Is HIIT training aerobic or anaerobic? Today we're going to explain it so that you can

set some good goals both for your fitness and your health.

Hey I'm Dr. Sten Ekberg with Wellness For Life and if you'd like to truly

master health by understanding how the body really works make sure that you

subscribe and hit that notification bell so that you don't miss anything. There's

a lot of confusion about training and aerobic and anaerobic, cortisol, blood

sugar... so we're gonna talk a little bit about this today so that you can set

some good goals and understand why you're doing it depending on what your

health and fitness goals are. So let's assume that you have a resting heart

rate of about 60 that's if you're in pretty good shape a lot of people are

anywhere from 60 up to 80 so if you can get it closer to 60 then you've got a

stronger heart and a little bit better oxygen utilization. So that's about

thirty percent of your maximum heart rate and from 60 up to about 120 is what

we call the aerobic range that means that your body is providing oxygen or

air at a sufficient pace to keep up with the exercise so because you're keeping

up you can keep doing it for hours this would be leisurely - a fast walk it

could be a bike ride something that you can keep up for hours and still not feel

totally beat the next day that's about 60% of maximum heart rate then from that

point up we're getting into the an aerobic that means without oxygen

meaning we can't breathe fast enough to completely satisfy the body's oxygen

need so we're falling a little bit behind we can't rely on fat burning and

using oxygen we have to rely on sugar and glycolysis and there's some other

videos I've done in the past where you can check that out so between a heart

rate of 120 to 160 or 60 to 80 percent approximately we're in the an aerobic

range now we're huffing puffing and we can keep it up not for

hours but minutes we can push it and do it for 20 30 40 minutes if we have

enough willpower but it's sort of painful and and we're totally beat

afterwards if we do that and then we get into what we call high-intensity

interval training this is the all-out that give it all you got

do-or-die kind of exercise and because it's it should be so intense you can

only keep it up for seconds and if you could keep it up for minutes then you're

really more in the anaerobic range you haven't really hit the zone of high

intensity where you get some of those specific benefits so your maximum heart

rate is going to vary a little bit and typically it'll probably be somewhere

between a hundred and sixty to 220 and that's because the maximum heart rate

goes down as we age everyone's a little different but typically you're gonna

find it to be roughly 220 minus your age so I am 54 years old so if I subtract my

age from that I should have a maximum heart rate of about 166 so when I really

push myself if I do some uphill sprints or something I can still get my heart

rate to about 175 so it's a ballpark number but it'll give you a pretty good

range of where you need to be and the 220 heart rate would be basically a

teenager so if you're 60 years old shoot for 160 if you're a teenager shoot for

200 220 and that means you're in within a few percent of your maximum heart rate

so I put a hundred-plus here because myself for example can get over a

hundred percent of my theoretical maximum heart rate but once in order to

get in to hit you want to push yourself to where you're very very close to that

maximum heart rate so let's look at what's happening in the body in these

different areas in these different stages so let's look at stress level how

much stress is it to the body and we we talk about cortisol general stress level

and how much does it break the body down because we want to realize that exercise

does not build you up exercise breaks you down

it's the recovery and the proper nutrition that builds you back up so you

can do the exercise again even better so with aerobic exercise when you're

just walking leisurely when you're on a bike ride in the park then it's a very

mild stress so you're not making much cortisol and there is not much breakdown

so there's not much need for recovery or rebuilding there's no challenge you

don't have to get better really to do the bike ride next time then as we get

up we go from mild to moderate cortisol and stress and breakdown to severe to

extreme and what this means is every one of these has some benefits because the

closer we get the more extreme we get the higher the stress level which breaks

us down and that's not a great thing but it is sort of a great thing because it's

the challenge to the body so it tells the body hey you got to really really

get your act together you got to grow stronger so that you can

handle this next time because if you do this on a regular basic basis the body

quickly gets the idea that this is going to happen again and we'd better get our

act together next we look at growth hormone and this is sort of related to

what I just mentioned growth hormone is a rebuilding hormone it's a rejuvenating

hormone it's extremely powerful for anti-aging so powerful that they often

give it as an as a drug but of course when they give it as a drug you

unbalance the body because you're pushing it in from the outside when you

make it on your own you always remain in balance in your

body so the growth hormone impact on aerobic is very low you're not

challenging your body much as we go up you get some and then you get more and

at the hit level now you're making as much as three to four hundred percent

the normal amount of growth hormone and this stays up for 48 to 72 hours it

degrades gradually so even doing a HIIT workout twice a week is gonna keep you

at a pretty high level of growth hormone in a sustained way fitness now this

depends on what you're after now we're talking more about what's your goal the

fitness impact on aerobic is pretty low with anaerobic you get more and more and

once you get into hit you have a lot of fitness impact so now we have to look at

what is your goal I was an Olympic decathlete so my goal was extremely

event specific at a very very high level so that meant I had to practice at the

level and in the same way that I was going to compete because if you're if

you're a sprinter and you're gonna run the hundred meters and it's gonna last

10 seconds and you're gonna be all out you're gonna be on a hundred percent you

can't practice at 70 percent and then believe that the body is ready to go to

a hundred same thing if you're a tennis player or a rower or a mountain biker or

a triathlete you have to do some base training but then you have to gear it

toward your specific goal now let's look at what some different goals might be so

