hey guys today I'll show you how to use your Google Drive and keep your file or

folder into the Google Drive and you also you can share your Google on Google

Drive to somebody else they can use or use your file and make comments on it

and they can edit also from the Google Drive so let's see how you can do it

first of all you open your browser Chrome browser and you put there is

couple of ways you can do it just type Drive dot Google

and when you type Drive Google design into your Google Account you know if you

have any Google account then you just put your name and password those are

already I have saved in my computer so but if you it doesn't come like this

then you just have to put your Google ID and the password so it's gonna launch

you this page and then what you have to do just select what option you want want

to open so that's the one way you can you can open the Google Drive there is

other way you can open the Google Drive see when it's like Google homepage and

then see there is at the top right hand corner there are like says Google Apps

if you click on this and then you will see some icon like that and then over

here there is an icon called like Drive you click on Drive and then the same

page you're gonna get like this so let's see click on Drive

so you got the same page so there is two ways you can you can write like

drive.google.com or you can just from the google app menu and just click on

drive so that's the easy way if you just click on the google app menu and select

the google drive so you're gonna get the Google Drive page so in this interface

we can use our file whatever file you want to use whatever file you want to

upload you can also upload a folder you can make a folder over here so how you

gonna do it so if you click on new then you will see a couple of options you can

create a folder you can upload a file or you can upload a folder see over here

there is another option it's a Google Documents Google sheets Google Sites so

whoever doesn't have like Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel you guys can also use

Google Drive to write something and print out right away you don't have to

worry about like oh I don't have any Google Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel

just if you click on Google Documents it's gonna give you a page so see it

says the there's the there's the interface of Google Documents and now

you can type anything and almost similar to Microsoft Word so if you know how to

work on Microsoft Word and then if you type something here you see see at the

top right hand corner it says share if you just click on share you can share

this file to somebody you know you know somebody's email address you know just

click on share and put the email address and then you can share it can make a

comments on this and you can do it and so now we're gonna see

how to upload a file into your Google document so to do this click on new

again and upload a file and then you have to select where is your pilot so

I'm gonna go to my file where I saved all my file

see I just I will just select like random file and I want to share so click

on open see it's gonna loading here so it's load already so there are three

document I selected and those are already in my Google Drive also the

similar way you can upload a folder see how you can upload a folder suppose you

have a software you wanna use use it somewhere else so just put it in your

Google Drive and use it anywhere sign in to your Google account and use it

anywhere it's like really simple so click on new and click on upload folder

so when it's come like that then you just select the folder which folder you

wanna use

suppose I wanna use any file like okay see this is like Jenny's file that's

then this file is already uploaded it's loading actually here if you look at the

bottom here you will see it's loading four out of five five out of five

finishing uploaded so see it's already when you move Mountain car move your

cursor you will see a right right side that means it's already uploaded so

there is how you can upload like any file into your in file or folder into

your Google Drive also you can share any pictures if you want like just select

the same way if you want like go to new and upload file or upload folder and go

to inside this inside the folder and select the picture and put it here

so the other way suppose I made like three document here so how I'm gonna put

those three document into a folder so let's make a folder here and put it

there so suppose I I make a folder something called new folder click on

create see there is a folder name called new folder already created so just

select these three pages and drag it into this folder see now so if you open

now this you click double click on this box and you will see your three folder

inside so to go back click on my drive you will see if you click on my drive

you will see whatever file you shared or whatever file you clicked on the real

benefit for this Google Drive is like suppose you went somewhere and

your file is not with you or you don't have any Pendry with you you need your

resumee or you need some pictures to show somebody or unit you want to print

out something then what you have to do if you put your thing into your Google

Drive so if you just go there and you can use those file very easily so there

is how actually you can use your Google file or folder you can how you're gonna

share this file suppose if you click on this and I want

to share this folder with somebody so click on this folder and see at the top

right hand corner corner it says men with a plus sign you click on this the

after you click on this and you will see share with others dialog box and put the

email at the sea State enter the name or email address I'm gonna put just email

address my another email address click select this one you can also add more

people so when you select the email address this person you send the he can

edit your did your file or he can make a comment so you have to select from there

