What Egg Yolk Color Can Reveal About The Chicken It Came From - Duration: 2:12.

What Egg Yolk Color Can Reveal About The Chicken It Came From

Sometimes, there's no telling what you will find when you crack open an egg.

It's everyone's general hope that nothing unusual will come out of it, but one thing

that's often ignored when inspecting the contents of that freshly cracked egg is the color of

the yolk.

Sure, it's supposed to be yellowish, but are we paying enough attention to just how yellow

our egg yolks are?

Findings indicate this detail may reveal more than you think.

As the video below demonstrates, the color of an egg's yolk will often vary based on

where it came from.

This is not a coincidence: An egg yolk's color is a direct consequence of the nutrients that

the hen was fed, and as such, will dictate just what it is you are consuming too.

The Broad Ripple Farmers Market clarifies things a little: the darker your yolk is,

the more nutrients it contains.

This is generally due to the healthier, more varied diet that free-range hens are offered,

containing not only corn and grain but also the occasional bug and vegetable.

Most eggs that are found in supermarkets come from factory farms, which tend to only feed

their hens grain, heavily limiting their diet – and ours in turn.

While not exactly harmful per se, these lighter yellow yolks are much less effective at delivering

the nutrients you are expecting to ingest.

An SFGate story goes a step further in explaining what you can find in free-range eggs compared

to factory farm products.

The varied diets contain much more vitamin A, which is excellent for bone and eye strength;

vitamin E, which promotes circulation and prevents oxidation; and omega-3 fatty acids,

which can lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

Better yet, free-range eggs also contain a lot less saturated fat and cholesterol than

factory farm eggs, according to SFGate, making them better in every way — except perhaps

price.

A worthy expense, would not you say?

Share this with your friends to let them know about the benefits of darker, straight-from-the-farm

eggs!

🐊 3 Ways your Soil is Causing Foundation Problems | Expansive Soil - Duration: 3:47.

Soil characteristics have a major effect on your home's foundation. There are

different ingredients in soil like sand, silt, loam, and clay. All of these

ingredients determine how your soil behaves when it's wet, and when it dries.

We're going to learn the three common ways your soil is causing foundation

problems. Before we get to our list though, it's important to first

understand what foundation settlement is. Foundation settlement is the movement

your home experiences when the soil below it can no longer support its

weight and you end up with a sinking house. This can lead to foundation

failure. Your home sits on many different layers of soil. Each layer has a

different soil type and moisture content. How loose the soil is in each layer also

varies. The exact properties of each layer change depending on location and

how the soil got there. Typically the deeper layers are stronger and more

compact. The top layer of soil is the loosest, this allows plants to grow. The

soil layers in South Jersey where we are are an exception, but we'll have another

video on that later so subscribe and hit the bell notification especially if you

live in New Jersey. Deep below all of these layers is bedrock or load-bearing

soil. This is important to know when examining the causes of settlement in

your foundation and how to fix it permanently. Again if you live in South

Jersey it's a little bit different. The soil you should be most concerned about

is the active zone which is the area immediately around and under your house.

This area can be anywhere between a few feet deep to over 30 feet deep depending

on your location. Soil problem number one: When soil dries. Some soil like clay soil

shrinks when it dries. When the soil around your house

shrinks, it leaves an empty space that your house will settle into. Did you know

that trees can contribute to this? A tree's root system is often 2 times the

size of its canopy. If a tree's branches extend over your home,

its roots are likely to extend under your home. These roots suck moisture from

the soil and when the soil dries out more settlement occurs. Soil problem

number two: When soil gets wet when clay. When soil gets wet essentially it's the same

thing that happens when your shoes sink into the mud. Certain soils like clay

also increase in volume when they get wet. These are called expansive soils. When

these soils expand, they push on your foundation walls.

Did you know? Sand experiences very little effects from moisture. Water

usually passes through sand quickly and sand has a consistent volume wet or dry.

What kind of soil do you have? Tell us in the comments.

Soil problem number three: Compression of poorly compacted fill soil. When

developing neighborhoods, contractors often take soil from hilltops and place

it in valleys to create a flat surface. If this soil is not compacted well, it

will compress under your home's weight, causing foundation settlement. Do you

think one of these problems applies to you? If you live in southern New Jersey

you probably have seen at least one of these situations. If so, your house has

experienced foundation settling. "But what's the big deal if my house is done

settling?" You may ask, "It may have moved once but it won't move anymore right?"

The fact is that the constant cycle of wet and dry periods never stops so your

foundation problem will continue to get worse every year until it becomes much

more expensive and intrusive to fix. Luckily there are foundation repair

methods available that can permanently halt foundation settlement and here at

Dry Guys Basement Systems we have the best foundation specialists in the area. One

of these methods is our helical pier method.

Watch our latest video on helical piers here. Check out the links to our

foundation repair videos in the description and don't forget to

Merece la pena viajar a Bolivia? || Is it worth travelling to Bolivia? (English subtitles) - Duration: 8:47.

Hi! We are Hora local

it's quarter to three in Zorritos, Perú.

For the ones that haven't been following us

We are in the middle of a gap year, Alvaro with a sabbatical, i left my job to be able to travel.

and see the world before developing our careers.

For the ones that have been following us, you might have notices that it's been more that a month that we don't post a video.

and the reason why there has been a jump from Argentina to Peru

is because we have had technical problems.

its been disastrous. The hard drive in which we were saving all our videos and photos has died.

well, not fully died, as we've been able to recover some things, but there is a gap

there is stuff missing

this is the video about Bolivia. And as we have lost most of the videos in which we explain what we do and see

we've decided to do this video a bit different.

