Youtube daily is it Sep 23 2018

I want you to look at something right now think of some major goal you want or

maybe it's one you're already working on and you have experienced a lot of

setbacks a lot of defeats you've experienced a lot of disappointment

maybe you've already given up and maybe you just need a little fire a little

encouragement to get back in the game again here's what I want you to look at

there are winners and there are losers and there are people who have not

discovered how to win and all they need is some coaching all they need is some

help and assistance just a little support all they need is some insight or

a different strategy a plan of action to make some adjustments that will open up

the key to a whole new future for them that will give them access to the

unlimited power that they have within themselves that's all that they need so

what I want you to do is think about something you want for you that's real

for you that's important for you that will give your life some special meaning

and power and I don't even want you to say I can do that I don't want you to

assume that see five years ago when I started out in this area I would not

have been able to make the mental leap that I would be up to where I am right

now I don't want you to begin to just psych yourself out no no I want you to

be able to say something to yourself that will enable you to maintain a level

of integrity with yourself that when you say this even when you face tremendous

setbacks it it will be a benchmark to keep you in the game to keep you moving

forward in experimenting and readjusting your strategy and your plan of action

continuously looking for ways to win so what is that

something when you got an idea you want to move on you might not have the money

you might not have the education you might not have the support or resources

you need what is that something that can keep us going that will enable us to act

on our dream what's one of those keys that will begin to help us to discover

the secrets to our dream here's what I want to

to be pleased with power and conviction say it's possible that's all I want you

to do when you look at your dream you say to yourself every day it's possible

just say that every day to yourself it's possible because what does that do see

it begins to change your belief system see the way in which we operate ladies

and gentlemen it's a manifestation of what we believe what's possible for us

whatever you've done up to this point all that it really is is a duplication

it's a reproduction of what you believe subconsciously that you deserve and

what's possible for your life most people operate out of the their personal

history out of their memory things have done things have experienced things have

seen things that they have observed what I'm suggesting that you operate out of a

larger vision of yourself I want you to see yourself doing what you want to do

experiencing what you want experiencing having what you want to have doing what

is that gives your life some meaning of value operate out of your imagination

not your memory because whatever you look at where you want to go I'm wanting

to warn you you will have some conversation back here after you go

through the data that you've experienced in life saying you can't do it

and so what you want to begin to do is ignore that inner conversation well most

people ladies and gentlemen when something happens to them what they do

is they begin to believe that that's the way it is that's the way it's always

been and they can't see the possibility of it being any different example before

in April 1954 the common belief the universe will believe because it had

been tried again and again and again and people that fail the belief was that man

was not physically capable of breaking the four-minute barrier that he could

not run a mile in less than four minutes that was the belief on the planet it had

never been done but here's what happened ladies and gentlemen Roger Bannister

came along and he broke the four-minute barrier now

here's what's significant about that since that time up to this day over

20,000 people have done it including high school kids what changed

20,000 people what changed here's what happened when they got on the track they

knew it had been done and because they knew it had been done there was a new

belief about this barrier about this goal that was unreachable and those

20,000 people got into raised believing knowing in their heart that someone had

done it that it's possible that they could do it and I'm saying that if you

know anybody that had some goals some dreams something they wanted to do and

they did it denies saying that you know in your heart that if someone has done

it then you can do it it's possible and that if someone can make that dream

become a reality that it's it's possible that you can make your dream become

reality and so as you begin to look at where you want to go beginning to

embrace that it's possible I'm blessed and highly favored I've got a lot going

for me I got some good stuff in me and it's possible that I can bring my

greatness out here in the universe that I can do what I want to do it's possible

I can write my own book I can have my own business I I can take the trip and

travel around the world it's possible I can bounce back from adversity and

reinvent my life it's possible regardless of where I am the things can

get better for me it's possible I'm thinking about two men right here in

Chicago who are fairly successful similar background educated they work

for corporation for many years and they were among many people that were laid

off two guys who were very good friends one when I'm looking for a job for

several weeks along with the other one and they face disappointment and

rejection again and again and again they couldn't find any work which is the

story of many people across this country one guy stopped he became discouraged he

stopped going he stayed home looking at television became very argumentative and

toxic with his wife drinking beer getting on the phone talking to his

other negative unemployed friends and he just gave up the other guy kept looking

for a job everywhere he could go every time he could get an opportunity kept

asking people networking checking the newspapers every day kept going

everywhere he could trying to find a job you have too much education you

overqualified you won't be here long enough he kept going he kept going he

went to a places they look he I tell you what if you can't hire me and I know you

can use my talents abilities and skills I don't want to sit home and do nothing

just just let me do some volunteer work you don't have to give me anything all

right I just want to work I want to be busy guy said okay it's on you now but

don't don't expect me to give me anything it's okay this guy came in and

work he was the first one there the last one to leave was the best

employee there about four weeks later one of the top managers quit they were

looking for a replacement guess who they selected this other guy this guy who was

volunteering his time he got the job what was the difference between the two

men eyesight and mindsight eyesight is judging on what you see

judging according to appearances but mine site is how you interpret what you

see one guy said it's not possible it's over I'm finished I can't do it I can't

make it he's surrendered I'm faced rejection again and again I'm not going

anymore there are no jobs out there but this

other guy he felt that in spite of the knows and rejections in spite of how bad

the economy is in spite of what the newspapers are saying that it's possible

that somebody somewhere will give me a job he just kept going thinking it was

possible and guess what ladies and gentlemen that's what we have to do with

our dreams because things happen to you in life that you can never ever

anticipate and many times when those things happen you want to give up I

remember when I was in broadcasting when I was a disc jockey I became very

controversial not only being a disc jockey but I felt that radio was

something that you not only entertain people with but you also empower them

you educate them and I got fired I did just leave they fired me that was

a shock I said wait a minute they took my

microphone I thought that was who I was no no ladies and gentlemen it wasn't I

had to do something else and I don't know what else I could do see here's

what I'm looking at what are the uses for your life right now that you haven't

even reach for you see I believe it when you don't have enough encouragement to

act on your dreams or ideas or you're not enlightened enough the life will act

on you see life it moved on and said let's run you about Rome this is time

for you to do something else well I wasn't enlightening the back organize

some discharges and got my job back so

he had to find me a gear I got five twice here's what I did I had to think

of something else until guys suggested Tiffany he said les

why don't you run for office a semantical never know anything about how

to operate in the political arena I've heard encourage people to register to

vote and get Optive oat but I don't know anything about politics he said neither

young people who love robbers all the time

so I ran now here's what I'm suggesting I ran you got to do what you can where

you are with what you have I didn't have any money I didn't know anything about

the political process I didn't even have any support but here's what the guy told

me it's possible you could win that's all I had

I was running against an endorsed candidate he wasn't incumbent he had the

newspaper support all of the leadership in the community and I was challenging

this guy so I had a sing when I was on radio stand up for what you believe in

because you can fall for anything and I would go door to door I have my kids on

one side of the street I would be on the other not I'd knock on doors hello my

name is Lester I'll tell everybody I'm still standing they get on the phone

childless Rob was to my house today you know to borrow the radio with the big

mouth yeah they say he still said see I'm saying just just keep moving don't

stop feeling sorry for yourself don't spend time blaming and talking about

what happened to you see whatever you talk about that's what you multiply and

expand in your life experience so don't talk about stuff unless you wanted to

keep all happening to you all right so I got it

if I continue to do that have my children with me we're going

door-to-door didn't have enough money eventually we got close to the election

and something happened that really surprised me guys who I thought were

going to either support me or stay out of it

various powerful community leaders they became involved in it and they endorsed

my opponent I felt devastated now that's going to happen to you when you're

working on your dream things are going to happen that's gonna catch you on the

blindside I was shocking to me they didn't have to do that all that you just

stay out of it well here they go come up in there

messing with me now that's going to happen you got some

people who believe it's their personal business to stop you from living your

dreams all right

but I didn't deal with that you want to make your dream come true you got to

stay focused some people ever get even than get ahead stay focused on where you

want to go I just kept on doing what I was supposed to do and so I was driving

to the radio station my opponent had over $20,000 I had less than $800 as I

was in the radio station the guy said you got to make a commercial I said yes

he said it better be a good one because that money can't go pretty for here and

I sit there in the middle control room and I was thinking and here's what

happens when you get still stuff will start coming something said call you

mama used to talk about your mother on the air all the time ask her to say a

few words for you that'll be a different kind of political spa so I call my mama

and I had a gospel record playing in the background

and then I had my mother say hello this is mrs. Mamie Brown when I raised my

sons I raised them to be good children when they got out of hand I beat their

behind and made him go right please vote for my son he's a football

usually in the state representative race maybe three or four thousand people will

come out to vote in a primary and that primary race over 27 thousand people

came out and voted said I'm voting for Less rock because it mama say he's a

good boy I won ladies and gentlemen I

GRAVITY | What we thought - to - What it is exactly | It's Science Tube - Duration: 3:59.

