Today, we're talking about what to do

between no assistant and a full time assistant.

And trust me, I get it.

In the past four years, I've grown

from one part time assistant to five full time employees.

And yeah, it's a little bit scary every time

you add someone to your payroll.

And you want to do it with thought and care.

And so, if you're not ready to make the commitment

to hiring someone full time, you really have three options.

You can hire a virtual assistant,

a part-time on site assistant, or you could

share an assistant with someone else.

And in this video, we're going to break down

the pros and cons of each of those options.

At Pro R.E.A Staffing, we mostly place full time,

direct hire placements, but we are also asked

to find virtual, part-time, and shared assistants,

so we've seen first hand what works

and what doesn't with these various options.

So let's start by talking about virtual assistants.

A virtual assistant is simply an assistant

who is not physically in your office.

They might be down the street

or on the other side of the world.

When you're just starting out, and you're just starting

to look for a little bit of help,

finding a skilled marketing coordinator

or transaction coordinator who can

work for you virtually is a great place to start.

If you don't know one within your sphere of influence,

Upwork is a great resource for you.

If you can just get your marketing piece handed off,

and have somebody who is skilled in marketing

take that piece for you, you can create a lot of leverage

from a rather small investment.

Now, at some point you might need to take on

more of a generalist virtual assistant,

and that's an option, too.

Again, Upwork might be a resource,

but when you're ready to hire a part time virtual assistant,

the traditional advertising sources

are good places to look as well.

Now, let's talk about who should hire

a virtual assistant and who shouldn't.

If you don't have the physical space and you need help,

obviously a virtual works well.

If you are organized and you have good systems in place,

and all of your resources are online already,

you can work well with a virtual assistant.

Where this falls apart is if you are

not a good communicator, not a good delegator,

and you're not organized, it's really hard

for you to work successfully with a virtual assistant.

So that's something to think about.

Do you have what it takes

to work well with a virtual assistant?

The other thing to think about is the fact that

just because they're virtual doesn't mean

that you can call them an independent contractor.

Now, this varies a bit from state to state,

and as in most things, California is the most stringent,

but if you have, and the rules that apply to

whether you can categorize someone as

a independent contractor or an employee apply

whether or not that person is in your office or not.

So keep that in mind.

So let's talk about part time assistants.

Now, we get this call a lot.

Somebody calls, and they say, "I need help,

"but I don't need full time help.

"Can you find me a part1time assistant

"who will grow into a full1time assistant on my team?"

And the sad reality is that the answer is probably no.

If someone is looking for part time work,

they usually have, or always have something else

going on in their life that is more important.

They might be in school, they might have

another job, or, you know, be a parent.

And that is going to bump up

against your needs at some point.

And the other thing to keep in mind is

because there are just much fewer candidates

looking for part time work, you will probably

have to make some compromises

when it comes to their skills and experience.

And therefore, the person who is a good fit for you

on a part-time basis probably isn't the best fit

for you when you're ready for a full-time,

full charged real estate assistant.

Now, our last option is a shared assistant,

and essentially, this is a full-time employee

who splits their time between two different employers.

And this can work, but it is also

wrought with potential pitfalls.

The biggest is if one agent really gets along well

with the assistant, and they work well,

and it turns out that the other agent doesn't

work as well with the assistant,

the one who is succeeding with the assistant

is going to be left disappointed.

You know, these two people need to have

similar management styles, similar needs,

they have to have good communication

and good trust in order for this dynamic to work.

It can be really hard for an assistant

to split their allegiance between two agents.

Especially if both of those agents are very demanding.

So keep that in mind.

Typically, these shared assistant situations

are rather short term.

It's rare that it lasts more than a year,

but that might be all you need

if you can get a great person for 20 hours a week,

and in nine months you're ready for full time,

then either you can arrange to hire that person full time,

or shift time, or you know, find another solution

with the person that you are sharing that assistant with.

But just know that it's a challenging placement.

Not everybody wants to be in that kind of situation,

split between two agents, and it is,

it's the least likely solution

to work out well in the long run.

So there you have it.

