Bhuta Shuddhi - You'll have 100% control on life process, Just do this! Mastery over 5 elements - Duration: 23:42.

The most fundamental practice in the yogic system,

which is the basis of everything else that we are doing,

is called as bhuta shuddhi.

Bhuta shuddhi means, you know, bhuta means pancha bhutas or the five elements.

Shuddhi means to cleanse that.

If you learn to cleanse the five elements in the system,

that's all there is.

All other yogic practices are an extract from the five…

from the pancha bhuta system of yoga.

If you do a certain level of cleansing for the elements

then you attain to what's called as bhuta siddhi,

that means you have mastery over the elements.

If you have mastery over the elements you not only have mastery over the body,

over the mind, over the very creation

Seventy-two percent of your body is water.

If this 72% of water in your body becomes sweet,

it would be… you would be quite a wonderful person, isn't

it?

Yes?

Another 12% is earth.

If you make that sweet, 84%,

very good percentage, isn't it?

Another 6% is air.

That's easy because we can control the air and create various situations.

Yogic practices are there to make the air behave in a sensible way within you;

90%.

Another 4% is fire – you can keep the fire as it is

because after all you live in a society, hmm?

You need to burn somebody a little bit, isn't it?

And you're married, so you need…

sometimes you need some firefighting, isn't it?

Another 6% is akash or the space.

Today once again phenomenal amount of research has gone into what is akash.

They're talking about what's called as akashic intelligence.

your ability to sit here is simply because the akashic energy, the space is holding you

in place.

So the highest intelligence in creation is being…

has been recognized as the space.

It is doing things which you cannot imagine.

It is throwing up creation just like that.

So there is a way to treat it within you and outside of you.

So knowing this, the five elements,

we produced a system through which you can take charge of the five elements within

you.

If these five elements are in your control, just whole life process is in your control.

The very process of birth, living and death is

100% in your control if you take these five elements into your

charge.

A simple process like this can change the fundamentals of one's life,

if you give yourself totally to it.

.....

Sadhguru: It's just Body is a play of five elements,

so is the world, so is the universe.

Everything is a play of five elements.

In these five unless you want to explore mystical dimensions

you don't have to bother about the space.

So there're only four.

Among the four seventy two percent of your body is just water.

Another twelve percent is earth, you know only twelve percent of your body

is actually earth, largely it is water.

So it's eighty-four percent.

Another six percent is air; air is the easiest thing to manage and take

charge of because there is breath

and you can take charge of it in a certain way.

Another four percent is fire.

Taking mastery over fire could do many things to you

but because you are house-holders living in family situation,

you don't have to take charge of fire.

You can keep it as it is; sometimes you can burn somebody a bit.

You need it right?

You're married (Laughs).

Once in a way if you don't burn them a bit, it may not work.

Yes or no?

The remaining six percent is space; you don't have to bother about that

unless you want to explore mystical dimensions of the existence.

To live well four elements is enough,

fifth one is not relevant for people who just want to live well.

It's very important because every substance,

all the four elements have memory; particularly earth and water have a very strong

sense of memory.

Today modern science has explored this in a big way

and they are proving to you that water has tremendous memory.

Particularly about water, much research has happened.

If I go to a new place something sensitive,

something important if I go, I don't go and talk to the local guide;

I'll just look for an unbroken rock, something that's not been touched and broken;

I just go and sit.

I know everything about the place because there is a phenomenal memory out there.

So with water.

When water behaves in a certain way, depending upon what type of memory it carries;

it's from this, people are going to consecrated spaces or

temples and dying for a few drops of water

because the water has the memory of the divine.

They want that water to get into them,.

that's what theerth means.

Threerth means water which has the memory of the divine.

You want that water which has a good memory to go into you.

So always your grandmothers were aware of this.

Tthey told you 'if somebody gives you water,

first you must look at their face not what they're giving you.

Ssomebody gives you something to eat don't look at the food,

look at the person, how are they giving it?.'

They need not chemically poisoned this, just with the emotion and thought things can

go bad.

So this is no more a grandmother story; this is scientifically proven now

that this happens that water has memory.

You can either turn this sweet or make it bitter with your rubbish.

If you can cause sweetness and bitterness for the water which is in this tumbler,

can't you do this to the water that is here?

So if you just make the waters within you sweet,

you'll become seventy two percent okay.

Okay?

(Laughs) Another twelve percent of earth if you do,

eighty-four percent, you are doing great.

Air, if you maintain it, ninety percent you're doing great.