everyone knows that it's the gravitational force that keeps us on the objects fall

down due to Earth's gravity most of us knows that it's gravity but

is that it all in this episode we're going to look at the science behind the

gravity hello everyone and welcome to my channel it's science tube the four fundamental

forces of nature electromagnetism gravity weak nuclear force and strong

nuclear force among these four fundamental forces gravity is considered

as the weakest force but how did it all started it was in the 16th century

Galileo proposed that all the bodies whether it is a higher mass body or a

low mass body they all fall at the same rate what Galileo actually did was he

took two bonds of different masses and he dropped the two balls at the same

time here he observed that both the balls falls at same rate both balls

touchs the ground at the same time but the question is why do objects fall

in the first place in 1687 it was Newton who proposed the concept

of gravitational pull he proposed that if there are two bodies of different

masses separated by a distance the two bodies attract to each other

the attraction force is dependent on the mass of the bodies and the distance they

are separated so he put it in a simple equation F is proportional to m1 going m2

by r^2 where m1 and m2 are the masses of the body

and R is the center to center distance between the objects to remove the

proportionality constant he introduced G this is a gravitational constant which

is same through out the universe Newton's gravitational law holds good

for most of the body this law was used to predict the existence of Neptune by

observing the motion of the Uranus but mercury did not follow the newton's law

but there was deviation when calculating the Mercury's orbit using Newton's law

of gravity Newton said that gravity pulls the object together but how does it work

exactly what makes the gravity in 1915 it was Einstein who proposed

that we actually live in four-dimensional space the three

dimensions are X Y Z directions which are perpendicular to each other and an

other dimension that is considered as time as a magnet has its magnetic field

the gravitational force must also have some kind of field Einstein consider

this field as a gravitational field if a body is placed in the fabric of

space-time it bends the fabric the curvature of this body is what causes

the gravitational pull if a body of high mass is placed in this gravitational

field the more it bends the fabric of space-time so it has more gravitational

pull this theory exactly predicted the Mercury's orbit without any deviation

this fabric of space-time is what causes the gravitational pull let us know what

Is structured prayer outdated? Can't it all be spontaneous? A Jewish take. - Duration: 3:25.

You're sitting in shul on Yom Kippur, counting down the hours of the fast and how many pages

left to go in the prayer book.

There is still a long way to go.

A lot has happened in your life since last Yom Kippur and in a way this would be a great

time to think about it all.

You think to yourself: Isn't that what prayer is all about – connecting with God about

my own life?

Yet the marathon of Yom Kippur prayers seem far from this.

Their authors knew nothing of my life, and I know little of the words and their meaning.

If this is what prayer has become, surely we are missing the point?

We have amazing examples from the bible of when prayer really meant something for people.

Take Hannah for example.

She was distraught that she was childless and went to the temple to pour her heart out

before God.

She said exactly what she felt and begged God for a child.

She didn't think about fitting into any mould, saying any particular words.

In fact, she was so lost in her own prayer that the high priest thought she was drunk

as she was moving her lips, but not making a sound.

When the sages discussed how Jews should pray, they wanted to capture the passion of Hannah's

prayer and so when we pray the silent Amida we move our mouths without making a sound.

Moses prayed for his sister Miriam to get well.

He said: Kel Na refa na La – Please God heal her!

But his prayer did not need to be any longer: it captured how he felt and his desperate

desire for her to recover.

These prayers were not found in any siddur.

They were true worship of the heart.

Our fixed prayer service, especially in a packed shul of people looks very different

to this.

Rabbi Steinzalts, a great scholar in Israel, compares Jewish prayer in shul to a musical

performance.

The sheet music in front of the musician tells them what music to play, the sequence of notes

and the general mood of the piece.

But every artist's rendition will be different.

In the end the performance expresses the musician as much as the composer.

Our sheet music is the prayer book, and the community around us the rest of the orchestra.

We are the artists who need to put ourselves into the performance.

There are days when artists feel creative and they just want to play freestyle, but

there are other times when pouring their heart and soul into Bethoven's symphony is their

best form of self-expression.

Prayer is exactly that – there are times when it flows and we just talk to God in our

own way using our own language…but then there is also something to singing off the

same sheet that has been used from one generation to the next, adding our own thoughts, feelings

and life experience to the words.

The words of prayer may be ancient but our feelings can be new everyday.

Nintendo Switch Online | Is It even worth it? - Duration: 7:16.

Nintendo just launched their latest online service, dubbed Nintendo switch

online. The selling point of the switch is how easy it is to start a game and

jump right into playing especially with multiple people if you're playing with

someone right next to you. You can give one of the Joy-Con controllers to a

friend or relative to play games like Arms or 1-2 Switch together. But there

are times where you'll be playing those games online. Let's talk about what the

Nintendo Switch Online service is and whether or not you should subscribe to

it right now. Before we begin, make sure you like,

subscribe, and ring that bell to be notified whenever I upload a new video!

The Nintendo Switch Online service allows you to play games online with

your friends and family. There are three different membership plans for

individuals and one for a family membership. With a subscription to the

service you can access the Nintendo Switch Online app, play NES games, and

backup compatible games to the cloud so you won't lose your saved data. That all

sounds great especially when you consider that you can play NES games

online, but personally I have two major gripes about this, and that comes to the

Nintendo switch online app, and save data backup. The Nintendo switch online app

lets you invite friends to play games and voice chat with you. But the current

state is very sloppy and convoluted to the point where Discord reached out to

Nintendo and offered their help, to which Nintendo declined.

I think Nintendo needs all the help they can get. It just doesn't make any sense

to have to use a weird headphone splitter adapter thing just to be able

to voice chat with my friends when I could just fire up discord on my phone

and plug my headphones into that and not have to really worry about being

ensnared by wires. If you do subscribe to the service, you'll be able to play all

your favorite Nintendo switch games online with others. Games like Arms,

Splatoon 2, and Fortnite are all games that are best online. In the case of

Fortnite, you can only play that online. Nintendo

Switch Online also doesn't let you directly message your friends, make

in-game posts, or anything like that. Guess what consoles do let you do that?

And for free? The last few. On the Wii, there was a Wii message board that let

you message your Wii friends, on the DS we had

an app called Pictochat which kind of let you message your friends as well. And

even the Wii U let you message people and even video call them. Yeah, remember Wii U

chat and Miiverse? Pepperidge farm remembers Nintendo is putting features

that were once free (saved for two) behind a paywall and aren't even on par with

their competitors or even their own past systems. The save data thing, that's a

whole other level for me. With the service, you're able to backup the save

data of certain support and titles to Nintendo servers. Not all games support

this feature right now though, and save data is only retained if your membership

is active. If your subscription runs out you can kiss your saves goodbye. Even the

3ds had save data backup. Granted, it isn't in cloud but it definitely has it

and it's free. The switch is expensive. If it gets damaged or replaced,

you shouldn't have to lose your progress in all of your games. Most people can't

afford to spend so much money to replace it .But seriously it's a roughly $300

system, with games and controllers upwards of $60 each. The only game that I

truly care about having a copy of my save data for is Splatoon 2. Let's talk

about splatoon and other games that don't have saved data backup right now.

The whole point of this video is to share my reasoning as to why I won't be

participating in Nintendo switch online in its current state.

Now, I'm only referring to splatoon specifically for now,

but generally the same could apply for other games that aren't supported at

this time. And please don't tell me how splatoon is only one game or that one

game shouldn't stop me from subscribing or playing online. You're right splatoon

is only one game, but it's a game that's very important to me and a large portion

of the Switch community. Nintendo's argument against save data backup for

games like this is to mitigate cheating. For context, Splatoon 2 is a game where

communication and teamwork is very crucial. Splatoon is actually a difficult

game and there's a lot of grinding in this game.

I spent literal months perfecting gear, training with weapons, grinding out ability chunks,

getting money, and ranking up as far as I can. At least for Splatoon -the main game

I even play on the switch- it's a huge deal breaker that I can't back up my

precious save just because someone at Nintendo wasn't bright enough to say 'The

rank and other stats are only changed online, they shouldn't be saved within

save data, and instead be saved on the server' Now take into consideration that

I play Splatoon 2 almost exclusively and daily for hours on stream too. If the

rank and all of that information is saved in the save data and you consider

that the system has already been hacked, that means it's easier for someone to

just hack their switch, edit their save, change their rank, etc etc. If that info

was saved on the server side they wouldn't even be able to access it.

On top of all that you can't argue that the rank is local only anyway because if

you use the Nintendo switch online app, you can literally check all your stats

and ranks there. Splatoon is important to me and I've spent months grinding to

perfect my stats and performance and so have many other players. If they just fix

the way that that worked, it would mean ease of mind for the community on

cheaters as well as Nintendo. I don't want to play with cheaters and neither

does anyone else. in fact there's already been an incident

where a guy actually made four separate accounts and cheated four times all the

way to the top of rank X just to make a point to Nintendo to add anti cheat and

instead of fixing the holes, you know what Nintendo did? They just banned him

and called it a day. this also isn't to say that I only play splatoon - I have

other switch games but this game means even more to me than breath of the wild

and my 900 plus hours clocked in it and that's just talking about the switch

version if you've already 100% at it on Wii U with DLC before even buying the

switch version like I did well then you'd know where I'm coming from look

all I'm trying to say is Nintendo needs to give us all the features we already

expected and those competitors have it's not unreal to

think that $20 for a yearly online subscription can also cover voice chat

direct messaging and save data backup for all games $20 or not it should

support all the features for this day and age especially if my warranty is

only valid for a year and I can't buy a lifetime one hey there if you made it to

the end of the video thank you if you liked it drop a like if not feel free to

drop a dislike please leave a comment to let me know what I can improve and what

you'd like me to talk about in the future if you'd like to stay up to date

with all things Nintendo be sure that you subscribe to my channel and follow

me on Twitter

THIS IS IT SURPRISE NUKE DROPPED ON BARACK OBAMA - Duration: 18:06.