Those are the pros and cons of hiring a virtual assistant,

a part time assistant, or a shared assistant.

you can set up consistently to get a more consistent outcome in order to get

that consistent outcome we're going to look at some of the errors we make one

of those being to tilt as opposed to turn so when players get into a bunker

shot and they set up because we see the wall in front of us and we see that we

want to lift the ball out we have a tendency to try to tilt as opposed to

turn using the cross on the ground and this perpendicular line is our reference

for impact in the sand which is about an inch behind the ball

if I am to sit here and tilt my sternum is now way back here in the sand

consequently I'm going to hit the ball extremely heavy or react and sometimes

blade it bunker to bunker so when we set up to it and our chest is on this

perpendicular line ball is about an inch forward of that we want to make sure

that we're turning around the front of that perpendicular line so let's go back

through the setup features from the first video club face at one o'clock

sternum on the line left foot at ten o'clock weight 60% forward and now I'm

going to really make sure that I turn as opposed to tilt let's give it a go try

that to help take your Bunker play to another level well there it is so hope

Telenovelas Are Hell: Maria La Del Barrio - Duration: 6:06.

- [Narrator] Would you rather get poisoned by a witch,

go through two fires in less than 24 hours,

or have your firstborn stolen by a woman

who sells sausages on the street?

Well, folks, you don't need to make up your mind.

Because in the 90s Mexican telenovela, Maria la del Barrio,

all those things happened to one person.

And why is that?

Well, because in a telenovela, everyone's life is hell.

(dramatic music)

(fire blasting)

Maria's life is straight up diarrhea.

She's poor as hell, she makes money picking trash

from the ground,

and her entire family is dead,

except for her godmother who looks like a frog,

and eventually dies in Maria's arms on her 15th birthday

after choking on a piece of ham.

Maria is left homeless and alone,

until one of the richest dudes in Mexico sees her,

and is like hey Maria, you're a hot vulnerable teen,

and I'm gonna adopt you and be your daddy now.

He takes her to live in his mansion,

where she meets his wife, who's like

if you touch me with those gross dirty fingers,

I will call the police.

In her new home, Maria gets hooked up with a sick ass room

that as a bidet, which is like a little bathtub

but only for your ass.

She quickly meets her adopted brother, Luis Fernando,

who is a raging alcoholic bro that likes to show off

his rock hard breasts, and she's like you're hot,

and he's like nice ass.

And the two of them fall in love.

Unfortunately, Soraya Montenegro,

the villain of this telenovela,

who is evil and a piece of shit,

gets in the way of the couple.

Soraya is so horny for her cousin,

that she roofies him and convinces him

to have nasty cousin intercourse with her,

hoping that he'll fall in love with her.

Except he doesn't, 'cause all he can think about

is how much he loves his step sister Maria.

If you're gonna do incest, you may as well skip your cousin

and go directly for your step sister.

Anyways, Soraya gets so pissed

that she wants to kill Maria.

Luckily, her nanny, who happens to be standing around

hears her and is like my side hustle is doing witchcraft.

So she prepares a poison that will kill Maria.

Maria drinks the shit outta the poison water.

Unfortunately for Soraya, it doesn't kill Maria.

It just gives her diarrhea

and makes her fart a bunch of pedos.

(flatulence)

When Soraya finds out that Maria isn't dead,

she loses her god damn mind and beats her nanny

for not making the poison strong enough.

This is next level crazy.

One day later, some creepy ass dude

that has a broken arm for unexplained reasons,

threatens Soraya.

He's like I know you wanted to poison Maria.

Gimme $50 or I'll call the police.

And she's like hell no, I'm not giving you $50.

So, they fight and he pushes her out the window.

(screaming)

She falls 20 stories onto concrete with her shoe landing

directly above her head and well, she dies.

Maria quickly gets knocked up by her step brother,

and you're like yay Maria's life is finally good and happy.

Except that doesn't happen in telenovelas.

Out of the blue, she becomes schizophrenic,

and runs away from the house.

She gives birth to the baby while in a catatonic state,

and then roams the streets, mentally ill

and talking to walls.

Until she meets the lady that sells sausages,

and is like I'll trade you my baby for a sausage.

And gives her newborn away.

14 years pass, and we know this because Luis Fernando

has grown a stunning stache

that looks like it's made out of of flat ironed pubic hairs.

