hey guys so I was getting up it's about a quarter to 3 right now I was getting up

taking Koji out toke him out went to the bathroom myself came back to open the door then I let

him in close the door then something jumped on my hand I didn't know what the hell it

was I thought it was a spider or a snake because it felt very heavy it really scared me and

I look and it's a lizard so a small lizard game me a small heart attack so I'm like

oh my God so I went and gave Koji his pill his daily pill his medicine till it's gone

and his vitamin and I went back to check on the lizard that was on the garbage can I tried

to knock it off the garbage can so it can run out the door it didn't want to do that

so I pick up the garbage can and moved it outside and kept hitting it until he went

off of it so oh this is home and a few minutes ago Koji got scared by his water dish so that

is where Koji was laying and his water dish was making some noise and it made him jump

I'm still working at this point so today's plan was to edit videos and then do a live

stream but since I got up so late I don't think I will have time for the live stream

because I don't do the live stream on my computer or on instagram or on facebook I do it on

the live.me app because I was gonna tell everybody like a few minutes ahead of time if you have

a phone or tablet go to the App Store and download the live.me app and here is my username

on it and follow me so you always know when I am going live so that was kinda gonna happen

but I don't know now so I'm looking at yesterday's vlog and I got 14 views it's

is what I put so yea that's what they are they are little flower seeds they are so tiny

so tiny I don't know how well you can see that but they are like really tiny oh my God

so I have to wait till I have everything ready to plant all my seeds at once which is gonna

have to wait a little while so there just gonna be sitting with the rest of the seeds

until I am able to plant them so now I am gonna get set so right now I'm gonna do

my closed captions I have this on my computer where I can just press this and just speak

it will type everything out for me not 100% but it works, works for what I need it to

and I said applesauce and this one over here perked up I think he wants his apple sauce

after this which is gonna have to wait until I finish doing these um subtitles for you

How to Deal With Unreasonable Employees - Duration: 3:00.

Hi there, everybody, Cameron Morrissey here.

Today I wanted to talk about unreasonable employees.

Once you have enough employees, you're going come across a few of these individuals who

you just have a hard time getting through what it is that you're doing.

They have strange expectations, and they just don't seem to get it.

I wanted to frame everything first and foremost.

When we talk about unreasonable employees, realize that almost everybody is unreasonable

on certain things.

The example I use all the time is that every department in an organization always thinks

that they have it the toughest, that everybody else in the organization has it easy.

That's clearly unreasonable once you step back from it.

The word itself gives us a hint as to what to do with these unreasonable employees.

Un-reasonable.

That means to don't have a reason behind it.

Where you tackle not having a reason is with understanding.

Unreasonable is really just meaning a lack of understanding.

Once the person understands the situation, well, then they won't be unreasonable.

That's really what you want to tackle is the lack of information that the person has and

the lack of understanding that they have of the situation.

Give them that understanding.

What goes into the decision?

What priorities affected how the decision played out and how you used that information

in the decision?

What you're going to do, one of the main keys when you're dealing with an unreasonable employee

is give them the information, help them with an understanding, but transition immediately

into action.

Tell them what you're going to do.

"We came up with this decision because of this reason and this reason, so we are going

to do this now."

That's how you handle it, and that's how you move on from that unreasonableness.

Now I will mention there's another thing that factors into unreasonableness that doesn't

have to do with a lack of understanding and that is when people have different agendas.

You see this in politics all the time.

I assure you most senators understand both sides of the issue.

However, they have a different agenda that they're working towards.

In the case your employee, that agenda is usually a selfish motivation, which all of

us have to a certain extent.

You want to phrase that understanding, that information, those priorities and talk about

the WIIFM.

"What's in it for me?"

Phrase it in a way so that they see how your decision helps and improves their work life.

When you do that, that often breaks through those barriers.

Realize in all of these cases, this takes time.

Understanding takes time.

None of us got all of the concepts right away when we went through school.

It's the same in our adult life as well.

This does take time.

It is an exercise for you in patience and persistence.

Those are two very vital traits that you need to nurture in your leadership career.

