Heya playa, if you want to learn how to be as productive as possible without wasting

a minute of time ever, I'm gonna share a few things that people tend to waste their time

on how and how you can avoid doing it and no, I don't mean so productive that you can

spin two fidget spinners at once, I mean something much more, so stay tuned.

For those of you that are new here, my name is Josh and every single Monday through Friday

I make videos sharing tips, ideas and stories teaching you how to be your best self now

all week long we've been talking about building positive habits and not wasting time so I

want you to know this first point.

Wasted time is worrying time.

When you spend a lot of your time worrying about something, it's not productive.

Now what I don't mean is taking the necessary time to make the right decision what I personally

mean is worrying about something.

Thinking about it over and over, never really looking up more information or consulting

with anyone or really just verbalizing the process to yourself, just sitting there stewing

in your own thoughts.

This sometimes plays out in what's called the paradox of choice.

Think about sitting in front of a restaurant menu with hundreds of items on it.

Sure, you have tons of choices you don't know which one is the right one to pick.

And because of that, you end up sitting there thinking over every single item on the menu.

Making everyone wait to eat their food and just sit there hungry saying just pick something,

anything will do but you know that that's not the case.

For a lot of people, that worrying time always plays out in key parts of their day.

And if you add up all those parts, it's a lot of wasted time.

Time you could have spent making a decision, seeing what the results were and adapting

to it.

For example, have you ever spent a tremendous amount of time thinking about whether or not

you should walk up to someone and say hi?

All that time deliberating whether or not you should do it ends up being wasted time

because if you don't do anything you just sat there thinking about something that never

happened.

But I don't think the answer here is to be impulsive.

Sometimes when people are impulsive, they can come off rude or brash, or just insensitive

to others.

So you want to spend a good amount of time thinking about what you should do.

If it starts falling into worrying time, that's when you know hey, I'm not making the most

use of my day.

Another key component to never wasting your time is to plan out your day.

Have you ever done this before?

After you've finished a big task you pick up your phone and you just start kinda scrolling

and looking at things and before you know it, an hour of your time is just gone.

We've all been in situations like that before where these little devices suck up our time

and we don't know how it happened.

A big reason for that is because the apps that we use are designed with this infinite

scroll mentality, the whole purpose is to just keep showing us things so we stay on

them.

That's why it's so crucial to plan out your day.

Having an organized structure as to what you're doing that day is gonna keep you from that

infinite scroll.

Keep you from getting sucked into the void and just wasting your time.

For some people, the way that they are the most productive is that after they've done

a big task, they need a bit of decompression time to take their mind off the last thing

they did.

Once they have that, they can then eventually jump into the next thing kind of following

this wavy pattern.

While for other people, they tend to function in a way where they get these high bursts

of energy.

They like to do a bunch of things back to back and kind of just get it all done at once

and then relax afterwards so, the important thing to ask here is, which type of person

are you?

Depending on the type of person you are, that's going to help you set up the most optimal

schedule.

Do you need those little breaks in between or do you want to just power through all at

once.

Another thing I want to stress though is that taking time to recharge is not wasted time.

Think about when you're working out at the gym, if you were to work out five days in

a row, you have no time in between for your muscles to kind of heal and repair themselves

so you end up doing a disservice to yourself because you're trying to be over productive.

Not the most productive if your wheels are constantly turning, sometimes you need to

be able to step back and look at what you're doing and to ask yourself, "Is this the best

way to spend my time?".

Most often you'll find times where hey, it's not.

Doing that can actually save you time in the long run because instead of dedicating yourself

to the same process over and over when it isn't the most efficient, you're really looking

for ways to optimize it.

Ways to make it better and ways to make it easier for yourself.

Another thing I wanted to point out is that focusing only on yourself is the only mentality

you should have to be the most productive, but I don't think that's the case.

I think incorporating other people's ideas, thoughts, and feelings and experiences into

your own life is going to help you make better decisions.

It's important to remember that life isn't only about you.

You're not succeeding on your own, you're working with other people, you're collaborating

with them.

You're learning with them so take time to appreciate others, take time to spend with

others and don't take people for granted.

But now I want to know, what do you think.

Do you feel like you waste a lot of your time?

What are some of the time wasters that you wanna kind of kick to the curb?

Leave your comments down below and we'll talk about it.

Otherwise thank you so much for watching, if you enjoyed this video hit the thumbs up

button and make sure to check out the playlist over there on the side where I kind of wrap

up everything I've covered this entire week about habits, those videos are going to be

super helpful for you if you want to drop bad habits and pick up good ones so, on that

note guys.

I'll catch you next week.

As always, love and peace.

Grisza - Wszystko Do Góry Nogami (Everything Turned Upside Down) - Duration: 18:47.

Observing the world I've got in front of me, often times I get the impression that we have turned everything upside down here.

We seek happiness outside of ourselves.

We do that, my friends, because we lost our sense of Self Worth.

