worthy I didn't like it but you can try it for yourself and let me know if you

did dry wine is okay so champagne red wine white wine there are about 3 grams

of carbs so if that fits your macros you can definitely have a glass or two

Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Grigio is usually my choice you can also have a

liquid but a gin rum tequila all those are either zero carbs or very low in

carbs you can mix them with club soda or any type of sparkling water without any

added sugar this is a type of wine I do have home it's Cabernet Sauvignon well

you gotta also understand that one glass of this wine is about 250 calories so if

you would enjoy two glasses throughout the night it's almost 500 calories well

for me it's my whole lunch or a whole dinner so when you wanna drink you do

really have to think and count what's your rudder I don't know do you

wanna eat a steak or a glass of wine then we carry in our freezer some vodka

recently I had a chance to try these truly

this is a spiked sparkling water it has five person of alcohol only hundredths

calories and less than one gram of sugar and less than two grams of carbohydrates

which is pretty a great option when you unlock up keto diet you can have a nice

mixed drink with vodka it would be around 200 calories and two grams of

carbs so this is a really great to go for a party or social events oh and you

just want to relax and enjoy a drink so you can definitely enjoy drink or two

while you're on keto diet but just always remember that alcohol is full of

empty calories if you're trying to lose weight you definitely have to count

alcohol calories into your daily macros also alcohol will be always metabolized

before anything else in the liver as its toxin everything else will be paused so

if you decide to have a drink or two you have to understand that you're actually

turning off the body's ability to burn fat for fuel and that unfortunately will

end up stalling your weight loss progress so me personally I did decided

that I will have only one or two drinks for a whole week because I'm definitely

now on my weight-loss journey and I need to lose some weight and I know that

keeping drinking a glass or two of wine couple times a week will definitely

stole my progress and I don't want that so at the end yes you can have a drink

and still be in ketosis but if your goal is weight loss you might want to

consider that you definitely want to avoid all drinks with high carb high

sugar content as they would definitely kick you out out of ketosis you would

definitely be over your daily carbohydrates limit so if you do not

mind that your weight-loss progress will be stalled then go ahead and you can

definitely enjoy a glass of wine or some vodka with some non sugar a mixture of

whatever your preferred drink would be you don't have to worry to be kicked out

of ketosis unless you go over your daily carbs intake

I can manipulate digital memories however I want - Adobe - Duration: 7:00.

In the middle of 2013, Adobe went through a huge security breach in their systems with

huge bits of their software code stolen and posted online.

The hack was inevitable as Adobe had been criticized for its pricing practices among

its user base for a very long time.

My very first memory of using an Adobe product is a bit vague, but the feeling it gave me,

is still very vivid in my mind.

I was confused, amazed, inspired, jaw-dropped, all at the same time.

Photoshop was the first Adobe product that I used and I didn't know what to think of

it except that now I can manipulate digital memories however I want.

Photoshop was then of course just the beginning of what would lead me into a never ending

curiosity of exploring other Adobe products like Premiere Pro and After Effects which

then led me into digging deep into the past of two businessmen, John Warnock and Charles

Geschke, the guys who found Adobe in the December of 1982.

Initially being a math failure in his ninth grade, Warnock went on to grab a Bachelor's

degree in mathematics followed by a PhD in computer science.

Warnock's genius in mathematics was at full on display in the form of his 1964 master's

thesis where he solved the Jacobson radical row-finite matrices which was originally theorized

by a leading algebraist in 1956.

Warnock took his understanding of math and computer science to the next level when he

wrote the Warnock Algorithm designed to render a complicated image of a scene.

If the image is simple, it's immediately rendered, but if it's a complicated piece

of pixels, then it's divided into smaller parts and the rendering process repeats itself.

On the other hand, although he never came up with a unique invention, Charles Geschke,

Adobe's co-founder was on a parallel level to John Warnock with his MS in mathematics

and a PhD in computer science.

He went on from a teaching job to working at Xerox where he formed and headed an image

science laboratory, directing research activities notably in image processing.

This is where the two masterminds crossed paths when Charles hired Warnock at his lab

and the two came up with the idea to commercialize InterPress graphics language for controlling

printing.

But Xerox remained unconvinced and the two along with a third collaborator, Dan Putman

left their jobs at Xerox to build Adobe.

