Has the President read Natural News or is he just smart?

He doesnt get the flu shot, and heres why

President Trump is either really smart, an avid reader of Natural News, or both how

else can you explain the fact that he has never gotten a flu shot?

During a 2015 interview with Sirius XMs Opie and Jim Norton, Donald Trump was asked

whether or not he gets the flu vaccination, to which he replied: Ive never had one.

And thus far Ive never had the flu.

I dont like the idea of injecting bad stuff into your body.

And thats basically what they do.

And this one (latest flu vaccine) has not been very effective to start off with.

Trump continued, I have friends that religiously get the flu shot and then they get the flu.

You know, that helps my thinking.

Ive seen a lot of reports that the last flu shot is virtually totally ineffective.

This proves that in addition to being a competent president and an incredibly successful businessman,

Donald Trump is smart when it comes to medicine and vaccination as well.

As Natural News has explained numerous times in the past, there is a plethora of information

out there that suggests that the flu vaccine isnt as effective as many medical experts

make it out to be, and in some cases even does more harm than good.

As reported by Natural News founder Mike Adams in October of last year, a medical study that

was conducted by researchers at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center found that

women who received the flu shot actually had weakened immune systems in subsequent years,

meaning that they became more susceptible to the flu and other viruses rather than less.

Growing evidence shows that those who received a flu shot in the prior year have lower antibody

responses in the current year, explained the studys lead researcher Lisa Christian,

Ph.D.

The study provides further evidence that supports what Natural News has been arguing all along

that contrary to the official narrative of the flu shot industry that seems to believe

that the vaccine offers bulletproof protection, flu shots actually make people more vulnerable

to viruses and influenza infections.

This creates a vicious cycle, of sorts, whereby people become more susceptible to the flu

because of the flu shot, go in for more shots for more protection, and the entire

scenario repeats itself without end.

One month before reporting on this groundbreaking study, in September of 2017, Natural News

published another article on the risks and dangers associated with getting the flu vaccine.

Mike Adams provided readers with some pieces of evidence that, quite frankly, are difficult

to refute.

For one thing, the Health Ranger noted that there have been photographs taken of a 2013/2014

influenza vaccine box that admitted, in very small print so as to make it as difficult

to read as possible, that mercury was added to the vaccine as a preservative.

Furthermore, a screenshot that was taken straight from the official website of the Centers for

Disease Control admits that vaccines still contain ingredients such as Aluminum, Antibiotics,

Egg Protein, Formaldehyde, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) and Thimerosal, which is a mercury-containing

chemical compound.

In addition, lab results that were collected in the Natural News Forensic Food Lab confirmed

that the flu vaccination has nearly the same level of mercury claimed by the manufacturer.

With all of this information and evidence regarding the risks of the flu vaccination

readily available, it makes sense why Donald Trump has never gotten a flu shot.

Perhaps more and more Americans will follow in his footsteps, or, at the very least, read

both sides of the argument before making a decision

Do These 3 Things BEFORE Building an App - Duration: 5:22.

What's up, guys?

My name is George Brooks, and I'm one of the founders here at Crema, and I'm Eric Hurst.

I am a product strategist here, so maybe you have been handed, or you know someone who has been handed

that big problem to solve.

It was it was your boss or maybe your boss's boss.

It said hey guys why aren't we more efficient or why aren't we growing at the pace that we should right

now?

Why aren't customers coming back, and you are now tasked to go figure out how to solve that problem?

We found that sometimes technology helps with that, but where do you go first?

What do you need to do before you start that project we got three tips that we think are going to help you

to think about laying the land for how to get started on that project.

So Eric.

Unpack those three ways that someone can start planning for a project and maybe had technology plays

into that the clients that we worked with that have had the most success generally have a couple thing

or these three things in place before they even start working with us.

They know what their numbers are.

They know whether they need a web or mobile or a combination of those two that kind of a solution and

then lastly they know they've gone about this with an internal diverse team.

They've got together a list of things that they know that they want to do or they think that they need to

do and they're not coming to us completely from scratch.

Those are the ones that when they've done those three things they tend to be the most successful once.

They're done working with us and moving on so let's go back to the numbers.