We don't feel worthy being Gods once again. We don't deserve being Creators of our realities.

We don't have this Self Worth within us, because it was squashed down by negative beliefs and egoistic filters we used to validate throughout our entire life.

This Self Worth is completely squashed right now.

This is why people are giving away their creative powers to other individuals. This is also why we think we can find love only outside, in our external reality.

Moreover, we think we need to earn this love firstly: by trying our best, by making a good impression, by behaving appropriately. All of that so we could gain this love, to achieve this happiness.

We have forgotten that Love grows out from us. We have forgotten that we are the engine (the generator) of all the appearances that we have in front of us. In other words, we have forgotten our Divinity.

The path of liberation, the path of remembrance that you are a God, is not an easy way. It is a very painful path. It's because it's moving against everything that this entire modern human civilization was built on.

The whole civilization of humanity has its foundations built on egoism, arrogance, fear and lack. Lack of prosperity, lack of Self Worth, lack of Trust.

And being a God and feeling divinity within you is the opposite: to live Now, not in Time. To trust and not to calculate. It is to stop measuring your reality - stop creating any measurement scales of value, where things are good, bad, better or worse.

Less or more beneficial then something else, less or more valuable, less or more useful. Being a God means to let go of all of that and relinquish every single weakness of you.

As I said, it's not an easy way to go. It's absolutely effortless, it comes naturally. Nevertheless it is a painful path often times.

I, for instance, am being judged by others. It's because people are used to doing that, right? They are used to defending themselves and their position and they do it by judging others, by rating them, by giving them notes.

They judge by saying that one is doing something right or wrong. If your behavior fits their scale of "normality" and acting "appropriately" then you will be accepted by them.

If you don't fit that scale however you are going to be rejected from the herd. This is how conditional love is easily recognizable. Love that sets up conditions and builds expectations.

If you say "I love you because you bring something to the house," " love you because you did it for me,""...because you are beautiful," "because, because, because..." - then it is not Love. This is not the feeling of love at all.

This is nothing else than seeking satisfaction by using other people, outside of yourself. It is seeking the Love that we are missing inside of us.

We do not love ourselves, my beloved ones. We forgot that firstly we must love ourselves, and then we are able to spread this love throughout our whole environment – and that happens naturally.

So we have turned everything upside down, because now if someone is not helping others but is focusing on the Inner Self... I am being judged like that by the people I talk with. They say that I am an egoist and arrogant, because I do not help others.

You see, I have realized I don't want to help anyone. It's because everyone is a God in my reality.

If I choose to relate to myself as a God, the Creator of the Reality – I want to treat everyone equally.

Why should I limit anyone by imposing the choice they make of continuing to do something or letting go of it? Who am I to judge other peoples' experiences?

I will admit to you, I am changing my relationship to pain. Now I relate differently to it.

I am no longer able to control anything that will happen to me in the next moment – I don't want to control my reality. I want to let go completely and see what I am when I stop controlling everything.

Now, it is no longer the matter of Trust. It is no longer the matter of Courage.

It's about the feeling I am carrying within me. It is a sense of being indestructible Awareness in my essence – and this is something no-one can take away from me.

I simply know it. I know that I am here forever. Because I know that, I don't have to rush anything, I don't have to judge anyone.

This super nice bag of meat that I use as my vehicle to express my Light is a really cool tool. It's great fun to use it. Increasingly I find myself in the position of the one who is observing this body and allows it to express itself naturally.

And that has nothing to do with this measurement scale of value that humanity validates so proudly. This body, as one form of the expression of my Consciousness, becomes free. My body becomes free, my mind becomes free, my heart becomes free.

And this is something...

This is something immeasurable.

You can not measure this feeling.

You can not define bliss, my friends...

You can only be it.

People often remind me that I am an egoist, because I think only about myself and I don't care about other people's' fate.

You see... I have realized that my state of being, my vibration is something that creates my reality.

That's it.

I have realized that I must learn how to love myself first and get to know myself a little better. Only from that standpoint I am able to create beautiful things.

Otherwise (if my vibration would be based on lack - scarcity of my Self Worth or lack of anything else) I won't be able to create beauty.

The only thing I would do would be covering holes and creating more holes to cover. I would create another reason to observe this reality and see it as not complete, as a reality that is lacking something.

Only in the moment when I am ready to accept fully the image of the reality that I have in front of me as perfect - as the one that matches my vibration that I am in that moment – only then I can start changing my reality.

But again, I do not change my reality by moving around physical objects, that has been already created for me. I change my world internally by changing my relationship with every next appearance that has been manifested for me.

I change my reality by accepting every next thing: by accepting my weakness, by accepting my anger, by accepting my love, by accepting my sensitivity, by accepting every single aspect of me. And by loving them one by one.

By doing so I invite them... to become my Whole Self again.

By doing so I bring them all back home – by accepting them. By accepting hatred in the world.