The company found in Warnock's garage, went on to the level where Steve Jobs once negotiated

to buy it for five million dollars, but to Warnock and Charles' credit, they refused

and instead sold him 19 percent of the shares for five times more of what the company was

evaluated at the time.

Reaching the mid-1980s, the company launched Adobe Illustrator that would change the face

of how people would draw in the future to come followed by Photoshop nine years later

that would become its flagship product.

Two years later down the road, the world was introduced to Premiere Pro and After Effects

that would redefine how movies would be made.

Fast forward to the Summer of 1993 and the company finally came up with the PDF format

that would allow us to send electronic documents anywhere, view and print them on any machine.

In Warnock's own words "Imagine a digital document viewer equipped with text searching

capabilities.

You can find all documents that contain a certain word or phrase, then view that word

in context within the document.

Entire libraries could be archived in electronic form."

Being incredibly successful with all of its products, it's quite astonishing that Adobe

flash was met with a lot of backlash most notably from Steve Jobs who opted not to support

Adobe Flash on iPhones claiming unreliability and security flaws with the software.

Jobs even posted an article online expressing his thoughts on Flash and the rise of HTML

Adobe eventually went on to discontinue Flash in the December of 2011 and refocusing all

efforts on HTML 5 for mobile devices.

With its share of success, Adobe has faced continuous criticism due to its security designs.

Hackers have been successfully able to breach it to gain access to computers worldwide.

The vulnerabilities became so bad that the company itself revealed in 2013 that about

2.9million customer data had been stolen including encrypted credit card information along with

bits and pieces of Photoshop's source code that allowed programmers to duplicate its

engineering techniques and making it incredibly easy to pirate Adobe's product.

Back in 1994, Adobe bought Aldus Corp., the manufacturer of Free Hand that was a direct

competitor to Adobe Illustrator.

But Adobe was forced by the Federal Trade Commission to sell the software to Altsys,

the company which was then bought by Macromedia, the organization which was then bought by

Adobe in 2005.

Adobe bounced over and took back control of the only two leading illustration programs

in the world.

What's more mind twisting is that Adobe is now diving into the AI industry collaborating

with NVIDIA to speed up its Adobe Sensei AI which is going to deliver some very powerful

features like auto lip sync in Adobe Animator CC and face aware editing in Photoshop CC.

I'm an Adobe user and I'll always be an Adobe user, because I can never really be

sure what amazing new mind twisting direction Adobe's going to be moving in, but whenever

I finally see the end results, I'm confused, amazed, inspired, jaw-dropped, all at the

same time.

Or should we say, they found a way to stick a boot in because the remarks were hardly flattering

Without pointing to a particular tweet, the comments were generally in the line of "Kroos is a real footballer because he did not cry or behave like a brat" and "Kroos didn't cry for the camera," a reference to Neymar's tears following Brazil's dramatic late 2-0 win over Costa Rica

Brazil coach Tite defended his star on Tuesday, ahead of the Selecao facing Serbia in Moscow, saying that "crying is not a sign of weakness," but it did little to calm the storm online

The comments about Neymar got more heated the closer you were to Brazil, too, at least empirically

It's not a complete surprise: as divisive as he is, back in Brazil is where Neymar causes more uproar

In my considerable time watching football and working with the game, I've never seen a Brazilian star player generate such bipartisan opinions

For example: Some 26 years ago, an innocuous Brazil vs. Germany friendly played in December in Porto Alegre finished with a 3-1 score to the hosts

But all the talk was hijacked by a tantrum from a Holland-based player after not starting that match

"I am better than the players chose to start. Why did I travel all the way from Europe to sit on the bench?" That was Romario, who two years later became a crucial figure in Brazil's victorious campaign at USA 1994 after bad results in the qualifiers led to immense popular pressure for then-manager Carlos Alberto Parreira to recall the player who'd been unceremoniously banished after the Porto Alegre episode

Brazilians would probably break the internet if Neymar behaved in a vaguely similar way

Is this a defence of the PSG star's current antics? Not quite. Brazil's best player of the past decade can be a handful on the pitch, especially when deciding to appoint himself "Roy of the Rovers" or when overreacting to contact by an opponent

But this is the same player who is consistently targeted by other teams and who equalled a long-standing national team record in the Selecao's World Cup opener by receiving 10 fouls vs

Switzerland. Yet Neymar is also the same player who was viciously taken down in the last World Cup by a challenge that Sub-Zero would deem a tad too cynical in "Mortal Kombat

