Hey hey hey everybody!

What is up Facebook fans and friends!

Shaun Hadsall here, stubborn fat expert and owner of

Get Lean In 12.

In today's short video I want to share

a sequence I call the Stubborn Fat Sequence, that I

use on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This is especially effective for people who are over 35 years

old or have stubborn fat to lose.

In other words, if you've gotten great

results and lost your first 15, 20,

maybe even 30 pounds of fat, but you had that last 10 or 15

pounds that you just can't seem to get rid of.

The reason why is because your body

looks at fat like your retirement plan.

It wants to hold onto it as long as it can

and keep as much as it can on the body.

As you lose weight, it becomes harder

and you have to get more strategic

and use a scientific strategy.

On day two here of my 30 day challenge,

I just wanted to share the stubborn fact sequence.

I only recommend that you do this

a couple of times of the week, because otherwise you'll

get adrenal fatigue.

There's three steps to the stubborn fat sequence

and I just finished doing it at the gym.

I'm sitting here in the parking lot.

The first step is to stabilize insulin.

When you stabilize insulin it puts the body

in a fat burning environment.

If you enter a workout with insulin

elevated it can be very anabolic for muscle building,

but it makes it nearly impossible for the body

to use fat as a fuel source.

There's two solution's to this.

Number one is doing what I'm doing,

I haven't eaten since 8 PM last night,

so my body is in a fasted state.

Insulin is very stable and that means

that my body is in a perfect fat burning environment

to engage in the Stuborn Fat Sequence.

The other thing you can do, is if you have to have breakfast

and you're breakfast eater--

I personally like use intermittent fasting,

I'll talk more about that here in a second.

But, if you are breakfast eater, I'd

wait a couple hours after breakfast

to exercise if you could.

Now, if you can't, I would recommend a five minute

walk to make sure you can stabilize insulin

a little bit more before you move or exercise.

That's step one.

Step two is metabolic bursting intervals and today

on the step mill--

You could do this outside on any cardio machine

that you want and you can even use weight exercises,

you just have to pace yourself accordingly.

I used the step mill today and I did 30 second, high intensity

bursts with a 30 second recovery period.

That equals one minute and I did that 10 times

for a total of 10 minutes.

Now, because during that 30 second burst

I pushed the step mill- I used the manual setting

on the cardio machine, I think that's very important

because then you're in control the intensity.

The machine isn't controlling you, you are controlling it.

Use the manual setting, go as hard as you possibly can

for 30 seconds, then recover for 30 seconds at a very slow pace.

Again, you could do this on any cardio machine or even

using body weight movements.

After those 10 intervals what ends up happening is--

Those high intensity intervals kick up

the body's sympathetic nervous system

and force the adrenal glands to release adrenaline.

Adrenaline converts into the hormones

that are responsible for releasing trioglyceral

from your fat cells into the bloodstream to be burned off.

That's where those trioglycerol are

split into three fatty acids and one glycerol molecule.

Those fatty acids then are floating around

in the bloodstream liberally.

This is very important because we have to burn those off.

Step three is to do a 15 to 30 minute cardio session, just

a steady state cardio session, to burn off

those free fatty acids that are floating around

from the adrenaline release that you just

got from the high intensity 30 second metabolic burst.

If you don't engage in this steady state cardio it's OK.

Research shows that as you get leaner

and as you get over age 35, the hormonal conditions are

a little bit different, the body will restore those fatty acids

into other areas of your body in adipose tissue.

In other words, it'll restore stubborn fat cells.

Doing the 15 to 30 minutes of cardio

is your insurance policy to make sure this doesn't happen.

This is something that we call fat defense.

This is something I only do on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I like to do weights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

I like to do steady state cardio on the weekends

to work the aerobic system.

There's one more tip I want to give you before I sign off.

You don't have to do this, there's

many ways to skin the cat.

The best exercise and diet plan you can do

is one you can adhere to.

