Youtube daily Follow Jul 2 2018

- On today's Cold Email Teardown we are talking

about selling conversion rate optimization services.

And we're gonna go through a three email drip.

And we've got actual stats, so I'm excited, here we go.

Hey Alex, first off I wanted to say I've watched a ton

of your videos and let you know how useful they are.

Thanks, that's a guy that's appreciative.

You know, I'm not saying anything bad about you,

but when are you gonna leave a comment, huh?

If you have left a comment already, thank you.

This is a new style I'm trying called intimacy.

I'm gonna just make aggressive eye contact with the camera,

and ask for you to leave good comments.

This teardown's gone off the rails already.

So, first off I just wanted to say

I've watched a ton of your videos.

I know how useful they are.

I set up a cold email campaign

to help out a mate whose freelancing.

He's offering conversion rate

optimization to help digital agencies.

Unfortunately, I haven't had

that good of a response for him.

Here we got 127 emails out, 79% sent, 24% opened,

0% clicked, 3% replied, 10% bounced.

So, 24% open rate is extremely low.

That means we're gonna look at the subject line.

Then from there we'll look at the other topics.

But he sent all three emails.

It's a three sequence drip, and he's

using Mailshake to send it out.

All three response he's had were negative by the way.

So subject line, I would say question

about CRO reads as question about crow

to somebody that doesn't know anything

about conversion rate optimization.

Which actually brings us to a bigger point, acronyms.

If you're using an acronym in your email

you better make sure that everyone knows

what you're talking about because even

as a marketer if you're not thinking conversion rate

optimization every single day you might read that as crow,

and you might not open the email

as evidenced by the 25% open rate.

Or you might just say question about CRO,

and think, oh, my company's not named CRO,

I'm not gonna open the email.

There's a million misunderstandings

that could happen by putting an acronym in the email.

So I would actually just test question about company,

and make that a custom field here.

That's the subject line I would test,

and let's jump into the email.

Hi name, your X client project is one

of the marketing projects I've seen!

This is everything that's wrong with cold email right here.

If you're not customizing this line you can't say stuff

like it's the best marketing project I've seen.

What does that even mean? What does that...

I'm a little peeved, all right?

If it's a good marketing project

you're complimenting them on results.

And if you're complimenting them

on their amazing ability to get results,

why would they need conversion rate optimization?

That's a general rule of thumb for all cold emails.

Don't compliment people on something that you're going

to say in the next line they're not doing great.

So, hey name, love the work you did

for this project, impressive.

Are you the best person to speak

with at this agency in relation to conversion rate

optimization training for your clients?

Are you the best person to speak at?

That's up to you as the sales guy

to find out if they're the best person.

Assume you're speaking to the right person,

and actually pitch them on your service.

I've helped two dozen agencies in the last year

with conversion rate optimization, hang on.

There were some case studies, however,

that stood out, especially the website designs.

If you're a conversion rate expert,

and you're looking at their sites,

and you're finding conversion problems,

that would be the time to reach out.

So I'm gonna assume that's the frame of this email.

The lead choice here would be agencies

that have client projects and cases studies

that obviously look like they can be improved

with conversion rate optimization.

I've helped two dozen agencies in the last year

with conversion rate optimization for their clients,

and would love to do the same for your company.

If so, would you or nothing be interested

in knowing how CRO can increase agency revenue?

Do they know what CRO is, or do they not know what CRO is?

I'm gonna assume they know what conversion rate optimization

is, but don't know the acronym.

If that was the assumption you made it

doesn't make any sense to educate them

on CRO if they already know enough

at least to know what the acronym means.

It doesn't make any sense.

P.s. You can read a short blog about my tips

for the CRO course I teach for the CIM.

Again, CRO, CIM, I could Google CIM, but I'm not going to.

I'm just gonna delete it.

I've helped two dozen agencies,

and then maybe two agency names,

Fuzz, Fueled, in the last year

with conversion rate optimization for their clients

and would love to do the same for your company.

We do a two day on-site workshop

that will give you sales materials

and training to make more revenue selling conversion rate

optimization as an add-on service.