We entered Bolivia through the Uyuni salt lake

we did a three day tour on a 4X4 that leaves from San Pedro de Atacama all the way to the city of Uyuni

during those three days we saw breathtaking landscapes

not only the salt lake. From the very first day you see these amazing lagoons.

immense dessert areas, hot springs, and finally the salt lake

where we saw the most amazing sunrise that have possibly ever seen in our lives.

after that we get to Potosi

famously known for the gold mines. This mines were exploded by the Spanish when they conquered this region

mines that even today are still working. There has been a lot of materials coming out of this place.

the mountain is called "Rich Hill" and is truly rich as for 500 years

it has been mined for gold, silver, tin, lithium, everything they could imagine it was there.

also we discovered an amazing city. It was our first important city to visit in Bolivia

and we were really surprised

the historical city centre, the coin museum, the cathedral... we loved it

in Potosi we discovered what we would later see in the rest of the Bolivian cities

and it that as you get closer to the city, you cannot help wandering, where have I come to?

half built houses, all in plain brick with no paint

but all of a sudden as you get to the city centre,

in Potosi, in Sucre, Cochabamba....

they are just wonderful

beautiful plazas

lots of street live, lots of culture

I fell in love with Sucre, "the white city"

After that we went to Samaipata, which was not in our plans, but got recommended to us, last minute

we did some beautiful routes, we saw the Fort of Samaipata, which are these pre-inka ruins

that were later used by the Inkas and by the Spanish

there is lots there yet to be discovered, ruins that remain underground

we also did a route in the Amboro National Park

a giant fern forest

and then we continue our way through Santa Cruz to the Chiquitanias

we did that by train, the first train of our trip

and we got to San Jose de Chiquitos

with the idea of making a route across the Chiquitania and it's different villages

but the bus schedules where really bad, so we decide to walk a bit around San Jose, do some routs to see the pampas and the landscape of Santa Cruz

and improvising a little bit, we departed to Cochabamba.

discovering the magical adventure that are "Trufis"

Trufis are basically a mini van, with 10 or 15 seats

and this mini van has a destination...for example, Cochabamba

the drivers are usually parked outside of the bus station

you want to go to Cochabamba?

you pay your ticket, you sit inside the mini van... and you fall sleep

because the mini van will not move until is completely full

so you might be sat there waiting for 20 minutes.... if you are lucky.... or 3 hours if you are not

this was our first ride on a Trufi

and we manage to do all the way from the East side of the country to the West side

we took a Trufi from San Jose de Chiquitos to Santa Cruz

we got to Santa Cruz well passed midnight and even then we manage to find another Trufi that took us to Cochabamba

we fell sleep...and some time later (one hour)

we woke up when the driver turned the engine on, that meant we were leaving.

In Cochabamba we celebrated our second wedding anniversary.

we climbed to this hill where they have this Christ statue (like the Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro) we saw the sunset

and then we went out for a nice anniversary dinner

from Cochabamba we finally made it to La Paz

dealing with altitude again we could barely walk

but we were really impressed by La Paz. Not only the altitude, but it's mountains, it's cable cars

from which you can see the amazingly big city markets

La Paz is a city that leaves and breaths in the street

there are normal business, but they do everything in the street markets

you do shopping at the street markets, you have lunch at the street markets

I'm sure that even the big company contracts are also done in the street market ;)

The amount of people that you see, at all times, everywhere...is astonishing

I really loved La Paz, is an spectacular place.

we really liked going to La Lanza market in the city centre

and enjoy a two courses meal for.... 10 Bolivianos (£1)

you sit right next to local people, that right away notice you are foreign

they ask you where you come from, they give you advise

it's just great

there was this lovely gentleman that said to us: What I would give to become small and be able to travel in your pocket and see the world with you.

its really interesting to eat at the market because they are....

in the second floor the always have this dining area

and they have this tiny gaps in the wall... each with their own kitchen

with their stove and their oven

is like having your grandma cooking for you

In Bolivia, there is still not much information on the Internet

but you realise that as soon as you enter the city, all you have to do is to get a bus, find the main square

and from there just look for a hostel what ever you want... very cheap prices

things are done the old way..... you just go and ask

and now we leave to Rurre to the Amazon jungle (Rurrenabaque in the next video)

Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF): What is it? - Duration: 3:51.

N.M.F.

It could stand for Not My Fault, No More Flamingos, or Never Marry Frank.

But because this is a channel where on occasion talk about skin, it stands for Natural Moisturizing

Factor.

Charles Vic - you asked what NMF is -- and we -- the royal we, like you and I are going

to help give him an answer.

NMF is your skin's naturally occurring moisturizer.

It's a soup full of super efficient humectants that attract moisture to your skin.

You can find it here--- in the outer layers of the stratum corneum, packaged inside our

corneocytes, which are our dead skin cells.

If you check out this snazzy graph, you'll see that NMF's are mostly made up of free

amino acids and the products of their breakdown.

I'm talking about PCA, urocanic acid, inorganic salts, sugars, even lactic acid and urea.

How much do we have?

NMF makes up about 10% of the mass of our corneocytes and about 20-30% of the dry weight

of the stratum corneum.

We like NMF, NO actually we LOVE it because it increases the elasticity of the stratum

corneum.

Hey!

Us humans love skin that looks good and feels soft and supple.

NMF does this by interacting the keratin fibers so they become more flexible.

The highly effective humectants in NMF - they suck the water right out of the atmosphere,

and draws it into the corneocytes.

This process can happen in really dry environments, with humidity as low as 50%.

So you stay moisturized even in the harshest conditions.

Now, if you're like me, before i did this video, you many have thought dead skin cells

were a barren wasteland.

Tisk.

Tisk.

Tisk.

Although the corneocytes are biologically dead, biochemically they're actually very

active.

There are number of enzymes in corneocytes and they require water to perform their duties.

They need NMF to get the job done.

For example one biggie is desquamation -- that weird word that describes how our skin sheds

dead skin cells over time.

These enzymes weaken the forces holding the corneocytes together, and they need the water

that NMF provides in order to shed.

So where does NMF come from?

It's formed by the breakdown of the protein filaggrin.

The conversion of filaggrin to NMF occurs as the corneocytes move to the upper layers

of the stratum corneum.

Movin' on up!

The hydration level of the skin plays a big part in the production of NMF.

If skin is too hydrated, or not hydrated enough NMF can not form.

What happens when filaggrin can't make NMF.

You get skin conditions that suck!

Many skin problems show a reduction in NMF and sometimes even an absence of filaggrin

itself.

Examples include atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, ichthyosis and xerosis.

That's a lot of osis's/ Notice something?

All these conditions have trouble keeping moisture in skin and show some level of scaling,

flaking, or cracking.

What's also interesting, is that these conditions often have abnormal skin shedding.

And if you want me to do a video that goes into more detail about that, tell me in this

poll right here.

Frequent washing with soap has been shown to remove NMF from the top layers of the stratum

corneum…

So don't wash your hands.

Kidding, maybe.

NMF can also be reduced through bathing, exposure to UV light and aging.. .okay, so I guess

we're just supposed to stay away from the bath, keep indoors and never get old.

That doesn't sound like very practical advice.

We better end it here!

Thank you Charles for asking your question!

Feel free to comment in the section below.