The reason I like doing Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays

weights, and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays cardio

or high intensity metabloic bursting workouts,

is because research shows that when you alternate weight

training days with cardio days you lose more fat

and you gain more muscle.

This doesn't mean you can't get great results

using other methods.

I have other methods that I sell inside my other programs that

work fantastic as well.

This is just something that I want to recommend.

Again, all of this is just advice on my 20 years

experience of being in this industry

and working with people who have declining hormones.

You have to find out what works best for you.

hey guys I'm back with my weight loss journey I just want to start off by

saying for some of you guys that been following me I'm now doing

asmar videos I'm very into Asian cuisines so I create these at home so

you'll see a lot of those and you'll also see some sushi videos but the

question I'm already getting is how are you going to maintain losing weight and

also doing these videos that have tons of food that you are eating in front of

millions of people well as I said in a prior video I am doing the intermitting

fast and I have been since I started my weight-loss journey videos there's an

eight-hour window to eat you can choose from 16 hour fast or for people who want

to be more advanced four or maybe six-hour window to eat and then you're

fast is a little bit longer because it's less our window to eat and then they

have the one meal a day which I got back on because I lose much more weight

faster and I can see the results and I also feel better by eating one hour a

day and the time that I pick is from 3 to 4 and I do a 23 hour fast and no to

answer your question I am not hungry come close to the time to eat at 3

o'clock it's a mind thing of course now I'm then hungry because I know it's

close to the time that I eat but I eat from 3 to 4 which I do the video around

that time 3 ish um and then I'm done for the day by the time I finished that big

meal I'm not thinking about food because my mind is saying there's nowhere to put

anything else so after the 30 days is up and I do my 30 eating show videos asmar

videos where I eat I don't talk in you just heat hair eating sounds that's

very therapeutic to a community of people who watch these kind of videos so

I just eat and enjoy my food the hour that I have and I make my video so I'm

killing two birds with one stone but I want to after 30 days do an update video

on if I lost anyway and I can tell you right now you guys are gonna be blown

away when 30 days comes around and I'm doing a video telling you how much

weight I lost you're gonna go back to my channel and say there's no way she lost

all that weight and she's eating all that food every single day

one thing about my eating show videos I enjoy cooking and I love my own food I

love the presentation of how I display it so I prefer when I do videos the

eating show as more videos I like to cook my own home-cooked meal and

there'll be videos like when I'm doing sushi

I will never prepare sushi because there's a certain grade of fish that you

need to get which has to be sushi quality and I don't want to make myself

sick but for the most part I'm going to make home-cooked meals and I will

display them in videos hopefully you guys subscribe as you're listening to

this video also make sure you like the video and share it but yes this is part

of my weight loss journey I am actually showing you that you can eat whatever

you want in moderation and if you're doing it correctly you still will lose

weight I still work out seven days a week two hours the workout of choice

something that I can stick with is my stationary bike I do cycling for two

hours in a sitting position and I'm petting a little pedaling away the lake

area which is my problem area that's where all the fat usually migrates at

and basically I get my work in in and I'm going to after I lose away I

have made a conscious decision that I must work out don't start working out

after you lose the weight the journey still continues if you want to live a

long happy healthy life you must have in your regiment daily just like you get up

and brush your teeth you have to have an exercise routine so I don't want to make

this video are too long but I just want to let you guys know that you really

need to check out my videos I think that you guys would be blown away with the

fact that I'm eating whatever I want you see what the portions are and I am still

losing weight I want to challenge myself that's why I'm not doing any way in

until I do my thirty videos in thirty days and then I will give arm in a big

announcement to everyone of how much weight I lost and maybe I don't know

maybe a big huge as ma sushi mukbang video uhm with lots of treats and things

Break Phone Addiction - 5 Things YOU Can Do Right NOW #BlackScreenEducation - Duration: 3:06.

How to break phone addiction Whenever we feel bored, we take our phone

and we start scrolling the internet with no clear objective. This kills our focus and

it's a huge time waster. If you also have this problem here is what to do.