Tackle those unreasonable employees by tackling that understanding and the lack of information

that they have.

Thanks so much, everybody.

Have a good one.

7 Good reasons to have kids - Duration: 5:02.

why to have children?

raising children is so hard!

it extorts you physically and economically

your freedom - gone!

your needs - down in the priority scale

huge responsibility constant worries

and many other side effects

so why yes?

I'm gonna give you few reasons

but don't get me wrong

I'm not trying to convince you

if you don't feel like having kids

that's okay

even if having children is the peak

of the human happiness

if you never had them

you will never know what you've missed

so I'll tell you about my reasons

reason number one

because children teach you who you really are

stress, pain, worry

joy, love, excitement

they are all much more powerful

after you become a parent

your emotional limits are stretched

in a way that you could not imagine before

and you discover your real self

reason number two

in some point life becomes a bit empty

another party, another trip, another movie the cinema

finally it exhausts itself

and you stop really feeling joy from these

children fulfill your life with meaning

they drive you to succeed

not for yourself but for them

and they make you appreciate parties again

three

because no matter how much you perceive yourself

right now as a positive person

the need to be an example all the time, always

makes you a better person

four

because it opens the mind and the heart

you see the world differently

innocence come back

and so joy from little thing

it really is a second childhood

five

now this is probably the most frustrating reason

to have kids, but it is quite a good one

children keep you alive

like literally

children is what keeps you alive

when you get completely tired of your life

it does not matter that you want to die

it doesn't matter if you grieve upon

someone who was so loved and important to you

or hurt because you've been fired from work

you've been working for years

and now you are broke

or suffer because your loved one betrayed you

and you want to dive into the Oblivion

you did not sleep all night

because you cried into the pillow

you cannot get out of bed even to the bathroom

then, at seven in the morning

your sweet boy stands at the door of your room

and asks you: mommy what is for breakfast?

and you get up

you do not understand how

because a minute ago

even a truck would not be able

to drag you out of the bed

you get up

you make a breakfast

you sit with him at the table

you drive him to school

then you come back

you crawl back to bed

and just when you start

to wish for your death again

it's one o'clock

and soon you need to go

and pick him up from school

and without any ability

or understanding of how it happens

you get up again

and you tell yourself

well let's postpone the death for tomorrow

now... now I need to prepare lunch

because it doesn't matter

in how many little tiny pieces you are broken

you need to gather yourself

and supply a mother to your children

so you get up and continue

and years after you look back

and you wonder to yourself

how you survived this horrible period

and the answer is

because you had no choice

you had to be a mother

and now to the next reason

because they succeed in making you smile

even in those really hard difficult situations

they tell you with their little angel voice

mommy don't be sad! I love you!

and it's like a healing elixir

on your bleeding soul

and now for the seventh, the last and the best

reason to have kids

because this is pure love

that is stronger than any other love

for anything or anybody else

you fall in love with your children

sometimes it's love from first sight

sometimes it's not

but eventually you fall in love with your children

and you just cannot understand

where have they been all your life

they are an integral part

of your body and your soul

and such love worth experiencing

I hope you liked my video

please hit the thumbs up

and you are welcome to follow me

by subscribing to my channel

bye bye

TALENT for Language GENE - Duration: 6:36.

Hi there Vladimir here with another video on how to learn English.

Today I'm going to talk about talent, talent for languages, the language gene

does it exist?

Is it about hard work or is it about talent?

One of my favorite comedians, the great late George Carlin suggests that

hard work is genetic

I find it hard to believe and I hope he is wrong.

I've had over, 1,200 students and it does seem that some learn faster

Is there such thing as a special talent for English?

That's a very difficult question to answer and I guess we'll never know for the simple

reason that it's very hard, even impossible to draw a line between hard work and talent,

hard work and genes.

An easier question to answer is Do I have the language gene?

Do I have a talent for languages?

I've asked myself this question a few times and the reason I did that is because

I wanted to know whether my method could be used by everyone

do I have the language gene?

I don't know, but I probably don't.

