Youtube daily Or Jan 28 2018

hey it's Pauline and since I'm pregnant and I have baby on the brain I thought

it'd be fun for all of you who might be interested out there to know what it

feels like to give birth naturally. So I have given birth naturally six times so

six out of six and going on number seven right now and I know that was always my

concern now when I was with my first baby it just felt like everyone had

their horror story to tell like do you have that help you want to go natural

you're interested in not using medication drugs epidurals whether

you're in the hospital setting or you're at home and everyone wants to tell you how

it felt like they are being stabbed in the eye or one woman told me that or how

everyone wants to tell you how they tried and then they just gave in and got

the epidural and blah blah blah okay so first off I want to say those people one

didn't know what they're doing there's a lot of people who give birth naturally

and there's a way to work with your body a way to have practitioners who know how

to work with your body and then there's peat like there's like going in blind

yeah your body is gonna give birth to the baby whether you do it right or not

like your body knows what to do but there's a way to work with your body to

reduce and you know and pretty much almost eliminate the pain really to work

with your body so I recommend the Bradley classes they're twelve weeks

long Lamaze is essentially worthless you're

gonna be in a hospital setting with pretty much everyone there who wants to

get drugs and the they'll teach you how to do the candle blowing no one does

that no one breathes like that - that's so weird

okay Bradley is the class you want to take Bradleybirth.com

I don't know what it is the website I'll put it in the comments below but that's

where you want to go to learn how to give birth naturally and eliminate or

reduce get rid of your pain to make this an awesome childbirth experience and

also the really your practitioner is important. Bradley is designed to teach

you how to go natural in a hospital setting which is so cool because I kind

of think that's like the worst case scenario unless you have a really

awesome nurse midwife or you're in a really natural birthing friendly

Hospital this is more information you want to know probably but if you are

considering naturally in hospital I would definitely

research their c-section rates so like when I was in Orange County we lived

there at the time Newport hospital and Irvine Hospital - the wealthiest

hospitals had the highest c-section rates they just don't see a lot of

natural births so I'm not really sure what to do with him

so I'm birthing at right on the beach it was amazing I looked at the

ocean for baby number two and we had a certified nurse midwife at the well they

got rid of it you couldn't go to it now anyway the hospital closed but it was

awesome. So what does it feel like to give birth. It feels so basically it feels like a like

a sweater like a turtleneck sweater and it's it's gradually like waves are like

pulling the sweater down over the baby's head is kind of what it feels like so

like pull and then you're gonna break and it feels like this expanding

crescendo this is not a pitocin pitocin I hear is ridiculous and horrible for

contractions but just it's like a gradual wave your stomach it's like your

stomach is tightening it's like it tightens and is moving down like it's

pulling the the turtleneck sweater or the baby's head it tightens and it's

pulling it down so you'll feel a tightening in your stomach now here's

where people don't know what they're doing and I didn't know my first baby

either the only reason I didn't get an epidural is because my husband was like

you can do this you are gonna be strong you're almost done when you feel like

you this is a huge when you feel like you need an epidural

you're almost there you've got like 30 minutes left you're so close maybe an

hour like you've already been laboring for 24 hours

you've got one hour left when you feel like you're all me you can't handle any

more yourself so so close just know that okay and when you feel like that that's

the time is to lay down and stop walking you're gonna learn all this than Bradley

courses but that's what really helped me I learned that Psalm 23 is about the

length of a contraction so I memorized Psalm 23 so for me the Lord is my

shepherd I shall not want he leads me beside quiet pastures you know I'm just

like saying it to myself I'm totally relaxed usually laying in a tub I love

to birth in a tub it it takes away the pain for me like 75 to 85 95 percent

maybe I have births in every different way I've birth sitting up push the baby

on what they call birthing stool it looks like a u-shaped toilet lid it's

just empty on the bottom it's just it's a stool that is a u-shape and your butt

goes onto you and the baby comes out and they can and the Midwife or your husband

can catch the baby I've done it twice in the tub twice on a birthing stool and

twice on a bed in hospitals. The first baby was born in Irvine regional flat on my

back and they didn't know what to do with me

my very lovely OB who was super supportive of my birth plan was off that

day I didn't even know there was such a thing so there's your first baby just

know like there's seven days in a week and there's a one in seven chance your

OB could be off so who was the backup well I got mister like 1970s been around

forever episiotomy is what I do backup guy and so he was like Oh the baby didn't

come right out let's cut you like they didn't even like they didn't even think

like let's move her up or have her sit up a little or anything like the nurse

got me it's are jumping on my stomach so look I'm telling you a horse tour this

is terrible sorry this is just to prepare you that

you can have a wonderful birth and you just need to know who's supporting you

what's your husband feel how does your husband feel what are the nurses gonna

be like there what are the is the hospital seen mini natural births who's

your backup if your lady is off what's the backup like because you can

go visit this wonderful person for nine months and then on showtime day you get

the backup person what is the backup person if you interviewed scrupulously

interviewed your your OB or your midwife and then you get some backup you've

never even met that's what happened to me so check into your backups and also

be prepared the first birth I just read the Bradley books that helped a little

it was not the same as attending the Bradley courses I felt I just got so

much more out of actually practicing how to relaxed having my husband there

knowing what to do me my husband were on the same page he was at first birth he

was like reading the Bradley bursts while I'm in labor the books while I'm

in labor like he he you know it's like he had so much to do in his life like

he's working he didn't he make time for that but when you have 12 weeks and

you're going there as a couple together we put the first baby baby number one we

put her in we had a friend that would watch her we they would

between different friends so we could do these 12 weeks classes and he came he's

on board he knows what's happening he's there with you and we were able it was

it was so much so much better like such a night-and-day delivery pushing is a

different experience so you have your normal contractions I told you that were

like a wave and they get stronger they only are painful when you don't let them

do what they need to do so if you're walking around and the contractions are

quite strong like your muscles are flexing in different directions and so

your muscle the uterus is wanting to do I told you wants to tighten and pull so

if you're like up walking or you're really tense or you start to like rise

when that contraction comes like you're not relaxed this is where the pain

happens is your body is going to be pulling in a different direction okay so

then it's time to push so you had been letting your body do its thing you were

relaxing and all that good stuff and then it was time to push me what does it

feel like to push it's just kind of an overwhelming feeling like you know that

something is different like the contractions are very very very on top

of each other like there's not much of a break anymore and it's quite quite

strong so that's the time when the Midwife will check and she'll say okay

it's time to push like you're definitely fully dilated 10 centimeters let's go

and once you start pushing that overwhelming feeling like wow these are

really a lot I don't know how much more I can do that oh it's time to push like

you get you even get a sense like I need to like you start to get this feeling

I'm bearing down almost like some people say you like the feeling like you need

to poop like it's all the same muscles down there kinda so it feels that way

but once I start pushing it's so much better like you're it that overwhelming

feeling like goes away almost like way way way way better it's um it takes like

the overwhelmingness the pain from like a 10 down to a 2 and then the only other

feeling of pain that you might need to that you would you're probably wanting

to be aware of while you're watching this video is like right when you're

pushing the baby out you're you know you're going to feel a little bit of a

burn where the baby's head is coming out just like a burning like almost like

you've never take your fingers and like stretch it real far like that feeling

right now that you're feeling that's what you feel it's not really worse than

that like take your two fingers and stretch

them out pretty far and you feel kind of a little bit of a burn that's what

happens but it's meant to stretch as my fingers aren't meant to do that

like don't worry it's meant to stretch down there that's what's supposed to do

supposed to stretch and release a little baby that's the whole point

and like that burning the sensation of it stretching it happened every birth

really like it I think your body really kind of goes back to normal it goes back

so every birth it goes back but it only lasts like a few seconds and then you

have your baby you know like once you're at that

burning point that's the head coming out so um that you are like the baby's about

