i'm well aware. you're in shepe;

you've been quiet for a few weeks now.

men, this stuff's fiddly, isn't it?

and heavy.

I'LL GET USED TO IT.

THANKS, SANS. I CAN GET THE REST.

seriously, though

you seem kind of down,

especially for a guy who just got his dream job, and all.

i must en-squire about you mental well-being, bro.

IT'S A LOT MORE RESPONSIBILITY THAN JUST BEING A SENTRY, SANS.

uh... en-squire?

because

helped you with your armor?

noting?

OH, RIGHT. THAT'S TERRIBLE,

I HAVE NO BROTHER, ET CETERA...

why won't you tell me what's eating you?

NOTHING IS I'M FINE

I'M JUST TIRED.

SANS!

no, listen.

you're acting really off and it's weirding me out.

we're family, we don't...

we don't keep thing from each other,

so, i'll ask you again. what's going on with you?

OH THAT'S RICH!

SO I'M SUPPOSED TO BE PEPPY AND CHEERFUL ALL THE TIME,

AM I?

I'M NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A BAD DAY?

bro...?

YOU'RE THE ONE WHO SLEEPS TWELVE HOURS A DAY!

YOU'RE THE ONE WHO STUMBLES AROUND UNWASHED AND HALF-DRESSED ALL THE TIME!

*STOP!

YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING UNLESS I PHYSICALLY SHOVE YOU OUTSIDE,

AND EVEN THEN YOU PUT FORTH THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM EFFORT YOU CAN GET AWAY WITH.

*STOP!

SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH ME?

WHEN'S THE LAST TIME YOU WASHED THOSE CLOTHES?

WHEN'S THE LAST TIME YOU SHOWERED?

YOU SMELL LIKE WET DOG HAIR AND FEET.

*GOD, WHY CAN'T I STOP?

*WHY WON'T I JUST SHUT UP?

I'M THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM?

YOU CAN'T EVEN--

NO, YOU REFUSE TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!

YOU REFUSE TO TAKE ANYTHING SERIOUSLY.

YOU THINK I WANT TO DRAG YOU ALONG BY THE WRIST FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES?

YOU THINK I WANT TO BE THE ONE KEEPING YOU GOING DAY IN AND DAY OUT?

I SHOULD BE ASKING WHAT'S WRONG WITH...

I SHOULD...

*WHY HAVE I NEVER ASKED IF SANS IS OKAY?

please,

stop.

I'M... UH

I NEED TO START MY PATROL.

yeah,

guess i should get ready for work anyway

NO, YOU SHOULD STAY HOME TODAY.

BETTER YOU FALL ASLEEP HERE THAN AT YOUR STATION.

Wow, looking sharp, Papyrus!

*OF COURSE HE'D SAY THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE ON THE WAY HERE.

*NOT THAT THOSE COMPLIMENTS FELT GOOD ANYWAY.

So, i couldn't help overhear you reading your brother the riot act earlier.

THAT'S BETWEEN MY BROTHER AND ME.

If you ask me,

you were completely in the right.

It wasn't my place to say anything,

but i've thought for a long time now that he takes advantage of your kind nature.

Not that i think he means to, don't get me wrong,

but that guy has some serious issues, don't you think?

Maybe he'll do some thinking thanks to your intervention.

*YEAH, HE'D DO SOME THINKING ON WHAT A JERK HIS HIS BROTHER WAS.

I DON'T KNOW WHY I WAS ACTING LIKE THAT.

ONCE I GOT GOING, I COULDN'T STOP,

AND THE THINGS I WAS SAYING WERE SO...

MEAN!

A family isn't a family without a lot of pent-up resentment and bitterness, Papyrus.

Relax.

Besides, sometimes the truth only sinks in when it's harsh.

Sad, but true.

I'd think you if all people would get that, right?

Well, I won't keep you, Guardsman Papyrus!

Don't worry about it too much, okay?

It's his problem that he's wasting his life, not yours.

Oh,

And don't forget our practice tonight, huh?

Wear your armor.

*IT CAN'T GO ON LIKE THIS.

*I NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT FLOWEY WANTS OUT OF ALL THIS SO I CAN GET HIM TO STOP.

*ALL I WANTED WAS TO GET INTO THE GUARD.

*WHY ARE WE STILL CONTINUING?

*UNLESS HE JUST LIKES BEATING ON ME FOR IT'S OWN SAKE.

*BUT...

*FLOWEY'S JUST A CHILD, RIGHT?

*HE'S GONE THROUGH SUCH HORRIBLE THINGS,

*AND HE MUST'VE BEEN ALONE FOR SO LONG.

*PERHAPS HE JUST DOESN'T DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE.

*MAYBE I CAN TALK WITH HIM TONIGHT.

*FLOWEY ISN'T BEING A VERY GOOD FRIEND,

*AND SOMETHING HAS GOT TO CHANGE.

*IT'LL BE SCARY TO STAND UP TO HIM, BUT I'VE GOT TO TRY.

*I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYONE.

Hope for a Better Bipolar Life. Is It Really Possible? - Duration: 4:25.

What's up, guys? It's Hannah.

I went back to my blonde roots.

I'm entering a new chapter of my life.

So I figured it was necessary.

Fun fact.

The two most important people in my life are my psychiatrist, my hairstylist.

My mom is cool too though.

Hope for a better life with bipolar disorder.

Is it even really possible?

The quick answer is yes.

It definitely is possible.

A lot of where I am today,

doing well living with bipolar 2 disorder,

of course has so much to do with treatment;

which I've talked about before.

So subscribe to my YouTube channel and check my previous videos.

A lot of it, on the other side of things,

has to do with my mentality.

And, no, don't worry. I'm not gonna tell you,

"Oh yeah, when you're in a depressive episode,

just think positively.

I know when I'm in a depressive episode,

like I can't think at all.

I'm not exactly talking about that type of mentality.

And I think a good place to start is

with one of my favorite self-help books

called the Subtle Art of Not Giving A F***

by Mark Manson;

which I highlight every single day and read it.