We come to find out that Maria and Luis Fernando's son

is alive, and he's a ginger.

Maria and Luis Fernando get reunited with their son

when he tries to rob their house,

because he needs a little extra money to buy weed.

Even though she hasn't seen him since he was a fetus,

Maria knows it's her son.

Look at that artistic shot.

Tell me this wasn't worthy of an Oscar.

Okay, so remember when the villain of this novela died,

well, she didn't die.

She survived and married a super rich dude

with a disabled daughter with huge wet braces.

She immediately has him killed a super painless death,

by having him run over by a semi truck,

and inherits all his money.

But is stuck caring for his daughter

whom she abuses in one of the most dramatic scenes

in television history, where she knocks over her wheelchair.

Just when you think you can't handle any more drama,

Maria goes to jail for a crime which is never explained.

As if her life wasn't garbage enough,

the prison immediately catches on fire,

and Maria disappears into the flames.

Maria doesn't die in the fire of course,

she survives, but is kidnapped by Soraya

who takes her to a shack which she then lights on fire.

Yes, folks, that's two fires in one god damn day.

Luckily, Luis Fernando just so happens

to be standing near the cabin and rescues her.

They watch Soraya burn alive,

and are like burn, queen, burn.

One day later, everyone is super happy,

and not traumatized at all by the insane shit

that's just happened.

And the disabled girl is walking again.

The novela ends with Maria announcing that she's knocked up

while she and her step brother suck face

in front of this parrot. (slurping)

(parrot squawking)

The end.

This reminds me of one katha. You know it's a humorous katha that when God made

the world, He gave a uniform lifespan to all living beings. So he gave human

beings the lifespan of 40 years and he gave the same to donkeys and dogs and

birds. So human beings became pretty frustrated. Some of them formed a

delegation and went to the Lord and said Maharaj you have given us 40 years to

live. Our Grihasti (household life) just become set and life gets over. This is totally

unreasonable. Can't you extend our lifespan? So God said alright I'll put

your application in pending. Let's see what's going to happen. You

return for now. A few days went by, and a donkey came mining to God. The donkey

said, my lord what kind of creature am I? I take the burden and put it from here

to there and then from there to here and 40 years go by. Can you not reduce my

lifespan a little bit? God remembered human beings wanted an extension and the

donkey wants a cut. So God removed 20 years from the donkey's lifespan. The

donkey's expectancy now came to 20 years. And he added those 20 donkey years to

human life. So God said, is it okay now? 60 years? Human beings said, 60 years?

Oh Maharaj I still have so many desires, to go to Florida beach and to see

football super bowls etc. Can't you consider a further extension? Gods said,

alright. Then let's see what happens? A few more days went by and a few dogs

came barking to God. The dogs said, Maharaj in what format have you made us?

We keep on barking barking barking. Nobody listens. The car comes, we bark

from here to there and then we get tired. Then a next car comes. we bark from here

to here and then get tired. Can't you reduce our

life? Forty years is a bit too much. so God remember that human being wanted

further extension. God removed twenty years from the dog's life as well. So

dog's life expectancy got reduced to 20. God added those 20 years to human life.

Now the human beings could well now expect to live till 80. God said, is not

alright? Human beings said, Maharaj it is alright, but not fully alright. I want to

see my granddaughter's wedding before I die.

People say, every thing else is alright. But I just want to see my granddaughters wedding and then die.

Everybody is saying, this dadaji (grandfather) is a big nuisance.

Dadaji, don't come close. Otherwise you will fall. You sit and see from far. But

dadaji's mind says, I want to see my granddaughter's wedding and then die.

