How to sew invisible zipper on a dress - Duration: 15:01.
Welcome to Sewing for a living tutorials where I share different sewing techniques and
how I like to make some of the most common sewing alterations and
repairments. In this video I am going to show you how to attach invisible zipper
to a dress that has no lining and no facings but does have a waistline seem
that you need to be careful to match when sewing. You are going to need the
invisible zipper foot, that has those two separate groves for both sides of the
invisible zipper. You are also going to need the regular zipper foot which you
are going to use for the transition between the zipper and the joining seam
below it. If you don't have an invisible zipper foot, you can use the regular
zipper foot for the whole project. You are also going to need the regular food
for the actual joining seam under the zipper. Here I have a dress with the
zipper already sewn. It has a seam at the waist that I need to be careful for. I
want to match the seam at both sides of the zipper and because I have no lining
or facing on this dress, here is how it is going to look on the inside. Here are
some more things I want to pay attention to. First, I don't want the zipper tape to
show over the top of the neckline. Second, I don't want too much of the zipper tape
showing and the zipper to be as invisible as possible. But I also don't
want the seam going too close and over the teeth, so that the zipper won't close.
Here is how to do it. I already have the neckline hemmed and the
seam allowance searged to clean the edges of the details. If you don't have a
serger, you can use some other overcasting seam or zigzag the edges for
more sophisticated look. Next, I need to determine the position of
the zipper. To place it right, I like to imagine the zipper already sewn, which
is the zipper and the dress face sides together. I'm going to open it because
that's how I'm going to sew it. Then, lay the zipper facing up and turn it over to
align the seam allowance with the zipper tape and the top stopper to the neckline.
For a girl's dress the zipper has to go approximately six inches or 15
centimeters under the waist in order to be functional. For a woman's dress, you
may go for eight inches or 20 centimeters.
I usually just eyeball it and go with the zipper length. To start, I'm going to
insert the invisible zipper foot. It has two separate grooves for each side of
the zipper. I will start with the right side first. I'm going to align the top of
the stopper with the top of the neckline and the edge of the zipper tape with the
edge of the back center seam allowance. The free end of the zipper tape is going
to stick out for now. Then, I'm going to put some pins to fix the zipper in place.
I sew at the right side first, so I'm going to insert the zipper coil into the
right groove of the invisible zipper foot. I'm going to lock my stitch at the
beginning.
Now, if you just sew the zipper like this, a bit of the zipper tape is going to be
visible on the face side. Tere is a trick to sew the zipper as if it is
really invisible. You need to flatten the zipper coil so that you sew as close
to the teeth as possible. I'm doing that with my fingers as I go. In order to sew
close on the right side, keep the needle centered. If you move it to the left you
are going to sew too far from the coil and the zipper tape will show on the
face side of the dress. If you find it hard to do this way
you should iron the zipper coil flat prior to sewing the zipper and go as
close as you can but be careful not to go over the coil because if you do, the
zipper won't close. I'm going to sew all the way down until I have at least
six inches or 15 centimeters of the zipper under the waist. My zipper is a
bit too long, so I'm not going to sew it all the way down. I lock the seam on this
side as well. I'm closing the zipper to see if I've sewn it nicely and I see
that I've sewn over the coil, so I need to unpick a bit at the top. Apart from
that, I like how the rest of the zipper turned out. Next, I need to attach the
zipper on the other side. This time I need to be more careful where I
position the zipper. First, I need both sides of the waist seam to match.
Second, I want to match the end of the seam on both sides as well. This way the
transition between the zipper and the center back seam would be easier to make.
I'm going to use a pencil to mark exactly where these points are on the
other side of the zipper.
Then, I'm going to transfer those marks to the wrong side of the zipper, which is
going to be on top when I saw.
I'm careful to match the marks on the zipper with the right side of the dress
and the top stoppers with the neckline. I also don't want to twist the zipper as I
attach it to the other side. Once again, I'm going to lay the zipper facing up
and turn it over to align with the seam allowance face sides together with the
dress, and pin it in place.
To sew as close as possible to the zipper teeth, sew the left side guiding
the coil into the left groove and move the needle to the left.
Flatten the zipper coil with your fingers and go all the way down until
you reach the second mark that shows where to stop sewing.
Reverse stitch a few times to lock the seam.
Flip the zipper in so that it stays inside the dress and zip it up to see
how you've done.
