Hello everyone. Today I am going to show you a very easy & quick Banana chips recipe which you can easily prepare at home

and it turns out really crispy

so let's first find out which all ingredients you will need to prepare this

First begin with heating some oil in a frying pan

i am heating oil on a low flame

we need to heat the oil before hand because we are going to slice raw bananas directly into the hot oil.

but keep in mind that we need to heat the oil on a low flame

before starting let me show you the type of banana you can use. These are easily available in the market.

This is green unripe bananas which is easily available in the market and these are the ones we usually eat (smaller in size)

let me cut it in half to show you the texture

it is quite white in color from inside

normally we use this type of banana in various dry curries

if you want you can make chips using this ones too, the way you get it in market with some salt and black pepper sprinkled over it

but today we are going to use second type of banan which is a bit bigger in size than the usual ones

this is also easily available in the market

some people call it surti banana and some call it Kerala banana

normally surti/kerala banana is used for making chips

First, trim both the edges of the raw banana

then make light slits on the raw banana peels at equal distance with a sharp knife

gently remove the peel using your fingers

see how easily i am able to peel the banana

taking care not to damage the raw banana

following this peel rest of the banana

while peeling the banana, your hands might get sticky, to avoid that you can grease your palms with some oil

see, our raw banana is ready

next, combine the half teaspoon salt, 1/4th teaspoon of turmeric powder and 4 tbsp of water in a small bowl and mix well till the salt dissolves completely.

i am using turmeric here to get that bright yellow color to our chips

mix it well and keep it aside

so our salt water mixture and bananas are ready. let's start frying them

Our oil was heating on a low flame, so now i will turn the flame to medium

i am going to use this potato slicer to slice the raw bananas

this is also easily available in the market

using this slicer we will directly slice raw bananas into hot oil

banana slices tend to stick to one another so they are sliced directly into hot oil.

and it gets really difficult to fry them

that is the reason we slice them directly into the hot oil

so let's begin to slice them

first i will slit a part of banana like this before slicing it

so that we get a little bigger in size banana chips

like this, but it is completely optional

Now slice the banana directly into hot oil using a slicer like this

see how beautiful it is turning out

keep slicing the bananas untill your frying pan is full

till now i have sliced only half of the banana

for first one minute fry them without touching them with any spatula or anything

then add in a teaspoon of salt & tumeric water

after adding the water let them fry for sometime on a medium flame

you can stir in between with the hel of a frying strainer

you will get an idea once it is crispy and a little firmer

take care while adding salt-turmeric water because once salt water is dropped into oil, there's a lot of oil spurting out

because of salt water you will see lot of bubbles into oil

once the oil stops bubbling that means your chips are almost ready

so fry the batch utill the bubbling completely stops to get crispy and firm chips

you can see it is ready, firm and crispy

you will get the idea when it is ready as you will be able to hear frying sound

don't worry if some of the chips gets stuck with one another, it will get separated once you remove them in a plate

it is ready now, just fry them for one more minute to get that complete crisp

i will remove it in a plate covered with tissue paper to soak the excess amount of oil

see how beautiful it looks, fry rest of the batches like this

so the perfectly crispy homemade banana chips are ready, if you want you can also sprinkle chilli powder or black pepper powder over it

once the chips have cooled down, store them in air tight containers.

if you liked this recipe, give it a thumbs up, share it and don't forget to subscribe

How To Get Rid of Carpenter Bees | vMix 21 - Duration: 2:26.

okay the last couple years I've been having some issues with carpenter bees

and I have tried everything I've tried B spray wd-40 which would will kill the

carpenter bees and several other things that people had recommended but nothing

kept them away the way I wanted to be kept away and what my son Devon priced

told me about to try and it seems so simple that would work is get some paper

shouts and I got sandwich bags or whatever and put them up outside the

house what that does it mimics a hornet's nest

which the natural enemy of carpenter bees and what I did

he said stack them and I stalked one inside together and then I hung them

outside on my back duct and I thought I'd gonna have to hang several front and

rear of the house but it turns out the one on the back deck is taking care of

all of my heavens you know any carpenter bees around where they used to gather

since I've put up in saps and it I just got against y'all substantive sandwich

bags and I stocked one inside the other what that does I don't know but maybe

that kind of mimics again a hornet's nest which is again a natural enemy of

carpenter bees and the bees have stayed away in Tyler as it's the neatest thing

ever seen and what range I'll bring the bag in work quit for anything I'll touch

your bag box out but it's a neatest little gimmick to get rid of carpenter

bees I've come across there doesn't cost very much there's no really no work

involved in getting them together and putting them up and it keeps the

carpenter bees away so give it a try and see if it works for

you that about all I got today for me him parents

in Indiana to you wherever you are if you have carpenter bees I hope this

works for you this is George price

How to Cool a Dog Down Quickly (and save their life) | Hot weather dog care pt 4 - Duration: 6:09.

heat stroke in dogs can be a rapid killer so learning how to cool a dog

down quickly and prevent heatstroke might just save your dog's life join me

in this video where I run through the five key steps to cool a dog down

quickly hi I'm dr. Alex from ourpetshealth.com helping you and your dog to

live a healthier happier life so think about subscribing if that's something

that you're interested in now don't underestimate the importance of cooling

your dog down quickly if you think that they are developing heatstroke in one

study dogs with heatstroke who are cooled by their owners had a 38 percent

chance of dying and that's compared to a 61 percent chance of dying in those dogs

