Congratulations from Billboard to the Biebers!

Justin's dad Jeremy tied the knot in Jamaica last week

and JB took to Instagram to publicly pass along his well wishes.

"Congrats on your wedding and your new baby!" Justin captioned

this picture of his father, the bride and Biebz himself.

That's right! Justin did say "and your new baby," which his dad

Jeremy confirmed in an Instagram post of his own yesterday!

Justin's first big hit takes on a whole new meaning now!

As for when we'll get new Justin music...that remains a mystery

but he did post a photo of himself near what looks like a

keyboard and recording equipment on Instagram recently,

leading some Beliebers to believe new tunes are on the way.

Melania Trump - Donald Trump wife's Belated Instagram Post Has This VERY Personal Message - Duration: 2:32.

Melania Trump, wife of Donald Trump, 71, President of the US, posted a heartfelt video on Instagram

just over a week after Valentine's Day.

However, the video was not dedicated to her husband, nor is anything known of whether

they spent part of the romantic day together.

Instead, Melania spent the day visiting children in Bethesda, Maryland to make Valentine's

Day – and later posted a video which didn't feature Donald either.

Melania wore a red coat to visit the Children's Inn at the National Institute of Health.

In the video, Melania is seen bending down to talk to and hug the children.

The children are busy making Valentine's cards with glitter – some of which are addressed

to "Mrs Trump" – and baking heart shaped cookies.

The First Lady later hands out Valentine's cards, featuring beautiful calligraphy, to

the children.

She captioned the video with a heartfelt message about how "exceptionally strong" she found

the children.

"Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting with some exceptionally strong children currently

patients at the National Institutes of Health.

"Thank you The Children's Inn for all that your wonderful staff and facility do

to help our children."

On Valentine's Day itself, she tweeted that she was "looking forward" to the visit.

Looking forward to a very sweet afternoon visiting @theChildrensInn & celebrating Valentine's

Day with some kids at @NIH!

#HappyValentinesDay

Many followers praised Melania for the video, and for her obvious commitment to her First

Lady role.

One wrote: "Such a classy elegant and intelligent woman.

If only every country had a sensible First Lady like America is so lucky to have."

However, over on Twitter, some called her out with the lack of mention of Donald, with

one writing: "Absolutely love that she doesn't even mention her husband."

Who are Melania Trump's parents?

It has been reported they have become US residents recently.

Melania's parents, Viktor Knavs, 73, and Amalija Knavs, 71, are both of Slovenian origin,

and previously lived in Novo Mesto, then part of Yugoslavia, when Melania was born.

MY INSTAGRAM VLOG - Did the lake disappear? #01 - Duration: 2:55.

Hi my name is Tom and in this new series of videos

I'll always try to show a photo from my Instagram account

and I'm going to try to tell you how this photo was shot and some stories about it

So let's start!

On today's photo you can see a pond which is completely dried out

It is situated nearby the border between the Czech Republic and Austria

and interesting thing is that

although I ride a bike around it quite often

I have never seen it completely empty

Actually, just the day I was there

I've had the DSLR with me

which is quite doesn't happen that often

that I have the camera with me just when I need it

to take a picture of something rare

So I actually decided to stop at the pond

and go to the center of the pond

to try to take an interesting photo because

one usually can't get there

The interesting thing about this image is that

you can notice that on the reed is something

that shows the level of water from the time before it was drained

That fascinated and I thought that

I'll try to take a picture of it.

What was more fascinating, but not in a good way

was that when I shot this picture I noticed

what people can throw into the water

It's not even possible what I found there

Various pet-bottles, glass, even a pierced soccer ball etc.

So guys, don't throw anything into the water

when the pond is dried up, it will appear once again

The last interesting thing was the reed which I've mentioned earlier

because the day I shot this picture I decided

to go look at the reed

and I felt like in a labyrinth

It was mind-blowing how the reed was dense and grew one over another

which I also tried to photograph but

it didn't go well

it would be really challenging

So I definitely have this picture stored in my memory

because we have never seen this pond empty

we thought it was a natural pond and there was no fishing allowed

nothing like that, so it's definitely one of those good shots I like to remember