1. Turn off all notifications This is the obvious but many of us don't

do it, simply because we feel like we'll miss something.

But ask yourself this: Will any notification change my life? My answer was no so I disabled

all notifications and when I need to check something I try to make it quick or do it

on my laptop.

2. Make it gray One month ago I bought a new smart phone with

great display. Watching YouTube videos was a real pleasure. And if that wasn't enough

I also created an Instagram account. And guess what. I started checking my phone more than

ever before. That become a problem. I needed to solve this and I found this trick. Try

scrolling Instagram in black and white. It doesn't look very good. Does it? Well that's

the point. Now my phone looks horrible and it's almost painful to watch.

Here you can see the difference. The picture to the left is much duller than the right one.

Now I only turn back color for 30 min after work to check the social media and then I

set it back to grayscale. On IPhones you have this feature by default and Android 5.0 Lollipop

also provides this feature but it's tricky so google it!

3. Set simple wallpaper with short message This is huge! I was eating with few colleagues

and I caught myself mindlessly checking my phone. I thought for a while and came up with

a reminder to prevent this. This is the final result(photo) And it was super simple to make

it. I just put my finger on the camera and boom. I had the black background. Then I put

"Bored? Evernote" on the photo. Now every ntime I check my phone I am asked if I am bored

and reminded to check Evernote where I keep my to-do items.

Simple, quick and effective. You might ignore it at first. But sooner or later it'll start

working.

4. Designate special place for your phone and leave it there

We bring our phones everywhere. We bring them in bed, on the table, in the bathroom...

Why all the dragging around? Just pick one place and always leave your

phone there. Extra benefit: you'll always know where to find it.

5. Keep it out of sight Most of the times when we become bored we

subconsciously take random object in sight and start playing with it. It can be a pen,

a paper, and most likely, your phone . So simply put your phone out of sight and you'll

see how many times you'll forget to check it. Ahhhhh! And make sure it's on silent.

What To Do After Mass Shootings - Duration: 2:56.

It seems like every time that we hear that the worst mass shooting in the

history of America has just occurred, we hear the same thing said just a few months later

With all the mass killings and terrorist attacks this year

Things has gotten so bad that people are sudden to become desensitized the hearing about

these reporting's It's really sad that we've gotten to a

point in time what we don't even know if we're gonna be safe going to movies

nightclubs, concerts, the grocery store, and even churches anymore

When these type of events happen they're incredibly heavy on my heart especially if they

involve children who were either murdered or survived to witness the attacks

After so many mass killings how are we even supposed to respond anymore?

With there being such an increase in attacks, it makes you wonder if the

national reporting of them indirectly encourages capable people to commit another

If that's the case mass media may want to rethink how to go about

broadcasting the names of the people who committed the crimes and also the events themselves

And there's also a couple of things that all of us can do

The first is to donate blood and money. As long as there's victims in need we ought to be

eager to give all that we can to help. And after we've contributed all that we

can another thing that we can do is they respond by keeping our spirits high

Those who want to kill a bunch of innocent people just want to see people

be broken. So what if we respond by showing that we will not be broken?

We can stand strong and respond by demonstrating more and more love for the

victims and each other and allow our bonds as a nation to grow even stronger

We can show that we'll unite when these sort of things happen

regardless of political leanings, cultural differences, races, belief systems, and so on

We can show that each time someone tries to destroy our spirits by committing some

of these crimes, our love for one another increases tenfold

We should refuse to use the immediate pain of these tragedies to further our

political agendas. And we should refuse to immediately get into angry political

debates that only increase more of a division and increasing or more hate

By first responding by showing love for one another first and foremost regardless of

differences, we can show that these mass killings will not keep us down

and instead it will only unite us more. The only thing that can combat anger, hate,

and the evil of a darkened heart, is love. Beyond all of the pain and beyond all of

the emptiness there's one thing that all of us are searching for and we're all in

desperate need of; and that's love. Love is what changes

people, not hate. Hate only makes hate grow more

The more that you treat people

with hate the more you find yourself hating them more

But the more that you

treat them with love, the more that you find yourself loving them more

And the more that you hate the worst effect gets that it has on you

Each act of love matters more than you think

and each act of love is eternal

So by loving one another more deeply and uniting despite our differences we can

asure together that evil will not win

you

SPIRITUAL LONELINESS: WHAT TO DO WHEN NO ONE UNDERSTANDS YOU - Duration: 4:41.