I would love to run through the details

on a quick call and see if there's a fit, thanks, Joe.

So, this is email one.

I would remove this as well just

because I don't know what the blog post is about,

and I don't know what CIM stands for.

Second email, hi, first name, I almost forgot

to send you my article from The Drum

on western versus eastern personalization and CRO.

P.s If you don't look after conversion rate optimization

or training your staff please feel free

to forward my email on to a relevant colleague.

I know this is what it says to do in Predictable Revenue.

People know how to use email a lot more

than they did when that book was written.

And they will forward it if it makes

sense for a colleague to look at it.

You don't have to ask for that forward, at least not here.

P.s. I almost forgot to send you my article.

It's disingenuous to say stuff like this in an email drip.

And they know it's an email drip

because you're sending it to marketing people.

They know about cold emails, so when you say

stuff like this was the greatest marketing project

I've ever seen, congratulations,

or I almost forgot to send this to you, here's my article,

they can see right through

that stuff, and it turns them off.

They're not gonna respond to an email like that.

Hey, first name, wanted to make sure this didn't get buried.

And I like this article, right?

Here's an article from The Drum on western

versus eastern personalization,

that's a great interesting article title,

in conversion rate optimization.

Mind if I send over a few times for a quick call?

The problem with sending this link in this email

is you're asking them now for two things, right?

Click the link and book a meeting

with me, instead of just one thing.

But if this article's really great,

I haven't read it, maybe send it.

If not just remove this and the email still works.

Now we're on to the third email,

the final email in the sequence.

Hi, first name, just wanted to check if you're interested

at all in CRO services or CRO training for your clients.

This requires no work from you,

we create the deck slides for your pitch.

Otherwise, I bid you good day and won't contact you again.

This comes off as too aggressive

in a really weird way, so I'd remove that otherwise.

Just wanted to check if you're

interested at all in CRO services.

Hi, first name, at this point I'll assume

you're not interested in adding conversion

rate optimization as a service this year.

If anything changes and you'd like to hear

how our training can increase company,

their agency name's, revenue and client sales conversion

please let me know, thanks, Joe.

And there's your email, there's your email drip.

Right here I'll put a link to download

this in the description as always.

Also, if you want us to do this

for your agency that's experiment27.com.

We write cold emails, we book meetings

with enterprise companies, and most importantly,

we find you enterprise companies to work with.

If you found this video valuable,

I would love if you would share it with a friend or two.

We're trying to hit 100,000 subs,

so every share helps the channel and helps me.

I'm Alex Berman, thanks.

Follow the Steps of an In-Person Colour Analysis | How to Determine Cool Skin Undertone, True Summer - Duration: 13:10.