It's part of my daily routine.

And in the book,

he says a really great line

that I'm going to read to you now.

"The avoidance of suffering is a form of suffering.

The avoidance of struggle is a struggle.

The denial of failure is a failure.

Hiding what is shameful is itself a form of shame."

It speaks so clearly to this idea of mentality.

Because I know that when you live with bipolar disorder,

you are constantly told

that in order to live this great life,

you have to be symptom-free.

You have to be cured of it;

which automatically labels it

as something to be ashamed of.

I was 19 years old when I got put in handcuffs,

put in the back of a cop car

and taken to a mental hospital

and diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder.

And this isn't to evoke empathy.

But all of those moments...

and I remember walking outside

and looking ahead of me

thinking my life is over.

Everything alluded to this idea

that living this life I dreamed of,

having a good life,

was not possible.

As I kept moving forward with my journey

and learning at 28 years old today,

what I have seen is those struggles,

those problems,

the mental hospital,

bipolar disorder,

is what shaped me into the person

that I am today.

Because I allowed it to.

I let go of the idea

that this was ever going away.

I stopped wishing it away.

I stopped believing that in order for me to live a happy life,

I had to be an individual who didn't live with bipolar disorder.

I am NOT cured.

I am not the ideal mental health patient.

I don't have the healthiest habits.

I go through ups and downs.

I can be reckless.

I make mistakes.

I'm overly emotional on a daily basis, okay?

But I'm not ashamed of those.

I don't fight with my depressive episodes.

I roll with them.

It's not a sign of failure.

It's a sign of strength.

So focus on yourself as an individual.

What are you passionate about?

What do you want to do?

Where can you go with that passion?

You can do so many things.

I see you.

I see your comments.

I know how brilliant you are.

So I believe it is possible to live a better life

and to have a good life with bipolar disorder.

It's just how you define what a good life is.

And I think if you say

a good life is living without bipolar

and the problems it comes with,

it will eventually lead you...

to not living a good life,

an authentic life.

And I really want to hear your thoughts about this.

So, please, please, again, share this with me.

And I'll see you next week.

Bye.

Hammock Camping is best - at least if you ask me! - Duration: 9:04.

