IF THOUGHTS CAN DO THIS TO PHYSICAL REALITY, IMAGINE HOW BENEFICIAL BLESSING YOUR

FOOD COULD BE

BY ALANNA KETLER

About 5 months ago I picked up a new habit and started sending a blessing to my food,

(each meal) before eating it.

This is a common custom to pray or say grace before a meal in many religions; although

I am not religious I have adapted this practice for my own reasons, which I will explore in-depth

throughout this article.

There are many reasons to bless your food aside from religious ones, but considering

this has been practiced throughout various cultures of the world for thousands of years,

religion aside there just might be something to this.

Saying grace is essentially just taking a moment to show gratitude and appreciation

to the fact that there is even food on the table or in your hands that you are about

to eat, rather than what is typically done in North America at least, where the food

is quickly shovelled into ones face.

If you are religious, you are generally thanking your God for this abundance, if youre not,

like me, you might be saying thank you to the Universe or the Creator whatever you

choose to call it.

If nothing more, blessing your food gives you the chance to appreciate whats in front

of you and gives you a moment out of your day to show gratitude for what you have.

But, its actually so much more than that.

Everything Is Energy By now, science has gotten a pretty firm grasp

on the fact that everything is actually energy.

What were once thought of as balls of mass atoms, are now understood to be composed

of mostly just empty space, and really these balls of matter are actually energy

in ecstatic motion.

It is energy in motion.

So, by being aware of this, it makes it easier to understand how we are actually affecting

the reality around us with our thoughts and intentions at all times.

A great example of this is the work from Dr. Masuro Emoto, who published his best-selling

book, The Secret Life Of Water before he passed.

Throughout his research, Dr. Emoto was able to prove just how much of our consciousness

affects the reality around us.

By observing water molecules when given loving messages and intentions such as Thank you,

I love you, and then the contrary, I hate you, I wish you would die, that

were then frozen, he was able to prove how much the intention was actually affecting

each water molecule in a physical manner.

The water droplets given a message of love or gratitude had complex and beautiful patterns,

while the ones given a message coming from fear or hate had no symmetry in their designs

and looked more sporadic.

The results of this work merely scratch the surface of how powerful our thoughts, intentions

and words really are and how our consciousness actually impacts the world around us.

Dean Radin, the Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, along with Masaru Emoto,

Takashige Kizu, and Nancy Lund, designed an experiment that tested this hypothesis.

As the studys description reads:

Over three days, 1,900 people in Austria and Germany focused their intentions towards

water samples located inside an electromagnetically shielded room in California.

Water samples located near the target water, but unknown to the people providing intentions,

acted as proximal controls.

Other samples located outside the shielded room acted as distant controls.

Ice drops formed from samples of water in the different treatment conditions were photographed

by a technician, each image was assessed for aesthetic beauty by over 2,500 independent

judges, and the resulting data were analyzed, all by individuals blind with respect to the

underlying treatment conditions.

Results suggested that crystal images in the intentionally treated condition were rated

as aesthetically more beautiful than proximal control crystals (p < 0.03, one-tailed).

This outcome replicates the results of an earlier pilot test.

The work of Dr. Emoto was featured in a documentary, What The Bleep Do We Know, that delves

into this topic even further from a quantum physics level.

This film was a key component to my awakening journey and provided me much insight into

how powerful our minds really are I highly recommend this film.

Dr. Emoto pictured below standing next to the Dalai Lama

Emottos work is not without criticism, but there here are hundreds of published peer-reviewed

publications showing statistically significant results for this type of science, yet unfortunately,

it is still shunned by mainstream academia, even though so many mainstream academic scientists

support it.

What is going on here?

The idea that the mind affects physical material reality is not trivial, and its been demonstrated

repeatedly with statistically significant results through fascinating research undertaken

by government programs, places like the Institute of Noetic Sciences (founded by Dr. Edgar Mitchell),

and, in more recent developments, the group of internationally recognized scientists mentioned

above.

You can find many studies in this area by checking out the IONS website.

Here is a selected list of peer-reviewed journal articles about psi (psychic) phenomena, most

published in the 21st century.

Its also important to mention that a group of internationally recognized scientists have

come together to stress the importance of what is still commonly overlooked in the mainstream

scientific community the fact that matter (protons, electrons, photons, anything that

has a mass) is not the only reality.

We wish to understand the nature of our reality, but how can we do so if we are continually

examining only physical systems?

What about the role of non-physical systems, such as consciousness, or their interaction

with physical systems (matter)?

That article is linked below at the end of this one.

The True Power Of Gratitude If you are someone who takes time out of your

day to express gratitude for what you do have instead of worrying, stressing or living in

fear of what you dont have then you may already be aware of how powerful this practice

is.