what he want to do he just want view or see overhears he said like can view also

there is a couple of option can edit so if you select can edit this the the

person you send your document he can edit the file suppose you worked on a

Microsoft Word or anything and you not sure or you want to review

by the other person so if you select this option like an edit and send it to

the person and you can make a note what you want to do and then send it to the

guy so I just select like can view and like send it

so I already shared this so if you look at this box it stays there shared with

one person that means I already shared this folder with another person so it's

really simple guys just open your Google Drive and you can use it really you

really it's really helpful so suppose like you you can happen you can upload

like up to 25 gig of the file and suppose you had like a lot of files is

like unnecessary so how are you gonna delete these files so click on file and

over here it says like trash if you click on trash it's gonna be deleted or

you can drag this file to trash bin here the other way if you click right click

on it and click remove it's gonna be removed from there and I want to remove

this file to click on remove and this file to I just wanted to show you guys

how to upload it so I I already showed and now I just want to remove my like

explain those unnecessary file even this page like those are the easy one is the

greeting page now actually who don't need it

so you just remove this

In your childhood you had no need of a boyfriend or girlfriend to become happy, but as you

grew up as an adult, due to some hormonal changes, you started to feel the need of having

a life partner.

So if you observe a little deeply, you can easily understand that, the root of our any

relationship is some kind of need.

These needs can be of various types, and to fulfil these various types of needs we build

up various kind relationships.

Now these needs can be physical, emotional, and psychological or even may be political.

Even if you want to give someone something, that is also a need.

So the fundamental of any relationship is some kind of need.

Now when these needs are not fulfilled correctly, relationships start to fall out.

In starting, two people have some common needs, so they enter into a relationship.

But as time passes away, the needs get changed.

These needs transform into expectations.

And as two people always have different expectations, conflicts occurred which ultimately leads

to damages in relationships.

So fundamentally there are two things that cause harm to our relationship, 1.

Expectation and 2.

Conflict.

Now imagine if in any relationship these two things become completely 0, I mean 0 expectations

0 conflict, then is it possible to happen any kind of problem in that relationship?

But for the normal people like us it is impossible to make these two things completely 0.

On the other hand the fun fact is, if you go out to fulfil even just one person's all

expectations, then the whole resource of this world will be not enough because, expectations

are always limitless.

If you meet one, another pops up.

And as there are two different people, so for sure their expectations will be different

also.

So what is the solution?

Are we helpless in this case?

I agree that it is impossible for most of us to have 0 expectations in a relationship,

but if we want for sure we can minimize it.

For which just a little amount of consciousness is needed.

Riya's boyfriend Raju asked Riya, "What do you want in your birthday?"

Riya said, "Oh!

I don't want anything�, although in her mind Riya was wishing may Raju bought her

the dress which they had liked yesterday, but due to short of money at that time which

they couldn't bought.

Now Raju is among those kinds of people who take everyone's word literally.

He don't understand all those complex thinking.

So as Riya said she didn't want anything, Raju didn't buy anything.

So, when Raju wished her on her birthday without any present, Riya got upset.

Raju figured out that there was something wrong with Riya, he even asked her, but still

Riya didn't say anything to Raju.

She only replied, "Nothing, I'm fine!"

This whole problem would never arise if Riya and Raju would have been a little more conscious.

If Riya would have been conscious, she would understand what type of a person Raju is.

He takes everyone's word literally.

And Raju would understand what Riya really wants.

And what Riya expected was that Raju would perform mind reading and would know somehow

what she really wants, which Raju didn't know how to perform, so it had become Riya's over

expectation.

On the other hand Raju expected that Riya didn't want anything at all, which had become

Raju's over expectation.

If we can be a little more conscious to this kind of situations and become aware of our

over expectations, then I believe our relationships can become far better.

Now the 2nd problem is conflict.

Conflicts occur when the needs are opposite.

So, how to minimize it?

By creating balance between them!

Means, by finding out win-win situation.

And for doing so doing compromise is very much needed.

And to be able to compromise we first have to listen carefully what the other person

is saying, what is his or her actual need that has to be listened carefully.