Peace and hair grease beauty heros!

The Most Underrated Reality Transurfing Technique that Will CHANGE YOUR LIFE - Duration: 20:35.

this video will show you the most under rated reality tran surfing technique

that can absolutely change your life and help you to start to see things from a

completely new perspective that will also result in you getting a new

reflection in your life welcome back to another video my name is Eric and I help

people expand their consciousness now this video I'm gonna be sharing with you

a reality transfer beam technique that is totally underrated you can even say

that you can apply this towards the law of attraction understanding how to go

about the process and before I get deep into the video let me explain a little

bit about reality Tran surfing in case you're just coming on board and hearing

about it so reality Tran surfing is what I believe is to be the most powerful

manifestation process that I have found and even beyond manifestation process it

is that of a philosophy a way for seeing the world that when you start to apply

changes everything because you start to see things from a different point of

view now reality Tran surfing has this understanding and what literally the

words mean is reality trans surfing Tran surfing means to glide through the space

of variations to glide through parallel realities to understand that

manifestation does not have to be as hard as we think it is normally we're

here we want to be over here so we're trying hard to get over here reality

translation is about flowing and aligning our heart and our emotions to

that of the reality we want so it definitely has some overlays with that

of other processes we may have heard of but what makes reality transfer fee and

unique is an understanding of what is called the balance of coordination

balancing out our energy in correlation with what we experience so normally

under some of the old paradigms we think of manifesting what we want we may put

things and make them important we may put them on a pedestal the moment we put

something on a pedestal is the moment we also create a potential for resistance

the moment we put something on a pedestal is the moment we say that is up

there in I am here the moment we say I really really

desire this we are saying I really really don't currently have this because

I desire it so this is about understanding that balance of energy and

how instead of putting things on a pedestal

we must link up our self-image with that of somebody that sees it as natural to

be experiencing those in life so the best version of you what would you be

doing and imagine the best most abundant version of you making whatever kind of

money having whatever kind of opportunities for that version of you it

is natural to be living that kind of lifestyle

but when we think about it from our current self-image the current kind of

way that we are being it seems up here it seems wow that would be so amazing

but if we instead close that gap by seeing these as natural by loosening and

letting go of the amount of importance that we give things then everything

begins to change so with reality Tran surfing that's an important part of it

there's this understanding of something that is called pendulums a pendulum is a

thought structure it is something that consistently we have thought of and

other people have thought of and what we do is sometimes we may be thinking that

we're having our own thoughts when we're really having the thoughts of what are

called pendulums now think of any time many people have the same viewpoint or a

similar viewpoint on one idea they have already thought and felt a certain

emotion about something they've created in a way a thought structure that then

makes it so that when we think about a same thing it's also likely that we

could feel the same emotions that we could think the same thoughts because

those thoughts and emotions have already in a way panned laid out before they've

already been laid out and like a grid think of it like we are creating our

reality collectively we are co-creating our reality as well think of there being

like an energy grid around the planet and that when people are thinking

thoughts it's going into this energy grid around the planet you could almost

think of this like a metaphor like an aura around the planet there's an

electromagnetic field around the earth and what happens is people think

thoughts it goes in that energy field and then it makes it more likely that we

could be thinking the same thoughts so for example we watch the news we see

some negative event happen on the news we know that we look at that and we feel

the negative emotion - well sometimes it may not just be your negative emotion

that you're feeling it may be that so many other people in that collective

consciousness have felt the same way focused on the same thing that it is

even easier for you to feel that emotion because it's already been laid out and

it's already in pendulums going around the planet it's already a thought

structure it's already like a thought bubble that many people have already

been having so there are pendulums are on every subject you can think of there

are pendulums around being Republican or Democrat rub there is these thought

structures around certain sports teams being for this sports teams against this

sports team like this person not like this person those pendulums around

everyone there's even pendulums in your job you may if you have a job you may go

and see that there's certain politics that go on there's certain a way that

the managers respond to the other managers and all of this different

dynamics and you may notice that people talk about things I know the job I used

to have it was almost kind of like a high school sometimes people would talk

and it'd be like gossip and those are all different pendulums and sometimes

people be venting to me something another manager said and I would feel

almost what they were thinking and feeling because I was in a way attaching

to that pendulum so pendulums understanding them being aware of them

when you're aware of them you're not then not reactive to it and then you're

able to really let it go so another part with reality Tran surfing is that

there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist so you don't have

to attract whatever you want you don't have to create it you just have to

choose it you just have to realize that what you want already exists so

therefore it's about resonating with that version of you now

with that there is also this idea of inner intention and outer intention now

this is leading into the topic of this video but it's always I think a port

that I explain all this because it helps to wire it in plus it helps to give

context for the video their importance is anytime we have a willpower to do

something any process that we want to do to get somewhere else but of course the

idea is not to get somewhere else is to be more here but the idea is that inner

intention think of that as if the the solar plexus it's as will

or to do something that's the inner intention that we have the inner

intention is that we want to be in the process towards something else intention

is a will or a determination to have or be a certain way I have an intention to

go to the gym and have a great workout I have the intention to film a video enjoy

the process and upload it easily I have an intention to film an amazing video

and get in a flow state easily these are all intentions I have now the thing is

is that's inner intention there's also something called outer intention which

is going to lead into the abdi understanding of frailing outer

intention is anything that is outside of me now of course from a deeper point of

view we could say we're all connected and there really is no outer because the

outer is a reflection of the inner but just for this perspective in this

understanding let's assume that outer intention is anything outside of my

energy field so I may be having an inner intention for me to accomplish something

in my life that's kind of something that I desire now there's also this larger

stream of energy and this larger stream of energy includes everything outside of

that energy field so one powerful thing to do and this is leading into frailing

one powerful thing to do is to link up your inner intention to that of other

people's inner intention so other people have their own inner intentions when you

