Youtube daily but Nov 25 2018

- okay to not be to like be treated for things and I'm also to like not okay to

be functional in the real world

good morning today what is it Thursday Friday something like that but oh it's

Thursday because tomorrow I will still be home and there will still be nobody

home but today I am supposed to make muffins later I have PT this morning and

then I'm supposed to make chocolate pumpkin muffin because Zeus's was upon

request from Sue's friend because I don't know why but we went to Target

yesterday because you're out of brown sugar and Lucroy know the two things

don't go together but we were out but look what I got yesterday it says it's

from the kids section on the if you go this way

naughty well no I kind of need to flatten it out more for you - you'll see

and then if I go the other way on the nice list

zou says that is not to be worn right now although I don't see why not

it's November but anyways and then tomorrow I'm probably not gonna vlog

because I'm going by Zeus's school and oh I might be I don't know if I actually

am and when I go there the vlogs are really short because I don't film there

because there's lots of kids and don't wanna be filming them also I was

thinking of making two different videos tomorrow like just my usual babbling on

and on on and blabbity blah be cause I was I need to make the video

about the like inside clean out the three different ones that I've had done

or that I've had to do I there's pros and cons to them all I still think that

though maybe the what I did last was the best slash easiest I don't know I did

not projectile vomit everywhere let's just say that like we have pretty low

standards I mean how how good do you think it would be because of what it is

but yes and I was gonna make a video about the thing like all right I had a

long time ago like over a year ago I filmed I started filming the series

called my EDS and it was talking about like things with that but I never filmed

again after I film that first day and made like 4 videos so it's gonna film

another one for that bye no longer film like where I did before so I guess

whatever and last night when Zeus came home she was looking at me and she

realized like when I texted her about it she realized that my left side beside

that I was telling her was numb Vashti Neely is my good side

and when I walk it hurts so bad and my arms hurt and there I think there was

some more like I don't even know what it's called like I think this like I'm

in like this slow downhill like me but I really wish my body would either get it

together and start working or hurry up it's downhill spiral so that we can do

something about it because right now I'm in this place where I'm like - okay to

not be to like be treated for things and I'm also too

like not okay to be functional in the real world cuz it's just not working out

so I will be at Fiji and then probably do fast mode muffins or something and

then I don't know because I don't think I have anything like please I do want to

make start making the gingerbread because that's why we got brown sugar

yesterday but I don't know where the butt was going all those oh it's should

I make like recipe videos for some of these things that I make like the

cookies Center made for Halloween and those are just the tasty like bitches

spinner cookie recipe I guess that's what it was called and then the pies

yesterday I really didn't follow the recipe so yeah I kind of just did my own

thing I used like their ingredient list and then just made it my own because we

all saw how well I measure things the only thing I actually measured was the

brown sugar yesterday but that's okay and then today I'm doing the gingerbread

the gingerbread is from the Southern Living

Christmas cookbook this one I went a a customer at the store that I worked at

it gave them to everybody so that's where I got that I don't know where you

can get that cookbook but it which is really nice and stuff but I missed them

but I can't go over there because well I can only go over there on days when I

have my driver Zeus at home because how are you supposed to drive somewhere when

you really can't I need to leave for PT now because I'm

getting late and I'm just talking but really really cold and I took okay so

this happens sometimes when I take my morning pills I get really nauseous and

that happened this morning I don't even know why because like I know I

understand why it would happen on mornings when I can't drink and me okay

but then I'd rate but that I just take the pills anyways because the vitamins

like some of them are like fat soluble so they need fat to let help them along

so I I understand that but then our mornings when I drink any okay and then

I still get nauseous like for real body like I've just tried to give you the

things you want but oh did oh no I think no we're good

I thought I took my night pills right now and I was like well that could be

why - we get it there's a lot more those and I take extra stuff at night my tooth

is getting really bad this one I don't really know what happened about when I

see I dentist definitely like what the heck that looks like you bit um like I

was a beaver up like any and my eyeball is getting really bad like if I I don't

know how I like it it looks okay on camera but in person

it's like it's really saggy in person but because the camera so close to my

face it's okay thank you I don't know but I don't want

to get it mixed or anything I just would like it to not say egg muffin time and

then depending on how much energy or whatever I have left over then maybe we

will make gingerbread dough because at this

be in the fridge for a long time before it can be baked I don't know but anyways

when TPD my back feels like I'm gonna fall apart into two don't even know imma

backward so much why yes I am sitting on the ground in the kitchen right now but

we are we are not doing like one leg balancing I barely have two leg

balancing right now and think that's all what happened today so nothing stuff is

out so I'll turn on the oven and then do we will be making my E

you

y'all ran out of battery partway through that but I'm not making the gingerbread

today so I'm too tired feels like my legs are gonna fall off and now I'm

trying to clean up the counter cuz I spilled a batter on the counter it's not

really coming out so I'm just gonna put towel over it and well I'll just get

some water and it'll clean up off of it but now I need to edit a videos or yeah

I guess that's editing them and wait for these muffins to come out I think I

already said this this morning about how I was talking esterday disease about how