Fire, if you want to purify, it's much more work,

it's much …it takes much more to purify the fires in you.

Fire is in different ways.

We call this There are various aspects of fire,

there is reproductive fire, there is digestive fire,

there is mental fire, there is heart fire

and there is inner fire.

There're five dimensions of fire.

These five are difficult to work for ordinary people.

It takes lot of discipline but the three can be worked out.

The reproductive fire, the digestive fire

and the mental fire can be worked out very easily –

very easily means; with little effort one can do that.

Tthe other two will take much more to work with.

If you just purify these fires then you are no more an ordinary person.

You're not just a healthy, happy person you are much more

because once you have mastery over the fire element in you

then you're touching the space.

You're just one step away; suddenly you are not just an ordinary human

being, you are not just happy and healthy human being;

something else is burning with you which is not

Most people in the world will never know that or till now they have not.

Our objective is everybody should know it.

If you took charge of the fire in your groin, the fire in your belly

and the fire in your mind how many miraculous things you could do with

this life?

How much mastery you would have and how…how well you could live,

how consciously and how much by choice you could live

rather than be a slave of compulsiveness, isn't it?

Yes?

This is not about denying yourself this or that.

Tthis is just about everything happens by choice for you

not by compulsion.

So taking charge of the elements is the most fundamental form of yoga

and all yoga, whatever kind of yoga

everything is an offshoot of bootha suddhi, either,

it is in…it is on the track or it's gotten distorted

but everything is an offshoot of this.

................

Shyama: Pranam Sadhguru.

I have a question about Bhuta Shuddhi.

We speak about cleansing of the five elements.

Cleansing them of what, why do they become impure

and what is the difference between Pancha Bhuta Aradhana which happens on Shivaratri

and the Bhuta Shuddhi process which we learn as a part of Hata Yoga?

Sadhguru: The five elements, just five,

if they have to play so much mischief it's not one or two manifestations,

trillions of manifestations if all this has to happen,

if it does not acquire other qualities or possibilities,

there is no way with five you can create so many.

They are naturally receptive in nature.

The air that you breathe, the food that you eat,

the water that you drink we will leave the other two

because you don't have much experience of those two.

Today, we know we can influence them

just with thought, emotion, intension or energy we can change the quality of the water,

we can change the quality of the air and the food that we eat,

just with our intention or emotion or thought process.

So the five elements within you

which makes this body are deeply, deeply influenced a certain layer of information,

which generally referred to as the Karmic substance gathers;

without it the elements would not behave in a particular way within you.

It would be same every human being would have been same

if there was no specific information.

see, if you eat a banana you become a woman the banana becomes a woman.

Somebody here eats, it becomes a man, if a cow eats it becomes a cow - same banana.

Banana is not so intelligent to make itself into a man, woman, cow, whichever animal consumes.

It is a certain amount of information within you,

which transforms a banana into a woman or a man or a cow or an elephant or

whatever for that matter.

What you call as myself, individual self is essentially a certain volume

of information and the fundamental way that it is stuck on

to you is through the elements

because there is nothing here apart from the elements.

So, cleansing it is also about cleansing it and making it free of the accumulated information

or the karmic substance.

If this is not done then you will be a strong individual

but you will never know how to breach this boundary that you have

set for yourself.

This is not some boundary set by the existence; this is a boundary that you've set for yourself.

If you cannot cross the boundary that you set up,

that's a foolish way to live, isn't it?

You set up a boundary without knowing why and you can't cross it after sometime

and you start claiming "This is how I am!"

This is… you know this is a common statement you hear everywhere,

you ask them to cross some limitation "No!

This is how I am."

This is not how you are this is what you made yourself to be.

Now, cleansing becomes relevant when you want to extend yourself beyond these

boundaries when freedom and liberation becomes the goal

of your life.

If you want to be a concrete ball there is no need to cleanse,

there's no need to cleanse at all.

So concretization of karmic processes will make you rigid.

Rigidity will bring enormous amount of suffering, enormous.

You don't need a calamity to happen; you are a calamity by yourself.

You do not need any external assistance, this is called self-help.

Most people when it comes to their suffering

they are all on self-help.

You know Nobody need to poke them.

When was it last time that somebody physically poked you?

Hmm?

When was it last time?

Maybe when you were in school somebody did this to you.

After that nobody is bothered about doing anything like that.

Most of you, almost all of you have never been poked with a dagger or a sword

at the most a pin or a finger nothing more.