I like how I've matched the zipper at the waist and the neckline so I'm moving
on to make the bottom of the seam.
Align the fabric on both sides of the dress under the zipper.
I'm going to put a pin to keep them in place.
Then, use the standard zipper foot to make the transition between the center
back seam and the invisible zipper. I saw on the left side of the zipper foot and
with my needle positioned to the left so that I go as close to the zipper as I
can. Start from the bottom up at the same distance that you are going to leave for
seam allowance at the center back seam. Make sure to keep the zipper out of the
way and align the fabric so that you saw only through both layers of fabric.
Sew it up until both stitches intersect for at least three-eighths of an inch or one
centimeter.
Again, check on the face side to see if all the seams are aligned and the
transition between the zipper and the rest of the seam is smooth.
I like how mine turned out, so I'm going to continue with the rest of the seam.
Using the regular zipper foot, start a bit over the end of the transition seem
to intersect those two seams as well. And then, go all the way down to the hem.
Here is my invisible zipper almost done.
I need to do just one more thing since I don't have lining or facings on this
dress. I need to hide the free end of the zipper tape so it's not visible on the
face side. Just fold it in and sew over the neckline seam so you don't have
another seam that is visible on the face side. If you prefer you, can fold
the free end of the zipper tape under in the beginning and skip the step at the
end.
Here are my finished dresses. This is how the invisible zipper looks on the wrong
side and on the face side.
And here are my girls modeling them. I'll link to the pattern in the description
below if you are interested. I hope you like this video if so give it a like and

HOW TO EAT HEALTHY - EAT FAT, GET THIN BY MARK HYMAN ► ANIMATED BOOK REVIEW - Duration: 10:59.
Hi guys! Today we will cover a topic that's a little different than what you are
usually used to from our channel: healthy eating habits. I will start by telling
you that Mark Hyman is a worldwide respected doctor so he has a reputation
to defend. The information in his book is documented and backed by scientific studies.
For a very long time I had horrible eating habits but I didn't care
much. Suddenly, after two years of not giving a shit I realized that I have 30
extra pounds, around 14 kilos, and my overall physical state was awful.
Around that time I started my business as well and I wasn't happy about my energy
levels and the brain fog I was experiencing from time to time even
though I was just 26. I had to do something. It wasn't a Eureka moment; it
was a pretty slow process but finally now after four years I have a pretty
cool balance. I stopped the mindless eating I train two times a week at the
gym with a coach and I also ran on Saturdays and Sundays. The difference is
huge! You have to trust me on that! The book written by Mark Hyman was an
important piece of the puzzle because it helped me to better understand what's
healthy to eat and more importantly what's happening inside my body whenever
I go bananas with tons of sugars carbohydrates and alcohol. Real quick let
me take you over the ideas that struck me the most.
There are three myths you need to keep in mind: food is a simple subject. Wrong. Food is
information. What you put into your body has a ridiculously huge effect on the
most important parts of your body: hormones, brain chemistry, gut flora,
metabolism or immune system. Let me reframe this: if the food you eat is
wrong your body suffers big-time even if some of those issues are not visible
in most of the cases. How can you work in a productive manner if your brain
chemistry is fucked up? How can you have a great time with your family if your
immune system doesn't function properly and you get a cold once every two weeks
and when you don't have a cold you suffer from some other health problem?
The second myth is: fat is bad for your health. I will get into details soon but
please keep in mind this for now: bad fat is bad for your health;
good fat is actually beneficial. Three: calories operate in the same way so
eating fat makes you fat since there are more calories in fat than in sugar
based products for example. That's wrong yet again. Calories are burned
differently and while bad fat affects your cholesterol, good fat actually does
the reverse, it helps your cholesterol levels and decreases the chances of
experiencing heart issues. Now knowing that all the above described myths are
plain wrong let's cover a thing you are probably interested in: fueling your brain
Your brain is mostly made of water and fat.
Yes you heard that right. This thing which governs your life and which is
still a mystery for most neurologists is fat and water. Also your brain is an
energy hog because it uses 20% of your entire energy. This energy has to be
produced somehow so there are two main sources for it:
glucose and fat. There is a third one very popular among athletes- ketones-
which can be found in coconut or MCT oil. Being a fatty organ what do you think
your brain's favorite fuel is? Of course, fat. Ok but what should I eat to get this
fat? I will let you know in a minute but for now please remember that you don't
need glucose -you can call it sugar- for your brain to function properly. Now that
we know how to maximize the potential of our brain, how do we maximize the
potential of our body as a whole? The cells within your body prefer fat as
well for a simple reason sugar spikes the insulin within your
body and this translates to fat being stored in your organs instead of being
burned. Sugar is the actual enemy that supports the fat you have on your belly.