What I have though is a certain curiosity for languages

It's not that I like studying, not at all, but I've always liked and most importantly

noticed the way different languages sound

At a relatively young age I was able to tell apart most European languages:

I didn't speak any of these languages and I still don't speak most of them

but I was able to tell them apart

Like in those videos of people doing fake languages.

It's not about the individual words, its about the way different languages sound/floe

English, I was able to tell the difference between British and American English

long before I was able to speak fluently

I have a good ear for languages and can usually tell where the person comes from

Does that mean I have a talent for languages?

No I don't think so.

Being able to distinguish between languages is a skill many people have

it's like being able to tell the difference between jazz and blues

It is a matter of listening and paying attention

what am I getting at here, what am I trying to say?

I think that those who seem to learn languages faster

have developed a certain interest in languages at a very young age

Interest in the way various languages sound.

Not necessarily in studying the language but rather in the rhythm and melody of various languages

And even have an interest in their native language and its regional dialects.

I remember as a child listening to my mother speaking with her relatives on the phone.

She is from the South-Western part of Bulgaria a region with a very characteristic dialect

and every time she spoke with her sisters or brothers on the phone

my mother would switch to that local dialect

At home she would speak in the standard dialect but on the phone with her relatives and friends

she would switch to the dialect she grew up speaking

And I would notice that.

I was fortunate enough to grow up in a family which generally cared about language

our native Bulgarian language, how we spoke and what we said

I believe that those who care about their native language, generally improve faster.

And the other thing is having an ear for languages.

You have to have developed an ear for accents in particular

It's not about putting on an accent speaking with a posh British accent

no its not about that

It's about being able to hear various accents.

Without that ear for rhythm and melody you can never fully master English

You can still become very proficient and learn to communicate effectively

but you can never master it

You need that ear in order to better mimic the native speaker

It is very hard to acquire that sense of rhythm and melody as an adult

I've tired teaching it to a limited success.

You either develop it as a child or

you keep trying as an adult

These are my thoughts on talent and learning a foreign language English

It's not about genetics, its more about environment

somebody in your family was able to spark an interest in you as a child

It's about you generally caring about language, about what you say and how you say it

about how other people talk and the sounds they are making

It's about noticing.

Having the ability to notice nuances is extremely important for learning any skill

It's something I talk about in my book Virtually Native

Save yourself time and money and read my book

which is available at Amazon and virtuallynative.com

Anger Brought To The Home - Duration: 3:27.

Suppose, for example, you are working in an office or factory.

There are hard feelings between you and your customers

or your assistants.

This causes anger in you, but you have no means to give vent to this

anger at the workplace.

It would not be appreciated.

This unvented anger snowballs within.

Seething, you return home from work.

Your innocent child runs up to greet you with affection,

but you present an angry visage and chase the child away.

The child, you know, is not at fault.

The fact is, you have not come out of your angry mood.

Your anger, which was ineffective at the workplace,

(since it was directed against those stronger than you), is now being

vented upon your dependants.

This conduct, when it persists, becomes a dreadful habit

and a pathological problem.

Have you ever paused to visualize what happens when anger works

within?

Let us itemize: (1) The eyes get congested; (2) The blood

pressure shoots up; (3) The nerves become strained, (often leaving

one trembling and incoherent); (4) One's awareness is lost (one forgets

one's Self); (5) Life energy becomes depleted; (6) The immune system

is lowered; (7) The mind becomes imprinted with harmful emotional

habits; and (8) One becomes psychologically hated by one's family

and friends.

Continue to examine your own anger and its results.

Find out how many times you have become angry with your

family members and those close to you.

What was the result of your outburst?

Can you conscientiously say that you derived any benefit

or profit from this anger at any time?

No.

Instead, each and every time, you have only lost your own energy, health and worth.

Almost all domestic conflicts and attendant disunity have their origin in

anger alone.

This is true in society as well.

Consider the history of mankind down through all the

ages.

All destruction of men and materials by man, at any time and in

any country, resulted from anger alone.

Therefore, anger is the worst enemy of mankind.

Unless anger is neutralized, one cannot get peace or happiness at

any time.

When anger becomes a habit, through repetition, then the slightest

of pretexts allows it to rise again.