By accepting that other people choose to kill each other. By accepting that some people choose to live in depression for half of their lifetime. By accepting that some people choose to build their sense of superiority and the feeling of being better by taking off physically and mentally on others.

When I fully accept that other people have chosen this paths for themselves by validating particular beliefs, approaches and ideologies, then, from that standpoint I can offer anything.

If I would start to judge them, than I am not any different. I would just return their lack back and feed their sense of not being enough. Using other words, I would feed their arrogance.

I, for instance, can imagine a world... With my imagination I can easily tap into a reality where everyone is following their passion and expressing their Light without any limitations.

Can you imagine a reality where nobody is fixing anyone but only offering what one loves to create? This is a completely different relationship with the environment, isn't it?

Instead of controlling other people and trying to convince them to change their opinion, or their way of thinking, or the way they are acting – simply offering your version of beauty.

Offering your version of joy, harmony and freedom that can become an inspiration for them. This is the most healthy way to change your external reality. This is the only way for sure, that offers unconditional love.

The love that doesn't expect people to stop killing each other. Love that doesn't expect people to stop limiting one another. The kind of love that allows people to be their natural expression – the one they choose for themselves.

It's precisely because we are trying to control our external reality and impose limitations on others, we create the next identity and egoistic mask. This is how we create images of ourselves that are not in alignment with our natural vibration.

When we let go of them, then we recognize equality.

Equality, balance and harmony in every physical and non-physical manifestation, in every form that we have the opportunity to explore in that very moment.

It is a perfection of that Now and its expression. The expression of Freedom that simply chose to manifest itself like that.

It's our decision what kind of relationship we will create with this form, this object, person or experience that popped up in front of us.

To put is simply, it's all about the relationship we create with things around us.

If you are using particular methods, techniques, physical objects or people to create an ego followed by its next identity to gain admiration from others and build a sense of superiority (or just to feel happy temporarily) than you know that this relationship is not healthy for you, obviously.

On the other hand, if you are using all those things around you in joy and you see they are natural extension of your Whole Self, extensions of your natural state of being, then you simply use them as tools.

It can be a shovel, a car, or it can be an idea, a belief – non-physical energy. Everything that surrounds us, we can use as a infinite sandbox where we get to play forever.

So have fun playing!

I wish for us both to have a great time.

What TOO MUCH EXERCISE Does To The Body (Especially For People OVER 40) - Duration: 7:11.

Hey, hey hey everybody, what is up?

My name is Sean Hadsall.

I'm a 46-year-old stubborn fat expert.

I'm also the creator of an innovative system called

the Over 40 Ab Solution and Inside Today Short Rapid Fat

Loss video.

I'm talking to people who are over 35 years old.

So if you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s

and you want to quickly lose more belly

fat in only 12 minutes per day, stop by, pay close attention,

say hello, drop a comment below.

Let us know where you're from because inside this video

I'm going to introduce you to a 12-minute metabolic protocol

that is specifically designed to reactivate

declining hormones for people over 35 years old.

Now I personally use this 12-minute metabolic protocol

for the last 10 years to maintain six-pack abs.

Now I don't share that with you to impress you,

just to impress upon you how powerful this can be.

Here I am at 37 years old.

These are progress pictures.

For 10 years in a row all the way up to when I was 46.

This was just taken in June of this year.

Again not to impress you, but to impress upon you

how powerful this can be.

Now when you click or tap the link that's somewhere

around this video, you're going to go learn

all about my over 40 Ab Solution system,

that the backbone of these is this 12-minute metabolic

protocol.

So you read about my wife's inspiring story

as well, and how this helped her get rid of what

we called her menopause belly.

It's an inspiring story, to say the least.

It was a cancer journey that forced her

into her early menopause.

And this 12-minute metabolic protocol

practically saved her life.

And you can learn all about her story over at our website.

Now, what makes this so powerful?

The first thing is it uses compound movements.

So if you're out there doing crunches or sit-ups,

remember it takes 22,000 crunches

to burn one pound of fat.

Doing crunches or sit-ups does not burn belly fat.

It works stomach muscles.

It works your abdominal region, doesn't burn belly fat.

DVD workouts, cross fit, Insanity, P90X,

amazing workouts, but they use ballistic movements

that can be very hard on the body for people over 35 years

old.

And they're so long in duration.

Usually 60 to 90 minutes, that can wreak havoc

on the hormones and the metabolism of anybody who's

over 40.

So instead, we use compound movements

that use hundreds of muscle groups at once.

They're easy on the joints, but they activate all the muscles

in your body so that you get a double effect.

You get the effect of building lean muscle at the same time

you're going to quickly lose more belly fat

using these compound movements.

Now the second reason that this 12-minute metabolic protocol

is so powerful is the hormonal aspect.

See I'm going to share two easy tips that you

can use to potentially double the effectiveness

of these 12-minute metabolic protocols in just a second,

but it all has to do with the hormonal effect.