But for most of you in the last ten, fifteen or twenty-five years

nobody has ever even poked you with a finger because everybody is weary of you.

Who's So how much

if you look at the volume of suffering that you go through -

anger, fear, hatred, jealousy, whatever else you go through,

misery whatever- how much has been caused from external agencies,

how much is caused by you if you look at it,

it is a miniscule percentage which has been caused from external agencies.

"No, no, no my mother-in-law said this, my boss said that" -

they are saying what they're saying but they are not poking you.

Physical suffering has not been caused to you from outside unless you're from Middle-East

For most of you such things have not happened but rest is all your own making.

This is simply because the imprint is so deep

that you behave in predetermined compulsive ways.

A thousand times the same situation has happened but still the next time it happens

you almost react the same way - it takes a certain amount of awareness,

certain amounts of shaking you up to respond in a different way.

So, what's called Bhuta Shuddhi is to do it in the most fundamental level.

If we cleanse your mind if we clean it in the morning,

by afternoon you will have a whole new world again

It's really waste.

This is why no… no significance or no importance is

given in the yogic system towards your psychological structure

what you think, what you feel they don't care

because if you change it today again within few hours you will change it back into

something else.

We are only interested in the body; this is why yoga calls everything as body

physical body, mental body, energy body like this

but no mind because the psychological activity that's

happening towards which you have given enormous importance

is of no consequence or significance.

Depending upon the type of information imprinted within you.

Whatever is your karma, whatever is your sanskara,

that is how you think, that's how you feel,

that's how your emotions happen, everything happens that way.

So we are interested in handling the root.

If you prune the tree it will sprout back with vengeance

no point pruning it.

If you handle the root it'll be gone.

So the very root of karmic imprint is in the elements,

that is the most fundamental space.

It takes much more than handling other aspects.

So, generally …because most people are not interested in absolute transformation.

They just want a little change, they don't want to lose themselves.

Bhuta Shuddhi means you want to lose yourself whether it's good, bad, ugly, beautiful,

it doesn't matter you want to lose everything that you have

built, so that the Creator's creation will stand

up and shine within you.

It'll take a certain amount of work the Bhuta Shuddhi that's been taught to

you is very basic.

If you want to do more serious forms of Bhuta Shuddhi

it will mean it becomes your entire life,

it's not something that you do on the side.

So even if you do a very minor version of Bhuta Shuddhi,

you will see the change that happens in you is permanent

there is no tendency to fall back and that's important.

Otherwise everybody changes for three days and again they fall back into the rut.

After sometime that will not happen when you assist whatever else you're doing

with the Bhuta Shuddhi practice.

Nadha Aradhana…

I mean the Pancha Bhuta Aradhana is another matter,

that's a ritual.

For those who are not willing to do sadhana just to give them some benefit,

that's the beauty of a ritual, that's a limitation of a ritual.

Somebody else can conduct a ritual for you –

you don't have to do any sadhana, just sit there and benefit from that

but then only if they conduct, you have it otherwise you don't have it.

Suppose we don't do Pancha Bhuta Aradhana, you don't have it.

So, the ritual is always like this, it is beautiful because

people who do not know anything about it they can still benefit from it.

At the same time if those who conduct, do not conduct it properly

it will not happen to you.

If they do not conduct it at all, it will never be available to you.

But if you do Bhuta Shuddhi practice by yourself if you're willing you can keep it up

and you will see as time progresses its impact is undeniable.

Above all, whatever it does,

however small the practice is, whatever it does, there is no turning back.

That's a very aspect of Bhuta Shuddhi.

If you if you

let's say six months you do asana, another one year you give it up,

everything will back will be back as it was.

Six months you did pranayam if it's a powerful process like Shakti Chalana

Kriya, if you did, its impact will be there

but of… at a certain period of time if you don't do it for a certain period

of time, again it'll turn back.

You meditate, you do Shoonya meditation for some time -

if you don't do it for a certain period of time

slowly it'll turn back.

But that is not the nature of Bhuta Shuddhi.

Bhuta Shuddhi if you do nothing seems to be happening

because it's very fundamental and it's slow

but whatever happens, it will not turn back.

It stays with you, as long as you hold this body it stays with

you it will not go

because it's on a very fundamental level.