Hey guys, as a new summer camping season is

almost here again, I thought it

it´s a good time to discuss hammock camping

Hammock camping is big part of my outdoor life and

it certainly plays a role in my videos

In many of my camping videos

I´ve mentioned something

about gear or about hanging the hammock

as a whole hammock camping is too much

to go through in a camping video

I wanted to a spesific make a video for it

Let me tell you about my experiences with a hammock

we´ll also take a look at setting up a hammock camp

Theres a couple of reasons why I like hammock camping so much

The main reason is the openness

I can see around very well

It´s roomy under the tarp, and I feel closer to nature with an open shelter

When I hang my hammock at a lakeside

or other cool natural place

so that I have a good view

it´s great to hang out and especially mornings are great

Secondly, I can always find a place for a hammock

there´s a lot of forests and lakes in Finland

great places to hang a hammock

even if it´s not a spesific camping ground

Northernmost areas in Finland are above the treeline, but

apart from that, it´s easy to find a spot to hang

it could be even on a wet spot

or on a rocky terrain or slope

none of that basically matters as long as there´s two trees

Third on my list is comfort

a hammock is just so comfy, like floating in the air

the experience is always the same, no rocks or pine cones under your back

the ground can be uneven and it doesnt matter

Sleeping on your side is good too

you can hear that asked often

I sleep on my side always, without problems

A hammock is good for sitting too,

you can sit and rest that way too

A hammock camp can look like

a mess of lines at first

I´ll admit it takes some getting used to

using the long lines

without making a mess

But it´s not rocket science by any means

when you know the lines´ purpose

they start to seem more intelligible

First step is to choose a spot for the hammock

we´ll need two healthy trees

and avoid dead or half-dead trees

I look for good, sturdy trees

a diameter of 20cm or so is good

a thinner tree will do also, but

it will bend with the weight

Always when possible,

I pick good sturdy trees

For my gear, a good distance between trees is 8 steps

and even though a trained eye can find good spots

and trees that have the right distance

I have a habit of measuring distance with steps

That way I can be 100% confident

that it´s easy to set up with no surprises

If you´re new to hammock camping, you might want to practice your setup

at a nearby forest or park

when you get it right, measure the tree distance with steps

then it´s easy to check when looking for hammock spots

First we´ll set up the treehuggers

a wider strap to protect the tree

a narrow line would

tear the tree bark

a wider strap doesn´t do that

It´s best if the strap goes a full circle

and both ends unite

the hammock will hang on both strap loops

a tough carabiner is the simplest solution here

After setting up the straps,

we get to hang the hammock itself

the suspension has a lenght adjustment

there are different kind of systems

the purpose is the same anyway

they adjust the height and tightness of the hammock

Height is important for sitting mostly

it´s better if your feet reach the ground

For sleeping, tightness is more important

So you want to get it right

Right tension is easy to get with some experiments

There´s also a rule

The suspension should be at around 30 degrees in angle

Then you know you´re on the right track

Another thing about setting up is that

the foot end should be around 20-30cm higher

roughly 20-30cm that is

Decide which way you´re going to lay and

lift the foot end treehugger higher

This is because the lay is better

your back will be more leveled

higher foot end will also

prevent you from sliding towards the middle in the hammock

Some hammocks, like my Amazonas

have a separate cord to lift the bugnet

I like to use shock cord for that

We need an insulation layer under the hammock

it could simply be a camping pad

put inside the hammock, or

if the hammock has a double layer

you can put the camping pad between the layers

A hammock underquilt is best though,

it´s rigged under the hammock

unto the suspension lines

the main thing here is to

rig it tightly enough

If it hangs too low,

it won´t hold warmth well

We need protection from rain and wind too,

we´ll use a light cover, a tarp

I always have my tarp in ´diamond´ setup

Good rain protection, yet good visibility

it won´t block the view too much

I can still see around very well

There´s so many different tarp setups

by trying them out, you´ll know what you like best

The tarp hangs on the same trees as the hammock

the sides can be tied unto nearby trees

or with stakes to the ground

I usually have the back side

with a stake unto the ground

and the front side high up, tied to a tree

in this rocky spot I have both tarp sides tied unto trees

So, this was a small intro to hammock camping

Don´t worry, you´ll learn the setup easily

if you want to use a hammock

I´ll only suggest not to go out without some practice

a nearby forest or park is good for practice

that way you´ll know our stuff when you go out on real hiking trips

I´ll make a list of this gear into the description

for a basic hammock my suggestion is this Amazonas

with DDHammocks´ suspension

they´ll make a great pair

There are very many good tarps available

My underquilt is with down filling,

I wouldn´t recommend such pricey gear for your first one

DDHammocks has an affordable synthetic underquilt

I´ll put it in the description as a suggestion

There´s so much stuff and different brands out there

I don´t think that brands really matter

it´s easy to get confused with all the gear madness

The Amazonas Moskito Traveller has one of the best value for the money

that´s why I´m recommending it

Thanks for your interest, we´ll see in the next one

Goodbye!

Largest Social Security Increase In 6 Years Is On It's Way - Duration: 13:01.

Largest Social Security Increase In 6 Years Is On It's Way

WASHINGTON — Millions of Social Security recipients and other retirees are getting

a 2 percent increase in benefits next year–the largest increase since 2012.

Still, that comes to only $25 a month for the average beneficiary.

The Social Security Administration announced the cost-of-living increase Friday.

The COLA affects benefits for more than 70 million U.S. residents, including Social Security

recipients, disabled veterans and federal retirees.

That's about one in five Americans.

AARP gave muted praise to the 2 percent bump, saying in a statement that it "gives some

relief to Social Security beneficiaries and their families who depend on their earned,

modest benefits."

By law, the COLA is based on a broad measure of consumer prices generated by the Bureau

of Labor Statistics.

Advocates for seniors claim the inflation index doesn't accurately capture rising

prices faced by seniors, especially for health care.

Image may contain: 1 person, smiling, standing and text

"It's squeezing them.

It's causing them to dip into savings more quickly," said Mary Johnson of The Senior

Citizens League.

"The lifetime income that they were counting on just isn't there."

Some conservatives, on the other hand, argue that the inflation index is too generous because

when prices go up, people change their buying habits and buy cheaper alternatives.

Consumer prices went up only slightly in the past year despite a recent spike in gasoline

prices after a series of hurricanes slowed oil production in the Gulf Coast, said Max

Gulker, senior research fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research.

"For the most part, there was a decline in energy prices for a lot of the year,"

Gulker said.

"But at the end of the year we saw that uptick in gas from the hurricanes."

The average monthly Social Security payment is $1,258, or about $15,000 a year.

Congress enacted automatic annual increases for Social Security in 1975.

Presidents often get blamed when increases are small or zero.

But President Donald Trump has no power to boost the increase, unless he persuades Congress

to change the law.

In 2009, President Barack Obama persuaded Congress to approve one-time payments of $250

to Social Security recipients as part an economic stimulus package.

Image may contain: 1 person, smiling, standing and text

Over the past eight years, the annual COLA has averaged just above 1 percent.

In the previous decade, it averaged 3 percent.

Johnson noted that multiple years of small or no COLAs reduces the income of retirees

for the rest of their lives.

"Think about the length of a retirement period.

Eight years is about a third of a (healthy) retirement," Johnson said.

The COLA is based on the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers,

or CPI-W, a broad measure of consumer prices.

It measures price changes for food, housing, clothing, transportation, energy, medical

care, recreation and education.

The August report says energy prices are up 6.5 percent from the previous year, while

the cost of medical care is up just 1.7 percent.

The cost of food is up 1.1 percent.

The COLA is calculated using the average CPI-W for July, August

and September.

Nuclear Bomb Drops on Chelsea Clinton – THIS IS IT

A new book has claimed that Hillary Clinton's top aides referred to the Clinton Foundation

as her daughter Chelsea's "nest egg."

Daily Mail reported that this was revealed by New York Times reporter Amy Chozick in

her new book "Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns and One Intact

Glass Ceiling."

Clinton's fundraiser took in $250million for the Clinton Foundation before she announced

her White House run.

Chelsea has frantically been berating Chozick on Twitter this week, accusing her of writing

"fiction."

"Hi @amychozick!

Hearing there are more tidbits about me in your book which were easily fact checked and

you fact checked…none of them.

Here's an easy one: I've never gotten hair keratin treatment.

The others would have been equally easy!"

Chelsea tweeted on Tuesday.

Chelsea also attacked MSNBC host Katy Tur for defending Chozick.

"Hi Katy!

Neither Amy nor her fact checker reached out to me or my office at any point, about anything.

I care about facts as I believe you do too," Chelsea tweeted.

It looks like Chelsea is a bit worried about this!

This will renew scrutiny of the Clinton Foundation, which is being investigated by the FBI over

a possible pay-to-play scheme while Clinton was Secretary of State.

The investigation was launched in part due to an email that was released by WikiLeaks

in which a top aide of Bill Clinton's said that the foundation paid for Chelsea's wedding.

"The investigation into her getting paid for campaigning, using foundation resources

for her wedding and life for a decade, taxes on money from her parents," Bill's aide

Doug Band wrote.

This Is Why Steve Harvey Will Probably Not Do Anymore Stand-Up Comedy - Duration: 4:01.

This Is Why Steve Harvey Will Probably Not Do Anymore Stand-Up Comedy

Steve Harvey has come a long way since his legendary "Kings of Comedy" days.

The comedian is a multi-faceted host with his own production company.

It seems like he can anything but he's recently revealed that he's hesitant when it comes to returning to his roots.

With the current political climate and all eyes turning to social media, almost anything and everything a celebrity says and does is up for public discussion.