Because I have such big eyes they get blinded, and when the whole world is

sleeping I am flying from rooftop to rooftop. Please reduce my life. God took

away 20 years from the Owls life and added the owl's life also to human beings. Now

the human life expectancy reached 100 years. It is said, in Kaliyug, God has

given hundred years to human beings. However, what is the nature of those

hundred years? The first fort is alright, the BP is alright, the heart is alright

cholesterol is alright, sugar is alright. Then

after that, the donkey years begin. I have to

clear the mortgage before retiring. I have to settle my son, get my daughter

married etc. and create enough bank balance for retirement. So like the

donkey carry the burden, the human being is going from 40 to 60. These are the

donkey years. At sixty, he hits the dog years. Now the primary duty in the Indian

joint family is to take care of the home. The son says, father I'm going with your daughter-in-law

to see the movie. You take care of the home. And no matter what he says, people

say doesn't matter. He's an old man, let him keep on speaking. These are the dog

years going on. At eighty, the owl years start. Doctor, I can't see. What is going on? Doctor sees,

hmm, you got cataract. "Please remove it." Wait, let the other eye also get cataract. I

will remove both together. So that owl years are going. The whole life goes by

and still human beings don't develop vairagya (detachment) that I was not to go in this

direction. I was supposed to go towards God. That is why the scriptures say that

it is His grace which will make all the difference. What does this lead us to

conclude? Does it mean that we now don't need to do any sadhana? We can just sit

down. Hearing today's lecture is tactically very beneficial, because now

we can exploit this piece of knowledge. Whatever little sadhna, devotion, bhakti,

bhajan, we were doing, we will just put it aside and sit down. And if somebody

asks that do you strive to attain God? You would say, no you know that Mukundananda explained

that you can only know God by His grace. There is no point in

self effort. Nowadays we are just sitting and waiting for the grace

to come. Will it come in 2017 or 18 or 27 or 37? Will it come by plane or railroad

or truck load? Will it come from the north or south or east or west? Where will

this grace come from? In other words, utilizing the principle of grace, we have

given up our effort and become lazy, indolent. is this the proper

understanding of grace? No! His grace is required and our effort is also required.

The Shwetashwetaropanishad says,

your effort and grace of God.

This is your effort. Both endeavors are required, from

the soul and from the side of God. Shri Aurobindo has written a book called 'the

mother'. In the first page, first paragraph, he begins like this: There are two great

powers alone that in their conjunction can affect the great and difficult thing

that is the aim of our endeavor. A fixed and unfailing aspiration that calls from

below and the divine grace that answers from above. Why is our effort necessary?

To receive the grace, you need a vessel. In this case, the vessel is the heart.

You need to purify the heart. Supposing you go to your guru and say, Guru ji

please I am seeking five litres of milk. Can you bestow your grace? The Guru says,

my child I've got a drum of milk. But where is your vessel? Get a vessel. Now

you go and return again. Guruji I have a vessel, please give me the stuff I want.

Guru ji says, my child your vessel has got holes in it. if I pour the milk, it

will get drained away. Don't bring a leaky vessel. Third time

again we come. Guru ji this time there are no leaks.

Guruji says, son it is dirty. If I pour the milk, it will split.

Get a clean vessel. Similarly, we say Guruji give us your grace. Guru says, prepare

your vessel. So our effort is necessary and the grace

of God is also necessary. If we don't consider our effort and marginalize it

that will lead to a disaster. Many people make that mistake.

They think, we don't need to do anything. In fact they go one step further and say

God is doing everything. Nothing is in our hands. There is no Gyani (knower), there is no fool.

If God wants somebody to be a gyani, he becomes a gyani. If God wants somebody to be a fool, he becomes the fool.

So if somebody makes a

mistake and you ask, why did you make the mistake? Swamiji, it must be the will

of God. Will of God that you make a mistake?

It is all His doing. Nothing is in our hands.

If you grew up in India, one sentence you must

have heard thousands of times.

The same sentence comes in the Western world, but it's not so

popular. Not a leaf stirth but by the will of

God. So people say you know that even a leaf cannot stir but by the will of God.

