- Let's say we think about your app as a series of widgets.

Let's say you have a widget here,

that has some internal components that,

what could a widget do, let's say this one is a drop-down

and you have another widget here that takes care of,

let's say, the user profile, so it has a face,

and some names and things like that.

So, you have components in here,

and you have components in here as well,

which means that you should have a global data store,

that takes care of data that is shared

by both of these components.

So, both widgets have some data that needs to be in common.

Let's say, whether the user is logged-in,

or whether a super massive error has happened,

that the entire application needs to stop.

And this works, this works well, you have,

you then have actions here, that both feed into actions

and they go back to the store.

Your data flows in a single direction and everyone's happy.

But what about inside?

Should this store know about the internal state

of a widget for drop-downs?

So the internal state of a drop-down widget would be

how many items are there, which items are we displaying,

is the widget open or not, is there a search turn.

What you should be doing is, you have,

another small store here.

This could be either local state

or something that you put in context,

maybe even a completely separate redux state

or modex store or whatever, and,

inside here, your data goes in a single direction.

It doesn't, data that this widget requires,

or this group of components needs,

and other components on the page don't care about,

should be local to this section here.

When you think about it,

the way your app should be structured,

is as a series of stores,

which have some sort of hierarchy,

and within those stores, you then have

unidirectional data flows.

Or rather, between those stores,

you have unidirectional data flows

that all go back to the main store,

and you kind of connect things that way.

So, the idea is, you have many local,

local sources of truth that handle

a single area of your application,

and then you have a global one,

that facilitates communication

between different parts of your app.

That's kind of the approach we're going to be using

from here on out, when we build our example app

through four different technologies for data management...

Portal 2 Donne SS But Segmented in 58:19 - Duration: 1:06:05.

Good morning, you are watching a Portal 2 Speedrun for 50 minutes.

I worked on this speedrun for 6 months from January 25th to June 20th.

With this subtitles, I'll show you what was hard or why I did something and everything that is interesting in this speedrun.

The first thing I can say is that if you pay attention to the paint on the wall, you will see that I've edit it

I've searched for the file for 2 days because i'm smart.

Here I made the cut way too early, so each times I redid the segment it takes a long time to wait.

So I made a useless segment.

Here, there is a graphics bug with the glass.

If I were good, I could go through the door with the last bhop

This throw takes me 200 tries to be good

This dialog skip is not that good because I started the speedrun in french first, so the skips doesn't corresponds

This room was so hard for me that I decided to cut it at the jump.

That is the only way I could get the fast dialog skip.

I got it only one times in 300 tries.

I know there is a faster strat to put the cube on the button, but I couldn't do it.

I never achieved the fast button glitch, so I made the SS strat one.

This strat is not really usefull in full speedrun but that's fun to see.

I know I'm really slow on this chamber but I can't go faster.

Many tries to got this :)

I could do the CM strat but I'm not that good.

Same here. Never got the scripted momentum.

Thanks to the new strats, it saved 1s.

I made 600 tries to get both the double reportal and the cube. Thanks to bill who helped me in this room.

I could make this segment faster if I don't hit the bar but my setup wasn't well done for that.

I found a pretty fun strat which involve a peek-a-portal and I think it's almost as fast as the CM one.

I thought I'll hit the catwalk, so I've lost a little bit of time.

The jump on the right was too hard for me.

Slow turret dialog

This setup is a more consistent and faster variant of the iVerb strat.

Aim to the usual setup point then throw smoothly the turret on the left. It'll make the turret in the corner of the catwalk.

Very happy with this segment.

I made the TAS strat.

I think the reportal is much faster than the usual way.

This segment is pretty hard to optimize.

If you pay attention to the timer, you can see that I moved the timer forward.

That's because when I've edited this video, I didn't always perfectly cuted the broken frames.

To compensate it, i've moved the timer forward.

So if you add the time of all the videos, the final time will differ by 1.6s

I've learned the fast strat of this shot for this speedrun.

The best move of this speedrun :)

I couldn't get the CM strat, so I made a easier variant that gives me more height to reach the pipe.

You can do it a little bit faster by doing a jump instead of a reportal, but have way less time to aim.

Not the CM strat because it's too hard for me.

The same here. The strat that triggers the scripted momentum is hugely hard and my name is not Zypeh.

Maybe I could gain some times by triggering the button through the wall.

