Top 5 Facts About Mew! That You May or May Not Know! - Duration: 5:23.
On today's Top Five video we'll be listing a couple of Mew facts that you may or may
not know.
I know everyone has seen Pokemon: the First Movie at least once.
I loved that part where Mew and Mewtwo squared off hovering over a sea of real and clone
Pokemon.
Also that part where clone Pikachu was slapping Ash's Pikachu.
It was so heart wrenching!
No, I'm not crying I'm just sweating from my eyes.
Mew was one of those Pokemon you just knew was special by just staring at it.
You know I really can't put my finger on it, but there was something special about it.
I guess I'm just brainwashed by the First Movie and that one with Lucario.
Anyway that's enough stalling you want to hear the facts right?
Well let's start with number 5.
Its been said that Mew has the DNA of every single Pokémon contained within its body,
and as such is able to learn any attack.
You know thinking back those diaries on Cinnabar Island did mention that it was believed by
scientists to be the ancestor of all other Pokémon, which, is kinda apparent now since
it has a strong resemblance to an embryo.
I can't believe that I never noticed this...its so obvious that Mew is an embryo.
I must of been a stupid little kid man.
I guess even Game Freak knew they were sitting on a gold mine with Pokemon.
Because did you happen to know that Mew was the very first Pokémon trademark ever to
be applied for and registered, which is the reason why it was named "the ancestor of all
Pokémon."
I get it so it works in game wise and real world too.
However, that's kinda odd considering what number one on this list will be.
Back when Red and Blue first came out there was a very strong myth that pulled us all
in.
Well if you went to the truck near the S.S. Anne and used strength on it, the truck would
move and a pokeball containing a mew would appear where it was.
I can't start to tell you how many hours I wasted using strength on that stupid truck.
My character would spend hours in front of the truck, behind the truck, and on the side
of the truck, but nothing happened.
I can't even begin to explain why I thought it was true, now that I lookback on it of
course the whole thing was stupid.
Ditto is considered to be a failed Mew clone because of numerous clues left in the Pokemon
Mansion.
Amongst the rubble and wreckage is information written by the scientist who obtained a Mew
and cloned it to create Mewtwo.
Perhaps eventually an extremely powerful one was born breaking free and maybe even destroying
the laboratory.
(Even if they tried to pinning it on a volcano) What happened to the fail clones well some
believe that they went to be with Mewtwo hence why some Ditto are found in the Cerulean Cave.
Are they remnants of this experiment.
Who knows, but think about it both Mew and Ditto are pink, and both are the only Pokemon
that can naturally learn Transform.
Without Mew, the series could very well have stalled before it had a chance to get going,
so it may surprise you to know that Mew was added to the game by an overzealous programmer
at the very last moment.
During the final stages of development, programmer Morimoto removed the developer debug mode
from Pokémon, freeing up a tiny 300 bytes of cartridge space.
As a bit of a gag, Morimoto decided to use those bytes to slip in one last Pokemon of
his own creation, and thus the mysterious Mew was born.
Mew was never intended to be accessible by players; it was just supposed to be a fun
little secret for the developers of the game.
So Mew wasn't originally going to be an actual Pokémon; it was originally just a prank set
up by the developers, and behind the creators' backs, no less.
However, due to all the publicity it got, it became official.
So that's why those games were so glitchy the programmer took out the debug program.
Who knew that Mew was the last Pokemon created yet the first one trademarked.
You learn something new everyday.
Well I hope you enjoyed this top five fact video.
Subscribe and Like for my awesome content in the future.
And until next time chunk up da deuce.

To Vaccinate or Not to Vaccinate No Longer the Question - Duration: 13:23.
To Vaccinate or Not to Vaccinate No Longer the Question
by Edward Morgan
Breaking News: a Polish colleague, renowned naturopath Jerzy Zieba, just sent through
a complete game-changer piece of information on exactly the subject I am endeavoring to
write about. This is it Judges at the German Federal Supreme Court have confirmed that
the measles virus does not exist and that the measles vaccination may have been injected
into millions of unsuspecting German citizens for sinister reasons. This really is a
bombshell, because although many vaccine sceptics have, for many years, expressed grave doubts
about the veracity of vaccination programmes, this is the first time a High Court has ruled
on the issue.
The seriousness of this expose is beyond question. Millions of children worldwide have been immunized
against a virus that does not exist. It is surely the medical scam of the decade. What
substances have been transferred into the veins of these innocent children?
Please read this dynamite report for yourselves, here.
So, where to go from here.. I would like to open-up the whole subject for wider scrutiny,
exploring the bigger picture issues that hover just under the surface of the status-quos
giant propaganda exercise to sell conventional pharmaceutical medicine as the only reputable
road to protection and cure of known diseases.
After some 40 years as an organic farmer who shunned the use of all the pharmaceutical
cures recommended by non-organic practitioners and vets, I can say quite categorically: a
natural diet and living conditions that express and promote the psychological and physiological
needs of sentient animals (and plants) go at least 90% of the way to producing a disease
free life.
Now I say this because I witnessed it on my farm and have to report that I marveled
at the results. Once my dairy herd, beef cattle, pigs and chickens had been offered the life-style
that each needed in order to live-out their natural propensities in a stress and toxic-free
environment, everything fell into place. I never had to call the vet to administer pharmacological
drugs, vaccinations or emergency revitalization remedies of any description.
To put this in perspective: modern agrichemically assisted farming practices are awash with
pharmaceutical veterinary aids, to both prevent sickness and try to cure it. Sickness in intensive
farming of dairy cows, pigs and hens is endemic; antibiotics are used prophylactically in the
feed to avoid almost certain death in the indoor mass production units that supply the
supermarkets with eggs, table poultry and pig meat.*
The Human Dilemma
Now you might be thinking Yes, thats all very well, but what about humans? And
my response is this: humans are also animals and have very similar needs, but are blessed
with the added capacity of (with effort) becoming conscious and enlightened beings capable of
free will and rational discernment. However, the road which enables us to express such
attributes depends upon adopting an appropriate life-style. One which sees health as
much more than just the absence of disease. Real health is a dynamic, which incorporates
positive thinking, creative actions and an empathy for fellow creatures/humans who co-occupy
this planet. It manifests in body, mind and spirit.
Pharmaceutical vaccinations administered to children, starting at birth in some countries,
bear no resemblance to such an enlightened approach. Their brutal administration is akin
to a declaration of war. It can be likened to intensively raised farm animals being force-jabbed
in the name of medical protection, even when there is no disease present. Conventional
chemical assisted agriculture takes this view about all aspects of the management of
nature.
Why is this? Because it knows that the animals and plants being raised under its punishing
regime have to be pushed beyond their normal tolerance levels in order to produce enough
milk, meat, eggs and wheat to provide a significant profit for the farmer and the corporations
who provide the medications, pesticides and other field operational inputs. Pharmaceutical
drugs are just props to keep animals on their feet while intensive stress laden
programmes are relentlessly pursued, for profit.
In exactly the same way, children being raised within the demands of an intensely competitive
status-quo, are deemed to need prophylactic medical treatments (including vaccinations)
so as to protect them against certain diseases capable of manifesting themselves
within the society.
The parents of these children have some important thinking to do. Do I want my children to be
subjected to the standard stresses and strains inherent within our neoliberal, competition
led, materialistic and increasingly barren urbanized societies? Do I, their mother or
father, even want this kind of life for myself? What options are there for setting out on
another route altogether? A route which would be the human equivalent to a low stress pro-ecological,
free-range farm; as opposed to a high stress, intensive, chemically assisted factory farm.
Big Pharma Big Problem
The mass use of vaccinations should never be considered a solution. Because the
true treatment of disease dis-ease is to explore and treat the cause and
not to simply try to eradicate the symptoms. This is a fundamental principle of holistic,
common sense health management. One always has to look deeper to find the truth.
Big Pharma, and the various government health ministers under its control, do not approve
of common sense holistic thinking. Such thinking presents a threat to the highly lucrative
empires each aspires to be the beneficiary of. The pharmaceutical industry wants to keep
the population of the planet in a state of permanent sickness; as this ensures the continuous
growth of its billion dollar bank account.
