Hello and welcome to an LaMetric Time Tutorial on log's

In this video I'll show you what you can do with Radio App on your LaMetric

Settings

At the top are three Buttons - play - stop and skip

Below the name of the app

Below the name you can choose your Radio Station

Add Radio Station

To add an Radio Station you need to click on Radiostations.

Here you see your Radio Stations

In my case it is only YouFM

If you like to hear to an other Station click on the top right +

Now you can search your Station to add to your lametric.

Shortcuts of the app

Press the Button in the middle of the LaMetric to start the Radio

To stop press again the button in the middle

To activate Bluetooth connection press the Action Button in the middle long

Sebring's long-time police chief passes away - Duration: 0:36.

Sad news tonight out

of Sebring. Police

Chief Ray Heverly has

died.

Heverly passed away

early this morning

after a brief illness.

He started with the

Sebring Police 27-

years ago -- as a part

timer.

He was promoted to

Chief in 2000 -- retired

briefly in June of 2012

-- but was rehired a

couple months later.

During his career --

Heverly received the

the Distinguished

Service Medal from

the American Police

Hall of Fame.

He was a Marine --

and graduated from

the F-B-I's National

Academy.

No funeral

arraignment have

been set.

Ray Heverly was 54

years old.

So today, 2017 you need to be aware of things that are coming

Coming ahead, towards you

So the first thing I want to talk to you about that the good things take time

Because you do not want to rush everything

You want to take time to get the things that you wanted but you have to be patience

I think patience is the key

Don't make promises and resolutions that you cannot keep

because if you make promises

And you said oh yeah I'm going to do, do it

Okay, let's do it, I'm gonna do it

And then you don't do it

Don't make promises or resolutions that you cannot keep

because if you know you're not going to do it then

what's the point?

It's not going to make you any better if you know what I mean

I don't regret the past

I regret that I wasted my time with the wrong people and the wrong things

Whatever happened in 2016?!

It's gone

So I don't really care

What I am looking forward to is 2017 is the brand new year

To improve new things

So what I wanna do is improve things that I cannot do

Or not be able to do it in 2016

So what I am going to do is make myself a better person

And continue to do what I love

That's what I am going to do in 2017

Sometimes you have to get rid of all the bad things out of your life

And start focus on things that makes you a better person

So what I am going to do is just focus on my uni

Because it's my last year and I can't wait to graduate!

So hopefully I am focus with my uni work