So He is doing everything. Let Him do. I don't need to do anything. Amongst all

the thousands of philosophies that are being propagated in the world, this

particular one is the most disastrous. why? Because then we will not do anything

proper and we will blame God for it. So we need to root this concept from our

heart totally and completely.

to an email, right-click the message, Categorize,

named generically by color. The first time you choose a category, Outlook will

from job seekers who wanted to reach out to more recruiters and jobs

as well as from business owners who wanted to reach out to more clients

Today we are going to talk about how we can stand out from competition

and how we can do it via LinkedIn

So if you're watching this video, I can tell a few things:

A) I know that you already understand that LinkedIn is a very strong business tool

B) I know that you would like to do something different from what you are used to do today

in order to get different results from the ones you are used to get

In other words we want to stand out from competition

Today I am going to give you some tips and practical tools

on how to use LinkedIn in order to bring out something different, that stands out from competition

There are 4 ways to do that via LinkedIn:

Today we're going to talk about the first way, but I would like you in the end to use all 4 ways

The 1st stage is to define WHO is your target audience

Afterwards, WHAT we are going to tell this target audience

The 3rd stage is HOW you introduce yourself, your product, your service

The 4th stage is WHEN do you choose to communicate this message

As I mentioned earlier, today I'm going to talk about the 1st stage

which is: Reaching out to your target audience that your competitors do not approach

I would like you to try and imagine an example which I tend to use in my lectures

I would like you to imagine an advertisement for tampons on a highway billboard

OK?

Potentially that is a great advertisement, because it is huge

It reaches out to hundreds of thousands of people every day

With huge budgets

But eventually it doesn't get to our target audience

It reaches out to a very big audience but misses the end user in our target audience

The same thing happens here with reaching out to clients, in case you are business owners

Or with reaching out to recruiters and jobs, in case you are job seekers

So, if our competitors are used to reach out to that audience with the tampons advertisement on a highway Billboard

We would like to do something different

As you remember, we would like to do something different from what we are used to do today

In order to receive different results than the ones we receive today

If you would like to be that tampons advertisement yourself, you can continue to use your method

or you can be proactive and do something else

If you decide to do something different via LinkedIn and to act differently

we need to reach out to our target audience

Our target audience is not the end user

It is not the end client or the Human Resource manager, in case we are job seekers

But decision makers

The decision maker can be the COO or the HR manager in case he/she is part of our target audience

Or it can be the person we would report to in our next position

Or it can be the CEO

It will always be the person that is going to decide to hire our services, whether we are job seekers or business owners

We will find out in the next videos that this target audience is a much easier audience

A much more communicative audience and pleasant

That gets the decisions in a much more efficient and fast way without spending our energies

Therefore, it is very recommended to get to this target audience

the many many reasons my friends our second scripture reading today comes

from Acts the book of Acts chapter 16 beginning with the sixteenth verse but

as custom here we have every Sunday will be called the Bible check the Bible

check absolutely if you've brought your Bibles with you we want you to hold them

up definitely hold your Bible is a wonderful wonderful wonderful we

encourage you to bring your Bibles when you come to the house of the Lord you

need to be able to read the Word of God for your self as I've made mention

before you don't know if I might lose my mind on my way in here and tell you

anything but if you got your own Bible you can read for yourself and say I

parents kind of off today Acts chapter 16 beginning with verse 16 and we'll

read through the 22nd yeah 22nd verse please listen and read along once when

we were going to the place of Prayer we were met by a slave girl who had a

spirit by which she predicted the future she earned a great deal of money for the

owners by fortune-telling this girl followed Paul and Silas the rest of us

shouting these men are servants of the Most High God who are telling you the

way to be saved she kept this up for many days finally Paul became so

troubled that he turned around and said to the spirit in the

name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her at that moment the

spirit left her when the owners of the slave girl realized that their hope of

making money was gone they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the

marketplace to face the authorities they brought them before the magistrates and

said these men are Jews and are throwing our city into an uproar by advocating

customs unlawful for us Romans to accept or practice the crowd joined in the

attack against Paul and Silas and the magistrates ordered them to be stripped

and beaten a man if you would please my friends join me in a word of Prayer Lord

we thank you today for your blessings great they are as great are you and how

you have blessed us in ways that we never saw coming

we say thank you and we give you honor and we give you praise and we ask your

blessings upon this church the members here our guests all in this worshiping

community this gathering body we ask your blessings upon each and every one

of us and we thank you Lord for what we've witnessed for we know that you're

using these things to prepare us to hear a word from you so right now make me

have experienced that let me ask you this that same sibling growing up did

up and walked out of a room if if you win some place they went somebody's

everywhere you win they were right behind you sometimes right up on you and

the only place you can find privacy was the bathroom and maybe not there if you

couldn't get in there fast enough yeah let me ask you this did you have a

sibling or a younger cousin and whenever you were around this person whatever you

