in our first year of Unstoppable Success Radio without sponsors, crazy funnels, or

complicated strategies that take months weeks or years to learn. Each week we

release a new video right here so be sure to hit the subscribe button so you

never miss a thing. For those of you just getting to know me, my name is Kelly

Roach and I'm the CEO of Kelly Roach Coaching where we help entrepreneurs and

business owners from around the world make six and seven-figure leaps in their

business. I'm also the host of the top-rated show Unstoppable Success Radio

and I'm excited to have you here because I'm ready to help you grow your podcast

audience. We're gonna move fast and cover a lot today so be sure to stick around

to the end so that you can get access to the cheat sheet I'm gonna give you to

walk you through the exact steps that you need to take to consistently build

your audience and monetize your show. Comment below with the word UNSTOPPABLE

if you are ready to get your podcast growing. So Step One in this process is

that you need an A to Z promotional system that you follow to the T each

and every week with your show. This includes cross promotion across

platforms, emailing it out to your list, utilizing messaging campaigns and

engaging through all facets of social media in every way possible to ensure

that you keep your current listeners engaged that they're gonna share with

new ones and that you attract new listeners each and every week. Step Two

is the sequential path your podcasts each needs to be reverse-engineer with a

specific goal and path that you're taking your listeners down. The path

needs to move from listening to the show, to getting on your email list, to taking

action that will lead to one of your offers. Begin with the end in mind and

you're gonna start seeing more profitable results super quickly on your

show. Now Step Three is you need content upgrades that

convert. Content upgrades that convert. This means that Step Number Two and Step

Number Three are intertwined and they work together to make sure that when you

get a listener, you keep the listener and that listener turns into your next

paying client. Content upgrades can be video series, they can be an invitation

to your group with the special training you're going to offer when they get

there, cheat sheets, PDFs, ebooks, you name it, it can be any format you like but the

key thing is there has to be something really specific that someone's gonna get

when they go from taking action to listen to your show to moving forward in

your ecosystem to take that next step. Now these three things combined are

gonna create an unstoppable set of emotional connections and inertia that

is going to not only create action for the listener that's going to keep them

listening and turn them into a paying client but that a-to-z promotional

process that we talked about is gonna be exposing new people to your show each

and every week. Now let's talk about the secret sauce which is always the most

important part. Taking action! We want you to take what you learned on today's

video, get even more detailed, we want to get specific and precise with you and

give you something you can take away. So all you have to do is click the link

below and download your ultimate podcast promotion cheat sheet this is going to

give you all the specifics in that a-to-z promotional process that we

talked about, which is how you're gonna learn exactly what we do to gain new

listeners, new followers, new subscribers each and every week, so that those great

content upgrades and the path that you create for your listeners actually

translate into profitable results. Click the link below to get started right away

Sophisticated! Farmers can be Helped by Digital Technology (CNN Indonesia - English Subtitle) - Duration: 4:19.

Most Indonesians work in the agriculture sector.

Farmers who are looking for microcredit loans, are now assisted with technology in the form of big data.

This information will also serve as a closing for the current edition of CNN Indonesia Tech News.

Don't forget that our shows can be watched on CNN Indonesia's Youtube channel in the technology and gadget playlist.

This is Azizah Hanum signing off, and see you next time. Never stop innovating!

In the agriculture sector, obtaining microcredit loans often becomes a problem when the cultivating season starts.

However, the same thing will not happen again with Nisu

a farmer from Tokelan village, Situbondo, East Java

no longer has any difficulties in getting loans in order to grow agricultural commodities on his land.

He uses HARA

An application that connects farmers and financial institutions providing loans, fertilizers, and also seeds

Farmer: "The fields are measured by Mrs. Nun, and there was help from HARA, I kept waiting."

Farmer: "Mrs. Nun immediately registered, and so did I"

Farmer: "I finally got the Farmers Card"

Farmer: "This card is easy for me and other farmers."

Farmer: "Aside from being able to get loans, we also get discounts on fertilizers or medicine, from HARA."

HARA assigned field agents to collect data from farmers, such as measuring land area.

One field agent, Sofiah Nun, has collected data from 237 farmers in Tokelan village, Situbondo.

Field Agent: "I go straight to the farmers and their houses, even to someone in the middle of the field."

Field Agent: "I asked them to submit a photocopy of their National ID and Family Registry."

Field Agent: "from which I could enter their data directly,"

Field Agent: "such as name, ID numbers, phone numbers as it is mandatory."

Field Agent: "After I have submitted the data to the HARA application,"

Field Agent: "I can continue to land tagging."