Concerning vaccinations, countries vary in the administration of health policies.
In England the policy dictates that the first vaccinations are administered at the age of
two months: diptheria, tetanus, whooping-cough, polio and influenza (type B) all in one injection.
In the USA, the recommendation is to start at birth with a hepatitis B jab; another one
month later, and a third at two months. Then the 5 in 1 regime kicks in, as in the UK.
In Poland, where I presently work, they also give the first jab at birth, and under a mandatory
immunization programme. Most children under this regime will have received between fifteen
and twenty immunizations by the age of two.
The complexities of these arrangements can be viewed on the net. However what is not
complex is the fact that the administration of mass vaccination programmes is either mandatory
or psychologically so close to mandatory, that many feel scared to confront the doctors
who are paid to convince one to accept the treatment.
This is the factory farm approach. The animals must be immunized. The alternative is
irresponsible. You are risking the lives of those under your care. Vaccinations have
wiped out Smallpox, so they can wipe out all other similar threats. Dont argue. Dont
be selfish. Dont take needless risks. Its all perfectly safe. Well, that is what you
are likely to encounter if you feel uneasy about the mass vaccination agenda and express
such unease to your mainstream doctor.
Eradication Drone Technology
Some vaccination programmes are reported as having succeeded in their chosen goal of eliminating
disease. But what are we to believe now we know that the measles vaccine was a complete
scam? Most viral diseases were associated with poor hygiene and substantial improvements
in this arena already had the majority in manageable check. Pharmaceutical interventions
have not been anywhere near the great success that they are claimed to be.
No one can deny that there have been severe health reactions in innumerable cases. The
problem starts from the whole concept of eradication. This is drone technology. Eradicate terrorism!
Eradicate cancer! Eradicate weeds! Wherever you hear this cry, be warned, its
totally antithetical to the reality of how nature works.
An out of balance natural environment will produce out of balance manifestations. Disease.
That is the law of nature. The solution is to rectify that which is out of balance as
opposed to attempting to eradicate its symptoms which is called putting the cart before
the horse.
It is an example of the tunnel-vision Newtonian scientific paradigm which examines one thing
in isolation from the others to which it is related, and as a consequence, untold damage
is done to our planet and its peoples.
Whenever eradication is practiced, that which is being attacked has a tendency to
return again, twice as strong as before. There is a powerful lesson to be learned here, and
Big Pharma is deliberately closing its eyes and ears to the truth.
In the USA the vaccination programme is a Sate run affair, and the rules vary. However,
it is now common for a parent to be told that their child must be immunized if he/she is
to be allowed to go to school. Its a world of threats and relentless pressures to conform,
prevalent throughout our Western World and beyond. However, a few escape clauses do exist
and typically involve persuading officials that one has religious or philosophical beliefs
that prevent one following the official procedures.
Donald Trump has put a large spanner in the works by declaring a deep distrust in Big
Pharmas domination of the immunization programme, and indeed the programme itself.
He cites cases of healthy children sickened by their vaccination jabs. And the point should
be well taken, because even when one doesnt see the results straight away, the chances
of a negative side effect emerging later in life have been borne-out. There have been
accounts of debilitating conditions like autism and auto immune disease being directly attributable
to mass vaccination programmes.
The adjuvants added to vaccination formulas are designed to stimulate the immune response
system. But for a child straight out of the womb to be hit with such a shock doctrine
is both brutal and dangerous. Our immune systems are sacred territory and need to be respected
as such. Giving them the basic challenges that come with a diverse, natural and robust
life style, is in all ways superior to the forced methods practiced in the reductionist
halls of monocultural conventional medicine.
Freedom to Choose
Remember, we are talking about an industry. One of the largest multinational corporate
industries in the world. A conglomerate churning out a vast factory-fed conveyor belt of drugs
capable of performing almost any distortion that might be deemed necessary. The
mind/body control system starts here. Its a monster, and dependency upon it is
a form of slavery unfit for intelligent human beings.
Would you willingly put yourself in the hands of a paid-up robot of the drug industry? Many
doctors themselves feel uneasy about their role as dispensers of quick fix pharmacological
solutions to minor ailments and so they should! Vaccinations are supposedly rolled-out
to deal with potentially more severe cases, but is this so? Or is this actually a form
of sinister secret depopulation agenda ? A way of introducing a type of covert mass genocide
on the people of this planet? Quite easy to roll-out under the edict: treat the people
as a one formula fits all herd.
What is left of genuine freedom of choice is under severe threat in many arenas today;
it is a precious right and we need to exercise it with discernment. My farm has transformed
into a vaccination free zone and my own health is robust enough to ensure that
I havent been to a allopathic doctor for more than 20 years. I have no doubt that you
can achieve this in your lives and the lives of your children. Take my advice and get started
now. Good luck!

SHARE THIS IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW DRINKS ALCOHOL ON A REGULAR BASIS - Duration: 5:49.
SHARE THIS IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW DRINKS ALCOHOL ON A REGULAR BASIS.
by ALANNA KETLER.
f youve been thinking that maybe its time to cut back on the partying and looking
to try something new, then good for you! You are feeling this for a reason and its important
to go with your gut! Have you been going out too much?
Drinking too much when you do? Relying on alcohol to have fun or feel confident? If
this is you, then yes, its probably a great idea to stop drinking so much. Coming from
experience, there are a few things you should know about what will happen when you decide
to make the change, outlined below.
1. Your Social Life Will Slow Right Down
This depends largely on your friend circles and how often they go out. You might find
that every weekend, your friends are still hitting up the bar, pub, or club and getting
wasted. Sure, you might tag along with them on occasion, but it can definitely be really
difficult to be around a bunch of drunk people when you are deciding to be sober. So, chances
are you will just start to opt out of going in the first place. Theres a good chance
you will have some FOMO (fear of missing out) at the start, but eventually youll realize
youre really not missing that much at all.
2. Youll Find Out Who Your Real Friends Are
You may start to notice that your friends who you used to always go out with not calling
as much, or getting frustrated and annoyed with you when you say you dont want to
go out. They may even try and pressure you into drinking or tell you that, youve changed,
youre boring now, dont you want to have fun anymore? Your real friends will be the
people who support your decisions and genuinely want to see you succeed. Theyll be down
to go for coffee dates, have board game nights, or just chill and watch Netflix with you.
This is actually a really great mechanism to determine who your real friends are, and
those friendships will flourish because you will be having legitimate bonding time with
those people.
3. Youll Have More Money
I dont know about you, but Ive spent a lot of money over the years on alcohol and
partying in general. Going out and buying drinks is super expensive; multiply that by
1-2 times a week and it is certain to put a dent in your bank account. When you stop
drinking so often, youll start to notice that youll have more money that can be
put towards things you actually need, or save up for something important to you like travelling,
for example.
4. Youll Lose Weight & Be Healthier Overall
Drinking alcohol regularly adds a whole lot of extra calories to your diet. Over time,
these definitely add up and can lead to some weight gain, particularly in the belly area.
Theres a good chance that simply eliminating the extra calories from alcohol alone lead
to some weight loss, without even trying. As well, eating late night junk food after
a night out wont happen and the urge to eat a big greasy breakfast wont be there
either when you wake up feeling fine. Considering drinking alcohol regularly can come with some
detrimental health effects, cutting it out can only mean good things for your health.
Your skin may appear more vibrant because you wont be dehydrated all the time, and
your liver will function more efficiently because it wont be working overtime to
process all that alcohol.
5. Youll Wake Up Early
If you work all week, then Saturday and Sunday mornings will feel extra special because you
will actually be able to enjoy them. Youll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to see
what kind of adventure the day will bring. Youll have the energy and motivation to
get things done without that nasty headache and nausea that may normally accompany you
on these days. You wont be wasting time lying in bed feeling like death or throwing
up in the toilet.
6. Youll Remember What You Did & Wont Make A Fool Of Yourself
You wont be waking up trying to put the pieces of exactly what happened the previous
night back together, or wondering how you got where you are and who it is you were with.