That's the significance of Bhuta Shuddhi.

tell me would you ever consider selling your collection and why leave your

answers in the comments below and I will read them next week now let's see what

you guys like to collect or what you do collect and we are going to start - not

afraid now let's see what it is you guys like to collect xingcat says I collect

rubber ducks why am I looking that way why am I looking that way I collect

rubber ducks I have thousands of them well I want to see all thousands of them

because I think I've only seen a very small tiny portion of your entire

collection so I'd like to see all of them that would be cool to me Tialisa

collects art supplies and books both of which are really good did you see the

background here has tons of art supplies for you the error in the last video also

started off hurt which I've actually found a better way to make that error

now so I'm kind of happy about that I wish I would have known that before I

would thank you Kroko for telling me about it and as for the humble bundle

stuff easiest way for you less stressful on your that way well merci beaucoup I

will do that then my mother says collecting a well I'm always on the

lookout for old coins and I used to collect beanie babies got a lot of them

right now we're just on the lookout still for old coins yes I have a huge

coin collection as well and so does Benni Benni collects games

hashtag fallout and coins from around the world okay let me let me just show

you my coin collection here here's one thing 2 3 & 4 5 6 7 & 8

nine quarters no no other coin do I have as much of there's ten eleven

twelve and thirteen so I have I have crap ton of things are here at crap ton

of coins most of them like I said are quarters I have toonies loonies dimes

pennies nickels excuse me and some foreigner coins as well and then some other

random coins that are more like medals or tokens or something like that

and yeah interesting things and Kroko collects dust because he's too lazy to wipe it

out every week well and you should see my desk as well we've actually had um

written out a bit because of the pine trees outside there's all this yellow

dust crap it's the pollen from the pine trees literally everywhere like it's

coming in the windows our car is completely caked in the stuff and was

coming in the windows and it's going like on my computer and my laptop down

there my keyboard and mouse everything it's ridiculous the dlt dav collects toy

rabbits don't judge me I'm 14 no worries I don't mind at all

because I can't show it now because it's in a huge bag and it's somewhere but I

have a ton of stuffed animals not not just rabbits but just a ton of stuffed

animals lots of them literally tons of them there's a huge giant like hockey

duffel bag full of them and then some more

so what ghosthawk says a lot in here but mostly what I'm going to read here

is what I like to collect well I've always liked collecting trading cards

whether it be yu-gi-oh Pokemon or Magic the Gathering one of the biggest things

I like to do is record myself opening a box because I've always liked to watch

people like maxmofoPokemon just open any pack of cards so entertaining

but yeah that's what I like to collect cuz I do have and I do have some on me

he just likes to collect more because because he likes having the rare cards

rare cards are the cool ones absolutely I totally agree and I have something to

show you again okay now see I I don't really have too many pokemon cards and

the ones that I did have I think I gave most of it away but here's here's No oh

this is wrong one I'm opening it out of order whatever it doesn't matter here is

what one one binder full of my yu-gi-oh cards I'm sorry

it's not really in the video very nicely and I'm sorry that it's also ghost-like

because of the shiny in the green and I keep bumping the mic so you guys are

going to a lot of tapping on the mic but that's

not all because you see here I have bumped the mic again have a second

binder this one's actually the first one because I put them in order

oh no hurts falling out hundreds more I'm pretty sure I have about 2,000 give

yo cards in total over 2,000 and again the microphone over 2,000 cards in total

thing is I've actually been trying to sell these for a little while now

because I don't collect him anymore and they're kind of just sitting here in

binders so I've been trying to sell them I was able to sell a few and I feel I

mean like 10 cards last year or something so hooray

and last but not least we have Evka Ferkova I'm sorry if I pronounced that

incorrectly who collects postcards written and stamped have around a

hundred thirty postcards from many countries and I've also sent mine to

other people from around the world which is really really cool to me for some

reason that's always really it it's always seemed really cool to me but it's

not something I've ever collected myself oh I forgot also Kroko collects

achievements in in steam games he's Achievement Hunter so yes that is

another thing okay and finally what I like to collect I collected ten

different things you've already seen my coin collection I also collect a bunch

of different like um glass vials that or tubes or whatever like I really like the