I find that sometimes, it can easily slip my mind and I will go several days without

this practice.

This is where the art of blessing your food comes in handy.

When I say my little prayer before I eat, I am not just expressing gratitude for the

food, but also taking a moment to express gratitude for anything else I am grateful

for in that moment.

Because I generally eat at least 3 times a day, that provides me with many opportunities

to feel and express this emotion.

Really, I have a lot to be grateful for aside from just being able to feed myself.

What Should You Say?

Really, you can say whatever you want!

I kind of switch mine up sometimes, but in general it goes a little something like this.

Thank you for the birds and the bees,

And the flowers and the trees.

Thank you for this food that will nourish and heal my body

And provide me with the energy that I need to sustain myself today.

Thank you for the sunshine,

Thank you for this breath of life.

Thank you for my friendships,

And thank you for this beautiful day,

And a chance to be here now.

Who am I saying this to?

The Universe, the Divine, God, Source, All That Is, my Higher Self, my Soul Family, my

Guides, Mother Earth all of the above.

You can say this little prayer to whoever you want, technically it doesnt even have

to be to anyone or anything specifically, your words are out there, directed at your

food may hold the capacity to change the vibration of what you are eating making it more nourishing

for your body.

I like to hold my hands on either side of my meal as if to send the blessings directly

to the food.

Its the intention behind your words that matter.

Yes, sometimes I get some funny looks or catch some friends off guard when eating out, but

I have found this practice to be beneficial enough to simply not care.

Since I started this I have found that I dont suffer from bloating, indigestion or discomfort

nearly as much and my skin has even cleared up.

Even if this is simply placebo, well then, Im fine with that because it means my mind

is accepting the changes and making them so.

Wheres The Proof?

Well, this isnt really something that can be proven that easily, but given the example

and experiments from the work of Dr. Emoto mentioned above, we can see how our thoughts

and intentions can actually change the structure of physical things.

If our thoughts and intentions can do that to water, what can they do to our food, which

often contains a high volume of water?

Taking this further you may want to question what these thoughts and intentions can do

for you as well.

If this information resonates with you, give it a shot and see how you like it and how

it makes you feel.

Much Love

Reversing Gresham: Good Money Can Drive Out Bad - Duration: 3:00.

Gresham's Law says bad money drives out good.

But with current efforts to support gold and

silver, things could go the other way.

Over the last two years, several states including Arizona,

Wyoming, Louisiana, North Carolina and Alabama

have repealed taxes on the sale or exchange of

gold and silver. Repealing taxes lowers the

overall "cost" of using gold and silver

for everyday transactions. If people in large numbers

start using these metals as money, it's likely to

crowd out worthless Federal Reserve fiat notes

and effectively nullify the Fed's unconstitutional

monopoly on money. But some people tell us this

could never happen because of a principle known

as Gresham's Law, which states that "bad money

drives out good." For example, when the US

government replaced silver quarters and dimes

with coins made primarily of less valuable

copper, the cheap coins drove the silver out of

circulation. People hoarded the more valuable

silver coins and spent the less valuable copper

money. But "constitutional tender" expert Bill

Greene believes it will be the opposite in

practice today. In a paper for the Mises

Institute he wrote if people start using sound

money, the fact that the coins hold their value

more than Federal Reserve notes will lead to what

he calls a "reverse Gresham's Law" effect, where good

money (gold and silver coins) will drive out the

bad money (Federal Reserve notes).

The key is in making it easier to use gold

and silver in everyday transactions. The reason

bad money drives out good is because governments

put up barriers to using sound money in

day-to-day life. That makes it more costly to spend

gold and silver and incentivizes

the hoarding. When you take down those barriers,

you level the playing field and allow gold and

silver to compete head-to-head with Federal

Reserve notes. On an even playing field, gold and

silver wins. Expanding the ability for people to

freely choose gold and silver as money is how we

define getting the job done. In the long run,

whether this actually helps end the Federal

Reserve monetary monopoly is, of course,

something that can only be shown to happen or not - over time.

over time. Ultimately, it's up to personal choice

and human action.

6 reasons why Liverpool can win tonight's Champions League final - Duration: 7:15.

6 reasons why Liverpool can win tonight's Champions League final

Liverpool take on Real Madrid in the Champions League final in Kyiv tonight, and here are just six reasons why the Reds can be confident of victory.

Fate & History Aligning.

There is a sense of destiny around Liverpool's run; strange and uncanny quirks, which are combining with the weight of their performances.

For instance, playing Roma and then Real has been like a slow walk down a nostalgia-filled memory lane for Liverpool fans.

Roma's Stadio Olimpico was the site of our historic first European cup in 1977 and then our fourth in 1984.