Youll have a clear memory of what happened and wont have to call your friends to figure
out the details, or have people reminding you about all the stupid things you did for
weeks to come. There will be no avoiding people out of embarrassment for how you acted, or
worrying that you may have screwed things up, because youll know exactly what you
did and what conversations you had.
7. Youll Be Happier
Overall, youll feel happier. Whether its a combination of all the above points, or
because alcohol is literally a downer, youll notice that you will just feel better. You
might begin to feel more confident in who you are as a person because you wont be
relying on alcohol to enable you to open up. You may start to devote your time to things
that actually bring you joy in life, and youll start to surround yourself with people who
are on a similar path as you and care about their health and well-being.
This list could go on and on. There are so many great reasons to cut back on your alcohol
consumption!

NATO w/CC: MOSUL/RAQQA: 2-1-17. CJTF Update and Press Q & A from Baghdad. - Duration: 48:19.
- Good morning ladies and gentlemen,
we're pleased to be joined today life from Baghdad,
by Colonel John Dorrian,
our spokesperson for Operation Inherent Resolve,
and JD if we can just make sure we can hear you,
and you can hear us.
- I've got you loud and clear Jeff.
- Great sir, we will turn it over to you.
- Outstanding.
Good morning, we'll start with Syria
and move over to Iraq.
In Syria that Syrian democratic forces
with their affiliated Syrian-Arab Coalition fighters
continue back clear and strengthen defensive positions
four to five kilometers west of Tabqa Dam.
As local Arab tribes join the ranks,
the coalition will continue to bolster
these fighters abilities with training,
weapons and equipment, as we have already done
for more than 3,000 members of the SAC.
Most recently the coalition provided
several Guardian armored vehicles
to provide the Syrian-Arab Coalition with
increase survivability for ISIL small arms,
and improvised explosive device threats.
Coalition efforts to isolate and pressure Raqqa continue.
As we've discussed before, Raqqa represents
the nexus of ISIL's external operations,
with that in mind we continue conducting strikes there
to disrupt the enemy while the city is being isolated.
As the pressure mounts in the city,
ISIL fighters in Raqqa have been invading homes
to search for satellite dishes and mobile phones
used to communicate with the outside world.
We've seen these same measures
in other places that ISIL controls.
Moving over to Al-Bab, since January 1st 2017,
the coalition's conducted 19 strikes,
including 36 engagements in or near Al-Bab
to destroy ISIL fighters, equipment, artillery,
fighting positions, tunnels, and command-and-control nodes.
These strikes are coordinated through the Turkish army,
by liaison officers and strikes cells
to ensure we understand the disposition
of Turkish military forces on the ground as we strike.
We continue to deconflict strikes,
air operations and more recently ground operations as well,
and sharing targeting information.
We believe the coalition is more lethal against ISIL
do to these unified efforts in Iraq.
ISIL continues losing ground despite using
barbaric population control measures against Mosul residents
in their attempt to complicate the ISF advance.
The coalition has liberated about 60%
of ISIL held territory in Iraq,
ISIL remains on the back foot in Mosul.
Its leaders are accusing citizens of spying,
and tragically they are executing people
who don't cooperate with them in some cases.
They have also lost trust in some of their fighters
and they've even done executions against their own fighters.
Although ISIL has fought hard
to maintain control of territory in Mosul,
we will expect them to continue to do so.
Their difficulty in maintaining control is no surprise.
The coalition has made a concerted effort
to degrade the ISIL leadership network
in Mosul in preparation for the battle.
Even before the battle ensued between
August and October of 2016,
18 ISIL leaders in and around Mosul
were killed by coalition airstrikes.
These ISIL leaders were involved in Mosul security,
law enforcement and the perverted control
of local civilians and attack plots away from the city.
Since the battle started just over 100 days ago,
the US-led coalition removed an additional
15 ISIL leaders in Mosul, including a Abu Abbas,
a terrorist fighter leader killed January 12th
in Abu Talha, who was ISIL's jailer,
and also responsible for the implementation
of population control measures in the city.
He was killed October 31st.
What this means is that ISIL leaders
who are trying to defend their territory in west Mosul,
are less experienced and less effective
than leaders that they replaced.
Again, we expect them to continue fighting hard,
and for the rest of the west side of Mosul
to be difficult, but they do not have enough
capability remaining to stop the ISF advance.
For now, the Iraqi army continues back clearing areas
in the east and north of Mosul,
and clearing areas in the north like Al Kubah village,
to set conditions for operations on the west side.
Coalition forces are working with the ISF
on planning how we can support the ISF
with advice and assistance, strikes,
and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance,
and we continue training hold forces
for once Mosul's liberated.
The terrain in west Mosul makes it a challenge to clear.
On the ground the narrowness of the roads
and the density of the buildings
sets conditions for close fighting.
Some of you have asked if the coalition
will be able to capably support the ISF
with airstrikes in such challenging terrain
with drastically increased civilian casualties,
without causing drastic increases in civilian casualties
or collateral damage, we can,
and protection of civilian populace
is a cornerstone of the Iraqi campaign plan,
and our efforts will be consistent with that priority.
One of the ways that we do that
is through the selection of munitions.
An example of one of these munitions
is the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System II,
this is a laser-guided, high-precision,
low collateral damage weapon
that provides the capability to engage targets,
including moving targets, in dense urban terrain.
These weapons were fielded last year
within six months of congressional approval,
and are now being used for close air support missions
by Air Force A-10s and Marine AV-8B Harriers.
Since June 2016 more than 200 of these munitions
have been employed against enemy fighters,
oil tanks and vehicle borne improvised explosive devices
among other targets.
More than 60 had been used in and around Mosul,
and now, I'm delighted to take your questions.
- We'll start with Joe Tabet from Al Hurra.
- Hi, Colonel Dorrian.
I would like to ask you if you could explain to us,
or give us more clarification,
about the difference between the Arab,
the Syrian-Arab Coalition and the Syrian Democratic Forces.
- Yep, the Syrian-Arab Coalition is made up of Arab fighters
predominantly from the local area.
This has been a cornerstone of the campaign
is to try to work with local fighters,
because in the areas that are to be liberated,
the legitimacy of the force that's gonna go in there
is an important part of the campaign.
If it's local fighters,
certainly that's better than outsiders.
- As for the SDF?
- The SDF is a multi-ethnic group.
They've been proven to be a reliable partner for us,
they've defeated Daesh in many areas including Manbij
and other areas in northern Syria.
They include Kurdish elements, Christians,
and others, so...
Also the Syrian-Arab Coalition including local Arabs.
- So, I understand from you that the armored vehicles
have been delivered to the Syrian-Arab Coalition,
and the SDF has nothing to do with these vehicles,
and also, could you tell us what type
of vehicles have been delivered?
- The Syrian-Arab Coalition was
the organization that received these.
Again, the Syrian-Arab Coalition
is a part of the Syrian Democratic Forces.
So it's a group that includes
the Syrian-Arab Coalition.
As far as the vehicles, they're Guardian vehicles,
so these are up-armored Ford vehicles.
They're trucks that have had a lot of armor added
in order to increase their survivability
and ability to withstand improvised explosive devices
and small arms fire.
- Next we'll go to Laurie Mylroie from Kurdistan24.
- Hi, Colonel Dorrian.
I've got two questions for you.
The first is, now that US,
these travel restrictions have been put in place
by the United States and they include Iraq and Syria,
has that had any impact on the coalition's
ability to fight ISIS?
Does it interfere with morale or contributed
to problems with coordination or any other issues?
- So far, I'm not aware of any issues
that have developed as a part,
as a result of the executive order.
In fact, the coalition has continued working
with our partners in Iraq,
non-stop to attack enemy resources.
We've dropped more than 600 bombs this week.
We continue training them,
we continue our advice and assistance,
and really nothing has changed at all
with regard to the conduct of the campaign.
- Thank you, and my second question,
now that you've liberated eastern Mosul,
you must've gotten a lot of information about ISIS there,
and you must have new insights I assume into its structure,
who's involved, could you give us,
could you share any of those new insights with us
and particularly in regard to foreign fighters?