Field Agent: "One such example is Mr Sahrawi"

Field Agent: "Where I went down to the field directly and measured the area."

With big data, HARA brings farmers into financial institutions' radar, one of them is the bank.

Imron: "So it's easier for other stakeholders to be able to check the real-data,"

Imron: "such as the location of the field and its polygon."

Imron: "Previously, it's difficult to validate the information of the field,"

Imron: "because in Indonesia there is no standard method to measure, some use tiles, spears, and meters."

Imron: "So it's quite hard for us to know the exact measurement of the area."

Imron: "but now everything is standardized,"

Imron: "therefore it's easier for parties such as banks, insurance to provide microcredit loans for farmers."

The data collected by HARA is used to facilitate financial institutions in verifying farmers' identities

so it won't take a long time to disburse microcredit-loan to the farmers.

BNI : ""We met HARA and looked the application offered by them,"

BNI: "turns out HARA contains data that is helpful for us to accelerate the process of credit disbursement to the farmers."

For now, the application of HARA's big data is currently on pilot project stage

in South Sulawesi, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara and Situbondo and Bojonegoro, East Java.

Rizky Renardi, Situbondo.

Why shipping oil by rail can be more expensive, less reliable—and still attractive - Duration: 2:19.

("Kids of Kaya" by Loic Lior Schild)

- [Narrator] Crude oil pipelines

move oil from point A to point B cheaper

and more reliably than by rail.

Rail has long been considered

to be like using the flexibility and reach of side streets

when highways were at capacity,

but transportation planning strategies

are shifting from this dynamic.

Findings from Chicago Booth's Thomas R. Covert

and his co-author Ryan Kellog at Chicago Harris

suggest that those who ship oil weigh the low

but inflexible cost of pipelines

against the higher but more adaptable cost of rail

when charting their course.

In fact, in 2014, rail shipped 10% of all oil,

its highest share in many decades.

That means less oil in pipelines.

Professors Covert and Kellog estimate

that the Dakota Access Pipeline alone

would have carried up to an additional 73,700 barrels a day

had rail not been an option,

and there's an obvious reason for this strategy: fixed costs.

Oil shippers sign long-term contracts

to secure pipeline space.

If production dips or prices fall

and there's little to nothing to ship,

they will still pay for the space.

So some shippers may instead opt for a higher

pay-as-you-go option which offers flexibility.

With existing infrastructure connecting it to refineries,

rail gives planners an open lane for negotiating prices

and a quick response tool for supply chain changes.

The decision between high flexible cost and lower fixed cost

is applicable to more than just shipping oil.

Planners in a variety of settings

can use lessons from the oil industry to evaluate their options.

And for those who move oil,

we can likely expect rail and pipelines

to continue as parallel lanes.

Kenny Florian on Conor McGregor - Conor Is The Only Guy That Can Knockout Khabib - Duration: 4:48.

big press conference Friday can flow at which time the UFC announced that off to

October 6th about 60 days from now it will close the Octagon behind khabib

nurmagomedov in Conor McGregor and I can all but guarantee that this fight will

stay together you don't need to pray you don't need to cross your fingers it's a

big payday for both guys so much so that I thought me knew Connor doesn't mind

fighting hurt I mean that's the thing to that I'll say off the top about Conor

McGregor I'm he'll fight hurt right he's I mean he signed a contract he'll show

up on up to October 6th and given what I am being told cup even imago met off

might be realizing in terms of the payday he's gonna show up two months

from today it shall be done one of the biggest fights if not the biggest fight

in UFC history by almost any metric can flow and what I love about it is that

there's there's no world tour you know I'm hyped already you know I don't need

to get more hype this thing's announced 65 days before

it's gonna happen and UFC 229 is one hot ticket I got no tickets there was a

fourth fight book between habib navaja Mehta and Tony Ferguson yeah and you

said the very same thing Johnny you gotta be careful saying that stuff

you're right I did I didn't say it was because of the money then I didn't say

it was because the money because you know Kent flow that DC was fighting

steep a even with a torn ACL factor Fitness is true absolutely right no I do

have foot-in-mouth disease and all of that stuff and I gotta not do all this

you know I shouldn't drink before the show I know know you're excited I get it

because and I'm excited I am very excited for this point listen this fight

had to happen right I mean a lot of people are freaking out about you know

how can they make this fight happen after what Connor did I mean you know

the fight was going to happen and you want to see the fight I mean come on

yeah Connor screwed up absolutely but you

still want to see the fight I want to see the fight I think this is the fight

you have to make happen you know listen you have habibur manga man up and

absolute a daghestani juggernaut a guy that when he's focused on taking you

down and beating you up he could do it and he can do it against a

buddy I believe all the way up to 170 pounds most likely and you get Conor

McGregor a guy who just might be the only guy at 155 pounds who could exposed

that striking weakness of Habib nurmagomedov and actually make him pay

for yeah okay so he has the ability to land that shot that you don't see he has

the ability to counter you he has the ability to move off that centerline and

lend land that fight ending shot unlike anybody in that division and I don't

think that Conor McGregor really is is as appreciated as you think he's

appreciated because of the kind of stuff that he says and the star that he is but