The quality of the energy obtained from healthy fat is much appreciated by your
heart and muscles. Another important thing you should
remember is this: strict diet and exercising fail 90% of the time.
I will say it again: no matter what expert tells you the opposite,
you cannot exercise while eating less than your body needs for long periods of
time. Okay, but why is that? Well it's pretty logical. The human body developed
over the course of tens of thousands of years. Our ancestors had to work really
hard in order to gather food and in many cases they also had to fight animals
much bigger than their size in order to get that food. When you exercise
intensely and don't give your body the calories it needs your body goes into
starvation mode. This means that you are tired because your body is
programmed to conserve energy in order to survive a longer period of time; you
are constantly hungry which creates multiple physical imbalances; your
metabolism slows down to avoid dying . 10% of the people have the strong
will to go over significant periods of eating less calories than their body
needs and still do physical exercise. All the other eventually fail and their body
goes back to where it was before it became stressed so basically you put the
weight you lost right back on. Okay cool, but what can we actually eat?
Here are some tips: extra-virgin olive oil is super healthy and it can be used in
multiple ways too; nuts and seeds are always good snacks but you need to
consume them in moderation; vegetables like spinach, asparagus,
broccoli or kale are among the healthiest;
in terms of fruits you should go for the ones with a lot of antioxidants and
low sugar levels like avocado blueberries or grapefruit; go for
fatty fish instead of fatty meat whenever you can, wild-caught cold water
fish is even better; if you go for meat, grass-fed meat is a more viable
solution than the meat from animals raised with the artificial food and
stuffed with antibiotics. Dairy from grass-fed animals is also fine.
In terms of what to avoid the list is not huge and for the sake of keeping
the movie short I will not get into detail explaining how each affects your
health: one- sugar, two-carbohydrates and three - products that contain or are cooked with
vegetable oils like potato chips, fried chicken, margarine, croissants or ice cream
to name a few.
Guys, there are books where an animation like this one is enough to cover the most important ideas
while there are others that have a lot of small details that can make a huge difference.
"Eat fat, get thin" is like the latter. I always tell the people I work with- one
book can dramatically change your life. Hell, one idea can change your
perspective and the new angle you get can have a huge impact on how you
approach life in general. I'm telling you the same: don't trust me. Maybe I missed
two, three or ten huge golden nuggets so go get the book since it also has some
cool recipes and start building healthy eating habits today. If I did it everyone
can do it. Okay, if you think we did a reasonable
job explaining these concepts please like this video subscribe and click the
bell for more interesting animations. Don't forget to comment since this kind
of interaction can help other people to discover their blind spots also.
Kindly check our other social media accounts in the description. As usual if you think
this was a waste of your time dislike the video and write a comment

How UFE Can Increase Risks to Fertility | CIGC - Duration: 1:13.
Why Women with Fibroids Should Think Twice Before Getting UFE
UFE stands for Uterine Fibroid Embolization. This procedure uses restriction of blood supply to the fibroid and can restrict blood flow to the uterus. This treatment is not recommended if you want to get pregnant.
UFE has been shown to increase risks of pregnancy complications including pre-term birth, placental abruption (detachment of the placenta from the uterus), and miscarriage.
If you're looking for a more thorough, more effective and less painful option for preserving the uterus for fertility, choose a laparoscopic myomectomy.
The LAAM myomectomy at The Center for Innovative GYN Care uses advanced techniques to remove all fibroids.
This advanced approach controls for blood loss and repairs the uterus completely.
LAAM procedures are performed as outpatient surgery, so patients return home the same day and recover in the comfort of their own home. Recovery is just 10-14 days.
For more information or to book a consultation, visit https://innovativegyn.com or call 888-SURGERY. That's 888-787-4379.