If you have hawk's eyes, you can see that I redid this segments since my trailer.

It's because of the Krzy<3's strat he posted. So, I had to redo this segment.

Because of the segment, the sound is a little bit bugged.

This strat makes the map faster by 0.5s.

I got this fling first time.

Did you see the word "test" on the wall ?

Don't know why the audio is glitched.

This strat to get the cube is helpful to make the second part of the route, because you need more times to reach the speed.

I've lost some time with the deviation while flying and the landing.

I did this map slower than the one in the Portal 2 Done Super speedrun by only 20 frames. So I'm pretty happy with it.

I could hit the cube and hope I will slowly go down but I never could achieve it.

I think this is the most optimized descent.

This entry is also pretty fast.

This shot was really lucky. I came very late in the portal and I didn't have the time to aim for the bomb.

This bomb could be a little bit more faster with more luck.

I've almost missed the re-entry in the portal :(

been delighting fans with her photos ever since.

But many people were a tad surprised when she popped up as a suggested friend, because

the royal family are known for being incredibly strict when it comes to their private life.

Most of her family aren't allowed social media accounts, and Meghan Markle had to close all

of her pages down when she started dating Prince Harry.

But Eugenie isn't technically a working royal, which means she's allowed an account, reports

Hello magazine . Even though she's a member of the royal family,

she doesn't spend her days attends official engagements like William, Kate and Harry.

She actually has a normal job, and works at Hauser & Wirth, a contemporary art gallery

in London.

However she does do a lot of charity work, and she's shared several photos from events.

The lucky people on her list include her parents, the official royal accounts, several charities

and her pal popstar Ellie Goulding.

Her official bio reads "The Official Instagram Account for Princess Eugenie" with a link

back to her official website.

Eugenie is set to marry her long-term boyfriend Jack later this year, in the same venue where

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the know last month.

Jack popped the question in Nicaragua in January.

need to be more civil towards Republicans.

On Wednesday, Kellyanne Conway appeared on Fox News to let us know exactly what she wants

Democrats to do.

What's your reaction to the way this rhetoric of Maxine Waters, and folks coming up to Pam

Bondi, and Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and Stephen Miller.

This rhetoric's really hitting a fever pitch and now we learned this morning that Sarah

Huckabee Sanders is going to get Secret Service protection at her house.

What's your reaction?

My reaction is there's a difference, Ainsley, between rhetoric, and the social media muscle,

and cable news cohones, as I call it, that some people have, and crimes.

People are inciting, asking for crimes or violence.

In the case of that actor out, and who I'd forgotten about, out in California who's got

a new movie coming out, so I guess it's a great fanfare.

He actually had tweeted out that someone should go to her house and take her children, God

forbid.

I mean, this is not insulting, all the stuff that we're used to around here, right?

Insulting what somebody said, or how they look, or where they work, or what they wear.

This is calling for something much deeper.

That's very, very concerning to many people.

There's a difference between these stupid playground insults that people hurl at each

of us and asking for more action, but people are calling for that.

Also, let me just make clear, there's no moral equivalence between quoting from a rally three

years ago and what's being said by a member of Congress on her official time asking for

us to be, "Pushed back upon in public."

Here's the interesting thing about that little commentary she just gave.

She's demanding that Democrats behave in professional ways, she wants us to be more mature, she

wants us to be respectful, but she did add the little caveat of the people who are out

there insulting other people's appearances, making kind of rude remarks about people on

Twitter, that's totally okay.

In case you didn't realize it, the person she's referring to is Donald Trump.

Kellyanne Conway in the same breath that she is demanding that Democrats act like mature

human beings, actually gives the President a free pass for being quite possibly the worst

human being in the United States alive today.

This man has repeatedly gone on Twitter, even within the last 24 hours, and it doesn't matter

when you're watching this, because that's always going to be true, insulting people.

Insulting their appearances, making up bullyish nicknames for them, like Sleepy Eyes Chuck

Todd, Crazy Maxine Waters, Low IQ Maxine Waters.

All kinds of insults this man is lobbing at people, so Kellyanne Conway made it a point

to let us know that those kind of insults, those are okay.

That doesn't fall under the needing to be civil to one another category and that is

exactly why Democrats cannot fall into this trap.

Do not let morons like Kellyanne Conway try to con you into being more civil, which by

the way, there's really not a lot of incivility among the left right now.

They want to ask tough questions to these idiotic Donald Trump cabinet members that

the press refuses to ask.