THIS IS IT: SURPRISE NUKE DROPPED ON BARACK OBAMA

Barack Hussein Obama was hit with a shocking blow this week when Vermont Senator Bernie

Sanders turned on him.

Mad World News reported that during a town hall in Jackson, Mississippi on Wednesday

night, Sanders sat down with Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba to talk about Dr. Martin Luther

King Jr.'s commitment to economic justice when the independent senator made the remarks.

"The business model, if you like, of the Democratic Party for the last 15 years or

so has been a failure," Sanders said.

"People sometimes don't see that because there was a charismatic individual named Barack

Obama.

He was obviously an extraordinary candidate, brilliant guy.

But beyond that reality…"

Liberal snowflakes everywhere were triggered by this statement.

Sanders' top aide Jeff Weaver tried to do damage control the next day.

"What Bernie was doing last night was praising the power and significance of the Obama presidency

while at the same time pointing out that the national Dem Party has had a lot of failures

over the last 15 years," he said.

Sanders himself also took to Twitter to defend himself.

"It's unfortunate that some have so degraded our discourse that my recognition of the historical

significance of the Obama presidency is attacked," he tweeted.

Twitter users, however, were quick to turn on Sanders.

Facebook has greatly reduced the distribution of our stories in our readers' newsfeeds and

is instead promoting mainstream media sources.

When you share to your friends, however, you greatly help distribute our content.

Please take a moment and consider sharing this article with your friends and family.

Thank you.

Improve your accent: Introduction to the IPA and vowel sound training - Duration: 13:29.

Hi, everyone. In this lesson I'm going to teach you four English vowels. Here are the

vowels: "e", "ɜ:", "ə", "ɔ:". The reason to learn these four English vowels

in IPA is that these are the actual sounds in English words; and if you know IPA, when

you're learning words, you can get the right pronunciation. The thing about it is these

symbols are hard to learn. I know it took me a really, really long time to learn, and

that's because I learn sounds in a practical way. So, me just trying to memorize these

sounds didn't work for me, but doing practical exercises like this was how, after a lot…

not… no. It took me a long, long, long time before I did practical exercises to remember

these sounds. So I wish I did something like this at the beginning. So aren't you lucky?

Because I'm going to teach you the shortcut to remembering these vowels.

What's… What we should know about these vowels is that they are grouped together,

because they are central vowels. The position that our tongue takes when we make these four

vowels is central – it's not high; it's not low. And the difference between them is

we move from a more forward position with our tongue to a more backward position.

Now, another thing is that ɜ: and ə (schwa), the position is actually the same in the mouth;

nothing changes, except the ɜ: sound is stressed and we can hear it very clearly and notice

it; whereas the schwa sound: "uh", "uh", it's hard to say by itself because it's

an unstressed sound, but we do it in exactly the same position. We don't have to move

our tongue for that one; it's just a difference in the power of the sound.

Let's look at the lip position now. We start with the lips lightly spread. Okay? It's

not as much as "e" which is spread as wide as possible. "E" is not on here.

It's not as wide as "e"; it's lightly spread: "e", so a little bit less. "e".

And then the next two are the same position. This I would just call spread, so a little

bit wider. "ɜ:", "ə", "ɔ:". You can see the big difference between here,

when I go to "ɔ:". "ɜ:", "ɔ:". So, when I get to "ɔ:", my lips are in

the most rounded position. All right, let's look at some contrasting

words now so that we can get more used to these vowels in words. We'll read like this,

starting with: "pet" for "e"; "bird" for "ɜ:". The way I always remember this

symbol is to imagine a bird, flying, and that's the most perfect word for me to remember that

sound. Imagine a bird: "bird". "Red", "wa-…" This is "word", "word".

"Word". "Red", "word"; "ten", "murder"; "head", "burden"; "said",

"curse"; "many", "burn". Now, what can be confusing about this is when

we look at the spellings of these words and we think: "What's going on here?" because

if I say… If I say: "head", and that's the vowel, "e", why is it spelt with an

"a" in there? That's just confusing, right? Well, that's English spelling, unfortunately.

Trying to learn too many spelling rules for the IPA isn't that helpful. It's helpful

sometimes, but it only takes you so far. We can see a pattern in here, though. The "ɜ:"

sound is often spelt with "r". Often "ur" in a lot of words; "murder", "burden",

"curse", "burn". Now let's look at schwa. When I write schwa,

I can write: "uh". That's the closest I can get to pronouncing schwa as an unstressed

sound. Usually it's resting in the middle of other sounds. And the way I remember it

myself is that in English, a dog goes: "Woof. Woof, woof." But in Turkish, a dog goes,

like: "Uh, uh. Uh, uh." That's their sound for "woof". But, basically, it's

a schwa sound. So it helps me; I don't know if it helps you. But we're going to go side

to side, here. Schwa: "uh", "aw". "Uh", "paw"; "problem", "more";

"freedom", "boring"; "album", "sword"; "again", "sure"; "parrot",

"lord". Okay? What's hard about schwa is that in these

words we've got two syllables, so we have to… Which ones got the schwa in it? I don't

know which ones got the schwa in it. I've underlined where the schwa is in the word.

And the annoying thing about schwa as well is that it sounds slightly different, depending

on… We can pronounce it slightly different, depending on the vowel it's closest to.

Okay? We're getting a bit deep… We're going a bit deep, there, but if you just were

listening to me and thinking: "That sounds different in every word", that's good

because you notice that the schwa changes sound.

And looking at the "ɔ:" words… We'll just do the "ɔ:" words. "Paw", "more",

"boring", "sword", "sure", "lord". Notice they're all spelt differently. So,

we don't have helpful spelling rules for "ɔ:". But the good thing about it is

that it's a really… It's one of the easiest ones to remember because it sounds

very distinctive and it takes us a long time to say it. "ɔ:".

Now let's practice going around in circles, saying the different sounds. And we do this

so that we practice moving between the sounds. You can say it with me at the same time. "Pet",

"bird", "again", "paw". "Uh", "again". Unstressed, here. "Pet",

"bird", "again", "paw". "Pet", "bird", "again", "paw". We can

say it backwards: "Pet", "paw", "again", "bird". "Pet", "paw", "again",

"bird". "Pet", "paw", "again", "bird".

Another one: "head", "burden", "free"… "Head", "burden", "freedom", "sword".

"Head", "burden", "freedom", "sword". "Head", "burden", "freedom", "sword".

"Sword", "freedom", "burden", "head". "Sword", "freedom", "burden",

"head". "Sword", "freedom", "burden", "head". You can say it a bit slower. You

can take your time. Take your time – that will help you say it clearly.

"Many", "burn", "parrot", "lord". "Many", "burn", "parrot", "lord".

"Many", "burn", "parrot", "lord". Okay? The other way: "Lord", "parrot",

"burn", "many". "Lord", "parrot", "burn", "many". "Lord", "parrot",

"burn", "many". You can make your own circle thingies, using your own words

from this list or any other words with the sounds in that you choose.

Now let's practice the sounds with different consonant sounds. I'm going to start reading,

here, with the consonant "pe", consonant "se", consonant "te", consonant "le".

"Pe", "pɜ:"… "Pe", "pɜ:", "pə", "pɔ:". "Se", "sɜ:",

"sə", "sɔ:". "Te", "tɜ:", "tə", "tɔ:". "Le", "lɜ:",

"lə", "lɔ:". You can read it this way; you can go backwards.

Another thing you can do is improvise the order. When you improvise the order, you have

to really read the sound. You can't just rely on the rhyming; you have to really think

about it. So what I'm going to do is point to the sound, give you a little bit of time

to say it, then I'll say it after. "lɔ:", "tɜ:", "sə", "pɜ:", "te",

"sɔ:", "pɔ:", "lɜ:", "tə", "sɜ:", "pe".

Now we're going to do the phoneme snake. In the phoneme snake, I… I have to read

the phoneme snake, pronouncing the different sounds. When the sound is small, I just make

a normal volume; but as it's bigger, I have to say it louder. Let's try. "ɜ:",

"ə", "ɔ:", "ɜ:", "ə", "ə", "e", "e", "ɜ:", "e",

"ɜ:", "ɔ:", "ə", "ə"… It's hard to do that one loud. "ɜ:",

"ɜ:" "e", "ɔ:", "ɜ:". I'm going to read it backwards. Let's

do this. "ɜ:", "ɔ:", "e", "ɜ:", "ə", "ə", "ə", "ɔ:", "ɜ:",

"e", "e", "ɜ:", "e", "e", "ə", "ə", "ɜ:", "ɔ:",

"ə", "ɜ:". It's hard. It's especially hard when you try and do schwa loudly; it's

not really possible, I've… I've since discovered, since doing this phoneme snake.

So, the reason we do these exercises – it's not about: Oh, saying it perfectly; getting

it all right; not making any mistakes. We do it to make ourselves… Well, you can't

think quicker than it comes to you. If you… If you saw me standing there, like this, and

waiting for the sound to come in my head… So, don't worry if you get stuck sometimes;

just keep having a go. And the more you can practice it and the more it becomes unconscious;

without thinking about it – that's when you know you really know.