to be out and there's your baby and once the head comes out the shoulders and

everything just come right out and you've got a little baby in your arms

and then the only real pain that you should be aware of this is more for

second and third time moms and subsequent even after that is the

contractions continue even after the baby's done like especially in the baby

starts nursing you'll get afterbirth contractions that are as strong and

uncomfortable when you start nursing and you can't do anything back you are

holding this tiny little fragile baby and you go oh man I I need to relax and

lay down but I can't because I'm holding the baby

so I recommend after ease birth tincture after ease afte R EA se you put the

droppers and water or orange juice is better and you just drink it and that

really helped with relieving the pain of the after that after birth because you

really can't relax those because you're holding the little baby it's used when

you're nursing and then the only other pain I'd mention is when you're nursing

every single time every baby your nipples just have to get used to that

again like it's they have to toughen up and get used to a new little baby but

for women who there's a lot of women who have a hard time with nursing and I will

encourage you encourage you encourage you go get professional help the people

at the hospital help you or if you did the Bradley classes often the classes

will come with someone who will teach you how to help so you are to be firm

but gentle just like the Holy Spirit and you can do this don't give up don't give

up on nursing don't give up on child birthing just know when it feels so

intense your Alma so you're probably really close to

pushing you can do this many women before you have sometimes it helps to be

an environment where there's just really not choice your home is so comforting

it's so nice to be at home I did two births in hospital one would that

horrible OB I told you at Irvine the second was at that wonderful nurse

practitioner midwife Hospital and she kind of ran the show so the other nurses

that didn't know I think my home birthing like they they really were just

there to do her bidding and she you definitely had control and that was a

great experience and then home births blew them all out of the park my husband

will rave for hours about how great and relaxing it is to sleep I agree I my own

stuff my own bed my own like everything my own it's so much more of a natural

birthing environment conducive it's just so much better to be at home it's just a

I can't even rave about it enough like I love it so if you can make it happen

that's the best place I really did love birthing at home it's I would never ever

ever ever want to go back to a hospital after being in my own wonderful home my

own wonderful bed I just remember thing the second time I was like can I please

leave like me we're good we did natural labor like I can walk like I'm literally

ready to go home and they wouldn't let me leave

like I had to stay the night and stay until like 3:00 p.m. the next day it was

so pointless and stupid because they had rules they have all sorts of rules like

you can't in some places like with a nurse practioner it was good because I

could get in at the tub and she didn't care but at Irvine they like wanted me

to get out of the tub every 10 minutes to put that stupid monitor on my belly

and check check check and it was just it made natural birthing really difficult

so I would recommend home if you can make it happen

save up the money whatever it will work out like a lot of people have payment

plans or let you pay even after the birth just make it happen if you want to

birth it home make it happen just go for it and know that it's gonna

work out you know do whatever you need to do sell some things earn some extra

money get gifts asks for Christmas instead of gifts give me money towards

my birth whatever it takes you want to birth it home make it happen

because it is so worth it alright talk to

I'm sure I hope that helps you understand natural birthing and also

what it feels like to give birth naturally from start all the way to

finish after birth and also nursing okay well I will be having a baby soon I'll

let you know about that I've got another trimester to get

through which I'm kind of glad for I like things too I like to enjoy and not

feel like things are rushed so but if you are having a baby congratulations to

you and for those who are interested may God bless you and your endeavors and in

your life and in your relationships go out and live life abundantly and I will

talk to you next week

Has the President read Natural News – or is he just smart He do - Duration: 4:23.

Has the President read Natural News or is he just smart?

He doesnt get the flu shot, and heres why

President Trump is either really smart, an avid reader of Natural News, or both how

else can you explain the fact that he has never gotten a flu shot?

During a 2015 interview with Sirius XMs Opie and Jim Norton, Donald Trump was asked

whether or not he gets the flu vaccination, to which he replied: Ive never had one.

And thus far Ive never had the flu.

I dont like the idea of injecting bad stuff into your body.

And thats basically what they do.

And this one (latest flu vaccine) has not been very effective to start off with.

Trump continued, I have friends that religiously get the flu shot and then they get the flu.

You know, that helps my thinking.

Ive seen a lot of reports that the last flu shot is virtually totally ineffective.

This proves that in addition to being a competent president and an incredibly successful businessman,

Donald Trump is smart when it comes to medicine and vaccination as well.

As Natural News has explained numerous times in the past, there is a plethora of information

out there that suggests that the flu vaccine isnt as effective as many medical experts

make it out to be, and in some cases even does more harm than good.

As reported by Natural News founder Mike Adams in October of last year, a medical study that

was conducted by researchers at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center found that

women who received the flu shot actually had weakened immune systems in subsequent years,

meaning that they became more susceptible to the flu and other viruses rather than less.

Growing evidence shows that those who received a flu shot in the prior year have lower antibody

responses in the current year, explained the studys lead researcher Lisa Christian,

Ph.D.

The study provides further evidence that supports what Natural News has been arguing all along

that contrary to the official narrative of the flu shot industry that seems to believe

that the vaccine offers bulletproof protection, flu shots actually make people more vulnerable

to viruses and influenza infections.

This creates a vicious cycle, of sorts, whereby people become more susceptible to the flu

because of the flu shot, go in for more shots for more protection, and the entire

scenario repeats itself without end.

One month before reporting on this groundbreaking study, in September of 2017, Natural News

published another article on the risks and dangers associated with getting the flu vaccine.

Mike Adams provided readers with some pieces of evidence that, quite frankly, are difficult

to refute.

For one thing, the Health Ranger noted that there have been photographs taken of a 2013/2014

influenza vaccine box that admitted, in very small print so as to make it as difficult

to read as possible, that mercury was added to the vaccine as a preservative.

Furthermore, a screenshot that was taken straight from the official website of the Centers for

Disease Control admits that vaccines still contain ingredients such as Aluminum, Antibiotics,

Egg Protein, Formaldehyde, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) and Thimerosal, which is a mercury-containing

chemical compound.

In addition, lab results that were collected in the Natural News Forensic Food Lab confirmed

that the flu vaccination has nearly the same level of mercury claimed by the manufacturer.

With all of this information and evidence regarding the risks of the flu vaccination

readily available, it makes sense why Donald Trump has never gotten a flu shot.

Perhaps more and more Americans will follow in his footsteps, or, at the very least, read

both sides of the argument before making a decision

You Can Have Either RESULTS or EXCUSES, Not Both - Study Motivation - Duration: 10:42.

when a team takes ownership of its problems the problems get solved and

that is true on the battlefield it is true in business and it is true in life

so I say take ownership take extreme ownership don't make excuses don't blame

any other person or any other thing get control of your ego don't hide your

delicate pride from the truth take ownership of everything in your world

the good and the bad take ownership of your mistakes take ownership of your

shortfalls take ownership of your problems and then take ownership of the

solutions that will get those problems solved take ownership of your mission

take ownership of your job of your team of your future and take ownership of

your life and lead lead

lead yourself and your team and the people in your life lead them all to

victory my parents didn't have much money but they struggled to send me to

the best schools and one of the most important things they did for me and

graduates maybe you don't want to hear this is that once I graduated I was on

my own financially it was my turn parents are

applauding graduates are not but this made me very hungry literally I couldn't

be lazy now I'm totally lazy but back then I couldn't be

and so at 29 in a very long last I was in the company of the actors and writers

and directors I'd sought out that first year that first day after school I was I

am by their sides

raise the rest of your life to meet you

don't search for defining moments because they will never come so no

matter how late at night you go before you wrap up just take four minutes and

really think through everything that you have to get done for the next day so

here's how I usually do it first thing I do is I open up my calendar and I take a

look at all the appointments that I have for the next day and the time that those

appointments will take like this one o'clock I got a team call that last 30

minutes 3:30 I have a marietv script review that'll take about an hour and

then I have a 6:30 spin class then I write down all the projects and the

tasks that I need to get done and I give myself a little bit of an estimate about

how long I think each project or task will take of course these are estimates

sometimes I get things done faster and sometimes they take longer but at least

I get myself a baseline to work off of 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. I'm gonna write a

first draft of a sales video script I'm gonna give myself about 90 minutes then

from 11:30 to 12:30 I'm gonna review my social media schedule give myself an

hour for that and from 2:30 to 3:00 I'll do a little email clear out and finally

I make a new little section at the bottom of my notepad with personal

things that I need to handle for that day for example get nanny a birthday

card and mail it that'll take me about 30 minutes order more kuma food all of

10 minutes and book a haircut for the next month takes me about five minutes

boom that is it super simple so when I do this it informs exactly when I need

to be at my desk and working which tells me when I need to wake up to have enough