- Certainly.
You know one of the things about liberating
a very large area like Mosul,
is that you're gonna find a treasure trove
of intelligence information.
So we're working with the Iraqi security forces
as major areas are liberated,
places like the University of Mosul,
Mosul University, and some of the larger neighborhoods
and facilities where ISIL was present,
because all of those areas contain a lot of evidence,
a lot of important information
about how the organization works,
how they recruit foreign fighters, how they build weapons.
You see some of the facilities
that they use to do these things,
you get deep insight into how they get their materials,
you get information about who
they coordinate with around the world.
We're probably not gonna be able to give
a tremendous amount of information in depth about that.
There are, you know, there's information
about foreign fighters, you find documents,
you find computers and personal devices
as these fighters are killed or forced
to leave resources in place as they run away.
- Follow-up questions, was Mosul University
used for ISIL's chemical weapons production?
- We have reports that that's the case, yes.
- You have that equipment now in your possession?
Now that you have Mosul University?
- I'm having a little bit of trouble hearing you.
Can you repeat the question?
- You say that Mosul University was used
for chemical weapons production.
Presumably now, that equipment
that ISIS was using for chemical weapons production
is in the hands of the Iraqi security forces.
Is that correct?
- That is correct.
- Can you tell us anything more about what ISIS
was doing in terms of chemical weapons?
- Well, we've long known that the enemy
has aspired to use chemical weapons.
They have used mustard agent,
is one that they've used many times and this is,
you know the reports that we have are
that's what was found in Mosul,
and those are in open sources.
So you know, these are rudimentary capabilities
as far as the chemical weapons piece,
but you know, ISIL does have very capable
production facilities for weapons
with regard to machine-grade weapons.
So it's very important that we continue
to roll back their control of territory,
because this is not something that we want
to wait and let ISIL get good at.
- Next, we'll go to Kasim Ileri at Anadolu News Agency.
- Colonel, about these armored vehicles, could you,
to what extent you are confident that none of those vehicles
have passed to the YPG element of this SDF?
- They were divested to the Syrian-Arab Coalition.
Syrian-Arab Coalition fighters fight in concert
with the SDF, so they're there together.
That's where those vehicles are.
- So are YPG forces,
who are moving towards Raqqa,
also using this vehicles?
- I don't have firsthand knowledge
of whether they are or whether they are not.
Those forces are fighting together,
and they're working to isolate Raqqa.
So that's the latest information that I have.
- From the very beginning,
the US officials have been saying that,
the US policy does not include training
or equipping YPG elements, and now you are saying
that you are not really sure whether YPG elements
also benefit from this vehicles or not.
- Well, what I would tell you is
we gave them to the Syrian-Arab Coalition.
The Syrian-Arab Coalition has taken charge of them.
These are groups that are fighting together
to isolate Raqqa.
Now, when a partner force has a capability,
that provides incidental benefits to the other partner.
So, for example, our partner force in Iraq
is the Iraqi security forces,
they benefit pretty greatly
by our use of air power, intelligence,
surveillance and reconnaissance
and some of the other capabilities that the coalition has.
So, this is probably the same concept
that we're talking about in Syria.
- Can we report you, that YPG elements also might
use or benefit those armored vehicles
that provided to the Syrian-Arab Coalition?
- We divested them to the Syrian-Arab Coalition.
That's really about all the information
that I have for you at this point.
- And the other thing, it was told us that,
we were told that, oh, he's saying something?
- Yeah, I said we expect the Syrian-Arab Coalition
to use them, control them, and be responsible for them.
- And we were told that these vehicles
were authorized by the Obama administration,
the former administration.
Is there a reason for the timing
of delivery of these vehicles now?
And did you get reaffirmation from
the new administration before delivering them?
- These vehicles, the transport
and the divestiture of these vehicles
have been in the works for months.
It's just a matter of the logistics tail
that takes time to go ahead
and get those bought and delivered.
So this is something that's been in the works for months.
It's been authorized using existing authorities
from the previous administration,
and the timing is that, you know,
the Syrian-Arab Coalition is getting ready
to continue their operations to isolate Raqqa.
And as they approach the city and get into tough fighting,
this capability is gonna increase their survivability,
their ability to withstand small-arms fire as well.
- Okay.
I'm sorry your name is blanking me.
What's that?
- [Caroline] Caroline Houck.
- Caroline Houck, okay.
Go ahead, Caroline.
- Hi, Colonel Dorrian.
I wanted to follow up on something you said
about the terrain in west Mosul,
making it more difficult to conduct airstrikes
and support the Iraqi forces operating there.
Yesterday happened to be one of,
happened to be the first day in I think
130, 140 or more days that you didn't report
any coalition strikes in Mosul.
Would you say this is just a blip in daily activity?
Or is it something that we can expect
that actually airstrikes are gonna become
significantly less frequent in Mosul?
- No, this is a weather-related issue and it's temporary,
and the enemy probably prays for bad weather,
because as soon as we're able,
we're gonna begin hammering them again.
(laughing)
- [Man] How's that for you?
- Next to Kevin Baron.
- Hi, JD, it might have been touched earlier,
I just wanted to ask if since the inauguration
and the changeover, there's been any kind of change
in the pace of the orders coming down to you guys,
coming, you know, coming down the chain of command?
Anything more quickly?
Any more kind of sense of any confusion?
Anything different at all that's changed
in the last week and a half, two weeks?
- If there's any change, I can't detect it.
We are charged with the same mission
that we were charged with in the previous administration,
and we continue to use the existing authorities
that we had in place,
so there's really been no change in the operation at all.
We continue to move forward and defeat the enemy.
That's what we're here to do,
and we're not gonna pause on that in any way.
That's really all there is to it.
- Next.
I'm sorry, sir, your name?
- [Rebaz] Rebaz, from Rudaw.
- Rebaz, okay.
- Hi, Colonel.
I have a question about the new Iraqi interior minister.
There are some reports that he was,
he had been arrested by the coalition
after the invasion in 2003 a couple of times.
Is there any concerns from your part regarding
this new minister, given the fact that his forces,
at least some of his forces are gonna be,
are working with the coalition in the fight against ISIS?
- No, the forces that we're gonna work with,
these are decisions for the government of Iraq to make.
Prime Minister Abadi has appointed the officials
that he deems appropriate to work with.
We're gonna work with those officials
and Prime Minister Abadi to continue defeating this enemy.
- Can you confirm or deny the reports
that this new interior minister
had been arrested by the coalition a couple of times?
- I'll have to take that one back for you.
- Next to Corey Dickstein with Stars and Stripes.
- Hey, sir, thanks.
I wanted to see, there's some reporting out of Iraq
that kind of indicates that the ISF leadership
might think that liberating west Mosul
will be faster and easier than east Mosul.
I wanted to see if the coalition, you know,
had any concerns about them going into
that part of the fight with that attitude potentially,
or if the coalition feels the same way?
- No, you know what, it's very difficult
to predict exactly what's gonna be
found on the west side of Mosul.
There are things that point to it being more difficult
and there are things that point to it being less difficult,
and I think we're just gonna have to plow on,
work with the Iraqi security forces and figure that out.
So the enemy lost a tremendous number of fighters
on the eastern side of the city,
a tremendous amount, and the city is completely surrounded
with no real ability for the enemy to resupply
or reinforce their fighters.
So that would lead one to think that perhaps
it will be a little less difficult.
In addition, they used a tremendous amount of resources.
They don't have the ability to resupply,
also something that would be an indicator
it would be less difficult.
Now, that said, it's a smaller area
with a lot more civilians in it, very concentrated fighting,
those are things that lead you to believe
that it might be more difficult.
So, in the end, what we have to do is just
get on with the mission,
figure out what we're gonna find over there,
remain committed to it, completely committed to it
as we all are, and that's the way forward.
- On east Mosul,
recent days has there been fighting,
attacks, anything noteworthy?
- Really, not much noteworthy.