obviously if your goal is fitness if you are a triathlete then you got to figure

out how to balance this in a way to fit your event if you're a triathlete you're

gonna spend a lot of time right around the lower end of an aerobic because

you're going to be going for six seven eight hours so you can't be

up in here because you couldn't sustain it

but you also can't be down here because then you're not really getting the

fitness level that you need but let's just say someone's goal is health you

don't have any particular not going to compete you're not gonna race you just

want to be moderately fit you want to be healthy you want to maximize the growth

hormone and the all these different variables let's say it and now it also

depends on how old you are so if you're 20 or 50 or 80 years old you're probably

going to have a little bit different goals but let's say you're 20 years old

and your goal is just to be healthy then I would suggest and these are just rough

numbers it's not like I researched this and said this is exactly what you need

to do for this situation but it'll give you an idea I think of where how you can

kind of fit this together so if you're 20 years old then you probably just want

to do somewhere between 60 and 90 percent of your training in the aerobic

range meaning you're breathing slowly you're breathing fully but steadily but

you're not panting and panicking and this is tricky for a lot of people

because they think training is pain they think they have no pain no gain that

they have to hurt in order to get something out of it and that's not true

because at this level you have still doubled your heart rate you have more

than doubled your circulation because each heartbeat pumps more blood

so you're tripled or quadrupled your circulation your drainage your detox

your oxygenation of tissues all of these things are tremendously increased even

at a moderate level long before you actually feel pain or discomfort so if

you're just looking for health then do the vast majority of your time in

training in the arabic range meaning 120 or less in heartrate then you probably

want to do some if you enjoy it if you want like to

Tenace if you like to do spin classes if you like to do aerobics then do some of

that if you enjoy it do some because it's going to get you some fitness it's

moderately stressful and again this depends on how healthy you are to start

with if you're already a little bit fragile then you probably don't want to

get into this range at all if you're just trying to get started you might

spend as much as a hundred percent of your time in in this range and then I

would encourage you to still do a little bit of high-intensity training even if

you do ninety five percent down here and you do nothing here do a little bit of

high-intensity but this also has to do with how fit you

are how healthy are you if you have pain if you have knee pain or back pain or

Achilles pain you're not going to be able to do sprints so you have to adapt

it to what you're capable of doing something that's relatively safe would

be a stationary bike for example you sit down and you pedal as hard as you can

for seconds not minutes or hours thirty seconds you take a few seconds ten 20

second break you go all out again 30 seconds and you just do that until

you get your heart rate up and you do this no more than once or twice a week

if you're if you're young and fit you might do it a little bit more you might

want to do it three or four even five times if it's event-specific but the

older you get and the less event-specific you are you probably

don't want to do this more than once or twice a week for just a few minutes just

long enough to get your heart rate into that 95 to 100 percent range and now you

are dramatically increasing your growth hormone your anti-aging circumstances

and so forth so if you're 50 you might want to go somewhere between 70 to 95

percent in the aerobic range if you enjoy it do a little bit of anaerobic

and do a little bit of high intensity and even if you're 80

years old if you can you might do as anywhere from 80 to as much as a hundred

percent in this range you may do something here if you're really youthful

80 year old and you like playing tennis keep doing that or if you have some

specific hobby and do what you can if you're if you're not fit enough if you

have pain or something keeping you from it then your high intensity is going to

be zero which holds true for the 50 year olds as well but if you can try to do at

least once a week maybe twice a little bit of high intensity because now you

are challenging your body you're telling your body hey we need some growth

hormone we need something to build up the body so that it can get better

so you can get stronger so you can have more vitality and deal with this stress

tomorrow because it is very stressful that's why even though the tremendous

benefits we want to keep this to a minimum very very short duration not

every day because this is low low stress you can do as much as you like do it for

hours if you enjoy it and in the anaerobic range then you do as much as

you enjoy but don't let it become most of the training that you do because now

you're just stressing your body without really getting the health or fitness

benefits so is hit training Arabic or anaerobic well it's on the spectrum so

CROCHET ANGEL CHRISTMAS TREE-TOPPER, Or Free-Standing Figure,#2328 - Duration: 10:25.