do something that adds value to them or helps them to achieve their inner

intention it then has a ripple effect that will come back to you so what I

mean by this is other people's inner intention is your outer intention

because it's outside of your energy field from a certain perspective now

what you do is you give the intention you have this intention to add value to

other people and this is when you start to get into what is called frailing so

this honestly is what I have done to grow my youtube channel as much as it

has just a year ago at the time of film in this video there were twenty to forty

thousand subscribers on the channel it's grown very quickly because I realized

that the more value I add to other people the more it benefits them

the more it makes a change in their life the more that comes back to me and the

more that people want to listen because it is so in alignment with what they

want to do it people want to expand their awareness expand their

consciousness like I say in all my videos people want to do that not

everyone but some people do and the people that do if I can facilitate and

they can kind of feel that when watching my videos then that's great and that

links my intention with their inner intention which then creates what's

called external intention external intention is much more powerful than

just inner intention external intention outer intention or external intention is

that of where also what we call call quote/unquote magic happens where we can

create a greater degree of change of where we are to where we want to be

because our intention is a specific outcome that we can also imagine in our

mind that is the outcome and whereas the inner intention is the process so outer

intention is the awareness that what we want to experience already exists so we

don't have to try to create it it's already exists it's about focusing on it

and trusting the process knowing you can come to fruition now when we link up our

intention with that of inner intention we create outer intention and it creates

a win-win for everybody so I believe that honestly a lot of information I

share it's almost like it wants to come through me because I have this intention

of kind of shooting it out to as many people as possible and because it can

help a lot of people from a certain perspective it almost is more it grows

quicker because it's a win-win for everybody it's a win-win for me because

I'm getting my own self growth by making these videos my own growth with my

business my own growth with helping other people plus it's helping other

people to grow so it's tapping into that outer intention now I had to explain all

of this to get to frailing because now you can see this inner outer you can see

why it could be so beneficial to have this outer type intention now when we go

what frailing is is frailing is this technique that has to do with linking up

and understanding where someone else is coming from to give them what they want

which then we'll get you what you want fairly

technique states that instead of having an intention to get give away that which

you have the intention to get and what you want will be yours now realize that

to give away something given away you can give away in a motion you can give

away something that gives people a similar effect that you want to get now

there's another part of failing as well and you can use this with just about

anything that involves other people so think of it like there are other people

that may have certain intentions and what you can do is if you want something

you can use this for a job getting a job you can use this for a relationship but

if there's something you need is to use this subconsciously so I used to have a

job I worked at Barneys New York before I went full-time on YouTube which I sold

woman shoes I had a manager and I had this one manager for a while not my last

manager before I left but I had a manager like a year before I left and he

was kind of like had this kind of like strong control thing or he had to like

he could make the decisions but if you ask for something a lot of times the

answer would be no I was aware of this kind of power dynamic so what I would do

is if I needed a certain time off and he would sometimes give me trouble if I

needed a certain week off in like three months down the road but oh there's this

event there's this there's this so what I would do is I would language it in a

way that would link up with an intention he would have so that he would give it

to me so for example I would say so Neil here's the thing I have this event or I

have this customer coming in on the week before this week this person's coming in

I want to make sure I give them and I'm able to help them they're coming in from

a different city I live in Vegas so everyone travels here and this customer

coming in I need to help them in a certain way and I want to make sure that

I help them because I was gonna take vacation this week but instead I'm gonna

take the vacation the week after so I can help this customer and be here

because I think that's gonna be a busy week but you let me know what you think

is what I would say like I just knew how to say

because it was late then what that does that linked up with his inner intention

he was like you know for the power dynamics is kind of irrelevant but it's

funny he'd be like yeah yeah you could you should do that do that you know what

I mean that was kind of the mentality is like okay great so if I would have gone

in though and said hey I'm gonna take vacation this week cuz it would really

benefit me because I'm going on vacation was you know doing this doing that then

a lot of times they would be pushed back because we like well you know that week

is there something else going on you know that week there's so you see what I

did there is I come to understand what he wanted

I was linking up with his inner desire I had a language it in a certain way but

what that did is that made it so that he could see that I was in understanding

the business I was understanding different aspects of you know sales time

we got paid Commission so it's good to be there certain times you know but I

linked up my intention with the inner intention that he would have in language

it in a way to where then he wanted to give it to me another example may be a

relationship getting into a relationship we're always focused on what we can get

from a relationship what can I get from this other person what can they give me

but a lot of times what that does is that causes in a certain energy dynamic

where everyone's in it for themselves now what you can do is you can instead

set the intention that you are able to give something to that person whether

it's an emotion just making them feel comfort like comfortable making them

feeling empowered whatever it is and if there's an emotion that you crave from

someone else give it away first it works like magic if there's you want to feel

compassion from someone give them more compassion because that will then come

back to you is the same thing with a job interview for example this is the

biggest thing that people do with job interviews that if they simply use this

process of frailing will change everything and this is like a well-known

thing but it's also in alignment with raylene perfectly most of the time and I

know this because I also I hired a what's called the VA recently a virtual

assistant and I hired someone from a different country that now works for me

and they answer my emails they help me do sir

things because there's just not enough time in a day for me to do everything

because I get a lot of people that reach out to me now when I was going through I

had hundreds of applications through this website that I go through to hire

to hire you know this VA and I got hundreds of people that were filling out

these forms and almost all of them were about them right this is such a small

thing but it was like I can do this I can do that I had three years experience

and answering emails here I was working for this company over here and it was it

was cool Mike okay cool you know but you know which one stood out to me are the

ones that showed them what they could do for me now

this is a small thing but you know I'm hiring someone that I'm gonna pay I'm

gonna pay them good money too the amount of money that somebody from a third

world country gets from me as I getting paid twenty bucks an hour if they were

living here that's the difference in price and exchange so instead I looked

for somebody that was adding value and they were like yo this is what I could

do for you I can do this this and this I see that your business is doing this and

I can help you do this I know that I'll have a great I have great energy so I

know that I'm gonna be able to talk to people like this way they showed what

they could do for me another big thing I get is because I am growing on you know

I'm not saying any of this to be cocky by the way but it makes a difference

like I am tuned to the people that more so are able so in the same way I add

value to other people by linking up my intention to other people in the same

way people can realize they can use this to reach people that maybe are very busy