What kind of numbers are we talkin about?

What are the numbers that they need to be thinking about as they step into this all the numbers.

There's a lot of different numbers of anything about it could be things like goals, so where are you

now?

Where do you want to be in terms of you know your customers?

Maybe if it's an efficiency issue how long is it taking to complete that process right now?

Where do you believe you could be completing that process if it's taking you three days to complete a

transaction.

Do you want to get that down to one day, or do you want to get that down to one hour, or instant, or instant

as the case yeah that instant in this day and age is not inconceivable the other numbers that you need

to be thinking about our your budget.

There is a definite budget where the return on investment.

Is no longer good if you think about it as like the budget goes up, and the appetite goes here.

You wanted at that cross section, and I feel like I'm doing an emoji con right now.

Is that a thing yeah?

There's an emoji where there's like it's like no.

Never use that one.

We did it!

The other things you might want to be thinking about with your numbers are is it achievable right?

You don't want to set it so high that it's completely unachievable, but you don't want to set it so low

that it's not stretching you to be more or better than what you currently are okay, so next web mobile

both.

How do you even start to approach that well the way you start to approach that is you look at who is going

to be using the solution that you want to put into play are these people working at a desk most of the

day, or are they out and about are they technically savvy or are they not, so you just kind of need to

look at it like that.

Who is your audience is always a great question that you should be asking yourself all the time.

What does it mean to start thinking about the team that you need to pull together to get this done?

Well.

I'm not particularly talkin about the the development team or your internal developed team or

company that you might hire.

I'm talkin about your colleagues that you work with if you've got a team of two three people and its

diverse and you're coming at it from different angles.

You tend to have a better idea of what needs to be created and put into motion at your company to achieve

whatever goals you've set for yourselves.

What I think the big thing is to go back to the numbers right if everybody has a shared understanding

about what that needle is that you want to move what those numbers are then you don't have that fight of

who has to say what the thing is that we should build and what's right and what's wrong.

It's like what's going to help us to move the.

Right because if that's what motivates us yeah, and additionally if there's more of you in agreement

on this, it's a lot easier to sell this up the chain.

So those are three things to take away.

Three ideas that we think will help to prep you as your both needing to sell it back into your

organization because you've been tasked to fix this problem, and then also things to take to your

team that's going to be actually working on this and pulling this project together to build a

solution out.

So a couple things to think about numbers web and mobile or the technology that you're going to be

working with or what you think it might need to be and then how do we get buy-in from people in your

organization to know who's your audience?

Who's stakeholders?

And really do you guys have a shared understanding of what you're trying to do.

So that's it for this week as always.

Thank you guys for watching.

Thank you for subscribing make sure you subscribe to all of our channels, and is it should be right

How Do You Get Out of Your Comfort Zone & Meet New People? - Jo Roderick - Duration: 3:50.

How do you get out of your comfort zone, and get out there to meet new people?

If you are looking for straight answer, I have one for you.

I wish there was a fantastic answer that would immediately solve your challenge,

but there is only the simple truth. To be brutally honest, you just do.

Sure, I could spin you a long explanation about flowery topics, but it won't help you.

If your comfort zone is preventing you from going out alone, think about all that you are missing.

Perhaps you really want to go out but you don't want to go out all on your own.

This is actually fairly common for most people.

They don't wish to be seen as losers all on their lonesome.

Isn't it so much worse to stay home and prove everyone right?

The most important aspect of this discussion is that when you are looking for a quick fix,

you are reaching for an external source of power.

In other words, you want to 'know' that it will be okay to go out on your own.

Since you will never know this for sure, you choose to stay in a comfort zone ... where it's safe.

Building self-confidence and self-esteem enables you to go out and live life

without getting obsessed with what others think of you.

Now, we have arrived at the root of the challenge. Your self-esteem.

Therefore, what is keeping you from going out alone is not going out alone,

but rather what people will think about you going out alone.

Confident people tend to be less concerned with what others think about them.

It's not to say that they don't experience the emotions of rejection; they just don't let it stop them.

You might think that this is rather brave of them,

but the reality is that they just choose not to stop long enough to allow their fears to hold them back.

It's a bit like jumping into cold water.