So what I want to do now, for anyone who's interested, is tell you about my accent course,

because I teach you all the sounds of English. I also teach you how to speak in a flowing

way that's connected, and I teach you to speak clearly. Speaking clearly means knowing

the sounds, what they are, how to say them; but speaking clearly also means getting your

sentences to flow. And when you do that, you sound natural when you're speaking English

and people can understand you more easily, and you can understand them more easily because

you understand how pronunciation works and how sentences flow together.

So, for anybody who's interested to check out my course, here are the details now, at

https://www.engvid.com/out/jadeaccentcourse , and thank you for watching, and I'll see

you again soon. Bye.

How to Tap into Your CORE Vibration and Manifest Easier Than Ever - Duration: 19:28.

this video will show you exactly how to tap into your core vibration to attract

in a much more powerful way I'm going to show you exactly how to do that and why

it is so important welcome back to another video my name's Erin and I help

people expand their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you

ways that you can tap into what is called your core vibration to attract

anything you want and especially making things more easy than ever because

you're actually existing that really who you are meant to be sometimes we have

goals or things we want to manifest in our life but they may not actually be in

alignment with what is called our core frequency our core vibration are not

what quantum physics shows us is that everything in our lives is vibration

everything is vibrating at a certain frequency

now as a soul and as a person we have a core vibration that if we align with we

will attract everything into our life more quickly than ever it's just that

sometimes what happens is we're conditioned by our environment to be a

certain way we're conditioned to look a certain way to dress a certain way

because of society because of a desire to fit in and when we start to really

come from the spring that we are just gonna be who we are it's the most cliche

saying ever just be yourself just be you but it is the truth when it comes to our

core vibration now let's look at who we are at a greater level we are immortal

spiritual beings living temporary human experiences in a way we could say that

life is a form of dream life is a temporary experience we have we

interpret the world through our five senses through being able to hear smell

touch taste see all of these these are all ways that we interpret vibration now

what happens is we get lost in our self-concept

or our self-image we get lost the way that we think we have to be in

order to be accepted because there's this such a strong desire to be similar

to everyone else and did not be ostracized from the group now the key is

understanding who we are at our core vibration and letting go of this pull of

what we could call social conditioning this pull to be a certain way this pool

to act a certain way to be accepted now the key to this is understanding how we

relate to who we really are now we are really who we really are our

natural state of being from a higher level of consciousness is unconditional

love and bliss when we look at someone else and we view them as that we will

feel that emotion now anytime we look at something we think it should be

different than it is we judge it in the present moment and we see it as a

problem we feel negative emotion our emotions are showing us where we are in

alignment to who we really are this is like the classic abraham hicks type

analogy or kind of a metaphor but it's it's understanding our emotions are

either in alignment with who we really are we could say through our eyes of

source if we're seeing through the eyes of source we feel unconditional love and

bliss that is who we really are and anytime we feel disconnected from that

it's coming from a perspective that is not aligned with that source energy with

who we really are at our fundamental core so when it comes to us attracting

what we want in our life it's really about just allowing mean with a certain

emotion now the emotion is that of passion it's that of loving what we do

if we do that things will attract to us faster than ever but it's finding out

what that is because whatever that is it's where we don't have to expend a lot

of energy now this is the other part that I want to talk about in this video

anytime we do something we not we're not really passionate about at our core

vibration it takes a lot of energy to do maybe a time in your life you've

worked a job that you weren't crazy about a job that you really didn't enjoy

working you win and every day you felt like you had to waste so much energy to

be there because it wasn't something you were passionate about now on the other

side of that maybe you've done something before that didn't feel like work you

just hopped into a flow State things just happen easily and then you look at

the clock and all the sudden it's been two hours but it feels like it's been 15

minutes that's because you tapped into a flow state and in that flow state you

are in a feeling of that excitement maybe was a settle excitement

sometimes following our excitement and following our bliss doesn't mean that

we're constantly like blissed-out and just like running around feeling this

you know absolutely euphoria but it's a gentle passion and excitement for who we

really are now when we follow our passion when we follow our excitement we

are in alignment with what we could call that source energy we are in alignment

with our higher self and we're not just limiting it to our ego self because our

ego wants to do everything many times when it comes to manifestation I notice

and what I'm learning is to go beyond just the ego why does the ego want what

it wants why does the ego want the relationship why does the ego want the

money why does the ego want the house many times and there's nothing wrong

with these things but the key is being aware of why the ego wants what it wants

because then we could see is this really in alignment with my core frequency we

think it is but many times it may actually not be we may think hey winning

the lottery would be amazing and I'm just excited about winning the lottery

but in actuality if we win the lottery we're not really passionate we think

would be passionate about the money but we're not really passionate about the

money because the money is a side effect of us doing we're passionate about or

doing what we love and if we're not doing that already then even if we get

the money we won't have anything to fuel the money into so what is your core

vibration I'll tell you right now that your

poor vibration a involves unconditional love and bliss that is part of it now

what you do is you take for that with what you are passionate about and moving

in that direction because it takes the least amount of energy there's not a

high degree of energy expenditure there anytime we're thinking of thoughts that

don't serve us we expend energy anytime we eat a lot of food that doesn't serve

our body or that takes our body a lot of energy to break down we're expending

energy in order for us to really create what we want in life

our manifestations take energy but it doesn't have to be hard work what it

could be is it could be simply that what we must do is we must manage our energy

and then align it with our core vibration now who you really are is a

high vibrational beam a high vibrational state of consciousness is who you are

that state of being is who you are we grow up and we attach ourselves to

labels we attach ourselves to these beliefs that this is who I am when in

actuality that's not who we are but then we feel less than that positive emotion

thinking that that's who we are at the fundamental core you are so much more

than you can imagine we are literally dreaming that this is

who we are but we exist in a higher state of consciousness and I believe

when we go to bed every night we wake up to these higher states of consciousness

and then what we do is we come back and we're dreaming that we're here in the

same way that we go to bed at night we dream I believe we wake up at a higher

level of consciousness and then what happens is we come back here and in a

way we go back to sleep and this is a dream that we experienced through the

five senses we interpret vibration through our senses but at the

fundamental core we are still unconditional love and bliss that's why

most of spiritual work and personal development in this whole process

it's not about piling on some new ultimate epiphany idea it's just about

letting go letting go of what doesn't serve letting go of the things that are

not conducted to how we prefer to be letting

Oh of the attachments we have to certain beliefs letting go it's all about

letting go but let me ask you this question when it comes to having a high

vibration what are you holding on to that may be holding you back maybe it's

a belief that you need to work your nine-to-five job that there's nothing

better out there for you maybe it's a belief that in order for you to do what

you love you have to go through this long process of four years of college

and all of these different things and maybe for some reason it's not sitting

with you maybe you find that there's a certain blueprint that's been laid out

for you by your parents by family and peers that they expect you to be and you

don't feel like you're walking in that expectation you feel like you're trying

to do what will make them happy and I've seen this a lot I remember I grew up

with a friend that wanted to be a musician but his dad was always talked

to him out of it why are you gonna go for that go to go go to school go to

college why are you trying to do this whole musician thing in a band who's in

a good band too but he was trying to be what he was expected to be I was

expected to be a lawyer as expected to go to college but I believes more in my

own vision for myself I've always believed that by the time I was thirty

years old I'd be at a certain level and get closer and closer to that and I

always believed that I doubted my own business and I do that now and we're not

saying this to brag or anything or I'm saying this because your core vibration

comes into play when you start to do what you want and more so than just what

you want but what you are really connected to connected to your heart

space because you are unconditional love it bliss at your core and anything less

than that is an attachment to some what you think you should be and you don't

have to buy into it any longer there's a simple formula you can use for tapping

into your core vibration and it has to do with simply following

your excitement in every moment find out what you're most excited about doing do

that and then just let that keep leading to the next most exciting thing this

will lead you maybe you don't know your whole core vibrational what am I meant

to be doing like like me I'm meant to be making videos and like speaking and

helping people and stuff maybe if I don't know that yet that's

okay but doing what you're excited about at the moment will lead to the next best

thing to the next best thing the next best thing

I just knew I was excited about a year and a half ago I started making YouTube

videos well how is that gonna get from here to here how's all of it my goals

eventually be speaking in front of groups of people I've been doing

seminars like how does that lead to that while I started doing that and did it

led to this and led to this and the less of this and now here I am and I have the

ability to speak and do an event and have people show up because it led to

that that is also my core vibration somebody commented on my Instagram and

if you don't follow me on Instagram feel free because I do a lot of content over

there plus I did live Q&A s and somebody asked me to said what is better I talked

a lot about taking massive action what about the law of least effort and then

what I replied was for me taking action is the path of least effort because I

love what I do so it's natural for me I just want to do

things because it's part of my vibration sometimes we separate these things in

our mind we say oh this is what I'm passionate about this is hard work

many of the successful people of our past people like Steve Jobs people like

Warren Buffett people like the many successful people have said find out

what you're passionate about and do that because it won't feel like work and

because when it appears to be hard you're willing to push through it what

most people would give up I'm gonna figure I'm gonna figure out whatever I

have to do because this is what I'm passionate about and that is my for

vibration follow your passion because your passion is your core vibration and

any time things get bird on to it that don't serve you can

learn to let it go these things get get tape or not are these beliefs these

expectations about how you have to be you are who you choose to be in this

life and you can make your own path you don't have to follow the reins of social

conditioning you don't have to follow the expectations of what people think

you should or should not be but your core vibration is tapped into that and

that is what you naturally are you know when it comes to emotions and all of

these things we think we like I said earlier we think we must taper

everything on pile all of this stuff on it's not about that at all

just let go because it is who you naturally are when we have this

perspective it's easier because we realize oh I don't have to try so hard

you know we think manifestation is Here I am and here I want to be oh my god

that's gonna be so hard to get from here to here it's a belief how do you believe