When you perform these specific movement patterns,

and you use the intensity levels and the rest periods

that I prescribe, your body will release adrenaline and growth

hormone, which are both catalysts to help you quickly

lose more belly fat.

In fact, research shows that it can potentially

increase your growth hormone levels 400% to 700%

from just one 12-minute protocol.

Now I'll post scientific references in the comments

below, and you'll see tons of research over at our website

as well.

So I always back up any claims that I

make with scientific published research.

So the second thing is adrenaline.

When you perform these movement patterns with the intensity

levels, and rest periods that I give you,

you release adrenaline.

Adrenaline then converts into several other hormones

that are responsible for releasing

fatty acids from your fat cells into the bloodstream where

they can be burned off.

AKA shrinking a stubborn fat cells or more fat loss.

So adrenaline and growth hormone combined together

at the same time, you get this one, two punch

with this 12-minute protocol.

Now the third thing is, is the afterburn.

You see research shows that when this is done properly,

like I show you inside my system,

that you can elevate your metabolic rate

for up to 48 hours afterwards.

Now, remember if you do an hour of cardio, just regular cardio,

you're going to burn a fair amount of calories

in that workout.

But when you're done, your metabolic rate

is going to be back to baseline or normal within 60 minutes

afterwards.

Well, think about this.

In only 12 minutes, you can potentially

elevate your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours afterwards.

Your body continues to burn fat and calories.

It's pretty powerful.

Now there's a couple different ways

that you can potentially double the effectiveness

of these 12-minute metabolic protocols.

The first way is to simply do it in a fasting state

or don't eat before.

So either wake up in the morning on an empty stomach

or wait three to five hours after a meal to do it.

This is what will allow your body

to release adequate amounts of adrenaline and growth hormone.

If you eat before exercise, it might be a healthy choice,

it might even provide your body with energy,

but it's common sense if you think about this,

do you want to be burning the food you just ate or do you

want to be burning belly fat?

So also when you eat beforehand, you raise insulin.

Now insulin is very anabolic, so it helps with building muscle.

But insulin is a storage hormone,

and when it's elevated, it prevents adrenaline and growth

hormone from being released because their antagonist.

So by fasting beforehand or waking up

in the morning on an empty stomach

and doing these 12-minute protocols,

now your body's insulin levels are very, very low.

And this is what allows the body to release

adrenaline and growth hormone.

The second tip is to not eat afterwards.

Most people think they need to eat immediately after exercise.

I was taught the same thing for years.

And I'm not saying that it's not a healthy choice.

I mean eating directly afterwards the muscles

are kind of like a sponge that's been run dry.

So they want to suck out nutrients.

So when you eat after exercise, your body

is going reabsorb those nutrients very quickly.

And if the goal is to build muscle,

this might be a wise choice.

But if the goal is to burn belly fat,

you could defeat the purpose and block your body

from accessing fat as a fuel source

because again after exercise if you eat, the minute you eat,

insulins elevated.

So that growth hormone and adrenaline

you just spent 12 minutes releasing now is blocked.

So instead, I recommend that you ride the fat burning

way for about 60 to 90 minutes after the 12-minute metabolic

protocol is to let that growth hormone

and adrenaline work its magic then go ahead

and have a balanced meal.

So hopefully that gives you a detailed explanation

of how my 12-minute metabolic protocol works.

I have been getting tons of questions about it,

and I want to address them in this video.

So somewhere around this video, depending

on the device that you're on, you'll

see a link to click or tap where you go to our website,

and you can get access to my Over 40 Ab Solution that

gives you the exact weekly plan, the exact 12-minute workouts,

the exact exercises to use.

And we also provide you with a full-blown diet

called the Hormone Optimization Diet Manual.

And obviously you've heard this statement,

you know abs are made in the kitchen, and it is true.

These 12-minute metabolic protocols

can work some magic on your body if you're over 35.

But if you eat like crap, it's not going to work.

It's that simple.

So we also provide you with a diet.

So if you got something out of this,

do me a favor tag your friend that can benefit.

Share it, like it, drop a comment if you have questions.

We're seven minutes in and in today's world time

is our most precious commodity.

So I want to thank you for taking time out

of your busy day to watch this video.

Shaun Hadsall signing off.

