Step number two try balancing the ball on the side of your foot and repeat the motion practiced in step one

But this time flick the ball into the air as you finish the trick

Step three put step one and step two together and land Eclipse from juggling

How Many Of These 5 Former WWE Stars Do You Still Remember - Part 1

5 Maven: Despite being part of WWE for almost four years, it seems that Maven was unable to achieve anything that would guarantee that he would be remembered by the WWE Universe in the years that followed.

The only thing that Maven will be remembered for is that he was the male winner of the first ever season of Tough Enough as well as a three-time Hardcore Champion, but none of these accolades stood for very much following his release.

Maven departed from WWE back in 2005 and after a brief stint in TNA in the years that followed it was reported back in 2013 that the former Champion was now working as a bouncer at 1015 Midtown in New York City.

While there are a number of stars who have been forgotten, there aren't many who have been able to hold down a regular job following their stint in the spotlight.

4 Joy Giovanni: There are a number of female wrestlers who have come through the company over the past few decades thanks to the annual Diva Search. Many of these women were seen as eye candy that only lasted on the main roster for a number of months before they were released and then never seen again.

Joy Giovanni is a fantastic example of this as a former member of the 2004 Diva Search. Even though Joy came in third and didn't win the competition, she was signed to the company a few days later and became a character on SmackDown Live that was seen as a massage therapist.

Giovanni was released from her WWE contract in 2005 due to budget cuts but returned for a one-off appearance at WrestleMania 25 as part of the Women's Battle Royal where she was finally able to make her in-ring debut, even though she didn't win the match.

3 Trent Barreta: Many hardcore wrestling fans will remember "The Dudebusters" from ECW's early years alongside Caylon Croft. Barreta was the standout star of the team and after Croft was released from WWE he was forced into a role as a singles competitor that he didn't seem completely ready for.

Barreta moved down the ranks and became a talent enhancer while only being able to work regular Superstars shows before the company sent him to the newly revamped NXT roster.

At this moment in time, NXT was going through a number of changes itself and trying to become an established promotion and it seems that Barreta just didn't make the cut.

Barreta was part of the company for almost four years but he was never able to make the kind of impact that the WWE needed him to and since his release he has been struggling to remain relevant on the Independent scene.

2 Ricky Ortiz: Ricky Ortiz was one of the first footballers who had been recruited and then sent to the company's developmental territory to hone his skills and become a successful grappler. Ortiz made his official WWE debut as part of the ECW brand and was someone who was able to become a star as part of the promotion.

As with many stars who later made the switch to WWE's main shows, Ortiz struggled to continue to be impressive on the main roster and a loss to Jack Swagger signalled the beginning of his downfall.

When Ortiz was drafted over to SmackDown Live and expected to go onto a run as a heel all of his flaws were there to see and it seems that his lack of charisma was the main thing that caused WWE to make the decision to release him from the company. Ortiz has since become another name on WWE's hits and misses list.

1 Tyler Reks: Tyler Recks was a superstar who was able to make an impact on ECW following his debut before WWE allowed him to make the switch over to their main brands.

It was as part of SmackDown Live that Reks became an established mid-card talent but he was someone that WWE completely dropped the ball with. Reks had the look and the talent to go far in WWE, but the company wasn't ready to gamble on him.

Reks' most memorable moment of his career was perhaps when he was part of the winning team at Bragging Rights back in 2010 but WWE still didn't see him as a viable investment.

The lasting image that the WWE Universe has of Reks is where he was given an exotic dancer gimmick alongside Curt Hawkins before he decided to walk away from the wrestling business a few months later in order to spend more time with his family.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Superhourglass.

Today we are going to discuss: How long before liposuction do you need to stop smoking?

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know

for you to get the hourglass shape you've always wanted.

Welcome back!

There is no doubt that smoking is injurious to your health.

However, when it comes to liposuction and other plastic surgery procedures,

smoking can be life-threatening.

During the initial consultation, the plastic surgeon will assess your health, examine your body,

and ask whether you are a smoker.

If you are a smoker, you will be required to stop smoking before the surgery and remain a non-smoker

during the recovery period.

There are many smokers who desire to contour their body and want to know how long before liposuction

they need to stop smoking.