The odds for Roma and Liverpool to both reach the semi-finals must have been mind boggling!.

Liverpool's third European cup triumph (1981) was coincidently against none other than Real.

The present appears to be echoing the illustrious past.

We Are the Best Team in the Champions League.

Liverpool have been absolutely lethal in the Champions League, with Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah all averaging essentially a goal a game.

This seasons Reds have scored the most goals ever in Champions League history (45), if you include qualifying and old formats.

Liverpool have been a team of devastating bursts, dominating sections of games where they ruthlessly put the opposition to the sword.

In these moments, the combination of Liverpool's relentless pressing, pace and skill reach a zenith, a technical ecstasy, combining with a wave of emotion which transforms them into an unstoppable force.

Porto away (5-0), Manchester City at home (3-0) and Roma at home (5-2) all appeared like helpless spectators as Liverpool entered their flow state.

Real Madrid Are Past Their Best.

Real have won the last two European Cups, and three out of the least four; a formidable record, but lets be honest they are the old bucks against the young bulls.

Many of Madrid's best players are reaching the twilight of their career: Cristiano Ronaldo (33), Sergio Ramos (32), Luka Modric (32), Marcelo (30), Karim Benzema (30) are all still fabulous players but their advancing age does not appear to match up well with Klopp's lung-bursting, heavy-metal football.

Reds Rested & Recuperated.

If Liverpool fell over the line against Roma, twice, then it was largely due to exhaustion.

The Red's lack of depth has really told against them in the final weeks of the season, but fortune and Klopp has given them the antidote: a confidence-inspiring win and a week-and-a-half training camp in both Marbella and Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Real had a flat away trip to Villarreal last weekend, drawing 2-2.

Klopp has himself identified that legs will not be an issue in Kiev: we will not fall over the finish line again.

Liverpool Supporters.

I have no doubt which set of supporters will be louder on Saturday.

Liverpool's supporters are the one constant across the clubs stunning European performances and legacy.

Forget the fat lady singing, the dream is not over until the Kopites say it is.

If they can rouse a dour defensive-minded team like Rafa Benitez's legendary side of Istanbul to score three goals in seven-and-a-half minutes, imagine what they can inspire this swashbuckling, offensive powerhouse of a team to achieve.

Underdog Mentality.

Klopp's Liverpool have often inhabited the underdog mentality (sometimes to their own detriment) and frankly largely outgrown it, but against a Madrid team looking to win their third European Cup in a row, and fourth in just five years, they are complete underdogs.

The common feeling in Madrid appears to be that this is a simplistic final.

El Pais reporter Diego Torres believes this is the easiest final they have in front of them..

Phil Kitromilides from Real Madrid TV argues that if they were a boxer, they might have a glass chin.

If Real believe the late fade-outs in the Roma games are indicative of how the fresh Reds will perform in Kyiv, then more fool them.

In a season of near invincibility for City, with just two losses in the league and three in the Champions League, Liverpool have inflicted defeats from just four games.

If City were expecting a glass jaw, they instead struck iron.

Madrid fans may sing we are the kings of Europe but every king's reign comes to an end, and Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool are uniquely positioned to make it a destructively violent end.

Hopefully by games end Liverpool supporters can retort: The king is dead, long live the king.

ADJUSTMENTS THE CAVS AND CELTICS CAN MAKE FOR GAME 7 - Duration: 9:07.

Diversion 7 — the best two words in sports.

One win isolates the Cleveland Cavaliers from their fourth sequential excursion to the NBA

Finals.

To arrive, they should be the primary group to oust the Boston Celtics at home, where

they are 10-0 these Playoffs.

Before Game Seven hints off, a glance at the choices and changes each group is confronting.

An existence without Love

Kevin Love left Game 6 only five minutes into the activity in the wake of impacting no holds

barred with Jayson Tatum.

With Love precluded for Game 7, anticipate that Boston will backpedal to beginning Marcus

Morris once again Aron Baynes.

After Boston was a +12 in Games 5 and 6 when Baynes/Al Horford imparted the floor to Love/Tristan

Thompson, they were outscored by eight focuses in the six minutes the team imparted the floor

to Thompson and Jeff Green.

This prompted Brad Stevens pulling the connect rapidly on Baynes rapidly to the second half,

playing him just three minutes and not again until the point that refuse time.

Some portion of the reason Baynes remained tied down to the seat is his battles to watch

the athletic Larry Nance Jr. Baynes and Nance have shared the floor for 40 minutes in the

arrangement and the Celtics are an astounding - 19.

With Nance playing the last 13 minutes of Game 6, Boston uncovered Greg Monroe as opposed

to backpedaling to Baynes.

From Cleveland's point of view, Love's nonappearance additionally messes up the plans.