so for example I get hundreds of messages every day on Instagram DM and

in DM s on Facebook and a lot of times they are people asking questions about

what they know they want advice on and the truth is I have hundreds of 600

videos on YouTube that a lot of times will answer the questions themselves but

I don't have time to go through and respond to hundreds and hundreds every

day otherwise I wouldn't be doing anything so the reason I say this is

sometimes there's people that reach out that want to work with me that okay I

have a youtube channel or hey I do this and the key is when they are focused on

how they can add value to whatever I'm doing or enhance whatever I'm doing I'm

much more likely to the message and then respond it's just

the way it works frelling actually works how can you provide value to other

people how can you see where they're coming from to have this understanding

of how to communicate with them and if you can then give that emotion if you

can give value then that value will come back to you so everything I just gave

you a whole bunch of examples because I want you to know that this works because

we are all connected and what you put out is actually what you get back but

the next time if you ever have to go to a job interview again if you're ever

looking for a person to have a relationship with focus on what you can

get focus on being yourself understand the first thing you can do is that you

can beat within your own heart energy that's a very important part of the

process of reality Tran surfing it's being connected to your heart not trying

to connect from the head be connected to your heart move through life knowing

that as you do that that energy is contagious other people will feel that

and then when there's certain things that you desire focus on how you can

give those emotions if you want compassion give compassion you want more

freedom in your life give that freedom in your life there's ways of doing this

of tapping it when she top of the motion you'll get the answer you'll know

exactly how to do this so this is about having this awareness that we're all

connected and when you link up your intention with the intention of someone

else it comes back to you tenfold I promise you that the most successful

people on the planet I have noticed most of them that do what they do ethically

what they do is they add a ton of value to other people or they solve other

people's problems because it's almost like this energy wants to come through

people that do so because it's a win-win for not only the person but it's a

win-win for everybody else involved too not only do they get an amazing product

not only they transform their lives but also you it's it's a win-win all the way

around so the other thing that I've done is I've created a free meditation that

will show you how to decrease the level of rapport since you're giving things

which is one of the most powerful ways to resonate with the desires you have

it'll also help you to link in to the parallel reality you want to experience

it's an absolutely free mp3 download in the top of the description box below

it's a reality transfer fee net that uses binary Oh beats music and

hypnosis and I think it's very powerful so if you're interested it's in the top

of the description box below I'm also going to be doing more live Q&A on

Instagram so if you want to interact with me ask me questions I'll be doing

live meditations then as well you can go ahead and follow me on Instagram there

right there below and other than that I hope you enjoyed this video feel free to

Sarah Huckabee Sanders Is Helping Trump Shred The Constitution - Duration: 4:20.

The White House Press Office is still dealing with the fallout that occurred Wednesday when

a CNN reporter, Kaitlan Collins, was asking questions of the President during a Q&A in

the White House.

What we've learned now is that in addition to her being banned from attending an event

later on that day on Wednesday, before the banning took place, Ms. Collins was actually

taken to a private room with White House Communication's Director, Bill Shine, and Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

It was in this little private meeting that Collins was told that she was going to be

banned from attending an event in the Rose Garden later that day.

But they assured her, they were not banning CNN.

No, they were banning her.

Her camera people and producers could still show up, but the on air person who reports

on it wasn't allowed.

They weren't technically crapping all over the 1st Amendment, right?

Sarah Huckabee Sanders later in the day on Wednesday also released a statement saying,

"Hey, we had to kick her out because she was being unruly.

She was being disrespectful and we have to adhere to a certain amount of decorum and

she was just shouting questions, speaking out of turn, wouldn't leave when we told her

it was time for her to go."

The only problem with Sarah Huckabee Sanders' claim here in this official statement is that

it is 100% false according to the other reporters who were in the room.

The room was loud, so everybody had to speak loudly when asking their questions.

Furthermore, and this is the most important part that blows a hole through Huckabee Sanders'

story, is the fact that the other reporters have said she wasn't unruly.

She didn't not leave when they were all told to leave.

They all left.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, through her lying, is helping this administration to dismantle

the U.S. Constitution, specifically the freedom of the press guaranteed to us by the 1st Amendment.

They are restricting free speech by kicking these people out of there.

They're not letting them get the story that everybody else is getting.

Huckabee Sanders has become the biggest enabler at the White House to aide in Donald Trump's

destruction of the U.S. Constitution.

It's not just this lie, it's every lie.

It's everything she says, because at this point, this woman is 100% incapable of ever

telling us the truth.

When she's not lying to us, when she's just straight up attacking the media per Trump's

orders, that is another attack on the U.S. Constitution itself.

That is what makes Sarah Huckabee Sanders one of the most dangerous people in this administration.

Her lies are not harmless.

It's not just her mocking the press.

It's her mocking the Constitution and that's how we have to start viewing this, because

that is what this administration has done from day one.

It's what Sean Spicer did and it's what Sarah Huckabee Sanders is doing and it's even what

Deputy Press Secretary, Raj Shah, has been doing.

They don't care about the rule of law.

They don't care about the protections that the press has from the 1st Amendment.

They just know that they don't like anybody who asks them tough questions about what in

the hell is actually happening in this country.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders hates that, because Donald Trump hates that.

Huckabee Sanders, again, is one of the most dangerous people in this administration and

I for one am hoping that all of these reports coming out about her leaving this administration

soon, I hope they are true.

Because there are few people in this administration that I want to see leave as badly as I want

to see Sarah Huckabee Sanders gone from the media, gone from the headlines, gone from

the podium, gone from this administration, and gone forever from our lives.

I'm done with her and I hope this administration is too.

Abraham Hicks - Watch for the signs and follow your impulses - Duration: 10:52.

thank you yeah it's a pleasure to be here yeah I don't know where to start

but start right where you are man it has been never mind a darkness but

that darkness has changed well darkness is everywhere that light

isn't hmm and lights easy right just got to get in the vicinity of it my son he

transitioned great Mexico not easy for you great for him well it has been and

my family has been really surprised of how I'm dealing with it yeah because

today it happened it was a shock of course it was a numbness

that's my only child he had no wife and no children yeah he was like my rock but

my point now is when it happened they stayed two boats and everyone was

at the house because he was in a fatal car accident all by himself

on his way to work he had made to turn to better his life and everything but he

he was sort of his upbringing was more metaphysics

he wasn't introduced to a lot of religions but he was good on this

transition after the state troopers left when he had told me I heard a pulling I

felt the pulley saying you need to listen to Abraham right now you don't

need to do nothing else but go I said been listening to Abraham for the last

seven years but when it came to death I ignored it yeah for that particular day

before the crowd came in to see how I'm doing I plugged in YouTube and I started

listening the relief came like that

I'm not saying I didn't cry and it wasn't hurtful and I wasn't sad I was

devastated but on the other hand I felt a relief of joy like the pain subsided

that's a pretty good Rock I had three youtube videos I listened to by Abraham

and I went to sleep with it the day of his transition everybody was

amazed there was so many things happening even the minister said this

child have preached his own funeral because I was in a hunt for his baby

blanket because I wanted to hold him again and the pain and I cried but at

the funeral they gave me a blanket with his picture on it and ever since then I

started watching the signs when I will cry one time we're gonna interrupt signs

of what signs of his eternalness signs of his present signs of him having not

gone anywhere signs of his interest in you signs of his awareness of what

you're about the signs of your readiness to receive him signs of you

acknowledging the keeping of the promise you to him and him to you Esther

discovered that something that she wasn't looking for and didn't want to

look for when Jerry made his transition because what she discovered was she had

depended upon his physicality in a way that was not good for her and when she

could no longer do that in fact only when she could no longer do that did she

reach for where it really was and that's the same thing that's happening to you

one day she said in discomfort I can't find you where are you and once she

settled down a little bit got distracted by other things we said to her Esther

you've got to look for Jerry where he is not where he isn't he's not in the

blanket not where he was not where he used to be where he now is

and with that awareness came such relief because first it let her know he was not

