z prawniczką Laurą (Katia Paliwoda) dotrze do podejrzanego warsztatu samochodowego

gdzie przestępcy będą szykować narkotyki na handel. Nagle jeden z bandziorów strzeli do Melki.

Melka i Michał z "Pierwszej miłości" połączyli siły, by wyciągnąć Marysię z więzienia.

Razem z Laurą pójdzie do niewielkiego warsztatu samochodowego.

To policja uratuje Michała przed napastnikami.

Melka dalej będzie mieszkać u Marysi (Aneta Zając) i Michała (Wojciech Błach).

Chociaż bohaterowie "Pierwszej miłości" próbowali zataić i zakończyć romans

How do to a one HAND pull-up - Duration: 1:53.

okay so very obviously I need to tidy up this corner but I wanted to make a quick

video for you. At the SCC last weekend I was able to get somebody to do the one

hand pull-up. Now, you're using both arms but only one hand is on the bar and the

trick is to grab on to that other wrist way harder than you think you should.

My cue for it is give yourself a welt because when I first started doing

these I did. It was kind of embarrassing and I wore long sleeves for a while so

people wouldn't ask me about it. So anyway here's what you do

go ahead and with the arm that you're going to pull up with, you're going to grasp ...

I grasp forward and I wrap the thumb for these, especially on this bar. It's a little bit

thicker and now with the other hand I'm gonna grab very high on the wrist.

Okay, so here we go...

Good times. By the way this is my left hand and I'm right-handed.

So, that's showing you these aren't ... they're well ... I can't do a one-arm chin

up or pull up, but one hand pretty much everyday I can knock out a few. Now, when

to start doing these: if you can do between six and ten reps of regular

pull-ups then chances are you can do at least a couple of these.

If you are at that point I welcome you to give it a try and remember grasp high

and grasp very very hard.

Yes see? Eww.

How do i know if i have diabetes? - Duration: 2:15.

hello friends welcome to my channel today I will talk about a serious health

issue which is called diabetes in this video I will talk about some symptoms of

type 2 diabetes diabetes is a lifelong disease that affects the way your body

handles glucose a kind of sugar in your blood most people with the condition

have type 2 there are about 27 million people in the

US with it another 86 million have pre-diabetes their blood glucose is not

normal but not high enough to be diabetes yet your pancreas makes a

hormone called insulin it's what lets your cells turn glucose from the food

you eat into energy people with type 2 diabetes make insulin but their cells

don't use it as well as they should doctors call this insulin resistance

exactly why this happens is unknown although genetics and environmental

factors such as excess weight and inactivity seem to be contributing

factors symptoms signs and symptoms of type 2 diabetes often develop slowly in

fact you can have type 2 diabetes for years and not know it

increase thirst and frequent urination excess sugar building up in your

bloodstream causes fluid to be pulled from the tissues this may leave you

thirsty as a result you may drink and your innate more than usual increased

hunger without enough insulin to move sugar into your cells your muscles and

without the ability to metabolize glucose the body uses alternative fuels

stored in muscle and fat calories are lost as excess glucose is released in

What will Prince Charles do as King: All the Ways the Monarchy could change! - Duration: 11:19.

What will Prince Charles do as king all the ways the monarchy could change

with Queen Elizabeth the second in her 90s Prince Charles reign is closer than ever and

With many years to think about his future role as king after all the queen is the longest reigning monarch

The Prince of Wales wants to make some changes

What will Prince Charles do as king find out his vision for the future of the British monarchy ahead

What will Prince Charles do as king?