I would say probably some of the things
that you would see in a situation like this are happening.
There's some crime.
You know, there's a little bit of a vacuum there
because these areas have been largely cleared out of enemy,
but a lot of civilians have left their homes.
So there is some criminal activity.
The Iraqi security forces are on it.
But really, nothing yet.
Nothing really significant at this point.
- Is it safe to say at this point that
none of the ISF or coalition forces
have entered into west Mosul?
- I'm not gonna get into whether that has
or hasn't happened, it would be inappropriate to do that.
We're gonna protect operational security.
The Iraqi security forces will announce
that their forces have moved into
west Mosul at a time of their choosing.
- Okay, next to Carla Babb from Voice of America.
- Hi, Colonel.
Good to see you, thanks for doing this.
I have three questions, two on Syria, one on Turkey.
There's been reporting out of the UN
that the Syrian opposition is having trouble
forming a coalition to meet for the peace talks there,
and I was just wondering on the flip side,
on the military side, what are you guys seeing
with these various militia groups
that you are working with to try to defeat Islamic State?
- Well, we are continuing the mission.
We're not seeing any real change in what we've been doing.
Our partner forces are moving into position
to continue their operations.
They've been very effective so far.
They've liberated well over 3,000 square kilometers
of terrain from the enemy, and they've done exactly
what they had planned to do.
So we have every confidence
that they're gonna be successful.
We continue working with our allies,
you know, our ally Turkey,
as they continue to press into Al-Bab.
That's a very tough fight there,
but we've provided a significant amount of strikes
and we think we're giving them good support
with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance as well.
Those things are really unabated.
We just continue the mission.
That's really thematically, all these other issues,
the political issues, other things.
We have continued our operations at pace.
- And so secondly, in Syria,
there's the thoughts of potentially creating safe zones
for civilians and there have been kind of
back-and-forths on who would do that,
the Syrian militias that you're working with,
the Kurds, the SAC, are there enough people
to help set up these safe zones,
enough Syrians to help set up these safe zones,
and also continue pushing Islamic State
at the same level that they're pushing,
or would there need to be an outside force that comes in,
should the call for safe zones be implemented?
- Carla, you know, you're really
calling for some speculation there.
We've not received orders
to set up safe zones at this point,
so I think we're just gonna have to leave that one.
I understand why you're asking,
but we just don't have anything for you in there.
- I'm not necessarily saying like,
will you set up safe zones,
I'm saying are there enough Syrian fighters
and security forces to go around to take on another job,
in addition to fighting Islamic State?
- Again, I think we would have to
cross that bridge if and when we come to it.
I don't know.
- Okay, thank you, and finally on Turkey,
you said you continue to work with Turkey in Al-Bab.
What's going on with their role in Raqqa,
and what's going on with their potential role in Mosul?
- Well, that has yet to be determined.
This is a subject of ongoing diplomatic discussions
between the coalition and our ally Turkey,
so if they would like to be involved in Raqqa,
we'll certainly try to work a place for them,
but right now, that has yet to be determined.
- What's taking so long?
This is taking a lot longer than most deliberations
on any sort of involvement in previous operations.
- Well, Raqqa is a very complicated area.
There are a lot of various groups
that have a lot of various interests.
So we continue to work with the partner force
that we believe can isolate the city.
It was very important to move out smartly
to get that done since Raqqa is an area
that's used for foreign fighter facilitation,
but we're completely open to certainly working with
any partner that wants to go and help liberate the city.
This is something that we want to try to have
the unifying interest of defeating Daesh
be the primary consideration,
and we'll just have to keep working on that.
- Sir, your name again, I'm sorry.
- Ben Kesling, Wall Street Journal.
Hey, Colonel Dorrian, how are you?
I got a couple quick questions.
One is you said there haven't been any changes
that have been ordered yet by the Pentagon
or through the White House,
but I wonder if any warning orders
have come down the pipe yet to be, to expect changes,
to expect to have to set up safe zones,
to prepare for if an order does come down to do that?
On the flip side of that, have you received word
from the White House or the Pentagon saying
that things are gonna be steady as she goes
for the foreseeable future?
- I've really received neither at my level.
I'm sure that as the new administration comes in,
new secretary and new officials and they have an opportunity
to review where we are with the campaign,
what's been done, assess the results of it,
they'll ask a lot of questions
and then perhaps make some decisions about the way ahead,
but right now, we just continue at pace
and we're providing a lot of information
through the chain of command so that,
you know, the officials who are coming onboard
can make the decisions that need to be made.
- There's been zero change from the Pentagon
or from the White House since the change
in the administration, correct?
- At this point, that's true to my knowledge.
- There was no effect by the executive order
on the temporary immigration and travel ban,
but I wonder if there was any effect
on our coalition partners in country.
Were there any discussions between top officers
or even folks working at the advisory level
with Iraqi partners about the effect
of this executive order?
Was there any discussion between officers
at the highest levels about the effect
that this would have on the operation, on missions?
And did the CJTF in any way put forth any list
or recommendations or official memos to the White House
or to the Pentagon that reflected any opinions
on how the executive order could affect operations?
- We're not really in the business of providing opinions,
we're in the business of conducting a mission.
So I don't have all the things that you've asked for.
I'm not aware of any of that.
I know that we continue our daily coordination
with the Iraqi security forces.
They've made, you know, we've made clear to them
our intent to continue helping them to defeat this enemy,
and we've continued every single thing
that we're doing in order to facilitate that happening.
- Final thing I've got for you is
as moving into into west Mosul,
and the eventual retaking of the city
is at least on the horizon,
what sort of plans are being put into place,
discussions being made to clear out other hot spots
and pockets throughout the country?
Places like Hawija, places in Anbar where there are still
a large number of ISIS fighters,
or still pockets of fighters,
has any preparation for dealing with those situations,
has that picked up at all?
Is that a discussion that is becoming more prevalent?
- Well, one of the things that we continue to do first off,
the priority is to get Mosul done.
And the east side of Mosul has been
a very, very, very tough fight,
and I think, you know, our focus has been
to make sure that we're ready to help
the Iraqi security forces with
a very, very tough fight in west Mosul.
That's the appropriate way to handle this.
After that, the enemy will be crushed in Mosul.
You are correct that places like Hawija, Tal Afar,
some of the areas of, you know,
along the Euphrates River Valley,
they're gonna have to clear those areas out too,
but the damage that it'll do to ISIL in Iraq
is gonna be very significant, and then, you know,
we're gonna have to go out and get into these other areas.
The Iraqi security forces will make the decision
what the priority is with regard what's next,
and we'll be there to support them.
We do continue to conduct supporting fires
with our aircraft all over Iraq and Syria,
to make sure that the enemy remains disrupted,
that we take away resources,
we take opportunities to take leadership figures
off the battlefield.
All those things are ongoing.
So, we remain focused on west Mosul now,
but we are setting the stage to help
the Iraqi security forces move into these other areas.
At this point, I don't think decisions have been made
about where they'll go next.
Indeed, it's all west Mosul all the time for right now.
- Okay, and next to Luis Martinez, ABC News.
- Hi, John, a quick question about
the other executive order, this is the one with
giving 30 days to come up with new ISIS options.
What is your tasking with that?
What kind of, are you providing information
up the chain of command already about future options?
I mean, what is your role, given this new order?
- Well, you know, there's not really any insight
that I can provide on that, Luis.
I do understand why you're asking.
Certainly, it's an area of interest to all,
but all those discussions and proposals, any of that,
it's all gonna work quietly through the chain of command
up into the Pentagon and then decisions will be made there.
I just don't have anything to offer.
- Okay.
What about the process?
I guess I asked it not the right way.
I was asking more about the process
of how you're gonna come up with that.
- Well, we're constantly assessing
our results on the battlefield.
So, you know, we're conducting strikes,
we're doing training, we're assessing the training
of the Iraqi security forces
and their performance on the ground
to determine if we need to make any changes there.
All these types of things, we're constantly doing,
and so there is a stream of information
that can be provided in order to, you know,
make any changes that are deemed appropriate.