I either need my body you to like figure itself out and start working or to hurry

up this downhill because I need help basically my body is tired I am tired Oh

No and I'm kind of scared for the progression of this because the laying

flat on my back and not being able to breathe like last night I wasn't even

flat I was just kind of like propped up over there resting and I started to get

that like I wasn't like flat but I also wasn't like sitting up and I started to

get that and I was like oh my gosh so I don't know what's happening but I just

I'm kind of scared but also like ready for what I mean how could you ever be

prepared but I'm also just like like ready to fight this basically as my body

starts to not want to work anymore or well it's not what to work the way we

need it to and so like today my back is killing me

my legs hurt okay my hurting is like my understatement for this situation that's

happening in my legs really they just feel like they're like on fire but at

the same time I can't really feel them like you know when you like sprain your

ankle or something and it feels off and it gets all puffy and it feel and you

can kind of feel like it doesn't feel right and it's just like hurts and it's

big well that's how my legs feel but they're not swollen they're just they

don't like they don't feel right but they also like massively hurt and they

tingle and they're kind of numb like the other day I'm pretty sure I

dislocated or broke my big toe because it like kills when I step on it now and

my ankles hurt like I kind of feel like my after this next mg will I put the

brace back on my leg because then I won't trip and I will be more steady

maybe but I just I haven't talked like really talked about a lot of this and a

lot and a while on here but uh like I don't even know how to put it but the

day to day progression of all this is hard and I'm like trying but it just

hurts oh I like some days I just don't want to keep going but truthfully it I

feel like I'm ready for what my body is going to bring next because of this last

emotional like time I had where I was just over it

I was over everything but like after each of those times I

feel like renewed strength and stuff so or not strength but like emotional

stability and strength because truthfully my body's the getting weaker

and sometimes it's hard to handle it I hope nobody won't seen that dorks that

would scare me my dad's home working from home today and there's muffins in

the oven and I'm talking in my room lovely but tonight I don't think we have

anything exciting planned and I'm kind of just feeling like I want to go back

to bed right now but at the same time I don't I am like in such a struggle with

sleeping too because I'm afraid to fall asleep because of the UM the amount of

like fear there is towards not breathing in your sleep dad and then I'm afraid to

wake up because I'm in so much pain when I wake up it's really a lose-lose

situation other I fall asleep or if I don't so I haven't been going to bed

till like or falling actually asleep until like 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning

every night lately and it's terrible because then I'm not sleeping very much

and so my body's running on less and my body requires quite a bit of sleep like

I could sleep like 17 hours I'd feel pretty much the same but my body would

at least have the energy to keep going but right now I'm kind of just like

slowly like because I'm not sleeping and I'm in pain they're like laying a mess

and stuff and dealing and everything well no all the pain and everything it

gets it's terrible in the morning it gets like slightly more tolerable or I'm

just like in the dirt like as the day progressed I kind of get more like I'm

gonna do this with whether my body is cooperating or not

then at night it gets like a billion times worse again so I don't know it has

hopefully well I don't even know if I want to help for that but I do know I

don't know if I talked about this this morning or not but if I did here it is

again and that autonomic Disease Center which

is another neurologist they called last night although for some reason their

phone numbers connected to Singapore even though they're in Stanford

California like Palo Alto California

there they called last night at like 6:30 or something and then they they

said that you just needed to call it this morning or I guess I could have

called that she calls because she's my driver most of the time and to make an

appointment for that appointment to finally be scheduled a while back they

had called I don't know why they called billion times they don't just schedule

when they call but whatever because they called a few weeks ago and told her they

would be calling to set an appointment and she's sake and why don't we schedule

now since we're both on the phone e but whatevs so I'm an edit videos now and

then I'll probably just do my awkward thing where I film that outro slash

close out the vlog like two hour or no like six hours later or where the this

is just end so but if I forget to film that clip and Welton's inside okay that

was a really random statement but bye

Svinjski but u rerni - Fit & Joy by Anna (25.11.2018) - Duration: 3:11.

Hello everyone, welcome to my Youtube channel "Fit and Joy by Anna".

Today I will make you pork chop in the oven.

When you make this speciality, its important,

that you buy the pork chop like whole chunk.

I recommend you, that you ask the butcher wich

chunk can you use for baking it in the oven.

Its because the pork chop It consists of five parts,

and I used it on this occasion roast ham

and made this phenomenal recipe from that.

if you are interested in this recepies,

please kepp watching.

You need to marinate the pork chop

and leave for few hours.