Prince Charles is about to step into the biggest role of his life whether the people of Britain want him to or not and

While his reign won't be nearly as long as his mother's he wants to make some changes that could last even beyond his rule

Although he will have to wait until he becomes King of England to change certain

Dynamics and royal family rules a handful of changes have already been made at the palace from operations to family matters

Keep reading for a look at how the royal family is changing plus what Prince Charles will do his King

Prince William and Kate Middleton moved to Kensington Palace when Prince Charles ascends the throne

Prince William will take on a new read much bigger role to prepare for the change

He and Kate Middleton have moved their family's headquarters to Kensington Palace

That way they are closer to the operations at Buckingham Palace and available for certain engagements

William quit his job in addition to moving Prince William

Also quit his job as an air ambulance pilot

The job change comes at a transitional time for the family as both Prince Charles and Prince William prepare for their futures

Prince Philip retired another big change that has already happened Prince Philip retired last year

While he might still show face at family events such as Princess Eugenie's royal wedding the 97 year old Prince is no longer

Active in his duties. In fact, he has passed many of his significant roles unto his son and grandsons

The Queen is sharing her duties with Prince Charles in addition to inherited some of Prince Philip's responsibilities

The Queen has also included her son in some bigger roles today

It's not uncommon to see Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles out on Royal engagements and participating in official duties together

Clearly the queen is trying to prepare her son as much as possible for life after the longest reigning monarch

The spotlight has turned away from other members of royalty. All eyes are on Prince Charles and his family right now and

With so many new roles given to him by the Queen his siblings and their children aren't in the limelight as much

according to some reports

Prince Charles is doing this on purpose as he is more interested in creating of unit of members closest to the throne

acha

His immediate family members some members of the family must start to make their own money

Speaking of Prince Charles's immediate family members. They will also likely inherit the current pay system or some form of it

however

Those outside of his immediate family think Prince Andrew Princess Eugenie

Princess Beatrice and Prince Edward to name a few might have to make their own money going forward

While some already do have their own funds Prince Charles seems adamant that the ways the royal family makes its money

The palace could go green Prince Charles is a big promoter of green initiatives

Especially when it comes to sustainability we wouldn't be surprised if in the next decade or so the palace becomes more

Eco-friendly than ever before. What do you think about this?

Why Prince Charles's future role as King thrown into doubt when the Queen's reign ends

Prince Charles's future role as

Australia's King thrown into doubt by country's Prime Minister

the aussie Prime Minister said he expected the issue of

Australia removing the monarch as head of state to come to the fore when the Queen's reign ends

Malcolm Turnbull said he expected the issue of

Australia removing the monarch as head of state to come to the fore when the Queen's reign ends

Speaking in Sydney on New Year's Day Mr. Turnbull said I don't think it will become a frontline issue before then in

1999 in a referendum

54.8 seven percent of Australians voted to keep the Queen

Mr. Turnbull who had campaigned for a republic added we all say long live the Queen with great sincerity and love

He said the first thing needed if the issue became live again is an open discussion about how a president would be elected

He suggested having a postal vote on the issue

His comments came after Australia's former PM Paul Keating blasted him for not pushing the issue of a republic

Mr. Keating said how utterly absurd that we have to borrow the monarch of another country how pathetic

The Queen is still head of state of 15 Commonwealth realms including New Zealand, Canada, Jamaica and Barbados

However, a new monarch could prompt several to rethink their ties to the crown

Before meeting the Queen at Buckingham Palace last July Liberal Party leader, Mr

Turnbull declared most Australian Republicans are Elizabethans as well

Prince Charles met Mr. Turnbull on a visit to Australia with wife Camilla in

2015 a

Less popular King is likely to reignite Republican sentiments

There could be major changes when the Queen's reign ends as Australia and other Commonwealth realms are likely to be prompted to

Re-examine their links with the crown of the 15 overseas countries that currently have the British monarch as head of state

including New Zealand and Canada

several have strong Republican movements

Some such as Jamaica and Barbados have even announced intentions to replace the Queen

But so far all have yet to do so

this is likely to have a lot to do with Elizabeth III's unfailing approach to duty for more than

65 years and the bond many filled with her from the sense of continuity. Her long reign has brought

But being faced with a new end polls show less popular King is likely to reignite Republican sentiments for many

Charles has worked hard traveling through the Commonwealth on hundreds of engagements every year

But times have changed dramatically since the Queen came to the throne in

1952 and for country to accept a new

Unelected head of state living thousands of miles away must now be a much bigger esque

Unless Commonwealth realms change their constitutions before the Queen's reign ends. Charles will automatically become King there

But in some countries it may not be for long

Will the Queen abdicate as

Prince Charles takes on major duty. When will he be king?