Personalities who state their opinion on their outlets, whether it be podcasts or social media pages, run the risk of losing sponsors just as actors run the risks of losing their roles depending on how the comments are received.

Sponsors are what keeps his talk show and his position on "Family Feud" going.

"That's the one hesitancy I have with going back to stand-up.

I'm a sponsor-driven business, and they keep moving the line of political correctness.

It keeps getting closer and closer to where you can't open your mouth negatively.

Throw away freedom of speech.

That's out the window now," Steve explained.

He also brought up another good point.

"The Ku Klux Klan and the skinheads can get a permit to walk down the street to bash Jews, gays, blacks, immigrants, anybody.

But if I tell a joke, Procter & Gamble pulls.

Once Procter & Gamble pulls, Mercedes gotta pull.

Then Kool-Aid.

That's an ugly place to be in.

But you can get a permit and put a hood on your head to walk down the street.

Really? Regardless as to what our president said, there's not good people on both sides," the 61-year-old added.

Steve is no stranger to controversy.

His talk show is currently being sued for sexual harassment after a woman claims she was booked to appear as a fit mom who likes to show off her curves.

Instead, she was made to change and stood before an audience while they voted whether she appeared as a "whore," "slut," "ratchet," or "[has] daddy issues.

Do you think Steve Harvey has a point?.

$500 commissions as people sign up for VIP partners so you know you can't start

this for free if you're running low on money I would suggest that you do that

you know you can you make hundred dollar

Commission's on people to sign up is VIP partners and then you know as you start

generating sales you'll be able to join up become a VIP partner I will let you

know there's almost like six six or seven maybe even eight other income

streams inside the VIP partnership so definitely you want to you want to make

sure that you're you're maximizing as much opportunity for profit with the

system as you can because everything's done for you you know they're sending

out emails for you they're doing all the selling and telling rate right here

inside the system and so let's just do a quick walkthrough of the different

things you know you you get this how to get started video there is a Facebook

group and you will you join a Facebook group and Chuck is very active inside of

there there's another video on it's like forty two minutes so it's becoming a VIP

partners definitely you know worth your at worth your money and like I say I'm

gonna do another video on becoming a VIP partner I'm not going to discuss that in

this basic review video and then Chuck is going to walk us through how to scale

your business up to making 10k per month and here's some of the training that you

get the last video that's not up yet is actually going to be him taking I think

like twelve hundred dollars I think is what he said twelve hundred dollars for

paid traffic and he is going to start his system completely from scratch with

no leads and no sales no Commission's no anything and he's going to show us using

the various different income streams and traffic resources that are built inside

the system he's going to show us how to scale this up to making 10k per month so

you know you you get in here you've got the training to get you started you got

even some mindset and development you know and basically it's really as simple

as just making sure you're getting traffic to this link and doesn't get any

easier than that guy you know it just really really doesn't

I've been marketing online for about four years now and a lot of systems

claim to do what this one actually does you know I've been disappointed with

quite a few of the different programs and once I once I opted in you know you

actually literally had to had to purchase this or purchase that and it

was wasn't really free where you could actually earn money and like I said with

this one you actually can as people sign up of course they need to be upgrading

to the VIP partnership and you know you're getting the front end you're

getting $1.00 per lead if you do decide to join get response and click magic so

you get paid to build your list but as a free member you know you you can do

videos and you can share your link on Facebook and Twitter and Instagram and

get people to sign up for this VIP partnership and boom you're making

hundred dollar Commission's and you haven't spent a dime so I mean it's a

no-brainer guys so I'm going to keep this video short what you get when you

join my team is I have my own free training group I have a free and I have

That Nerdy Catholic is Back - Duration: 7:19.

well it's been four weeks since the end of #vLent it's been a good break but it's

time to get back to the channel thank y'all for sticking with me. I can't

believe I just said y'all. I'm not even in the South. I want to thank you for

sticking with me so let's look at the future, what's in store for That Nerdy Catholic

coming up. if you hear a little bit of wind today I'm sorry I didn't put

the little mousey windscreen guy on my microphone I'm looking forward to doing

some experiments on this channel, both in content and in style so I'll

probably do some more experiments like this walking around vlog maybe some

dramas who knows but you know the sky's the limit the main thing I want this

channel to be about that's what I've always wanted to be about finding common

ground between Catholics and Protestants and so my desire is to help some people

see that Catholics or Christians really that's that sums up what I want to do on

my channel. I want my fellow Protestant brothers and sisters to realize the Catholics are

Christians. I think we all need to take part in this discussion about what it

means to be a Christian what it means to be a follower of Christ and even what it

means to be a Catholic and what it means to be a Protestant. What it means to be an

evangelical what it means to be Orthodox the church has never been static the

church has grown I've heard this analogy a lot that the church started off in the

time of Christ as an acorn and now it's an oak tree it was always an oak but now

it is is bigger it's more complicated and no matter how big and how

complicated the church is God is always going to be bigger still one thing that

I want to say again is that I want this to be a conversation I would love to hear

your thoughts in the comments below about what you think unity means about

what you think ecumenism means what it could be what it should be and so how is

this channel going to look going forward I'm not going to be able to keep up the

schedule that I did during #vLent of having a new video every Monday through

Saturday and so I'm going to be dialing back a bit

sorry I just heard a engine in the sky and I wanted to see the airplane fly so

what's the schedule moving forward every Monday morning I'm going to be putting

up a new vlog every Wednesday at noon Eastern Standard Time

I'll be doing a live stream probably about 30 minutes maybe a little bit

longer in these live streams I'll focus on the topic of the vlog of that week

but you can come on ask any questions that you want I'll try

and have a good conversation with each other and every Friday morning I'll be

putting up a video that has something to do with the coming home network the work