How To Make Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Sandwich - Blackstone Griddle Recipes - Duration: 6:48.
what is up everybody this is Lila go hippie BBQ well we're gonna be cooking
today as a recipe that is so good that I only break it out like once a year we're
gonna be making some bacon-wrapped grilled cheese sandwiches we're gonna be
doing it on our black stone griddle and we're gonna be using kind of an Italian
theme with this come on in take a look while we're working with this
bacon-wrapped grilled cheese you can get as simple or as extravagant as you'd
like you could basically just throw some cheese in between two pieces of bread
wrap it and baking grill it off and you're good to go I'm gonna be going
with kind of an Italian theme on this so we're gonna be using some fresh basil
mozzarella cheese bacon then I have some artesian bread now I did this recipe in
a video a while back and I used some onions some basil tomatoes and a little
bit more complicated but with something like this I really think as simple as
you could be the better anyway these are our ingredients I'm gonna let this bacon
come to room temperature and the reason you want it to come to room temperature
is you want the bacon to be somewhat pliable so you can kind of stretch a
little bit if you need to around this bread so when this comes to room
temperature we'll get onto the next step and get cooking this bread toasted up a
little bit we're gonna start building this sandwich now part of the reason I
toasted this was a moist bread is gonna allow some of that well a lot more of
this bacon grease to soak into the bread so that toasting is going to kind of
keep that from happening so basically what we're going to do is we're just
going to go ahead and hit this with our cheese and this is gonna be a very
cheesy sandwich we need a lot of cheese to cut that bacon fat that's gonna be in
here so we got our cheese we got our basil
I'm gonna hit it again with some more cheese get our top on now we are going
to might be easier if I rotate this a little bit and we are going to start
wrapping this sandwich
so you have the one side done when I go ahead and lay some more bacon out we're
going to rotate the sandwich and get the other side or other strips laid out
we're going to place this right on top again and we're going to come back the
other direction
all right now that we have this flea wrapped in bacon let's get out to the
Blackstone and get this grilled up I'd like to apologize for all this noise in
the background so hopefully you can hear me
now one of the good things about doing this on a flattop griddle is that unlike
the last video I did a few years ago I did it in a skillet and sometimes that
bacon grease will have a have an opportunity to kind of pull and soak
back into your bread this should allow us to not have that same issue so let's
go ahead and get our grilled cheese sandwiches on
and we're gonna cook these on this side until they become crisp and then we're
going to flip them over and then we're going to get the edges as well gonna
flip this a couple times during the cook but I want to do my first flip once the
first once the bottom side to build a little bit of a crust to it what should
be about now
now keep in mind we're gonna sear these sides again but we're going to go ahead
and get these edges now we're just going to get it up on its side and don't worry
about any just baking this map to fold it all the way over we're gonna get to
that here in a little bit so let's go ahead and get this other side right
quick
we're gonna go ahead and do all four sides we got all these sides crisp so
I'm gonna go ahead and take these off they're gonna continue to cook here for
just a little bit I'm gonna take them inside let it cool off a little bit and
we'll cut into it and see what we're working with
so let's get into this and see what we think now from an aesthetic standpoint I
did this probably three years ago and I added some red peppers onions and the
basil I think that aesthetically it looked a little bit better from the
inside just because there was some of that red pepper coming through but let's
just go ahead and see we think
here's my thoughts after doing this two times I think I will go with the more
vegetable version like I did in the previous one like I said I card above
take a look at that video you know hats of onions red peppers basil mozzarella
cheese but I did not toast the bread in that one and that's one thing that I've
learned over the course of doing three of these that that is definitely a good
rap to go so this bread is a little bit crisper on the inside than it was
another one so anyway if you do this recipe you know what take
that advice you can't go wrong on it either way that being said I'd like to
thank you guys for stopping my no hippie BBQ I appreciate it
try this out comment subscribe I'm out. Blackstone griddle recipes.

When you run Onyx, you're part of that network, and MFT is what unlocks everything Onyx can do.
You can get MFT from several cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance, Bittrex, and Upbit.
You'll need to store your MFT in an ERC20 compatible Ethereum wallet, like MyCrypto.com, or MetaMask,
NOT on an exchange like Coinbase or Binance.
First, install Onyx. This is simple just double click and follow the instructions
Now open Onyx.
For now, the best way to run Onyx is by starting a local server. So click the button that says "Start local Onyx server".
Right away it'll ask you to input the Ethereum address where your Mainframe tokens are stored.
I put my Ethereum address in the notepad just to make it easy.
Once you've filled the address, hit enter.
Onyx will then ask you to approve our staking contract to accept your deposit.
You will need at least one MFT in your wallet and a small amount of Ethereum to cover transaction fees.
Onyx will then open a browser tab to MyCrypto.com
You will likely see a list of disclaimers about how MyCrypto.com works.
