The full moon day of the Karthika Month of the lunar calendar is one of the most auspicious days for a Hindu. Kartika Month is the only month in which both Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu are worshipped. Kartika Pouranmi or Kartika Poornima is also one of the days when the temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu are full with the devotees wanting a darshan of their deities.

The other names of Kartika Poornima are Deva Deepawali or Deva Diwali, Tripuri Poornima or Tripurari Purnima.

Katika Poornima is also celebrated as the day on which Lord Vishnu incarnated as Matsya or Matsyavatram happened on Karthika Purnima. Matsyavatara was to save Manu from the MahaPralaya.

Dev Deepawali is celebrated in Varanasi and other northern parts of India. It is believed that Lord Shiva killed Tripurasura on Kartika Purnima and hence Gods celebrated by lighting diyas. In Varansi all the Ghats are lighted with diyas. It is a visual delight. Not only the Ghats but almost all the houses in Varanasi also decorated with diyas.

The common rituals of Karthika Purnima are having a river bath and praying to Lord Shiva and observing a fast for the whole day. Devotees would prefer to have a bath in the holy rivers as it is believed that by simply performing the Nadi Snan or river bath in the Kartika Month one gets a lot of virtue and if it is on Kartika Purnima the virtue is multi folded.

Karthika Purnima is also the birth day of Sri Guru Nanak and is celebrated with great devotion by Sikhs. Even for Jains Karthika Purnima is a big festival and is celebrated with great devotion.

this will be a life of fulfillment.

Anything that's made up- needs constant support from you, isn't it?

See suppose you tell lie,

It needs constant support to keep it up, isn't it?

But if something is true,

You can even forget it, but it's still there, isn't it?

You understand what I'm saying?

If something is true, even you should forget it.

It's still there.

No problem.

But if it's a lie, you have to keep it up.

Your personality is a lie, your being your existence, is the is the truth.

You don't have to keep this up.

This will be anywhere there.

what you make up for the sake of the society to function in the society,

You must be able to keep it down.

Let's do some calculations using gamma matrices.

Usually, the only thing we need to know is the anticommutation relation between two of

those matrices.

Remember that the anticommutator of gamma^mu gamma^nu, which is a shorthand notation for

gamma^mu gamma^nu plus gamma^nu gamma^mu, is equal to 2 times an entry of the Minkowski

metric times the identity matrix.

How about we calculate gamma^mu gamma_mu.

Since the summation over two indices is implicit, this is actually gamma^0 gamma_0 plus gamma^1

gamma_1 and so on.

But using the Clifford algebra, we can do this calculation without expanding the sum.

If you want to try this for yourself, this is a good time to pause the video.

Alright, let's do this.

First, we use the Minkowski metric to write both matrices with upper indices.

Since the Minkowski metric is symmetric in its two indices, we must only consider the

symmetric part of these two here.

This is because the contraction of a symmetric tensor and an antisymmetric tensor is zero.

Therefore, only the symmetric part remains.

The symmetric part of a tensor is given by the sum of itself over and over, every time

with different Index permutations.

For a general tensor A^mu nu, this is A^mu nu plus A^nu mu.

And since there are now two of them, we have to compensate that by dividing by two.

Applied to the gamma matrices, this is one half times gamma^mu gamma^nu plus gamma^nu

Look at that, we found the anticommutator again.

So we can write this as one half, eta_mu nu and the anticommutator of the two gamma matrices.

And we also know what this is, the one half cancels the two and we are left with eta_mu

nu times eta^mu nu times the identity matrix.

Well, if you raise or lower one index of the Minkowski metric, we get the Kronecker delta.

In particular, we get delta^mu_mu, which is equivalent to the trace over its matrix representation.

