have this way of either helping them

through their current issues or

definitely towards pursuing any for

anthropic endeavors that speak to your

soul and which will help to aid humanity

even if you aren't doing any of these

things right now even if you're still

figuring it out which is okay regardless

of what you do regardless of what you

choose to pursue in your life from this

bread it's clear that whatever you

decide as your life's work

you will feel most fulfilled when you

are in service of others in some way you

definitely need to feel as though you

are making a difference in someone's

life and making a difference globally as

well you are probably the type of person

who wants to see the change they're

making and be the change they wish to

see you are you are the special ones

ultimately aid humanity without a doubt

working in your favor so please make

all right so we have the Empress the

queen of Wands the two of cups and the

six of Pentacles alright so looking at

this spread I immediately see that your

life purpose has a lot to do with being

a humanitarian with being a

philanthropist which is very similar to

group 1 but the main difference I'm

hearing between your life purpose and

group one's life purpose is that your

seems to be more karmic and I'll explain

this in a minute but as I see here in

the 6th of Pinnacle's which is where

it's jumping out at me this is telling

me that you were actually brought here

or brought back here on earth to cleanse

your karmic account from your past life

which means that your life purpose is

directly tied to sharing and giving it's

tied to charity and justice it's all

different and being able to seamlessly

merge the two is what you were put here

so we have the four of Wands the

strength the chariot the page of Wands

and I'm actually gonna move this four up

is that of an entrepreneur so what is an

entrepreneur exactly an entrepreneur is

a person who runs themselves like a

business or organizes and operates

purpose is one of travel determination

and movement you were brought here to

channel your energy to discipline your

emotions and your mind and to

is so rare to find and it is the very

you decide to do which you clearly have

your pick of options because as an

entrepreneur you can choose to succeed

at anything as long as it's your heart's

desires and you're willing to put in the

hard work that comes with it regardless

your life purpose is one of decisiveness

of new ambitions of responsibility and

money you were put here on earth to be

revolutionary to overthrow and disrupt

the status quo you were put here to show

people what can truly be done when you

push yourself to unprecedented Heights

and although you may be operating under

extremely high energy levels mentally

and physically you must you must be able

to accept the responsibility that comes

with that and handle it as well as you

can in order to be successful but please

I have to say this please know for all

my type-a personalities watching please

know that when it's time to rest and

recharge your mind and body before you

burnout take the time to shut down rest

and recharge your batteries it's

important it's necessary

and it's vital for your health wealth

and success for those that chose group

the world and it is literally yours for

what is your life purpose what were you

born to do so we have the six of Wands

all right so but those who chose group 5

your life purpose is one of a spiritual

teacher probably knew it was coming

you are here to interpret your vivid

dreams to bring information down from

the ëthis and to share that cosmic

wisdom with the worlds because we need

it but right away let's start from the

beginning right away I'm hearing with

the king of pinnacles and the Ace of

Cups were first that some of you may be

a little bit conflicted about walking

that path some of you may be torn

between choosing to be practical and

grounded in the material world or diving

extremely deep into the spiritual realm

and by the material world

I mean earthly possessions be more

concerned about money and external

achievements and wealth versus the realm

nourishing your soul going within and

the true programming of the world we

connect to the source and choosing to

at your cards there is a way to balance

divine angels of the world here to open

yourself up as a channel for the source

to work through you are here to develop

a spiritual philosophy by raising your

vibration and by doing so by raising

your vibration you help to raise the

vibration and awareness of those around

you so important you're not here to go

into the mountains and be a hermit per

se but rather you were brought here to

communicate your knowledge and share it

with the world

you were brought here to balance and

source energy running through you you

have the source walking with you you

have a knowing in our a communicator

whose purpose is to bring your ideas

your knowledge and your wisdom into the

material world and if you feel as though

you're not a good communicator right now

that may be something you need to

actively work on developing in order to

fulfill your true calling your life's

work if you choose could feed that of a

light healer healing others with the

power of your hands or a spiritual

teacher helping heal others through

classes sessions and seminars other

career options for you could be that of

an astronomer a numerologist any type of

metaphysical work a psychic an

astronomer an author or writer or

therapist or psychologist there are so

many different ways that you can choose

to reach people with your loving

guidance so please don't keep your

magical divine energy and wisdom to

yourself the world needs you and your

purpose is to spread light and love as

much as you can no matter where life

leads you but I have to say this since

you are the true givers of the world

giving and never truly taking make sure

you take care of your soul feed it daily

and fuel it up before you go back out

into the world

We are in Raxaul

The last city in India before the border with Nepal

One of the ways to get to the border is using a horse-drawn wagon

It's one of the few places in the world where it´s possible to see carriage jams

To enter in Nepal we had to pay 25 american dollars per head

It´s made at the arrival, fill the papers, they stamp the passaport and in half an hour it is done