They want to know why they're okay with locking babies in cages.

They want to know why Scott Pruitt still has a job.

If the media's not going to ask those questions, then the American public has every right to

approach them peacefully, not aggressively or violently, but to approach them and ask

those questions.

That's not incivility, Kellyanne, that's actually how this country is supposed to be working.

You go on continue defending the horrible behavior of this President, the horrible things

he says, the time he mocked a disabled reporter, because if you want to start with making people

be civil, then you need to begin with your boss.

Some atheists say, "We called upon God but He didn't respond to us."

"Why didn't God destroy our enemy even though we called upon Him so many times!?"

Prophet Muhammad PBUH says in the authenticated Hadith in both Bukhari and Muslim:

"Three men, amongst those who came before you, set out until night came and they reached a cave,

so they entered it.

A rock fell down from the mountain and blocked the entrance of the cave.

Each one of them started to call upon God the Almighty with the best deeds he had done.

The rock was only moved slightly by their continuous dua [supplication] and the best deeds they have done before.

The first man was treating his parents in a very good way

that he awaited with the bowl in his hand for them to wake up till morning.

The second man departed [abandoned] from committing adultery even all circumstances was all ready for him.

The third one saved the wage of the worker who has worked for him for years

until that wage has become mountains of welfare [treasures]."

Great supplications require great deeds.

Prophets and righteous forefathers (who came after them) were calling upon God

while they were on horseback - Adopting means to reach an end

Prophet Noah PBUH called upon God [dua] after 950 years of hard working, sedulity of his mission.

Supplication isn't a word but it's worship.

Prophet Muhammad PBUH says in the authenticated Hadith:

"Verily supplication is worship."

There're a few points if you follow will lead for your supplication to be responded by God if He wills and determines.

The first thing is righteous deeds.

Look thoroughly in the condition of the three men (in the previous Hadith) and what they had done.

Think over the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad PBUH as he says:

"Verily supplication is worship."

Vicious deeds will never make your dua [supplication] come true.

Prophet Muhammad PBUH says in the authenticated Hadith:

"Prophet PBUH mentioned the case of a man who, having journeyed far, is disheveled and dusty,

and who spreads out his hands to the sky saying "O Lord! O Lord!,"

while his food is haram [unlawful], his drink is haram, his clothing is haram, and he has been nourished with haram,

so how can his supplication be answered?"

The second thing is adopting means to reach an end.

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 40, Verse 60]:

"Call upon Me; I will respond to you."

Allah also says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 8, Verse 60]:

"And prepare...."

Why do we accept a verse and ignore the other one?

The third thing is invocation.

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 7, Verse 55]:

"Call upon your Lord in humility and privately"

Supplication in a way of testing God's - as atheists do -

is transgression not supplication.

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 7, Verse 55]:

"indeed, He does not like transgressors."

The fourth thing is not to haste.

Prophet Muhammad PBUH says in the authenticated Hadith:

"The supplication of every one of you is granted if he does not grow impatient

and says: I supplicated but it was not granted."

The fifth thing is thinking over the wisdom of your affliction.

And this point is considered the garden of righteous people who think over and look thoroughly.

You gotta think over the wisdom of your affliction.

There are some kinds of afflictions that are the biggest good for man.

For instance, have a look on the moment that mongols invaded the Islamic countries

and have another look a century after that issue.

What people thought was affliction and disaster was an actual goodness!

Hundreds of Muslims among us today are descendants of mongols.

Ibn Al-Athir says in his Book of history; (Al-Kamel) during the mongol invasion:

"How can I record obituary of Islam and Muslims in my book?!

I wish I was never born!"

Ibn Al-Athir didn't know that the mongols invasion was one of the greatest incidents for the Islamic nation.

Those mongols had admired Islam and entered into the religion of Allah in multitudes.

All of Turkmens, Turkestan, Uzbek, Crimea, Kyrgyz and Turkish are descendants of Tatars [mongols].

Many of us, also, suffer in pain for calamity afterwards we discover that it was the greatest benefit.

In our life, we may cry for an incident

afterwards we laugh after we've discovered what we've gained from that calamity.

So you gotta call upon God the Almighty

and He will determine what it's best for you.

If God answered everyone with what they please,

the heavens and the earth would have been ruined.

A man wants to be the strongest one on earth.

A man wants to be the richest one on earth.