You can never say never but there's about as much chance of Harvey Weinstein winning the world's top

Feminist prize this year as there is of the Queen abdicating

But will Prince Charles take on major duties if he becomes king?

the word is anathema to the 91 year old monarch and her family after the

1936 crisis that saw her uncle Edward the eighth stepped down from the throne and plunged the monarchy into chaos

Elizabeth ii has vowed to serve the United Kingdom and Commonwealth until her dying day on her 21st birthday in April

1947 while on a tour of South Africa the then Princess Elizabeth said in a speech broadcast from Cape Town. I

declare before you all that my whole life whether it be long or short shall be devoted to your service and the service of our

Great imperial family to which we all belong

Nothing has really changed for her since then

Yet age is finally catching up with the Queen after

65 years on the throne as the decision for her to no longer take part in the remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph shows

It will be left to Prince Charles to lead the nation in honouring

Britain's war dead by laying the first wreath at the foot of Sir Edwin Lutyens

Monument in Whitehall from now on while the Queen and 96 year old Prince Philip watched the ceremony from a foreign office balcony

the British monarchy an

Institution that states one of its central aims is to provide a sense of continuity

has spent the past few years steadily trying to get the UK public and the rest of the world used to the idea that she

Won't be around forever

the winds of change are sweeping through palace corridors as

courtiers over see a gradual handover to Prince Charles and his sons

Some courtiers have found their noses put out of joint amid tensions over the pace of change

It's a slightly jarring change in

Contrast to the long-held view that the monarchy is in a way modeled on the design of a jar of Marmite

It changes dramatically over the years but so gradually that the change is almost imperceptible

now, however a

monarchy in transition means that increasingly the Queen is stepping back from many of her duties and handing them over to her children and

grandsons Princes William and Harry as

She becomes Frey later. Her aides have been tailoring her program to suit her capabilities

Engagements are shorter long walks and steps are kept to a minimum

She still does a remarkable amount for a woman of her age

Including much paperwork and other duties away from the public eye

But these days she is completing only around 50 percent er of the workload. She undertook when she was younger

It's been estimated by Jo little

Managing editor of majesty magazine that around 70 percent er of her duties are also now undertaken inside royal

residences, so

the public sees less of her

Where will it all end?

It's possible that at some point in the future. The Queen will be wheeled out for big state occasions

Opening Parliament trooping the colour and state visits and do little else in public

But those who know the monarch well insisted remains highly unlikely that she will ever step down voluntarily from the throne

Her senior advisors have strongly denied suggestions that she plans to makes Charles The Regent the de facto monarch

When she reaches 95

It's possible that if she became too ill to perform her duties

Perhaps as a result of dementia or some other illness

Charles might be created regent but there is no sign of any such health problems in

The absence of serious illness. It's likely that the Queen will soldier on until her final breath

Gradually reducing her workload and handing over increasing responsibilities to Charles

Do You Experience The Dreaded Crash? - Duration: 5:02.

Hello everyone, my name is dr. Joel Rosen

I am the adrenal fatigue recovery ninja and today I want to talk to you about whether or not you experienced the dreaded crash

So let's say you are dealing with fatigue and exhaustion problem. You're stressed out. You're burnt out

You got a lot of tasks to balance

you got a lot of projects to do a lot of deadlines a lot of

Balancing this and a lot of balancing that the analogy is you have many windows open in your life

And you're you're starting to get tired, you're starting to be exhausted you're crashing in the middle of the day

You don't fall asleep. You don't stay asleep. You don't wake up feeling refreshed

Maybe all three and then you do it all again over and over again. So the question is do you experience the crash?