If you try to ease in, and keep pulling back, the shock of the freezing water is the same, but it's prolonged.

If you simply jump in, let your heart race, and get the shock over and done with, it feels much easier.

So, here are some tips for you after you have taken the plunge.

Don't stop. Don't linger. Keep moving forward.

This way, you will be too busy to wallow in fear.

If you go to a venue alone, move around with purpose.

Don't run around like a frightened chicken.

The faster you walk, the more nervous you will look, and the more prone you are to tripping over your own feet.

Pick up a drink, it gives your hands something to do.

You might even chat to someone at the bar and pass the time in a pleasant fashion.

Perhaps you can browse wares on display. Adapt to each environment.

Stop looking left and right nervously, or hiding behind furniture.

Be brave and slowly stride into the room as if you are headed somewhere.

Confident people are not ashamed of arriving or leaving alone.

Hold your head up and remember; it was your decision to go alone.

Perhaps you will leave with a new friend.

If you don't want to miss more advice like this, subscribe to my channel.

Ensure the bell icon is ticked so that you will receive all the notifications.

If you loved my video, give it a thumbs-up because it lets me know to create more it.

I hope this was helpful, and please share this video with a friend who needs guidance.

Look What You Made Me Do - Taylor Swift / dance tutorial by J.Yana - Duration: 15:35.

Hello, guys!

My name is J.Yana

I'm gonna teach you how to dance my own choreography

to "Look What You Made Me Do" by Taylor Swift

also, English isn't my native language,

so just in case, you can find Eng subtitles down there

*the same in Russian*

and here we go

Let's do it!

this is the start position

and we go

then your chest goes

out - in

and then I do

it goes : beat - beat

[head goes] together with your hand

up - down

then point on your heel

step, step

then I move on my knee

hand

then again : beat & beat

so the thing I do is

you know, kid of model

on that podium stage

like watching my rings on my fingers

let's do it again

cross [your legs]

my left hand is in front of my right hand

change it to your fists

and then it goes again : beat - beat

and I do it with my chest again: beat - beat

and we do

so I bend my right knee a bit

and my left leg isn't really straight

it is relaxed a bit

left hand is in front of right hand

fists

and now your chest

then we do

and you should open your pose

and clap

massive "clap"

and I throw my leg that way

from this place to the right side

because it's kind of an aggressive moment

down, and we go

4 times

roll down

circle x4

sorry, I got to close to the mirror

let's do it again

so I move my hips

close your mouth

then open your smile

then I throw my leg up, clap-clap

down

and drop it down

so we do: throw it up, clap-clap, drop

then there's a sound like *doing that sound*

we should do

so my hips go like that

so we got down

and the next thing is

she said "how you laugh when you lie"

and we got on the floor

with the word "you"

then it goes like CLICK

click/point

body wave*

do a wave with your shoulders

on your elbow

take your neck

kind of braking somebody's neck

let's do this part from the very top

so the next part is

then we step back

and we do step-step

then down

"ground"

hand

foot and head

head and heel

kind of angry

and stand back

then change for this side and point

back to your left leg

and turn

and let's repeat that part

okay, now let's do the final 3d part of this choreography

this one is pretty easy

"oooh" like a surprise

like if someone would grab your shorts and pulled you back

then twist your on your heels

then right, left

then double to the right side

do it faster

down and hip and heel

then this way

and step, step

back

sit down on your knees

right hand, cross it with your left hand

and hair flip

and this was the final move of this dance

the next part I did in my video was just an improvisation, guys

feel free to improvise

now let's do it in a slow motion

and now - normal speed

so you've just learned how to dance my choreography to

"Look What You Made Me Do" by Taylor Swift

and I hope you enjoyed learning this one

thank you so much for coming to my channel

thank you so much for supporting me

thank you so much for watching

see you next time! Bye-bye~

Do I let my dog on the furniture?

Let me tell you how I feel about this.

Aggression, never.

Separation anxiety, I don't recommend it.

Pushy, snotty behavior, only with permission.

Nervous, fearful behavior, with permission on command.

And if you're one of those people

that have an easygoing, happy-go-lucky,

no behavioral issues, great training, great behavior,

who cares.

I don't care at all.