In other words, this is delta^1_1 plus delta^2_2 and so on, which yields four.

asking and so they've been marketing these places to retired older folks see

there's a place right there that looks kind of dilapidated and crappy a house

and I wouldn't even be able to afford to live in it in a house and and the truth

is nobody wants to live in an apartment I know I don't I don't know old person

wants to live in an apartment it's horrible

I've lived in apartments before it's horrible no person should have to live

in an apartment and then you don't have health care currently we don't have any

college kids and teachers you know transients so so this area is like a big

transient community of people who come down here and you know and and then the

prices are based off of the military which is the military you know the the

majority of people in the military which would be an e5 you know that that base

pay which they're going to get different rates like 1200 to 1500 and I'm thinking

why is it that they give them different amounts to live in like what shouldn't a

person be able to live in a nicer place without cockroaches and rats and mice

and you know a shitty house that's got mold in it like what why why is there

anti diversity in military housing to the type you know like where where

officers would be treated better you know just because they've gone to

college I mean I actually went to college for free myself off the Pell

Grant but I'm qualified to be an officer which is public affairs you know right

now I'm qualified but yet I can't get into the military unless I get a waiver

because I'm too old too old they have a job apparently that's you know so I mean

that's you know anyway but I just wanted to share that with you guys that none of

this makes any sense which it's anti diversity towards older

people all over the place and so so we've got all this tax payer money

that's being funneled out you know it's like it you know for the corporations

when it's tax breaks and that's the same thing when I look at my Social Security

Statement and all those years are zero yet I've

been a contributing factor to the military you know it is a support you

know support and but yet zero I have zeros all on my Social Security

Statement zeros for Medicare and so every time that I have you know no money

coming in whatsoever even though I cared for my kids all those years but yet this

is the dilemma that I ran into when I went to look for a job I actually ended

up it would cost more to pay for daycare then then the job actually paid and

that's how it always was you ended up paying more for daycare than what the

job itself actually paid so you'd have to be in a really really really high

paying job in order for it to bet benefit anybody who is low income and

even then tax breaks don't help tax breaks wouldn't help me as a military

stay-at-home parent and I'm saying parent because I know that the men are

feeling slighted too so the stay-at-home parent could be a male or a female and

I've seen plenty of stay-at-home dads who were in the military a lot of them

not just a few a lot of them over the decades and so even around here you see

some stay-at-home dads too so it's common for dads to stay at home and take

care of their children nowadays and so it's not helping them either because

then they're at home and they're getting a zero so there are spouses out working

and they're getting a zero you know and and so like how how does that help women

you know so if you're you know and then separate single people so merit you you

have to be married so marriages are incentivized yet single people who are

not capable of actually being able to pay for anything so currently marriage

is incentivized and individual single people so so it's kind of like the jobs

you're saying well we you know we we work so we're accepting women now even

though we know that there's not enough jobs so the ball is in our court and so

we're gonna fuck all of you over and not pay you living wages or pay you

anything you know anything at all but yet we're taking your taxpayer money

we're adding on all these fees we're inflating the price of everything

and recently someone on the boob tube recently said they said that America has

been inflated for the past hundred years in hindsight I'm kind of actually

believe that that you know everything is inflated because it's like you know when

you think of the military has cost the cost of living allowance was just called

Cola corporations have corporate growth and so so if they factor in corporate

growth corporate growth which the only way that they could get corporate growth

as if people have more babies that would be the only way other ways if people

have less children then that means there's less money coming into the

coffers so if that's the case then then corporate growth is a sham it's a scam

and it's not sustainable and so if wages are stagnated flat and corporate growth

keeps going up high the money has to be coming from somewhere so anyway that's

my opinion so that that corporate growth is a is a scam and they're just

purposely raising the prices for their own pockets and so yeah you know cost of

living doesn't have to happen it doesn't it does you know I mean things can be

evened out and more fairly across the board for everyone

whereas right now there's only certain people who are getting benefits right

now and everybody else is being left out that's just how I see it that's my

opinion so anyway that's it

Don't sell websites, do this instead! In today's video we're gonna find out, what you're

better off selling instead of selling website development. So I know so many

people in our business community who started with selling websites and I was

actually kind of selling websites when I was starting out with my marketing

agency I was first selling landing pages. So it's kind of like selling websites.

I would say but in today's video I have something way better for you, something

way more profitable if you're annoyed with this constant development, if you're

annoyed with making little changes, tiny tedious changes for your customers all the

time. If you're annoyed with you know getting underpaid for world development

or maybe even if you're running an agency already but you are just getting

so many clients who want something else every single one of them they all want

something else it becomes really annoying to you when you're running your

business like this you're running a company that is you know so custom made.