gone next did let her know that she had access to him now you might think it's

strange because she of all people must know that there is something that is

non-physical she's been receiving Abraham in this way for a very long time

but her beliefs and here it is her beliefs your beliefs about who your son

is or was and Esther's belief about who Jerry was or is were not valid because

she saw him as temporary when he's not he's eternal she saw him as missing when

he was not he was present she saw him is not available to her when he was

actually more available than he had ever been to her she saw the relationship has

having been cut short when what it was was enhanced with new understanding and

the deepness and her richness beyond anything that they would have ever

accomplished together if they'd continued their physical relationship

it's such a nice thing it's our favorite thing when somebody you really care

about croaks

because for the most part it's the first time you really have a reason to look to

where it all is yes it's a good thing to feel the relief that you felt it's a

good thing to understand how you fit into the whole of all of this it's such

a satisfying thing to be physical and allow your non-physical nough steuby at

the same time because the more you get into that receiving mode son was good at

this the more you get into that receiving mode the more delicious drives

you have in traffic the more awarenesses you have of all kinds of things the more

delicious your day-to-day experience becomes when you open yourself to the

fullness of who you are that's when you really begin to live your life in the

way that you've intended to do I want to say comment on two things when you said

traffic and I was telling my sister and my girlfriend which got me here she's

been very good and sometimes I get on 85 on my way to work and 85 is very busy

and there's no traffic it happened for like a month no traffic

I mean traffic in the opposite lane but in my lane there is no traffic all the

ways I get to my last exit not one time but sometimes it'll happen like eight or

nine times that month so earlier just a moment ago we are talking to you about

this alignment you see the knowing of where you are in relationship to where

you want to be is always known by source by your son by Jerry by everyone who you

care about and who knows you and we're not just talking about the literal

transfer on Interstate 85 from one place to another but we are talking about that

but we're talking about from wherever you are to wherever you want to be on

every subject in the world and so when you allow yourself to find consistent

vibrational Res with who you really are so that you're

tuned in tapped in turned on and good at following the impulse when it's offered

then your timing becomes really really really really good and timing matters in

the subject of deliberate creation because you are all here lots of people

with lots of different beliefs and lots of different intentions loss of

different creation going on all around you and yet every single one of you has

the ability the wherewithal to create exactly what you are wanting in other

words the resourcefulness of this environment is beyond our ability to

describe it to you how can this possibly happen how can you all be here at the

same time all be different in what you're wanting and I'll be zigging and

zagging and us be able to make the unequivocal promise to you that each and

every one of you can get everything that you want and the answer to that is

universal timing the answer to that is being in the right place at the right

time with the right vibration with the right receiving mode for the right

understanding for the right for the right that's what it's all about timing

is about Law of Attraction we've enjoyed this interaction more than we can

explain to you in words we are very much looking forward to what unfolds in your

experiences in the next immediate time because you are in a new vibrational

place of receiving you've shifted and you may be consciously aware of that by

the relief that you feel you may have had some physical sensations our friend

did a good job of sort of describing what that heart-opening experience is

like you may have had different chemicals released in your body because

you were in a different place of receiving there are all kinds of things

that took place in this room that were beyond the words that came from Esther's

mouth into your ears and what that means is you are vibrationally different than

you were and what that means is your point of Attraction is different and

what that means is your rendezvous points and your timing with all kinds of

things is going to be heightened and we are

about you paying attention to that because words don't teach but life

experience sure does and as our expectation that in the

immediate future talking about today and tomorrow in the next in the next day you

are going to understand your worthiness in new ways there is so much love here

for you there is so much love there is so much love here for you there is so

much love here for you so much and for now

My Life is Over. I'm Pregnant - Duration: 5:35.

My life is over... I'm pregnant.

It was graduation day and even though the sky was grey and gloomy,

Polly, my best friend and I did not let it get us down.

When arrived to Ben's house for the graduation house party, we couldn't be more excited.

Bring down the rain and thunder, we're here to have fun.

I sat down to greet two of the girls from school in one of the rooms and took a look around.

It was only 8pm and it seemed everyone was already tipsy.

Polly disappeared to get some drinks and looks like the boys a year below us are helping her out.

I decided to talk a walk through the dance floor where everyone was just going crazy

because of the insane sound system Ben had.

I walked through and found Matt, my boyfriend.

The minute he saw me, he shot through the crowd and held me like we hadn't seen each other in years.

I literally had just seen him in the afternoon.

He took my hand and we went together to the couch where I told him proudly about how well

I did in my interview with the university.

So well in fact, I was accepted!

After he heard that, he congratulated me and went to pour me a drink.

Normally, I would just say no because I don't really handle alcohol very well.

I would just say that I have to go home and I don't want my mom to smell it on

me, but I thought no, not this time.

I was so proud of myself that I go into university that I think a little congratulations are in order.

So, cheers!

First it was one glass, then it was another, and another and another.

The more I drank, the more my consciousness and memory faded away.

The one thing that did stay was how hot and intense it felt to touch and kiss him.

As we kissed, he led me to one of the bedrooms with one hand opening the door

and the other rubbing around under my top.

The alcohol just made me forget everything.

All I could think about was all the new sensations that was happening to me.

The short intense pleasure from sex was something that I had never experienced before.

When we made our way onto the bed and made love,

I didn't even for a second think about the consequences that would follow...

About a month after that, I started to feel strange.

While I was helping my mom cook, I smelled something that made me nauseous.

But I had been under a lot of pressure from university and not to mention all the stress

from exams and college applications from before, so that had to be what it was... right?

It was alarming when I realized that my period hadn't come in almost a month

and I started to feel nauseous and tired more and more.