said something they said it again whatever you would say they would repeat

it over and over and over again did you grow up in a family where you had a

younger sibling and your mama made y'all dress alike

for family pictures and you were the one rolls wrong with all these people that

walk oh you all the twins no we're not no my mama made me wear this I wouldn't

have put this on she made me wear this things things they do to get on your

nerves get on your nerves let me ask you this how many of you had to go to school

with someone who constantly teased you

how many of you have had a job where you were working with someone who got all of

the promotion's that you believe you should have received and they did

everything in their power to make you feel little because they got it and you

didn't think things they do to get on your nerves let me ask you this you may

not want to answer it but did you ever pray that the Lord would zap them real

good you know in the name of Jesus make them move Lord make the did you ever

pray get rid of them did you ever wonder why God didn't do it why God didn't do

it this text Acts chapter 16 is a very famous chapter in the Bible because it

carries the story of Paul and Silas in a Philippian prison where at midnight they

would sing songs and they would pray to the Lord and an earthquake came and

shook the prison and opened the doors and everyone in the prison was

to go it's freely but they didn't leave and a jailer who was about to kill

himself for fear that he had lost all the prisoners ends up giving his life to

Christ that's what this chapter is popular for but here's the question how

did Paul and Silas end up in jail in the first place how did it get there in the

first place well let me tell you there was a woman there's a woman who was

possessed by an unrighteous spirits who would see Paul in Silas when they were

on their way to church and she would say these men are servants of the Most High

God who are telling you the way to be saved this woman she was a slave and the

spirit enabled her to tell people's futures which allowed her owners to

become rich they would charge a hefty fee for her to tell your fortune for her

to tell what's going to happen later on in your life these men she would say

servants of the Most High God who are telling you the way to be saved and she

followed Paul and Silas around for days saying this over and over again followed

behind him that means wherever they went if she would go saying this over and

over and over and eventually she got on Paul's nerves yeah she got all the

Apostle Paul's nerves and he cast the spirit out of her now here's the

question why would he do that when what she was saying is true she's saying the

right stuff so why I would probably come irritated

with her why would Paul cast this spirit out of her I don't know how many of you

are familiar with hip hop but for a long time in early hip-hop if you were a

rapper you needed to have a hype person this is the person that would run behind

you that would pump the crowd up so that you could go ahead and say your rhymes

get everybody excited about that Paul's got a height person everywhere Paul's

going she's pumping the crowd up y'all better listen to him he's the one he

comes to most high god he's got the words of salvation Paul gets irritated

sometimes it's fun to have your own cheering section I mean somebody that

will support you you know will give you a high-five when you do something that's

great and grand and Oh hog is irritated with her why would he get so irritated

with her when her words sound right to us and they were literally the right

words to us but what exactly did she mean when she said them I knew a lady I

knew a lady who would never cussed anybody out she was always mad she was

mad all the time and you were sitting on the edge you'll see waiting for her to

say some sted she would look at you through gritted teeth and say may the

Lord bless you real good I hope God blesses you so good we found

out later that is mean as she Wallace she was concerned about how people saw

her so she didn't want to say anything that would cause people to think poorly

of her so instead of saying what she was thinking all of the words in her heart

she would look at you and through gritted teeth say I hope God blesses you

real good

now listen may the Lord bless you real good I hope God blesses you real good

those words are right those words are true but coming from

this lady her intent was wrong there was no sincerity behind the words she was

speaking you see my friends in the Greek world the Most High God was known as

soos salvation in that same world was an understanding of peace and prosperity

that only the emperor could bring only the Emperor could give so perhaps Paul

knew what she meant but also realize how confusing it was to all of the

Philippians who heard it so Paul says in the name of Jesus Christ ain't no

confusion there in the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her

and the spirit did now many people have have looked at this text and they have

looked at this lady with this and they've said that this woman was

evil that the spirit in her was evil was not the holy spirit she's doing god

she's doing Satan's work rather not God's work that's what many people when

they've looked at this text have said but I'm not so certain about that I'm

not so certain you know I do believe that the spirit she had was not the Holy