as far as this fighting technique he's just not appreciated mixed martial arts

like he should be he's like he's such a technical strength great look at you

know you look at what he's done I mean people are people forgetting that he

just destroyed Jose Aldo in a mirror you know 12 or 13 seconds you know the fact

that he beat max Holloway the fact that you know who came back to beat Nate Diaz

not at 155 pounds which was an option for him but he's right no I'm going to

rematch you at 170 pounds and I'm going to beat you and he did that against a

massive and dangerous style matchup in Nate Diaz so this is a guy who is very

dangerous does he have something to offer him on the ground probably not for

an honor if he gets taken down he's gonna have to go into survival mode yeah

I mean I think there's ways to counter Habib they're few and far between there

are certain things you can do but you better be very high-level in elite and

the Brazilian jiu-jitsu world Connor isn't that yet however I think he can

stop a few takedown so you can get him tired and he will not stop we have to go

back to that Chad Mendes fight where he was getting taken down he was exhausted

he had a terrible knee injury he was flying all over the place one of the

most brutal white cuts you can make cutting down to 145 pounds and he went

out there and got the result by finish so he's a guy that's very determined now

he's got about 90 million dollars in his bank account yeah I can't just thinks a

little but how is this mindset how is his

fighter mindset and fighter focus I don't know I still think that for Conor

McGregor he has a lot of fight in him he has a lot to still prove to himself and

I still think see I still think he loves this game so I think he's the only guy

who could knock out her being your manga man

You CAN be successful on YouTube (3 Secrets to YouTube Success) - Duration: 7:32.

right now by clicking the link in the description section below

right now by clicking the code Thoms buddy when you sign up for the

love of god show me once where a youtuber failed because he got

successful so fast and his gear wasn't good enough and it didn't have time to

buy good gear there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for you not to be