Maybe you're getting better and you start to feel like you have a little bit more energy

you do a little bit too much and then you crash or

you start to feel better you go and exercise and then you crash or you have a meal and

You crash or you do just a little bit more. You hear a little bit something that you weren't

Anticipating you get a little bit more stressed than you weren't feeling you're going to get and then boom you

Experience the crash if that's what you're experiencing

There's a lot of things going on that I wouldn't put my finger on just one thing

I'd have to think about a bunch of different things like number one

What happened was I stressed out did I experience a demand for me to produce adrenaline or?

cortisol, because potentially what happens is your body's nutritional status and

Your body's dehydration status your body's inflammation status and your body's

preexisting blood sugar status is going to determine whether or not the next stressor is going to crash you and whether or not you're

Resilient to that next stressor and you have the ability to handle that

Allostatic pressure or your body's good at maintaining homeostasis

So you have to think about what was it that created the problem. Was it a stressor that you weren't anticipating?

Perhaps you you're not producing enough adrenaline, or maybe you're not clearing the adrenaline

Or maybe you're not making enough

cortisol

Or making you're maybe making too much cortisol or making your you're making too much insulin or not enough

Insulin or your insulin isn't working?

So you have to understand first and foremost not to be make it more confusing, but you have to understand

What was the major stressor was it you just ate was it you felt that you had a major stressor you weren't

Anticipating was it you stood up too quickly

Was it you try to do activity was it that you had?

Some stimulants or some coffee it was it because you haven't eaten in a long time

there's a lot of things that you have to think about now when you eat we tend to think about it as an

Insulin problem you feel like a crash because you ate some food

It caused your your glucose levels to rise

it caused your insulin levels to rise and then

Insulin getting into the cell and causing a drop of blood sugar can make you feel really tired

Another process could be that insulin isn't getting into the cells

Receptors and it's not causing a flushing of glucose out of the bloodstream

And that's an energetically demanding process where we feel sleepy and tired and these people have high

Cholesterol levels and high triglyceride levels and high LDL levels and it's not just even the amount of carbs. They're eating there's so much

Insulin resistance and insulin signaling and even inflammation where you people aren't the people that are eating a bunch of carbs

Anyways, and you still crash

So there's an insulin resistance issue there?

Cortisol has a nice spike in the first half hour of waking and then it should sort of

Steadily call it fall throughout the whole day. So if you're feeling it's the cortisol levels falling too low

I don't know if that would be it because then you would feel like an adrenaline rush after

Because that adrenaline is gonna kick in to make sure that your your blood sugar doesn't fall too low

It could be a cortisol low lowering but my senses that's not so what's happening. The other thing could be that you just have

Dehydration going on. There's a mineral imbalance. You're peeing out too much your electrolytes

You're very acidic. Your body's blood pressure is low

Your body's blood sugar is low. Your your body's temperature is low and you're very catabolic that could be going on as well

So just wanted to give you a couple things to think about. My name is dr. Joel Rosen

Now you can, Motherland's children See your gentle mother glad;

Now the freedom dawned In Brazil's horizon.

Brave Brazilian people! Let it go, the servant fear:

The homeland shall be free Or we shall die for Brazil.

The chains that the cunning ruse Of perfidy was forging to us...

There was a mightier hand: Brazil deride them.

Brave Brazilian people! Let it go, the servant fear:

The homeland shall be free Or we shall die for Brazil.

Don't you fear the impious phalanxes That show a hostile face;

Your chests, your arms Are the walls of Brazil.

Brave Brazilian people! Let it go, the servant fear:

The homeland shall be free Or we shall die for Brazil.