Spirit I do believe that but I think the greater issue here is that she was

disruptive disruptive oh hello somebody and I know this world

is filled with a bunch of disruptive folks not anybody here in this church no

no no but you know the church that I'm talking about it's your cousin's Church

you know the one that's behind the bar and past the stream that's what's a

disruptive folks and then sure listen my friends we are to grow stronger in

Christ each day each day each day we should be able to do more than we were

able to do the day before we should be able to understand more than we could

the day before we should be able to endure more than we could the day before

but there are some folks in this world intentionally or unintentionally who

make great attempts to stunt your growth in Christ to slow down your progress

saying yeah these folks they can get on your nerves they can get on your last

nerve intentionally or aren't intentionally they show up playing that

one song from your past that makes you miss yo pay

intentionally or unintentionally they say the one thing in the church in the

house of God that your anger boil up on the inside intentionally or

unintentionally they'll wear something that takes your focus off of God's

working on to their attire and have you ever stopped and wondered why the Lord

hasn't moved all of the disruptive folks from your personal area code have you

ever stopped and wondered Lord why do you still have these folks around me wow

they still in my presence what perhaps it's because the Lord wants to use you

to get to them but they've got to be close enough to you before the Lord will

do that oh hello somebody many of us ought to be able to relate to

this because we've not always been productive some of us have been

disruptive too until we got close enough to the Lord to receive God's everlasting

touch so Paul frees this woman and her owners they become upset they become

disruptive they did not see this woman being delivered as something good

instead they saw their cash cow being sterile and it had Paul and Silas beaten

and thrown into prison well it's just like disruptive folks to focus on how

they can do harm to you instead of getting to know you it's just like them

it's just like oh and they may think that they can do this because they only

know a parts of you you see disruptive folks

they see the surface you but not the real you and many times you want to ask

don't you know who I am don't you realize Who I am

yeah I'm the guy that has bad days from time to time but I'm more than that I'm

the one who catches a cold periodically but I'm more than that I'm the one who

has had a string of misfortunes but I'm more than that I'm the one who was

captain of my high school football team but I'm more than that I'm the one who

had to repeat the 12th grade but I'm more than that I'm the one who got

pregnant when I was 16 years old but I'm more than that I'm the one who bought a

new car and had it repossessed but I'm more than that I'm the one who scored

higher than anyone else on their a CTS but I'm more than that I'm the one whose

ex-husband used to beat me time and time again but I'm more than that I'm the one

who's looking for a job and can't seem to get hired I'm the one who always

smiles but rarely has someone to encourage me I'm the one who has

arthritis in my left knee but I walk everywhere I'm the one who persecuted

the church I'm the one who held the coats of killers as they it morally

executed Steven but I'm more than that

and more than that you see I'm also a child of God I'm also a servant of the

Most High and that's how I know change is always on the menu because it

happened to me so I want you to do me a favor tell all the disruptive folks in

your lives tell them this if you don't want to be about this life if if you're

not wanting to know my Jesus in a powerful life-changing way

you better move you better leave me alone because the more you try to slow

me down the closer you're getting the more you try to distract me the closer

you're getting the more you try to stop me the closer you're getting to being

changed changed the slave girl was changed Paul and Silas were put in jail

and then a jailer was changed my friends that's what this is all about that's

what this is all about people being changed from what they were into who God

would have them to be and the Lord is the expert in changing folks be blessed

in Jesus name Amen

Let's have a look at a broader picture,which has changed dramatically since the beginning of the year.

In one recent interview you said that we are "tweeting us back into the past."

What do you mean with this?

We have an extremely volatile political environment, both on a global and on a European level.

It is our job as managers to cope with it and it does not make me nervous.

We have a lot of volatility and it will stay with us and it's our job to manage that.

And if you look at our figures for the first half-year…

Well, they don't show the volatility.

I think we can be very happy with our numbers for the first six months of this year.

We can be particularly happy with the numbers for the second quarter of this year.

This is for the first time in a very long time that we have a quarter where we can all

say that if we can continue on that basis during the next ten quarters, we are really

in good shape.

So, there are still a lot of things that we have to do.

We are making a bit of a progress of some of the difficult issues that we have to cope with.

