The Oscar-winner was scheduled to both star in and helm the stand-alone flick, tentatively

titled The Batman, but he announced those plans have changed.

Affleck said that there are certain characters who hold a special place in the hearts of

millions.

Performing this role demands focus, passion, and the very best performance he can give.

It has become clear that he cannot do both jobs to the level they require.

Together with the studio, he has decided to find a partner in a director who will collaborate

with him on this massive film, and he is still in this, but they are currently looking for

a director.

He added that he remains extremely committed to this project and looks forward to bringing

this to life for fans around the world.

One insider reportedly admitted that Live By Night's poor performance caused Affleck

to rethink his approach to projects… as that film has lost 75 million dollars.

He reportedly says, "The bestie thing is awesome.

Sounds like Pharrell can add three more sleeping bags to that party, although with triplets,

we're not sure how much "sleeping" actually gets accomplished.

The promoter was on the UFC podcast, UFC Unfiltered when he was asked about the chances of Ronda

getting back in the Octagon.

And he revealed that if he had to say right here and now, he wouldn't say she fights

again.

He added that he thinks she's probably done and she's going to ride off into the sunset

and start living her life outside of fighting.

It's been about a month since Rousey last stepped into the cage… and lost a via devastating

TKO to current bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes.

Before that she hadn't fought since November 2015… when former champ Holly Holm head-kicked

her unconscious.

Before that fight she was rumored to have a stable of film and TV roles lined up, but

since the back to back losses… it appears some of those have dried up.