In the principal a large portion of, this implied playing Green 15 back to back minutes

and 17 of the last 19.

In any case, Ty Lue was compelled to open the fourth quarter with a lineup of Nance-LeBron

James-Kyle Korver-JR Smith-Jordan Clarkson that had shared the floor for only 14 minutes

this year — all in the standard season.

The Cavs must be watchful playing Green and Thompson together.

Regardless of them going +5 of every 16 shared minutes in Game 6, the outcomes have been

unpleasant all through the playoffs.

Cleveland could consider beginning Korver rather than Green to enhance dispersing, however

that lineup has just played 10 minutes together in the Regular Season and Playoffs consolidated

(+8).

What's more, that would leave Korver guarding Jaylen Brown — a matchup Cleveland has endeavored

to maintain a strategic distance from.

Dark colored has 45 focuses on 17-36 shooting (61 percent more than his per 100 belonging

normal).

Boston has a 110 hostile rating in these minutes.

Shooting from Deep

Another potential entanglement of the Thompson-Green combo is the absence of shooting it leaves

Cleveland on the floor.

The Cavs have only a 104.7 oRTG in the 128 minutes the pair has shared the floor in the

Playoffs — to a great extent because of frightful 30.3 percent shooting from three.

Cleveland completed Game 6 with only 22 percent of its shots originating from downtown — a

rate that positioned in the eighth percentile for any single amusement this season.

In the minutes Thompson and Green shared the floor, the Cavs endeavored only 15.4 three-pointers

per 36 minutes — a rate that would have completed dead-toward the end in the Regular

Season.

Indeed, Game 6 was the first in the arrangement where the group that shot better from three

did not win.

This does not look good for a group that has shot only 25.3 percent from somewhere down

in TD Garden — including an appalling 0-11 from J.R. Smith.

The two groups in the arrangement have made better looks on their particular home courts

and the capacity to thump down open looks (protector 4-6 feet away) has been basic to

progress.

Cleveland should figure out how to make better looks from downtown to pull off a triumph

in Game 7.

Street George Hill

George Hill posted an arrangement high (for him) 10 drives in Game 6.

He shot 4-4 and got to the line once, scoring 10 focuses.

He's arrived at the midpoint of only four drives for each amusement in Boston, scoring

a sum of only nine focuses on 2-4 shooting (3-4 from the line)

In the arrangement, Hill is averaging 15.3 focuses per amusement on 53.1 percent shooting

at home yet only 5 focuses per diversion on 30.8 percent shooting in Boston.

One clarification for this inadequacy is a drop in utilization rate as Cleveland has

expanded its matchup-chasing inclinations from Quicken Loans Arena.

Slope has a 16.7 percent use rate at home (fifth on the Cavs) and a 9.8 percent utilization

rate out and about in the arrangement (ninth on the Cavs).

Truth be told, Hill's decrease in use rate out and about is the most noteworthy on the

Cavaliers in the arrangement.

Slope posted a 22.1 percent utilization rate in Game 6 — his most astounding of the Playoffs

— on the way to scoring an effective 20 focuses on 15 shooting belonging.

He was 3-3 at the edge, 2-3 from floater range and 2-3 on midrange jumpers.

The Cavs have scored 1.12 focuses per ownership when Hill is the ballhandler in pick and roll

— a check that positions second in the Playoffs behind just Kyle Lowry.

Be that as it may, the recurrence of these plays has fundamentally diminished out and

about.

In the three home amusements against Boston, Cleveland has scored 1.09 focuses per play

on 7.7 Hill pick and rolls per diversion.

In Boston, that number drops to 0.92 focuses per play on only 4.3 Hill pick and rolls per

amusement.

Returning the ball in Hill's grasp — particularly if Love misses the diversion — will be basic

in giving LeBron his "Robin" in TD Garden.

LeBron James in Game 7

LeBron James is 5-2 in Game Sevens in his vocation — including five sequential triumphs

since 2012.

In these amusements, he has arrived at the midpoint of 34.9 focuses, 8.9 bounce back,

6 helps, 2.1 takes and 0.9 squares for each diversion while playing 45 minutes for each

diversion.

After a mind blowing 44 point execution in Game Six, James is averaging 33.3 focuses,

8 bounce back and 8.3 helps for every diversion in the arrangement on 53 percent shooting

(42 percent from three).

Be that as it may, even James has had his battles in TD Garden hitherto.

He is averaging only 27.7 focuses on 47.8 percent shooting (27.3 percent from three)

and an unattractive 6.3 turnovers for each diversion out and about in the arrangement.

Cleveland tried to assault Jayson Tatum protectively in Game Six — a matchup where James has

discovered a wide range of achievement.