that we're doing the content that we're putting out maybe it will be something

about the short video that we put out that week the signposts or the insights

video one of the deepen history videos that we put up before but Friday morning

will be a coming home Network related video I really want to bridge the work

that I'm doing on my youtube channel on that nerdy Catholic with the coming home

network especially the coming Network YouTube channel I'm really excited about

the content that we're putting out at the coming Network and I'm looking

forward to talking more about the work behind this content as well as the

content itself new vlog every Monday morning live stream every Wednesday at

noon Eastern Standard Time and Friday morning some sort of a coming

home network related content video I'm gonna i'm gonna change my start walking

back and change my perspective again i'm going to start walking back and change

my perspective again i'm going to start walking back and change my perspective

again

it's really neat-looking Methodist church here really cool old brick

building some neat stained-glass windows that was built in 1820 one more thing I

am planning on putting up a patreon campaign at some point in the next month

or two I've been thinking about rewards and incentives. Some fun things to

do with content just for Patreon supporters if you have any ideas any

thoughts you would love to share I would love to hear them this is all new to me

I'm figuring this out as I go along and so I'm looking forward to having you as my

partners if you are you've never been to the Midwest you won't know that there's

so many trains that go through here

one of the reward levels is definitely going to be a private Facebook group

where you can come and you can help me think about the content and the direction

of this channel I don't want to do this all by myself

say it again I'll keep on saying it I'm not an expert but it's just a passion of

mine I want to share my faith I want to share my journey I want to hear about

your journeys as well I want to find the common ground between Catholics and

Protestants I've lived in both worlds and I want to see those worlds come

closer together and so I invite you again on this adventure this adventure

of unity this advent... this adventure of ecumenism and let's think together

how can we find common ground so this is the first of my vlogs come back

Wednesday at noon for my first live stream and Friday morning for my first

coming home network video yeah let's see where we go I'm excited about this.

You can watched another video up here If you like what I'm doing on this channel hit

that subscribe button hit that like button if you liked this video and that

church-bell to get a notification when I put up a new video I'll see you at the

live stream on Wednesday god bless

What is earnest money? - Duration: 5:41.

Today I am answering the question what is earnest money, and we are starting

right now. Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel. I'm Karin Carr, a real estate

agent with Keller Williams in Savannah Georgia. If you're interested in all

things real estate be sure to hit that subscribe button right there because you

know, I talk about some good stuff every week and if you're not a

subscriber how are you gonna know? So what is earnest money? When you are

buying a house you're going to put down a good faith deposit. This is what earnest

money is. So let's say you're under contract buy a house for $150,000.

You'll put down your earnest money as a deposit to take

the house off of the market and move forward with selling it to you. Let's

say that you're buying a house for $200,000 you're going to put up some

money as a good-faith deposit in order for the seller to take it off the market

and work with you. This is money that is refundable to you if you cancel during

your due diligence period. If you don't know what due diligence is I did a video

about that. You can link right up here and watch that later. But first you're

going to do all of your inspections. You're going to do a home inspection,

maybe a termite inspectionm you can practice driving to work every morning

from the house, you can check out the neighborhood, you can see what the HOA

fees are, and basically inspect that house to your heart's content during

your due diligence period. If you find anything that's a deal-breaker for you

and you end up cancelling you can get your earnest money back. But if you

remove your contingencies, you've done the appraisal, you've done your

inspections, you've gotten the green light from your lender, you're moving

full steam ahead, and then you cancel the seller is entitled to keep your earnest

money. This is what the seller would keep as damages if you are ever in

breach of contract, so the more money you put

down as earnest money it shows that you're a more serious buyer. But you also

stand to lose more should you ever be in breach of contract. Now if you are

working with a real estate agent who is representing you (I would never let my

buyers be in breach of contract) I would make sure that they knew... we're moving

forward with the purchase. We've gotten the green light from the lender, the

property appraised for the sales price, you've done all of your inspections,

you're happy, you know that if we go forward at this point and then you

cancel you would be losing that earnest money. Are you 100% certain that you're

ready to move forward? So hopefully you're working with an

agent that is going to be guiding you and letting you know of those timeframes

so that we never put that earnest money in jeopardy. The last thing we ever want

to do is have you lose your earnest money. There are typically three

contingencies when you're buying a house and they are listed right here - the

inspection contingency meaning we are happy with the condition of the house

and what we're getting, the financing contingency - your lender said that yes,

they will give you the loan. And the appraisal contingency where the property

has appraised for what you've offered to pay for it, if not higher. If you cancel

during your due diligence period - you did your home inspection and you were not happy

with what you found, you are entitled to get your earnest money back. If you

cancel prior to having your loan approval let's say the interest rates

went up sky-high you suddenly can't afford the monthly payment any more or

the lender denies you the loan maybe something happened you lost your job

you're not able to buy the house anymore you're able to cancel prior to the

expiration of the financing contingency and be entitled to your earnest money

back* (see description box below). If the property does not appraise for the purchase price in certain

circumstances you are entitled to get your earnest money back. But if you do

all of those things and three days before closing when everybody's all set

to close you say, "Oops, another house came on the market down the street and

we like that one better," you're probably gonna lose your earnest money. So

those are some things to be aware of. Now when you go to the closing table your

earnest money is applied toward your closing costs so

it's not in addition to the closing costs, it is part of it. If your lender said

your closing costs are going to cost $6000, you've already put down

$1000 then the cash to bring to the table would only be $5000

instead. When does earnest money get deposited? Your earnest money, whether

you write a check or you do a wire transfer, will probably get deposited the

first week that you are under contract. So make sure you have money in your

account and the check doesn't bounce. So now you know what earnest money is. If

this is your first time buying a house click this link right up here. I did a

video series on how to buy your first house ever and we walk through the

entire process step by step. If you like this video be sure to hit

the thumbs up button, leave me a comment and consider subscribing to my channel. I

post new videos every Monday and I'd love to have you join the community.

Thanks so much and we'll see you next week!