Everything is so specific, everything takes so much time. Now what can you do

instead what is the instant fix your problem that hello that will help you

massively okay here is the solution to that don't sell

custom eight websites anymore instead sell one website to all of your

customers now it sounds crazy it's like what do you mean Matt like sell one

website to all of your customers but let me tell you another story let me tell

you a little story of my agency when we were selling landing pages and one day

we did sell a landing page to a real estate company

I was actually it was me closing the sale I was on the phone with this

company from Chicago and I was closing them on landing page for the real estate

business and it was really nice company we had a great conversation I took a lot

of time building this landing page I made it awesome the price was like

$3,000 or something like that thing must have been 3,000 or 3,200 so I saw them

this website I saw them this landing page and I actually made something extra

for them on top of this landing page I built a backhand on Joomla and this

back-end allowed you to go to this landing page and search and filter for

house that you want so no matter how many bedrooms you want no matter how

many you know toilets you want in the house you can search for everything so

you could literally have filter system you know like a proper proper website

with the search system filter system for the real estate company and the landing

page and everything about this so it was really awesome website so constantly

probably like $2,800 to build it because I was working with a bunch of different

developers I went to up work and they hired some people to help me and I got

some designers and I got all the people helping me because I couldn't deliver

this properly so once I finished I didn't really make profit on this but

then I thought you know I could actually maybe sell it somehow again maybe then

this would be more profitable but I didn't know exactly how to and then

someone two weeks later something I found another person who only real

estate company and they said they need a website like this and I said you know

what we can do it you know three thousand dollars let us build it I

how to do it so what I did is I went to my developer and I asked me know what

can you just like copy this page and paste this on the new Haas thing just

make the same thing but change the logo change colors change all the things and

just you know basically build copy paste the whole thing just change it a little

bit and he did and I asked him how much time to take you he's like yeah I was I

remember two hours and I think I was paying him like $50 an hour or something

quite expensive but it was like two hours of work us to $300 and it was it

and we sold it for $3,000 and the profit you know the revenue 3000 the cost is

hundred so the profit was two thousand nine hundred dollars and we thought when

I first you know this is kind of crazy that this thinks actually are possible

you know like how this is even humanly possible to sell something more $100 for

$3,000 right so I was thinking kind of like who is it wrong for me is it the

wrong thing to like under like overcharge them and it's like because

the first customer I didn't really make profit so it was kind of like I felt

excuse to make money on the second one but it kind of felt sorry for the second

one so I actually took bunch of money from this project around thousand

dollars thousand eight hundred or something more than health and I

reinvested this money into building this platform so I was working on this

platform I made it better it was way better real estate website than the

first one it had more plugins more everything it worked better and I

delivered this website and this second customer was like oh my god that's

amazing and then I thought again about my first customer and I thought you know

what like I actually improved this website so here's an update for you this

is this is a free update you can get it and if you sign up on a recurring with

me which was like $100 a month for something we're just gonna update your

website all the time and you're always going to get awesome updates like this

and they were super happy with this because they saw the value

volley was tremendous right we invested another $1,800 or so to make this

platform even better and then I got the third client and I made the platform

even better and better and better and it started growing it started

developing towards really nice realistic platform that we were able to sell for

$3,000 and customers were happy with it we're improving every old website for

people who bought from us before and then at some stage there was no more

point for improvement okay so like I couldn't really figure how can I make

this landing page and filter system better because we did everything

possible we've spent more than ten thousand dollars and making this amazing

and it was amazing so I couldn't really make this better so what I did is the

next customer that I got that paid $3,000 for this what we did is we

reinvested all the profit which was $2,900 into ads and into more

connections with customers and all the lead generation elements of the business

model so we got more connects an app work we got and so we started spending

money on paying for traffic to get people to buy this and we're able to

reinvest this money continuously and this company grew it started you

know getting more and more leads and it was really awesome

business eventually failed so you know this is not a happy ending story but

don't worry about this it failed for a bunch of different reasons specifically

because SAS companies for real estate industry started offering the same

things for you know a few dollars a month which is reasonable because this

is really possible if you scale this properly but you don't have to choose

real estate industry because it's very saturated and it's a be very hard to

market very tough one but you can choose any other niche and you can apply this

business model and this is legally guarrantee for you to make you way more

money if you're going to become a specialist with one specific niche and

you serve them and you know how to build a landing page for them or build funnel

for them that works in an amazing way. It's way better than making custom-made

little websites for everyone around. It it makes your business scale-able. I hope