But, you know, those are internal deliberations
and discussions and it's just not really anything
that I can get into a lot of deep detail on
process-wise or content-wise.
Okay, can I ask you just one other question about in Syria.
Dayr Al-Zawr seems to be a very complex battle space.
What is the situation there for ISIS?
I mean, how would you describe their presence there?
- Well, they've come into that area
and attacked regime elements, and now they control
a significant amount of territory
that they didn't previously control.
The regime is fighting back,
and it's just very tough fighting between the regime
and Daesh out in that area.
We continue to conduct strikes in that area,
you know, to take resources away from the enemy.
The overwhelming preponderance of those strikes for us
are on their oil infrastructure.
It's an oil-rich area and we want to deny Daesh
the ability to fund their operations
through the illicit sale of oil.
This has been a key piece of the campaign
to deny those resources.
We've been very effective in Iraq
and it's a part of the shaping operations
that we continue to do in Syria.
Now, the nature of that is that
when we conduct these kinds of strikes,
it's a temporary impact.
It's a disruption, not a complete denial,
so it's something that we have to do constantly,
but it's something that we intend to keep on doing.
We know this and we're not jut,
we're not going to stop doing that any time soon.
- Okay, and next, Lucas Tomlinson with Fox News.
- Colonel, just following up on that,
is Dayr Al-Zawr the only area
where ISIS has made gains recently?
- ISIS had made gains.
They've made gains against regime elements.
One of the things that has not happened
is ISIL making any significant gains
against any of our partner forces in either Syria or Iraq.
That just hasn't happened
and it's not gonna happen any time soon.
They continue to be on the back foot,
but they have seized an opportunity
to move into a Syrian regime area,
and have taken a significant amount of territory.
- And these armored vehicles
that you've given this Arab force,
why weren't armored vehicles also given to the SDF?
- We don't have authorities in place to do that,
so our authorities are for giving them
to the Syrian-Arab Coalition and that's what we did.
- The SDF might be jealous that you're giving
these armored vehicles to the Arab forces, but not them.
- That's possible.
(reporters laughing)
- That's all I had, thank you.
- Yeah, Thomas Watkins from Agence France-Press.
- [Thomas] Thank you.
Hello, Colonel, just to quickly follow up.
I missed the very top of the meeting,
so apologies if you already said this.
I know you can't give an exact number,
but are you able to give us a ballpark
of how many vehicles we're talking about here?
- Really can't go beyond what the announcement
was yesterday, the day before.
So a small number.
- Okay, now Kasim Ileri I believe
had a follow-up from Anadolu.
- Yes, one follow-up on the armored vehicle again.
Colonel, you said that those armored vehicles
were divested to the Syrian-Arab Coalition,
and as a partner force, the other elements of SDF
might benefit from this capability provided to them.
Is this the case for the ammunition and the small arms
that you have been providing to this group from last year?
- I'm having difficulty understanding the question.
I'm sorry, can you please repeat it?
Just speak a little bit slower.
- You have said that those armored vehicles
had been provided to Syrian-Arab Coalition,
divested to the Syrian-Arab Coalition.
And as a partner force to this SDF, other SDF elements
might benefit from this capability
provided to the Arab force.
The question is, is this the case
for the ammunition and small arms
that you have been providing to the Syrian-Arab Coalition?
In other words, did the other elements of SDF,
are they also benefiting from the ammunitions
and the small arms that you have been providing
to the Syrian-Arab Coalition?
- Well, what I would tell you is that
the resources that we're providing
to the Syrian-Arab Coalition have helped them
be successful in fighting Daesh,
and that benefits not just the SDF,
but that benefits all of our nations,
because this is a brutal enemy,
and what they've been doing is trying to isolate Raqqa
so that the enemy is unable to do
external operations beyond Syria.
So, it provides the same kind of benefits to all of us.
- And a follow up from Lucas Tomlinson.
- Colonel, what areas can you tell us
where you can ramp-up operations against ISIS.
After this executive order calls for a new battle plan?
- Well, I'm really not gonna get into that.
We're actually conducting some pretty robust operations now,
and those operations are intended
to support the Iraqi security forces in Iraq,
and they've been very successful
in rolling back ISIL's gains.
They've gotten more than 60% of the territory
that Daesh had previously controlled, back from them.
So we'll just have to let that play out.
- Are there any areas where the coalition
could ramp-up operations against ISIS?
- Again, not gonna speculate about that.
We're gonna leave that to the experts
to come up with some recommendations
of what might be done and to work those
through the chain of command.
- To Ben Kesling again.
- Hey, Colonel Dorrian, just a quick question about Iran.
With the Iranian missile test that happened
and some of the reciprocation of travel, of travel ban,
does that escalation of diplomatic issues
threaten to spill over into Iraq?
And is there, could it have any effect
on the fight that's occurring against ISIS?
And also, with American interaction
with Hashd al-Shaabi elements?
- I haven't seen any evidence of anything
like that happening, but I'm not gonna speculate
as to what might happen.
- To Laurie Mylroie for a follow-up.
- Yes, my previous questioning about ISIS,
CW capability and Mosul University.
To what extent has, now that Mosul University
has been taken out of, been liberated from ISIS,
to what extent has that denied ISIS
the ability to produce chemical weapons?
Does it still have that ability,
or it's ended with the liberation of Mosul University?
- [Man] Good question.
- Yeah, we don't know how many other facilities
the enemy might have.
It certainly damages their capability
because they had a significant lab there,
but the enemy has done a lot of this type of activity.
They've made no mistake, or made no secret
of their desire to have the capability
and to use it when they have it.
Right now it's a rudimentary capability,
so we'll have to just continue
taking territory back from them.
and I think what we'll find is that
they're trying to do this in a lot of locations.
- [Laurie] Thank you.
- Okay, and with that, we are out of time,
and wanted to thank you very much JD
for coming to talk to us today,
and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
- Thanks, Jeff.
Take care, everyone.

How to Adjust or Disable Windows 10 Firewall - Duration: 3:42.
Hello everybody!
This video is about how to disable Windows 10 Firewall or add a program onto its allowed
apps list .
So this is how you can disable the firewall.
Here is the first method.
Right-click on the Start menu and select Command Prompt (Administrator) from the list.
Enter a command to disable the firewall.
There is OK message.
It means that Windows 10 firewall has been disabled.
In this case, all firewall profiles are disabled.
To enable it, use the same command, but in the end it should have "on" instead of
"off."
Windows 10 firewall has been enabled again.
Note.
You can hit the pause button to see the text of these commands or have a look in the description
of this video - they will be there too.
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off - disable
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off - enable
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off - отключить
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state on - включить
Here's the second method.
Open the search field, enter "Windows firewall" and start it.
Select "Turn Windows Firewall on or off."
Note.
You must be an administrator of this computer.
Check the box "Turn off" for both public and private networks and click OK.
Now, if you don't need to disable the firewall completely but only to add a program onto
its allowed apps list, there are two ways to do it.
Let's study them.
Here is the first method.
Go to the tab "Allow an app or feature through WIndows Firewall."
If the button "Change settings" is active, click on it (you still must be an administrator
to do it) and then click "Allow another app."
Specify the path to such app.
Add network types if necessary.
Then apply the settings.
Ready.
The app is on the list now.
Here's the second method.
Go to the tab "Advanced Settings."
Select "Inbound Rules."
Create a rule for a program to allow its access to inbound connections.
After that, do the same for "Outbound connnections."
We can also create a rule for separate ports.
Allow access to separate ports for certain programs, games etc.
That is all for now.
Thanks for watching.
I hope this video was useful for you.

How To Choose A Website Platform - Squarespace or Wordpress - Duration: 4:55.