James has 27 focuses (105.6 focuses per 100 belonging superior to anything his season

normal) on 11-13 shooting (164.6 percent more shot endeavors per 100 belonging than his

season normal) on the 19 belonging Tatum has safeguarded him in the arrangement.

Focusing on Tatum protectively enabled Cleveland to abuse a matchup the Celtics won't kickout

switch — dissimilar to when Terry Rozier is entrusted with checking James on a switch.

At last, James is only one amusement far from a trek to his eighth back to back NBA Finals.

What's more, with Houston only one win far from ousting Golden State in the West, James

likely notices blood in the water.

Expect a creature diversion from him with the season on hold.

Be that as it may, as it has such a significant number of times in these playoffs, it will

come down to regardless of whether his colleagues join

the party.

Melania Trump UNLEASHES on Michelle Obama – "Can't Stay Silent Any Longer" - Duration: 10:31.

Melania Trump UNLEASHES on Michelle Obama – "Can't Stay Silent Any Longer"

During her time as First Lady, Michelle Obama tried to control the diets of millions of

American children, forcing them to count calories and eat bland foods.

Michelle sees promoting healthy eating as her "thing," which is why she was undoubtedly

enraged at what Melania Trump just said.

PS Republic reported that over Christmas, Melania took the time to visit a children's

hospital.

While she was there, a little girl asked Melania what her favorite food to eat during the holiday

is.

"Hi, Olivia.

Nice to see you," Melania said.

"My favorite thing to eat is just some healthy food.

You feel very good after.

Not too much eating.

We all enjoy it.

The most important part is to spend time with the family."

It looks like Michelle isn't the only woman who can promote healthy eating!

It had to have made her livid that Melania is taking that same agenda and promoting it

in a far more fun, carefree way.

"Michelle Obama's preoccupation with counting calories consumed by American schoolchildren

led the public to scrutinize her for her own weight," one reporter commented.

"After all, what business does she have micro-managing our diets when she could surely

stand to lose a pound of two herself?

Melania is teaching Michelle a very important lesson; namely, that it is far more effective

to lead by example than to shove your agenda down the throats of those who never asked

for your opinion in the first place.

Thank goodness, we finally have a first lady who acts appropriately and knows how to do

the most good possible in her position.

That much has been long overdue."

Melania concluded her visit to the children's hospital with a statement that shows what

a class act she really is.

"I was so grateful at the opportunity to spend time with the children and their families

today, and want to thank the medical staff at Children's National for their lifesaving

work," Melania said.

"The holidays are a time for hope, love, traditions and family, and it is my wish for

everyone to be able to celebrate them in good health with their loved ones.

Many of the patients and families I visited with today cannot spend the holidays at home

this year, so I ask everyone to keep them in their thoughts and prayers as we hope for

a speedy recovery and joyous New Year."

Lucid Dreaming: Can We Learn To CONTROL Our Dreams? - Duration: 4:51.

We've all had those dreams where we're being chased, whether it was by a monster,

serial killer, or just our old math teacher, and in those scenarios, we had no choice but

to keep running endlessly until we woke up in a cold sweat.

But what if you could control what happens next?

Lucid dreaming is when the dreamer becomes self-aware in a dream and can even control

their actions to a certain extent - this concept dates back thousands of years to ancient Hindu

spiritual texts.

Modern scientists have studied it, and even Aristotle wrote about it in 359 BC.

It's thought that most people will experience lucid dreaming at least once in their lives,

but did you know that there are actually verified techniques that allow you to control your

dreams?

Sounds pretty cool right?

As humans, we're capable of having incredibly rich, vivid, and imaginative dreams.

Imagine a dolphin balancing an apple on its head.

Even if you've never seen that happen before, did a picture pop into your mind?

If yes, then what your brain just experienced was a phenomenon called "mental synthesis",

which is the driving mechanism behind imagination and an ability largely unique and distinctive

to humans.

Mental synthesis is what allows you to create complex situations and imagery that you've

never experienced before.

This extraordinary ability played a large part in the advancement of human society-

allowing us to visualize better shelters for protection, clever traps to capture food,

and eventually, complex machinery and technology to improve our quality of life.

It's also this ability that allows us to dream bizarre scenes of at night, anywhere

from giant squids to space monsters.

There are usually 5 stages of sleep that we cycle through, with our most vivid dreams

occurring during the fifth stage, called REM, which stands for Rapid Eye Movement.

During REM sleep, neurotransmitters are released onto the motor neurons so that they block

the signals sent from the spinal cord to the muscles, thereby leading to paralysis.

The generally accepted theory is that the body is doing this to prevent excessive movements

during sleep that may lead to injury.

Lucid dreaming might not be discussed very often, but it's actually a lot more common

than we think.