Take a casserole, and put in the baking paper.

After that you put the marinated meat in the casserole.

This time for marinating I used

salt, pepper, red pepper,

mustard, and a little coconut oil.

In the end put on the aluminium foil.

The chopped pork put in the preheated oven

on 180° for about 1,5 hour or

2 hours, depends on the size of the meat

and depends on your oven.

After 1,5 hours, take off the aluminium foil from the meat,

then you bake the meat without the aluminium foil 45 more mintutes.

When the meat has golden red color,

it means, that it is ready and you can pull out from the oven.

This time I put some broccoli and red peppers next to the meat

because for the vegetables its enough 10-15 minutes

to become soft.

This combination is ideal for lunch

or dinner, nutritionally complete,

rich of proteins, complex carbohydrates

and well suited of fats.

The vegetables have lots of vitamins and minerals,

wich are necessary for our organism.

Enjoy!

Classical culture is not a luxury, but an absolute necessity! - Duration: 4:18.

When I founded the Schiller Institute in '84, it was very clear to me and all the other

members who cofounded the institute, that an economic

new system, a new world economic order would only be possible if it would go along with

a Renaissance of Classical culture.

Because only Classical culture has the noble image of man, that man is good, that man is

not evil, but good by nature, and he is capable of developing his own or her own creative

powers to the advancement of the entire human species, and that is what distinguishes us

from all other living creatures.

You know, as lovable as people may find their dogs and some cats, and other people have

other favorite animal species, none of these species is capable

of discovering the fundamental laws of the universe, of applying these breakthroughs

in science and technology in the production process, and in that way, discovering deeper

and deeper, the secrets of what makes our universe tick?

What is the role of life?

How does creativity function?

All of these fundamental questions are uniquely belonging to the domain of human beings.

And that's is what's being destroyed by a lot of what's going on, the drug epidemic,

the hopelessness, the bestiality of the youth culture to a large part, the violence promoted

by videogames and the pornography in much of

the entertainment -- all of this is really an attack on the creative potential of human beings.

People may not think about it that way, but de facto it is: Because once you take dope,

your creative faculties are just knocked out.

Once you pursue all of these other things, you cannot be a creative individual.

And this is why we're putting so much emphasis on Classical culture, Classical music, because

it is exactly the Classical composition expressing the highest ideal of the beauty of human creativity,

which encourages that kind of thinking which makes us human.

From that standpoint, I'm very, very happy about the recent concert the Schiller Institute

did in New York, which was a celebration of the birthday of both Schiller and Beethoven,

and our members there performed both the {Choral Fantasy} of Beethoven, which is one of my

absolute favorite pieces, because it addresses this idea of the relationship between great

art and the beauty of the soul; and naturally, Beethoven's {Mass in C Major}; and then in

between, there were many recitations of Schiller, of Shakespeare, and I was especially happy

about the reports that some people who never knew about Schiller before, really discovered

the greatness of this poet, and how uplifting his idea of an aesthetical education of man is.

This will be put up on the website very shortly, and I would really ask all of you not only

to watch it, but to share it, to make sure that a larger and larger number of people

have access to the beauty of Classical music.

Because this is something which touches the soul and which makes the mind more beautiful.

And it is absolutely necessary in our time: It's not a luxury, it's an absolutely necessary

condition for mankind.

That's what Schiller thought, and that's what I think also.

A Simple Makeup Look But Kiera Does it - Duration: 9:54.

Okay, so this is the look I'm gonna be making today, and, um, before I was making this video I was

going to just do a silent video and I was gonna put it on Instagram and just do

whatever. But, I'd decided about halfway through that I was gonna put it on

YouTube! So, um, the beginning of it it's quiet so I'm

gonna add some music. When I start talking I'm gonna mute music a little

bit you can actually hear me speaking. For the YouTube video - this one! For the

Instagram one there's gonna have music and they're just gonna have to deal with it.

Have fun! Don't cry at my makeup, and have a good time I guess

Ha! Peace!

So! Next up is actual concealer - because I forgot that. I'm going to be using just this Kat Von D.

Let's ... find my beauty blender?

I got it.

Powder!

I'm just using this fat--- brush

Something doesn't look right.

Okay, I've just decided to use my BH Cosmetics palette.

because I can't be trusted with my own makeup

Now what do we do next? Our eyes!

So, I'm just gonna go with this Orangish color? I don't know... We'll figure it

out as we go along.

Ok so, this eye and this eye have been darkened up.

Just darken the s--- out of the edge

Now that we've gotten our darkness, and no parents.

Our next step - is probably to cut? Not the crease we're

not doing a cut crease, just gonna do a little edge here and here

Now this is where it gets fun!

Liner!

Here's a little secret: So you see I messed up here, and you're like " Oh no! I

messed up my eyeliner! How will I fix it?"