Keep going strong.

yesterday Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan announced that he was running for

Speaker of the House and earlier I sat down with the congressman they asked why

he's running and what agenda he's gonna push take a look

joining us now Ohio congressman Jim Jordan who was announced he is running

to be the next Speaker of the House how are you sir welcome for Aaron's studio

appearance we're 101 days now outside of the midterm elections I'm calling it the

most important midterm in our lifetime right everyone impeach the president if

they win we got to win which point well if the Democrats get in office they will

go after president Trump because they're there they went so far left with this

socialist progressive Democrat you know agenda they have so this is why it's so

critical and here's what's at stake think about the last year-and-a-half

regulations reduced taxes have been lowered unemployment its lowest in 20

years economy is just humming along Gorsuch is on the court Cavanaugh is on

deck the embassies back in Jerusalem we're out of the crazy Iran deal and the

hostages have come home from North Korea and I'm forgetting a few things by

anyone's definition that is amazing year and a half but what's amazing about that

list as well is a Congress only helped with a little bit of that the regulation

the taxes Congress is going to do a better job and that's why I want to be

the next Speaker of the House we got to focus on doing what we told the American

people we were going to do delivering on health care delivering on the border

security all those other it happen in the middle of the health care debate we

discovered that there are about a hundred House Republicans and certainly

seven Senate house sorry Senate Republicans that had voted to

repeal Obamacare in 2015 same bill same bill and then they changed when it

mattered six six Republican senators voted against the exact same legislation

they had supported before after telling the Americans after getting elected

intend after getting elected taking the Senate in 14 after winning the White

House and 16 on that issue and then not to deliver on that we haven't delivered

on health care reform repealing Obamacare haven't delivered on welfare

reform work requirements for able-bodied people haven't delivered on immigration

policy and border security wall and certainly haven't delivered on holding

and controlling spending that's what we got to do because that's what

told the American people we were going to do if they gave us the privilege to

serve okay put the President on his own as you pointed out has accomplished it

and why is there this reluctance among some Republicans is it the president is

not the conventional establishment figure he's iconoclastic he's bold he

tweets he says you know calls it our fake news what is it that some

Republicans don't like it's the town it's Washington the swamp is the swamp

they don't like someone like Donald Trump coming in there and changing the

swamp and changing the way that town works there's just this reluctance to

ever change even though the American people said in 2010 we're going to put

you in charge of Congress to go change things even though in 2014 they gave us

the Senate to say go change things and even though in 2016 they gave us the

White House to go change things there's still this reluctance and the president

feels that every stinking day because he is he is bound and determined to do what

he told the American people he was going to do what he ran on the mandate we got

from that election and the house needs to do the same we've done some good

things but not near enough the reform that we need to do like the president

simply doing and that's our Paul Ryan the house has been better than the

Senate you get your house a lot better let's go through this way so we have 14

states record low unemployment record low unemployment for African Americans

Hispanic Americans and women in the workplace and then take it from there

I mean we've had nothing but huge massive economic great economic news one

after the other you've mentioned the foreign policy successes and I'm

thinking there's a track record to run on of course

let's go campaign on it and let's also tell the American people you put us back

in power in the in the House of Representatives we will do what we said

we will help president Trump accomplish what you told us you wanted to

accomplish in 2016 what we all ran on now if you become the speaker and look I

will support you for speaker because I think the freedom caucus has been the

most committed to fighting to keep their promises and literally the the single

biggest group fighting to defend the things that are conservative in the

country and have helped the president the most yeah we talked about when we

formed our group three years ago we talked about the countless number of

Americans who feel like Washington has four

and left them behind we want to go fight for those people do the things we told

him we were going to do I say this all the time and I say it because I believe

it we make the job of being a member of Congress way too complicated it's pretty

simple what you tell the people you're gonna do when they gave you the chance

to go serve them their family their business what you tell them you're gonna

do go do that and be willing to stand up and have the debate all too often we

forfeit even before the debate even happens before the referee even blows

the whistle we just say we're gonna forfeit the match we're going to forfeit

the game let's have that let's play the game

let's wrestle the match let's make it happen

doing what we told him how will you be different that's simple here's a great

example the omnibus spending bill we were so poised to win that debate and

hold spending down on non-defense spending do what needs to be done for

our troops but hold it down on everything else because Chuck Schumer

had shut down the memory shut the government on Friday and over the

weekend the American people said you're crazy so on Monday he says Shazam I'm

going to open the government back up because he was losing in the political

in the public relations world so he opens the government back up a few weeks

later we had a chance on that big spending bill to treat our troops the

way they deserve to be treated for defending our country and hold the line

on everything else and what do we do what the swamp always does we said no we

won't even have the debate even though we got a guy in the White House who was

great at debating great had taken the message to the American people even

though we had all that we said let's just do what we always do let's spend

more money on everything and the deficit goes up the debt goes up and the band

plays on in the same old same old swamp residents literally squeezed for those

if he wants the money for defense because we literally have you say to him

a bad bill all right Jim Jordan we're going to watch this very closely do we

know when Ryan's leaving we do not yusei's gonna stay so and I take him at

his word all right thanks for being with us Matt thank you

we're on track to hit the highest annual average growth rate in over 13 years and