successful here on YouTube my name is Tom and I'm a YouTube certified expert

in over the years I've seen numerous clients kind of fall off and lose their

way on YouTube because of not having the right mindset the right heart and the

right attitude and into this video I want you to avoid that faith so I'm

gonna give you three tips to easily get your eye on the ball get during the game

and get you primed for you to success I'm starting right now

how many Instagram models does it take to screw in a light bulb well the answer

is one that's the Instagram model holding up the light bulb waiting for

the world to revolve around him there's a similar version for that joke about

youtubers how many youtubers does it take to screw in one night bulb and the

answer is zero that is because the YouTube algorithm just declared the

darkness is the new standard and you know what that's feeling of

powerlessness that a lot of youtubers have that is kind of highlighted in this

joke before did you tip god so to speak for the YouTube algorithm it's basically

there's nothing you can do you know the algorithm is gonna do whatever it's

gonna do is what leads a lot of youtubers to making bad decisions which

ultimately lead to their demise and luckily for you in today's video I'm

gonna share with you the three secrets is it going to save you from that fate

and get you on the right track number one unrealistic expectations about

viewership and income I see a lot of youtubers making this argument tell you

listen Tom there's 100 million people that are watching whatever we do our

niche right so hundred million people so if we capture one percent just one

percent of that niche and we're making $1 for each 1000 views we're gonna make

a boatload of money that's not so easy to capture that 1%

the other part of it is they're just people think that you know they're gonna

put up a video go to sleep wake up in the morning and just have a million

views that's not really how it works and if you're not prepared for that and if

you're waiting for something unrealistic with a video income or the viewership

you get discouraged very fast and just fall off the platform number two

reflection of responsibility I'll give you an example you know that story about

a dancer who has the horrible addition you know dance is really really poorly

and doesn't make it goes home and it tell them sup hey the floor was crooked

you know the lighting was bad I got destructed this woman in the back row

was screaming and talking on her phone a hundred different reasons why he didn't

make it you know the problem with this attitude yeah it protects your psyche in

your mental state you know you feel better about yourself for the short run

but the problem is you're not being held accountable because you don't like

knowledge the fact that you have a problem I eat you're not good enough at

dancing or you need to improve in certain areas of dancing there is no way

for you to improve so by saying stuff like you know the YouTube algorithm is

not promoting me even though I have great videos you're only damaging

yourself you're hindering your own development you can't get better as a

youtuber you should keep blaming the algorithm trust me the algorithm is

smart enough to know when people like a video and they respond well to that

video don't worry about it focus on yourself the other part of the

deflection is people making videos about things they're not passionate about but

things they think people want to watch ask yourself this question do you like

to watch your own videos do find it interesting hey one of the largest

companies in the world Apple was founded by two guys Steve Jobs

and Steve Wozniak II because they wanted a personal computer they really wanted

it computer is at home and there was no available solutions back then so they

got something for themselves they own selves that they wanted to use and they

lacked and they thought was a great product that is exactly how you should

treat YouTube should be making videos about things that you think people want

to watch and you should be making videos that you can watch them wrong if you

think your videos are not interesting enough how do you expect the other guy

to watch it make videos which you like and you think are great that's the only

recipe to be successful number three focusing on immaterial nonsense there's

also two aspects here which I really want you to avoid one of them is just

focusing on numbers or this meaning is vanity numbers focusing on

don't matter will not get you anywhere focusing on stuff like number of your

subscribers the amount of likes you then on views you get that means nothing

these are numbers which mean nothing the only thing you should be focusing on is

the material stuff especially the small and starring creators you should be

focusing on making better videos is your current video better than the previous

one you should be watching your watch time and seeing how much people are

liking your video based on how much they're staying on your video you should

be checking stuff like your CTR your click-through rate to see how good your

thumbnails and titles are these are the numbers that should be obsessing about

not your subscribers you've using likes now the other part of not being focus

just drives me insane freaking insane I see people focusing on getting that

gear $1500 lenses and cameras and editing pcs and lighting and mics and

god knows what it's Studios whole studios tens of thousands of dollars on

YouTube because they have to have the best gear are you kidding me guys there

absolutely is no sense in just investing in gear before you have the traction for

the love of God show me once where a youtuber failed because he got

successful so fast and his gear wasn't good enough and he didn't have time to

buy a good year show me once please show me once when that happened look at the

video that nicknaming did where the chickypie from thailand she has two and

a half million subscribers she uses lights from Home Depot for like 20 bucks

there's so much free resources and cheap razors today for you to use filmmaking

was expensive thirty years ago it is dirt cheap right now because nothing

your iPhone or your Android is a great camera you can get a lavalier mic or

condenser for your phones like fifteen to twenty bucks you can get lights for

Home Depot for like twenty or thirty bucks

canva can get you free thumbnails too buddy such a wonderful analytics tool

and responsive our Channel but it has so many features even in the free version

you can do so much with it for free making videos was never cheaper than it

is right now you can literally start making professional-looking videos right

now for anywhere zero to fifty bucks that is it there's

absolutely no reason to go wild to go YouTube stupid and find a hundred

different ways to spend the money you don't have own money you still haven't

made I know I know exactly how you feel trust me I know how it feels to put

hours into video your heart and soul into this video and just have five used

bad comments dislikes I know it feels having unsupportive friends on

supporting family members working late nights not having time spending time on

your videos to celebrate your family I know it sucks sometimes

but if you have that passion if you have that fire in you to make proof videos no

matter what and that passion is what's driving you trust me you will be

successful on YouTube there is no reason whatsoever that you

can be successful on YouTube

[MUSIC PLAYING - BLONDIE AND PHILIP GLASS,

"GLASS HEART CONCERTO"]

In between what I find is pleasing and I'm feeling fine.

Love is so confusing there's no peace of mind.

If I feel I'm losing you, it's just no good you

teasing like you do.

In between what I find is pleasing and I'm feeling fine.

Love is so confusing there's no peace of mind.

If I feel I'm losing you, it's just no good you

teasing like you do.

Ooh, ooh, ah, ah.

Ooh, ooh, ah, ah.

[MUSIC - GEORGE MICHAEL, "THEY WON'T GO WHEN I GO"]

From tears.

Unclean minds mislead the pure.

The innocent will leave for sure.

For them there is a resting place.

People sinning just for fun.

They will never see the sun.

For they can never show their faces.

There ain't no room for the hopeless sinner who will

take more than he will give.

He'll give.

Since my soul conceived, all that I believe.

The kingdom I will see.

They won't go when I go.

Where I'll go, no one can keep me from my destiny.