Not that when the other person is talking about his or her needs, I'm just waiting when

he or she will stop and continuously wondering in my mind about my own needs and planning

for how to represent it with more importance.

No, first you have to listen carefully to the other person, then you should tell him

or her about your needs and then together you should find out a win-win situation.

Then only conflicts in a relationship can be minimum.

Only this much is enough to make a relationship blissful.

Only two things, 1.

Being aware so that the expectations never become over expectations.

2.

?First listen to the other person then tell your own needs and then together try to find

out a win-win situation.

If some day we have a fight with one of our loved ones, for the whole day our mood remains

bad.

So, I think we should be at least this much aware in this case.

Always remember, "A true relationship is, two imperfect people refusing to give up on

each other".

How Much Money Can You Make on Poshmark - Duration: 9:35.

what's going on guys it's Brian from BG media innovation and today I want to

talk about selling clothes online what Poshmark is for those of you that might

not know and how much you can actually make on this site so stay tuned because

we're starting right now here we go

alright guys so just jumping right in and I'm gonna talk about the basics

really really fast so if you obviously know what Poshmark is already feel free

to skip ahead about 30 minutes 30 minutes 30 seconds to about a minute now

Poshmark basically is a clothing site and a clothing app now what it is is

basically you buy and sell clothes now you can buy and sell used clothes you

can buy and sell new clothes it doesn't really matter but initially when you're

getting started out in the way that I teach it is obviously you want to sell

used clothes to make money and then you can either cash out or you continue to

reroll that money into like new clothes and new stock which you can then turn

into a passive income business model so it's a really really cool site you can

actually make a good deal of money on this and I feel like a lot of people are

still sleeping on this even though it's pretty pretty big now this is only us

only I do want to stress that but I do actually have an entire course on this

so just get the plug out of the way real fast it will be linked in the

description below if you guys want to check that out it's only ten bucks I

actually have it up here ignore the $30 right here it's only $10 as always just

for you so I want to talk about a little bit of my how much I've actually earned

on the site and by no means no way shape or form have I earned a lot I know a lot

of people that have earned a lot of money and make six figures literally

just on Poshmark so it's very very easy it doesn't take a lot you just need all

you simply need is you don't need any money you just need some clothes and

some extra clothes laying around your house so everybody's got clothes and

toes that don't fit them everybody's got some other you know things laying around

the house whether it's shoes that you might not use anymore and you can

literally turn them into cold hard cash which you can turn into a passive

business model so I want to talk about this today simply because I get a lot I

get a questions a lot on people asking me you know what what is a great

business model that I can start that doesn't you know take a lot of money to

invest initially and you know the real the reality of it is that the majority

of businesses are going to take either an investment of money or an investment

of time both are currencies as I always like to say so this is actually one of

the few that you can actually hop into if you live in the u.s. of course where

you just simply need you know old clothes laying around your

house and you can literally turn those old clothes into money or into a

business I promise you that so like I said I have an entire course on this I

don't go to too in-depth of it but I do get this question a lot of how much you

can actually earn on Poshmark so I wanted to talk about that today now

recently I barely I won't preface this by saying I barely ever sell on this

anymore I listed a bunch of clothes and I used to use this probably about a year

ago significantly and I used it significantly for about two months so I

still obviously get gifts every once in a while people you know will buy

something here and there and I'll get paid you know every like you know maybe

I'll sell like two or three pieces of clothes you know a month now cuz I

really don't share anymore which is crucial and something I go into in depth

in the course you know obviously you need be sharing and sharing at the right

times you need to be influencing on on the Poshmark but actually recently I

became a passion ambassador so that's kind of strange because I don't even do

it anymore really but obviously it's a great great business model if you're

into clothes if you're into fashion if you have anything laying around that you

want to make money off of so you can see here that you know I've sold 128 I've

made a hundred twenty-eight sales on the site now roughly the majority of these

I'm gonna say roughly maybe like 110 of them were in two months alone so I made

roughly about eighteen hundred bucks in two months

it wasn't very very easy didn't take a lot there's so many people on this site

and on this app that are looking for clothes that you have you just need to

know how to tag it right how do you know SEO out your clothes and you're

listening so that the right people can find them and then you have to know how

to share and when to share and then obviously if you want to turn it into a

business you know you need to know where to get your items and so on and so forth