BLOOPER REEL: Did you hear my stomach just growl? Because you were out of contract - that's

The Truth About Collective Manifestation, The Media, and How to TRANSCEND It - Duration: 14:08.

this video I'm gonna show you the truth about what is called collective

manifestation I'm gonna share with you how to transcend that of the media how

to transcend that of social conditioning so that you start to create what you

want easier than ever welcome back to another video my name is Erin and I help

people expand their consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you

more about understanding I know social conditioning what is called collective

manifestation and how we can start to transcend that of what is normally

keeping us in a little box now this is something that will sound a little bit

more esoteric but if you've been watching my videos on reality transfer

fene if you've been watching my videos where I talk more about how the

vibration is speeding up on the planet and how manifestation is coming more

easily than ever then this will make a little bit more sense in that context

now this has to do with understanding first off that there is an

electromagnetic energy around each of our bodies

now they've proven this they've shown this using different types of testing to

see that there is an aura around our body and then beyond that the heart math

Institute has shown that the electromagnetic energy of that of the

heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head now the

cool thing about this is that in general the momentum that we're feeling with the

emotions that we feel with the thoughts that we're having that toroidal field

around our body which every one of us has is constantly vibrating at a certain

frequency and depending on that frequency we will then go into the world

we will have certain experiences that will resonate with that frequency of the

electromagnetic energy around of our body now the cool thing as well is

there's no momentum to it and if we change our thoughts if we change our

feelings we change the momentum of it so in general for about a month there is a

certain momentum of the thoughts that we've been thinking of the feelings

we've been having and this isn't to make you feel like there's so much you have

to do to try to change that just to make you aware of what have you been thinking

and feeling because if you're in a little bit of a rut it's

not gonna last forever you can switch your focus you can switch your momentum

and then change what you are manifesting and creating inside of your life now

with understanding that now let's understand it from more of a collective

point of view collectively there are many of us that have this

electromagnetic energy around our body I mean we all do but then what happens is

as we have similar thoughts to one another this is from reality tram

surfing what we do is having similar thoughts as other people we create what

are called pendulums now pendulums is just a metaphor for understanding that

our thoughts have an electromagnetic type reality current to them and when

multiple people think similar things that develops momentum for us to

experience that so this could be some type of collective event it could be

something when you look at being a Republican or Democrat those are

pendulums whether you're for or against them if you're for or you're fighting

one then you are feeding it at the same time if you are four against a certain

sports team you may be feeding that pendulum it doesn't have to be a bad

thing but just be aware of it because many times you may think you're thinking

your own emotions when in reality you're thinking the emotions of this general

thought consensus you're thinking the emotion of that the collective energy

and you're thinking that it's yourself so this is where we then get to

understanding something that there is this is something that people know and I

do not mean this in a negative way I mean this in a very positive way when I

first became I first went through my spiritual awaking I became more aware of

how my thoughts correlate with what I experienced in my life and I just had

this inner knowing that at a certain level that is suppressed from people

from knowing at a very deep level now what do I mean by that well I thought to

myself I can't be this special that I know this like I can see it I can feel

it I just intuitively know that it is true that we create our own realities

but why isn't this taught in schools why isn't this talked about on the media why

isn't this talked about at all why is it completely suppressed

and what I realized they're doing a lot of research is that there are certain

forces that want to keep it so that we are not aware that we create our own

reality because if we are more manageable because we don't believe in

our own power if we are able to just be programmed by the media programmed by

the things that we're paying attention to then were more easily contained and

if we don't know our true power some other organizations and people can

retain the power now once again if this is your first time hearing it I do not

mean for this to be scary you doesn't have to be scary it just can be

empowering if you choose to know that that means you can take your power back

so in general there is an understanding of the very high level and I'm not going

to necessarily get into that of understanding the Illuminati or any of

these back governments or any of the understanding of that but it has to do

with knowing that they at a deeper level whoever they are understand that there

is a certain level of creation that happens when we are focused in a certain

direction now collectively we go collectively create our realities

together based on certain energies based on what we are collectively thinking and

because of that there is certain ways that we can understand to take our power

back from adding to the energy the probabilities of things happened on the

planet that we don't necessarily prefer this is when things will happen like the

certain waves of economic crashes this is when things will happen that seem to

be devastating events that happen and sometimes those can be triggered by

certain things but what we can learn how to do and I mean this in a very positive

way we can start to take our power back by

taking our focus back now what can you do to really change this what you could

become aware of is that your focus is being pulled in many different

directions it's being pulled on believing the world is bad because of

the media if you are watching the media and if you've taken your power back and

you don't watch the media and whatever my media is the mainstream media is

specifically then if you do that you start to take your energy in your

emotion back anytime we focus on something and feel a certain way we are

adding electromagnetic energy and momentum to that reality having that

kind of experience so what can we do start to more so observe your thoughts

and start to realize that there is an agenda behind what the media is showing

you so what you can begin to do is not watch the media or if you do watch it

watch it from a place of awareness because there's this understanding that

whatever we focus on is growing whenever we focus input moment and momentum and

energy behind is creating that more so within the collective consciousness but

I believe that this is the most important time to be alive in the

history of our planet and that is because there is an awakening a speeding

up of vibration there is a spiritual awakening that is happening collectively

not every single person is going through this at this moment but I believe that

over the course of the next 10 15 20 years there'll be more and more people

going through this and in a certain level there could be a spiritual

Renaissance that happens I believe it's the reason that so many people are here

at this time it's over 7 billion people that are here right now it's because

this is the place to be because collectively there's never been this

kind of awakening on a planet that's just what I believe I know it's a little

bit out there get a believe me I get it however with that with that awareness of

spiritual awakening comes understanding that we create our own reality that our

thoughts and our focus has power and when we start to take our power back

guess what we can start to co-create what we want collectively in a much more

powerful way now they've shown before that if you get

200 meditators and you have them focus on certain areas of the planet or just

focus on love that that will statistically change the amount of

violence it'll decrease the amount of violence in certain areas so what they

would do is they would put monks or people that meditate in certain areas of

the city have them meditate on peace and love and statistically speaking

there is less crime there is less violence so knowing that that is

something that is powerful imagine what we could do collectively if we started

to put positive energy on building a future that we really want instead of

focused on separation we started focusing on connection we started

realizing that we have the power but until we start to claim our power back

we won't really experience the full ramifications of it and what we can

really do because until then we're going to continue to give away our focus to

give away our power the same that this is the kind of system that we will that

we will allow for now we can allow ourselves to have an amazing future if

we get together and start to focus on optimal timelines on optimal parallel

realities that we want to experience because all of them exist there's an

infinite number of parallel realities that exist now what I mean by this is

I've talked on this channel a lot about how we create a reality using parallel

realities how we shift through our focus we shift through our beliefs and that be