One of the hottest topics in the world
of online entrepreneurship is WordPress
vs Squarespace which website platform
should I be using for my brand? A lot of
website designers are passionate Team
Wordpress fans and anti-Squarespace
while other designers are pro-
Squarespace and anti-Wordpress. So who
should you even listen to? The person you
actually need to be listening to you is
yourself. You need to ask yourself
questions like "What do I need my website
to do?" "What is my experience level?" "How
involved am I willing to get when it
comes to managing my website?" Once you
know what it is you're looking for
it'll be a lot easier for you to choose
the right website platform for your
brand. Keep watching as I share the
biggest pros and cons of website
platforms - Squarespace and WordPress. (intro music)
Hey there! Welcome back to the Holly Meyer
Design studio. Holly here! On this channel
I share brand tips and design
tutorials that empower wholehearted
creatives to infuse new life into their
brand so they can captivate their dream
audience and stand out in their industry.
At Holly Meyer Design
I design custom Squarespace and
Wordpress websites for my clients every
single day. And when it comes to website
platforms I am pro-choice. It doesn't
matter my personal preference as a
designer,
what matters is how the website will
work for you and if the platform will
give you everything you need for your
brand. So let's start with the pros of
Squarespace! It's no secret that
Squarespace is my favorite platform and
it's what I used to host the Holly Meyer
Design website. More and more of my
clients are wanting to build their
website on Squarespace the first go around or
transition over from WordPress.
Squarespace is perfect for you if you
don't need any bells and whistles on
your website. It's completely intuitive
and easy-to-use with its a drag-and-drop
features.
Personally I love Squarespace because I can
make quick and easy updates to my
website without worrying about breaking
a thing. And I
don't have to stress out about spammers
flooding to my website either. If you're
familiar with HTML and CSS you can use
custom code to make any Squarespace
template completely your own. One con of
hosting your website on Squarespace is if
the Squarespace server goes down your
website goes down along with it and you
have no control over how long that
period might be. Another con is Squarespace
can only get you so far.
If you're looking for a robust website
with more features and more control then
Wordpress is going to be perfect for you.
Now let's talk about the pros of
WordPress! This platform has been around
the longest and has a large community of
developers that are constantly creating
Wordpress themes and plugins for you to
use. The best part about Wordpress is you
can create a fully customized website
from scratch with an endless amount of
features. And now that drag-and-drop
Wordpress builders like Divi and Beaver
Builder are gaining in popularity you
don't really need to have an extensive
knowledge of HTML or CSS to get your
website up and running. The biggest
downside to Wordpress is that you
constantly have to stay on top of
updating your plugins to make sure that
your website is running smoothly. And if
you don't consider yourself tech-savvy
you may live with the fear in the back of
your mind that with one wrong move you
might break your website. If you don't
want to live with that fear I recommend
hiring a Wordpress expert on retainer
so your website will always be updated
and backed up in case anything were to
happen. So there you have it! A quick rundown of
the pros and cons of the top website
platforms Squarespace and Wordpress. I
want to hear from you! Which website
platform are you most drawn to? Which
platform are you currently using for
your website and why? Tell me all about
it in the comments below!
Do you need an experienced web designer to

Do Fat Free Foods Make You Lose Weight? Or Do They Make You Fat? - Duration: 2:42.
Are fat free foods making you fat?
They definitely could be - Sometimes full fat foods are a better diet option than food
where the fat has been taken out.
But before you go eating sticks of butter, here's the full story.
[sciq intro]
First of all, let's be clear: it's not like the 'fat' that you eat in meal or
fries goes directly to your gut.
The fat gets converted into calories, basically giving you a number of calorie points that
you burn throughout the day most of which are burned doing stuff like breathing, thinking,
walking, climbing stairs, and running for trains.
It's only the excess calories that aren't burned that get turned into body fat.
Basically, the argument is that fat, because it's high in energy points, or calories,
is evil and will make you gain weight.
To be healthy, we all need to have a limit on how many calories we should eat a day.
But here's the thing: YES fats are particularly dense in calories, meaning you have to expend
more energy to burn them off before they turn into body fat.
But they also are difficult for the body to break down - your body has to turn a fat into
a sugar before it can use it as energy - so they stay in the stomach for a long time as
your body breaks the fats up.
Because they stay in the stomach, fats make us feel full for a long time.
But if you take the fat out of a product, we consume it faster.
So for example - you can eat a full fat yogurt that's 200 calories, or a low fat yogurt
that's only 150 calories.
You'd think the low fat yogurt is better.
But 30 mins after eating the low fat yogurt, your body has already processed it, your stomach
is empty and you get hungry again, so you eat another yogurt - and now you're up to
300 calories, instead of 200 for the full fat yogurt.
If you'd eaten the full fat yogurt, you's still feel full.
To make this effect even worse, the companies that make the fat-free product often make
up for the lack of flavor by adding sugar, flour, and thickeners - among other things.
All that stuff adds easy calories, and as we know, the more calories you intake, the
more they will be turned into body fat.
So sometimes 'low fat' foods have almost as many calories as high fat foods, they've
just traded in fat for sugar.
However – there's one point I need to make very clear here: fats are essential to
our survival: they store and activate fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
We can't live without fat.
A lot of countries are now changing their health recommendations to favor low carbohydrate
but higher fat foods, like eggs and fish.
TO make a better choice about foods always look at it's energy points - the calories
- rather than just the grams of fat.

Berry Cream Filled Conversation Heart Cakes - Duration: 2:57.
Hi, this is Holly from Southern Mom Loves.
Today, I'm going to show you how to make a dreamy Berry Cream-Filled Conversation Heart
Cake for your sweetheart.
It's really easy to make because I've used shortcuts like making the cake from a boxed
mix, using ready-made whipped cream, and tinting canned icing.
Anyone can make this cake and I'll give you some decorating tips too.
This recipe will make two 6" heart cakes or one 12" heart cake, and they can be made ahead
of time to be frozen until the big day.
If this video moves a little fast, you can find the ingredients and supplies list along
with the full written recipe post linked in the description box below.
Start by pre-heating the oven according to the directions on your cake mix.
Spray the heart pan with non-stick cooking spray and flour lightly.
Mix the cake batter according to the directions on the box.
If using a 6" pan, pour in half of the batter (about 2 cups.)
If using a 12" pan, use all of the batter.
Spread evenly in the pan and bake as directed.
While the cake is baking, let's make the filling.
Pour the milk into large bowl, then add the pudding mix and powdered sugar.
Beat with a blender for 2 minutes, then gently fold in the whipped topping, cover with plastic
wrap, and refrigerate.
Once both cakes are baked, allow them to cool completely, then divide each cake into 2 layers.
Spread 3 Tbsp. of raspberry preserves evenly over the bottom half of each cake.
Divide the whipped topping and spoon over the raspberry preserves layer, spreading evenly
to the edges, then cover with the top layer of the cake and gently press down.
Use a spatula or knife to scrape off any filling overflow even with the sides of the cake,
then place the cakes back in the freezer for around 30 minutes to help the filling set
up.
I bought one strawberry icing color for the pink color, then made a pastel yellow icing with
gel food coloring.
I'm using red for the writing.
You can use red gel food coloring in white icing to make the red icing or buy a ready-made
tube of red decoration icing.
Use a toothpick to write your message first, then go over the marks slowly and with even
pressure on the pastry bag.
If you don't have a pastry bag and icing tips, fill the corner of a gallon-sized zipper storage
bag with icing and snip off the tip of the bag.
The best way to finish a letter stroke is to stop, push the tip down a tiny bit, then
pull the tip straight up while releasing the pressure on the bag.
This will leave a little tail, but you can smooth those down later with a clean fingertip.
And you're done!
I hope you love this fluffy dream of a cake as much as I did!
If you liked this video, give it a thumb's up and subscribe to my channel below.
Thanks for watching!

Work With The Willing - 2017 Episode 29 - Duration: 5:46.
Welcome to Network Marketing Pro. My name
is Eric Worre. And, thinking about one of
the biggest, challenges in the network
marketing profession, and there's lots of
challenges, like I say all the time,
network marketing isn't perfect, it's got
it's challenges. It's an emotional business, but
it's better. It's better than other
entrepreneurial options, for a person, the
average person, that's out there, that might not
have a lot of money, but has some passion,
has some desire, has a willingness to go
after, what they want to flex, with
their entrepreneurial muscles. It's better, right?