I will say this right down I'll say it strongly as the trade deals come in one

by one we're going to go a lot higher than these numbers and these are great

numbers once again we are the economic envy of the entire world when I meet the

leaders of countries the first thing they say invariably

is mr. president so nice to meet you congratulations on your economy since I

was elected we've added 400,000 new manufacturing jobs remember that was the

obsolete deal obsolete I used to say why is it obsolete we have

to make things manufacturing jobs are among our best jobs and we're just

getting started that was President Trump earlier today literally going over what

is now a remarkable economic story since he has now taken office these

unprecedented numbers certainly sure to help Republicans we are 101 days away

from what I am calling the most important midterm elections in our

lifetime now earlier this week Breitbart news they came out with a very thorough

report detailing seats that the GOP must maintain and hold to keep their majority

a lot at stake joining us now former Trump White House chief strategist Steve

Bannon back here's the thing Steve you and I have discussed this privately this

is now battlefield 2018 because they want to impeach the president

they want their crumbs back they want to get rid of ice open borders they want to

keep Obamacare and they want to cover up the corruption that we have been

exposing at the highest levels of government to steal an election a lot at

stake Shawn you said something that's the most important midterm I would just

like to rephrase that and I think this is president Trump's first reelect this

is going to be an up or down vote it's a referendum on the Trump presidency they

are very focused the opposition is going to be very focused on trying to win the

house representatives try to win Congress in order to impeach President

Trump and stop the entire project right whether it's the economic growth whether

it's the new reorientation of the world's commercial system through trade

deals whether it's his America first national security with its

southern border security you pick it they're gonna try to unwind it so this

is really I mean the Democrats got one thing they got to do over in this

November and it's a hundred days in a wake up a hundred days and a wake-up

we're gonna have essentially a national election and that's going to determine

the the second half of the first term of President Trump and I think 2020 so

people to ask about 2020 right now we are going to have a referendum it's

going to be I think very focused on president Trump's record and I would

tell everybody that we're the way to win this is exactly like we won in 2010 that

great tea party sweep you're going to have to go at door-to-door ring

doorbells and do voter registration drives and get people out I mean

president Trump has delivered on the action now it's time for the populist

movement the nationalist movement the Republicans limit government services

everybody conservative movement everybody that turned out in 2016 you

have to do it all over again or they're the first action they are

going to take under Nancy Pelosi or whoever the Democratic speaker is is try

to impeach President Trump you know I went through the numbers your old

hometown Breitbart I think it's a great piece great piece but it identifies only

100 seats are really up for grabs the others are state because of

gerrymandering etc but so they're not in play but you got 86 of those are

Republican seats and you're talking about the Republicans got to win 61 of

the 86 so that's a lot and historically and I asked the president about this

earlier today on my radio show historically seats are lost in the

midterm election for the for the party in the White House how do people save

these 61 seats Plus because I'd like to have a little comfort large in there

here's what you have to do we did look we picked up 62 or 63 net seats in 2010

and it's not about money it's about ideas and it's about it's about getting

out and turning out folks President Trump has deliver he said he was going

to take action he took action was a destruction of Isis

he took action was look at these economic numbers today did they're just

unbelievable look what he's doing on that and the trade deal is what he's

doing is reorienting the world supply chain away from China

is fully engaging and going back on China on the economic war they've had on

us President Trump has delivered on judges everything he said he was going

to do he's either done or in the process of doing and it's a combat upon

everybody that supported him at 2016 this is gonna be the old-fashioned way

okay this is not going to be about commercials it's not how much money you

raise this is gonna be very simple it's gonna be muscle the the opposition is is

very different than in 16 and 16 Hillary Clinton's arrogance their cockiness you

know they really missed what we were doing in the Upper Midwest okay to

really break that blue wall this time the the time's up movement and the

resistance are very focused and they're going door to door it is incumbent upon

everybody that supports President Trump to understand this is gonna have to be

the old-fashioned way you're gonna have to so to door you're

gonna have to have camp let's get voter registration knock on doors and get your

neighbors to come in this is all about turnout on November 6 so we're calling

this banning battlefield 2018 and tonight you're giving us like a generals

overview as we now get to the hundred day countdown in this but next week

we're going to specifically do is we're going to name every district and put it

up on the screen the audience can see here's the thing because there are some

people that rightly will look at their congressman and they'll say to me and

you Hannity panin my congressman's a rhino my senators a rhino you're asking

me to go support this guy I went out and supported Trump but the stakes are so

high what they want to do to the Trump agenda which is the answer at least

that's my answer I don't wanna put words in your no this cuts the heart of it

this is a national referendum whether it's a rhino whether it's an

establishment figure whether it's somebody either congressman or a senator

that you don't fully support that is not the question now the question is about

the Trump agenda the question is about President Trump in his agenda and you're

going to have to just put you know you're going to have to sometimes vote

for people that you're not totally comfortable with okay and this means

some establishment figures some rhinos it doesn't matter this is a national

referendum it's an up or down vote on the Trump presidency if we take enforce

everything to November 6 we're gonna win this there's not going to be a blue wave