A German study in 2004 found that 82% of the psychology undergraduate students they surveyed

reported having a lucid dream at least once.

There are also many reported cases of people deliberately training themselves to have multiple

lucid dreams.

Although the exact neuroscience behind dreaming is quite complex, scientists have found that

generally during a dream, parts of the prefrontal cortex of the brain, which is largely responsible

for higher processes, attention, and reasoning, becomes less active.

However, in several studies, it has been found that various areas of the brain become more

active during a lucid dream, and there can also be an increase in alpha waves, which

normally occur when a person is awake with closed eyes.

In recent years, scientists have been attempting to better understand lucid dreaming and conducting

research on techniques that can induce lucid dreams.

While most methods are either unreliable or not supported by science, there has recently

been a verified technique that has shown promising results in the lab.

In 2017, Dr. Denholm Aspy at the University of Adelaide performed a study where participants

used two different methods to induce lucid dreaming.

One was a "reality check", where participants would get into the habit of regularly checking

if they were awake.

The second methods was called "MILD" (Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams) which involved

the participant setting alarms to wake themselves up after five hours of sleep and reciting

"The next time I am dreaming, I will remember that I'm dreaming" before going back to

sleep.

This experiment showed that while a single method alone was not very effective, using

both methods simultaneously increased the chances of success significantly, with 53%

of the participants lucid dreaming during the trial period.

In addition, there are several other methods which have shown to be effective for some

people, such as keeping a record of the recurring elements in dreams and using those elements

to help trigger a reality check.

However, the mechanisms behind lucid dreaming are not well known, and even with practice,

it is not always possible to have lucid dreams on demand and the level of lucidity of a dream

may vary, as well as the length that one can experience it.

But you might ask, why would we even want to control our dreams?

Other than just sounding cool, does it actually have any real benefits?

Lucid dreaming has actually been found to not only reduce stress and anxiety in certain

patients but also boost creativity and problem-solving skills.

Lucid dreaming treatment, or LDT, used in pilot studies, has also been reported to help

with symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) like treating nightmares, although

its therapeutic potential is mostly unrecognized in the medical community.

So, what do you think?

Let us know in the comments below - Have you ever experienced lucid dreaming and would

you ever want to train yourself to do it?

(DO THIS EVERY DAY) How Just 7 Minutes Can Change Your Entire Life - Duration: 6:49.