After a few hours in the Jeep we stopped here in a bar

Actually, it´s a house where there´s the mountain behind it

We are climbing for a period now

We still have around 30km to climb

It took 31 hours to get here from Kolkata

20 hours by train, plus around 3 hours to cross the border

Plus around 6 to 7 hours by Jeep

The Jeep dropped us at the entrance of Kathmandu, then we took another cab to reach the hotel

Yet we are here now

We couldn't record the rest of the way here because it was dark

This is the famous blue Lotus flower

One interesting fact of Kathmandu is that there was one strong earthquake in 2015 and another in 2017

So, few buildings are closed because the structure of them are compromised

This building has been damaged on the 2015 earthquake

It's doom, there is nothing else to fix it

Only demolish and build another one

Actually they are building another one here

It's unbelievable, it seems that we're in a middle ages movie

it's really nice, amazing

In every roof support there is a god, carved in the wood

Everything here is made of painted wood

Where Do My Greek Roots Come From? | Pre-war Greek Birth Registers - Duration: 9:25.

Today is the day the day we will visit the village where possibly our heritage is.

It should be down there.

It's been a long journey, about a three our drive from our hotel.

And many locals informed us.

And they warned us that it was supposed to be a long road coming here.

And that we should really leave the hotel at 6 am.

All pretty uncomfy. But actually this whole trip went really smooth.

Our hotel is located at Agios Nikolaos and we drove

pass the north coast and at Rethymno we went down.

There we passed the mountain pass.

We stopped at the side

First of all for this sight but also to introduce this day.

Not sure if I can tell much more the rest of the day but for sure I will try to shoot some awesome shots.

But guys, look behind me.

Not sure what to expect in the village.

Its an old fishers village. Locals told me that people walk around in traditional

clothing.

Not sure if I believe that, but we will see.

And its about a 10 minute drive. Next images will be in

Why? How does it make you feel?

I feel comfortable and I like the vibe that the music creates.

It´s the first type of music I have listened to because my big brother is addicted to this kind of music.

Would you say a lot of your friends listen to the same music here in Morocco?

Yes!

What else? What is typical? So for young people like yourself, is it typical to listen to electronic music?

Or also maybe traditional or pop or anything else?

I like all kinds of music! But I prefer techno and house somtimes.

Here in Morocco we have traditional music like Chaabi.

We like listening to that at weddings and parties, family parties. That´s traditional music, Chaabi.

I´m asking myselfhow does this combine with the belief?

So for example if it´s time for the prayer and you are at the festival, what do you do?

There is no festival in the time of the prayer. The last prayer in our day it´s Asr.

It´s at 9 o´clock. So every festival starts at night. So we don´t have a problem with that.

So it doesn´t intefere? Okay.

And there is no negative image of the music?

So let´s say the people who are very religious, do they think it´s like a bad thing or a good thing

or is it just normal to listen to techno?

Well, they think the young ones are taking drugs to listen to this music

and that they get wasted and stuff.

But we are just normal and we like to listen to techno.

To pokłosie ujawnienia praktyki wyłudzania zasiłków dla bezrobotnych. Prawda o zjawisku sięga jednak głębiej

 Skandaliczna praktyka ujawniona przez dziennikarzy programu "Nieuwsuur" nie przysporzyła naszym rodakom chwały

Na pewno zrobiło się o nich głośno, ale nie o takiej "sławie" chcielibyśmy słyszeć

Według ustaleń twórców audycji, niemal 10 tys. Polaków mogło otrzymać nienależne im zasiłki dla bezrobotnych

Wspierać ich w tym miało około 150 agencji i osób fizycznych, które znalazły "lukę" w systemie

 Sama praktyka jest skandaliczna i stanowi naruszenie prawa kraju, w którym Polacy pracowali

Holenderscy dziennikarze skupili się jednak tylko na jednej stronie medalu. Przedstawili ćwierćmilionową Polonię przez pryzmat grupy wyłudzającej nienależne im świadczenia

W materiale pominięto rolę systemu holenderskiego, w którym przyszło pracować migrantom zarobkowym

Nie tylko z Polski. Przed kilkoma dniami na łamach "De Volkstrant" dokładnie opisała sprawę Małgorzata Bos-Karczewska, redaktor naczelna portalu polonia

W ten sposób nieuczciwi pośrednicy pracy koszty prowadzenia swojego biznesu przerzucają na podatników

Mechanizm, który został opisany, jest stosunkowo prosty. Opiera się o przepisy prawa pracy, które nakładają na pośredników stosowanie zbiorowego układu pracy (w skrócie CAO - red

). Najpopularniejszym jest CAO ABU.  Ten skrót oznacza system dzielenia pracy na trzy etapy

Ostatnia faza, czyli C, to już otrzymanie odpowiednika polskiej umowy o pracę na czas nieokreślony