These 3 Ideas Will Change Your Life - Duration: 5:49.

Today I want to share with you a few key concepts, three key concepts actually, that Jim Rohn

had a major impact on my life by implanting these ideas, the power of these ideas, the

power of an idea, these ideas into my mind.

The first one was simple and you might have heard it over the course of your career, but

I tell you I heard it from Jim Rohn.

And that was simply this, He said to me, first on audio, then in seminar and then eventually

in person, the same thing "Eric for things to change, you have to change.

For things to get better Eric, you have to get better.

It's not other things that need to change, it's you that needs to change."

This exploration of personal responsibility and personal growth changed my whole life.

Every time I started hoping for other things to change, I started saying nope, I need to

change.

Nope I need to get better.

When things go tough I said, "Eric, you have to get better."

And that really changed, when I was able to take control of my life through that philosophy,

for things to change you have to change, for things to get better you have to get better.

And guess what it worked for prospects too.

All I had to tell prospects is, guess what I learned, for things to change I have to

change.

For things to get better I have to get better.

And the prospects would go, "You know what, youre right.

Fine, I am ready to get going, let's make it happen.

For things to change I have to change too."

Right?

So that was concept number one.

For things to change, you have to change.

For things to get better, you have to get better.

Concept number two is, success isn't something you pursue, success is something you attract,

by the person that you become.

Wow, this changed everything for me, when I went, "Wait a minute, you mean I need to

become more attractive in business, and then people will attract to me.

And then I don't have to chase and pursue to try to get success."

Wow that changed everything.

If I started working on becoming better again, getting stronger, getting better.

Learn to attract success and that's what I found out has been so true over the course

of my career, if I work on becoming more attractive in business, everything will start to take

care of itself.

I don't have to chase and be so desperate all the time.

So that was concept number two, becoming more attractive, learning how to attract success

verses pursue success.

And concept number three is, and this was so great for me, because I struggled in formal

education.

He said, "Formal education Eric will make you a living, you will get a check, from a

formal education, you'll get a paycheck.

Self education will make you a fortune.

So formal education, everybody goes through, you kind of have to go through that.

But what are you going to do after formal education is done?

Self education will make you a fortune.

And I went, "Wow, Ok."

He was the one that had me start, cause back then if I read any book, within about two

pages, I was ready to go to sleep.

I was just exhausted.

But he said Eric just start by reading ten pages a day.

Find a book that interests you and read ten pages a day.

You can get through a 300 page book in a month, if you start to do that, and develop the discipline.

Because I started just listening to audio programs, I did not have any discipline to

read.

And he made me become a reader.

He said readers, are leaders.

Self education what are you doing to improve your skills all the time.

Are you taking charge?

And one of the things I am most proud of is how much I have educated myself since I left

formal education.

How much I have educated myself, how much I have read, how many seminars I have gone

to, how many skills I have worked on and developed, how many coaches I have had and mentors I

have had in my life, in order to get better.

Self education will make you a fortune, formal education will make you a living.

You will get a paycheck.

Self education you get to be financially free.

I have read probably two books a week on average for the last 20 plus years, so that's a lot

of books, a lot of books.

Why?

Because Jim Rohn taught me, that self education will make you a fortune.

And if you stop growing you start dying.

So I want to continue in that growth pattern.

So those are three key concepts that Jim Rohn taught me that helped me and that helped my

network marketing career.

For things to change I had to change, for things to get better I had to get better.

To attract, success is something you attract it's not something you pursue.

And self education will make you a fortune, formal education will just make you a living.

Those three things helped me so much, I hope they will help you.

I hope you got value from this and ladies and gentlemen my wish for all of you is that

you decide to become a network marketing professional, that you decide to GoPro because it is a stone

cold fact that we do have a better way.

Now everybody have a great day and we'll see you tomorrow.

10 Youngest WWE Wrestlers To Ever Hold a Championship - Duration: 4:37.

WWE usually employs superstars who have a lot of experience and have proved themselves,

hence a bit older, but every once in a while we get some younger talent that can perform

just as well as the veterans, and in rare instances, these young stars are blessed with

a championship.