But, one of the things that I want
to talk about today, is how do you handle
it, when you have a close friend, or
family member, that maybe they never join,
but maybe they join and never do
anything. And you're just filled up with
so much frustration, because what goes on
in your mind, is they, "Oh my gosh. They
have so much potential.
They've got so much potential, I mean, if
they did, they know everybody, they're just
a natural salesperson, or their natural
leader, and if they would just flex their
muscle. If they would just engage, if they
would just, not just put their, dip their
toe in the water, but if they would just
dive in."
So if you've been around network
marketing for a while, you've had this
frustration, I have, had this frustration. And
sometimes you feel like you're letting
them down, because, you know, maybe you're
not being the leader that they need, in
order to be able to engage. So you know,
you try all kinds of things. You try to
encourage them, you try to flatter them, you
try to kick them in the butt, you trying to say
come on let's go. You and try and do all these
different things. And they never quite do.
What do you do with that. I'll tell you
what I finally learned, is you can't make
people be successful.
You just can't. You can't make people
face their fears. You can't. You can't
make people, get past their ego. You can't.
You can't, force a breakthrough on
someone else.
One of, some of the best advice I got
early on, was don't fall in love with
potential. I'd rather have, somebody who's
unemployed, doesn't know anybody, maybe
has had a rough life, but they really
want this, they're hungry, then someone
who knows everybody in the world. Maybe
they're a celebrity, maybe they,
they've got natural abilities, and they
just won't take action.
You can't force, hunger, on someone else.
You can't force desire, and ambition
on someone else. You can't force, the
facing of fear, on someone else. That's
something they have to do on their own. So
I still have people in my life, that my gosh,
if they engaged in network marketing,
they would just tear it apart. But they
don't. And you know what I finally
learned to do, is to let that go. And I
would encourage you to do the same thing.
Number one, don't fall in love with
somebody's potential. Number two, love them
where they are, without judgment, without
criticism, without aggression, because sometimes
it gets frustrating. Let them be where
they are. Love them where they are,
let them do what they're going to do, and
work with the willing. Work with people
where you're not pushing all the time
Work with people who are calling you, you
don't have to call them all the time.
Work with people, who are showing up at
the events, not the ones, you have to
invite to the events, all the time. Work
with people, who are using the products,
not the people you have to remind to use
the products all the time.
There's enough willing people, out there
in the world. Work with them, regardless
of how much potential,
they seem to have, at the moment.
Potential is cheap. Potential is common.
Here's what's unique, hunger,
ambition, willingness to work, willingness
to face your fears, willingness to go out
there and be uncomfortable for a season.
Willing to endure, the loss of social
esteem from other people, be willing to
accept that other people might think
less of you for a time, while you're
building something like this.
Work with those people, versus all
the potential in the world. Love those
people, work with the willing.
That's our show, I hope you got value
from it. Ladies and gentlemen, my wish for all
of you is that you decide, to become a
network marketing professional. You decide
to Go Pro, because it is a stone-cold
fact, we do have a better way. Now let's go tell

How to Get Rich or Die Trying: The 3 Most Important Principles in Becoming Filthy Rich - Duration: 5:16.
How to Get Rich or Die Trying: The 3 Most Important Principles in Becoming Filthy Rich
Since I've been a kid, I've always been interested in money.
Anytime anyone ever gave me money as a gift, I'd save it until I had accumulated enough
to buy something big.
As soon as I was able to work, I got a job and started saving.
By the time I was 18 I had enough money to go on a one month long trip to Japan and eat
sushi every day for 30 days.
Two years later I went on an even longer trip to South East Asia and lived like royalty
while I was there buying custom made suits, leather shoes, and jeans.
Now that I'm older, however, the question remains how can I make enough, save enough,
and grow my money enough so that one day work is an option, not a requirement to live, to
travel, to feel the freedom that having money gives you.
Thought Monkey here and today we're going to discuss three key principles in getting
filthy rich.
Principle 1: Desire The first book I read about money was Think
and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
This book changed the way I approached money, yes, but also life.
The main idea in it is that you must have a burning desire to get whatever it is you're
after.
If that burning desire isn't there, you are unlikely to persist and remain disciplined
over long periods of time or in the face of extreme adversity or failure.
Hill states that "thoughts are things and powerful things at that, when they are mixed
with definiteness of purpose, persistence, and a burning desire for their translation
into riches, or other material objects."
After I embraced this idea, I stopped giving up on the things that I wanted.
School, fitness, learning.
When you decide you want something and you make the commitment not to give up on it regardless
of circumstances, your mindset changes.
Before I went to college, I used to be a skinny kid with little strength, muscles or athletic
ability.
However, one day I woke up and knew I wanted to change this.
And using the principle of desire from Think and Grow Rich, I made a commitment to myself
to go the gym and muscle up.
I never gave up even when my progress seemed slow.
However, if you were to look at a picture of me two years later – you'd think you
were looking at two different people.
You see, having a burning desire is key, and without it I'd never have the persistence
to pursue my goals even when I thought I was failing.
However is not just enough to desire.
Desire is only the first step in the journey toward greatness, wealth or whatever it is
you want.
Principle 2: Frugality The second book I read about money changed
the way I thought about how to use that skrill in a way that could benefit me now, but also
later.
The classic George Clason book, The Richest Man in Babylon, seems so simple, yet most
people I know are not aware of its principles.
The main idea is that you need to pay yourself first.
Most people don't.
They pay other businesses first and sometimes forget to pay themselves at all.
What I mean by this is that you spend your time working for a company that pays you for
that time and often we use the money that we earn and give it to businesses that make
our food, supply us with entertainment, or make our clothes, for example, before we give
ourselves that money.
Immediately and automatically when you get paid, if you have the burning desire to become
the Richest Man in Babylon, you need to set aside a percentage of your hard earned cash
and save it for yourself.
Not to spend.
Not to waste on material goods.
But for you to have.
Most people live outside of their means.
They buy a car they cannot afford, a house that they spend their entire lives trying
to pay off, or just spend money on stuff they really don't need.
When people do this, they end up saving no money, or worse in debt – which inevitably
leads to years of feeling broke.
By the time they're too old to work, or just too old to give a damn anymore, they
have no money and often become a drag on family members or close friends because they forgot
to pay themselves first.
Clason says in his book, "A part of all I earn is mine to keep.
Say it in the morning when you first arise.
Say it at noon.
Say it at night.
Say it each hour of every day.
Say it to yourself until the words stand out like letters of fire across the sky."
Principle 3: Growth The last extremely important book on money
that I've read is by Tony F-ing Robbins.
The book?
Money: Master the Game.
In this book he goes through thousands of details and stories about the principles of
how people become wealthy.
However it really comes down to one thing.
Growth.
How can you make your money work for you while you are at the gym?
Eating breakfast?
Or watching porn?
It is a lot simpler than you think.
Invest it.
And don't do it through some big advisor.
Do it on your own and automate it.
The catch?
Most people fail at investing because of they don't systematize it or they lack the discipline
to follow their system.
The good news is that, as Robbins states, "96% of actively managed mutual funds fail
to beat the market over any sustained period of time," meaning that you can beat 96%
of professional investors by doing one simple thing.
Take the money that you are going to pay yourself first with and invest it in the U.S.
Stock Market every pay period.
Don't know how to invest your money in the stock market?
It's simple.
Sign up for an online brokerage like TD Ameritrade and buy the ticker symbol SPY. Bam.
You just bought the U.S.
Stock Market.
All you need to do now is be disciplined enough to follow your system for the next 40 years.
Easy right?
Most people think they want to be in control of their finances and be wealthy.
But that's the thing.
It's something they just think they might want.
In order to become wealthy you have to know you want it and you have to plan your path
and be disciplined enough to stay on it.
In the end, though, this is just some more bullshit.
You only live once right?
YOLO?
So why not just spend all that you make on khakis you don't need?
Don't forget Tyler Durden "You are not your job, you're not how much money you have
in the bank.
You are not the car you drive.
You're not the contents of your wallet.
You are not your fucking khakis.
You are all singing, all dancing crap of the world."