time to do my little morning routine and get everything done without feeling

rushed or stressed the worst thing you can do is wake up in the morning and go

straight to your computer and open up email and then all of a sudden you're

pretending to work all day and at the end of day nothing important ever got

done nobody's perfect and of course not every day goes as planned but this

system gives you the best chance possible and making sure that your most

important projects get done especially if you have an inconsistent schedule you

find that you've kind of reached a point where like other actors are kind of

coming to you for advice now I'm like how to get their career started or

actually some it's a really really hard issue I think because everybody's path

is so particular and it's there's no there's no there's no roadmap that's

completely laid in stone for it you know the only the only consistent thing I

ever say is if if you want to do it just keep doing it you know and because

that's the only thing I can think of that you know cuz like what do you can

tell somebody how you did it I went to undergrad then I went to grad school

none of that showcase and I got it well I mean this is really a particular path

you know and I had to take out loans but you know so consistency in your effort

is what I always say as far as you know you must find a way to do the work

because you're only going to learn by doing the work you know you experience

good and bad offers reams of material for your subconscious as you move on

that was very deep no matter what cuz I got to feed my family and I gotta feed

myself and I'm not and if you notice on my snap I'm trying to make it super

clear when I get something to eat it costs money to eat right but you got

to pay the bill like if it's a cheeseburger that's five hours it's five

hours every some flaming yarn it's 35 hours you know god forbid you wanna

lobster and this is food guess what and I try to tell the young world I don't

know why they're not telling them yeah costs money cheesy right right I guess

what you gotta do you gotta get my antic see you know it makes me mad at people

who try to discourage people from getting money like it's a problem I

didn't create the system like yeah if it was free I would thank you you're saying

and then so what I'm trying to say is we have to hustle we have to get money like

you know cheap teach the young world work hard

strive hard it's okay I remember when I was Johnny Tommy Khalid

you only gonna get a Hyundai so I went and bought a phantom no you I'm saying

like you're so trying to tell you like that's what I'm saying if you want to

wear dope sneaker what's wrong when I don't sneaker that would cost money okay

right great work hard like what they don't want us to wear dope sneakers they

don't that's it and that's the that's the major key they don't want us to so

and then you know straight up they don't want big boy to have the

number one morning show in the country black guess what we got the number one

show in the country the world like lacks optimism I think you know everyone's

like you're energy or energy I've come to realize it's just optimism

I'm just happy just positive that's what it is

just like whatever chemicals are in my body they just allow me to see the

bright side like and I just don't think I've realized how few people have that

like know very few people have it as black and white hundred zero like I just

think everything's good but like you know I'm dying know out of eight billion

people like what the breakdown is like my gut is like six billion just go

directly into having more pessimism and cynicism and negativity like 5149

minimally all the way down to very scary places and I just don't think there's a

lot of 80 80 % optimism

just environment raised like it's just all that stuff I forced myself to be

optimistic every day does not come naturally I get it Susan it doesn't come

naturally a lot of people I think I think that's like you know if if I was

able to say I'm lucky about something forget about the business results it's

lucky that that optimism comes naturally to me like I'm just optimistic like I

just think that so much works for me because I refuse to accept the negative

like I you know and I don't think I hate when people say it's you know it's an

option or it's a choice I agree with you Susan I don't think it comes natural to

everybody I think we are just starting on the early stages of a really looking

at mental health the brain meditation and I do think alike

that's like saying be beautiful doesn't come natural to everybody some of us you

know yes I'm just kidding but like you know like you know I I do

think that some of some things are are matched with us early on and I'm I'm so

grateful I sit here in front of the 2,000 of you which is in itself is

ridiculous like I can turn something on in 3 minutes and have 2,000 people here

enough to hear what I have to say I say here with ego and humility gratitude and

focus appreciation and sense of responsibility all built around really

this optimistic foundation that is the fuel that drives me to my hustle and to

my execution in the marketplace I've realized what's going on here one life I

realize that I'm living like this is our only at-bat and most of you are in

people walking around you're like they're coming back walking around

you're like they're coming back you're not coming back well listen I don't want

to impose my beliefs on others maybe you believe to come back I believe you come

back to come back as a tree or a flower pot or d-roc sneakers and that blows

compared to be in a human and so I'm acting that way I'm acting that way

10 Foods Made From Poop, Vomit, Or Spit Would You Eat Them | list 10 - Duration: 1:15.

We take great pains to make sure our food

is as clean as possible.

There are even government agencies dedicated

to the task, and some of the most common practices

in our own kitchens are geared to keep our food clean.

Its in our nature.

Still, we have free will and we can choose

to defy our nature, even if sometimes it really

seems like we shouldn't.

Humans have developed food items made from

some of the things that most disgust us.

The End of the F***king World is, Weirdly British (or, why it's so fun to watch) - Duration: 5:17.

"The End of the F***ing World" is one of those shows that strikes a perfect balance

between being all too familiar, and yet strangely new.

Based on the comic of the same name, it follows James, a teenage psychopath looking for a chance

to kill a person, and Alyssa, a girl with a fierce temper looking to escape from

her mundane life, as they run away from their small hometown and go on an

adventure to find a new place to start their lives . . .

or at least, that's what Alyssa's doing . . .

It's a fun show with a lot of interesting characters that

blends all the tropes of a typical American roadtrip movie with the

self-deprecating nature of a British comedy, which, while on paper looks like

an incompatible mix, on screen, just works. And today I want to talk about why

this makes "The End of the F***ing World" so much fun to watch . . .

and yes, potential spoilers ahead . . .

The first thing that stands out about the show is its sense of humour.

Like a lot of British comedies, it loves to make fun of itself, from

poking fun at the many tropes and clichés of British and American film and TV,

to pointing out just how utterly deranged or mildly pathetic many of the

situations the show puts its characters through are. And it does so in the most

brilliantly blunt of ways and with the most deadpan of deliveries, which is

something I quite enjoyed. But the show isn't afraid to get ridiculous as it

also more than happily delves into the occasional bit of dumb humour, which

contrasts so heavily with the show's typical jokes that it makes these ones

hit even harder. The show likes to use both dry and dumb wit to make you laugh,

either out of appreciation for the cleverly crafted punchlines, or simply

because you can relate to the awkwardness and hilarity of many of its situations.

F***in' hell!

Likewise the characters and their interactions with each other are not

only smartly written, but also feel genuine. The series is filled with a

variety of quirky characters all with their own weird way of interacting with

the world around them and the people in it, and the various struggles they all

have to go through. Whether it be the happy-go-lucky dad who constantly makes

jokes to trick himself into being happy, the friendly detective who has an

awkward relationship with her partner in crime, or the posh mother with the

perfect life who, doesn't know how to feel about her daughter. Its characters

are exaggerated, but relatable and their relationships with each other help to

amplify the best and worst aspects of their respective personalities.

This is especially apparent with James and Alyssa. They bounce off each other

surprisingly well, with James's blank expression and quiet temperament

emphasizing Alyssa's standoffish nature and blunt deliveries, while Alyssa's

impulsivity and brashness amplify the cold, calculated, and socially inept

aspects of James's character. They, along with everyone else, interact with and

reflect each other naturally, without ever feeling forced, as if these

characters were real people you get to know. Of course, the quirkiness of its

humour and characters are only amplified by the show's stylized presentation.

From the West Anderson like direction that makes every scene and shot look

impossibly symmetrical and strangely picturesque, to the music, which

emphasizes the coming-of-age nature of the story. There are so many little

things that are used to give its presentation a unique flair. Even things

as subtle as the use of a 4:3 aspect ratio for flashbacks and the

specific font and color uses for its text add to its distinct vibe. The show's

style not only makes it stand out from a crowd, but also helps to emphasize its

many quirks. But, like anything else, it has its problems. Specifically in regards

to how it deals with James' psychopathy. Now, there's very little I can talk

about in detail here without spoiling the series, but, to speak in broad terms,

about halfway through the show James's psychopathic tendencies just,

kind of disappear.