 Sam pomysł wydaje się być w miarę przejrzysty. Jak zawsze jednak diabeł tkwi w szczegółach

Jeśli agencja zerwie umowę z pracownikiem w etapie B i przyjmie go znów po upływie przynajmniej 13, ale nie więcej niż 26 tygodni, czteroletni okres rozpoczyna się na nowo

W ten sposób agencja może w nieskończoność oferować pracownikom umowy tymczasowe i zabezpieczać się przed koniecznością wypłacania pensji w razie braku zleceń

Standardem jest bowiem zwalnianie pracowników w okresach przestoju lub braku zleceń

Zamiast jednak traktować to jako koszt prowadzenia biznesu, agencje wykorzystują przepisy jako swoistą "poduszkę"

 Pracownicy czekają na telefon, gdy znów pojawi się praca, a do tego otrzymują zasiłek (UMV)

Do tego, co ujawnił "Nieuwsuur", agencje pomagały swoim pracownikom oszukiwać urząd wypłacający zasiłki

By przysługiwał, trzeba spełnić kilka warunków - przebywać na terytorium Holandii i aktywnie poszukiwać pracy

Należne pieniądze w systemie holenderskim nie są traktowane jako "odszkodowanie" czy "nagroda" za brak pracy, ale wsparcie w okresie jej poszukiwania

I temu celowi mają służyć. Stąd urzędy wysyłają pod adres zamieszkania formularze z pytaniami, a czasem wzywają do siedziby

 Jak sobie radzili z tym Polacy? Według relacji "Nieuswuur", co potwierdza nam Natalia, która przez 6 lat mieszkała i pracowała w Holandii, część Polaków podawała jako adres zamieszkania adres agencji

Drugą opcją było podanie adresu znajomego, który przebywał w Holandii w czasie, gdy pobierający zasiłek wyjeżdżał do Polski

Cóż trudniejszego niż szybki telefon do kolegi w Polsce, że za kilka dni oczekuje na niego urzędnik w holenderskim urzędzie

 - Z największych miast w Polsce busy do Holandii jeżdżą kilka razy dziennie. "Kombinatorzy" starają się unikać samolotów - mówi nam Natalia, czym potwierdza rewelacje holenderskich dziennikarzy

Dodaje jednak, że holenderski system nastawiony jest na jak najmniejszy kontakt z człowiekiem

W większości sprawdzanie, czy ktoś poszukuje pracy, a tym samym należy mu się zasiłek, odbywa się zdalnie

and accessible for all of us to enjoy.

we owe much to these hard-working individuals

who have shaped our trails for the past 100 years.

- Hey everybody, thanks for coming out today.

My name's LeeAnne.

I'm going to be your WTA crew leader for the day.

- Hi LeeAnne. - Hello.

- What is the WTA?

- [LeeAnne] So Washington Trails Association

is a non-profit powered by hikers

basically engaging and advocating for trails.

- So are volunteers responsible

for all the trail maintenance?

- [LeeAnne] Our land manager partners

are actually responsible for all of the trails,

however their budgets have been

severely declining in the last few years.

So it really does mean a lot for us

to have volunteers come out and work with us

on the trails to keep them maintained.

Got some folks out wearing orange hats.

They're going to be our assistant crew leaders,

going to be kind of managing our smaller projects

once we get on to the trail.

- I'm just going to go ahead and take that and move it out -

- [Colin] Trail maintenance. - [Kelsi] Nice.

It's a good thing we have a leader

and it's not just freeform clearing.

- [Colin] Right, because this would all be gone.

- Will you be telling us what we're

supposed to remove and what not to?

- [LeeAnne] Yes, absolutely. - Okay.

- I am so excited to use these clippers.

I just want to snip something.

- Anna hiking just shouldn't bring a...

- [LeeAnne] Nope. - ..brush clearer.

- Just freestyling. - This looks fun!

- This tree's coming down. - Yeah.

- [LeeAnne] It's definitely very guided

when you come out here, yes.

- [Elena] Oh good. - Yes.

- [Kelsi] So, how do you get into this work?

How do you find out about volunteer opportunities?

- Basically on wta.org, there's a calendar

and you can see all the work parties going on statewide.

- Oh, wow. - Ooh.

- [LeeAnne] So you can select day trips,

we do Backcountry response teams,

which are four to five days.

And then we do volunteer vacations, which are weeklongs.

- Oh.

- [LeeAnne] So, generally anybody is welcome

to sign up, no experience necessary.

- Lock and load.

- [Anna] What type of stuff are we doing on the trails?

- [LeeAnne] Basically, the name of the game today

is going to be some maintenance stuff.

And we're going to do a bit of rock work.

And we're going to do some brushing and some drainage.

(upbeat music)

- [Anna] Do you have to have any experience

with tools or outdoor work or anything?

