the partisan fury of US or UK politics, it is hard to know at times whether Russia did ingeniously undermine the entire US electoral process and infiltrate Team Trump, or just ended up having clumsy hackers steal some emails, and allow some of its sympathizers to get too close to some of Trumps less savvy or wholesome staff.

It is hard to know, with Russian-backed tanks still in Donetsk and jets in Syria, whether we are seeing an expansionist Moscow intent on soon probing the Baltic states or switching off the lights in London, or a nervous Russia that is just checking threats it sees in its near abroad.

The most troubling point is that the distinction doesnt really matter.

This perception of Russophobia (or a real Russian threat) is either what the Kremlin wants, to justify its more aggressive schemes, or it is what the Kremlin feels it has to respond to, as to not appear weak.

Vladimir Putin has long surrounded himself not with tech-age visionaries, but with men who stem from the same age as him, a period he called the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century -- the fall of the Soviet empire.

He still feels it personally, wishes to see the shift in power partially redressed and must surely be bemused at how the US public has elected a president so capable of diminishing US influence the world over.

The Kremlin takes things personally.

It may seem disproportionate to the slight, but not when compared with the extraordinary suffering of the Soviet era and the brutal collapse of the 1990s.

But by recognizing Russia as the threat it increasingly shows itself to be, Western figures are also ensuring Moscow has little choice but to fulfill the prophecy.