And while I'm sure it does serve a role thematically, on a basic story level,

it just makes it feel like a gimmick more than anything else.

And even worse, one that, looking back on the show as a whole, feels kind of pointless.

The show could have easily painted James as simply being a quiet antisocial kid and

everything'd play out more or less the same. And, arguably, it could have made us

more sympathetic towards James and what he goes through, having us see him from the

start as just a kid with problems, rather than seeing him as an emotionless psychopath.

It almost feels like the show wanted to have its cake and eat it too,

by making its main character psychopath to get people's attention, but not having

the courage to fully commit to that idea. And of course, there are many other

structural problems with the show, especially in regards to the way many

plot points in the series seem to happen, just because, and the way many lines,

quite literally, come out of nowhere.

I don't wanna have sex with you.

Wait, what?!

However, for as many problems as I have with it, it's still

incredibly fun to watch. With its quirky humor and unique style, "The End of the F***ing World"

manages to blend together an old formula we've seen done to death, with

various different elements in a way that makes it feel new, and not only keeps you

laughing, but also gets your heart racing as you fear what will happen to its cast

of relatably strange characters. And, though the world doesn't actually end,

It leaves you with a distinct impression of what it's like when the world, as these characters know it,

does.

And yeah, those are my thoughts. If you enjoyed this and

different ways "Doki Doki Literature Club" and "OneShot" break the fourth wall.

Dortmund slap £60m take it or leave it price tag on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ● News Now ●#AFC - Duration: 1:54.

Dortmund have threatened to walk away from talks with Arsenal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

if the Gunners do not meed their £60million demands.

The Gunners have failed with two bids for the Gabon international and their last – believed

to be around £46million – left the Bundesliga club 'furious'.

Dortmund threatened to walk away from talks after Arsenal's 'derisory' bid

and manager Peter Stoeger confirmed last night that Aubameyang will stay with the club until

the summer if a suitable bid isn't forthcoming.

Arsenal are hopeful of getting the former AC Milan forward in before Wednesday's deadline

but Dortmund have set a final asking price of £60million for the Gunners to get their

man.

That means the Gunners will have to significantly increase their bid or risk losing Aubameyang

in the summer to rivals.

Aubameyang started in Dortmund's clash with Freiburg on Saturday and a section of the

home fans turned on the forward.

Should the Gunners fail to progress on a move for Aubameyang in the next 48 hours they could

switch their attention elsewhere.

Arsene Wenger was keen on a deal for Bordeaux ace Malcom before Aubameyang came on the market

and could reignite a move for the Brazilian if a deal for the Gabonese falls through.

Kyphosis, or Dowager's Hump, Stretches & Exercises - Duration: 12:52.

Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm going to show you some stretches and

exercises for... is that a video call coming in oh my gosh is JK! hey

JK how you doing? good hi! how's everyone doing? doing great doing great

over here.hey I'm shooting a video and I just want

to know if you can tell us a little bit about your channel. yeah definitely um

well I do a lot of cake decorating, so I decorate a lot of things that I'm

passionate about. so mostly movies comic books, a lot of

Disney stuff, but it's all comes from the heart. yeah. awesome and how can everybody

find your channel? what's the name of it? Oh my channel name is youtube.com slash

koalipops, so koalipops that's what you're looking fo.r okay awesome

excellent. and so I'm guessing that when you're doing all that kind of stuff you

get a lot of aches and pains and some stuff going on tell me a little bit

about that. yeah well there's this thing I'm kind of developed it's like this

hunch/ I think it's called like this chef's hunch because you're always like

over like a table trying to decorate and stuff your body is constantly in this

one sort of position. and that causes a lot of strain when I try to like move up

or like move around I'm so used to just being this way, that it's hard to

maneuver my body, so that it's I can stand up straight and that causes a lot

of problems for me. I could imagine that it does, well I've got some stretches and

exercises they'll hopefully help that out. so let's check it out.

awesome. awesome great.

So that chefs hump that JK gets is very similar to a

dowager's hump, and basically what that is is when your posture starts rolling

that upper back, kyphosis, bending forward rolling forward and if you don't correct

that, over time that can cause a lot of problems. so we're gonna start off with

really just trying to open it up, that chest with some stretches and some

exercises really just to get that opened up. first we're gonna

start off with a scapular squeeze. with the scapular squeezes, or the shoulder

squeezes, what you want to do is imagine that somebody's hand is right on your

spine, right in the middle of your back. and what you want to do is try and take

those shoulder blades and squeeze that imaginary hand back. you can use your

elbows to squeeze but keep them low and close to your body, so it's not squeezing

back this way, you want to squeeze down and back. so your shoulders stay down. so

it's not coming up like this, but it's coming down and squeezing back almost

like I'm trying to touch my elbows back together there as well as a shoulder

blade. so hold it back there try and keep those shoulders down for about three to

five seconds. take a little break and then do that five to ten times, but you

see how my chest is kind of opening up when I do that, so if you're kind of

hunched over, this really helps open back up that chest. so it should feel really

really good. the next one is going to be a chin tuck. with chin tucks they're

really great for helping correct posture in general, so a lot of times if you're

bent over focusing on something working on

something in front of you cooking, baking, your head starts going forward like this,

and then these muscles get over stretched and these get tightened up and

it ends up causing a lot of problems and strain and pressure in your neck and

shoulder area. so a chin tuck not going down this way, but you're gonna go back

this way, and what I like to do is just kind of place my finger on my chin here.

your finger's going to stay in one spot, but it's really just a starting point so

you can see how much motion you have just by doing a couple of chin tucks. so

I like to place it here leave that finger there,

and then keeping yourself level push everything back. so you're gonna go in

like this where you've got you know some double chins right there. just hang out

about three to five seconds, and then when you relax you should have a little

bit of space between your finger, and if you do that shows that those muscles

were tight and your correcting everything. so I'm here and I

pull it back it's opening everything up. so again three to five second hold, just

do five or ten of those and those should really start help opening everything up.

the next one is going to now start getting some motion again in those

shoulder blades, but moving your arms with it just open up everything. so

you're not hunched over so much. so this time you're gonna do a scaption

movement. and what scaption is, is it's not straight out in front of you that's

flexion, right out to the side is abduction, scaption is kind of right in

the middle, and that has to do with that scapula that shoulder blade, and so what

you want to do is thumbs up. you're gonna start with your hands kind of down

and you're gonna go at that 45-degree angle.

not here, not here, but kind of in the middle, and use both arms and just come

up and kind of squeeze them up. so what you want to do while you're coming up

and down is kind of squeeze those shoulder blades a little bit kind of

like you were doing that squeeze, and squeeze and lift up and then come right

back down. so not really a hold here, but it's just turning to track all those

muscles in the right direction, how they're supposed to be versus when

they're over like that. so just start off with about ten or fifteen, you don't have

to go all the way up, that might be a little tight, but just working that

motion a little bit. then the next one is going to be a tee position like the

letter T, not like drinking tea, but arms straight out with your thumbs up.

and this time you're just going to push back behind you a little bit and that

should help open up that chest area. so this is not quite a stretch it's more of

an active movement where you're just kind of warming up those muscles a

little bit to get into the stretches which will do it in just a minute lying

down on the ground. so just kind of pushing those hands back, but opening up

that chest area. so again it really shouldn't be painful, it should feel kind of

good cuz you're opening everything up and stretching it a little bit, so if

it's painful, don't push quite as far. you're still squeezing those shoulder

back, shoulder blades back, you go back, and just do about 10 to 15

of those. so the next ones are going to be on the ground and we'll start off

with a stretch for those PEC muscles. if you happen to have a foam roller the,

this works really really good for stretching those PEC muscles those chest

muscles, and you can do it a couple of different ways. and if you don't have a

foam roller I'll show you how to do it without one in a second, but this works

really good because if you can just kind of sit and lie down on the foam, right

on your spine, make sure you have your head supported so your heads not hanging

off, but just kind of be in this position where it's right on your spine and you

should be able to feel it without having to do any other motions. but then what

you're going to do is bring your hands up kind of into a stop sign position and

just let them hang down like that. and that you should really feel it in those

PEC area those chest muscle areas just like that. and if you want to change the

stretch a little bit you can bring your arms up some and then just let them hang

down. so this one's going to be a stretch where you really want to hold it for

about 30 seconds. so just let it relax let those elbows go down to the floor. if

they don't touch that's okay but hold it for 30 seconds. come up relax and do

three of those. the next one is turning it horizontally so this is going to be a

chest stretch but it's also giving me that upper back stretch as well.