but I want to talk about how much you can actually make on this site so I

probably in about two months I earned about eighteen hundred so we can average

that out that if I took it seriously and I started building my my audience which

you know I still only have about ten thousand followers on this site but up

there's a lot of people with hundreds of thousands and it's not hard to build up

if you know how to do it correctly now you can definitely hop in and get some

automation software and that's definitely something I also talked about

in the course and that's crucial if you actually want to scale up clearly I

don't have my automation software for this going anymore but if you want

automation software that will literally be a game changer for you and you can

you're a homo said channel there you can grow your following relatively easily so

I still have probably like 40 listings roughly maybe like 35 that are you know

still live that people can buy so this they literally sit there as you know and

we all know that I love passive business models so there's those clothes that

I've listed literally sit there and can potentially pay me out in the weeks and

months to come so whenever someone buys one you know I might get 10 bucks I'm

gonna get 40 bucks depending on the thing we'll go back to my closet really

fast and I dropped all the prices really really low because I'm just trying to

get rid of these things but you know you could obviously sell them a lot more

this is like this is probably worth like 40 bucks even though I'm song it's so

low this is probably worth like 31 so you get the point you get the picture

it's very very easy you can earn a lot of money on this site and in the two

months that I really really actually earned on this you know you can probably

average that up out to about you know roughly about 900 bucks so it's it's

good you know 900 bucks it extra a month just for listening some closing around

your house and and I really didn't turn this into a business at all I do

actually have another Poshmark closet that I talk about in the course but

that's that's all if none of that is used clothes and none of that it kind of

applies to you if you're just getting started it's all kind of scaled up and

you know stuff that I purchased wholesale and list on the site so that's

something I also talked about in the course but just off the back guys if

your listing closing you have a bunch of stuff - you know - list that it's just

laying around your house you can make a lot of money on Poshmark if you simply

list it the right way so I kinda just wanted to talk about that today because

obviously this is a passive income and a business channel you know anything

ecommerce anything digital marketing and so I always want to bring you new

innovative ideas talk about Poshmark probably I think I've like three videos

on Poshmark just kind of test out the audience to see if people were actually

into that but trust me it's not just you know some fancy you know fashion

clothing site for people that are only into that you can make a lot of money on

this everybody has clothes that are laying

around that they don't use anymore everybody has something telling you just

expand your mind I always like to bring different innovative ideas to you guys

different ways to make money there are a bunch of them out there and Poshmark is

How to Knit 2 Color Brioche In The Round Part 1 of 3 for Hat and Cowl - Duration: 11:48.