dependent on our focus our emotions and beliefs shifts us to parallel realities

that we prefer collectively we do the same thing there is future probable

earths that are amazing there's future probable earths that are not so amazing

but collectively we are creating our reality together and when we start to

become more aware of what we are thinking that's when things begin to

change now here's the kicker though the outside reality is a reflection of the

inside now at a certain level the only way we can really create change in this

world is by first changing ourselves it's from taking the focus from that

direction and bringing it in this direction and here's the thing - as you

begin to transform yourself by paying attention to what you're focused on by

choosing to do things that put you in a better state of being by choosing to let

go and not watch the media or don't want not watch things that trigger lower

emotions within you you start to change your own vibration and that will

literally leak out to every single person around

now the other cool thing is that it does not take a majority of the planet to

change into shifting these optimal timelines or to have this collective

manifestation the way that we want to be because the power of people that are in

a higher vibrational state that are kind of bowed down by all of these lower

emotions have much more power than the people then then hundreds and hundreds

of millions of people that are in those lower states of consciousness I don't

mean that a judgement way just from a point of awareness when you start to let

go of the focus of these lower emotions you will start to raise your vibration

and it will only take a couple hundred thousand of us out of the seven billion

people to shift the planet and to shift our awareness and to shift the planets

momentum of what we experience collectively this I think is very very

empowering to understand is that power exists within of us it is something we

can begin to connect to now if you want to learn how to raise your own

vibrational set point from maybe I'm consistently out of a one out of ten

maybe you feel out of three or four or a five that's how I was I felt a four out

of five for a long time I learned how to meditate I learned some of the

techniques that I use in this meditation and it brought me from a four or five to

seven or eight out of ten I thought that feeling is gonna go away but it never

did it became my natural setpoint I believe that you can also raise your

vibrational set point that's why I've made a free guided meditation that will

show you exactly how to do that I recommend that you listen to it every

day for at least a month and that if you do that you're gonna start to really

experience profound change in your life because as you raise your vibration you

manifest things easier than other than ever and what you can then learn how to

do is how to transcend this social type understanding the social conditioning

you start to really create what you want now remember collectively we are

creating the momentum of what we experience in our lives but at the same

time the best thing you can do is to go within and to decide to let go of what

no longer serves and to change yourself and then as you by you doing that that

will leak out it will be contagious even at subconscious levels to everyone

around you they will shift a change within you

because you are not feeding into those lower vibrations you are choosing to be

who you prefer to be and you are starting to create from a more authentic

place this is something that I think can profoundly change the world and can

profoundly change your world and it's something that I want to help you do as

well so I'm gonna be talking more on this channel about ideas like that if

you guys want me to talk more about these esoteric ideas of understanding

how reality works or understanding how collectively we can start to create more

optimal timelines or any of these esoteric ideas let me know let me know

in the comments if you want me to talk more about that and I will continue to

go more in this esoteric type direction so with that be upset I hope you guys

enjoy this video feel free to like this video if you guys like to subscribe

haven't already I'll also be doing a lot more live cuties on Instagram so if you

want to have more of a live type dialogue with me interaction ask me

questions go ahead and follow me on instagram below so with that being said

please

The world would know the return in the leading role

As the Phoenix, rising from the ashes

of the main genre of Twentieth century

In 2001, released the first album of the band

that NME magazine will call "Rock saviours"

At the time of the coming of Internet

and before the changes that it

will induce on mass music consumption

The Strokes mark with IS THIS IT

return of guitars,

of leather jackets

and of rock style

put in the closet on the previous decade

Why this band has marked its generation ?

and a fortiori, marked me

Is it a historical truth ?

Or a simple formula

to heal this nostalgia

that every rock fan feels listening oldies of last century ?

Have the Strokes saved rock ?

Rock died several times

March 24, 1958

Elvis Presley is going in the army

His generation will struggle to recover

Especially when less than a year after

February 3, 1959

Up-and-coming rock stars

Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens

No link, I'm an only son

died on a plan crash

We will say about that day

called "The day the music died"

that it marked the end of an innocence

July 3, 1971

Jim Morrison died in his bath in Paris

less than a year after deaths of Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin

The LSD generation will have a tough pill to swallow

April 5, 1994

Kurt Cobain shots a bullet in his head

with a shotgun

etc. etc.

Each time, temptation to declare the end of an age was tangible

even founded in the facts

But just before the 21st century

things are a little different

The fault to a technologic and cultural revolution

which begins to replace traditional instruments

in the mainstream music

Recordings of albums with instruments

are more expensive than when two guys

composed a track in their room

with a computer and a simple software

There is an audience

There are people interested by this music

everywhere

and we can reach making stuffs in his room

reach people to the other side of the world

Like me actually !

The guy is showing off !