Most plastic surgeons, including myself, encourage patients to stop smoking

several weeks before the surgery.

The minimum time period to stop smoking is at least two weeks before the intervention.

Smoking causes the blood to coagulate.

It also constricts the blood vessels and capillaries.

It can also destabilize your blood pressure during the surgery.

Smoking is also linked to a number of respiratory problems.

During liposuction, your body will experience surgical trauma and there will be several incisions

on the target areas.

You need to have normal blood flow to have a safer liposuction.

If you don't stop smoking at least two weeks before the surgery, you may experience complications

during the operation.

For example, your blood pressure may destabilize or anesthetic complications may arise.

Not stopping smoking can also lead to aesthetic and health complications during the recovery period.

Smoking can obstruct the normal blood flow in the body, preventing fresh blood, nutrients,

and oxygen from flowing to the incision.

This can trigger poor and slow wound healing, which will affect the final aesthetic results

in negative ways.

You may also develop unsightly scarring after liposuction as a result of smoking.

During the recovery period, you will remain in bed most of the time to properly heal.

However, the inactivity can expose you to the risk of blood clotting.

Smoking further catalyzes and boosts the risk of blood clotting.

A blood clot can travel to your heart, lungs, or brain, resulting in death or permanent disability.

In order to achieve better aesthetic results and undergo a safer liposuction, you must be sure

to stop smoking at least two weeks before the surgery.

Also, you must avoid smoking at least three weeks after the intervention.

5 Nathan Jones: Nathan Jones is a superstar who was given a number of chances in WWE and was even part of WrestleMania 19 and seen as The Undertaker's biggest protege around that time.

Jones was solid on the mic and looked like someone who could definitely have a future in WWE to the point where he was even given a lot of hype ahead of his debut. The issue was that Jones didn't have much in terms of ability in the ring and what he did have to offer got stale quickly.

Jones wasn't with the company for long before he made the decision to leave, but the one thing that many of the WWE Universe remember about Jones is his cameo in 2004 film Troy. It's sad that someone of his physique wasn't able to go much further in WWE but he was part of an era that included a number of hits and misses for WWE.

4 The Highlanders: There have been a number of forgettable tag teams in WWE over the past few decades, but The Highlanders are perhaps one of the most unlucky.

The company has attempted to give some teams the strangest gimmicks to allow them to stand out and The Highlanders were no exception as they were seen as Scottish brothers Robbie and Rory McAllister and would wrestle in kilts.

Sadly for the brothers, they were never able to make much of an impact in WWE and the one thing that many WWE fans remember about the duo is the way they were released. It seems that Robbie was in attendance at a TNA taping and was shown on camera before a WWE official called and told him to leave, which he did.

He lost his entire paycheck for WrestleMania that year before being released from WWE a few months later along with his brother. 3 Kizarny: Having a gimmick that stands out isn't always something that is guaranteed to get you over.

Kizarny proved this when he became an evil carnival worker it didn't seem to be able to connect with the WWE Universe in the way WWE had hoped.

Kizarny didn't last long in WWE since he was basically buried from the moment he made his debut. It's sad because WWE built up his debut for so long with such great vignettes and then he seemed to fail to deliver.

Needless to say, Kizarny was replaced just two months after he made his official debut on WWE TV after it was reported that he failed to turn up for a match.

He has been able to continue to work in the business over the past few years, with a lengthy stint in Chikara to his name, but regardless of what Kizarny goes on to achieve he will always be the flop that was once in WWE.

2 Maxine: Before NXT became the phenomenon that it currently is, WWE used it in a competition style format and back in 2010 the company presented their first ever all-female version of the show.

This included a number of upcoming female wrestlers like AJ Lee, Kaitlyn and Naomi but it also included some forgettable women who weren't able to make a lasting name for themselves on the main roster.

Maxine was one of those women and could easily have become a star if given the chance but it is reported that Triple H stole her idea for a gimmick and gave it to Aksana, which left her with nothing moving forward so she asked for her WWE release.

She has since gone on to make a name for herself in Lucha Underground and put her entire WWE career behind her. It's ironic that Maxine actually wants to forget her career in WWE since it has become quite forgettable to the WWE Universe.