and here's the benefit of not having a blue wave

when they don't get the blue wave that they've been selling their grassroots

people they're gonna have they're going to turn on themselves on a civil war in

the Democratic Party I got a he's gonna make 2018 2020 money

she's waving you just motivate there's a bigger and

it's already developing you just look at the job numbers put aside the success

North Korea and yes we now have remains from that war coming home this very day

and no more rockets being fired in a dismantled nuclear test site and then

the Iranian dearly promised to get out of Jerusalem's the capital and the

toughest sanctions we put on Russia but more importantly we now have record low

unemployment in this country in 14 states for women in the workforce

African Americans Hispanic Americans Asian Americans and the military that

have been out of work and millions now have been taken off the Food Stamp rolls

with more jobs available than people on unemployment this didn't happen as fast

when Reagan was president who you know I'm a Reagan conservative if you look at

the actions he's taken and you look at the results we already have including

the judges and the redoing of the federal judiciary it's been nothing

short of extraordinary Donald Trump is a historic president

Donald Trump's a transformational president if you want to keep that

transformation going that's why this November is not a midterm election this

midterm is the first reelect of Donald J Trump and everybody's going to put their

shoulder to the wheel it's exactly Shawn as you remember what we did in August of

2016 we brought the Republican establishment together the Trump

movement together grassroots conservatives together we put our heads

down and against tremendous opposition in of the media the opposition party

media and all the money the Clintons raised it didn't make a difference we

won and we won big in a historic landslide that can happen again and it

will happen again if people start to focus on what November 6 is which is a

national referendum on the presidency of Donald Trump all right let me tell

everybody so we're gonna bring you on as often as you can I know you travel a lot

pretty much once a week from now to election eight and so everybody knows

Steve does not like doing TV but you think this is so important that you want

to identify we'll do this next week we will identify every single district

that's gonna matter where the real well battle right

the battle for ban and battle fight 2018 will show people Shawn you've been so

gracious to talk to me about this is that I think people need to focus on

where this battle is going to take place and it's going to be you know people are

going to have to put their shoulder to the wheel you know it's game on and you

know we have to leave everything on the field in no tears I'm tired of hearing

the whining particularly our side of the football about you know this candidate

that candidate we got to stop the whining we have to get focus and what's

needed for victory you have a hundred days and a wake-up to do it

all right Bannon battlefield 2018 next week we identify the defining races in

this upcoming midterm Steve thanks for being well thanks for having me Sean

A principal questão é a intensidade

Qual é o diferencial do treinador hoje? Sensibilidade

Além disso, o recurso do vídeo hoje é fundamental.

O padrão tático e de entrosamento do time é tão grande que Mourinho muitas vezes reunia numa sala e passava padrões do time

Me senti muito liberto para dar ideias para o time, e o Felipe sempre me ouvia

What Does Certified Divorce Financial Analyst Do? | Divorce Mediation | Financial Planning | Estate - Duration: 10:17.

Hi my name is #TomWitek with #YourChoiceRealtyCorp, #OttawaRealEstateSalesperson you can find

more information about me at https://www.justsellinghomes.ca

Today my guest is - Daren Givoque ,financial security advisor from O'Farrell Financial

Services and how can people find you or contact you they can reach me on our

website https://www.ofarrellfinancial.com/about-us/our-team/item/16-daren-givoque

OFS I ca or they can call me at my office at six

one three two five eight one nine nine seven and Deren and what do you do

practice your business so I'm a comprehensive financial planner I work

with mature mature clients 55 the 50-plus demographics that are looking to

talk talk about or find out more information about retirement cash flow

planning understanding what their needs are in retirement okay so he's

correlated with was something that the lawyer would do in terms of estate

planning right yep yeah so part of my demographic

actually is after I work with clients my primary is working with clients for

retirement but I also have a large portion of my client base that are

dealing with estate planning you know those are the clients who maybe aren't

going to be using everything that they've created in their life and they

want a very tax efficient way to transition it to the next generation so

let's just assume a hypothetical situation somebody calls you up it's

it's it's an older couple that's in their 60s that are about to retire

they do have three properties okay and they have five children okay okay what

would be your advice once you were to gather all this information and

determine you know obviously at some point they want to give give some of

this to the children and they want to live comfortably after retirement right

what would be the steps to determine how much money they need to live comfortably

and how much we can leave to the children because they love them right

right right that's like that's a great question it's that's a big question

no but I mean I think you have to kind of like bring it down to simplified

terms at the beginning so when I first meet clients the first thing I do is I

get to know them I get to know what's important to them I get to understand

what their story is like you said about the kids what the

relationship is with them and then we talk a little bit about assets so every

asset is taxed differently every accent grows differently right and and and all

assets have benefits and liabilities right they may have our speeds yeah so

the first step is usually just capturing that and I usually do what's called a

personal financial review so I document all the assets that they have put them

all together and then we have a conversation about what their need is in

retirement so like what are they looking for lifestyle wise in retirement and are