hi I'm Kristin Omdahl and welcome back to my studio in this series of videos

I'm going to show you how to knit brioche stitch in the round with two

colors of yarn after you learn the technique I'm going to show you how to

make this gorgeous cowl and slouchy knit hat we're going to be using worsted

weight yarn so it works up really quickly to make these beautiful holiday

gifts let's get started make sure you follow the link in the

video description to download the free pattern and order the Be So Brave Yarn

which is still on sale on my website for $5 a hank Be So Brave yarn is 100%

USA made American merino wool it's worsted weight and comes in many

beautiful saturated colors I'm going to use Cape Cod Bay and Orangesicle for

the two colors for the demonstration and I'm going to cast on with both of them

sometimes I think it's fun to use two colors of yarn when doing a cast on

because then you don't have to do any guesswork to figure out how much yarn to

pull ahead so I'm going to hold both tails in my right hand with my needle

and then hold both of the yarns in my left hand like I'm doing long tail cast

on and just cast on as many stitches as I need if you are doing the Hat pattern

you're going to need 60 stitches cast on if you're doing the cowl pattern you're

going to need 72 stitches cast on and if you're making something smaller or

larger in circumference just make sure that you cast on an even number of

stitches when learning how to knit brioche in the round I highly recommend

starting with two color before working in one color because it's much easier to

recognize your mistakes you'll clearly see if you've knit or slipped the wrong

stitches because you won't be maintaining these vertical stripes using

the two color cast on is a great way to help you understand - how to not twist

your stitches when working in the round if

notice the doing it in two colors our stitch is at the top of the work and our

cast on edge is at the bottom of the work so Cape Cod Bay is the stitch and

the cast on edge is in Orangesicle so if we line this up just so you can see

that I have my stitches to the outside of the needles and my cast on into the

inside and that's how we know we haven't twisted our stitches I love that it's

such a great way to learn how to recognize your stitch from your cast on

so that you don't twist it we're now ready to begin our setup round for the

beginning of this project and what a setup round means is that it's around

you only do one time and it's not repeated like the rest of the stitch

pattern I'm going to use Orangesicle for my set up round just the beautiful

saturated orange and we're going to we're gonna add our stitch marker first

and then we're going to yarn over slip one and knit one yarn over slip one and

knit one yarn over slip one and knit one and this is what we're going to repeat

all the way around I enjoy living dangerously just as much as the next

person but knitting brioche two color in the round is not one of them I always

recommend slipping a stitch marker in between every round in the early rounds

of this project you want to make sure that you're checking to see that your

stitches aren't twisted still so we've got our stitches to the outside edge and

our cast on edge to the inside edge I've slipped my stitch marker and I'm now

ready to begin row round two and so I'm going to grab the second ball of yarn

which is the Cape Cod Bay and I'm going to pull it from under the Orangesicle

so that I'm kind of wrapping the yarns together because I want to carry my

yarns up every other round as I go instead of cutting them at the end of

our around because what will happen is you'd

have so many ends to weave in Plus it's a waste of yarn so we're going to carry

our yarns from round to round so we've slipped our stitch marker or at the

beginning of round two and so with yarn B we're going to knit two together with

our first two stitches and on a brioche stitch knit two together or purl two

together which will be our following round you want to make sure that when

you're doing this the two together portion you're doing a yarn over and a

stitch together it's a good way to make sure that you're on track is to always

make sure that the two together stitch is with a yarn over so these first two

here we're going to knit two together which is our brioche knit stitch and

then we're going to yarn over slip one as if to purl and that's our repeat so

we're going to knit two together yarn over slip one knit two together yarn

over and slip one and we're going to repeat this all the way around and now

we're ready to begin round three we're going to grab our yarn a and it's really

helpful to untangle your yarns as you go you'll have lot less headaches in the

long run if you make sure that they stay untangled so I'm gonna pull this okay

there we go so now we're gonna we're position so that I can grab yarn a from

underneath yarn B so I'm carrying it up as I go and I'm ready to begin round

three so we're going to move the yarn to the back of the work slip one as if to

purl and purl the next two stitches together yarn to the back of the work

which is a yarn over on a purl round slip one and purl the next two stitches

together yarn to the back of the work slip one as if to purl and purl the next

two stitches together

yarn over slip 1 purl 2 together yarn over slip 1 and purl two together a

couple of tricks to keep in mind to keep you on track remember that a slip stitch

needs to be the wrong color so we're working in orange right now we want to

make sure that our slip stitches are not orange that way we're carrying up the

other color so that we maintain this two color vertical striping the other trick

to remember is to make sure that your knit two togethers and purl two together

include one of the yarn overs you never want to be slipping the yarn over stitch

so we'll yarn over slip one and purl two together yarn over slip one and purl two

together yarn over slip one and purl two together and you want to repeat this all

the way around we're ready to begin round four which is going to be with

yarn B which is Cape Cod Bay we want to make sure our yarns are not tangled and

that we can position okay so that the yarn B can come out from under yarn a

which kind of wraps it as we go and we're gonna start with a brioche knit

stitch which is to knit the first two stitches together and remember you

always want to make sure you have a yarn over with that knit stitch so we're

going to knit these two together beginning of round four

yarn over slip one and knit two together yarn over slip one and knit two together