For those who are spiritually-minded, it's not uncommon to feel a little disconnected

from other people at times.

The experience of loneliness is almost a natural byproduct of spiritual awakening.

Though we might be connected to our inner guidance system, we might also feel a little

displaced in modern civilization where materialism, consumerism, and negativity often reign supreme.

If you are going through an awakening process, or if you already have, then you will certainly

know what it feels like to be rejected by the herd.

So how do we maintain a feeling of unity with everyone, while also feeling like we are emotionally

separated from everyone?

Here are some helpful ways to cope with spiritual loneliness:

1) Reality itself is just a play in consciousness.

It's all a dream.

You are dreaming right now.

You aren't dreaming in the sense that your body is asleep, but you are dreaming in the

sense that when you die you will wake up in a new dimension.

You will realize that your life and your journey was all one big play that was set up so that

you could evolve as a soul.

Zooming out and gaining perspective like this really helps with dealing with loneliness

because it allows remembering that our life is a manifestation of our consciousness and

a projection of our creativity.

Don't take things too seriously!

Learn from the dream, listen to the dream, and explore the dream.

But don't let the contents of the dream hold you up.

2) Operate from love rather than fear

Don't let thoughts like "I'm always going to be alone", or "I'll never find

a good group of friends", or "I'm never going to have someone I can relate to" dominate

your consciousness.

The problem of using fear as a motivator in life is that making decisions out of fear

actually pushes the things that we went away from us.

For example, if we are afraid of being lonely, we actually attract more loneliness into our

lives.

Will anyone actually be energetically attracted to an energy field of fear and self-pity?

Operate from a space of self-certainty and self-love, and you can't help but attract

that into your life.

When you allow fear to be your dominant feeling, you are telling the universe you aren't

ready to step into greatness yet.

3) Go with the flow

Life in modern society can be very frantic.

There is no need to rush, and no need to try to win the rat race.

Remember, there's nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to do and no one you need

to impress.

Sometimes, we cause ourselves anxiety by holding ourselves up to expectations society puts

forward for us.

You don't need a group of 10 friends that you get together with each weekend.

You don't need a Twilight relationship.

Holding expectations of achieving a cookie-cutter life only breed stress and confusion.

Learning to completely let go and relax will be one of the best things you can do to creating

a happy life for yourself.

Follow your intuition and do the things that come naturally to you.

Life is about the journey.

Work with the universe, follow your heart, and be open to possibilities.

4) Seek others out

Always remember, there are many spiritually-minded people out there.

Don't be discouraged if you haven't found any yet within your immediate surroundings.

Take action towards the lifestyle you want, and meet the universe halfway so that it can

create synchronicities for you.

Take a yoga class.

Take a class at a local metaphysical shop.

Hangout at a progressive cafe.

Join a spiritual community online.

Keep all your doors open.

It's not uncommon to feel alone or excluded in our society, especially if you have alternative

views and beliefs.

Don't feel bad for yourself.

Self-pity is useless.

Feel proud that you have the courage to be yourself in a world where individuality is

suppressed.

Feel excited that as long as you are in integrity, you will only have incredible relationships

from here on out.

You are loved, and there are millions of others who feel the same way you do.

The important thing to do when you feel lonely is changing your perspective, operate from

love, be proud of yourself for being true to who you are, and trust that the universe

will provide you with the support system you need if you are willing to take a step outside

your comfort zone to make those connections happen.