Even if disc sales are still high

Advent of peer-to-peer few months earlier

with Napster platform

tree rooted out that hides the forest

And the upcoming release of a product named iPod

prepare majors and music industry

to have their last days under the sun

In this context, five "twenty" new-yorkers

will wake up a city

a country, a North Atlantic Treaty

asleep by years of rock drought

The oversized ego of singer Julian Casablancas

will say in the NME magazine

that the Strokes were not just here to save Rock

but also to save the world

Worthy successors in their sound of punk of the Ramones,

rock of the Velvet and Television

The Strokes bring back in Big Apple

what made its glory before

A new sound, racy and influent

Sound that will become a current

and we will call Garage rock revival

heir of Garage rock born in the Sixties

And carried on in the Seventies

using a dirty and saturated sound

with excessive distortion effects

A sound that Julian Casablancas himself

wanted as the one of an old band

who would pass through the time to make this album

With a strong rhythmic part

French-Russian bassist Nikolai Fraiture

and Italian-Brazilian drummer Fabrizio Moretti

are the base for the three others could express their creativity

Because let us make no mistake

The Strokes are a guitar band

Two guitars in the pure early Stones spirit

where their sounds are tangled

British-Argentinian Albert Hammond Jr's

and French-Tunisian Nick Valensi's

No link, I'm an only son

with that style that our old Keith likes

the one he calls "the art of ancient weaving"

Added to this little cocktail Fraiture's subtle bass lines

who doesn't settle for only to follow the guitars

he brings a real harmonic color

complementary to the other two

Then finally, the saturated and distorted voice of American-Danish Julian Casablancas

Imperfect, shrill and lyrical

which brings this melodic garage touch

A voice who paints in its lyrics the life of New-York youth

with as a paradox, to sing it with an apathetic sensitivity

All of it concocted with short songs

in the pure punk tradition of Seventies

in fast studio sessions, recorded in live

As rock has always been inseparable from the clothes

the Strokes, it is a style and faces

They bring back in the fashion leather jackets

skinny jeans

and skinny ties

No tie !

And especially

The Converse !

*this is not an advertising

But beyond all of it, what the Strokes gave to the noughties rock scene

A lot of new bands

not least

to see the bunch of boys bands knowing hit strings which came after

we can say without doubt

that the Strokes have influenced this rebirth

In her oral history "Meet Me In The Bathroom"

Lizzy Goodman notes the fact that the Strokes

had a big impact on the other bands of the moment

IS THIS IT is the spark that set fire to the rock for an entire decade

The coincidence is that it began

when the west world turned into a new geopolitical era

The 9/11

has provided to the New-York culture of these days

this recklessness who characterizes paradoxically tough times

Direct consequences of these events on the album

The Strokes will have to remove a song from it

making apology of NYC cops foolishness

All of this is already far away

The end of this reckless interlude

symbolically estimated in April 2011

by the Strokes live at the Madison Square Garden

has coincided with the coming of social networks

The Strokes are the last rock stars

to have blown up before a new age

We can say what we want of their first album

nevertheless, the excellent critical and commercial review

places it along the best of the noughties

and makes IS THIS IT

one of the best first rock album ever.

Each generation has its own rock band of its twenties

Mine,

between the X and the Y

gets the Strokes

And even if they didn't save rock

they brought back these old instruments

made with wood, iron and electric wires

and this pure and handmade music

To all those who say rock is dead

I answer "everything is cyclic"

Rock will never die

'cause it's not only a musical genre

Rock is a culture

Rock is a mindset

Where are you going ?

Hey, you forgot your cap !

Good evening...

The disc you put on earlier,

what's the name of the band ?

THIS IS IT: WikiLeaks Just Made Hillary Clinton's Worst Nightmare a Reality

Three words may just doom Hillary Clinton's defense strategy when she is called to testify

about the 2010 treasonous Uranium One deal she and her husband profited from.

"It's out there."

Those were the words Tony Carrk, research director for Hillary Clinton, emailed to Jennifer

Palmieri and Brian Fallon, who are respectively Hillary's Communication Director and Press

Secretary.

Thanks to Wikileaks, the email has been posted online.

It was a story published in April of 2015 by the Daily Caller regarding the suspicious

role Hillary played in turning over 20 percent of America's uranium to a Kremlin-linked

energy company called Rosatom, reports The Duran.

The article, entitled 'Firm Co-Founded By Hillary's Campaign Chair Lobbies For Russia's

Uranium One' began to connect the dots that will lead to Hillary's future indictment.

How can it not, when nearly every form of political corruption is linked to Clinton

by far less than six degrees of separation?

Back in 2015, the Caller wrote:

"Senate records show that The Podesta Group has lobbied the State Department on behalf

of Uranium One — once in 2012, when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, and once in

2015.

Uranium One hooked up with The Podesta Group for a bit of shady representation and lobbying

in D.C.

Former Hillary campaign manager John Podesta and his brother Tony, who is now under investigation

for chicanery in Russia, are the founders of the Podesta Group.

The entity "was paid $40,000 by Uranium One to lobby the State Department, the Senate,

the National Park Service and the National Security Council" and it just so happens

that John Podesta had worked in Hillary Clinton's State Department.

What a coinky-dink.

Uranium One got their deal, this despite the FBI reporting that the agreement was chalk

full of bribes, kickbacks and surreptitious payments, like the $500,000 speaking fee Bill

Clinton got to appear at a Russian bank with connections to the Kremlin.

Do you think Hillary Clinton and her campaign aides should be held accountable?

Researchers develop new battery material that can double EV's driving distance - Duration: 1:48.

A team of local researchers came up with a way to make lithium-ion batteries using silicon

oxide nano powder.

Experts say the powder can raise batteries' capacity and can double the electric vehicle's

travel distance.

Cho Sung-min reports.

Researchers at the Korea Institute of Energy Research have found a way to use silicon oxide

powder to double the capacity of the batteries that power electric vehicles.

Currently, EVs run on lithum-ion batteries... made up of graphite anode materials.

Despite being considered eco-friendly and cost-effective, one major downside of existing

car batteries is that they take quite a while to fully charge.

However, if graphite is replaced with the solicon oxide powder,... the scientists estimate

the cars could cover more than 500 kilometers on a full charge.

This would also mean drivers spend less time charging their vehicles.

The developers say the silicon used to make the powder is highly reactive to lithium.

When the silicon material was processed into a powder using their nano technology... it

had four times the energy capacity of graphite materials.

Also, since the powder is made from low-cost silicon and is made using a relatively cheap

melting method,... the team saved themselves 50 percent of their initial production cost.

"We saved a lot of money with this material since it is stable at cooler temperatures

and can be mass-produced through continuous processing."

The researchers said manufacturing of the batteries would start as soon as January next

year... and they're currently talking with Tesla and other leading EV firms about supplying

their products.

Cho Sung-min, Arirang News.
