22/02/2017 - It was when I posted my first video on YouTube.
One day after and I'm still meeting incredible peoples and I receive nice feedbacks about it.
With those feedbacks I was sure what I wanted to. Traveling and meeting people and places.
Maybe to be an inspiration and to help who dreams traveling around the world as well.
In a year, I realized amazing things.
I'll show here in this Channel because all trip was recorded.
I saw northern lights, went surfing, got my first tattoo,
made friends around the world, tripled my Facebook friends.
2000 views on my Youtube Channel.
I used the Workaway, Couchsurfing, learned a new language, lived with an Irish family, worked abroad.
I won prize telling travel stories, made the first photography job, traveled around 7 countries, made some money with videos.
I traveled around 7 countries, made some money with videos.
I visited huskies, fed deer, realizes lots of dreams of my life.
I almost died frozen. I miss someone, cried, smiled, traveled, thrilled, fell down but I'm back,
because I realized I have the best people of the world close to me.
To travel around the world is a great opportunity and I'll show everything in here.

What Physicians Can Do About Third Party Interference | Doc to Doc Episode 16 - Duration: 4:41.
Welcome to another Reimbursement Rx video!
Today, we're gonna discuss one of the most
frustrating parts of being a physician!
Whether you're in private practice,
or whether you're an employed physician.
This most common frustration leads to burnout,
leads to decreased effectiveness,
and decreased use of your time.
And we're talking, of course, about
third-party interference.
Now, this could be any party
that directly interferes with you seeing the patient
and effectively managing the patient.
We, of course, are talking about Medicare,
insurance companies, and pharmacies.
Most physicians say that insurance companies,
a lot of times, do not allow them to do
what they feel is right for the patient.
Medicare sometimes places or puts restraints
on what you can and cannot order
or where you can and cannot send your patients.
And of course pharmacies, as guided by insurance companies,
may deny certain medications you can prescribe.
While we're not gonna tell you that
we're gonna change the system overnight,
there are a few things that you can do
to make your life better, more efficient,
and in turn it will lead to better satisfaction.
And that is, you need to set up ground rules.
You have to decide for your practice,
no matter which setting you're practicing at,
how you're gonna handle those requests
and how you're gonna handle anything
that comes between you and your patient.
Basically, it means that you need to cut out the middle man.
So, when you order a necessary test, procedure or lab work-up
and you have denial from insurance companies,
a lot of times there's a lot of back and forth.
A lot of faxes coming in asking you
to fill out a certain questionnaire.
You have your medical assistant or nurse do that.
You go back and forth, back and forth, wasting time,
and thereby sometimes delaying treatment.
So what can you do?
Go straight to the top!
At the moment of denial, skip the unnecessary paperwork
and demand that you speak with a reviewing physician.
Yes, every insurance company has a doctor
assigned for a particular task.
If it's a test that you're ordering that's been denied,
there's a physician in charge of that.
If there's an imaging study you're ordering
and it's being denied,
there's another doctor who is attached to that.
Now, they're not seeing your patients, you are.
And if you truly believe what you're ordering is important,
go to the top.
Talk to the physician.
It takes two minutes.
They always will take your call,
and most of the time, the vast majority of the time,
they're going to approve what you're asking for
because you, as a practicing clinician,
will tell them why you believe this is the right thing
for your patient and they will agree with you.
If they don't agree with you,
there's not much more you can do.
Move on, but skip the unnecessary steps
of going back and forth with faxes,
telephone calls, and emails.
That takes enormous amount of time.
As far as medications, sometimes insurance companies
will demand that you prescribe a generic drug
for one reason or the other.
And sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
When you truly believe that a brand-name prescription
is vital for your patient's well-being
and sometimes even survival,
there are a few magic words that you can write
and you can send it to insurance company
and almost always it's going to be approved
and that is, of course, if you write
that: the patient will die without the medication.
Now, you need to truly believe that
and you need to truly feel that
this an important medication for your patient.
And if this is the case, the medicine will be approved.
It doesn't seem like much, but those two easy steps,
talking to the physician in charge
and standing up for your patient
or prescribing the correct medication,
will save you a lot of time, will save you a lot of money,
and improve your patient satisfaction.

Playing on ukulele in a standing position isn't as simple as in the case of guitars.
Why?
Because most ukuleles don't have hooks
neither on the bottom of the body, nor on the connection with the neck.
Of course there are exceptions which have hooks, but this is not very popular solution.
How can you deal with it?
If you are not afraid of interfering with your instrument, you can convert it by attaching the hooks.

But if you are afraid of interfering in your instrument, there is a solution.
You can use a strip dedicated to ukulele, tie type.
It is a very similar strap as in the case of classical guitars.
There is a loop at one end and a hook at the other end.
Hold the ukulele on your chest, and then insert the hook into the resonance tube.
When you play your ukulele, it will not move down.
Of course, this is not a perfect solution,
because when we stop holding our instrument, it will slide down.
That's why when you use a tie belt, you must hold your instrument with at least one hand.
It will not happen if you use a guitar type strap,
but to use this strap you have to convert your instrument,
but not every musician wants to interfere in ukulele.