You just....Tada!

Now, normally I would put mascara on, but I don't want to take that off. So I'm

just not going to! Let's do some simple ones today. I don't know

what lashes these are or where I got them from but they look like this:

They got little crosses at the end? I don't know. They're cute I like them and I'm gonna put them on

Now, if you don't use DUO glue then your lashes will like, not stay on, or they'll

glue your eyelids together, I don't know. Never put too much DUO on, like I've seen

people put like globs of it on, and they like literally cannot take their

lashes off. I just do a little line on the band, just a little bit

like a baby band!

This is the most exciting part of the makeup tutorial, I know.

So it's like that. It's very simple like just a little bit on the band it's not

like globs of it. I've seen people do that, it's crazy. Don't do that.

You're gonna glue your eyelids together and that's not gonna be a fun trip to the ER.

[Kiera admiring her work]

Lash one on!

So, funny story. I actually stepped on my f------ or I sat on, I sat on

my glue! And it got on my pants and all over the floor and like half of the tube is

gone now. It's horrific! Like, it was pretty full like up to here and now it's

like somewhere around here I mean I have two, so it's not that big of a deal, but I mean I have

glue on my pants now. These ones are a lot easier

to put on my right eye because, it's like just right here. And I'm right handed so...

So, now you're wondering now "Well, Kiera if you didn't put mascara on you'll

be able to see the difference!"

You WILL see the line in between my real

lashes and my fake lashes. But you want to know how to fix that? Just put mascara

over it! Tada! Problem fixed! I use the Great Lash clear mascara and then this one over it.

cuz the clear one like lengthens up the lashes.

And since I hope those of

you who wear lashes clean them, putting mascara on them isn't a problem, because

it'll just come off when you clean them. My eyes are... partially done.

"Partially?" you ask? "What next Kiera? how much more can I take of this f----- video?" Well, my friend, we're gonna put highlighter on it.

It's Lique. Lique! There's a Lique in the boat!

I'm just gonna touch the inner corner, Kapow! And now, "What do I do?" You ask.

I don't know I haven't gotten this far before, no. What I am gonna do is.... highlight!

I do actually swipe it all over here, because if you just had like a weird like splotch of light right

here, it's gonna look really weird in real life. If you like it, that's fine, do

that, you you do, I'm definitely not here to tell

you what you should and shouldn't do. I'm just saying what I do. So now you've been,

Buddha-fied, enlightened, you've reached literal nirvana

Um, you put powder highlight on. I'm gonna use this highlight that I've apparently really used a

lot. it's like pennywise! It's just instead of red it's

just he puts the sun on himself. Kapookapookapoo, kapookapookapoo. I don't say that when doing my highlight

You don't have to. It's just makeup you don't to do s--- you don't have to do this at all. Just watch the video and

be like "Oh cool, now I know how Kiera does her makeup. Wow.

Fancy." And just like... leave. My lip "gel", is just lip gloss.

My lip gel I got from Mid K. Oh wow, my lips are really dry. It's a Revlon plumping

lip cream? It's kind of an ugly color. I mean I should use this for my Ying

cosplay, now that I think about it.

I had toast this morning, and there was dog hair in

my butter! I don't even know how it happened

I don't... it was just there and I'm like what the f----?! Anyway moral of the story is don't

have pets. Just don't. For anything. Don't have animals. If you want animals

go to a friend's house if they have animals. Just don't get any of your own.

I think I want to go holographic right now. I'm using Almay, Goddess Gloss. Cuz

ya know, ya girl can't pass on anything

holographic. I have a holographic fanny pack, Okay? Glossy. Highlighted.

Glossed. That's about everything I normally do, with the exception of blush.

I grabbed two. I'm only gonna use the powder. My powder is NYX

like it's supposed to be blush but I actually use it more as like an eyeshadow pigment

because it's so frickin pigmented okay look at this pigment I'm just gonna...

And that supposed to be blush!? That's why I put that much on and I just

I just shake it off to being like a little bit less

i forgot music here so i apologize oof

I like having that extra look of blush. Look at all that!

So yes, I do like my blush very very bright, and obvious. I'm sorry if you don't but

it's a good thing this is my video, and you can make your own, and you can say "I

don't like how Kiera does her blush." and then, you know I'll be like, "Amazing.

Queen. Make fun of me more. Roast me. ahhahahahhhahah

This is the... kind of final look I guess. So, yeah. There's my blush. See, it's very

bright. I like that brightness. So yeah.

I want to say like and subscribe just cuz, but I don't know if I'm going to more videos

like this. I might. I don't have time. You can like this video, you can subscribe to

my channel.... that I may or may not have by the time I post this.

Kiera.... Out!

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil - Duration: 5:01.