I've never met a person who was not

successful that didn't have a great

amount of self-discipline within their

life self-discipline and being able to

perform and being able to keep your life

on schedule and being able to keep

commitments and promises and meet

deadlines is essential to success of

none of us none of us can afford to have

a life that is controlled by someone

else or a life that is basically

controlled by our emotions I learned

many years ago that there are two kinds

of people there's the type of person who

says I'm gonna wait till I feel like it

before I do it and then there's a person

who says I've got to do it so that I

feel like it one will never get anything

done because they're sterile waiting to

feel the moment to move or the other

person says no I need to move and then I

will begin to feel the moment Sonia

self-discipline is essential in your

life and in my life if we're going to

get things done so I have a challenge

for everyone I view this with you the

challenge is simple as you go through

your weekend and sometimes it's kind of

a hopefully an easier time

ask yourself am i practicing

self-discipline in my life by doing the

things that I should do because I need

to do them or am I kind of waiting to

feel the moment

do like our friends Nike say just do it

if you want it you gotta go get it it's

time to stay focused I hope this video

makes you uncomfortable cuz I look at

this I look at this as a mirror you get

to look yourself in the mirror and acts

hard and tough questions what am i doing

every single day with my life creating

obstacles challenges and distractions

for myself

people look at politicians and

celebrities on the TV and newspapers

glossy magazines what do they see I'm

just like them that's what they say come

on man come on I'm special I'm different

I could be any one of them well guess

what you can't you know why because in

reality mediocrity is where most people

live mediocrity is the elephant in the

room it's ubiquitous mediocrity in your

schools it's in your dreams it's in your

family I'm giving you my hand and I'm

saying take my hand and let's fly you

changed you stopped being you you let

people stick a finger in your face and

tell you you're no good and when things

got hard you started looking for

something to blame like a big shadow you

me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as

life but it ain't about how hard you hit

it's about how hard you can get hit and

keep moving forward how much you can

take and keep moving forward that's how

weird it is done most of you say you

want to be successful but you don't want

it bad

you just kind of want it your habits

determine what direction

you don't want it badder than you want a

party you don't want it as much as you

want to be cool you most of you don't

want success as much as you want to

sleep you're better than that

today's your day you are the only reason

why all of your ancestors before you

ever lived

make a choice like you just decide what

it's gonna be who you're gonna be how

you're gonna do it just decide we have

this this habit of getting comfortable

in our routines and patterns and then it

gets difficult to get out of that

there's got to be those days you push

through they're probably gonna be more

numerous than the days you don't and I

think that's something to be mindful of

as well try to imagine your life when

you'd make that easy choice next time

what is that gonna do is that gonna keep

you away from your dreams are you gonna

regret that later you know a lot of

opportunities appear only once in life

and you skip that taking the easy choice

they're probably gone forever you can

dream of the kind of life you want you

can dream of the kind of change you want

you can trigger the kind of future you

want but until you wake up and begin to

plan to get there it would only be a

dream if you don't get up and actually

do something do anything those are

positive emotions will never have the

opportunity to put all of those actions

you'll just be stuck in the lazy

demotivated hole for as long as you

choose to be

and so the benefit of discipline in my

eyes has always been that through

discipline I get things done you told us

to choose about to start working out you

told us to choose gonna start a business

but when are you gonna do that your

number one job is to become more of

yourself and sometimes all a big part of

success is just not being lazy and just

doing it yeah just yeah that's like 90

percent of it is just showing up get

there and start working like you're not

gonna feel perfect every day effort

effort then I see so many people talking

about hustle hard work determination

grind work ethic at the end of the day

when I look at the body of people many

of them and I've worked with around the

world at the end of the day it's effort

do I not have enough time or am I being

lazy

and lazy comes in two different flavors

lazy comes in two distinct flavors lazy

comes in one flavor which means not

working you might be saying hey I'm

constantly working I'm constantly

learning that's an easy that's an easy

rebuttal but the second flavor of lazy

is not doing what needs to be done it

means holding out on doing what you know

is necessary but hard to do

Pit Bull Puppy Is So Happy To Leave Shelter, And She Can't Stop Wagging Her Tail With Excitement - Duration: 2:38.

Pitbull puppy is so happy to leave shelter and she can't stop wagging her tail with excitement

When Matilda the pitbull arrived at the Douglas County Animal Shelter

Staff immediately noticed something special about her

This little dog was always happy smiling and wagging her tail all the time

Why is this out of the ordinary? Well Matilda hadn't had the best start at life

Matilda spent the first two months of her life living as a stray in Georgia when the shelter picked her up

She had skin irritations and worms at her stomach. However, even though she was under the weather Matilda's tail cap twanging

Santina sanders a volunteer at Douglas County Animal Shelter shared a video of Matilda on her Facebook page to showcase the pups loving nature

She says she gave the most sweetest kisses. She was the cutest thing ever

Everybody wanted a piece of Matilda the Internet had fallen in love with her smile and wagging tail

However, there was one thing that made Matilda the pitbull stop wagging her tail

Matilda didn't like wearing collars. The second one went on her tail stopped wagging

It turns out that it irritated her sore skin, so they quickly took it off

Apart from the collar Matilda is loving her life at the foster home. She loves napping with her new siblings and playing with her toys

Matilda the pitbull has even managed to befriend her new neighbors

Matilda the pit ball also loves helping her human foster brother with his homework

Sure, she doesn't understand algebra, but she's always there for moral support. What more could you want in the dog?

Oliver Kahn ON Loris Karius: THAT CAN DESTROY HIS CAREER ● Real Madrid vs Liverpool 3-1 - Duration: 6:08.

It is the next coronation of the Royal

Congratulations to Real Madrid for the next title

we will talk later about Loris Karius, Bale and all other

Let us first pay tribute to this Real Madrid

How high is it to estimate? To win this title for the 3rd time

This is a success of absolutely historic proportions

It's a statement for the football that Real Madrid plays

It begins with a lot of patience and ball possession

The ball is moved, there is no rush in the game

There is a lot of emphasis on individual class

This football is the more surprising

creative every single second

How so? Because no players are pressed into rigid game systems

The football that Zidane plays allows his players the necessary creativity

This game system was superior to the system of Jürgen Klopp today

It was a final of the tragedies and in the lead role was a German goalkeeper

Loris Karius

We have a video clip from the 49 minute , 2 minutes before he made his first big mistake

In an attack by Real Madrid Karius gets the elbow of Ramos in his face, to the temple

We also look at it in slow motion

There must be no connection between his mistake and this ellbow hit

Oliver, do you think there is a connection in these scenes?

Of course we could speculate about that now

An elbow strike is anything but pleasant

In this situation, the blow was unnecessary from Ramos

You know, Ramos ... was also involved in the Salah action

Here we see it again, he does not have to use his elbow

He's a player I used to pick in the first place at school

He is an absolute leader and works by all means

Even with the means that we have just seen

This is not an exemplary behavior

But it is a part of Ramos as a player and everyone in the team can be happy about it

Let's look at the goals against Loris Karius, or the mistakes

Here the first blackout

Oliver, you just said there is a lot of mental work in front of Loris Karius

what can this evening mean for his career?