If you can call them drums? I don't see a drummer anywhere.. (knock knock)

Hello? Hello? Can you hear me? Yeah I can man! It's a drum machine.. So we don't have a

drummer here like in the old days.. The drums are coming back in three two one

I do not want to be no burden..

You should just quit man! I mean no one is going to listen to this record! What do you mean quit? Quit my job as a janitor here? Hey Janice is not that the Weird Al guy in costume?

No that isn't Weird Al! Oh crap get the hell out of that booth man! What? You want me to crap again? Ok! Here it comes! I do not want to be no burden...

What? What are you doing here? Get the f**k out of here! We do not need you here man! You are fired! You are so fired! What you want me to breath fire again? CHORUS Why are you taking me away man? I like this crap music!

London Autumn in the City September Things to do (RE-UPLOAD) - Duration: 32:24.

LONDON

ROBERTS LONDON

LOCATION LONDON BRIDGE

OK ladies and gentlemen boys and girls welcome to London

welcome to London Bridge its September that's what I'am going to share with you a little of life

here in town this month

OK September is very much a time of change here in town it's the start of

autumn which is a transition itself from summer to Winter

kids go back to school summer festival seasons just a memory and its a time to

plan look forward to winter its actually been quite a

warm September so far the trees have still got green leaves on

the one place you can definitely see seasonality is London's markets

especially food markets so I've come to London's most famous food market today

Borough market to take a look around get some coffee and get something to eat

(Music)

OK no trip to the market would be complete without a trip to Monmouth coffee

get things started at Monmouth coffee

lets get in line and get a coffee

Monmouth coffee was founded in 1978 on Monmouth Street in Covent Garden where

they used to also roast the beans in the basement they later open this store and

cafe and it's become a bit of a borough market institution Monmouth coffee do one

thing very well source and roast coffee beans everything else is a bit

old-fashioned they don't do social media and they still print newsletters believe

it or not which is not really the best way to tell people's or product stories

anymore the stores both have an old-fashioned charm about them the

stores are great places to come and buy Monmouth's coffee beans the staff seem

knowledgeable and helpful if you want help and recommendations both here and

in Covent garden both stores have seating areas the Covent Garden one is

minimalist and the borough store has a rustic feel that people clearly love

it's perfect for the market I don't know why people sit in either of them to be

honest not in a bad way they're just both in such interesting parts of London

I would and do always get a cup of coffee to go and then walk and talk with

it so a cup of Monmouth coffee is a great way to start any visit to Borough Market

and the place to come to buy coffee beans whole or ground for use at home

okay no better way to start a trip to Borough market than a visit to Monmouth coffee the queue is

always pretty long it goes pretty quickly

lets try the coffee

delicious coffee I'm going to enjoy my coffee and we'll go and take a look around market

but yeah I would definitely recommend a trip to Monmouth coffee

if your coming to the market they're a bit camera shy they don't really do that much social

media I don't think but yeah word of mouth

queues don't lie

(music)

okay what I really need to do is find something to eat for lunch

I'll see what looks good see if I can try something new probably try an

old favourite too

(music)

okay just here is the Kappacasien Dairy I've got a toasted

sandwich from here it used to be a market stall they started off as a market stall

on the other side of the market its so popular they've now got a store the queue is normally

alot longer for these amazing toasted cheese sandwiches toasted cheese sandwiches

but its raining so only the brave are in the queue

its a blend of cheeses they do a raclette as well so you can have grilled

cheese on top of potatoes lets try

toasted cheese sandwich perfect day for it its cold raining

that's delicious it's a blend of cheeses it's hard to describe the blend of flavors

a mix of Swiss style cheeses right I'am going to carry on having a look around

enjoying my first snack of the day toasted cheese sandwich

I think there is a little bit of onion in there as well getting a hint of red onion delicious

the queue or the line for this pasta restaurant here Padella is always long

all week especially on Saturdays I've never been I've never fancied queuing that long for pasta

but it must be incredible

(music)