test tube thing this actually came from we got some vanilla bean and this is

what they came in and there's like four others that are there I just need to

finish using the vanilla bean for something and then I can keep them or

there's something like this I feel that this one I did a long time ago I used to

do all these sand art things and I found this these bottles four different

bottles like this where there's like a bottle inside a bottle or a container

inside but it's it's really cool you can do these two spells right so the one is

filled with sand that goes down to here the other one can be filled with

whatever else so I thought these were really really freaking cool and I feel

part of well I filled the inside ones with sand like I said I got four of them

fill the inside ones with sand and outside with water

a couple of them I think one of them had a hole in the bottom or something so it

kind of leaked and then I have another one similar that I haven't done anything

with yet but there's that I have a ton more like that I excuse me I have a ton

of little little tiny corked well not not like this but they're like little

tiny corked bottles or like this big I think some of them were like that tall

and the others and and this thin and the others are like this fat or something

like that now no I also really enjoy our glasses although I only have one I only

have one so far and that's this one so there's that but I want more our glasses

they look problem with those things is they're freaking expensive I'm going to

turn the green screen off for now so you guys can see this and so something else

I really really enjoyed collecting and probably other than my coin collection

is my biggest collection that I have and that is knives I really really like

knives now I have two that are very very similar to you see that very similar to

this one it's got a little bear design on it which I thought is which i think

is really cool and this side is actually missing that that part of the wood is

missing that I have another one exactly like this exactly the same but on here

it says my name this one's supposed to say the same as well there's a couple

knives that are missing from my collection one isn't the very first

knife I ever got which was this mini very tiny little folding pocket knife

had a green wooden handle and a very short blade and also had a little loop

at the at the bottom so you could like hang it around your near neck or

something like that right that was kind of my favorite but I have no clue where

that where that one is I have another silver one that is also gone missing

it's another folding one very similar to this one except less heavy more thin but

yeah this one here the tip is kind of kind of broken you can see that there

it's it's kind of broken bent and broken off because I stabbed it through a box

and ended up hitting something the other side of the box this one here

is colored and I got it because it was colored and it was also on sale is very

very cheap and so I thought that it was really cool I have an extremely thin one

here just like this and this is one of my favorites because it's so thin the

blade is excellent as well now I have two from buck two of the unbuckle inten

hunting knives which look like this and this one here is the 1964 50 years

medallion it's got the 50 years medallion on it let me see if I can make

that look a little better there you go and this this kind of knife I really

really enjoyed it's it's heavy this one's obviously supposed to be used for

things and this would definitely be a super high quality knife I have a second

one as well that comes in a leather sheath for it literally exactly the same

knife but both of these I got I think on sale and I really enjoyed both of them

they're really excellent knives extremely sharp another from I think not

buck from browning it comes in this cute little tin with puppies on it I love

this and the knife is that it's the the knife isn't anything super special you

know is it's just a simple knife but the tin is really cute another limited

edition one from browning is this it's got two blades on it there and they're

both really cool random exacto knife another little tin thing like this one

here this one has three row there you have it three different knives like that

very cool in my opinion now some of you may or may not have seen my sword yes

it's a source this is hot huh Fang this is our wind sword from Lord of the Rings

I have this in a few of my thumbnails that I make for different gaming videos

because it's freaking cool it's seriously beautiful it has a stand over

here and everything I love it and the final three nine

for me to show you come from Ken Richardson knives I have this one these

ones are seriously beautiful these ones are the most beautiful knives I have I

absolutely love them so there's that they all have these nice little leather

sheaths this one is very small it's got an eagle design on it this this part of

the the handle up here and it's very very beautiful so there's that one I

believe this one is the biggest of them all so there's that I I love this one

because it's so darn big and then there's one that's not quite as big as

that one looks like this I've got to show you the handle of the other I'll do

that in a sec so this is what the knife looks like I love the blade design how

it's all jeweled you see that they're like all the other

little circle II circular things on here is absolutely beautiful this is this is

the reason why I got this knife it is so cool this is a small one I love it there

all the was at the drop point blades I think because that's the kind of design

that I like for a blade very beautiful in my opinion and then for the big one

freaking huge I love this thing yeah if anyone out there has seen Crocodile

Dundee he would be he'd be looking at this going now that's a knife I'd like

this this one was my favorite because it's so darn big and it just it's it's

freaking cool and the handle for it I believe that's a bear yes

turn it the other way and you'll see it's a bear sorry camera perspective and

everything very very weird it's a bear head on the on the bottom of the handle

there as well and the rest of the handle it doesn't really have too much on it

just just this of course so cool this is my favorite of course because as I said

because it's the biggest one and all of the all of the blades that kind of wrap

around they have these uh these bone bits here attached to leather and you

just kind of around so you wrap it around the handle

of the blade first and then you wrap it around here and then you can see it kind

of holds it in right there very cool and that is it for this video sorry that it

took so long I had to show off my collections of things because I liked it

it was very fun I've kind of been wanting to do that for a little while

but yeah that is the end of this video so thank you all so much for watching I

hope you enjoyed seeing my collections let me know in addition to the your

answer to the question of course which is would you ever consider selling

feathers like would you ever consider selling your collection let me know also

let me know what was your favorite part of my collections and if it's knives of

course tell me which knife is your favorite or which blade because not all

of them are knives one of them of course was a freaking sword but there's also

humblebundle up in the top right to that direction as usual there's still free

How do you make a Mystery Doug video? - Duration: 5:07.