about the manifestation process because whatever you believe will be a

self-fulfilling prophecy you'll get a reflection of that but here's something

I found to be even more powerful the process of manifestation is really just

about embodying your true core frequency which is who you naturally are which

involves letting go of the egos desires the ego wants things because it can re

solidify itself in a certain way though I have this now I feel even better about

myself but why does the ego want when it wants this is when you get more into the

core of who you aren't you start asking these questions you start to find

answers the brain looks for clues the brain looks for patterns but unless you

don't have a clear feeding the brain works by asking questions it then looks

for the answers why do I want this type of relationship maybe you find that you

know what I don't really feel I feel like I believe I need a relationship to

be happy I feel like I'm not already whole and

complete then what you do is you're aware of it you look at it you observe

it and you let it be there and it will go away

funny paradox but the way it works if you observe something an emotion that

keeps coming up it may just be a pattern emotion that keeps coming up because of

some past experience because you believed for so many years that you had

to have someone else in your life to be happy well you can be whole and complete

already and then paradox is that by doing that you will

attract someone quicker than ever so if people ask me all the time Aaron how do

I track your person it's my life Aaron how do I do this Aaron how do I do

that you attract that person into your life by letting go and moreso focusing

on the connection with yourself being in the star of your own movie rather than

trying to be the cameo in someone else's with that person you want to attract

into your life so it's really just about getting to the core of who you are and

letting go of what doesn't serve and ask things come up that done serve you

anymore you observe it and let them be there and then they naturally start to

fade away because everything else in our life is a pattern until we become aware

of it this is where everything changes me I'd become aware of a lot of patterns

that I had growing up patterns of beliefs saying I wasn't worthy and I had

to look at those and I had to become aware of them and I had to let them go

and is still of course there's part of it the certein it still comes up every

now and then but I still let it go I observe it and I let it go am i aware of

it in the light of awareness is where all the power is and then I can simply

choose to be more of my core frequency I was just thinking about this yesterday

today is my last day in this place the videos that from here going on are gonna

be in a new house maybe you've heard me talk about it or show houses on

Instagram but the thing is I went for this hike yesterday night just realized

how much my life has changed in the last year things have moved so quickly so

exponentially fast things have grown and I look at it and I'm thinking to myself

I feel so different like my life might my vibration feel so different because

I've been following my passion and when I look back in my past sometimes it

feels a little bit nostalgic as weird as that is it's much better as I feel I

feel like like better than I've ever felt my life but it is different and

it's moving so fast and days go by so quickly and I love what I do and the

reason I say this is because it's it's something that as you start to follow it

just keeps leading to the next X being the next best thing next best thing and

then eventually you're just in a completely different

and that's the time on the planet we're on right now the time is for you to

follow your passion for you to tap into who you really are because the more you

tap into your true vibration the more that trickles out to other people even

in ways you don't even understand and by doing that it will change not only

yourself but you'll change the people that are around you because as you align

with your core frequency you encourage others to align to their core frequency

that's where the power is you are unconditional love and bliss you

see through Source Energy any time you feel that emotion and anytime you have

perspectives that connect you to other people anytime you have judgments or

labels that's taking you out of that alignment you can make the choice to be

happy more often you can make the choice that you are already whole and complete

you can make the choice to become more aware of these beliefs of why you want

what you want now as you become aware of whatever that

is observe it let it go observe it let it go follow excitement in every moment

and you will create a cascade of positivity in your life a wave of

success so something else I'll be doing like I mentioned earlier is more live q

and A's on Instagram so if you haven't followed me already

This is What Happens to Your Face After Washing it With Coconut Oil and Baking Soda - Duration: 2:39.

Our skin plays an important role in our health.

It protects our body against environmental hazards, it regulates the temperature of our

body, and has several other jobs.

Also, when you look good, you feel good.

Having clear, supple skin can be a great confidence builder because it helps you to look more

put together and mature.

Establishing a skin care routine is the first step towards establishing other healthy routines

in your life.

Following them all is the best way to ensure your health is at 100%.

However, most of the products that exist on the market don't have our best interest in

mind.

They may claim to help improve our skin, but in reality we don't even know what's in them

most of the time.

We end up spending way too much money on useless products and our skin never shows any improvement.

This is why we're going to teach you a great skincare recipe today that only calls for

natural ingredients.

If you look around in your kitchen you may notice that most of the most basic ingredients

are cheap and natural, and can be repurposed for other uses outside of the kitchen.

Take baking soda and coconut oil for example.

When combined, these two ingredients can help rid your skin of pimples, toxins, dry skin,

discoloration, and marks.

They can both regulate the acidity in your skin and moisturize, nurture, and heal any

issues your skin might be having.

The mixture is even safe for all skin types, even the most sensitive.

When choosing your ingredients keep in mind that natural, quality ingredients are always

preferable, and virgin coconut oil is the only acceptable kind.

Mix equal parts of coconut oil and baking soda if you intend to use this cleanser as

an exfoliator.

But, if your skin is sensitive, then you might want to mix two parts coconut oil to one part

baking soda.

Here's what you do:

Mix the coconut oil and baking soda in the desired amounts.

You can add a little warm water if needed to help them blend better.

Apply your homemade cleanser and massage it all around your face, gently.

Wash it off right away with warm water, or leave it on for a few minutes like a face

mask.

That's it.

This easy recipe will help your skin tremendously.

Try it and see!

HOMELAND SECURITY MAKES TERRIFYING ANNOUNCEMENT – THIS IS IT - Duration: 14:54.

HOMELAND SECURITY MAKES TERRIFYING ANNOUNCEMENT – THIS IS IT

Another day, another terror attack on the western world.

On Tuesday, Kori Ali Muhammad (born Cory Allen Taylor) shot and killed three men in Fresno,

California.

Muhammad also shot and killed a Motel 6 security guard on April 14.

The four dead shooting victims were white males.

Muhammad, a 39-year-old African-American male, told authorities after his arrest that his

plan was to shoot and kill white people.

And now, in the wake of the attack, the Department of Homeland Security has made a terrifying

announcement.

While being arrested, Muhammad cried out "Allahu Akbar!"

It is truly a sign of the times that so many Americans are all-too familiar with the Islamic

jihadist battle cry.

It should come as no surprise that the police have said that the shootings have nothing

whatsoever to do with terrorism.

The media will, of course, downplay the terrorism angle.

Also, expect no outrage over the racial hatred aspect of these murders, as would be the case

if the races of the victims and the killer were flipped.

It simply doesn't fit the narrative the Left likes to push.

With terror attacks becoming nearly weekly events in Europe, and becoming more and more

common in the U.S., it is worthwhile to examine what the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

has recently said about the issue.

According to an April 18 article from the Washington Free Beacon:

Federal authorities have open investigations into radical Islamic terrorists in all 50

states, according to the Department of Homeland Security, which is warning that the threat

of terrorism in the United States has reached an all time high with radicalized individuals

in the country plotting to strike "each and every single day."

The FBI has "open terrorist investigations in all 50 states," according to DHS Secretary

John Kelly, who disclosed on Tuesday that there have been at least 37 "ISIS-linked

plots to attack our country" since 2013, a number that shows no signs of diminishing.

Kelly, in his first wide-ranging public address on the threat of terrorism in America since

taking office, warned that America's borders remain wide-open and that there is evidence

terror-linked individuals are exploiting these national security weaknesses and entering

the United States.

homeland-security-secretary-john-kelly-speaking Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly

Kelly continued:

"I tell you, without exaggeration, they try to carry out this mission each and every

single day and no one can tell you how to stop it.

No one," he said.

The United States, he continued, is "under attack" from a wide variety of bad actors,

including "failed states, cyber-terrorists, vicious smugglers, and sadistic radicals."

"And we are under attack every single day," he said.

"The threats are relentless."

The main takeaways from Kelly's statements are that the United States is at risk of terrorism

every single day, terrorists and potential terrorists exist in all 50 states, and the

threats originate from outside the U.S. as well as home-grown threats like the Fresno

shooter.

It should be added that the mainstream media and the Left are essentially aiding and abetting

terrorists by downplaying the risk of jihadist terrorism while decrying those who voice concern

to the growing threat as bigots.

The threat is great and the concern is warranted.

The current President clearly understand what is at stake, even if many don't.

Let's hope the efforts of the Left and the media to undermine the President's attempts

to make us safer do not succeed.

THIS IS IT: SHOCKING ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT MUELLER INVESTIGATION - Duration: 12:31.

THIS IS IT: SHOCKING ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT MUELLER INVESTIGATION

Civil Liberties attorney Alan Dershowitz just spoke out to say that he is worried about

the criminalization of political differences in today's discourse and that he doesn't

think special counsels are the right way to approach criminal justice.

Dershowitz sat down with CBS this past week to talk about Special Counsel Robert Mueller's

investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians to affect the outcome

of the 2016 election.

"I think the investigation should end and I think the Congress should appoint a special

non-partisan commission," said Dershowitz, adding that he thinks a Congressional committee

would be too partisan.