Chapter six

Take heed that ye do not your arms before men to be seen of them

Otherwise, ye have no reward of your father which is in heaven

Therefore when thou doest thine arms do not sound a trumpet before thee as the hypocrites do in the synagogues

And in the streets that they may have glory of men

Verily I say unto you they have their reward

But when thou doest arms let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth that thine

alms may be in secret and thy father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly and

When thou prayest thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are for they love to pray standing in the synagogues

And in the corners of the streets that they may be seen of men

verily I say unto you they have their reward, but

Thou when thou prayest enter into thy closet and when thou hast shut thy door pray to thy father

Which is in secret and thy father could see it in secret shall reward thee openly

But when ye pray use not vain

Repetitions as the heathen do for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking

Be not ye therefore like unto them for your father knoweth what things ye have need of before he ask you

after this manner therefore pray o

our Father which art in heaven

hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come

Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread

And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil

For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory

forever

amen

For if ye forgive men their trespasses your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if ye forgive not men their trespasses

Neither will your Father forgive your trespasses?

Moreover

When ye fast be not as the hypocrites of a sad countenance

For they disfigure their faces that they may appear unto men to fast

Verily I say unto you they have their reward

But thou when thou fastest anoint thine head and wash thy face that our peer not unto men to fast

But unto thy father which is in secret and thy father which seeth in secret shall reward thee opend

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth where moth and rust doth corrupt and where thieves break through and steal but lay up

For yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt and where thieves do not break through nor steal

For where your treasure is there. Will your heart be also?

The light of the body is the eye

If therefore thine eye be single thy whole body shall be for of light, but if thine eye be evil

Thy whole body shall be full of darkness

If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness how great is that darkness?

No, man can serve two masters for either he will hate the one and love the other or else

He will hold to the one and despise the other you

Cannot serve God and Mammon

Therefore I say unto you take no thought for your life what ye shall eat or what?

Ye shall drink nor yet for your body. What he shall put on is not the life more than meat and the body than raiment

behold the fowls of the air

For they sow not neither do they reap nor gather into barns yet. Your heavenly Father feedeth them. I

ki, not much better than they

Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature and why take ye thought for raiment

Consider the lilies of the field how they grow

They toil not neither do they spin and yet I say unto you that even Solomon in all his glory

Was not arrayed like one of these

Wherefore if God

So clothe the grass of the field which today is and tomorrow as cast into the oven

Shall he not much more clothe you O ye of little faith

Therefore take no Thought saying what shall we eat or what shall we drink or wherewithal shall we clothed?

For after all these things do the Gentiles seek?

For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things

But seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you

Take therefore. No thought for the morrow for the morrow

Go and stand next to it!

Now be very proud!

With amazing girls!

I made up the concept for this shoot a little bit.

No you have to explain it properly.- Oh okay, I will explain properly.

You made up the whole concept.

The concept. Since they really wanted to shoot in Amsterdam.

And inside.

Because of the weather.

I fixed all the chairs on marktplaats.

And is this also part of it?

Yes, that is also part of it!

Here you have all the names of the girls.

I thought I will shorten it a little.

You also have scissors for this. - Where is it then?

You put it away!

It looks amazing.

And me too! - We will also take the bike!

Really? - Yes, I will take it with me!

Rien first wants to go to his parents in Nordwijk and then he wants to bike in Nordwijk.

Biking is really the best thing ever!

I really don't want to bike to the beach!

She didn't want to bike.

Really busy here!

But we found a parking spot.

Lovely water, lovely beach.

There is almost no wind!

It is so nice and warm.

It is a lovely heat wave!

Look, these people went biking.

These people have a fight now and we don't.

Arsenal player ratings vs Bournemouth: Aubameyang scores, but star endures HORROR display - Duration: 3:42.

Arsenal secured a 2-1 victory over Bournemouth after a pulsating clash at the Vitality Stadium

The Gunners went ahead through a spectacular Jefferson Lerma own goal, before Josh King levelled the score, but Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was on hand to swipe home the winner

Several Arsenal stars enjoyed big displays, but one star endured a torrid performance, among the worst individual displays of the Gunners' season

Take a look below to reveal our Arsenal player ratings against Bournemouth.Bernd Leno – 7 Confident and composed between the sticks with a couple of big saves

Some of the shots he faced shouldn't have been allowed to reach him.Shkodran Mustafi – 5 Gave Callum Wilson far too much space and time in the build-up to Josh King's strike

Lacks in-game intelligence.Sokratis Papastathopoulos – 5 Unusually shaken at the back

Looked sluggish and resorted to wrestling attackers as opposed to putting challenges in

Rob Holding – 7 Commanded the defence despite being the young head among the three centre-backs

He led by example and looked very comfortable on the ball when he occasionally drifted forward

Hector Bellerin – 7 Sharp going forward. Always provided an option in attack and was involved in the build-up to several attacks