- (phone ringing)

- Hi it's Doug!

Normally I talk to you like this.

But today, I thought I'd show you a different view.

This is where I record.

Come on in!

I know many of you are curious about how we make videos.

Someone named Amaya

has a question about how we do things around here.

Let's give her a call now.

(phone ringing)

- Hi Doug!

- Hi Amaya!

- I have a question for you.

How do you make a Mystery Doug video?

- That's a great question.

The company I work at is called Mystery Science.

We spend every day

creating fun science lessons and mini lessons.

We know how curious you are about so many different things,

so our goal is to help

answer the real questions that you have.

Questions like why is the sky blue?

Or, could a turtle live outside of its shell?

But rather than just telling you the answers,

like here's the answer, we try to show you

how people figured it out, and along the way

we usually pause to ask questions to try to give

you a chance to figure things out for yourself.

Let's do that now.

One of the questions I get asked a lot is,

Doug, how do you answer all these questions?

Do you just have to know all this stuff?

What do you think, how do you think I'm

able to answer all these questions?

Now would be a good time to pause the video and discuss.

Okay, you ready?

Well I do love science, and I know a lot about it

because I've spent most of my life being curious.

I've asked lots of questions.

But I definitely don't know everything.

For example, each lesson and mini lesson that we make,

I get a lot of help from my friends here at Mystery Science.

Sarah, she does research and writing,

and Amy and Kelly, they find all the visuals.

That means all the pictures

and all the video clips that we show you.

With each lesson and mini lesson that we make,

we always start with a question.

For example, we recently created a mini lesson

to answer the question,

why are tornadoes so hard to predict?

- Once we know what question we're doing, I start

to do research, which usually means a lot of reading.

I usually start by looking at books, like this book.

When I was reading about tornadoes

I read the section on Tornado Alley.

I'll also look up information from the internet,

like on websites from the National Severe Storms Laboratory.

- [Doug] Sarah takes notes on what she find out,

and then she uses those notes to create a script,

a written page of what she thinks

I should say aloud, like this.

At this point we have an answer to the question.

But there's something huge still missing.

We need to figure out what we're gonna show in the video.

That's where Kelly and Amy come in.

They start by doing what's called story boarding.

It's what movie makers do when they're trying to figure out

what to show on screen during each scene of a movie.

- So Kelly and I come up with ideas of what to show

for each part of the script that Sarah and Doug write.

- Like here I found some amazing video of a tornado

ripping the roof of a house off,

just to show you how dangerous they can be.

- [Doug] After the script is story boarded, Kelly and Amy

have to go and find all the pictures and videos we need.

Sometimes they wind up creating new visuals themselves.

Then they put all those visuals into a slide show

with everything in order just like it is in the script.

That's the point where it's

pretty much ready for me to record my voice.

I read the script aloud as I click through the slide show.

A simple push of a button turns that recording

into a video which we upload to our website

and voila, its ready for you to watch.

This has been the first year of our mini lessons,

Mystery Doug, and it's been so fun.

We've had over 250000 questions

sent to us by students from all around the world.

We wish we could answer all of them and maybe

one day we will, but each week, these are the questions

we choose from when deciding what to talk about.

So far, we've done almost 50 mini lessons.

You can watch all of them on Mystery Science.com,

where we also have our full length science lessons.

That's all for this week's question.

Thanks Amaya for asking it.

Now we have something special for you this week.

My friends and I here at Mystery Science

have created a step by step activity to show you

how you can create your own Mystery Doug mini lesson.

You can find a link

to the activity at the end of this video.

Okay for the next episode, I reached into my

question jar and found three questions submitted to me

that I'm thinking about answering.

When this video's done playing, you'll get to vote on one.

You can choose from,

Are unicorns real?

How does a kite stay in the air?

Or, why do you sweat when you play sports?

So submit your vote when the video's over.

I want to hear form all of you watching.

There are mysteries all around us.

Stay curious, and see you next week.