so if you have that hump that kyphosis, this might be really uncomfortable to

start off with it. if you happen to have something like a pool noodle that's

really thin you might want to start off with that. a bigger one might be a little

bit too much, but you can use it just don't feel like you have to go all the

way back with it. so this time you're just going to kind of put your hands

behind your head and your roll it back and get in the position. first put your

hands behind your head and just lean back like this. so you can see that's

really just opening everything up. it's stretching that upper back and again if

you can just relax over it take some deep breaths,

and let yourself stretch so 30 seconds three times. again that might be just a

little bit too much if you have a lot of that hump going on. so now I want to try

something smaller you can even take a beach towel roll out that beach towel

and put it right there, and so you'll just have a little bit but that will

help open up that stretch as well. then to again help with the upper back area

and this one will get into the lower back a little bit as well just to kind

of loosen everything up. is a press up so now you're going to get on your stomach

and it's kind of what it sounds like. start off with your on your elbows, and

just hold the position here you want to try and keep those hips down and if

you're pushing up like that, you're not really stretching the back, so you really

want that that back just to curve downwards that way because again that's

just kind of stretching the spine in a different direction than what you're

hunched over doing. if this is easy and it doesn't really feel like much of a

stretch, then you can go into a little bit of a push-up position. but same thing

try and keep those hips down if they come up, you're not really stretching

that back, so you should be able to relax. if it hurts when you do this come on

back down to the elbows and then just hold that stretch for about thirty

seconds, and then do three of those. so also a couple things to do to help with

all of that is to stretch your hip flexors because if you're hunched over

all the time, those hip flexors become tight and then start pulling on the

pelvis. so you want to stretch out your hip flexors and you want to strengthen

your core. so we'll do those now for hip flexor

stretch. there's a bunch of different ways you can do it but an easy one is

just to get on your knees put one leg forward, and the one you want to stretch

and stay down. the key with this hip flexor stretch is to keep your upper

body straight. people tend to want to like bend forward and stretch like that,

but then I'm still not stretching that hip flexor right there, so keep your

upper body straight, and just shift your whole body forward.

so right here is where you should feel that stretch. so the same thing, with the

stretch hold that for 30 seconds do that three times. so make sure that you're

doing both sides so you can alternate back and forth to get the other side a

little bit of a break, but again keeping that upper body fairly straight and just

shifting everything forward until you feel a stretch in that hip flexor area

and holding it for 30 seconds. then the last exercise is a bird dog exercise

where you get on all fours. and this is really to help the core out and then

those trunk muscles in the back to help keep you nice and stable. so just getting

on all fours, or we call this quadruped, and then you're just going to do an

opposite arm opposite leg kick out. but try and keep your stomach tucked in

tight and your back fairly flat. so if you're arching down that's not good, you

want to keep everything nice and straight and then you're just going to

do a kick this way and then come back down and kick that way. so try not to

wobble really try and use that core to keep yourself stable, and then coming

back down. so just do about 10 on each side, but go slow and steady where you're

making that core work. so those are your stretches and exercises, hopefully

they'll help you out when you are making your cakes and all your awesome videos.

yes definitely um I I kind of need it so all of that is just if you have even

more I love it I love all of it. awesome will do will do. so everybody make sure

ASL or PSE? Which To Learn First? ⎮ ASL Stew - Duration: 4:31.

- Hello, I'm Jenna... - ...and I'm Jill.

- This is ASL Stew! ♪♪♪

- So today we're going to be talking about ASL or PSE?

Which should you learn first?

Which should you be using?

So that's what we wanted to discuss

because lots of people are confused.

What does it mean?

Which is the proper one to use?

So we'll talk about it!

- Okay, I would say in my opinion, or my advice

just from my experience and what I noticed

is it's best to learn ASL first, not PSE.

That can be put on the back burner.

The reason is ASL is a language, American Sign Language.

Where as PSE is Pidgin Signed English.

So it's not a language.

It's really more of a modality.

So it means it's taking the language of ASL

and the English language and mixing them together.

If you learn that first, that means you won't be able to

understand the difference of ASL and English

and they are different.

If you mix them up, it become confusing as to which you should pick.

So it's better to learn ASL

and you already know English

and then you can mix them together later

once you know which part is ASL and which part is English.

- Right, I think for example,

if you have a Deaf child

you would want to teach them a language first right?

So that means you would teach them ASL.

If you start with PSE, them they become more...

dependent on English.

With ASL, if you learn that first,

you understand the grammar.

What's included like culture and all of that

which you don't get with PSE.

Now one thing I kind of wanted to mention or warn you.

As an interpreter, which do I notice used more often?

PSE in total honesty.

A lot of people, especially if they depend on English,

Some have cochlear implants, typically use PSE.

Now, there's nothing wrong with that,

but if you want to have a good foundation, you start with ASL

and then you can learn PSE.

Meaning you have full range of communication

whether you're D/deaf or an interpreter.

You want to have more ability to have that range and match who you're working with.

So I think that's really important.

You need to have that foundation first.

Later if you have a more PSE use in your range,

that's fine. No problem!

You don't have to sign pure ASL the whole time.

You really don't.

But it's just really important you understand that concept first.

- Okay, hopefully you enjoyed the video.

I'm curious, leave a comment.

What is your experience?

Did you learn ASL first, or PSE first?

What happened with that and how did that impact

your learning process and progress in sign language?

So leave a comment, I'm curious.

- Right and that's whether you're D/deaf or hearing.

I'm curious about both perspectives.

So.... yeah sorry it's kind of a short video,

but really it's kind of a simple concept you know.

It's always better to learn a language first instead of some sort of modification.

Yes, he was trying to dodge the punches. He tried to fight me on the outside.

I couldn't feel his punches

Yes, when I hit him it wasn't with a lot of force. I didn't think he would of got laid out like that with the punch I hit him

No, I wasn't aware of Tewa Kiram and that the commission took something away from him. I was focused on the fight

I'm very happy!

FACT or FICTION - AMUSEMENT PARK ACCIDENTS | Season 1, Episode 5 | YouTube Series - Duration: 14:01.

Every good amusement park protects its guests with countless safety measures and ride upkeep,

but even the best can find itself standing upon blood-soaked dirt.

Beneath the boisterous laughter that fills your favorite parks, if you listen close enough,

are the echoes of horrific and deadly accidents.

We're about to take you on an unforgettable ride through the "tunnel of horrors,"

but are the stories we're about to tell real - or are we just sending you through

a winding loop of deception?

The line that divides the factual from the unreal has long since blurred, the tales we

once thought fantastical now implanted as truth.

To decipher verity from the imagined, you must break from the ordinary and consider

a universe where the outlandish prevails.

Can you expand your mind to see beyond our perceived reality?

Can you decide what's fact or fiction?

Matt LeSoto considered himself a certifiable jokester.

Many thought it was a means of covering insecurities and sometimes his pranks, tricks, and jokes

did go a little too far.

During a warm summer night at a local carnival, Matt was feeling particularly mischievous…

As Bill listened to Matt explain why he wasn't willing to go through the carnival's haunted

house, he knew immediately that something was up.

The class clown wasn't one to be deterred by much and a few cheesy animatronics and

funhouse lighting certainly wasn't going to do the trick.

Still, he went along with it, trying to gauge whether Tracy was also falling for whatever

shenanigans awaited.

They let Matt play his game and went into the ride together.

Even as the cart slowly started to chug along the rickety track, Bill could hear Matt talking

to others waiting in line about how scary the ride was.

He was really trying to sell the gag.

"What do you think he has planned?"