they going to you know every when there must be an isle yeah it's a different

story them they're gonna stay in the same play bingo and play bingo and hang

out in the local area right so everyone's dream of retirement is

different so understanding what what their cash flow needs to be to support

that is the first step and then and then looking at the assets and then how those

are going to transition into supporting them through retirement and then

long-term having that conversation about taxation and how do I reduce their taxes

as much as possible so that's the first conversation right and once we look at

budget and cash flow where they're spending their money and where they

anticipate spending the money in retirement then I can see very

accurately with the modeling software that I use I always take my my my

financial plans my clients out to 90 years old okay and

then I work my and then when I work my way back that usually tells me what's

gonna be left over you're telling them okay I'm 60 30 years to go in five years

I'm gonna retire right so basically I need 25 years right to live comfortably

and then basically I don't really care what happens with the money I'll give it

to the children that's right and then understanding and understanding

what's there how it's gonna grow and what the tax ramifications are if they

just leave it and kick it down the road so my number one job is number one is

helping them understand how they can afford retirement but then the second

conversation is really about over the next 25 years how do we do reduce as

much taxes as possible on the estate and whatever's left over

how do we minimize it to almost zero on the estate costs almost exactly we

should sell the first property within the first five years yes the next one

maybe in 15 yeah and so yeah that's a great idea

like I mean and staggering your if you had hard investments like that you'd

want a stager selling them because you don't want all that income flowing in to

your you know into your the same that I had the same demostración exactly yeah

yeah so you'd want to stagger that and then and then you know what if they're

going to leave something like that if they're if their plan is to leave some

of those hard assets then having that conversation about how do you you know

do put the children on title you know at some point in time do trigger some of

those taxes at the beginning like the the capital gains tax on yourself you

know or do you use something like life insurance to equalize the estate in a

tax-free way the benefit of putting the kids from the title for example from

from taxation point of view from yeah what would it be the benefit

of that well okay that's a great question so I'm not a lawyer and estate

planning lawyers but I know putting clients on in joint tenants in common

will help alleviate some taxes at certain points through throughout the

the estate plan at the end of the day the government's gonna get their pound

of flesh right right right by adding by adding kids or you know mid

adult children because that becomes their primary residence right yeah that

case or is it treated as investment well it still looked at as an investment

property because you can only have one in one night one primary living house

right but the from the kids perspective nothing like let's say they're renting a

place Oh writing them onto the title that kind of becomes again this is

probably for the lawyer more than any more a lawyer a question yeah because I

mean you don't want it I mean at the end of the day if you try if you you want to

make sure you're always on side legally with the government whatnot but under

but obviously there are some ways that you can avoid help avoid probate right

right so if the if the assets like like a like a rental property like that

it doesn't have to flow through probate because you put them on on title then

that might avoid some tax a partially shoe anyway yeah that's purely for the

lawyer to determine yeah the legality of it I think the big conversation is just

understanding what the plan is like what is it that that the clients are trying

to accomplish and and what it what is their primary goal because sometimes

I'll say to people one of the questions I get is shit like a client will say

should I put my children on my primary residence right to avoid some probate

and and make it there they're probably not mine and I'll say okay that's fine

because you are avoiding probate probate by doing that but what you're doing you

they kick you out well that's thank you scenario you lose

control of the property number one and number two you're creating another tax

which is capital gains for the child right so you're you're avoiding one tax

to create another so that's where you kind of get into the meat and potatoes

and what it is they want to try to accomplish and then building a plan over

a certain period of time to make sure that you you know that if they're

outside if that's something you also meet meet at the same time with

the kids and the parents great question with a great question you know I

encourage that all the time you know if possible for for mature clients to bring

their family in because you know sometimes what they want may not be with

the children right right you know so if you're if you're making plans in your

estate and you haven't consulted with your children or the beneficiaries well

you know you might be creating a problem that you don't necessarily need to yeah

and they might not even want that property right lived out of province

right and have no notion of having into the property right so that just really

becomes their investment property in which famous disposal right yeah I we

see that a lot with firms we deal a lot with farming clients that you know

whereby this was like like if there's three or four children one might want to

stay on the farm and work the farm and the other two might have careers and you

know in other fields that don't want to work the farm so I know how do you

equalize that a state so that it's fair for everyone but that comes back to that

conversation you just have which is bringing everyone together so that

everyone knows what the other is thinking and everybody's on board and

threads don't argue after that because there could be issues like this right so

you have absolutely so you're you're there like as a as a mediator

yep kind of trying to come up with best case scenario what everybody involved

that's right if the parents wanna deal with the kids that's right yeah and they

don't have to disclose anything either sometimes they'll bring the kids in and

they don't have to talk about specific assets and dollar value they can just

say you know what is it that you'd like to see out of this process and that's

usually how I start what would the parents like out of the process the

children want to see how for another process and how do we make sure that we

are documenting everything and creating the right plan for everybody