we're all dressed up like this to share with you the steps I follow for an

in-person color analysis stay tuned

my partner-in-crime Kendra from the Yolo with CK channel was

over today and I wrangled her in to participate in this video so thanks for

participating Kendra no problem as the intro said I'm gonna

be covering off the steps I follow for an in-person color analysis today and

that is why Kendra is in this getup and I'm in this getup

because for color analysis we only focus on natural coloring and kendra has her

hair colored and she might not be wearing something in her color palette

right now so I've isolated her natural coloring by covering her hair with a

white piece of fabric and covering what she's wearing with a white piece of

fabric and so I don't reflect off on Kendra in terms of what I'm wearing I

put on this white jacket the first step in any color analysis I do is determine

one skin undertone so I look at cool versus warm I'm putting a cool grey on

Kendra and comparing it to a warm brown and this might not come across on your

screen depending on the coloring you have set up for your computer or what

have you but I can guarantee that Kendra is a cool undertone in person so what I

see for the warm brown on Kendra is if you look at Kendra's jawline it actually

is somewhat expanded with the brown so when I compare it to the grey her

jawline actually goes thinner that's a big deal with hair color because if

you're wearing the wrong hair color framing your face it can actually expand

your jawline another thing to look for for comparing

fabrics is where your eye is more naturally inclined to go the way to

think about it is if you were in front of a room giving a presentation would

your eyes be more inclined to look at the fabric or Kendra's face the goal is

to look at Kendra's face so with the brown I'm quite distracted I want to

look at the fabric and then when the gray is on Kendra I want to just look at

her face and her eyes are so sparkly with the gray

another thing is I refer to this sort of as the bobblehead scenario it's kind of

like here's the fabric here's Kendra's head and the fabric is disconnecting her

neck from everything so it's not all one line so you know it's the floating head

and when I remove it everything is all one line so disconnected connected and

let's flip to another fabric example another fabric test I do four cool

versus warm is a cool pink versus a warm orange and we'll see similar things to

what we saw with the brown versus gray I also see in terms of her coloring with

the orange it going washed out and sallow so let's focus on the jawline

thinner lifted

with the orange on I see sub circling underneath Kendra's eyes and just in

general my eye wants to look down here it's not very flattering to her coloring

and when I remove it oh she's so much brighter and her eyes are brighter and

let's just do one more fabric example which is a cool white versus a warm

white so a warm white has yellow and brown added to it and the cool white

doesn't have anything at it and so when the warm white is on Kandra I see

sallowness in her the disconnection happening

circling underneath the eyes and a lack of sparkle in Kendra's eye color and

when I remove it there's more harmony here there's more sparkle to her and if

you're still on the fence whether kendra has a cool or warm skin undertone let me