Another man wants to be the only man on earth.

A woman hopes that her ex-husband dies.

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 23, Verse 71]:

"But if the Truth had followed their inclinations,

the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined."

So you gotta call upon God the Almighty and He will determine what it's best for you - as He's the Wise.

Prophet Moses PBUH invoked Allah's imprecation upon Pharaoh the king

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 10, Verse 89]:

"Your supplication has been answered." So remain on a right course"

Although the perdition of Pharaoh took many years after that dua [supplication] - he didn't die at that time.

Prophet Abraham PBUH called upon God, as Allah says in The Noble Qur'an [Chapter 2, Verse 129]:

"Our Lord, and send among them a messenger from themselves

who will recite to them Your verses and teach them the Book and wisdom and purify them.

Indeed, You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise."

Allah the Almighty answered that supplication hundreds of years later (2000 years later).

Finally, you must know that God responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him even though he was a disbeliever.

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 27, Verse 62]:

"Is He not best who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him?"

All people on earth whatever they were Muslims, Christians, Jews, Atheists, Deists or even Hindus

called upon God in desperate.

I can't forget that day when I lost my ID and it had remained only one day to be hired.

I only had that one-day-chance

or else I'd be delayed for a whole year.

After search for the ID for about 2 weeks, I decided to pray the prayer of need.

As soon as I had finished the prayer, I found the ID.

Also I can't forget the months I spent aching in pain from a strange disease.

I went to major doctors and read the biggest medical references.

I also conducted various health checks.

Finally I resorted to God the Almighty as I was so desperate.

At the same time, I browsed a medical reference before me - as I'm a doctor - I found my disease.

After months of searching.

I took a single pill, and all pain vanished.

So many humans - Muslims, Jews, Christians, Atheists, Buddhists, Agnostics or Deists resorted to God

at the time of desperate and no hope at all

and God the Almighty responded to his supplication and saved him.

I knew some atheists who resorted to God at the time of suffering and hardship,

and God removed their troubles at once.

For more than a year, a young atheist girl from Tunisia. She has lived in an atheistic communist family.

She contacted me and said, "I've no interest in religion; Apatheism."

A few days later, I received a message from her saying the declaration of faith [Shahadatayn].

Of course it was a great surprise for me!

She said to me, "I was in a terrible accident and only a second separated me from death.

So I called upon God and said O my Lord!

and I saved miraculously."

She wrote to me while she was in the hospital.

The more surprising about this matter

is that she became an atheist again months after that terrible accident.

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; [Chapter 17, Verse 67]:

"And when adversity touches you at sea, lost are all those you invoke except for Him.

But when He delivers you to the land, you turn away from Him.

And ever is man ungrateful."

We all know the supplication of desperate.

And that God is so near.

And He responds to our supplications in the time of suffering and desperation.

"It is He who enables you to travel on land and sea until,

But when He saves them, at once they commit injustice upon the earth without right.

squeaky clean.

Reusable bags

Using your own grocery bags is good for the environment, but you really do need to clean

them.

- just be sure to choose the right settings based on the material of your bags.

The trash can

While you've likely wiped it down on occasion, the inside of your trash can needs a deep

cleaning of its own.

It's not actually that complicated.

Scrubbing the can with hot, soapy water can help keep your garbage smelling a little less

trashy.

That little rubber ring around the bottom of your blender is called a gasket.

And according to NSF International in 2013, researchers found blenders to be the third

germiest item in your house.

Salmonella, E. coli, yeast, and mold were found on blender gaskets.

So disassemble and thoroughly clean the blender with hot water and soap every time you use

it so your blender stays clean and you and your family stay healthy.

According to a 2013 study by NSF International, the refrigerator water dispenser was the number

one germiest item in the kitchen - showing the presence of mold and yeast.

Check the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning it, or, according to HuffPost, use

vinegar to sanitize the area.

But don't stop with the water dispenser.

The study also found some refrigerator door seals tested positive for listeria, which

may have been caused by accidental contamination from produce.

And that door handle could also be covered in bacteria.

NSF International microbiologist Lisa Yakas told CBS that researchers found E. coli, salmonella,

listeria, and more, within the refrigerator drawers they studied.

Skip the food-borne illness, and deep clean that fridge.

That stinky sink

Melissa Maker, founder of Clean My Space, told Thrillist that if you have flies or a

smelly sink, try pouring a cup of baking soda down the drain, let it sit for an hour, and

then follow it up with white distilled vinegar for a flawless finish.