Bill queried Tracy as the cart entered the darkened house.

"I'm sure he'll pop out in a mask or something stupid."

Her attitude was dry and clearly unenthusiastic of her friend's antics.

The two waited, expecting Matt to pop out of every sharp turn they passed.

They passed by dozens of rubber bats and matted monsters as the cart creaked its way towards

a neon glow ahead.

The closer they got to the room, the cart started to pick up speed until there was a

slight wind blowing against them.

They broke through the curtain and were met with a psychedelic mess of colors.

Clown laughter filled the room and automated figures lunged lazily from hidden crevices.

Just when Billy thought the trippy color scheme and increased speed would make him sick, he

saw it.

A shadow moved against an orange wall at the far end of the room.

The closer they got to it, the more the shadow started to take a familiar shape.

Billy could make out the idiotic smirk on Matt's face before he leapt from the shadows.

He could also clearly make out the moment that smile turned to a worried frown.

Matt had misjudged his first step and tripped over rigging on the floor, and with little

space between him and the track, he instantly knew what that error would cost him.

His intention was to terrify his friends and as his body slammed into the front of the

cart, they received quite the fright.

Though the cart eventually stopped, it had dragged Matt's body along the metal track,

leaving a bloody mess.

We've all heard the old adage "Boys will be boys.", so is Matt's gag-gone-wrong really

that shocking of a tale?

Of course, Matt may not even exist, and this could be a story pulled straight from our

imaginations.

Comment with what you think really happened.

While you share what you think, we have another tragic tale to tell, that of 17-year-old Donna

Merkle and the Land of Adventure.

It was meant to be a summer job, something to hold her over until school started again.

When the school year began, however, Donna was nowhere to be found and Land of Adventure

was never the same again.

Donna was probably more excited than she should have been.

She'd heard many people complain about working at Land of Adventure, but ever since she went

when she was 12, she had wanted to spend at least one summer employed in the magical kingdom

of rides and attractions.

The moment she was old enough, she applied and within hours received the good news.

They weren't known to turn down prospective employees, but when she hung up the phone,

she couldn't help but feel elated.

During orientation, she expressed interest in working at the park's most interactive

attraction – a musical journey through a land of awe and wonder featuring lifelike

animal animatronics.

She remembered how much fun the host had five years prior and loved the thought of having

to work the crowd and react to her robotic costars the same way.

Her first few shows went off better than she expected.

The crowd loved her bubbly personality and, despite having seen the show from the audience

perspective nearly a dozen times, it still brought her great joy each time.

As the night went on, Donna felt her enthusiasm wain as the need for a break pestered her.

With no one to stand in for her, she didn't want to cause issues for management and simply

pressed on.

By her tenth show of the day, she was exhausted and she started to get sloppy.

One of her favorite things about the attraction was how the stage rotated to change the scene,

giving the audience something new to gawk at.

She knew where to stand to keep clear of the gap between the rotating wall and the stationary

wall, but during the second-to-last show of the night, the aches of her body distracted

her too much.

Many audience members thought the horrific screams of Donna being crushed to death were

a part of a different attraction.

But those that knew better ran for help.

Sadly, it was too late to save the young woman.

Donna seemed to know everything about the attraction, wouldn't it seem like she'd have

prior knowledge and training of the rotating walls?

Or perhaps it was an act of carelessness?

Or maybe, this is just another tale spun up by our writers?

Let us know in the comments below.

But before we get to a reveal, we have a question for you:

How much do you love your clothing?

Enough to, say, jump in front of a speeding train to try and retrieve it?

Thirteen-year-old Jonell Piper may not have met the business end of a train, but his actions

showed that little would keep him from retrieving his favorite hat.

On a crisp autumn day, however, he learned the price of his persistence.

"Why'd you even bring it, J?

They told you you'd lose that stupid thing on one of the rides."

Jonell could hear his sister's nagging behind him, but he was too focused on the prize ahead

to care.

If he didn't act quick, his fun day was about to turn tragic and his most beloved

article of clothing would be lost forever.

During his ride on the Stinger, he had failed to heed his parent's warnings to hold onto

his favorite baseball cap tightly.

Through an intense loop, he lost himself in the moment and let it slip from his hand.

There wasn't much sentimental value to the hat, but over the years it had become a part

of his image; and when you're budding into a teenager, we all know how important that

can be.

While his sister continued to verbally prod him, Jonell's eyes scanned the restricted

area of the park, a quartered off section not far from the loop.

After minutes of scanning, he saw it wedged between two beams.

It wasn't too high off the ground and if he moved quickly, he could definitely rescue

it.

"Don't you dare, J," that persistently annoying voice warned him.

"You're gonna get us thrown out.

Just wait for mom and dad."

As he had been doing for the past few minutes, Jonell continued to ignore his sister and,

once the roller coaster passed by, he made a break for it.

The fence was easy to scale and nobody seemed to even notice him trotting through the restricted

area.

He felt like he got to his hat in record time, the adrenaline coursing through his veins

fueling his burst of energy.

Before retrieving it, he goaded his sister from afar, flipping her off as she frantically

waved him down.

She looked to be in a panic, less concerned about getting thrown out and more worried

about something Jonell hadn't realized.

He strained to hear her, but his ears filled with an unmistakable deafening noise.

The oncoming cart hit him at such a speed that, even if his head hadn't been severed,

the trauma would have been impossible to survive.

Poor Jonell, learned the hard way that there's no personal item worth losing your head over.

Do you think the patrons of that amusement park were treated to a grizzly sight that

day, or are we sending you for another loop?

Discuss your thoughts in the comment section below and hold onto your hats – it's time

for the reveal.

Are you ready to find out if you can decipher between fact or fiction?

Let's look back at tonight's three stories and find out which were born from reality

and which were fabrications of the imagination.

Matt LeSoto's tragic end to his playful prank may have been gruesome, but was it real?

If you said "yes," thankfully, you're wrong.

While it's not unfathomable that someone could sneak into one of those pop-up haunted

house rides, this story came straight from our imagination.

Do you recall our second story, that of anxious Donna Merkle who was crushed to death on her

first night of work?

Clearly, that's far too grim to have actually happened… right?

Wrong.

This tragic story was inspired by the death of Deborah Gail Stone.

On July 8th, 1974, Stone was working as a hostess at Disneyland's America Sings attraction

when she became caught between a rotating and stationary wall.

A patron in a nearby theater heard the hostesses' screams just before she was crushed to death.

Now that we've ruined the Happiest Place on Earth for you, let's look at our third

story of young Jonell Piper.

Could a kid love a hat so much that they'd risk their safety to retrieve it?

If you think so, then clearly you know a thing or two about how children think.

The story is based on a 2008 incident when 17-year-old Asia Leeshaw Ferguson jumped a

fence in Six Flags Over Georgia to retrieve a hat he lost while riding the Batman roller

coaster.

Ferguson was struck by the coaster and decapitated.

How well did you in tonight's video?

Did you look past the deception of our world and define the oft-blurred line that struggles

to separate lies from the truth?