Lucas Torreira – 7 There's a reason why the Uruguayan star is becoming a cult-hero at the Emirates

His all-action, combative attitude is exactly what the Gunners have lacked for years

Granit Xhaka – 6 He will always be a divisive player, and this performance will no doubt split fans

He was steady and solid for most of the match, but his passing deteriorated in the second half – he grew wasteful as the game rolled on

Sead Kolasinac – 6 He was the furthest player up the pitch when Josh King planted his finish in the top corner, but also provided two assists

A game of two literal halves for Kolasinac.Henrikh Mkhitaryan – 3 The Gunners' weakest link, by far

He had zero positive impact on the game and squandered a big chance to kill Bournemouth off

Saw a lot of the ball and wasted possession nearly every time.Alex Iwobi – 6 Grafted hard in the first half, couldn't find an end product but continued to be a useful outlet going forward

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – 6 Barely affected the game until he worked his way into the box to slot home the winner

They silenced Khashoggi but gave thousands a voice World news - Duration: 3:24.

They silenced Khashoggi but gave thousands a voice World news

For Omar Abdulaziz, a 27-year-old Saudi dissident living in exile in Canada, the murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi was more than a prominent columnist and veteran who knew the ins and outs of the Saudi royal court. He was a mentor and father figure.

Abdulaziz, who often lambasts the Saudi leadership and the crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, in online videos that garner a huge following, cannot see his parents, who still live in the kingdom. Khashoggi was also forced to live abroad, without his children.

So when Abdulaziz learned of the journalist's fate – his brutal killing in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul – he broke down. But he now takes solace in what Khashoggi has achieved in death.

"The idiots wanted to silence his voice," he says. "But they made way for a thousand other voices."

It is now nearly two months since Khashoggi, a columnist for the , disappeared inside the consulate. Turkish prosecutors say he was attacked on entering the building and strangled, his body dismembered and destroyed. His corpse has not been found, but Turkish officials identified more than a dozen Saudi operatives who travelled to Istanbul and allegedly took part in a premeditated assassination.

Saudi officials have acknowledged the killing, and have said they will pursue the death penalty for five suspects charged with ordering and carrying it out. But they insist it was the work of a rogue cell that went beyond instructions to bring back Saudi dissidents from around the world. Some of the suspects, and top intelligence officials who were ousted in the aftermath, are close to the crown prince, but officials insist that he had no knowledge of the operation. The CIA believes otherwise, however, reportedly concluding that Prince Mohammed ordered the assassination.

The murder has sparked global outrage and damaged the reputation of a leader who had billed himself as a reformer eager to modernise Saudi society but has cracked down on activists and opponents at home. The killing was particularly disturbing to Abdulaziz because, aside from his personal grief, there were chilling parallels with his own life.

In May this year, two Saudi officials met him in Montreal, bringing along his brother, and urged him to work with the authorities. In the conversations, which Abdulaziz recorded, the officials invited him to renew his passport at the Saudi consulate. When he went back and listened to them after Khashoggi's murder, he was stunned.

He declined the offer, but a month later his phone was hacked, and his conversations with Khashoggi were intercepted. They concerned an "army of bees" project to recruit volunteers to counter Saudi state disinformation and propaganda on social media. The hacking was confirmed by the Citizen Lab, an outfit at the University of Toronto that studies digital espionage.

For now, Abdulaziz and other activists are mourning Khashoggi's death. But he says they do not feel frightened. The journalist's killing has refocused attention on human rights abuses in the kingdom, the disastrous war in Yemen and the parallel intolerance of any form of dissent.

"Today in Saudi Arabia, if you are not a megaphone [for the government], you will be detained," he says. "Silence is no longer enough."

He is particularly concerned about those detained at home, including his two brothers and several friends who are imprisoned for their links to him. "If they did this to Jamal Khashoggi, how do they deal with the others?" he asks.

Abdulaziz applied for asylum in 2014, when his student scholarship was cancelled after he criticised the Saudi government. He initially criticised Khashoggi also, for refusing to invite Saudi dissidents on to a TV station that he launched in 2015.

But Abdulaziz was one of the first activists to back Khashoggi when the older man left the kingdom to live in exile in 2017. They began working together on various initiatives.

Abdulaziz recognised Khashoggi's potential as a figure that the "silent majority" would listen to. The Saudi journalist did not refer to himself as a dissident, nor did he wish for the overthrow of the monarchy, but instead sought a moderate middle ground between loyalism and opposition, one that Abdulaziz said was desperately needed in the discourse surrounding the oil-rich kingdom.

More frightening to the government, Abdulaziz says, was Khashoggi's attempt to create institutions and do civil society work abroad.

"Yes, the columns were frightening," he says. "It's like Mohammed bin Salman writing on a blackboard and Jamal Khashoggi would erase it in the night, with one column."