do this silver versus gold test so silver is cool so I'm putting that on

her and gold is warm and hopefully it comes across on your screen that the

gold is overpowering Kendra your eyes are more focused on the gold and it's

disconnected from her coloring and when I remove it oh there's harmony she's

brighter and her eyes are sparkling so we've determined kendra has a cool

skinner tone therefore we're going to test her for the cool primary color

seasons the first one being winter and the second one being summer first thing

I'm gonna test on Kendra before the primary color seasons is green so I'm

gonna test a winter green which is on the top here versus a summer green so

with the winter green I feel it's too dark for Kendra my eyes are more looking

at the fabric versus her face which speaks to the fabric overpowering

in terms of color and when I remove it ah it's just brighter she's brighter and

her eyes are extremely bright so let me do that one more time so here's the

disconnection cutting her off at the neck more inclined to look at the fabric

before Kendra and here's the connection where you're looking more Kendra her

coloring is sparkling and it's just all in harmony let me do another fabric

example let's do the blues here's a summer blue on Kendra versus a

winter blue and the winter blue is look at her jaw lines let's do the jawline

test so focus on the jawline definitely thinner it's cutting her off at the

jawline so it's overpowering her it's too dark and too bright for her and when

we moved to the softer palette of summer it's just she's so much more brighter

her skin is vibrant there's a lot of harmony happening here on Kendra right

now is the true summer flag so we're gonna continue to test her for true

summer next I've put on her the light summer flag which is the spring summer

combination we will also test her for muted which is autumn summer and we will

also test her for cool which is winter summer I placed on Kendra a true summer

gray and I'm gonna compare that to a pearl gray in the spring/summer palette

so it's a little bit lighter and it's a neutral undertone because it's a mix of

the summer and spring color seasons so just gonna take a peak what's going on

here ooh yeah so the pearl gray is washing tendrá

there's a lot of disconnection here focus on the jawline as well especially

keep your eye on whether shadowing is happening because that's what we care

about because we want an automatic facelift so when I remove it do you see

the how the shadowing happening and the extension so we like the darker tone in

the summer palette this lighter one is washing her out let's just do one more

example there so let's take the blue so let's take the true summer blue and

compare that to this spring summer blue so slightly brighter slightly lighter

and it's disconnected there's there's a lot of disconnection happening here

versus more connection also if you do that you know ask the question whether

you're distracted by the fabric on the top here versus the bottom I'm more

distracted by the top fabric the smokiness happening in the true summer

is definitely bring out her eyes more and her coloring looks much more refined

so I'm still resting on Kandra being the true summer so we're gonna rule out the

light summer now let's test Kendra for

cool which is the winter summer pilots cuz kendra has the blue line I'm just

gonna test her with the cool summer blue so it's slightly darker and slightly

brighter and so I see it overpowering her it's too dark for her her coloring

is disconnected and when I move it she's much more brighter and there's a lot of

harmony happening with her eyes her jawline is refined so two deep

disconnected more connected summer purple and we're

comparing it to cool so winter summer purple family again we're seeing it's

just it's too dark for her it's taking away power from her and when I moved

back here there's a lot of harmony she's brighter her eyes are sparkling I'm

ruling out that Kendra is a cool summer the final set of fabrics we're gonna

test for Kendra which is the final flow of summer is Munich so that's the autumn

summer combination so Kendra currently has the green on her so I'm just gonna

compare so this is true summer and this is muted so this is summer autumn on

Kendra it's not bad so summer autumn call the colors are more slightly more

toned and slightly darker and so when I remove the fabric I feel like there's

more harmony here what I can say is I feel like the top fabric is too dark for

her and off on the undertone so your eyes are slightly more inclined to look

here I'm gonna move it ah she's brighter her eyes are bright let's just do one

more so let's do the blues in the summer autumn so back to the true summer blue

and here is the summer autumn loose so slightly darker slightly more toned it's

just it's a bit too dark and when I move it there's a lot of harmony happening

and Roy is definitely a true summer and if you didn't see it in this video I

guarantee you in person she is definitely a true summer it just might

be a lighting issue or color transition issue to your own computer

and at this point I would then show her her swatch wallet in analysis her color

strip and she can even use my shopping my colors phone app to take with her

shopping if she wanted her color references on her phone and in that app

she could also find out what her best hair makeup clothing and accessory

colors in terms of mixing and matching as well if somebody was coming to see me

in person I would also prepare a personalized

report so thank you for watching this video comment below and hopefully this

has helped you understand the in-person analysis process better

Le-Vel 60 Seconds to Success | Follow the Best & Make it Your Own - Duration: 1:18.

You know what?

That's what it is, it's following other people.

Asking questions, seeing what works for this person and that person.

Success leaves clues.

So who is good at it?

Go follow them and that's what I do.

I always say I don't have one original thought.

I just go pull from people, love what they do and I make it my own because that's what

social media is.

You make it your own.

So Stacy has shared with me that this is about building relationships.

And it is.

That's what I do when I go out and I build my business belly to belly I'm building a

relationship with somebody.

I get them added to Facebook.

So how I use Facebook as a tool is I still utilize belly to belly, I'm still out at the

supermarket, I'm still at the movie theater with my waitress but I'm adding her to Facebook.

I'm not even thinking I'm trying to get a free account right now, I'm not thinking anything

but, because usually when you meet somebody it's not the right time or it doesn't come

up.

Get them on social media, "Hey, you're cool I'd love to be your friend.

Can I find you really quick?"

Get them on social media.

That's where I start building relationships.

Every desired success will follow your joy 😋Abraham Hicks 2018 🚀No ads during segment - Duration: 20:18.