"That's the way it's done in other western democracies," he continued.

"They don't appoint a special counsel and tell them to 'Get that guy…' that's

what they did in the Soviet Union.

Lavrentiy Beria, the head of the KGB said to Stalin, 'Show me the man, and I'll

find you the crime!'"

That's what special counsel does."

Dershowitz clarified that he was not making a direct correlation between the United States

and the former Soviet Union.

"I'm not comparing obviously the Soviet Union and the United States.

We have structural protections in our Bill Of Rights but it's going down the wrong

direction.

The issue of criminalization [of political differences] has not been subject to rational

discourse," said Dershowitz.

"Democrats hate when they politicize and criminalize political differences against

Democrats… when they did it with Bill Clinton.

Republicans hate when they do it against their people…

President Trump.

But each one supports it when they're against their enemies and partisanship prevails over

principle.

It's very hard to have a reasonable discussion."

He added that citizens should fear the direction of this investigation for their own sake and

that today criminalization of political differences appears – now – to only affect presidents

and political leaders.

"Tomorrow it can affect you and me.

If you give the prosecutor the ability to stretch the criminal law to fit a target,

it's very dangerous," he said.

"When you appoint a special counsel you give them targets and you say, 'You better

get that guy or the people around him…and we're going to give you tens of millions

of dollars.

And if you come up empty handed you're a failure.'"

What do you think about this?

Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.

Dems Next Plan For Brett Kavanaugh Is Revealed And It's The Most Sinister One Yet(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 10:24.

Dems Next Plan For Brett Kavanaugh Is Revealed And It's The Most Sinister One Yet

what do you make of where the Cavanaugh hearings are now there's a new set of

demands that have come out I think it's a very sad situation he's an outstanding

person and frankly Shawn to see what's going on is just very very sad you say

why didn't somebody call the FBI 36 years ago I mean you could also say when

did this all happen what's going on to take a man like this and be spurts now

with that being said let her have her say and let's see how it all works out

but I don't think you can delay it any longer they've delayed it a week already

and you've been buried out you've been very accommodating have been

accommodating I said let her say what she has to say and let's see how it all

comes out but they've delayed it a week and they have to get on with it

Democrats with eyes on retaking control of Congress promising to continue

investigating Brett Kavanaugh even if he is confirmed to the Supreme Court in the

new york times getting a lot of attention for this op-ed making the case

for ditching Cavanaugh if he gets to sit on the High Court okay Jessie yes it

seems like there's a long list of things Democrats want to investigate if we if

and when we take the house back in November do you think this is a real

serious threat or just an empty threat well he's a liar because he doesn't want

to investigate no White House he doesn't want to investigate the Democrats on the

committee had their chance to investigate and go behind closed doors

an interview Brett Kavanaugh and they were invited by the majority Senate

Republicans on the Judiciary Committee and they abstained and now they're

complaining and they say they want to investigate well you had your chance

you're obviously not an honest broker in this process they're also doing it to

rally the base obviously and who knows you know if they do win the house or the

Senate anything could happen it's all on the table impeachment not only if

Cavanaugh but if President Trump and I just think he was speaking the truth

there I think they're honestly going to go it all in on this administration all

in Dana do you think this I mean democratic voters are very fired

up we've seen that the base is very excited to vote how do you think that

message plays were what 45 days to the midterms well it repeatedly what voters

say is what they want is they want Washington to get stuff done right if

you are campaigning on only doing investigations of the president and his

administration that spells one word and it's gridlock so you don't actually get

to what the voters say they want it might be what the Democratic base wants

it might be something that they want you know they want to fight but it's

interesting is how the Democrats seem to be flailing because they know that for

three decades their Conservatives work together to figure out a way to find

really good nominees like Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch and John

Roberts and Justice Alito and Amy Coneybear I mean there are there is a

pipeline of excellent conservative judges and the Democrats have blown this

issue off they didn't care so instead of actually winning elections so that they

could put somebody on the court they just want to impeach and investigate

which is pretty unsatisfying especially if you want to go to Washington to do

some good stuff Greg I think that we also hear from voters that they want

some accountability for the Trump administration that they don't feel like

the Republicans in Congress are doing much oversight of the Trump

administration which I would agree with but what do you make of this oversight

we've been subpoenaing the deal we're gonna get to DOJ in a second but they

haven't mean compared to the kind of oversight they provided to the

administration I worked and it feels different

let's put it's a very transparent administration Marie I'll say that first

let's investigate Cavanaugh because after after he's confirmed

because then they your party would be able to prove that this merely wasn't

political that if they really believe this and they believe it with all their

heart they should investigate him they should if they should go for him after

he's been confirmed because it'd be as if he gets confirmed and then you never

hear about this story again what do you know you know that it was a hundred

percent political and while we're investigating you know who else should

be investigated who was the person that had a Chinese spy for twenty years as a

driver yeah and then while that was happening her husband got rich in China

it was like an honorary consul or something that's max I mean

20 year driver who was a spy I think Diane Feinstein should be investigated

as well here here all right I've solved a lot of problems here's a

very interesting theory though that if Democrats are really not just being

partisan they will actually continue investigating

even if he's confirmed Morgan what say you so interestingly I was talking to

someone at one of the Republican committees about the polling and

typically what you see whenever you have a party that's controlling the White

House in Congress voters tend to want to vote another

party in power so that there's a check and balance right this is natural in the

process what what the pollster told me is that while that there is an element

of that that's happening with independents what's happened is because

the Democrats are running people that are so far extreme to the left wanting

to abolish ice so she's some districts is districts oh but but the point being

is is that that natural tendency of the independent to go towards the Democrat

is now tempered by the fact that they know that the voters don't actually want

a Pietschmann when you pull them they don't want all of these ongoing

investigations they certainly don't want impeachment of Trump much less a Supreme

Court justice so I actually think that Democrats do themselves a disservice for

the midterms whenever they run on this first of all it's incredibly easy for

the president to rev up his base when he would say look they're not even gonna

impeach me they're gonna try to impeach Cavanaugh

amantha like a ready-made campaign at all right there well and interestingly

Cavanaugh has really low approval ratings for Supreme Court nominees so

well they've gone down in the last week

even before these allegations they were historically low for Supreme Court

nominee but we will see how that plays out we will continue watching next week

will be crazy for communication strategists for justice Neil Gorsuch

during his nomination hearings Ron we just heard Edward mentioned this letter

that the judge Cavanaugh put out I just want to read a part of it because it

gets to the heart of the question of his own reputation he says I continue to

want a hearing as soon as possible so that I can clear my name since the

moment I first heard this allegation I've categorically and unequivocally

denied it I remain committed to defending my integrity I mean this is a

guy with a spotless reputation can he ever get that back I certainly think he

can and you know he does still carry a

tremendous amount of respect and when he's confirmed as the Supreme Court

he'll start doing great work and you'll start seeing it in his legal opinions I

think one of the biggest things that that he can use to add is vent his

advantage is time unfortunately it won't happen overnight but it will happen over

time we saw that with Clarence Thomas he is widely released on justice Thomas for

a second because a lot of people say since he Anita Hill you had an FBI

investigation look into her charges we should do the same here bottom line is

there was an FBI investigation of Anita Hill and the claims her claims were

found to be a nun quoting now without foundation so her claims were without

foundation but the taint of the Anita Hill hearings

stay with him to this day I mean a lot of perhaps you and and others would say

that that he is he is without blame in that incident but a lot of other people

think otherwise so it's gonna be hard no matter what happens for Judge Kavanagh

to escape what's happened here well I think one of the things is though if

Ford does testify that and she does not she does not give a compelling she does

not deliver compelling appearance and that there is holes in her testimony

that will also help help on the reputation front absolutely I mean this

is a jump ball though we don't know where it's going if it actually happens

I kind of tended to think that because there's complete delay on agreeing to do

this and that we're almost at what the end of the day

where we're supposed to know whether or not she's going to do it it just feels

like delay after delay I don't know what's gonna happen well even if it even

if it doesn't happen or even or whether it does if judge Kavanagh becomes

justice Kevin on the Supreme Court now you have op eds in the New York Times

and elsewhere by Democrats talking about impeaching justice Cavanaugh if he does

get confirmed what do you think about that well I think that would just fire

up the conservative base big-time and that could be used conservative voters

wouldn't like that and they'd be pretty fired up going into the November

elections that's for sure look once he's on the Supreme Court it's gonna be very

difficult to get him out of there and you know there could be another opening

on the court sometime in the near future so I think that's a lot of happy talk

and you'd really have to have conclusive evidence in order to get that plus you'd

have to get that through you'd have to get that through Congress and I just

can't see that run finally we got to make this quick but a lot of people

suspect that Democrats are just trying to delay the process till after the

election when they hope to take over the Senate and then they can essentially

block any nominee for the next two years how long if judge Kavanagh withdraws or

does not succeed in becoming a justice how long would it take for a new nominee

to be confirmed well first of all I agree that this smacks of politics and

it's no question the Democrats are trying to delay it and that's why you

know for it has a democratic operative helping her and every day that goes by

is the day that helps the Democratic but how long would it say to confirm another

nominee if Kavanaugh withdraws after the election ya know it would be after the

election Justice Gorsuch took 67 days this is taking a couple of months for

for Cavanaugh just you know that's about the average is about you know on Bunji

days thank you so much for being here appreciate a great weekend thank you -

thank you god bless you and God bless america

Cannabis: Why It May End Up in Your Portfolio - Duration: 12:55.