Click through to indicate that you understand that you are responsible for your tokens.
Select how you'd like to interface with MyCrypto.com.
In this video we're using MetaMask, but you might be using a hardware wallet or some other method.
You should see a page with some fields already populated, with the address, gas limit, and other data already filled.
Click "Generate transaction", then click "Send transaction".
Confirm on MyCrypto that you are sure you want to make the transaction happen.
It's likely that you will also have to confirm one more time using whatever
interface you manage your cryptocurrency with, like MetaMask or a hardware wallet.
Click back over to the Onyx window you already have open. It might take a moment for the first transaction to process. Be patient
If the transaction has gone through you should see a button to deposit one MFT and
whitelist your setup as an official mainframe node. This is the second transaction you'll need to process just like the first.
Click deposit.
Again, your browser will open a MyCrypto tab and you will select your interface.
You should see a window populated with all the required information.
Click "Generate transaction" then "Send transaction",
and finally confirm that you are sending both in MyCrypto and on your own crypto management hardware or software
Just like before you may need to wait a couple minutes for the transaction to broadcast and process on the Ethereum network. Be patient.
You should see a message confirming that Onyx has been staked and you can restart your local node.
Now you'll want to set up your profile in Onyx.
This should look very similar to other messaging and social tools you've already used. Upload your picture and add your name and bio.
At this point you should be looking at the main Onyx interface. You can start using Onyx right away.
We'll talk more about how to use Onyx and various features in another video.

Tim Holtz Tonic Media Tool Set Review & How-To - Duration: 10:59.
hi welcome to hedgehog Hollow I hope you're having a great day
my name is Alexandra and today I wanted to talk to you even about the Tim Holtz
media map tool set so I've had a couple of questions by email and so I wanted to
address those if you ever have any questions or comments or anything like
that do drop them in at support at the Hedgehog hollow comm or leave them in a
youtube comment below or on our Facebook page we do check those all the time and
we try to create videos to respond to anything that you may need help with or
any questions you might have about a particular tool so let's have a look at
the glass mat if you haven't seen it before in that top right hand corner I
am going maybe it's that site I am going to link up the in depth video we did a
couple of months ago when this was first launched and I showed you some really
fun alcoholic techniques that you can do on this surface that you would struggle
to do on just your regular craft surface and I also showed you all the different
mediums you can use on this and how versatile it is as well and the mat also
comes with an easy clean mat which is a non-stick mat that goes on here that is
heat proof and things as well so you have even more options as well or you
can just use this grid 25 squares here that is designed for ink cubes but you
absolutely you can just put regular ink pads down as well so just tries to make
it easier I also use my map all the time whether I have my laptop down whether I
have something not paper crafting related whether I'm sewing or something
I still use this mat it's really nice and sturdy I can pop things down on it
I've used glue guns on it they work absolutely fine they didn't do any
damage at all you can cut on this mat you really can do anything and you can
clean it off particularly with this new scraper tool as well so we'll be talking
about that in a second and you also I if I put lots of links down here I might
take a chalk marker I might take a sharpie or a dry erase marker
and I just write bits and pieces on here or when I'm working I might write notes
of things they want to include in an email or things I need to do that day as
well I also want you to address the whole left-handed
now I am a very left-handed lefty I do lots of things left-handed and there are
little feet on the bottom of this mount but I don't have any issues with it
having that palette on the right hand side at all but if you did want it on
your left you should just turn it the other way up and you can see there it
works absolutely fine so I'm just going to turn this back around and make sure
that you can see all of that so let's talk about the tools you have a scraper
tool that has this silicone grip so no matter how stubborn that stain is you
can really get in there and it's not going to fly out your hand it's also
good for some mixing and things which I'll show you later on plus you have
this ruler that locks on any side of the mat so you can lock it on the top on the
left or the right side and my preference is to lock it on the bottom but what
you'll notice is that ruler has two different sides it has a beveled side
which is perfect when you're drawing and things like that and then it has this
thicker side which is straight which is perfect for when we're cutting so let's
have a look at some of the things we can do one thing I want you to point out is
when you pop your ruler down it will not line up completely with your grid on
here without the ruler this grid is perfectly square it's square and
straight to itself and just that's part of the manufacturing process this will
be a straight to the edge of the glass mat so how do you work with that when