hello Bindu uh Minnie Abraham's and I til they don't have a question when I

first started from Abraham didn't make sense I was forced to come here really

and one of my biggest things when I was a kid I was called smiley and I was

really really happy things always just worked out and then in my twenties

teenage and 20s I tried to figure out why that was and that you know when was

a kid I I think understood the purpose of life was to have fun and as I started

digging more into metaphysics and reading and it became more about sort of

trying to manifest success and maybe it's more about accomplishments we want

to jump in really briefly with one word from our perspective the utter

definition of successes joy joy in this moment so satisfaction is the success

that you're looking for and every other kind of success will follow that the

success of alignment with who you are then connects you with the success of

everything that you've asked for too but if you're looking for anything other

than that then you get off track pretty easy yes Joseph Campbell said follow

your bliss right on track that's exactly right on track okay that

does that that changes the perspective - yeah I get that

I've had some contrast through relationships and business and that kind

of stuff and good if the stuff eternity is made up say it again

contrast is the stuff that eternity is made of without contrast there cannot be

clear choices and without clear choices there cannot be no creation so contrast

isn't you doing something wrong contrast is life serving you serving your

evolution and once you're really good at focusing quickly then contrast doesn't

bother you at all you just see this opportunity to choose because contrast

doesn't defeat you when you're in the driver's seat of choosing

so maybe is the keys are we to find joy in the contrast well this is the way we

explain this the answer is yes but here's how we explain it step one is

life just produces contrast and causes you to ask so without even maybe putting

words to it if someone's rude to you you want them to be nicer and if you don't

have enough money you want more money it's that simple

life causes you to ask even if you don't put words to it

once you've asked your intervened is all over it your inner being who stands as

the receiver of your evolution becomes the vibrational equivalent of each new

asking so step one is you ask step two is its answered but it's a

vibrational version that humans don't want to admit is real at first step

three is admitting it's real step three is accepting that it has been

asked and answered and that it does exist and then finding a way to get into

the receiving mode of what you're asking for because it's constantly being

revealed to you but you've got to get in a receptive mode so that you can receive

what's being revealed it's like the radio station can transmit the message

of the music but if you don't have your tuner set you're not going to hear it so

you've got to set your frequency to that frequency which means you can't be in

doubt or fear and hear it so we teach meditation is the easiest way to get

there when you quiet your mind you stop all thought when you stop all thought

you stop resisting thought when you stop resisting thought your vibration rises

and when your vibration rises you're in sync and so now you're in the receptive

mode so step one is a step to his answer to step three is receive and step four

is getting real good at that being so good at receiving mostly because you

like to feel good and because you've practiced quieting your mind so you can

go there easily so step four is just being real good at step three that seems

silly to have a whole step that's about the step before it but the receiving

mode it's not like a college degree where once you accomplish it it's yours

forevermore hang the plaque on the wall I have received it's not like that

because it either is or it isn't in the moment depending upon how satisfied you

are depending on what you're doing with your

so step four is maintaining some stability there and then step five is

what you were just talking about Step five is being back in a contrasting

moment and here this often because your inner being inspired you there because

you want more expansion because if you want expansion that means you want

answers and if you want answers you need questions if you want expansion you need

solutions and if you want solutions you need problems would you agree and so

when you're tuned in tapped in turned on then very often you are inspired right

into the clarity of a problem because it asks the question that the solution is

so satisfying when it comes it's not failure on your part nothing for you or

anyone to be disappointed about it's the process and understanding the process

and being at one with the process and then once yester caught hold of that

when something wonderful would happen in her life she'd say I did that and was

something not wonderful what happened she would say I did that too because she

understood that it's part of the clarifying process but it's certainly

not anything to lose your happiness over if you've been even watching this forum

or listening to this forum for a while isn't the most satisfying conversation

doesn't it follow a big problem that somebody is projected or a big question

our answers are only as good and as big as the question if you've got a tiny

little question we got a tiny little answer if you got a great big question

we got a great big answer and your satisfaction factor is proportionate it

really is hmm okay I just I think I just got that do you think you did you yeah

it's this it's almost this back-end step from five to one like that that is the

cycle that did it quicker you can move through that what happens is you find

yourself then not feeling like you're moving through it it's not like getting

over the problem it's like ooh juicy question which is gonna bring juicy

answers and you say one of the things that happen

says you come here we talk with you you hear us with our certainty speaking

about the laws of the universe and we tell stories of Esther success or other

success or you hear the stories have success from others but until you have

personally had the experience where you have felt the discord of what you think

is a problem and then felt the relief of alignment and then actually come out of

a meditative state with a clear impulse that maybe doesn't even feel related to

your problem it's just an impulse it feels good like go to 7-eleven and get a

Slurpee but the impulse is so strong and it feels so good that you do it and then

the next impulse leads to something that is a huge huge path you meet someone or

another idea comes or you buy a winning lottery ticket or something happens

until you make the correlation between a quieted mind a raised vibration a

receiving thought and the following through on it then you don't know what

we're talking about it's just so many words but once you start deliberately

allowing your vibration to rise and then receiving the thoughts that come from it