Here are the 10 youngest champions in WWE history!

The inaugural NXT Women's Champion, and somebody who has been wrestling since she

was just a kid, Paige was called up to the main roster on the RAW after WrestleMania

30.

After an altercation with Divas Champion AJ Lee, Paige would defeat Lee in an impromptu

title match to become the Champion at the young age of just 21 years and 7 months old.

Rey Mysterio first made his debut in WCW in 1996 when he challenged Dean Malenko at The

Great American Bash.

He impressed the fans with his high flying style and put on a great match with the Man

of 1000 Holds, and although he didn't win it that night, he would emerge victorious

a month later.

Mysterio became WCW Cruiserweight Champion at 21 years and 6 months old.

The 1-2-3 Kid, otherwise known as X-Pac, made his debut on RAW by upsetting Razor Ramon

to the surprise of everybody.

After about a year of wrestling, The Kid would form a tag team with Marty Janetty and challenge

The Quebecers for their World Tag Team Titles.

In another huge upset, The Kid became World Tag Team Champion at the age of 21 years and

5 months old.

Otherwise known as Aguila and Papi Chulo, Essa Rios came into the WWE at just 18 years

old in 1997.

In 2000, he took up WWE Light Heavyweight Champion Gillberg's open challenge for his

belt.

The luchadore would outpace Gillberg and in less than a minute, Rios became Light Heavyweight

Champion at 21 years and 2 months old.

Hornswoggle may be known mostly for his minute stature, but many forget that the tiny man

was the last WWE Cruiserweight Champion until it was brought back in 2016.

Taking part in the Cruiserweight Championship Open with 5 other superstars including Funaki,

Jamie Noble, and Chavo Guerrero, Hornswoggle would emerge victorious and became champion

at 21 years and 1 month old.

Rene Dupree made it into the WWE at a very young age, and the company had no problem

pushing him.

In 2004, he would team up with Kenzo Suzuki to challenge Billy Kidman and Paul London

for their WWE Tag Team belts, and despite being only 20 years and 8 months old at the

time, became the youngest ever WWE tag team champion in history.

David Flair, the son of Ric Flair, debuted for WCW back in 1999 alongside his father

in a father-son tag team match.

He would stick with WCW for a few years and during that time was awarded the vacant United

States Championship by his father at the age of 20 years and 3 months.

No spectacular story here, he was simply given the belt.

Kenny Dykstra started wrestling at the age of just 15 and signed with WWE just a few

years later.

Ending up a member of The Spirit Squad, Dykstra would team up with fellow cheerleader Mikey

to defeat Big Show and Kane in a huge upset, becoming one half of the WWE World Tag Team

Champions at the age of 20 years old.

The most recent entrant on this list, Tyler Bate made a name for himself by competing

in WWE's inaugural United Kingdom Championship Tournament.

He would prove himself to the world with his great wrestling ability, and despite being

just 19 years and 10 months old, he would go on to win the tournament and the UK Championship.

To put this into perspective for you older guys; Tyler was born in 1997.

Proving that WWE really had a lot of faith in him, Rene Dupree is the youngest wrestler

to ever hold a championship in WWE.

Before he won the tag belts with Kenzo Suzuki, Dupree teamed up with Sylvain Grenier and

won the World Tag Team championships at the age of 19 years and and 6 months old.

Just like Bate, Rene was just a teenager when he became a WWE Champion, a huge accomplishment

that has landed him in the record books.

And those are the 10 youngest champions in WWE history.

YOU Just Have to Break it down! | Monday Motivation - Duration: 3:50.