"The government realised this man was transforming the work abroad into institutional work, and that's what was missing from the Saudi opposition. There is no civil society."

Riyadh's shifting narrative of what happened to Khashoggi has hurt its credibility, Abdulaziz says, prompting more people to seek out other voices.

"Today Saudi activists are stronger, and their voices are heard," he says. "I think now, the silent majority believes in what we say, and thinks the regime is lying. The mask has fallen and the ugly, murderous, thuggish, cowardly image has been shown."

Sarri-ball hasn't died but it had serious questions asked of it - Duration: 10:04.

When Maurizio Sarri was announced as Chelsea manager this summer, we knew we were in for a treat

Regular watchers of , especially in Sarri's recent stints at Empoli and Napoli, were adamant his was the football of the future

No trophies had been won, admittedly, but the style and the organisation were something to behold

Sarri-ball we called it. The Italians were typically more prosaic, dubbing it Sarrisimo, a veritable footballing philosophy which had been honed away from the elite echelons of the game

Sarri had spent most of his career in the lower leagues of Italian football and started in the eighth tier and was thus fresh and invigorating

Pep Guardiola was beguiled by Sarrisimo. Coaches came to study it. Fans were enthralled by it, The team pressed bewildering high up the pitch, they passed like a Guardiola team, but they broke more directly

And if Guardiola's football had as tendency to be horizontal, Sarri was more vertical and so, arguably, more thrilling

The way Chelsea started the season it was easy to be bewitched. Unbeaten since the Community Shield with a run of 18 games, it was easy to forget that there has been another tactical phenomenon, other than Guardiola and Sarri, in the for some years

Mauricio Pochettino has spent much of the first half of the season worrying about World Cup fatigue and investing most of his energy in mitigating the chaotic and aborted move to a new stadium

Amidst the noise, it's easy to forget that when his teams play at their best, they are irresistible

While Pochettino developed his ideas initially under Marcelo Bielsa and shares much with Sarri, notably the commitment to press the ball high up the pitch, most of his football education came in Europe and a big chunk of it in Barcelona, even if he was situated on Montjuic at Espanyol, rather than at Camp Nou

Nevertheless, it's fair to say he responded and reacted to Guardiola's reboot of Johan Cruyff's Total when he took over at Barca in 2008

And here at Wembley, the old masters would have purred in approval. The late Cruyff might have had demurred at the lack of possession - Tottenham had just 40 per cent – and said something demeaning about that

But both he and Bielsa would have loved the deployment of full backs deep into Chelsea's half

Ben Davies seemingly spent more of his time playing in front of Christian Eriksen

Serge Aurier needs little encouragement to do the same but this was a complete performance, where defensive discipline balanced those surging runs

Often the opening ten minutes of a game can be deceptive. Manchester United famously played well for ten minutes before Barcelona scored in the 2009 final; they were then played off the pitch But sometimes the opening exchanges put down a marker as to who's in charge

Pochettino did that to Sarri here. Tottenham parked themselves in the Chelsea's half and refused to move out

In the opening five minutes alone Tottenham had won two corners, Dele had been put through by Ben Davies and Kepa had to save from a Harry Kane header

Even before he would put Tottenham ahead, Dele had been extraordinary in leading the press

Kane was never far behind. Antonio Rudiger and David Luiz looked bewildered even then and it would ultimately turn into a very long evening for them both

Yet just behind all of that energy sat a cool head ensuring the mayhem of the press had an intelligent focus

You could easily make cases for Dele, whose combination with Kane was a joy to watch, or Heung-Min Son being the man of the match

But Eriksen was the conductor who dictated the rhythm of the match. Often he was dropping deep but always with the intent to drive his team on, almost surveying the situation and then deploying his troops

It was Eriksen's superb cross which allowed Dele to open the scoring on seven minutes; it was Eriksen who broke down the left to set up Kane for the shot that produced the second

So often it was he who was orchestrating and directing. As for Sarrisimo, it hasn't died a death

But it has had the first serious questions asked of its meaning. In terms of who suffered the most, the obvious targets would be Rudiger and Luiz

But there was a more subtle reason behind their demise. Thus far this season Jorginho has been superb and effectively a player coach on the pitch

Having played under Sarri at Napoli, he is the man who fully understands what is needed from his team-mates

But here he was overwhelmed in midfield and, like an army without a general, Chelsea looked shambolic

Take Jorginho out of the game and you effectively remove the foundation stone of Sarris' building: the whole edifice comes tumbling down

So when the third goal saw Son latch on to Dele's quick long ball out from the back and he simply tore past Jorginiho, it wasn't simply exposing a weakness in the Brazilian's game

It offered a blueprint for stopping Chelsea from playing. (Thereafter Son turned Luiz inside out before finally scoring the goal he had threatened to score from the start; but it was the demolition of Jorginho that felt symbolic)

Sarri won't change. He can't. He has made that much clear. And Chelsea will, of course, play better

Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kante barely featured and that won't happen again this season

But it was one of those performances that send you back to the tactics board and reassess your players

Is Mateo Kovacic really that much better than Ross Barkley? Can Luiz and Rudiger carry the burden of a high pressing defensive line against a top class team? And might January be a busier month than we all imagined? It had always looked quite a task to craft the Antonio Conte team into Sarri's mould

That he did so well, so quickly was a testament to his skills. But at Wembley the cracks we expected to see earlier began to show

The master craftsman may need to go back to the workshop.