Let us all know in the comment section below and should you find the urge to test your

perceptions again, be sure to subscribe and join us next time when we ask you to decide

what's fact... or fiction

New Myvi or Persona? IMO - Duration: 7:07.

whats up everyone welcome to my channel again

before we begin our video

just want to let you know that I just create Instagram

for my youtube channel and

i'll update some small update or behind the scene on

on that Instagram

today we going to talk about which car you choose

the latest perodua myvi or the persona

now there is something perodua told me which is not correct

they claim that engine of perodua myvi is the same as

the toyota vios

but is actually not true

the engine of both car is the same family which is 2NR

but

the engine are totally different

for perodua myvi is 2NR-VE

for vios is 2NR-FE

the 2NR-VE engine for the myvi

only produce 76kW and 136Nm of torque

which is only 6 more horsepower and 15 more torque compare to the 1.3 engine

and I rather get a 1.3 if there is only a little bit increment

but for the toyora vios

it produced 79kW and 140Nm

which is just little bit less than the 1.6 proton persona

next I'm going to talk about my opinion on the perodua myvi

for the perodua myvi the low spec, the 1.3 spec

really like a lot of features that we need

such as the bluetooth hand-free

it's quite important

even the lowest spec of the persona have the Bluetooth function

but from the paper I see

perodua myvi doesn't have

only the higher variant have

next is the hill hold assist

especially if you going to buy a manual car

the hill hold assists is very useful

it makes the hill start easier if you drive a manual

but the only variant that come with manual, the lowest variant

doesn't come with hill hold assist

and the next one is front corner sensor

the lowest variant of perodua myvi doesn't come with front corner sensor

next i'm going to talk about something I like about myvi

but sadly is not available across the variant

first is a build in touch 'n go smart tag function

it's very convenient

you don't need to buy another smart tag and keep it in your grove box

and then take it out and then point it

and then keep it back to the grove box

next is a new ASA system

which I call the eyes in front

is very good it's very convenient it's very luxury

but the ASA is only available on the highest variant the top of the range

and next myvi comes with cool colors

like the granite gray

and the all-time favorite mystical purple

the mystical purple is the best color ever

but my opinion on the perodua myvi is that

the features is there was not perfect

for example the ASA the eyes in front

the only has the eyes in front

it doesn't have full 360-degree camera

it means that if there's a idiot driving approaching you

at your blind spot the car won't do anything

or if you want to change the lane

and you try to look at your mirror

it doesn't warn you about traffic on your blind spot

that is a climate control the air-con controller

it has full of buttons

if I see a air-con controller with full of buttons

I'm expecting a automatic mode

but it doesn't have it looks at luxury-wannabe

and next one is ECO-idle

when the engine shut down and start-up is quite obvious

now we're going to talk about the difference between myvi and persona

when i test drive the car

I find the myvi is quite underpower

I mean really underpower for 1.5 engine

and the car only weight like 1 ton

which is lighter than the persona but the persona is way more powerful

for the fuel economy wise

I truly believe that perodua will save more fuel compare to persona

while for the persona the fuel economy I get is around

is between 9km/L to 19km/L

next we talk about transmission

now for the manual transmission obviously proton is a better choice

but for the automatic

the technology now is towards CVT or 6-speed 7-speed 8-speed automatic transmission

protons has use the CVT

and in the persona or the new iriz

they implement a new the CVT2+

which is very brilliant the responsive is better

however perodua myvi only use conventional 4-speed automatic

which is quite outdated especially toyota vios is already using the

7-speed range CVT

then for the responsive

when I test drive the perodua myvi

the throttle and the brake is not very responsive

compare to persona when I test drive it which is a CVT auto

proton is more responsive compare to perodua

and proton has a better braking compare to perodua as well

for the myvi it has full of features

such as LED headlamp it even has a push start button

available from the cheapest variant

one more I want to point out is

perodua myvi doesn't have rear fog light

and I think rear fog light is very important in malaysia

then for the exterior wise

perodua myvi looks very good

I like the way it looks

and the persona is honestly very ugly

then it comes to my opinion

I think if you are deciding between myvi or persona

if you want to drive around city

myvi be will be a good choice

if you want to drive around in a highway or longer distance

persona would be good

from the test drive

myvi has less fun

and persona has more fun

if you wanted to go for manual

i would think persona is a better choice for you

and for my opinion

perodua myvi is more expensive than a proton persona

because you don't really want to buy the 44,000 variant

for the persona you can pay less at 50,000 for low spec

and you still get a lot of what you need

for my personal preference if I don't drive any car and I'm looking for a car

I still go for proton persona

because I wanted a manual car

I wanted a car that is fun

and I need a big trunk space

just to put all my stuff on the trunk

and travel around melaka johor

you know there's a bad things if you study in public u

and I hope you find this video informative

and do give a thumbs up and share it to your friends

and also comment below what do you think about persona myvi or Iriz

do you give your opinion and

hope that my video or your comment can help others to decide what car they should buy

and do subscribe to my video as I will post a new video every week

and see you again in the next video

Klopp: We're deciding on whether one or two signings are for now or the summer - Duration: 3:26.

Klopp: We're deciding on whether one or two signings are for now or the summer

After telling journalists at his pre-match press conference on Friday that further signings this month were "not really likely," Jurgen Klopp had a different message to the written press.

Klopp speaks separately with members of the written press at his press conferences and his message to them regarding new signings was far more optimistic than his one to the cameras just minutes earlier.

"I could kill all the rumours, but let's not do that! It's not really likely" he had said in his press conference.

"I don't think a lot of things will happen in these coming days.".

But then he explained to the written press that: "The only thing is, with one or two players, we maybe have to make a decision is it for now or is it for the summer?".

Klopp told how the club are always looking for players.

"Our situation is always the same, we really look (for players) all year," he said.

"So why should I stop now only because January 31st is nearly here?.

"We do that all the time.

Nothing has changed.

The only thing is with one or two players we maybe have to make a decision is it for now or is it for the summer? That's the only difference.

"But look, we are constantly looking, my iPad is full of players from all over the world.

That's what we do. "But specific? No.

It is not that we now say exactly that we need that or we cannot play football any more.".

Klopp's words in his press conference that signings are unlikely should be taken with a pinch of salt, especially given that just a few weeks earlier he'd sat in the same chair and told the media that Philippe Coutinho would be back in contention to play against Man City.

The manager is playing poker and part of the modern era of transfers is how club's and managers use the media.

Perhaps there may be a surprise after all by Wednesday's transfer deadline day.

While they have stayed quiet on the split other than their reps statement, Lisa has been liking a number of tweets which hint at her feelings on the matter.

One tweet liked by the Strictly make-up artist suggested that Ant was hiding something or someone.

The tweet read: @lisaAmakeup after 2 years coming off prescribed pain meds my hubby took the back lash, the moaning, the mood swings, the full crap but 18yrs of marriage, loyalty and LOVE& were still together,I think Ant is hiding something or someone so sorry huni [sic]. Love yourself.

Lisa this is a new chapter in your life journey.

PawTree Review - Is This Pet Supply Business A Solid Opportunity Or A Scam? GET DETAILS HERE - Duration: 18:59.

Hi everyone, this is Janice Delphin-Alleyne from the true real deal com and in today's video

I wanted to provide an honest and unbiased review of Pawtree and their multi-level marketing opportunity now

You may have discovered

PawTree through somebody that you know

Maybe you may know if a friend who purchases their products or maybe you may know a friend who happens to be an affiliate for

Them you may have discovered poetry through a social media

Maybe you yourself are a pet owner who happens to love their products and now you're looking to

explore and branch out into the possibility of

Promoting their products as an affiliate and so I wanted to do this honest and unbiased

Review and give you a breakdown. I never of everything that I can

about the company you know based on my

Research so that you can make an informed

decision about whether or not this opportunity could be a good fit for you whether or not this opportunity seems sound and legitimate and

Kind of give you some some

Backdrop that will hopefully take the guesswork out for you in terms of what you should do

So the way that I want to

structure this video is I want to share a little bit about

The history of PawTree I'd like to share a little bit of the products that they have

To offer I'm going to review their compensation plan and ultimately I'll be offering my verdict

I will say right off the bat. I really am

Amazed and kind of

Sort of impressed by

An MLM of this nature you don't you see a lot of element M. MLMs that are connected to

The pet industry you know there are many different MLM. Some are Fitness related some may be connected to

education and information, but you don't really see

In fact this is really the first one that I'm seeing that's connected to

To pets into animals which I think is unique and wonderful, I just had to say that right off the bat, but

ok so a

little bit about PawTree

So PawTree is the creation of Roger

Morgan um it was launched in 2014 now Roger Morgan has extensive experience

In the pet industry he has over a decade of decade of experience

He was formerly the CEO of the retail products group

which

manufactured and sold pet products to you know to other retailers and

He's been connected

Specifically to the pet industry and pet supplies

For over a decade. I always like to look at the leadership of

Opportunities like this because it helps me to to gain insight about

You know well. What are what are what is the experience level of the person that's driving the ship of the opportunity

What is the level of passion and the mission and so right off the bat knowing that?