I had to call Matt.

Since that night, we hadn't been talking much.

When we spoke he told me that he didn't wear a condom because it felt better for me without it

and it's just one time, what's the harm?

So I told him what's been happening and the thing that could be the cause...

He went quiet and hung up.

I tried to call him back but he wouldn't answer and eventually his phone was turned off.

I just curled up and cried.

I was scared and completely lost.

So I called Polly and she ran out to get a pregnancy test and then everything I feared

came true.

My dream of being a social worker just crumbled before me.

There's no way I can go back to university now.

It's over.

My life is over.

Because I'm pregnant.

When I couldn't hide it anymore, I had to tell my mom.

I really didn't know how she would react.

She raised me as a single mother and worked all her life to give me the opportunities she never had.

And look at where that got her.

When I told her, the look on her face and the tears streaming down her eyes

felt like a knife was stabbing deep into my heart.

What a terrible of a daughter I am.

But quickly, she pulled me close and comforted me with words I didn't expect she'd say.

She told me that everything is going to be fine and that we would get through this together.

The 3 of us.

Patty, Patty, Patty! Someone was trying to wake me up

It was Polly. "Wha...what happened?" I was so confused and my head was killing me

Polly then explained that I was so drunk last night and when Matt said he was going to take me to bed,

she told him that it wasn't a good idea because I was too drunk and so was he.

So, she stayed with me the entire night to make sure I was okay

I completely blacked out and don't remember any of this!

My dream could have easily become a reality if it wasn't for Polly looking out for me that night.

On my way out, I went to say bye to Matt who seemed pretty upset about last night.

I guess it really bothered him because he broke up with me the next day and started seeing someone else.

It was okay though because Polly was with me the entire time helping me through the break-up

and reassuring me that everything would be okay.

3 weeks later, while my mom was driving me to my school orientation, she gave me "the talk"

seeing as I would be entering my first year at university. Out of all places, it was in the car...

But I didn't mind because, after that dream, I realized how important it is to practice safe sex

no matter the situation or circumstances.

Not only does it prevent unwanted pregnancies but also from sexually transmitted diseases as well.

Teen Titans Go! To The Movies is a giddy reminder that DC movies are allowed to be fun: EW review - Duration: 4:21.

Teen Titans Go! To The Movies We gave it a B+  Children's movies have to walk a delicate balance: They must cater to their target demographic without serving as a feat of endurance for parents

(The mother of your writer, to this day, likes to remind her — if she ever acts ungrateful for her upbringing — that she sat through not one, but two, full-length theatrical Pokémon movies

)  In a post-Pixar world, mastering that balance is even more challenging by virtue of the bar being set needlessly high

Not every kid's movie can be Wall-E, nor need it be. Sometimes, a movie for kids can just be a movie for kids

Teen Titans Go! To The Movies, based on the breakout Cartoon Network series, wholly succeeds in creating a zany, colorful escapade that will thrill kids and — thanks to zingers toward other superhero movies and comic book in-jokes — does so without providing their parents ammo for emotional blackmail later in life

I'll say though, that the adult and kid jokes remain disjointed and almost entirely discrete, like the "one for you, and one for me" career strategy of an A-list actor

For the grown-ups: a spoof of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. For the kids: a minutes-long fart joke

For the grown-ups: a meta Stan Lee cameo (voiced by the man himself), yes, in a DC movie! (Another Easter egg just for adults: Nicolas Cage voicing Superman, the role he famously never got to play in a scrapped 1990s movie)

For the kids: a multiple minutes-long poop joke. And so it feels more like a kids movie than its counterparts, including The Lego Movie and Lego Batman

But like another other self-aware, star-studded musical extravaganza currently playing in theaters, Teen Titans Go! To The Movies knows exactly what it is and stays entirely within its strike zone

Robin (Scott Menville) leads the gang of DC B-listers — Cyborg (Khary Payton), Starfire (Hynden Walch), Raven (Tara Strong), and Beast Boy (Greg Cipes) — on a quest for superhero validity that will only come, naturally, if they get a superhero movie about them

The meta jokes flow like Mountain Dew — this is a rollicking, goofy superhero send-up that never overstays its welcome, a film in which Krypton is saved through the power of EDM and the Batman's parents are advised not to take their young son down Crime Alley after their evening at the opera

It's in these moments that the true genius of Teen Titans Go! To The Movies becomes evidence: it's a DC movie that's allowing itself to have fun, and the errant exclamation point is a perfect declaration of its intent

Truly, perhaps the greatest disservice Christopher Nolan did to the superhero film-verse was convince us that we wanted to see serious, gritty movies about adults in theme costumes beating up villains in similar theme costumes

Equating "gritty" with "good" is how we got Superman films so bleak one could barely make out whatever unsaturated mooning was happening on screen

Teen Titans Go! cleverly recognizes that no one wants grit in an ice cream cone. B+

Breath of the Wild Review - Still a Masterpiece a Year and a Half Later? - Duration: 7:21.

The Legend of Zelda is one of the most legendary game series ever.

For many, a Zelda game is a defining moment in a console generation.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is Link's first adventure on the Nintendo Switch.

As one of the highest rated games of all time, with a multitude of game of the year awards,

this entry in the Zelda franchise has solidified its place in Nintendo history.

But what makes it so incredible?

And, like every other Zelda game, where does it stumble and what needs improvement?

Let's talk about it.

Breath of the wild has taken everything previous Zelda games considered the norm and threw

them out the window.

Replacing those archaic game mechanics are breakable weapons, dozens of armor sets, hundreds

of items and crafting materials, and a climbing system that lets you climb up virtually everything.

Whether it's cooking food to replenish health and give Link buffs like attack up and a rise

in stamina, breaking a weapon and picking up a new one from the enemy you just defeated,

or searching one of the largest Nintendo game worlds ever made, revolutionary is the word

that describes Breath of the Wild the best.

Breath of the Wild's world is absolutely massive.

The scope of the world is insane, and it will take you many, many hours to even SEE all

of the areas.

There's a desert area, volcano area, snowy mountains, seaside, and a ton of other locales.

Each area is filled with shrines, mini-dungeons that double as fast travel locations, there

are 900 Korok Seeds to collect in the game, and there are towns, enemy bases, hidden treasures

and puzzles, and more.

All of this is to say that there is never a lack of things to do in Breath of the Wild,

and you won't be completing everything in the game without clocking over 100 hours.

Then, there are all the new game mechanics.