The cannabis world is lit up these days so we have to talk about it and the

big news these days has been all about Tilary. We're gonna get to that.

We have Kevin Curran with us right now Real Money reporter and AAP Research

Analyst Zev Fima. Zev we got to talk about Tilray first, the stock was up

20% right after Jim Jim Cramer interviewed him on his Mad Money show.

The next day the stock goes to 90.

Up 90 percent and then what?

I mean, I think that 90% move that you saw was a short squeeze right. A lot of people were

in there, they short the stock and then when the stock just keeps running and

running they decide they can't take the pain anymore so they go and they have to

buy it. They have to buy shares to close out their short and that in turn drives

that the the shares up higher and then you see what happens today. People

realize there's its high price book profits or they decide to initiate their

own short position.

But this is the problem Kevin with the whole thing right

now. It is so speculative and no one understands what to do. I know you just

had a big interview with the CEO of Canopy.

Yeah so Bruce Linton said exactly

the same thing. He was worried about how speculative the market is in terms of

being reminiscent of the dot com bubble. So he was saying to me that there's a lot

of companies out here, there's not enough businesses. People are betting on

companies that don't have any sales so we are gonna see a lot of companies

disintegrate before we find the real Google's in the in the haystack here.

I think a lot of it has to do with education and you guys know that all

morning I've been trying to educate myself. Thanks to you two I'm way better

if it's important that I'm educated about cannabis I am now. Let's talk first

about CBD versus THC. CBD is the part that gives you energy and makes you feel good.

Well yes I mean I think THC probably does some of that as well but

the real thing with CBD is it's not psychoactive right. So if you have

something that's 100% CBD. This is kind of the strain that really got the

attention in the medical world was was the CBD component of it. You can look up

Charlotte's Web which is this little girl in Charlotte who really benefited

greatly from a CBD heavy strain. Because it's helping up so epilepsy and

seizures and things like that right without the high. Without the head high.

So the thing to keep in mind is a lot of different companies want

they're going for different strategies. Coca Cola we saw they were interested

they want the CBD aspect of it.

They don't want to sell you coca-cola that

makes you high. They want to sell you coca-cola that just kind of gives you

relaxing. And I think this is the point that was missed dramatically like

everyone reads the headline right. Can cannabis and coke yeah so of a sudden

I'm gonna have a soda and I'm gonna get high and I'm not gonna be able work the

rest of the day. No well I think I think there's gonna be a disruptor in a couple

different markets. I think Coke for example, they bought Bodyarmor recently

I think that they could use this for something like a sports recovery drink even.

I know that Bruce Linton last night was talking to me a lot about how he

thinks that a lot of markets are worried about this and that includes sports

recovery, energy drinks and even pet markets so it could really go a number

of different ways. It's not gonna leave you on the couch all day.

Whereas THC will.. That's kind of what's gonna get you like buzz right. And the sports recovery

aspect, CBD is good for inflammation so after a workout you want to prevent some

inflammation, that's kind of where the CBD comes in. But yes the the THC is

what you know maybe the alcohol companies are interested in because

they're starting to see them in the markets where where marijuana becomes

legal there is an impact to beer sales. So THC would compete with that a little

because if you are going out you do want that buzz then THC is what you're going

for not CBD. Yeah and I think it was important to touch upon the strains as

well. Go, because I don't even know how to pronounce it. It's sativa versus indica.

Yeah, sativa and indica and as we were joking earlier sativa satellites

it's more of a head high. You can kind of have more of an upbeat attitude and

indicas more of a relaxation into couches people say. So it's a perfect

mnemonic to remember and I think the more people become educated on different

types of strains and effects that'll be..

But it's a strain from what?

It's a cannabis cannabis strain to be clear okay.

The other thing then we start to work a question is the delivery system of this.

Where are you getting it? Probably the biggest issue with marijuana the thing that I think

will hold doctors back from prescribing as medication is smoking is even if it's

marijuana tobacco it's still smoking like it's still not gonna be good for your lungs.

So that's where the delivery system comes in.

And they have, you you can get soft gel capsule. They have vaporizers which

still is probably not as ideal but the cloak that a healthy alternative to

smoking they have like tinctures or you can kind

just drop it under your tongue and then of course there's the edibles market.

Brownies, chocolate, gummy bears, things like that. And I think the delivery

system is incredibly important because that's what its gonna allow us to really

dose out amounts, tell someone how much they should take because what

we were talking about before is like my biggest issue with the Medical Marijuana

space is you shouldn't be told just have some marijuana

You're not told like take some vicodin, take some Oxycontin. They tell you

exactly how much. Well if I can build on that to is you're mentioning brand names

like Oxycontin. I think that that's a huge thing about getting these different

delivery methods as well. If you have raw cannabis you're not differentiating your

product at all. You have an agricultural good, a commodity. If you're making drinks

that are Coke branded or a Pepsi branded or all of these different things you can

differentiate your brand as the premier brand in the cannabis space and consumer

packaged goods. Because at least I trust Coke is what you're saying.

Yeah or Constellation Brands. It's a great segue though. Let's talk

about now the companies like right. We need to know if I am gonna invest in

this, this is not going away let's be clear right. Much to my dismay as a

mother, it's not going away. It's been around for thousands of years.

Yeah I know, but it hasn't been on the street corners as visibly as it probably will be.

But that being said it's not going

anywhere. Is it a dot-com bust. I think to an extent there are there are a lot of

similarities. There's going to be, excuse the expression, a weeding out? Yeah you're

gonna have to kiss some frogs before you find out. You do you have companies that are

public now with you know hundreds of millions of dollar valuations and they

literally just started doing sales. Like within the last two weeks and it I

wouldn't call it like Bitcoin because with Bitcoin you're not expecting sales,

you're not expecting earnings. There's no return on capital anything like that, but

I do think there are similarities with the dot-com bubble and that you're

betting on these companies developing entire new industries. And the problem is,

I mean thestreet.com, this is a company that made it, survived the dot-com bubble.

I mean you will have companies that come through they thrive. They they come out

of this. But for every company that made on the dot-com bubble what like a

hundred disappear. I don't think anybody's doubting the size of the

market and the opportunity here. I mean we have

test cases in Washington, Colorado or even the Netherlands in Amsterdam where

that it's been legal. It's a multi-billion dollar industry in that

country and which has 17 million people you've moved that to 330 million people

where according to Gallup polls 25% of people 18 to 24 use marijuana. It might

be higher but that's a massive that's a massive massive market. It's just gonna

come down to when these companies consolidate, who's gonna win that market share?

So who do you thinks gonna win Kevin? Well right now I'd bet on Canopy.

I think that they have the distribution networks that are necessary to take

advantage of.. And they're using it for medicinal purposes?

Medicinal and recreational. The thing with Constellation like they're really going

after the recreational, but they also have spectrum cannabis which is their

medical division.

But that's Canadian based company. Right but it has regulatory

approval in Canada, in the European Union in Germany for medical marijuana.

And thanks to the Constellation US distribution is completely locked down

was legal. And a four billion dollar head start from Constellation as well.

So that's actually, we were talking about this earlier too. So they have money.

There's money, their balance sheet looks really good because of that injection of

capital from Constellation. Very different from the dot-com era when

everything was just red. I just want to be clear, they are losing money right now.

I mean their earnings, it is a loss. But they have the money there to do that

loss. You have Constellation that has warrants that will give them ownership

rights beyond 50 percent. I mean Constellation is in there and personally

when I was first looking at the space whenever anyone asks me now

or asked me in the past you know which company do you go to .. Tilray I mean

it's a great company and everything they do have a lot of really key deals going on.

But the valuation on Canopy is more attractive and the other thing is

Constellation Brands management team has a proven track record like a successful

M&A activity. Especially as a home gamer you're only gonna be able to look

at a business so in depth but the guys at Constellation they had a very good

look at more than just Canopy I'm sure and they decided to bet on Canopy.

And they have the first mover advantage. They're the first ones. But it's at the same

time it is a very small piece of their bottom line. I mean it's still Corona at

the end of the day. Fair, but they're not betting on where it is now they're betting on

where its going to be. They're skating to where the puck is. I love the analogy that's

a great point. Right and also talking to the valuation, Tilray, we already

discussed why that thing went hyperbolic yesterday.. But it still

could come back and be okay and settle out no? 970 times sales,

as of this morning. It's down now from that but that's about twice what

Canopy's valuation is and I believe Canopy should be about two times the sales.

Should we talk about Cronus?

Cronus is almost an also-ran that's not to the level of Tilray and Canopy.

And then the other option is to talk about the pharma companies.

How does this affect the pharma companies? Does it?

Well they're looking at the space right. Tilray has a deal with

Novartis I want to say it is. They have a deal with Novartis and they

also just signed a new deal with Intelligenx today, which is a very

small Canadian company. But now they have medical delivery method completely settled.

So if you're a pharma company are you worried right now?