1 Michael Tarver: The Nexus are definitely one of the most memorable stables that WWE has been able to create in the current era, but while the likes of Darren Young, Heath Slater, Ryback and David Otunga used being part of the stable to catapult them into a WWE career, it seems that there will always be one forgettable member of the group.

Michael Tarver was one of the original members of The Nexus and was built as the muscle of the group but was later thrown out of the group by John Cena and sent back to FCW.

While many of his former tag team partners were able to make names for themselves on the main roster, Tarver was released from the company for being incompetent and will now always be seen as the least successful member of the group.

Tarver has attempted to remain on the Independent Circuit over the past few years but as a forgettable former star, it seems that the bookings aren't exactly rolling in.

good morning y'all I'm literally literally waking up and so this is a

true good morning I wanted to cover a topic and I didn't want to forget it so

I apologize for the look and I'm still in bed as you can see but I thought let

me do it before I forget it because I think of all these great topics and I

completely forget to cover them and also I am going back to more talking videos

and less vlogs because that's how I started anyway and I want to continue

back with that tradition in the new year in the coming year but anyway I wanted

to talk about the topic why do African women not cover their

breasts okay it is obvious to most of us but some people it may not be so obvious

but Africans don't see breasts as a sexual organ they see breasts breasts to

them is equivalent to a hand equivalent to neck equivalent to face any other

body part other than a sexual organ and the reason being that Africa it's

because Africans have always seen breasts as something that is used to

nurture a baby because we didn't have formulas and stuff like that and so the

sole purpose of the breasts was to nature a baby and also Africans didn't

use sex for personal pleasure they use sex for procreation and as a result sex

I mean a breast didn't play a part in that process and so and so they never

saw breasts as a something to hide if you

notice most African women will cover their private part you know like the

coochie but they will not cover their breasts because it's not something sinful

that's number one number two we in South Africa for instance we use a lot of

taxis because a lot of people couldn't afford

to buy their own cars so we have this 18 seaters

and you will hear man saying

things like when the baby cries if a woman has a baby on her lap and the

baby starts crying they quickly say we don't want to hear that please just give

that baby breast and they think it's funny and they don't see anything wrong

with that and if their way of encouraging the woman and making sure

that she's free so whenever I see a controversy in the Western world about

breasts and ah you know like people discussing whether women should cover up

and stuff like that I'm like Africans never covered up it's never been a

controversy in Africa - you know - breast has never been a sexual

controversy because we've always understood breasts as something that you

use to feed a baby so there's no controversy there so it's not that Africans

were behind I think the world is coming around to understanding that breast is

nothing I mean I understand people use it for things other than you know like

feeding a baby but in general an Africa that's why every video every TV

programme that shows the developing or the uncivilized world people don't

cover up so until recently even in South Africa which is the very westernized

country many people didn't care about especially black people didn't care

about breasts so and that's that's the reason why you can see all those videos

and women are jiggling they're breasts but the role that the breasts plays in

African culture is when they can tell if someone has had a baby by their breasts.

I mean that's a given right even in the Western world so not covering up is

really a way of saying I'm still a woman who has never had a child right that's

part of a nothing's the only thing that's part why they don't cover up so

when we have ceremonies and stuff like that everybody can see that this person

has never had a child because they are breasts you know are

still pointing at the man those who are South African and Xhosa

they will understand what i mean by that we have a saying in Xhosa your breasts

are pointing in a man that means your breasts are still you know like up and

four but obviously with people being overweight nowadays and you know like

obesity and stuff like that that rule cannot apply because your breasts can be

big and they can be small over time if you lose weight and that doesn't mean

that you've had a child just because they are not longer pointing forward

anyway so I thought that topic was a nice topic to cover because I always

want to miss dispel that's the word I'm looking for always we want to dispel all

the misconceptions that people have Africans have a very practical

understanding of how life works and many many the older I get the more I

appreciate how African thought process work and how you know like Africans the

cultural norms develop over time because a lot of times people rely so much on

theories but at the end of the day it's what it's practice that matter right and

I'm not saying that the Westerners are necessarily wrong but as you can see by

the controversy women are starting to say hey we not just sexual objects

we are also mothers who need to feed you know like our children so I hope you