and acknowledging the other day here's Esther's newest example of this

so you know if you've been listening to us Abraham teaches easy meditation we

don't encourage you making a big deal about anything

in fact we say listen to the air-conditioner and if you do and you

can just isolate that sound your thoughts will stop your vibration will

rise and you'll have a meaningful moment with us and some people get that and do

it and some people think oh there's got to be more and don't even try but it's

what we mean is how Esther does it is how Esther has always done it so the

other day they were in an Asheville North Carolina which is known to be a

spiritual community and friends who Esther met there said let's go to the

salt crystal cave and Esther thought okay so they went to a building and went

to a room and Esther saw ah it's not really a cave but okay

and then she realized it was a meditation thing and she felt a little

slight resistance to that because she doesn't believe that she needs all kinds

of stuff to help her meditate she's tuned in but she was with people she

loves and there were some strangers that she was meeting for the first time and

so 10 of them went into this room and it was a room not very big

and the salt crystals had been imported from somewhere Poland or somewhere and

they were all over the walls so that all you could see around the walls were in

some cases very thick and in some cases not so thick but big salt crystals and

the ceiling had nets with smaller chunks of salt crystal that were hanging from

the ceiling and the floor was deep with what looked like a coarse sand but it

was sand of salt crystals and then there were some lawn chairs sitted around and

Esther sat herself in a chair and thought immediately oh this is

satisfying the temperature was perfect and there was a water fountain dripping

delightful sounds and the fragrance of eucalyptus was very soft in the room and

music really quiet beautiful music and Esther sat back in her chair and thought

I love this

and then she proceeded to focus upon the sound of water dripping because it was

the most consistent sound in the room and in her chair was sitting a large

piece of crystal and Esther picked it up because she did want to sit on it and

felt a slight resistance because it seemed like something unnecessary Abram

doesn't talk about it but she found a way to hold it her hand just fit so

nicely in it that she fell in love with it and then she just blissed-out for 45

minutes and when it was time to go she wanted to take her rock with her and

they allowed her to pay four dollars for it

so now ever since that day Esther has thought about that delicious experience

many many times hundreds of times Esther has thought about that delicious

experience now before that experience she was in San Antonio at Copenhagen

furniture with her grandson buying a desk for his new bedroom and there was a

man there who was helping them make the choices and Esther in Luke made Luke

made really wonderful choice and the salesman

complimented Luke too Esther in front of Luke and Esther really like that this is

really a wonderful young man he said and Esther knows that but she really likes

that he knows that and she liked that Luke knew he knew that so Esther's has

another little love affair going on with a stranger and then she went back with

Tracy a few days later and bought some barstools and met somebody else whom do

Esther and then she went back a few days later and bought some more barstools and

now this man is there and he says to Esther do you mind if I take your phone

number and call you and Esther said no I don't mind so she gave him her number he

said I have something I want to talk to you about

so now Esther's in the office supply store and she gets a phone call from

this man and he says Esther I want to build a crystal salt cave in San Antonio

and Esther said of course you too nothing else makes sense there's no

thought that's been more active in my mind over the last several days in other

words when things like that happen to you

you know how loved you are you know how well the universe is managing things for

you you understand the continuity of things and so and so and so and so now

Esther may not break ground she's got 40 acres and plenty of places for assault

Crystal Cave may be really a real cave maybe even a cave that isn't in a

building in other words there are all kinds of things that are coming to mind

about it she's often running with more more more

more more more more more more more pleasure for the sake of pleasure this

is how it works you see you don't have to do the work the universe has got all

the data the universe knows everything you want everything that everybody else

wants and where everything that they want and who they are are in

relationship to you and will line you up with it you just got to know that and be

having fun with your grandson buying a desk in the process

and Esther doesn't even believe in the necessity of a salt crystal cave for

meditation she just liked it she might be the only one who ever goes in it I

have a question though yeah I've experienced that I've been living in

that flow and that fun I feel like I'm going back to how it was when I was a

kid I figured out things worked out because I was just having fun and it's

so simple I kept hearing you say for about seven years and I thought that's

silly and then I actually heard what you said I thought this is it this is well

words don't teach it's only life experience but when you hook up with

some words that are vibrationally equivalent to the life experience that

you've had and you're able to then start noticing the consistency so when you get