I think it depends on what drugs you have. I mean Bruce Linton has come on the record,

first of all the other reason I like Canopy, he has said don't look

at us as just selling marijuana. He said the way he puts it in the investor

presentation from August which you can check out on their site is, look at

marijuana or cannabis as a disruptive ingredient. So we're not they're just

selling the leaves, they're retooling it. I mean there's over I

think like over a thousand different substances within marijuana when

really start to break it down and all of those are gonna have different

use cases. But he's come out saying that they're working on something

to compete with Ambien. So if he's targeting a sleeping pill

that you're not gonna be able to overdose on, you don't really have to

worry about it killing you if you take too much,

it really depends if you're investing in pharma company I would say

it depends where are their sales coming from? If it's appetite stimulants for

chemotherapy for example, everyone knows marijuana and the munchies.

That's an organic natural alternative to whatever they have on the

market today. If you're talking sleeping pills,

you can overdose on sleeping pills and you're not really gonna

overdose on marijuana. I don't think there's even one documented case.

There's an ETF, a cannabis ETF. There are ways to get in this space. Before we

close out right now, Kevin would you if you had money to spare put money in this

stuff right now? Well I think that it's difficult. I think an ETF is

probably a good idea based upon spreading the risk around. As we said

there's a number of companies that might not survive this type of dot-com environment.

I think that we've established which companies we think are

blue chips. But I do think if you're a speculative player and you don't really

know as much, you don't have as much time to pour through the documents as

Zev and I do, an ETF might be your best bet. It's good point

The only pushback I would have on that is my issue with ETFs and I think is you

can kind of look at the semiconductor ETF right now, which is full of secular

and cyclical plays. So Nvidia, it's not doing well today but it was doing good

but Micron was getting hit real bad and the problem with the marijuana ETF

in my opinion is because we've said that there are so many companies out there

that we think are just gonna disintegrate, you're getting exposure to

that as well. So it's a risk?. There is a risk. This is a risky industry.

Personally what I would do is pick your four favorite plays,

and spread the risk evenly. Go a little Canopy, Tilray to come in. Aurora which Coke

has put interest in. That's what I would do but again you know as Kevin

said that's a bit of a more active. approach. You got to work at it or you

could just read these guys at TheStreet.com. Because they're following it.

Anbd of course RealMoney, AAP puts stuff out all the time. Follow these guys, this is

definitely not going anywhere. Again, much to my dismay as a mother..

thank you both.

Prince Harry reveals the one palace he rarely visits - and it will surprise you - Duration: 2:19.

After growing up as a royal, you might think that Prince Harry is well accustomed to spending plenty of time at his grandparents' the Queen and Prince Philip's homes, but in a new documentary, Queen of the World, the Prince revealed that there's actually one palace he hasn't spent much time in – Buckingham Palace! Chatting to a group of young professionals from the Caribbean who were staying at the Palace to train with the household staff as rising stars of the hospitality industry, the Duke of Sussex asked them about their accommodation

When he heard they had already stayed at the palace for two weeks, he said: "Well, you guys have spent way more time in Buckingham Palace than I ever have and you've only been here for two weeks, I can assure you

" During his childhood, Prince Harry is much more likely to have stayed with his grandparents at Balmoral, Sandringham and Windsor, and lived in Kensington Palace while growing up

He also lived in Clarence House for a time until 2012.  He then gave advice on what to say to Her Majesty if the trainees see her around the palace, joking: "If you suddenly bump into her in the corridor, don't panic

And I know you will. We all do." The documentary looks at the breadth of the commonwealth headed by the Queen, and how she is passing on some of her responsibility to the younger members of the royal family

The documentary follows Prince William, Princess Anne and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex during royal engagements, and includes Meghan discussing her stunning wedding dress and veil since they have been put on display to be released to the public in October

This Smoking Gun Proved Mueller Is A Liar And It Just Changed Everything - Duration: 3:26.

Robert Mueller's entire investigation is a lie.

But one is bigger than all the rest.

And it just proved Donald Trump's worst fears about Robert Mueller.

Robert Mueller's Big Lie Media outlets painted a picture of Mueller

as a "by the book" lawman.

They claim he never leaks anything to the press.

But countless stories popped up in the media about what witnesses had said or the status

of the investigation.

Fake news journalists stated Mueller did not leak these stories.

But that was a lie.

The Smoking Gun Surfaces For months, Trump supporters questioned the

media narrative that Mueller never leaked.

Finally, the smoking gun emerged.

The Department of Justice's Special Counsel Office released hundreds of pages of emails

and text messages.

The Daily Caller was able to obtain them through a Freedom of Information Act request.

The documents show that Mueller's team kept in close contact with a number of reporters.

They also lead critics to believe Mueller's office fed reporters stories.

The Daily Caller reports on their examination of the Mueller team's text messages and

emails: The New York Times ran a story in August poking

fun at the secrecy of the special counsel, with one reporter writing that Carr's "'no

comment' replies have become a running dark joke among the Washington press corps."

But on July 21st, 2017, Adam Goldman from TheNYT sent an email to Carr about arranging

a "touch base" meeting, according to documents provided by the DOJ.

That meeting was later rescheduled, but it is just one in a pattern of meetings and private

calls from reporters jockeying for opportunities to solicit information from an investigation

that has been labeled as "leak proof" from the press.

Ironically, Vox was one of those exact outlets that proclaimed Mueller's team as immune

to leaks — despite one of its reporters communicating extensively with Carr via text.

Critics Raise More Questions These messages lead to more questions.

Americans know from the Peter Strzok and Lisa Page text message scandal that Deep State

agents used personal phones for communications.

They evaded record keeping laws by using this practice.

Did Mueller's team employ similar tactics?

Did anyone on Mueller's team use encrypted messaging apps to hide their communications

with the press?

Regardless, one thing is clear.

And it's that the media lied when they said Mueller's team was leak proof.

So what other false, anti-Trump stories did the press feed the public to boost the Mueller

probe?

The public relations fight has always been a big part of this investigation.

Trump and his allies pointed out that the Russian collusion story is a hoax.

The Mueller team tried to keep their legitimacy by claiming they were working silently while

the media fought back.

However, we know that was not the case.

The Mueller team did fight back.

But the press lied about where their stories were coming from.

They tried to make it seem like lawyers for the people Mueller interviewed or the witnesses

themselves were their only sources.

That may have been partly true.

But the reality is that Mueller and his team were guiding the press while the media lied

about how they never leaked.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.

What's Microsoft 'PowerApps'? Will it become mainstream in Process Improvement? - Duration: 6:01.

Today I'll introduce Microsoft PowerApps which can make process improvement innovation.

[Intro Video]

Hi, this is Mike Negami, Lean Sigma Black Belt.

Do you know about Microsoft PowerApps?

I recently learned that it's awesome software, so I'll talk about my experiences with it.

We would like to improve our work productivity, so automation with IT is essential these days.

Those possibilities are even further expanded by utilizing smartphones and tablets.

I could use Excel's VBA.

VBA can do quite a bit, but it has the following weaknesses.

1) Distribution and version control are a pain in the neck.

I usually send the finished files by e-mail to the people in charge, but after a while

bugs appear, or people ask for some modifications.

I usually end up having to update the files and resend them.

Every time I update, it's difficult to get all the recipients to use the latest version.

2) It's difficult to update an external database from Excel.

When collecting all the data in one place and sharing it with everyone, you can bring

the data to Excel on the PC, but the reverse is difficult.

3) Making Excel fit a mobile screen is bothersome.

Anyway, you can't even use an Excel program on non-Excel-installed devices.

Excel does not automatically respond to the screen of every smartphone or tablet.

It's possible, but still, mobile correspondence is very hard.

The fatal issue is that VBA doesn't work properly on Apple and Android devices.

I happened to have a project using tablets at work and used PowerApps this time.

Then, I found that this software can solve all of the three issues mentioned, very easily.

I'll show you what I did.

By the way, if you've already used Microsoft Office 365 Business Essentials or higher,

you can start using PowerApps right away for free.

My project is to make a reservation management system for one of our cafeterias.

They've been doing this with a pen and paper until now.

You just take a reservation and write it on paper and check it when the customer comes.

It's a simple flow, but their office is far away from the cafeteria and they want

to store their data in the cloud and use a tablet.

Right there, I don't want to use Excel.

We have another flow to connect this reservation data and sales data later, so any existing

applications in the market are also not suitable.

If you ask for custom system development from an IT vendor, even this simple flow would

cost us a lot of money.

Therefore, we decided to use PowerApps.

Our plan is like this: in the 1st Step, our office manager enters the reservation data

on the tablet or PC screen.

Then, the system saves that data to the company's SharePoint.

When the customer visits us, since the tablet at the cafeteria lists the reservation guests,

they can confirm the reservation.

At the end of the day, the system connects the reservation data and sales data on Excel.

You can design each screen on the tablet, make functions to switch screens and to add

and edit data to the external database, just using PowerApps tools alone.

You can also implement the program within the PowerApps platform.

Moreover, you can develop all this without typing code and complete a program in a short

time.

When I experienced this with my first app, I was shocked.

Until now, Microsoft has been behind other companies in the mobile field, but I think

that they'll catch up with PowerApps and another software program, Microsoft Flow,

which was officially released in November 2016.

It's stated that Microsoft Flow connects not only other Microsoft products, but also

SNS and other companies' products and you can realize next level automation.

There seems to be a lot of dissatisfaction among SharePoint developers right now, but

those issues will be improved in the future, and Microsoft has already announced that these

two software programs will succeed the existing development tools.

I think that this is a great opportunity for us.

It's not easy, but since program development can be done without code writing in both software

programs, I'll try to master them both.

I anticipate that these will become the center of process improvement program development

in the future.

Let's learn this together!