who were not cooled by their owners make no mistake learning how to cool a dog

down quickly can definitely be a lifesaver so make sure that you share

this video with all your dog owning friends and family let's jump into the

five steps and at number one we have to stop any activity move your dog into the

shade or a cooler location and encourage your pet to drink some cool water cool

water is actually better than really cold water and any water is better than

nothing a hot dog quickly becomes a dehydrated

dog and this not only reduces the ability of panting to keep their body

cool it can also be responsible for some of

the complications we see in heatstroke in dogs

dehydration exacerbates organ damage and so makes heatstroke that much more

dangerous carrying water is so important and it is one of my eleven tips to

keeping a dog cool in summer and preventing heatstroke in the first place

so make sure you check out my video that's linked up here and down in the

description below so the second step to cool a dog down quickly is to spray and

soak their coat with tepid or lukewarm water so you might think that using cold

water would be best but this will actually cause your pets body

temperature to become higher and the reason for this is that the cold water

actually causes the outside blood vessels to constrict or become much more

narrow and this effectively has the effect of trapping the heat within the

body's core and that causes a dog's body temperature to climb rather than cool

so using a spray bottle of water bottle hose or even standing your dog in a

stream or a lake will do the job it's hot out then the chances are that all of

these sources won't be too cold as the water in your dog's fur and that price

will have a cooling effect on your dog keeping their coat wet clearly is

therefore important and so be ready to add more water as needed just to keep

them down so my third step in how to cool a dog down quickly is to use a fan

to blow air over your dog this air movement helps to speed up the rate of

evaporation and so helps the dog to cool down that much faster you'll have felt

this yourself getting out of the water on a hot day if there's no wind you'll

feel hot but if there's a breeze you can actually end up feeling quite cold even

when the temperature outside is really high as well as using a fan then you

could move your dog into a spot that's in the wind preferably in the shade too

and when you're driving your dog to the vet you can also just open all the

windows as well as turn on the air conditioning copter for my fourth

cooling step is one to use if your dog has collapsed with heatstroke at home place

an ice pack frozen peas or whatever you have to hand in your dog's groin under

that armpits or on the side of their neck all of these areas are whether

really big blood vessels run which don't constrict to a degree that will trap

heat in the same way that's soaking your dog with cold water will any ice pack

should be wrapped or event cold injury to the skin and their location should be

moved every and a 15-20 minutes or so right my fifth and final step to cool a

dog down quickly is to cover them with a wet towel a towel has the ability to

hold a large amount of water and if a wet towel is placed over a damp dog and

being in a breeze too is even better then it will just help cool your dog

down faster because the towel is not in direct contact with the skin it won't

actually cause narrowing of the blood vessels that the cold water will and as

well as becoming very cold to wick heat away from your dog's body it will also

reduce the need for you to keep adding water to your dog's fur this is clearly

ideal if you're driving to the vet alone with your dog in the back cooling effect

can last much longer without you needing to keep stopping and adding

to that coke so those are the five steps for how to call a dog down quickly move

your dog to a cooler location and encourage your pet to drink cool water

spray and soak their coat with tepid lukewarm water blow air over your dog

ice pack your dog's groin armpits and neck area and place soap towels over

your dog if you've carried out all of these steps then clearly there is one

more vital part to ensuring that your dog survives heat stroke and I've

already alluded to this it is to take your dog to the vet as quickly as

possible so from the same study that I mentioned at the start it was also

reported that if a dog was presented to the vet clinic within 90 minutes of

developing heatstroke then their chance of dying was 27% so about a 1 in 4

chance of dying if though it took longer than 90 minutes then 62% of dogs died

which is more like 2 in 3 and for those dogs that were cooled by their owner and

presented to the vet within 90 minutes well 100% of them survived clearly there

is a risk of death with any dog who develops heatstroke but these figures

they really just highlight how important both cooling a dog down quickly and

rapidly transporting your dog to the vet can be if you know what to do and now

you do then it will only take 5 to 10 minutes to start cooling your dog down

quickly and this is time very well spent if at all possible you should then call

ahead to let your vet know that you're coming and this will give them some time

to get ready to treat your dog as soon as you step foot in the veterinary

clinic again time is of the essence remember though that if you're driving

open the windows and turn on the air conditioning and while time is crucial

Drive Safely having an accident will not help your dog preventing heatstroke is

clearly better than trying to treat it so make sure you check out my 11 tips to

keep your dog cool in summer that's linked in the card on the screen here

like this video if you found it helpful please share it with your friends and

family and until next time i'm dr. alex from our pets health because their

Views differ on how long North Korea's disarmament process could take - Duration: 2:02.

The talks for making that summit next month a reality are happening around the world in

multi-levels.

But the topic that will top the agenda at the talks,... is most likely to be denuclearization

of the North Korean regime.

Experts are sharply divided on how long that project might take.

Park Hee-jun reports.

Views differ about how long it could take for North Korea to denuclearize.

Some experts say it could take well over a decade.

Professor Siegfried Hecker of Stanford University, who's a former director of the Los Alamos

weapons laboratory in New Mexico,... told the New York Times that the disarmament process

would require at least 15 years.

According to a roadmap drawn up with his colleagues at Stanford's Center for International Security

and Cooperation,... denuclearization would happen in three stages.

Step 1 involves halting nuclear tests and all operations at nuclear reactors and related

facilities.

Step 2 is the dismantling of missiles and nuclear facilities,... which would then have

to be monitored and inspected.

Finally, in the third step, North Korea eliminates its nuclear program and joins the non-proliferation

treaty,... redirecting its nuclear scientists and engineers to civilian programs.

The last step alone would take a decade,... meaning a total of more than 15 years.

But other experts say the process could end much more quickly... if the North is determined

to do it.

"I think it's possible for North Korea to denuclearize within President Trump's remaining

years in office,... as long as it chooses to.

And it's likely to,... because the U.S. only ease its sanctions and protect the regime

when it does."

"President Trump has set his own timetable for the North's denuclearization.

If North Korea follows through with the plan until it's no longer a threat to the U.S.,...

it could take maybe two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half years."

So rather than the technological issues of nuclear disarmament,... the main factor could

be North Korea's will and sincerity.

How Does A Stay At Home Mom Make Money // Jessalyn's Story - Duration: 22:40.