They are not solved yet, but we are on the right track.

So, I think the general mood is positive.

And another quarter without risk costs…

Very good for us, very good for everybody.

We can't bet on that - this is going away at some point in time.

But what we have seen during the last quarter particularly, but also in the first six months

overall: the net interest income is rising again and commission income is rising.

So, we are getting in a relatively good shape for a period of time when risk costs come back

I think the most important thing for us is that we have to get a lot more efficient,

we are on the right track for the moment.

We are not there yet by no means, because we do not only have to build - and we are

in a very good situation for the moment with George – the best digital banking platform

for all our clients in all our countries.

We also need the best people in this region.

I'd like to call our employees "prosperity advisors".

And we have to make our employees by far the best educated, the most skillful

"prosperity advisors" in Central and Eastern Europe.

Our people have the second most important job to do in our region after those people

who are taking care of physical health.

We are taking care of the financial health of our clients and in that we have to invest

a lot of money.

Therefore we have to be very efficient.

And we have seen once again a pretty steep increase in customer deposits…

That's good for us.

It shows that clients have a lot of trust in us.

They give us their money.

We don't pay them a lot of interest.

In some countries, we don't pay them any interest.

And this shows that we have to do something about it.

And that is something where we have to influence politicians and law makers in all our countries

to make sure that they help us or that we can help them to create a capital market.

It is almost impossible for a Czech citizen or an Austrian citizen or a Slovak citizen

to invest in successful companies in his or her country.

And we are going to work on that.

We have to make sure that pension funds in our region can buy Central and Eastern European shares.

This is very, very important.

If we don't manage that in the long run, our clients will comparatively be worse off

than in other regions where there are functioning capital markets.

So, we are making a big issue out of that.

Not for ourselves, but for our clients.

And on this positive note - what's up for the next six months?

I think it's a great thing if you are able to say: "If I can repeat what I did last

quarter, next quarter and the quarter after that", we will be really happy.

Sometimes it's helpful to drink a tea that aids in digestion after a meal to avoid feeling bloated and get rid of excess gas.

It's also a good idea to add spices to our food that further aid in digestion.

A bloated stomach isn't just a problem with appearances – it's also a health issue that we need to address, before it develops into a chronic disorder.

In this article we'll talk about the many reasons why you may experience abdominal bloating, and offer some natural remedies that can help resolve it quickly.

Not chewing well enough.

This is a common problem these days because people usually try to do things in a hurry.

Many of us eat quickly while we're at work, often standing or chatting, so we don't chew our food as well as we should.

This makes it much harder for our bodies to process by slowing down or hindering digestion, which can cause abdominal bloating among other discomforts.

Chewing our food thoroughly has many other advantages as well, like making us feel more satisfied and eat less overall.

You have to drastically reduce or eliminate sugars and wheat products from your diet because they are the parasites' food.

Eating too much.

Even with healthy foods, if you eat too much or more than the body needs it can result in bloating.

For these times we recommend drinking teas made with anise, mint, and lemon balm, and to add spices like cumin and fennel to soups – particularly those that contain beans and vegetables that are known to cause gas.

Food intolerances.

Sometimes we experience gas because we have an intolerance to an unknown food.

The most common culprits are gluten or lactose, and if we suspect we have one of these intolerances we need to make the proper diagnosis.

One way to find out is to eliminate these foods from your diet for a month and determine if we feel better, or experience less bloating as a result.

Emotional issues.

In addition to all of the above reasons, some people have digestive problems because of emotional issues, since digestive system function is related to our experiences and well-being.

In these cases, sufferers will notice that their bloating is correlated with days when they feel more emotional stress than usual.

To help resolve this, we recommend seeing a therapist or exploring homeopathy and other relaxing therapies like massage, reflexology, yoga, tai chi, etc.

Unhealthy dinners.

Dinner should be the lightest meal of the day, because at night the body doesn't have a lot of energy left to spend digesting food.

If we find that we're waking up in the mornings with a bloated abdomen, it's time to change what we eat for dinner.

Salads are quite healthy, for example, but they're better to eat during the day or at lunch.

Cooked vegetables and sauces are better for eating in the evening.