okay Bread Ahead here is a bakery and bakery school some amazing bread and baked goods one of my

favourite spots there's no point of me walking around recommending places I

can point out my favourites but there's nowhere bad everything's good it's just

a matter of your personal preference and what you fancy eating on the day what I have

noticed over the last year or two is a big increase in Asian visitors and

big queues for fresh seafood I would imagine moving forward in the future that will

have a an influence on whats for sale at the market hello Asia

(Music)

okay I got in line got myself five oysters

five rock oysters

lets give these a go

pretty good

not the quietest spot for a food review

delicious

I've got the oysters no naked lemon no Tabasco no seasoning

just the sea water

pretty good

(Music)

okay Saturday lunchtime here at Borough Market is the busiest time so the crowds getting

pretty big and its starting to rain pretty heavy I know the perfect place to

hide from both the crowds and the rain the pub

(music)

okay ladies and gentleman I hope you enjoyed this trip to Borough market its Saturday lunchtime the

coffee at Monmouth good it's always good the toasted cheese

sandwiches from Kappacasein I'd definitely recommend them an old favourite the sea

food stall seemed very popular at the minute the oysters were good so I can

see why they're popular and obviously the globe pubs always worth a visit those of

you that have watched the Bridget Jones movies will know that's where Bridget Jones's lives

I'll head back to the station I'll see you guys a little later in the month

still raining

(Music)

CHARING CROSS

okay welcome to London's Charing Cross that is Charing Cross station behind me we're

very much in the centre of London not necessarily on a map but certainly if you see

London on a sign post anywhere in the UK the point of London its referring to

is just in front of me by Trafalgar Square were also very much in the heart

of London's entertainment district both historically and today here if you're

looking for something fun to do you'll find somewhere to do it near here most

of London's most popular and renowned theatres within a short walking distance

cinemas hotels restaurants bars so why am i here I'am heading up to London's

Chinatown it's also a short walk from here

yesterday was the autumn equinox now I'am no astrologer I'm not even sure

that's the right word for it however I do know that earth was

orbiting around the Sun at it's equator yesterday which means at that point days

are as long as the nights and it also means here in the northern hemisphere

it marks the start off Autumn and in the southern hemisphere the start of spring

so I guess in practical terms it means its just gonna be getting darker and

colder probably wetter here we don't really celebrate that in any major way

here however they do in China with something called mid-autumn festival or

new moon festival its got a number of names the moon tonight should be if its visible

visibly its biggest and brightest

it's also called mooncake festival because the way to celebrate is to eat moon cakes

so I'm gonna head up to Chinatown and try and get some moon cake hopefully it's

been decorate its the second biggest festival in China after New Year's so I'm

hoping Chinatown has been decorated and they're celebrateing it's the great thing

about living in a diverse and multicultural City you get to pickand choose

what you celebrate let's head up to Chinatown

(Music)

okay welcome to Chinatown

just behind me there is Leicester square tube station one of the entrances to it

and as you can see this is one of the streets that leads to the main street

of Chinatown ans its decorated with lanterns which they usually

put up twice a year as I was saying for Chinese New Year which is the

biggest celebration for the Chinese and then for Mid Autumn festival now so

first of all some of the bakeries shut quite early especially my favourite one so let's

go and try and get some moon cake I think from memory my favourite one is the

lotus paste version there are a number of different versions I think I prefer the

lotus paste to red bean maybe I'll try both

(Music)

Okay so this is the main street of London's Chinatown Gerrard Street always looks phenomenal

and atmospheric at night it looks especially cool at this time of year and at New Year's

when it's decorated with all the Chinese style lanterns

(Background music and crowd)

okay these two restaurants here the four seasons

I've never eaten in either of them but the queues the lines

I remember them like that for Chinese New Year so it's obviously

good queues generally don't lie its been there quite a while so its not hype right just up here Macclefield