okay we are alive and this is actually episode two of my work at home mom's

edition and today I have a very very special guest on this is a long overdue

interview and I am here today with just Len tester so if you just want to say

hello to everyone at jessalyn no awesome okay so um just Len has actually been on

the MCA team for quite a few months now and the really cool thing about jessalyn

is she was actually pretty successful already in network marketing and she had

a massive team and another company however as a stay-at-home mom she found

herself constantly glued to the computer constantly glued to her phone working

hard right hard all the time and our motto up Wi-Fi wolf is work smarter not

harder right because there's definitely more efficient ways nowaday that you can

build your business on the internet with a smart phone okay so before we get into

all of the ins and outs of why jessalyn actually decided to leave her last

company and partner up with us here I would like for her to just share

actually our backgrounds and when we first crossed paths because we actually

met you know very briefly in person and I'll let her explain you know exactly

what she was doing at the time before her network marketing career so jessalyn

over to you if you just want to share a little of our backstory and what you

were doing prior to making money online sure and thank you so much for doing

this I'm so excited it's actually finally like you said it's long overdue

and I'm so excited to finally be able to do this with you so thank you and um

yeah it's a really interesting story because Angie and I like she said we met

you know before I was working as an apartment

manager and I have been at my corporate job for about 12 years and I was really

hating it but I crossed paths with Angie because she was looking for an apartment

in between her transition from Ohio to the islands the Caribbean so she came in

and was actually looking for an apartment I toured her and took her

around looking at apartments and we connected we got along really well and

she decided to rent and she had to show proof of income during her application

process and I about peed my pants when I saw her proof of income because that was

like wow is this for real and I asked her I asked you I said you know what do

you do and you very briefly said oh I just work off the internet I just work

online and so that was it because I wasn't going to push and cry and you

know so like I was invading your privacy and then you were not the type of person

to push it on me and say you know this is what I do

come join me in business so that was literally like the extent of our first

connection and you were only there I think for like 30 days it was a short

amount of time it was very brief and then you moved and that was that so I

didn't cross paths with you again until this was that was like three or four

years ago and it wasn't until this past November when you popped up on my

timeline through somebody else's Facebook profile and I recognized you

instantly and I was like oh my gosh I know that girl and it was at a point

where you know in my business I was really struggling I mean I was making a

decent income but like he said I was hustling hard and I was glued to my

phone that's really tired so I reached out to

you just you know on a whim just to kind of see if you remember who I was and I

looked a lot different back then so I was really surprised when you remembered

me and we just got to talking from there

and the more you told me about MCA the more I knew that that's where I needed

to be because I had been like praying I I'm you know I have personal beliefs and

I've been praying for certain things to pop up in my business that weren't

popping up that my previous business couldn't offer me and all of the things

that MCA could offer me were very they were there it was obvious so I very

impulsive Lee even though it was a very big risk to leave that full-time income

it wasn't even 24 hours later I jumped on board with you so here I am I love it

yes see when we first met I wasn't pushing on you because a lot of people

you know in traditional network marketing companies they're told you

know talk to every stranger on the street it would crew all of your friends

and family you know cold message people which you actually got into doing that

you know later on after we had crossed paths but into the traditional network

marketing and so when you actually saw that there is a better way right that's

the motto of Wi-Fi want there is better way that you don't truly have to be a

slave to your business right you do still have to work definitely hard to

get it off to the ground but you can do it in a much smarter way so I'm so

grateful that we cross paths again thank goodness for Facebook right and

through there I would like to know what is it exactly that you found through

Motor Club of America and Wi-Fi wealth that made you say hey within 24 hours I

am making this decision to hop from somewhere where I laid roots you know

I've been working hard building business so what is it exactly that you

saw that made you confident enough to uproot your entire business and start

building again over here well the first thing was I had been with that company

for two years and I was making a very good income

however we were doing it the old-school way where we were sending out cold

messages which I hated cuz I would sweat sending them out just

waiting for someone to tell me off or block me or you know to friend me but

that was how we had been trained to do things and um and then once I had grown

a team of you know about four hundred people it became tiring just listening

to people complain and say how they couldn't make any money because they

were getting ignored and it was very discouraging to see people after eight

months of putting in all of this work making less than what they were paying

for their auto shipments because they had you know we had auto shipments that

were required each month in order to make a paycheck which was crazy so and

that was that was a lot of money in itself so I just really got tired and

when I crossed paths with you the main thing that really stood out to me was

that it wasn't um it wasn't so in-your-face

it wasn't like you had to go down and chase you had to go out and chase people

you don't have to go and find people because you were able to teach people

how to bring the right people to you and how online marketing suppose

look so that you're you know your business is working for you more and

then you're working so hard holding it together you know for it and I knew just

from crossing paths with you previously that you knew what you were doing and

that you were successful in this field and I knew instantly that I could trust

you to lead me in a better direction I mean you were living on the islands and

you were not glued to your phone and so I was like this girl's gotta be doing

something right I'm not doing something right if she's living this carefree

lifestyle and I'm over here like you know glued to my phone all the time so

but that's as far as the mentorship goes and as far as the just the opportunity

itself that's what drew me to it and the fact that you know MCA wasn't it's not

like multi-level marketing where you have to build a team of people that you

constantly have to pour into like you have to be self-motivated and when you

lock arms with other people who are self-motivated that's really empowering

then you feel like you're in the right place because you're truly partnering up

with people who see the vision and then it just motivates you more because

you're not listening to you know a bunch of people complain all the time that can

get very draining so there were so many things honestly Angie that I was just

like this is for me this is totally for me but those were like those were the

key elements that made me know that made me um

I'm sure bowl with making the switch even though I didn't make sense to a lot

of people probably for everyone out there watching Justin came in and now

she is one of the top leaders and the community that we have called Wi-Fi

wealth babes and you ended up coming in and just blowing up in your own right

right Justin has a ton of values he brings to the table as a leader herself

and she came in and did it I think it was $1500 and a month fairly quickly by

simply posting ads online right we're happy to chase anyone you literally

plugged into the blueprint and you know put your own personality onto your

marketing and people started coming to you and so do you want to share just a

little bit about how quickly you were able to get results and then also some

of the people that you were able to set up with this opportunity start getting

results as well I started and I just jumped in I jumped into the training I

started soaking up everything that I could you know I'm notorious for

questions so I was ready to learn right away I was so ready just to dive in and

learn everything that I could and a lot of it was already there in training it

was already there you know I just find reasons to ask questions because that's

that's how I am but I jumped in and my first month I did make 1,500 dollars

with MCA which was mind-blowing to me because when I first started network

marketing my first paycheck was $15 so I went from 15 dollars a month to $1,500

in a month without having to chase down anybody so that was awesome and then you

came out I came I joined you right when everything was transitioning with Wi-Fi

wealth you were getting Wi-Fi wealth all you know released and updated and ready

to roll and so once you get it means that system to plug into I

actually made six hundred and forty dollars with the Wi-Fi well system in

just the first two days of plugging into that so I was like okay obviously I made