" It's true that Neymar is untouchable in the national team since breaking through in 2010 -- he has averaged almost 84 minutes on the pitch in the 87 games played for the national team and started 83 of those games -- and it's fair to wonder what would happen these days if he were replaced in an important Selecao match, something that has not happened since 2011

So far, however, Neymar has not "done a Romario" though fans are entitled to feel aggrieved by the ostentatious lifestyle, the dodgy haircuts and his attempts to elude the Brazilian authorities on his taxes

(By the way, the whole 1994 World Cup winning squad did something similar on the plane back to Brazil in 1994 after threatening to boycott a champions parade if the thousands of dollars in goods bought from the U

S. were not rushed through customs.) Ronaldo, for all his class, also faced fearsome scrutiny especially after that still-unexplained episode in the hours leading up to the 1998 World Cup final

He certainly didn't escape criticism while losing the battle to the scales at the twilight of his career

Still, nobody really threatened publicly to support other national teams because of him, which some disgruntled fans have threatened in Neymar's case

Another Ronaldinho also got some flack, especially after his lacklustre performances in the 2006 World Cup

But even after becoming a party animal and actually being booted out Barcelona for fears he might drag along a young and impressionable Lionel Messi, he still got revered by the fans

It's not really Neymar's fault that he grew up in the digital era. In early 1990s Brazil, talk about the internet was a guaranteed way to lose any chance of romance for men and women

These days, however, Brazilians "hijack" platforms like Facebook and Twitter, and Wikipedia even has an entry for the "Brazilian Internet Phenomenon," created at a time when Brazilians were not the fourth-biggest country in terms of users

(Currently, they're behind only China, India and the U.S. according to International Telecommunications Union)

As more Brazilians logged on, more scrutiny was heaped upon the nation's celebrities

It's even worse still for Neymar because he actually enjoys using the internet like any other millennial

Ah, but he has a lot of money and shows it off, you might say. But isn't showing off what all of us do on social media, to the point in which we all think everyone else is doing greater? Ah, but he is an overpaid primadonna

That is what people think in a country where almost 30 percent of the national wealth is in the hands of 1 percent of the population

But these guys don't use Instagram and are not on camera every weekend. And most of them were not raised in poverty

Neymar was -- and so was Romario, by the way. Does it give any of them diplomatic immunity? Of course not, and it's democratic that people will give their opinions about footballers

Brazil needs democratic debate every day even if it's about sports, but blaming this kid for everything that is wrong with Brazilian football is way out of hand

Especially when he is the same kid that against Costa Rica became the third-highest scorer in Selecao history

Against Serbia, it looked clear that Neymar had been sat down by Tite or even Neymar Sr

The PSG tyro kept quiet and worked for the team despite clearly overreacting to a challenge in the first half when he made it look as if he'd been hit by the Trans-Siberian express, not an opponent

Still, judging by the reaction of Brazil fans on social media, it wasn't enough. On the pitch, however, he was for the first time in this World Cup applauded by fans and Brazilian journalists said he was "almost" the player they know he can be

Brazil are lucky to have Neymar, but it remains a national pastime to seemingly kick him when he's down unless, of course, he helps Brazil clinch that trophy

That's the only way to work this out.

This Smart Light Bulb Can Hear You - Heelight Review - Duration: 6:54.

Hello everybody and welcome to Pear Crew. Today we're going to be reviewing the

Heelight, a smart light bulb with an innovative twist to it. So before we

begin, let me take a moment and thank Micronovelty, Heelight's manufacturer,

sponsoring us this review unit. Now let's get this out of the way:

"What makes the Heelight so special?" you ask. You know that all smart light bulbs in

the market are controlled through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or some sort of other

the market are controlled through WiFi or Bluetooth. What if I told you that the Heelight uses no wireless network

technology for its operation? Yes, that's right, no WiFi, no Bluetooth, no Zigbee,

not even IR – just sound. Heelight uses what they call "Digital Voice"

technology to pass on information from your phone to the bulb. Essentially the Heelight

contains a chip that recognizes a predefined set of audio patterns and

acts accordingly. I must say I'm impressed by the thought and engineering

skills that were put into this. So let's get this thing out of the box!

The Heelight comes packaged in this simple box that also has some useful details on it.