"What does it look like?"

"Like the inside of your nose!"

"Eew."

But while you're there, you're gonna want to scrub down your entire sink.

"Are you gonna leave this mess in the bottom of my sink?"

"The water?"

"Yes, the little water droplets all over the bottom of my sink!"

According to a 2011 study by NSF International, bacteria was found in nearly half of all sinks

that were tested.

Scrub it well with baking soda and disinfect regularly.

Salt and pepper

If you never really clean your salt and pepper shakers, but notice you get sick a lot, they

could be the culprit.

According to a 2008 study conducted by the University of Virginia, salt and pepper shakers

are likely carriers of the viruses that can cause the common cold.

To keep yourself and your family healthy, wipe down the salt and pepper shakers every

day - and don't forget to wash your hands.

The royal line-up has not been revealed, but Prince Harry and Meghan are expected to make an appearance

Prior to this, the Queen, Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, Harry, Meghan, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward, the Countess of Wessex, Princess Anne and other royals will attend a service at Westminster Abbey to mark the centenary of the Royal Air Force

 After the service, the Queen, accompanied by Prince Charles, will present a new Queen's Colour to the RAF on the forecourt of Buckingham Palace and make a short speech

 It will be a particularly busy week for the royal family. The day before on Monday, the youngest member of the family, Prince Louis, will be baptised at St James's Palace in London

The christening will take place at 4pm and be a private service. Prince William and Kate are expected to announce who they have chosen to be their son's godparents shortly before the christening

 On Tuesday after the RAF engagement, Prince Harry and Meghan will depart for their tour of Ireland

The newlyweds will be travelling to the city on 10 July, where they will enjoy an overnight stay before leaving the next day

Kensington Palace revealed that the couple are looking forward to learning more about Ireland's history and experiencing its rich culture, as well as meeting the people who are shaping the country's future

Chris is Wrong, You Can't Repair Rust Like That, But You Can Prevent It By Doing This - Duration: 6:29.

rev up your engines, today I'm going to talk about how to

prevent rust on your car, now to prevent rust, first you have to understand what

rust is, rust is electrochemical oxidation and in the case of cars, the

steel, when it comes in contact with oxygen in the atmosphere, water vapor

atmosphere and other things like salt that they put on the road and up north

and winter, it starts an electrochemical reaction that will eat up the steel in

your car, it actually creates a weak type of battery acid, that eats stuff up it's

an electrochemical reaction, it uses electricity and chemistry to eat up the

metal, now cars of course are painted to prevent the steel from getting its

electrochemical reaction, now when my grandfather was young, Model T Fords they

used lacquer based stuff, they paint it and buff it, and paint it and buffed it, to have layers

and layers of paint that they buffed to make it look good, but the basis of

modern car painting is much different, the metal has a primer type coat on it

then it has base coat, which is the color, then it has a clear coat to protect that

all those layers protect the bare metal, and as long as those layers of

protections are still there, your car won't rust, and when it comes to solid

parts, the frame of the car and crossmembers and stuff, these are

generally electroplated when the vehicle is built, the metal is a negative charge

and the paint is the positive charge, and when the body of the car goes into the

tank, it coats it all with a zinc based primer, now Zinc is used because it has

to slow corrosion rate and it can be used sacrificially, so instead of eating

up your car, it can eat up some of the zinc, and as you can see the process

works, this is a 1994 Toyota Celica, look there's no rust even on the wheel arches

here, the process keeps it from rusting and I know people are going to say, Scotty

hey you live in Texas cars don't rust there, well actually it's very humid here

and if they start to rust, they rust really bad and if you live on the beach

they would, because it's saltwater, but my mother still lives near Buffalo, the

heart of the Rust Belt and her 20 year old Toyota Corolla doesn't have any rust on

it. the

just works. as long as you keep the coatings from being rubbed off or

cracked off. or if you get in a wreck, they're not resealed

and as long as the process was done correctly, for instance there were some

1990s Toyota Tacoma pickup trucks, that they didn't coat the frames correctly

and a lot of them rotted away and Toyota had to replace a whole bunch of

frames for free because of that, so you have to realize, that this process of

covering the steel is just a cover, it's not like hot zinc galvanized, where you

dip it when it's hot and hot melted zinc, and then it becomes part of it, and if it