the right decision here and when there were other ladies that jumped on board

with me um they started you know they were seeing similar results they were

seeing how easy it was to bring people to them and they were just so relieved

they're like oh my gosh I'm so grateful that you know the days

of cold messaging are done so it's just for me it's really rewarding to see

other people get results because I was always the one that was used to getting

the paycheck and nobody else was getting the paycheck and when they were putting

in the work to get the paycheck it was really hard to watch that because you

want to see them succeeding when they're trying you want to see them see the

results so now that they have an opportunity you feel confident that

you're leading people to an opportunity that's actually going to benefit them

financially and that in itself is like the biggest reward because you just want

to see people do well so that's you have such a huge heart I know how much you

love helping people so it's awesome that you kind of you know all of the right

tools and resources to really do that now and how amazing is that you went

from making fifteen dollars in a month to fifteen hundred dollars in a month

right I mean the transition and those numbers is just truly mind-blowing and

you were working less right you were working less because you weren't out

there all day long for messaging people you were there doing sending people

through the automated sales system that doesn't selling and telling so you don't

have to be you know stay out selling people right there and forcing them to

buy stuff from you they literally go through the process and it's very very

smooth so that is great also you're talking about asking questions

so yeah you asked probably more questions than anybody I've ever sung in

my network marketing or internet marketing but I have to say that is what

makes a great student and when you're a great student that transfers over to

being a great leader right because if you're thinking you

know all of these questions that you have other people are going to have

those questions too and so you're going to be able to very efficiently answer

those four people right so that is very very good on your part that you commit

yourself to being a student and then because of that you're able to pass on

all of that wisdom to people that join you so very cool so the last thing I

want to ask you is what is your favorite thing about being a stay at home mom now

that you can do that by working from your smartphone and what tips do you

have for anyone out here watching considering getting started in Motor

Club of America and Wi-Fi loss system my favorite thing about being a stay at

home mom obviously it's just that I'm able to spend time with my kids

and you know see see them grow up and never miss all those special moments I

don't have to check in with a boss like today my my son graduated from

kindergarten and it was at 10 o'clock in the morning and I didn't have to call my

boss and say hey do you purify leave work today

so I can go see that like you know it's just the freedom of being able to UM be

involved actively in their lives and with this specifically sorry for the

background noise they're moving a desk but with this specifically it's been

like I said it's given me the time freedom where when when you say you can

work a few hours from your cell phone and make a full-time income you like

really mean that you can actually dedicate two hours a day when your kids

are taking a nap which you know my daughter sleeps in the afternoon and

that's when I really dedicate my time to my business and then I can step away

from it and get the laundry done and cook dinner

I was not doing before like you could ask my husband I was so bad at keeping

up on my motherly wifely duties it was ridiculous and now it feels good to know

that not only am i able to run a successful business but I'm actually

able to fulfill my duties as a mom and as a wife and have fun with it like I'm

having fun that's been a huge change for me too it's just the different tools

you've given us with online marketing I found something that I'm truly like

excited to do every single day and and sometimes I feel guilty because you know

you're getting so many messages from people that you sometimes you just they

go a couple of hours before they even get responded to and that's insane to me

because before I couldn't afford to do that I could not afford to put my phone

down and not answer a message or I was you know missing out on a paycheck and

now it's it's not like that now I know that this is such a good opportunity

it's such a golden opportunity that those people are going to take advantage

of it once they understand exactly how it works and so it takes that pressure

off of me feeling like I've got to focus on it 24/7 so my biggest tip would just

be to jump in and go for it honestly you know people sometimes get really

skeptical or hesitant about things that they don't know or they don't understand

but I can honestly tell me what's the best decision that I could have made

because it gave me my time freedom back and it gave me the ability like I said

just to spend time with my family and still be able to have an online business

like I can have that balance that we so desperately needed I just remember the

time that I actually said to you hey I give you permission to not work so far

right because you were used to literally being there speaking to people for like

all day long step by step by step and I listen you can actually let the system

do its thing you don't have to be there responding all day right of course we

are there to assist people who are motivated you know once they get started

but she was just I was so used to just being there every single second glued to

her phone of so once I gave her the permission to not do that I think she

just started soaring even more right and then now on weekends we encourage

everybody to enjoy their weekend right you do not have to grind to make this

work so I'm so glad that now you are able to actually fulfill your motherly

and wifely duties and still contribute to the bills right you're still able to

build your dream from your cell phone and wear all of those hats you know that

so many mothers do so you have truly you know use your family as your wife as

your fuel for doing this I know a lot of mothers out there sometimes use their

children as an excuse to not build their business right but you are such a great

example for actually you know building a business in the smart way doing it very

very efficiently and juggling all of those other things that you do so thank

you so much for joining us jessalyn also I'm going to let you give a shout out to

your YouTube channel because you're doing some amazing things over on

YouTube and you have a really cool skit coming up with Chelsea that we're all

sitting on pins and needles waiting for so if you just want to share that with

everyone and that would be awesome I would have never imagined in a million

years that I would be putting out YouTube videos like or anything like

that like I really genuinely didn't think that's something that I would do

but since you you've opened up that creative side and allowed me to really

express myself in a way that I haven't been able to do I'm just having like I

said I'm having so much fun and so yes we I like to I like to come out with

some creative videos and make them a little bit fun and

started at times because I think that you should have fun in your business and

you should be authentic and you should be true to who you are and somebody out

there is gonna relate to that whoever that is so whether you're shy or whether

you're you know loud or you're whatever you know like being able to put yourself

out there and just be yourself is really really it's fun so we have a video

coming up this week that you guys should definitely stay tuned for because it's

gonna be a lot of fun I cannot wait to see that you just want to tell everyone

what your YouTube channel link is also link it below but just share that with

everyone so they can come check you out and see what you're up to

yeah it's youtube.com and then the backslash c backslash jessalyn texture

yes I like the easy so yeah we cannot wait for that so thank you so much

Justin for joining me today and keep crushing it with all of your sales and

you guys we are literally getting paid to post ads online from our smartphone

we're letting our automated sales system do all of the selling and telling for us

so if you are a stay-at-home mom looking for a better way you know maybe you're

already in network marketing or maybe you've never even thought about making

money online but you came across this video we would love to show you the way

right regardless if you team up with jessalyn or myself you know we're all

here to truly be servant driven leaders and those who are motivated will

absolutely find success here with us so thanks again just like you we just want

to say bye-bye to everyone and then we will catch you guys all on YouTube and

Facebook thank you again I appreciate your time and and and thank you for

everything that you do just in general because you're the bomb don't care

people need to know that you need to know that you're a seriously the best

mentor and you've helped me come a long way so I appreciate all you do and thank

you everybody who watch thanks jessalyn all right have a good

How To Invest 5 Million - Duration: 6:02.