Street is the Golden Gate bakery I'm hoping there still open they

shut quite early earlier than the others most places in Chinatown are cash only

considering

Chinese tourists Asian tourists love of cameras everywhere is remarkably camera

shy

right lets hope they've got some moon cake

so there are many variations of mooncake and they're all available in a number of

different sizes from tiny little ones to cakes big enough to feed a whole family

if you haven't had it before moon cake is incredibly filling so I'm just going to

get the smallest ones they have

okay success

moon cake from

the Golden Gate cake shop I got one of each red bean and lotus

i'm pretty sure lotus is the one I prefer

it's real filling

the round one I remember was lotus

that's the one I prefer it because its sweeter I think the red bean is a little more

savoury sweet but more balanced sweet and savory

to describe the red bean one the closest thing we have here is

like fig rolls very similar the pastry is kind of similar I haven't had one of them for years

the lotus paste is quite its like a sugar paste

I'm gonna go with fig roll again

yeah it's hard to describe you'll just have to come and try them the Golden Gate cake shop is one

my favourite cake shops its one of the best value for money there's also

the Kowloon down here there is new ones at either end

taiyaki shop down there as well right walk around the corner have a look at some more of

the decorations maybe get some more food something to drink

the Kowloon bakery here another great bakery they've even got a little stall out front selling

moon cakes

(Music)

CHINATOWN

(MUSIC)

Okay just here at this end of Chinatown opposite to the entrance of the W Hotel is

this bakery here Bake which is one of Chinatown here in

London's newest bakeries probably doing a roaring trade in

moon cakes this evening

got a taiyaki machine as well

no taiyaki tonight I've had enough cake

let's go and find something savory to eat

(Music)

okay here are my two favourite spots Baozi Inn for dumplings no well yeah Baozi inn

you can get Bao at Baozi inn Jen cafe for dumplings Jen cafe look pretty full up

it's also quite a nice night some I might get some skewers from Baozi inn and

go and take a look decorations and celebration

so this is one of my favourite dishes in the whole of Chinatown being handmade the Beijing

dumplings at Jen calf super simple delicious great value for money I

definitely recommend them but I'm gonna get something a little different tonight I eat

these all the time

(Music)

okay kind of successful from Baozi inn got a little

they call it a pork sandwich its like a fluffy Bao bun

pastry and then pulled pork within it and some cucumber but I got the last of the pork meat

in the slow cooker so hopefully it's good its been cooking all day so it's normally a

portion of two I've got a portion of one I've had them before they're delicious

lets find somewhere to

sit kind of and try tonight's pork bun

okay let's try the

lets try the bao from Baozi inn

there is quite a lot of pork in this one as it was the last one

that is delicious its probably the best one I've ever had from Baozi Inn

because it was the last one they pilled all the pork in one bao definitely recommend

that place

(music)

okay finishing off this evenings visit to London's Chinatown with a bubble tea

from char time

okay let's try the tea there is so many flavor combinations I'm struggling to remember what

I ordered that is a regular milk tea regular size

their standard milk tea less ice regular sugar of which there are dozens

of combinations dozens of different types of tea and what they

call toppings which all sink to the bottom apart from maybe the pudding I think

even pudding sinks I just got pearls today

pretty good right I'am going to enjoy my tea and head back down to Charing Cross I hope you enjoyed

this look at London's Chinatown mid-autumn festival here in Chinatown

and a little look at London during the month of September

so from Chinatown I'll see you guys next time toodles

(background music and street crowd noise)

Cabo Mondego Beach - Portugal - Duration: 1:36.

The Cape Mondego Beach in Figueira da Foz has a very extensive beach that during the tide

is reduced to a thin tongue of sand.

The bathing area is full of rocky rocks in which, during low tide,

natural pools where they collect some seafood

The wild conditions of the sea be a destination of choice for lovers

of water sports.

The parking lot of support is quite generous.

Come and visit this region too!