yarn over slip one and knit two together and repeat this all the way around I

prefer working my brioche knit stitch through the back loop I like how it

differentiates the right side from the wrong

the fabric whether you work through the front loop or the back loop with your

brioche stitch just remember to be consistent throughout the entire project

the end of round four you want to make sure you move your yarn to the back of

the work which is kind of like a very loose yarn over which will be handy at

the end of the next round we're going to slip our stitch marker to the right hand

needle we're now ready to begin our next round with yarn a so we're going to wrap

the yarn underneath the last yarn worked to come up and repeat round three

you want to make sure your yarn is to the back of the work before you slip one

as if to purl and purl the next two stitches together so we have a slip yarn

over and the brioche purl two together so we're going to move our yarn to the

back of the work for the yarn over slip one as if to purl and purl the next two

stitches together yarn over slip one and purl two together yarn over slip one and

purl two together yarn over slip one and purl two together and you want to repeat

this all the way around slip our stitch marker to the right hand needle and

we're now ready to begin round six which is to repeat round four so we're gonna

bring yarn be around yarn a and we start with a knit two together with the yarn

over and the stitch that come first knit two together we're gonna yarn over slip

one as if to purl and knit the next two stitches together yarn over slip one and

knit two together yarn over slip one knit two together and repeat this all

the way around as you've noticed our last two rounds were actually repeats so

at this point we're going to continue with repeating rounds three and four for

the desired length both the slouchy hat and the cowl call

for knitting for nine inches but if you're doing a different sized hat or a

different type of tubular project just repeat rounds three and four for the

desired length in the next two parts of this video I will show you how to either

cast off to create a tube for the cowl or create a decreased crown to create

all right for those of you that are entrepreneurs or that are consultants to

have a lot of a lot of autonomy and are working at home I want to suggest that

you set up rituals very very rigid rituals in order to keep yourself on

task because many people need a nine-to-five job or an 8 to 3 job to go

to in order to have that structure but if you're going to be autonomous and

you're going to do things as an entrepreneur and you're be given all

that wiggle room to make decisions I strongly suggest that you actually map

out your mornings where you have an actual plan where between 8 a.m. and 9

a.m. you're doing XYZ and then you intersperse it with something that you

love afterwards and then you follow it up with something that's a little bit

undesirable and then follow that up with something that you love just using the

Premack principle but I also think that if you're autonomously working from home

it's really important that you have the least amount of response effort for you

to get started so have all your your things arranged it's kind of weird at my

house I have I have a coffee maker actually wired up to hard wired but so

the water flows directly into it so I don't have to take that extra second to

pour the water and I also have the water cooler setup I'm sort of like borderline

diabetic so I get very very thirsty so I have the water cooler setup where the

water is like hard wired into it all within reach and instead of having to

carry the bottles and dump the bottles in because each time that you're

interrupted from a task that requires concentration it takes it takes a while

to get back focused again so between the coffee and the hard-wired water system I

think it's also important that you have your materials all within reach and it's

great to have one of those swinging desks that kind of just swings over your

you in that way if you have multiple ones you can kind of flip them back and

forth and you bring what you need all within reach

because the moment that it requires a little bit of effort to get up and get

something is the moment that at least myself I found myself getting distracted

so again to be very very disciplined make sure you have everything available

just to be able to work from home

Quick Tip 02: How To Use Letterbox Correctly [TUTORIAL] - Duration: 2:37.

Hello there guys and girls,

welcome to another quick tip.

This time we will talk about the letterbox.

Even if you don't know what this word means, you've definitely seen it: I'm talking

about the black bars at the top and bottom of a video, which crop your image as if you

were watching through the slit of a letterbox, hence the name.

These bars will create a more cinematic movie format, so instead of 16:9 the screen will

have an aspect ratio of 2,35 by 1 or one of the many other ratios there are.

This is something I missed out on for a long time which is why most of my early videos

are shot in regular 16:9.

This is the ratio most TV series use, however in cinemas or on Blu-rays you will very often

see 2,39 by 1, which is the ratio I am using.

Now, normally you'd have to do the math yourself to calculate how big the black bars

would have to be.

But there is a great website that offers a collection of 352 templates for letterboxing.

You can download them for free.

The file is only 16 megabytes in size, but if you extract it it will be nearly 12 gigabytes.