hold of this notion of satisfying thoughts open doors and unsatisfying

thoughts open doors to more unsatisfying things in other words all thoughts open

doors it's just what are the doors opening to

more pleasure more pain more sense of well-being less sense of well-being more

feeling of worthiness more feeling of unworthiness because law of attraction

opens doors it's just what are you under the

influence of mm-hmm okay here's what I want to know I've been

allowing more in and just right now I can feel more as well I feel like my

mechanism this body when I feel sources I'll use the word love I don't know what

other word use no better word except that that twist some people's brain into

a novel yes because they've only heard the word love when the opposite of it

was being offered hmm don't you know I love you

okay when I've tuned in to that love that vibration I've dropped to my knees

it's been after times when I'm asking for something and I just finally give up

and then I but you're not giving up desire you're giving up resistance

that's the difference how can I refine this mechanism to accept that because

right even right now I feel little by little by little by little just a little

bit at a time but one satisfying thought at a time it doesn't take very long it's

like the analogy of the hills at San Francisco and there's a car parked at

the top of one of those big hills and you decide just for self understanding

that you're going to release the parking brake and put it out of gear and you're

gonna just nudge it a little bit from behind and see what happens you know

what's gonna happen it's gonna go in the bay because gravity and inertia are

gonna carry it right down there but just for fun you decide to try it anyway so

you nudge it a little bit and it starts rolling then you realize wait a minute

I've changed my mind you get out in front of it with your body and you just

stop it because there's no momentum so it just bumps up against you and it

stops but you wouldn't want to be at the bottom of the hill trying to stop that

and so that's why satisfaction it's a soft word am I satisfied or not and if

you begin noticing how often you are satisfied the other day Esther was on an

airplane and she was feeling satisfied for no good reason just because she was

satisfied well she was in first class as a reason and have a nice wide seat and

she's feeling satisfied so she was sitting there and she was thinking to

herself how satisfying it was she has a neck pillow that she really enjoys and

she knows how to position her body in the seat that's really comfortable and

get her legs put in just the position where she's so comfortable and she was

just sort of snuggling in and she thought hmm I might like my blanket so

she took the blanket that Delta had provided and took it out of its wrapper

and put it up over her and then she snuggled in again and she thought there

now that's perfect and she thought well maybe I'd like my sunglasses too so she

put her sunglass is on and pulled her pillow and snuggle

under a blanket she stopped oh I'm so satisfied and that a flight attendant

came to her and handed her a bottle of water that he had heated in the

microwave and he said this might make you more comfortable you might like this

and Esther thought for a moment did I look old and feeble and then she thought

no he didn't come to fix something that was broken he got caught up in the flow

of my satisfaction has anybody ever offered you a hot bottle of water on an

airplane ever really ten million miles of flight and this is the first time

that that's ever happened to Esther but it's also a time when she was in an

exaggerated way focused upon how satisfied she was and so the universe is

just looking around well maybe there's a possibility of even more satisfaction

let's see if there are any cooperative components in your vicinity that could

enhance your experience just a little bit more that's how it works

in that process you can really seem like an oddball to others yeah don't tell him

don't tell him it's why it was hard for you took you a while to warm up to us

we're on we know yeah yeah right so I feel the same way now okay well you

don't have to tell anybody you don't have to explain that you're in the

receiving mile just get there you'd have to walk around saying I'm so satisfied

I'm so satisfied because when you're satisfied around people who aren't it

bothers them because whenever you are living something that others want it has

the potential of exaggerating their distance from what they want so that's

why you want to be oblivious to them and you know what holds you back so often

deer hearts because you are sensitive to that you're sensitive to how others feel

and then you we love you so much but stop it you deliberately lower your own

vibration in order to resonate with their dysfunction but you can't get sick

enough to help a sick person get well and you can't get poor enough to help a

poor person become prosperous and you can't get dissatisfied enough to help a

dissatisfied person become satisfied you teach to the clarity of your example and

when you practice this alignment so that it radiates from you that's how you

uplift the world yeah this is a really good time for segment of refreshment