Such an evening can destroy a career

He is not one who has experienced this situation many times

For him it is not the second or third final

Basically, this has been a premiere today

Getting it out of your head requires daily work

It will collapse a lot on him

He can play fantastically in the next few months, nobody will care

People will say you played well, but do you remember your final?

Here he apologizes to his fans

Yes he has to deal with this mistake, live with it, he has to handle it

Today it is difficult to judge what he feels exactly

What he feels now is nothing compared to what he will feel tomorrow and the next weeks

Especially when in the next few days and weeks

If he can think about what happened in those few minutes

that will pull him down

fighting through it is anything but easy

On the one hand we have Karius with his mistakes and on the other side we have Bale with his magic goal

Sometimes football is easy, the individual quality then decides

Jürgen Klopp has lost the sixth final in a row, for him it was an incredibly disappointing evening

Must we say today that too much has played against Liverpool

What do you want to say, if the opponent makes a goal like this

Bale's goal is a bit reminiscent of Ronaldo's goal against Juventus

Ronaldo was a bit better in the posture notes

Here, the term individual class gets a whole new meaning

That's awesome

People say there are problems between Ronaldo and Bale

The big players make such goals in such big games

because they compete against each other

They challenge each other

Who makes goals in a finale of such quality?

Basically, you can only see that from the very big players

A word to Jürgen Klopp, for him an extremely disappointing evening

Overall, this season has actually been great for him

That will not feel like a good season now

I do not know if it is devastating....

It's hard for him to look back on finals as a coach and to ask himself why he does not win an important final

I think he will analyze this and question things that happened

He's not a guy hanging his head

He is not the type for it, he will ask himself some questions and then look ahead

Maybe someday he will succeed

There is still a lot to talk about, the colleagues take over. Oliver, thank you very much

Tutor Nick P Proverbs (33) What You Don't Know Can't Hurt You - Duration: 2:17.

Hi this is Tutor Nick P and this is Proverbs number 33. The proverb today is ' What you don't know

can't hurt you. " You might even hear this as what you don't know won't hurt you. So it could be said

either way. Let's take a look at the note here. This proverb means if you are unaware of a

problem or something bad that someone did, it won't be able to make you unhappy.

or worry about it. So if you don't know it won't hurt you. All right. Let's

take a look at the first example here. I saw my best friend's husband in a

restaurant smooching with another woman. You know, smooching like kissing. I don't know if I should tell

her. It will break her heart. Okay. So remember this is an a/b part . That was A and B

is saying, maybe you shouldn't tell her. Remember what you don't know can't hurt

you. All right that's just the way we would use it. Okay good. Let's take a look at the second one. It also is an a/b part. So A says

Jasmine asked me to have my husband reset the diamond in her wedding ring

after it fell out. Oh yeah. Maybe you know she was friend and her husband was a jeweler, and

asked oh could you do this for me ? My husband told me that the diamond wasn't real.

It was only a cubic zirconia. I'm not sure if I should tell Jasmine or not. So

she knows that my friend's ring , she thought it was a real diamond but finds

that it's not a real diamond. She doesn't know if she should tell her friend or not.

And B says it is

probably better not to. Remember what she doesn't know won't hurt her. All right. So these are perfect examples of how we might use this phrase. You know

we might use it in the general sense, like what you don't know can't hurt you. Or it won't

hurt you or sometimes we will actually change the person. What she doesn't know

won't hurt her or what he doesn't know won't hurt him. You could change the subject too in

this phrase as well. Okay, anyway, I hope it's clear. I hope you got it. Thank you

for your time. Bye-bye.

  1. My father had ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) for 3 years His first symptoms were weakness in his hands and losing his balance which led to stumbling and falling. He never lost the ability to swallow or breathe. His one hand, then his legs, were affected first; then his arms. The Rilutek (riluzole) did very little to help him. The medical team did even less. His decline was rapid and devastating. The psychological support from the medical centre was non-existent and if it were not for the sensitive care and attention of his primary physician, he would have died . There has been little if any progress in finding a cure or reliable treatment. So this year his primary physician suggested we started him on Natural Herbal Gardens ALS Herbal mixture which eased his anxiety a bit,We ordered their ALS herbal treatment after reading alot of positive reviews, i am happy to report this ALS herbal treatment reversed my dad condition. His quality of life has greatly improved and every one of his symptoms including difficulty in walking and slurred speech are gone. Their official web site is ww w. naturalherbalgardens. c om He will be 74 soon and can now go about his daily activities