gets scratched it doesn't matter, this stuff if it gets scratched or knocked

off, it will start to corrode inside, so your whole thing is to keep the coating

intact and here's how you do it, you're suppose to wax your car four times a year, once

each season, that keeps the clear coat supple, so that it won't crack and then

water and stuff can get inside, I like this Nufinish, technically it's not a

wax, it's a polish but it does the same thing, it protects the paint from

cracking, because you have to realize, it's metal it expands and contracts in

the Sun, the paint has to expand and contract too, if it gets all hard and

dried out, it won't and then you'll see all that kicked up paint where it's

flaking off on your car, and here's a tip if you ever do get a scratch on your car

it's a good idea to just have a little clear coat and some masking tape so if

you do get a big scratch or a bump, you can at least tape the area up and spray

it with some clear coat and that will seal it so it won't rust, granted to do a

perfect job you'd have to sand it down to the bare metal, then put some primer

on, then put the base coat color on, and then put clear coat on, but at least putting a

clear coat over anything that's been hit, it's going to seal it in, as long as you

do it fast enough before it starts rusting, but let's say you got a real

rust bucket that's already started rusting, these rust preventative paints actually

work quite well, I use this rust bullet protective coating on the frame of my

Celica, because the frame is on the bottom, rocks hit it, all kinds of things hit it

and when the paint on the bottom starts chipping off, you want

to seal it with something like this, so rust doesn't start and eat up your frame

especially for you guys living up north in the Rust Belt

hey all that salt water that comes on when you put salt on the road and

gets with the slush, that gets all over it, of course you want to try to

rinse it off whenever you can, but you want to have the metal that it gets on

sealed before anything else will happen, I know a lot of guys up north before

winter, they'll jack up their car or truck they'll look under it and if they see that

there's a bunch of rust starting, they'll just surface rub a lot of it off, this can be

applied on somewhat rusty metal and then they can spray this on, roll it on

anywhere you want, and then it'll protect it for the winter, now you don't have to

worry about salts on the roads and the winter here in Houston, maybe once every

30 years when it does freeze, but hey I know guys down in Galveston that live on

the beach, and they use the stuff on their frames, because they're driving

around in a saltwater atmosphere right on the Gulf of Mexico, and it keeps them

from rotting away, because I've seen a bunch of them that didn't, and they just

rotted like mad, within five or six years, because let's face it, big rocks and

stuff generally aren't flying on the paint of your car, but on the bottom of the car

there's all kinds of stuff on the road that's being thrown up and whacking

against them, since these anti-rust coatings can be sprayed on, you can put

them in a spray gun, hey it's not a big job, you don't care about the bottom of

the car what it looks like, you don't have to be a pro to actually paint the

car to make it look shiny on the top, this is the bottom, you don't care you

just want the coating on there so it won't rust, because ultimately the

purpose of stopping rust is to prevent electrochemical oxidation on the bare

metal, as long as that metal has got a good solid coating on it, it will not rust,

The Stepmom actress couldn't contain her excitement at the prospect of meeting the royal, that she strode over to where Her Majesty was sitting and offered her a handshake

While there are "no obligatory codes of behaviour when meeting the Queen," guests are expected to wait to be introduced to the monarch before speaking to her

 Susan showed no qualms about breaking the 'rule' as she confidently walked over and shook hands with the Queen at the Royal Windsor Cup

And Her Majesty appeared to not mind at all, as she was pictured beaming back at Susan

 The Queen was joined at the Egham polo match by her husband Prince Philip. The monarch, 92, looked lovely in a peach coat and matching hat, and a pair of white gloves

Philip was also in high spirits, chatting with his wife and taking in the action

 For those wanting to know the correct etiquette when meeting the monarch, the British Monarchy website has outlined the do's and don'ts

While the site states there are "no obligatory codes of behaviour," many people may prefer to "observe the traditional forms"

For ladies, that includes a small curtsy when meeting the Queen, while for men it is a 'neck bow', from the head only

Alternatively, some opt to shake her hand.  On presentation to the Queen, the correct address is 'Your Majesty', followed subsequently by 'Ma'am', which should be pronounced with a short 'a', as in 'jam'

The same rules apply for male members of the royal family, with the title 'Your Royal Highness' used in the first instance, followed by 'Sir'

For other female royals, the first address is 'Your Royal Highness', later followed by 'Ma'am'

Overwatch's new hero IS Hammond but he's not what people expected... - Duration: 3:25.