Roger has done so much in connection with

The pet industry I think that's a great

a great sign in terms of

their products so

PawTree offers many many different types of products for both cats and dogs, you know everything

You can see right here on the screen they offer everything that's including, but not limited to you know food treats

flea and tick treatments

collars

Beds you know blankets gifts toys you know superfood seasoning

They also offer

customized nutrition plans

You know nutrition plans that really?

are created with the pet in mind so

nutrition plans that

Factor in you know maybe a particular pets

Well the size you know their their weight their age their gender

their level of activity any allergies that they may have so it's really very specific and customized and

Many many other products as well, so you can also shop obviously by issue so if the you're Pettus experiencing

let's say Low Energy or or or

you know seasonal allergies or

You know any specific

Issue that you find you can also?

Explore you know the many different products that they have to offer specific to the issue that you may be

Witnessing in your pet so um

with that being said I'd like to kind of move into now the

The compensation plan for

For

poetry I will say that it's very very extensive and

I'm just pulling up some information so bear with me one moment

I'm going to try to go through everything

in detail without

Making this too overwhelming and bogging you down too much. If there's anything that I'm saying that you you know it

Doesn't make sense you can always

Backtrack and watch the video again. They also have

released their full compensation plan

at their

At their site on their website, so but just so basically when you join PawTree you're gonna be

receiving Commission's on

You know any products that are sold to customers, right?

And the structure that they pay their Commission's out, it's it's a human unilevel

compensation structure, so you know

if you

Sell something to somebody else you know, that's you know that's your level one and if they

Their downline would be your you know level two like that so but there are basically nine affiliate

ranks arm

Across, which you can earn

Commissions and

Basically there are requirements for each of the nine it starts at

Per Pro, and goes all the way up to three-star vice president, and there are many levels in between

so I'll mention each level and

Then I'll sort of share a little bit about the qualifications. I'm not gonna go through every every every single one

It's really quite extensive, but you'll get the sense that as you move up

There's obviously more

Once you move up from level to level it means that you have hit certain

Qualifications needed necessary to be in that level okay so for the per. There's per Pro. There's there's I'm sorry pet Pro

There's senior pet Pro. There's director. There's a senior director

There's executive director vice president

There's one star vice-president two star vice president and three-star vice president when you're starting out at the pet pro level

You're basically signing up as a poetry affiliate and you're generating a personal volume of one hundred and fifty dollars a month so

We'll skip a couple of levels and let's say now you're kind of going

in towards the middle of the range middle of the range of

The ranks would be somewhere around let's say

Vice-president at the point that you hit the vice-president rank you're generating fifteen hundred dollars in personal volume and

eight

thousand dollars in

Group volume a month and you're able to recruit and maintain maintain at least

two pet pros and two senior director or higher

ranked

affiliates

Once you get to the very very top

rank

That rank is called

Three-star vice president at that point you're maintaining fifteen hundred dollars in personal volume

eight

thousand dollars in group volume and

Also

$100,000 in

downline volume a month that you're able to recruit and maintain at

three vice president and two one-star vice presidents or higher

So you can see it's it's very extensive, but as you hit?

the

qualifications

Associated with higher ranks you will move up to that rank right

now they also give you the opportunity to

Oh by the way

They did share that

You know there's a 70% profit margin on the product, so this is how they're able to

You know pay out

some of these

commissions, but

Once you - there are a couple of levels of commission. There's retail commissions

There's retail power bonus their sponsorship commissions. There's residual commissions

There's group volume overrides

There's generation bonus, and there's even rank achievement so

It's really really robust I'm going to I'm trying to do this in a way

That's the simplest for you so that it's not too, too overwhelming

So let's go back to retail commissions you're gonna be earning 10% commission

On any product that you sell in addition to that if a person

Signs up for let's say autoship. They become what's called a

Club customer and it when you have a pool club member you

Are you have the opportunity to be paid a one-time bonus?

of

$10 for a poor Club customer

with standard shipping or $15 one-time bonus for a ball club customer which qualifies them for free

shipping

Let's move along to power retail power bonus retail power bonus

Means that if you generate

150 in new

You know personal volume within a month you can get a retail power

Bonus it depends on how much you have generated within that month

so if it's 500 to 999 dollars you're gonna get a 5% bonus commission if it's

1000 to

1400 and

$99.99 you're gonna get a seven percent bonus commission if it's

$1,500 or more

You're gonna get a 10 percent

commission and those

Personal volumes can be from one-time sales it can be from recurring sales on auto-ship um

Then we go to sponsorship commissions so when you sponsor someone who buys like their ultimate sales kit

You'll get $75 from that

great

if you have an upline, that's

Let's say a senior director or or vice president. They're gonna earn

$25 you also have the opportunity for residual commissions um

so their payment

Their compensation plan is paid through a unilevel structure

So there's going to be as I mentioned before I think I mentioned this before, but I'll mention it again

Anybody that you personally enroll is your level 1?

Anybody, that's your level 1 enrolls is gonna be considered

Your level 2 and so on they do have a cap at 3 level so you can get paid residual Commission on 3

On a level 3 so not your personal downline

but your

Downlines downlines downline if that makes sense hopefully it does right?

You're gonna be earning

You know a percentage of the actual sales generated through those 3 levels

And it's going to be that that the the commission that you are going to get will be

Dependent engine upon your rank so at the basic pet pro level

You won't really be hitting a commission

But let's say you're now at a senior director level you're gonna get 7%

On your level 1 and 2% on your level 2 if you're at the vice-president or higher

For those higher ranks you're gonna be getting 7% on your level 1

5% on your level 2

1% on your level 3

now they also have

What's called the group volume

Overrides um and you know basically what happens with this is you know you're gonna be earning a percent of

the ball sales volume generated

Throughout the you know level team of a vice president or higher ranking member

So that's a little bit about group overrides. They also have these generation bonuses

You know and this is that the vice-president or higher?

level

You know where?

You know a

vice-president or higher rank member is found in any given unilevel leg and

Then the second generation would be the next vice president or higher from the first one. I hope that makes sense, but so a

Vice-president ranked of philia is gonna earn 1% on the first generation

Once you get all the way up though to the three-star vice president. You're gonna be earning 4% on the first and

second generations and

3% on the third

They also have what's called?

Again, this is very extensive, so you you know you can watch this video again. You can also refer directly to

the full compensation plan at the poetry

website

But um they also have a rank achievement and rank achievement. It's basically just a one-time achievement bonus

It's five hundred dollars and that achievement is that that bonus is given once you've achieved the ranking of

You know

Vice-president, so that's a little bit about some of the compensation

Structure of poetry now in terms of your investment and what you have to spend to join

They basically have a couple of packages

the first package is very very basic, and it's

$24.99 um they also have a complete sales kit which is $49.99

They also have an ultimate sales kit and that

ultimate sales kid is

$299.99 and they they basically the the this

Is that you've seen price are really just a function of the amount of

you're getting more product for the

Sales kids that are more expensive, right?

so ultimately

What is my feeling about poetry now?

I don't promote Paw Tree you're not gonna see a link to poetry in this video. This is just my honest and unbiased

Appraisal of it based on my research based on what I can see

But I think I think it's definitely a sound

You know and legitimate MLM company. I mean, it's I love that it's unique

It's very unique in that. It's you know. This is an opportunity for

You know people to promote products that are connected to animals and pets

So you know it's I would say it could be a wonderful opportunity to pursue if you happen to

Be an animal lover if you happen to

You know have pets if if you have a passion for this for animals

It could be wonderful you want to really be whatever whatever opportunity you choose to promote you want to be connecting yourself

With something that you feel you can

Stand behind because why would you want to promote something that that you don't feel like you can stand behind?

Why would you want to promote something that doesn't resonate for you, so if if if it resonates for you?

and there's the passion there for

for

Products that are committed to you know

Loving and caring for animals and well-being of pets. I think it's that. I think that that's wonderful

I love that all of their products are

Their own products and not products that they get from you know some other third party

so that's that's that's a positive another positive aspect and

I

Would just say you know if it is something that you're gonna promote, and you're not familiar with the products you may want to

And you happen to have pets you may want to test out try out some of the products for yourself

So you can see and say hey, I think to this I can attest to this I like this um