Welcome back and guess what? You just won the lottery! Alright, alright yeah

listen, you won the lottery. You got five million dollars and here's the question,

for today. How do you actually invest it to live just off of the interest?

Hey, Steven I got good news for you. Someone asked, one of our people here

asks a really awesome question. I like awesome question. The question is, I won

the lottery, I've got 5 million at the bank right now

how should I invest to live off of the interest? Five million the bank, invest, live off the interest.

Now, first of all, I just got to give you a shout out and say you're smart.

Congratulations! Because instead of saying, how do I spend it? Yes, you realize that it's

all about living off the interest instead of the principal. Investing. Any one

can spend five million dollars. Yeah, it's fast. But the question is, how do

you keep your 5M and then how do you actually produce interest and grow it

at the same time. So, here's the deal. You're going to either look to make between

5 or 10% of your on your money. If you were making 10% on 5 million dollars, you

basically have a half a million dollars a year, residual income. And that's very

realistic and what we're going to do today is Steven and I are actually going to show

you how to do that in real estate. Let's see if we can actually beat out

realistically a half a million dollars. Let's see if we can beat 10% on the most

conservative real estate on the planet. Well, first of all, conservative.

Leveraged or paid off? So if it's conservative, you're paid off. So you're

not going to have any loan, you're not going to have any risk. no, no loans. Let's play

with that. Very low risk. You know, your biggest risk is probably in proper

property management, honestly. But if you've got five

million dollars and you're will see your average purchase price, let's say

you're buying in the markets that were in. Let's say that we're going to our

markets where we get the highest ROI on cash on cash returns.

Okay, so let's say that your average home is going to be by a $150,000

120 to 150 grand.

Okay, so it's one, two, three, four, five, six seven, that's seven homes roughly.

Per million. Five million. Okay. 35. Thank you. Says 35 homes. So you got 35 homes

that you could buy outright, paid off, free and clear, and after property

management, if you had them each producing let's say 1,100 a month. Sure

let's just do the math real quick. 35 homes times 1,100, that's 38,500.

Okay, now real quick, multiply it by 12 because that's

what you're getting every month. That's times 12, that's $462,000

a year. Now, that's $462,000

which is just shy of 10%. Yeah.

You're basically earned 9 1/2 % every year on

your money if it's just paid off, free and clear. Now, if you said to yourself,

"guys, but what if I want to keep my five million, what if I like that $460,000

a year but let's just say I wanted my portfolio to

grow more aggressively?" Well, then what you do is you'd actually start putting

20 and 30 % down payments on leveraged real estate. And if you were

to do that, let's just take five million. Let's divide it by

35 grand each. You can now buy a 143

instead of 35 homes. And 143 homes

bought with leverage, if they're each now producing let's call it 400,

Uh-huh. So, now you're getting actually 57,000 a month. Now, before

you were getting, 38,000? Yeah. Now you're getting 150%

cash flow. Multiply it by 12. Okay, now you're sitting at $685,000

of cash flow instead of $460,000.

It's about a 140% increase from where you're at

before. Well, these numbers are a little skewed obviously because we'd have to

take into consideration. You can typically only put ten homes on your

credit but the point is, depending on what you're used to making, my guess is

if you're playing the lottery and you won the lottery, you're probably

an average American, right? You probably making the average amount. Let's

say you're maybe you're earning 60 grand a year. A little better. This is a

little better. Now, the other thing to know about this is that the $680,000

a year. Now, you're probably doing closer to 14

or 15 % on your money. But leverage real estate remember, when

the market goes up on 35 homes, now, you're talking about the market

going up on 142 homes. Which means making a five million

in time at a 20% annual growth, you know in five years,

you're going to double your money. You're going to go from five million to a

ten million dollar net worth and guess what happens to that cash flows you

double your portfolio? You go from $680,000 a

month to over a million dollars a month. A year. Yeah. Real Estate's awesome. Yeah.

Really cool. That is the question. I think it answered the question that if you won

the lottery, had five million dollars, what would you do to live

off the interest? Now, Steven and I, there's some other things that we do. We

play if you check out some of our videos on Blockchain. See some of the videos of

what we're doing in some other things. You know, there's some different

investments we play with. But right now single-family homes is really the bread

and butter baseline foundation of being an American, right? This whole land was

built on freedom and real estate was built into the Constitution as a part of

that freedom and the right to own land. So, we're just getting you back to your

roots and giving you an opportunity with that type of strategy to earn a safe 10%

and up to 15% annual ROI. Listen, we're not promoting to actually buy lottery

tickets because frankly, that's the lunt method. But if you want to know the

strategy method, if you want to know the hard work, get it done, the smart method,

the system method to work with the team with the experience the mentors that

know how to make it happen, then you check the link in the description below

or hike over to our website where we can share with you exactly how you make that

happen. Otherwise if you are smart, you're going to be subscribing right now.

What is a Dental Cavity and How to Prevent Adult Cavities by Brushing Teeth Correctly - Duration: 7:05.

Hi, I'm Dr. Derrick Johnson and I wanted to answer a patient question I had this week.

And fairly ... it seems like a simple question, but what is a dental cavity.

It's a very common thing we see in dentistry, but what causes these cavities?

Again, I'm gonna use this program.

It's called Consult-PRO, but it has very good demonstration.

This shows the basic anatomy of a tooth and we're looking at ... there's three layers

of the tooth.

There's the hard outer layer.

This is like the protective armor of the tooth, and this is the hardest structure in your

body.

It's much harder than bone.

Inside that, is the layer called dentin.

This dentin is 10 times softer than the enamel, and that's gonna be important when we talk

about how a cavity progresses through a tooth.

Inside the tooth, this is the pulp.

A tooth, a healthy tooth, is a living part of your body so it has a nerve and a blood

supply.

What is a cavity?

A cavity is basically an acid attack on that tooth.

Where do these acids come from?

Combination of three things.

We have the food we eat, bacteria that gets in the mouth, and saliva and it forms a sticky

film.

You've probably heard the term plaque.

Plaque is this sticky film filled with bacteria.