Hey whats up guys its David its Aaron and we are aarvids and its Monday

which means you need a tip to help you get you through this week and get your projects

done so this weeks tip is about chunking and really breaking things down in small manageable

parts how do you think your favorite character in the world breaks it down uhm they charge

up their ultimate and then they they say lets break it down hahahaha okay lucio how do your

role models break big impossible things tasks down into small if we talking about Manny

Pacquiao you know what he does? he goes to the reporter and then he tells the, he hits

them with the left hit them with the right and that's how he breaks it down he hits them

on fist at a time.

that so was cheesy. you ever get the feeling that a project or task looks so big and yo

don't even know how to start or you're afraid to get started because it seems like so much

to do so this is how i break it down i hop on the floor and start doing my break dancing

I'm kidding when ever i break something down i always try and aim to do the biggest part

first that way at the end that way i can do the more manageable aers well that's when

you start to analyze it and break it down to smaller chunks and work on one thing at

a time. and as soon as i start that huge part everything just follows up and i get my hands

dirty and I'm getting ready to go and just knock em out or something for example.

when i edit videos for Wednesday gaming and knock out my work and i just start working

on it and eventually if its to much for me and if that task is to big what i end up doing

is taking a break uhm i pick a night where i just watch the footage and just make the

cuts don't do any fancy editing but just break the video into smaller manageable gaps or

maybe 10 15 minuets you know walk outside get a breathe of fresh air and then i hop

back into it finish those smaller parts and bam! that I know use for the actual video.

and then once I have that done I can take a break do something else or work on it the

next day and then the next day or the next time I'm going to work on it that's when I

will start and putting in those nice editing touches finding the music or what ever i try

to do it all in one because that can take a few hours but if i break it up it becomes

less daunting and it gives you that sense of reward and you know what when i actually

got started on working on the video i just straight up finished it because I was enjoying

myself so much most of my projects are done this way so to quote will smith "if you gotta

to build a wall don't think about building a wall think about laying a perfect brick

one brick at a time, until one day you'll finally have that wall.'

Again that was super cheesy yeah so like the great wall of china yeah although you might

alright thank you guys so much for watching and if you have any tips on how you manage

your videos time or task let us know in the comments below Don't forget to like and subscribe

and thanks again so much for watching

The Type of Dinner I Have When I Have No Idea - Duration: 3:01.

I got really tired of having the perpetual stew every day.

Actually I had it twice today and it was really rich and a little too much, so I think I'm

going to just go with oatmeal for dinner.

Let's see what we have for the oatmeal.

I have this really old banana.

I think it'll go well just mashing it in.

I got this generic brand that was whatever was cheapest.

And at first it took me a while to figure out whether they were whole kernels or the

ones that were shredded up.

I prefer the whole ones.

I think this echte means something but I'm not sure.

So I just, I bought both kinds because I wasn't sure.

I figured it out.

It's what you end up doing when you don't know the language in the place you live.

These Weck glasses are the type of containers I like having my oatmeal in the most.

Uh, this one's really ripe.

Uhh.

I like my banana cut really small so it blends into the oatmeal.

I'm going to add a little milk to it.

I like this container because I just need to shake it up without using another utensil

to stir it up.

Saves on the washing.

This is cinnamon.

Chia seeds.

Oh.

Chia seeds.

That's how it looks.

And that's my dinner for tonight.

Nothing special.

But delicious.

[plane engine humming]

- It's time to move.

Salt, get in the van now.

- I'm going to go get George myself.

- Salt, stop. Think about what you're doing.

[dramatic music]

Line her up.

[engine slowing]

- She's a federal agent.

- It's Salt. She's got Mejia.

We have a situation.

- I want Mejia alive at all costs.

Everyone else is expendable.

- Give me back my husband, or I will take him down.

[gunfire]

Give me back my husband!

Or I will take him down.

If you think I won't do it, I will.

[bullets ricocheting]

- Drop it.

- Give us Mejia!

Or we'll put a bullet in your husband's head.

Right now!

[tense music]

- I said drop it.

[grunts]

- Zero, Bravo. We have the hostage.

Say again: we have the hostage.

[phone buzzing]

George. We have him.

- He's safe.

He's alive! - You believe that?

They always lie.

- He's got him. Trust me.

Salt, your husband is safe.

- Ask him!

Ask him what we had for dinner at our wedding.

You didn't have a wedding. You eloped.

- [sobbing]

- Fried clams at the beach!

[gunfire]

[dramatic music]

- [coughs]

- Salt.

I got you. I got you.

- [coughing]

- Mejia. Where is he?