So make sure to extract it's contents to a location with enough available space.

In there you will now find the templates for multiple screen resolutions.

Just pick the ones you will be working with.

For instance I'm working in 1080p and 4K.

And then I've decided to use 2,39 by 1 as a ratio for my machinima.

So I copied these and deleted the rest.

If you wanna fake an old timey TV show with GTA V you can use the 133 silent film ratio.

There are different versions of the 4K letterboxes, though.

YouTube uses 3840 by 2160 as a resolution so you have to use the letterboxes from the

folder that has "UHD" attached to it.

Anyway, I've put the most useful letterboxes into a download archive for you to download

which should be enough for most of your projects.

This way you won't have to extract the huge archive and go through all the files in there.

These templates are simple PNG files with transparency so you won't have to install

them and they work with any video editor out there.

Just import the file and put it on an individual track in your timeline.

It needs to be on top of your footage.

I recommend that you lock this track so this layer won't get in the way during editing.

hey guys I'm back with my weight loss journey I just want to start off by

saying for some of you guys that been following me I'm now doing

asmar videos I'm very into Asian cuisines so I create these at home so

you'll see a lot of those and you'll also see some sushi videos but the

question I'm already getting is how are you going to maintain losing weight and

also doing these videos that have tons of food that you are eating in front of

millions of people well as I said in a prior video I am doing the intermitting

fast and I have been since I started my weight-loss journey videos there's an

eight-hour window to eat you can choose from 16 hour fast or for people who want

to be more advanced four or maybe six-hour window to eat and then you're

fast is a little bit longer because it's less our window to eat and then they

have the one meal a day which I got back on because I lose much more weight

faster and I can see the results and I also feel better by eating one hour a

day and the time that I pick is from 3 to 4 and I do a 23 hour fast and no to

answer your question I am not hungry come close to the time to eat at 3

o'clock it's a mind thing of course now I'm then hungry because I know it's

close to the time that I eat but I eat from 3 to 4 which I do the video around

that time 3 ish um and then I'm done for the day by the time I finished that big

meal I'm not thinking about food because my mind is saying there's nowhere to put

anything else so after the 30 days is up and I do my 30 eating show videos asmar

videos where I eat I don't talk in you just heat hair eating sounds that's

very therapeutic to a community of people who watch these kind of videos so

I just eat and enjoy my food the hour that I have and I make my video so I'm

killing two birds with one stone but I want to after 30 days do an update video

on if I lost anyway and I can tell you right now you guys are gonna be blown

away when 30 days comes around and I'm doing a video telling you how much

weight I lost you're gonna go back to my channel and say there's no way she lost

all that weight and she's eating all that food every single day

one thing about my eating show videos I enjoy cooking and I love my own food I

love the presentation of how I display it so I prefer when I do videos the

eating show as more videos I like to cook my own home-cooked meal and

there'll be videos like when I'm doing sushi

I will never prepare sushi because there's a certain grade of fish that you

need to get which has to be sushi quality and I don't want to make myself

sick but for the most part I'm going to make home-cooked meals and I will

display them in videos hopefully you guys subscribe as you're listening to

this video also make sure you like the video and share it but yes this is part

of my weight loss journey I am actually showing you that you can eat whatever

you want in moderation and if you're doing it correctly you still will lose

weight I still work out seven days a week two hours the workout of choice

something that I can stick with is my stationary bike I do cycling for two

hours in a sitting position and I'm petting a little pedaling away the lake

area which is my problem area that's where all the fat usually migrates at

and basically I get my work in in and I'm going to after I lose away I

have made a conscious decision that I must work out don't start working out

after you lose the weight the journey still continues if you want to live a

long happy healthy life you must have in your regiment daily just like you get up

and brush your teeth you have to have an exercise routine so I don't want to make

this video are too long but I just want to let you guys know that you really

need to check out my videos I think that you guys would be blown away with the

fact that I'm eating whatever I want you see what the portions are and I am still

losing weight I want to challenge myself that's why I'm not doing any way in

until I do my thirty videos in thirty days and then I will give arm in a big

announcement to everyone of how much weight I lost and maybe I don't know