At this point I can't help but notice a possible identity crisis that

Micronovelty had when it released the Heelight. While the product was introduced

as the Heelight, the packaging also names it "The Giga Bulb". On the side of the package

we can see some of the bulb's modes that you can activate through the

app, we'll dig deeper into those later. On the specs side we see that the bulb has

an E27 standard socket, operates for about 50 thousand hours and has a 6 watt

consumption rate. The bulb gives out 400 lumens of brightness – which is fine

for a mood light or a small desk lamp- and also supports 16 million colors of

the RGB spectrum. Opening the package, we can immediately spot some discreet

discreet branding by Micronovelty on the bulb's top. On the side we also find a small

user manual in English that we're not going to be needing. When you pick up the

the bulb in your hands it feels well made. It has a hard-plastic base with decorative

groves and a good looking light diffuser on the top. The bulb weighs under 150

grams – enough to make it feel quality made but not too heavy to cause any

problems on installation. You can find the app to control the Heelight on the

Apple AppStore, Google Play or you can get it directly off Heelight's

website as a web app for your phone. Sadly the web app refuses to load on my

computer's web browser and instead prompts me to load it on my phone.

The App is rather simple in its use and unlike Xiaomi's ecosystem, it doesn't

require you to create an account to set up your lightbulb. Through its

easy to use menu you can switch the bulb on or off, select a custom

color, adjust its hue and brightness, set a delay for the bulb to turn on or off

and toggle through a set of 30 modes.

That being said, the app does have some serious cons: To begin with, a big part of it

has been badly translated from Chinese and the DIY mode, which seems

really interesting, is almost completely untranslated making it hard to

comprehend and use. Another shortcoming of the App is that upon installation it

forces a permanent notification in the notifications shade on some phones

without an option to disable it. And finally, there is also a store option

that doesn't seem to work. But all this aside, let's go test some of the

Heelight modes that I found to be the most interesting. First we have the night lamp

mode, which puts the bulb in a sort of standby mode until it detects sound and

then it dimly lights up, useful for when you get out of bed during night. Lantern

mode emulates the flickering of a Red Lantern flame. The heelight mode randomly

toggles the bulb color when you say "Hey light". SOS mode flashes the bulb according

to the SOS Morse code. Glass clink mode detects when glasses are clinking in the

surrounding area and flashes the bulb's white colors, though let's note that I

didn't have much success testing this. Candle mode allows you to blow air at

the bulb to light it off and then it lights back on again after a few seconds.

Sunrise mode smoothly transitions through a variety of white hues to

imitate the sun rising. Reading mode sets the bulbs hue to a tone that won't cause

eye strain during studying. It has a sex mode, yes you heard me... a sex mode. Finally,

rhythm and music modes change the bulb's brightness and colors according to the

music playing. So let's sum it all up, the heelight takes a really cool idea: that

of controlling your light systems through sound commands, and puts it in a

light bulb and its companion app. The bulb itself feels to be of great build

quality and its specifications exceed our expectations. Just keep in mind that

its brightness is suited best for a mood light or a small desk light. Also, what

makes the light bulb special is that it features a great variety of custom modes

to play around with and the fact that it supports such a wide spectrum of colors.

Where the he light fall short is mostly due to the quirks of the app which still

needs to be translated to become fully usable. Another thing left to be desired

is the ability to program and expand the bulbs' modes, something nearly impossible

since all these modes are hard-coded into the bulbs' chip. Also, what is

noticeably absent is a rainbow effect, probably the most common effect on RGB

products these days. In general the modes that come with heelight work great but

some of them could use some fine-tuning and refinement. For example, in rhythm

mode, the abrupt color change between four predefined colors could be replaced with

a smooth transition through random colors and the mic could be tuned to a

slightly lower sensitivity to yield better results. So my closing thoughts on

the heelight are that it's an awesome, innovative well made product with a bit

spotty software support and some missing key features. The bulb definitely

delivers on the vast majority of the promises it makes but when buying one

one should consider everything I mentioned earlier taking everything

previously mentioned into consideration and due to its price tag of 32 (correction - see description) US

dollars, I can't upfront recommend the heelight unless you're really digging the

concept or are really interested in some of its unique modes. What I would love to

see is heelight making a revision of this cool light bulb utilizing the same

potent and innovative concept but with better software and a few extra key

features that have become mainstream on other smart light bulbs in the market.

I decided to test two of them in practice

Redline is one of those acid-free

so it is safe for rims and tires

for this I used a professional blinds cleaner

For the purposes of the test I used only a simple sprayer