Blizzard have been teasing the latest Overwatch hero all week with fans running wild with different theories

Many rightly guessed that the next hero would be but he isn't quite what we expected

It turns out, Winston's creature friend from outer space isn't actually a monkey but rather he's a hamster who drives around a heavily weaponized, robotic ball

we're not making this up. hints on the reworked Lunar Colony map suggested that attached his ball to Winston's ship and followed him to Earth but nobody expected that would be a hamster

Nobody, that is, apart from Reddit user  who correctly predicted after picking up on small hints such as nibble marks in his room on Lunar Colony and the obvious moving around in a ball

We don't yet know how will play but it appears he will move around in the ball with four mechanical legs but has the ability to roll around at high speeds

We assume he'll also be able to do that in-game and will most likely have some sort of knockback or stun effect

He could also be a DPS hero or an off-tank like D.Va with two large guns either side of the ball

We already have D.Va who moves around in a robotic creation but we probably won't be able to play as out of the ball - as much as we'd love to

We also don't know how storywise, got his paws on such powerful weaponry but he does link to the mysterious poster on Junkertown which suggest he regularly competes in the Queen's gladiator battles

It won't be long before is playable on the PTR but for now we can only theorize and wonder

He's a freaking hamster so anything is possible at this point.

hey guys I'm dying to get your opinion when I talk about how dieting is not

natural but water fasting is um dieting has never been a natural thing to do

um dieting is something that we have created over the years as you know uh

manufacturers came out with foods that have caused us to gain on unbelievable

amounts of weight on that are not healthy when you go to your doctor

doctor appointments in using the word that you're obese for your body type on

dieting is not natural at all we are not meant to be overweight um but yet and

still we still are overweight is from the foods that were eating um and even

though you know they they say that the way we are eating is not healthy they

still put them on the shelves for us to eat and they package them in a process

manner that are harmful to our health and this is what's causing the mood

swings and the mental health issues and the sleeping disorders in the obesity

and the hair loss and some of the illness that people are getting better

life-threatening like diabetes and um heart disease um it's all find what we

are eating now because I opposed a really drinking of boiling water fast I

just get too hungry um but I'm not saying that it's not a good thing for

you um it just doesn't work for me I chew through the juice cleanses when I

need to um stay away from salt foods and get the

digestive system a break but I will agree and I still do agree that even

though it doesn't work for me water fast if you want to do anything to lose

weight if that's what your your goal is then if you are um going in the

direction of drinking water and doing a water fast I would do a water fast any

day over a diet diets don't work they're not natural and they're not something

that you can do for long periods of time so keep that in mind when trying to move

weight um that diets don't work they're not natural but water fasting is mom

natural and they do work and you will get great results if done correctly so

England Lose Against Belgium But All Is Not Over For The Three Lions - Duration: 4:21.

 It was arguably England's toughest game up to yet in the Russian World Cup against Belgium, let's face it

 And for once England went into the last game of the groups with no pressure on them - both sides were already through so there was no need to go to war

 There have been suggestions that losing this game would have been more beneficial for the Three Lions in that they would dodge Brazil and have an easier pathway to the final

Which many will agree, oh you brainy bunch.  The game started with a rather dull first half and England fans even started entertaining themselves by chanting 'Are you watching Germany' - ouch

 Then less than 10 minutes into the second half Adnan Januzaj scored a screamer which probably didn't sit well with Manchester United fans across the country

 It probably didn't sit well with Belgium's Michy Batshuayi either seen as we watched him celebrate his team's goal by kicking the ball causing it to ricochet right back into his face

Awkward.  Despite England pushing hard late on with a number of half chances they couldn't break down Belgium

 Playing Colombia will be harder than playing Japan (who we would have played if we won tonight), but it does mean an easier draw after that - dodging Brazil

 And people are almost making out that England did this on purpose, one fan said: "England losing is possibly the smartest thing they could've done

avoid Brazil, Argentina, Uraguay, Portugal, France and Belgium".  And another added: "Was it really a loss against Belgium though? Most people are seeing it as a win due to who England could now face on the road to the final

" And if England did have a plan all along, people are hoping that it doesn't go down the drain in the next round, with one person sharing on Twitter: "The most #England thing that could ever happen: Deliberately lose to #Belgium to avoid Brazil in the quarters