Kim Kardashian Lets Daughter North and Niece Dream Do Her Makeup — But Not Without a Meltdown! - New - Duration: 4:01.

Kim Kardashian West has a new glam squad for the day!  The reality star, 38, shared several videos to her Instagram Stories featuring her newest makeup artists —daughter North West and niece Dream Kardashian — who helped contour her face with the newest KKW Beauty "Glam Bible" makeup kit

Get push notifications with news, features and more. Follow Following You'll get the latest updates on this topic in your browser notifications

North, 5, handled most of the contouring and step-by-step guides in the videos shared on Friday

The mother-daughter duo started off the "tutorial" by applying foundation, which accidentally got on Kris Jenner's carpet at the momager's new Palm Springs home, causing Kim to panic

"S—, my mom is gonna kill us!" the mother of three says, as she wipes the bottle with a tissue

"We have to really clean this or Lovey [Jenner's nickname for Grandma] is gonna kill us! Yikes!"  Kim then gasps as the foundation smudges into the carpet even more after rubbing it with the tissue

Once the mess gets handled, North uses a beauty blender on Kim to dab foundation into half of her face and lips

The beauty mogul reminds her daughter that the foundation needs to go all over her face, not just half of it

"I know!" North matter-of-factly reassures her mother.  From there, the pair moves onto a black eyeliner, but instead of using it on Kim's eyes, North carefully writes "KKW" on her mom's cheek

The 5-year-old suddenly goes into meltdown mode after Kim accidentally moves, causing the "W" to smudge onto her nose

"I moved, I'm sorry, I moved!" Kim said over North hysterically crying on the floor

"I didn't know it would cause this much of a big deal! My makeup artists usually don't act this way!"  After North regroups after the makeup mishap, she begins working on her mom's black eyeshadow

Not long after she starts, the kindergartner decides she isn't happy with her work and restarts

Her finished product features Kim with three black freckles on each cheek, lip liner, and very dramatic black eyeshadow

But for the final touches of her makeup, Kim relies on her 2-year-old niece to put on highlighter and blush

"Dreamy, you are so good," Kim lovingly says to Rob Kardashian's daughter. "You're gonna be such a good makeup artist!"  North has previously shown off her makeup skills in Kim's Instagram Stories

The big sister to Saint, 2, and Chicago, 10 months, recently displayed a face full of makeup, from light foundation on her nose to dark eyeshadow, bronzer, and a gray lip in September

Kim filmed her eldest daughter using a brush and her hand to attempt to blend her look (with mixed results!) and captioned the clip "Contour Queen," adding the crown emoji

Kim also added another clip of North modeling a bright red lipstick, which the KKW founder identified as number six of her new Classic Blossom collection

As North flashes a smile, Kim tells her, "Thanks for being the best model for me

"  But the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has been quick to shut down mommy shamers before they even had a chance to criticize her for letting North wear makeup

"Relax," she wrote over the video. "It's coming off in a few mins. I just needed a bribe to get out of the door … you feel me?!?!?!"

Joy Behar: I Liked Trump Before Politics, But 'Who Knew He Was Such A Psycho?' - News Today - Duration: 2:17.

The people of New York knew President Donald Trump was a "con man" before he ever ran for office, according to "The View" co-host Joy Behar

Behar appeared on MSNBC's "The Beat with Ari Melber" Friday, and Melber asked the comedian about knowing Trump in the decades before the White House

"Who knew he was such a psycho?" Behar said. "I liked the guy in a way. It was like, oh, he's a New York character

"  Behar believes New York residents are especially "hip" to Trump's game, having been around him for so many years

"We knew him. We get it," Behar said. "Just like Michael Bloomberg said, 'I know a con man when I see one

' He's a con man. New Yorkers are hip to it. The rest of the country didn't know him the way we do

"  The comedian didn't think that, if he won, Donald Trump could possibly be as bad as he has been

"He's worse," Behar said.  "I thought he was also a secret Democrat, which he shows us he's not," said Behar

"He's not a Republican or a Democrat, he's just an anarchist, as far as I'm concerned

"  Check out Behar's full appearance on "The Beat with Ari Melber" in the video above