The by-product of that bacteria is lactic acid, and when there's enough of that plaque

on the tooth and it's sitting there long enough, that acid becomes very corrosive and destructive.

Let's take a look at how that works.

The very common place to get a cavity is in the top of that tooth.

I'm gonna play this, and we're gonna see a cavity starting to work its way through there.

Now, this part, it takes a while for that to happen because remember we said this enamel

is the hardest structure of your body.

Look what happens when it gets into the dentin.

This softer area.

All of sudden, ... it starts to really expand out pretty quickly.

As it goes down, it can actually get in and destroy the nerve of the tooth.

The point here is the sooner that we can correct this, the easier it is.

Because this goes from a very easy problem to correct.

Now we're getting ... the nerve is at risk and we're gonna see as this progresses, it's

actually going to go and affect the nerve, ultimately destroying the nerve of the tooth.

That infection goes all the way down through the tooth into the jawbone, and guess what?

Into your body.

So now there's channel in and now the tooth has broken down.

That is the progression of the breakdown of the tooth, because of a cavity.

The other thing that's important to know, sometimes this whole process can happen without

any pain.

Sometimes, there is a toothache.

Sometimes there is sensitivity.

Sometimes not.

What can we do to prevent that?

The biggest thing, let's get back to the cause, is plaque and the acids in the mouth.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is they'll brush their teeth, but they're

not effectively removing that plaque because that plaque can go in some tricky areas.

All right, so we've talked about what a cavity is.

Now let's talk about how to prevent it.

We get back to this concept of plaque.

Plaque is an acid, and if we have an acid, imagine a corrosive acid sits on anything

long enough, it's going to eat a hole through it, right?

We got to get rid of these assets, which it's actually quite simple to do, but most people

don't do it effectively.

I see so many people that sincerely brush their teeth two or three times a day, and

they're still getting into this kind of problem.

The reason is, it's a technique thing.

Actually, you're better ... You could spend five minutes a day, but if you use the right

technique, that's better than brushing three times a day, doing it the wrong way.

I often think of the analogy of, imagine a beautiful house and a beautiful lawn.

You mowed the lawn every week during the summer, but you never did any weeding or trimming.

Your house would look a mess, because there'd be weeds all over the place and it would look

out of control.

It's the same thing with the mouth.

It's actually all in the details of, how do you get the little corners and details?

And when you spend the time there, that's what makes the difference.

I want to show you this little diagram of how the plaque forms.

Where does it go on the teeth?

The main place that it goes is right at the gum line, and actually, these big surfaces

of the teeth are self-cleansing.

Your body's saliva actually naturally claims those areas.

Plaque doesn't tend to accumulate there, but if you watched most people brush, they'll

spend all their time brushing these areas that really are already clean.

The areas that need attention are the gum line, and in between the teeth.

You can see, this is the progression.

Here's a healthy tooth.

Here's plaque starting to form.

The plaque gets more mature, and it starts to cover the tooth in that way.

It's also getting in between the teeth.

There's a technique that we can use, if this is where you focus.

When I brush my teeth, I'm focusing on where the gum and the tooth meet.

That's the area that I want to keep clean.

I just wanted to show you with a ... Here's an electric brush, which electric brushes

are really worth the money if you're using them the right way.

I take that brush and I hold it at about a 45 degree angle, and I brush the gum line.

Just go through and imagine brushing the interface between the gum and the tooth.

And then when you floss, and flossing is important.

A lot of people I know are not too thrilled about having to floss, but what you're doing

is you're going in there, and you get in between the teeth, wrap around each tooth, and pull

that out, and you're sweeping away that plaque, so it can't mature and do damage in there.

That, coupled with ... Every time we eat, we kind of get an acid attack.

The acids build up when we take in sugars.

So brushing after you eat, or even just rinsing with water after you eat are all really good

ideas, because we want to turn the mouth into this chemically neutral environment versus

this acidic environment.

An acidic mouth is going to be a diseased mouth.

You have so much control of which type of environment you have in your mouth through

some oral hygiene things.

Anyway, I hope that was helpful.

I don't want to get too long-winded on this short video, but if you have any more questions

or you feel like this cavity situation is out of control and you need some help, that's

what we're here for; to answer your questions and help you in any way we can, so you can

Best Tips - How to Overcome Fear of Flying (In an Airplane) - Duration: 11:17.

today we are going to help you conquer flying if you are scared to fly we are

going to give you the best tips ever to help you not be as anxious the next time

you fly what happened the first time you flew in an airplane were you scared

about crashing was it the turbulence that you didn't know about that scared

you to death what is it that frightens you when you think about going in an

airplane many people have a real fear of flying and according to Wikipedia it's

called aviophobia the fear of flying in airplanes so you might have a fear of

heights which really comes into play when you are in an airplane in the sky

some people have a fear of the unknown some people have a fear of not being in

control I have one friend who will not fly ever since she's become a mother

because she doesn't want her children to be motherless if they're plane crashes

a lot of my friends and subscribers have the same fear as me and it's being out

of control like not being in control being over able to pull over the car and

park while the turbulence passes by it's not something I know about either in my

mind my friend Shannon has the fear of not being able to escape like there's no

way to get out of this situation if it turns deadly which is not quite the same

as claustrophobic that's a different fear that comes into play when you're in

an enclosed metal capsule for me I don't know about turbulence I don't know what

it means when there are bumps I think bumps cause brakes much like the

harder rain that comes down when I'm driving I need to slow down in order to

be more careful or to be safer but when you're flying in an airplane those fears

come up and you have no control over them and part of it is not

knowing all the techniques are not knowing all the safety parameters around

an airplane and the people who are in charge of the airplane so today I have

asked my friend Chris to talk about what can help us and give us the best tips of

how we can not be as scared the next time we fly now he can't take away the

fears from us but they are tips that will help us overcome flying or get

through the nosedive that some of us go on and our thoughts when we're being

scared in an airplane or even thinking about flying an airplane when we're

flying in an airplane we may be going to work or we may be going on vacation we

don't need to be caught up in a spiral of irrational thoughts that are not

letting us relax and keeping us awake at night before we even start our vacation

but there is that saying that knowledge is power so I hope these tips from

someone who does know about safety in all the people who are helping you in

your flight and getting your flight ready will help you overcome your fear

and get through that for those five hours or two hours or maybe even 40

minutes of pure terror and an airplane if you haven't subscribed yet please hit

the subscribe button and you'll be notified just by email once a week when

I upload a video leave me a comment below and introduce yourself one thing I

want to mention is that Chris is not representing any certain airline these

are his personal feelings and his personal tips that he can offer you from

his knowledge vantage point now let's pop into question number one. What helps you not be afraid?