The biggest change is in Link's ability to traverse the landscape.

See a cliff with stuff on top?

Climb up it!

See a big lake you need to cross?

Swim through it!

Standing on a ledge and see an area nearby you need to get to?

Glide to it!

You are only limited in your ability to do these things by your stamina wheel, which

you can upgrade as you complete more shrines.

This makes it so that no matter where you are looking in the distance, it is somewhere

you can physically go.

This makes exploration, discovery, and novelty in world design a constant.

Even after 100 hours in the game, I will still round a corner and find some new area I haven't

seen.

The breakable weapons are a pro and a con in my eyes.

While I love the idea of constantly getting new weapons, having to switch up types of

weaponry for different strategies, and the awesome feeling of breaking your weapon and

then taking your enemy's to destroy them anyway, the system isn't without it's

downfalls.

When I would get really awesome weapons, I would become reluctant to use them because

I didn't want them to break and disappear.

This resulted in me not using those weapons much and taking longer to fight monsters because

I would use weaker, more common items to fight them.

The cooking system is decent, but I didn't really use it much.

Also, the dozens of outfits all provide different perks, and thus I found myself switching my

outfit often, which is awesome when you want to see and wear everything there is to offer.

Your outfits can also be upgraded at Fairy fountains and can become a lot stronger and

gain new perks as they level up.

Overall, Breath of the Wild's gameplay is some of the best in recent years, and I couldn't

recommend it enough.

Breath of the Wild's graphics are gorgeous.

They meld realistic, cartoony, and comic-book art styles and come out with something enchanting

to look at.

I feel they lean the most towards Wind Waker, though with a more refined and gritty design.

Each area is full of life and character, and whether it's the sandstorms in the desert,

the snow falling in the mountains, the explosions as guardians shoot you, or even the textures

on weapons and outfits, all of the graphics are perfectly suited to this art style.

Unfortunately, the game runs in 720p in handheld mode and up to 900p when docked, so it doesn't

ever hit full HD.

Luckily, the size of the Nintendo Switch's screen makes it so this isn't really noticeable.

It also runs at a very consistent 30 frames-per-second, with only very occasional drops in my experience.

I was disappointed, however, by Breath of the Wild's lack of recognizable and catchy

music.

To this day, I still hold Ocarina of Time as the game soundtrack to beat, and unfortunately

this game doesn't reach those heights.

The music seems more aimed at a lonely, dark feel, with occasional emotional tracks peppered

in at perfect moments.

The voice acting is incredible, the game world sounds are decent, and overall, I think Breath

of the Wild excels in this department.

For the first time in a Zelda game, Breath of the Wild has voice acting!

This is awesome and adds a lot of emotion to the game, and the story is primarily told

through memories.

Flashbacks tell the story of the past and how Hyrule came into its present condition

and provides backstory to the game's main characters.

The world is also full of its own storytelling, with the local inhabitants filling in the

details and fleshing out the local areas.

While I still think the actual plot of Majora's Mask is the most interesting, this is by far

the best storytelling a Zelda game has ever been graced with, and it is enjoyable to the

very end.

I felt a desire to beat the game, to beat Ganon, and to see the story through.

Emotion, anger, frustration, hope—all are in full force here.

I can't wait to see where Nintendo takes the next entry.

There are 900 Korok seeds in this game.

NINE.

HUNDRED.

Collecting all of these alone will take you dozens of hours.

You also have 100+ shrines which are all mini dungeons and each will take a few minutes

to find and complete, there are dozens of side quests, and there are so many secrets

and locations in the game they almost can't be counted.

Some may argue that this game actually has too much in it, and so if you care even a

little about completing games, you'll be in this one for 100 or more hours.

A con here is I actually don't enjoy completing the shrines compared to other dungeons in

Zelda games, and there are only a few ways that you can collect Korok Seeds, and they

become repetitive after a couple hundred times.

Also the Divine Beasts, the main dungeons in the game, are relatively weak and boring.

Side quests are a lot of fun though, and there is so much additional content that offers

variety and novelty.

Breath of the Wild is a joy to play, if you like third-person action adventure games and

open world games.

If you like linear shooters, racing games, or digestible games you can complete rather

quickly, this is not the game for you.

HOWEVER!

If you enjoy adventuring, exploring, fighting monsters, upgrading gear, beating bosses,

completing dungeons, flying, swimming, climbing, etc. you will enjoy this game.

I never stopped having fun and being excited to play Breath of the Wild, and even during

the grind of collecting Korok Seeds the gameplay was so enjoyable it made it worth those many

hours.

If you have liked a previous Zelda game, like any open world games, or like a game of this

style, you will be doing yourself a disservice by not picking this one up.

Honestly, you probably already own The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

If you somehow don't, and you aren't a part of the group I mentioned before that

may not like this game, you owe it to yourself to pick this game up.

With one of the biggest open worlds in years, amazing gameplay mechanics that never get

old, a story worth playing through, and so much content you'll spend more than 100

hours completing it all, Breath of the Wild is one of the most complete packages for a

game I have seen in many years.

It is worth a buy from anyone with a Nintendo switch, and you are truly missing out if this

game hasn't graved your hands.

What IS it? Terrified woman posts video of rat-worm found in her home - Duration: 4:05.

Sometimes they say the animal is more scared of you than you are of it. And sometimes the wildlife is so disgusting you know you are more scared of it

But when this - a five-inch long specimen that looks like a sausage with a thin tail -  was found slithering around the corners of a Bex Deen's home in Southampton, she had no idea what to do

It turns out that the creature is most likely a larger than normal rat-tailed maggot, which will eventually turn into a drone fly after beginning life as an egg

It crawled like a worm but is much larger. It has a long, thin tail but no face or legs

The stunned woman who filmed it also asked friends to help identify it.One answered the call: 'That thing is absolutely gross! I've never seen something so disgusting! OMG get rid of that please

A few thought it was an alien and a couple of friends suggested it was a rat-tailed maggot

A rat-tailed maggot can sometimes be less than an inch long while the tail can be as long as six inches in length when fully extended

The rat-tailed maggot is the immature stage of a drone fly that resembles a honey bee

The tail is used as a breathing tube when the maggot is submerged underwater as it does not have gills

Rat-tailed maggots are typically found in stagnant water such as lagoons and manure pits

The insects become a nuisance when they crawl away from their breeding site to find a dry place

This is when then begin to transform into the adult stage.  Ms Deen commented that she was just concerned about where it had escaped to