you're working with your paper so I'm gonna work with this on the bottom so I
have the bevel on my left side and I'm gonna grab a piece of my Neenah card
stock so I'm going to hold that ruler in place and now I'm going to line up the
edge of my cardstock with the edge of my ruler and then going to take a little
bit of masking tape and I'm gonna stick that down so that my papers not really
going to move on me then I can Jori canister of course you can stamp on
here as well you can use your Nouveau markers for some really fun background
so you can do pinstripes so I can draw against this if I wanted to change color
the one thing I would not suggest to do is drag it if you drag it you risk
pulling that color that way I'm just gonna pick that up use an alcohol prep
pad or this is one of my best discoveries ever and I will link it in
the video description below for you it's an isopropyl alcohol spray that I
bought on Amazon and so it's perfect for cleaning up everything so I can just
clean down the edge of my ruler I can move this across however far I want to
go and then I can do my next pin stripe and I can do my next pin stripe so you
can see that you can get lovely lovely straight lines and as I mentioned you
can also cut against this so this time I'm going to put my ruler at the top
here and that means that I have the straighter the non beveled side closest
to my left you would have it the opposite if you're right-handed so if
you're right-handed you're going to want it a bottom when you're cutting so that
that this straighter edge is on your right
and then we're just going to take our knife this is the nouveau craft knife
you could use your Tim Holtz craft knife or which ever one you like working with
and I kind of cut until I feel like I've gone through one of that paper and you
can see there I get a nice clean straight cut and again that's my other
piece there as well so the another option you have with cutting is a rotary
cutter so I have a few things I want to say first is I know you're not supposed
to cut with rotary cutters on glass or any knife for that matter it does dull
the blade quicker but I'm a convenient crafter I'm a lazy crafter so I like to
be able to cut on everything on one and you're not going to do any damage
I've cut on this huge amounts already practicing and trying out things for
videos and classes and all sorts of things and there is not one mark on this
map from me using knives or rotary cutter
on it the second thing is if you do so you're going to want a separate rotary
cutter for your paper and for your fabric because paper again
dulls that blade so and also when I'm cutting with a rotary cutter I stand up
because I just get a better cut so I'm gonna hold this down I'm gonna put my
rotary cutter through good pressure again I like to cut a couple of times
and then I can just slide that up and again I have a lovely cut on there as
well so that's some of the things that you can do with the ruler and how to get
a really straight cut - same applies if you want to do it in this direction and
have a pretty piece of red Nouveau card stock and again line that up on the edge
of your map so it's not going to move anywhere and then you want to line it up
with the edge of your ruler now I would not suggest sitting on an angle like
this and lining it up you're gonna get a much better lining up and excuse my head
if you actually look all the way over you're going to just see any differences
in there again you could just take a little bit of masking tape put that down
there and then you could start drawing or whatever you wanted to do on your
piece of cardstock let's have another look at that scraper so as I mentioned
it is great for cleaning so you have a surface you want to clean off if you're
a mixed-media artist you can fit really big pieces onto this mat if you are a
collage artist or mixed-media or a scrapbooker you can also fit your 12 by
12 on here as well which is perfect so you really can throw anything at this
mat and clear up is so easy if you get paste or anything like that just put
that across it's got a nice sharp edge here it's not going to cut you but it's
nice enough that you can just scrape things off and I find it much nicer than
using a razor blade because obviously I have two children running around my
house and I don't like having razor blades out you've got that silicone edge
that I mentioned so it's not gonna slip out of your hand but you could also use
it as an extra tool so I have some texture paste I want to color it
some abandoned coral just dresse oxide I can pop my pad down on my surface in my
palette area you could also do this same technique on that easy clean mat that's
on top of here I have to say I don't use that mat for that but the mat is also
great if you want to create different surfaces or you want to create Nouveau
drops it's nonstick you can also use your heat gun on it too you can also use
your heat gun on this mat and you can see there how I've managed to mix it
together I can then take my cardstock I can make a really big mess everywhere
and I can put that over something else I really like to do with this edge as well
is when I'm working with stencils I'm using a texture paste I'm using an
acrylic paint I just take this scraper 45 degrees and I run it down my edge my
stencil and it takes off any excess the first all you're gonna get a nice clean
edge on your stencil secondly it stretches your supplies a little bit
further so you can take any of that excess put it back in to your jar and
off you go as well so lots of fun tips and tricks there for you using the Tim
Holtz media mapped all set I hope you've enjoyed today's video if you've got any