I'm not afraid because all pilots in any airline are very well trained before

they ever step foot into an actual airplane and we also know that the

airplanes are designed to withstand all types of environmental things weather

rain snow turbulence and wind most airline pilots have to go through over I

would say 85 to a hundred hours of actual simulator training which

simulates all types of issues that happen on an airplane weather-related

mechanical related even passengers security security related so by the time

that pilot actually sets foot on an airplane he has already seen a whole

multitude of malfunctions and weather issues before he ever flies the actual

airplane and most airlines also have a very specific checklist procedure for

every one of those items on a daily basis for every leg most airlines have

anywhere from the different phases of flight from pushing back an airplane to

get into the runway into taking off to at cruise to the descent to the landing

back to the gate so I would say 7 to 10 checklist they do on every leg every

time they fly when pilots walk around the airplane what are they looking for? a

walk around is basically just looking for anything that's abnormal with the

airplane you're looking at the status of the tires you're looking at any kind of

leaks like a from a broken hydraulic line or a fuel line that we would like

to find out prior to take an airplane in the air we're looking for anything that

may have been damaged by let's say a ground vehicle may have hit the airplane

an accident so you're just looking for the general condition of the outside of

the airplane what are some of the tips that you can give people who are totally

afraid of flying? so first of all it's not abnormal to be scared of flying you

see that all the time so the best things I could tell people who are a fear

afraid to fly is number one book yourself a seat as close to the wing or

front of the airplane as possible why because your plane as you the longer the

airplane is it's just like a boat most of the side sway of an airplane is

always in the back near the rudder so the closer you sit to the front you

won't feel that as much if you prone to get motion sickness the second thing I

would say to do is right when you board the airplane simply ask the flight

attendant if you can speak with the pilots because you're a nervous flier we

will pilots will gladly tell you about the flight any known weather we know

about already and any answer any questions you may have to put yourself

at ease regarding the upcoming flight you're about to take we're very used to

that when we encourage that Why is there turbulence? pilots don't like turbulence either so we will do everything we

can to avoid it so we listen to other aircraft that are checking in with air

traffic control if they are reporting a rough ride that set the same out - we

are we will look at our airplane and say can we climb higher can we go down we

will ask for an altitude that we know is better than the one that we're at

especially if we're coming up - what previous airplanes that reported is a

rough ride however there are some times where just due to the weather in the

area or just that day that all the altitudes that we can safely fire are

just are not available or they're all poor rides but pilots will always try to

avoid a bad ride there's just some times where we just can't and so when that's

the case we will make sure everybody is down in the back and we will do our best

to get through it we have some steps we take like slowing

down so it doesn't feel as rough but that doesn't mean it's safer? no it

is more uncomfortable for the people in the back. It seems like sometimes

pilots go faster right through turbulenc. Everything we try to do is to

minimize the discomfort for the passengers in the back turbulence is caused by

uneven heating of the Earth's surface and so you get pockets of warm and cold

air that come together and when an airplane comes out those you're gonna

have a difference in temperature air density and so it's the same thing as a

boat with the propeller that puts out turbulence behind a wake unit in a

motorboat the airplane is designed to take all

kinds of turbulence doesn't mean we like turbulence and we will not knowingly go

through it but there are other issues or their weather in the area we see a lot

over the Rocky Mountains with air coming over the top of the Rockies creates with

a cold mountain wave which is a form of turbulence the difference is nowadays

versus days of yore is we have all kinds of reporting capabilities to get the

information to pilots so we can do our best to predict upcoming weather and

make sure everybody's seated and safe or figure out a way to go around it above

it or below it. I also recommend reading a real book or

a real magazine something that you have to hold with both hands

I like having to turn the page I think that helps me give me something to grip

on to instead of the armrests and also eating the whole time or chewing gum a

lot I also recommend going to the restroom

one hour before you're supposed to land and at the beginning of the flight they

tell you how long the flight is going to be and that way you're not stuck in the

aisle when you hear the pilot or the flight attendant say it's time to sit

down buckle your seat belt these are just other tips that have helped me when

I have gotten scared while flying. The best tip is to always have your seatbelt

fastened while you're seated we will do our best to always avoid turbulence but

there is a type of turbulence that's called clear air turbulence where it

comes sometimes without warning and so that is why we ask people when you're at

your seats to always keep that seat belt fastened because sometimes we just

cannot predict bumpy air. can you talk about the airplane

withstanding different kinds of weather? yes so airplanes are essentially what I

say over engineered or they are designed to mean meet all kinds of stringent

weather issues turbulence wind snow rain airplanes are very very thoroughly

tested before they're ever released by the FAA to be allowed to fly it for

passenger service so they put airplanes through all kinds of abuses to see what

the reaction will be and oftentimes the abuse they get during testing is three

or four maybe five times worse than you would ever experience in the air so an

aircraft training program at most airlines in the u.s. involves around 80

hours of simulator time in a full motion simulator and the full motion simulator

is designed to mimic the airplane exactly as it is in the real world and

so we do all types of weather avoidance procedure we do turbulence we do landing

and high winds so water landings we do you name it

we've done it all inside this box on hydraulics before we ever set foot in

the actual airplane and no airline will ever

a pilot to set foot in an actual airplane unless he has passed an FAA

approved training program thanks so much I hope these are the best tips that will

help you be a stronger person as you walk through security and get on that

airplane and sit beside a complete stranger I hope these just help you feel

a washed with security and knowing that you are safe and that those pilots and

flight attendants and all the mechanics and the team members that have gone into

preparing that airplane just for you I hope these best tips will help you

feel peaceful thanks for popping over

What is (🤔 and how to calculate) the PE Ratio? - Duration: 7:52.

One of the most fundamental ways to value and compare stocks is with the PE, or Price-to-Earnings,

Ratio.

If you plan to do anything in the investing world - even if that's just spectating or

watching CNBC - you're gonna feel lost if you don't understand this ratio.

Luckily it's really easy!

Everything you need to know… coming up!