- [LeeAnne] Nope, we teach you everything you need to know.

- This is great because I don't do any yard work, usually.

- Okay.

- Hey, watch where you're swinging that -

what's your tool called?

- [Elena] That thing looks like fun.

- One, two, three.

- Oh. - Oh wow!

- Sounds like a lot of core...

- Yeah. - Yeah.

- ...like, strength.

How strenuous of a day can we expect?

- [LeeAnne] I mean, it's definitely very physical.

(deep breath)

- [Anna] You guys did that!

- Yeah! - Nice work!

- The key is the legs.

- That may not have been in my legs.

- [LeeAnne] Usually, we try to offer a variety of work

so once you get physically tired from one task,

you can move to something else, for sure.

- Sure they need an orange peeler, or something.

- [Anna] Yeah. - [LeeAnne] Right.

- [Elena] Yeah!

- [LeeAnne] Some folks joke that WTA is 'we talk a lot'.

- [Anna] Yep. - [Elena] That is our group.

- [Anna] Yep.

- We're all about that action, boss.

- So we came to the right,

- we came to the right volunteer group.

- [Anna] We are prepared. - [Colin] Yeah.

- Alright, let's go to the trail, guys.

- Okay. - Tally ho!

- Gotta clear this brush.

- [LeeAnne] Alright, so this is going to be

our work spot for the day.

What we're looking at here is basically

a lot of drainage issues, so those rocks

that are kind of sloughing downhill is a good indicator

of water on the trail coming this way.

So what we're going to try to do is actually

build a rock wall from this rock

back to the rocks coming off of our bridge structure

and kind of tie it all into one.

First and foremost, we need to kind of clear away

a good landing pad, so we're going to have to do

a good amount of excavating.

(rock music)

- [Colin] Incoming.

- [LeeAnne] That's a good idea.

- Got it!

- [LeeAnne] Once we have a good base,

we'll go and get some nice big rocks

to fill this project up.

- [Colin] Sweet.

- Nice. - Cool.

- [LeeAnne] Sound like fun?

- Yeah! - [LeeAnne] Cool.

- Gotcha!

Found one.

- [Colin] How's it look down there?

Oh, I think this is the one.

- [Kelsi] This might be the one.

- [Elena] So how do you know which rocks make good rocks?

- [LeeAnne] Well, so, the one we're looking at

has really flat sides to it.

- [Elena] Big flat rocks?

- [LeeAnne] For sure.

- [Elena] Let's get it, guys.

- It's okay.

- [Elena] Move!

- [Elena] Boulder!

- [Anna] Yep.

The local time is right here, that's useful for use to have a punctual call

or you can use the Dialpad with the area code in front of the numbers

Once you had the international numbers

the cost appears at the upper right corner of the screen

so you can estimate how much money you have to pay for it

Now, just by clicking on green "Wifi" button on screen

you're ready to start calling

Do Employers Read Cover Letters? - Duration: 1:44.

I want to step back on this one for a second.

Everybody, when you submit your email let's say, then there's many ways to submit your

cover letter.

Sometimes you're submitting it in an applicant tracking system.

Sometimes you're attaching it to an email that you're sending along with your resume.

You've got an email, some words in the email about who you are, an attached cover letter,

and an attached resume.

If you go that route, what happens in, I dare say 100% of the time, the person opens the

email, and then glances at your email, the text you put in the email, and then clicks

your resume and opens it.

Then they look at the resume, because they want to get right to the answer, they want

to see if you fit.

Then if they like your resume, then they kind of hop over the cover letter, they open it

up to see if there's really anything else in there.

That's the sequence.

They don't read the email, then open the cover letter, then read the cover letter, then open

the resume, then read the resume.

That does not happen.

When it's submitted in an applicant tracking system, it's never read, even though it says

this is required, because most of the time what's happening is the applicant tracking

system's engine is working.

There's a tolerant set based on keyword matches, how closely your resume, submitted resume,

or entries into the system align to what the employer's looking for.

They get a small fraction of the number of resumes that are submitted into either their

inbox, or they will go into the applicant tracking system and open up the system, and

then have the system basically tell them who to look at.

What is title insurance?

Well first, let me explain a title. A title

Is a formal document that states your rights to a piece of property.

It is also known as a deed a title or deed serves as evidence of ownership.

Title insurance protects property buyers and mortgage lenders

against defects or problems with the title when there is a transfer of property ownership.

Issuing title insurance is a two-part process first the title company or attorney

researches records to make sure there are no undisclosed heirs to the property, unpaid taxes, pending legal action,

errors, fraud, or other problems with the deed. Put simply, the title must be clean

verifying that the seller really does own the property and is free to sell it. Next, the title company

contracts with an underwriting company to issue an insurance policy that will pay for your defense if anyone challenges your title and

compensate you for your equity if you lose.