Hey there!

It's great to see you again.

On this channel, it's my goal to help you build your rapidly-growing, highly-diversified

net worth, one video at a time.

And understanding investment basics, like a company's PE Ratio, is important for your

long-term investment success.

Because a company's share price does not in any way reflect its value, it's not helpful

at all in our effort to value and compare companies.

Apple, despite its $150 share price, is still worth $150B more than Amazon.

The Price-to-Earnings Ratio provides us a simple way to assess the value we're actually

getting when we purchase one of those shares.

.It measures how much you're paying for every dollar of a earnings

You can use it to initially gauge how similar companies in similar industry sectors compare

to each other.

It's made up of two variables: a company stock's Price Per Share and a company's

Earnings Per Share, or EPS.

Price Per Share is easy to see.

It's simply the share price at which a company's stock is currently trading.

EPS, on the other hand, requires a little calculation.

It's the company's profit divided by the number of shares outstanding.

So it's the amount of profit that could be attributed to each of those individual

shares that you're considering purchasing.

Kind of like you would do with any investment - I'm going to buy this house for $100,000

that is renting out for $5,000 per year - that's your ...Earnings Per House.

There is obviously a lot more that goes into that, but when you're considering an investment

you want to know how much its producing.

And Earnings Per Share gives us a quick and easy (albeit incomplete) glimpse at this.

Thus when you're comparing the Price of a share to the Earnings per share - in other

words, when you evaluate the PE Ratio - you learn how much investors are willing to pay

for every dollar of earnings, or how much you would have to pay for each dollar of earnings.

For example, at the time of this recording, Google (or Alphabet's) shares are trading

around $1,000 per share.

Its Net Income over the last 12 months was just under $17B and there are about 700MM

total shares outstanding.

That means they earned around $24 per share ($17B/700MM shares).

With that information, investors have been willing to pay the current $1,000 price per

share.

Thus, they're willing to pay around $42 (Price/EPS or $1,000/$24) for every dollar

of earnings, or you could say, Google has a PE Ratio of 42.

You can compare that to the fact that investors are only willing to pay around $16 for every

dollar of earnings from Apple, or Apple's PE Ratio is 16.

Facebook's PE Ratio is around 100.

Netflix's is a little over 200.

Amazon's over 250.

You might also want to use this number to compare a company to its industry or sector.

The technology sector, for example, right now has an average PE Ratio of just under

43.

Or you could look at the market as a whole.

For example, you could use the Standard & Poor's 500 as a proxy for large United States companies.

It's PE Ratio right now is around 25.

From these numbers, it would appear, investors are expecting much more future bottom line

growth from Amazon than Apple.

If you have reason to disagree, you have reason to believe Apple will grow just as much or

more than its competitors, perhaps you have the start of an investment thesis that Apple

is undervalued, and thus would make a good investment for your dollars.

Or, on the other side, maybe you think investors are overestimating Amazon's future.

And you have a case for its stock being overvalued.

Neither one of those reflects my personal opinion, they should just serve as an example

of how PE can offer a down and dirty, side-by-side industry comparison.

And how it could help steer the direction of your research.

So, depending on how you compare it, a company could appear over-, under-, or appropriately

valued based exclusively on its Price-to-Earnings Ratio.

But obviously, there is so much more to a company than its earnings over the last 12

months…

For example, as I just mentioned, this calculation in no way accounts for expected future growth,

which is likely the reason that Amazon consistently maintains a high ratio.

On top of that, it also doesn't accurately account for a company's current financial

position (considering important factors, like debt and cash reserves).

Many investors prefer to use a metric known as Enterprise Value to account for that as

well.

Also, consider the fact that net income does not accurately account for a company's current

operating performance, like the metrics EBIT or EBITDA might.

If you missed either of the videos I did explaining those subjects, be sure to check them out

through the links in the description right after this.

Despite its shortcomings, you'll still hear PE Ratios referenced all the time in the investing

world.

Its quick and easy calculation offers a convenient metric for initial comparison and cause for

further research and analysis, which is a great way to use it.

But you should stop there.

Definitely, do not use a company's PE Ratio as the primary driver for you investment idea.

Try to figure out what else is going on with the company.

Is there a reason for any discrepancies you may have discovered?

Next time we'll cover more comprehensive company comparison ratios.

However you chose to use them, I hope you find this information helpful on your path

to building your rapidly-growing, highly-diversified net worth.

I really do hope so, because that's my goal with this channel.

So if you're new here and you want to keep moving along that path, don't forget to

subscribe and click the bell.

And if you found this video helpful in some way, then don't forget to like it and share

it.

I hope to see you in the next video, just click on the one of these that you think would

help you the most.

I'll see you there!

How to Make a GoPro Clamp Mount for Under $2 - Easy! - Duration: 2:49.

Hey everyone today, I'm gonna show you how to make a GoPro clamp mount for under two bucks

It's super easy to do and these things work great

The first thing you're gonna need to pick up is a spring clamp from a hardware store

Most hardware stores carry them for about 99 cents

If you don't have a GoPro tripod mount you need to pick one of those up there 76 cents on ebay currently

Really cheap for that one. You're also gonna need to pick up a bolt at the hardware store

This is a quarter-inch bolt by half-inch long and a washer or two. It's gonna cost you about 15 to 20 cents. I

Used a 19 by 64th inch drill bit and you're gonna need a drill as well

So let's get started if take your spring clamp and

Tighten it up in a vise or in some kind of holder

If you don't have one you can hold it by hand. Just be really careful

And you're gonna take your drill bit and drill a hole about a half inch in from the end of the handle

So let's go ahead and assemble the unit grab the spring clamp and put the bolt through from the backside of the handle

Then you're gonna put a washer on the bolt

This is purely for spacing for the tripod mount so the bolt doesn't go too far into it

You may need one or two of them there

Tighten up the tripod mount against the washer

I found that the rubber on the handle holds the bolt. So I was able to get it quite tight just by hand

And there you have it your spring mount clamp is complete there is also another option

You can drill a hole at the other end and mount the tripod mount down there for more versatile clamp

These GoPro mounts work great for mounting your GoPro in a tree

Filming under the hood or even yourself while you're driving. They're very versatile and cheap to make

So, I hope this helps you out. Thanks again for watching and please remember to Like and subscribe for future upcoming videos. Thanks again!