Hi everyone, this is Emi, today I am going to show you

how to crochet this angel tree-topper or it's free-standing so you

could place it on a mantle or a shelf.

So let's get started.

To make this angel you can use any kind of yarn, I'm going to use

worsted weight yarn, you could use 100% cotton, you could use thread,

you could use anything using this very simple method for making these angels.

I'm going to use a 6 mm crochet hook.

And the first thing you are going to do is make

yourself a paper cone, using the following instructions.

Cut that out, and then roll it into a cone, staple it, and you can make it any size,

and I made my cone 12 inches long.

To begin you are going to work a foundation chain that will wrap around the base of the

cone.

O.K. so your chain should wrap around the bottom

of the cone, if you want to have a flared dress, just

add more stitches, and now you're going to slip stitch to join,

being careful not to twist the chain.

Chain 3, double crochet in the same stitch, and that will be your first 'V' stitch.

Skip the next 2 stitches, make a 'V' stitch in the next

stitch.

To make a 'V' stitch, double crochet, chain 1, double crochet.

And you will repeat that across the row: skip 2 stitches, make a V stitch in the next

stitch.

O.K. so I'm going to repeat that across the row:

skip 2, 'V' stitch in the next stitch.

O.K I worked all the way across the row, making a 'V' stitch

in every 3rd stitch.

Now every row will be exactly the same: it will be:

slip stitch into the next chain 1 space, chain 3, (1..2..3) double crochet in the same space.

And that's your first 'V' stitch.

And now in every chain 1 space across the row, make a 'V' stitch, double crochet, chain

1, double crochet.

Again, in the next chain 1 space: double crochet, chain 1, double crochet.

I'm going to repeat that all the way around.

O.K. I worked all the way across that row, slip stitch to join in the 2nd stitch of the

first chain 3.

Now every row is the same, slip stitch into that first chain 1 space, complete a 'V' stitch,

work all the way around, slip stitch to join.

And there's my foundation row, and then I just continued to work that same row until

this dress was as long as my cone, and then I worked the shell stitch along the bottom.

And to do that, I turned, I single crocheted in the space between these 2 V stitches so

single crochet here, in the space between v stitches, there's one v stitch, there's

the other.

So 1, 2, and then I'm going to chain 3, (1, 2, 3) slip stitch into the top of the last

double crochet, and that will form a picot make one more double crochet in that same

chain 1 space, and now in this space here, between the 2 V stitches I'm going to make

1 single crochet.

And that's going to form this shell.

Like that.

And I'm going to continue that all the way around, so it's 2 double crochet, (..2)

chain 3, (1.2.3) slip stitch into the top of the last double crochet, double crochet,

and then in the space between the v stitches, make a single crochet.

And that's how that looks, and you will do that all the way around the bottom of the

dress.

Slide the dress onto the cone, and then you're just going to gather it up here, O.K, so that's

the dress.

To make the sleeves, I'm going to chain 10.

(1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10) Double crochet in the 4th stitch from the

hook (1, 2, 3, 4) chain 1, skip the next stitch, double crochet

in the next stitch.

chain 1, skip, double crochet, chain 1, skip, double crochet, chain 3 and turn, (1.2.3),

turn, double crochet in the next chain 1 space,

chain 1, double crochet in the next chain 1 space,

chain 1, double crochet in the next chain 1 space,

chain 1, and you're going to double crochet in the next space, at the end of the row.

And every subsequent row will be exactly the same.

Chain 3 and turn, double crochet in the next chain 1 space,

chain 1, double crochet in the next chain 1 space,

and you're just going to continue working that row,

until the rectangle is like this, and then it depends on

how long you would like the arms to be, mine are

13 inches, and to fold this in the center , fold it in half,

like that, and them I'm going to tie around here to form hands,

Now it's entirely up to you whether you close the arms or not, I don't think it's necessary,

and these will get connected there, and you can either connect them with this strand of

yarn, or you can hot glue them, it's all up to you.

O.K. so that's the arms.

And to make the collar, I did the same thing as the sleeves,

and I worked approx.

6 inches and now I'm going to fold that in half, and I will attach that to cover the

top of the sleeves, and I'm going to tie that around the neck,

and later I'll glue all these components together.

And that's the neck and the collar, and later I will tuck this around the head.

So that is the basic body section.

So for the head I got a small styrofoam ball, and I'm going to cut a piece of t-shirt knit

to cover the ball, and I'm going to wrap that around

the head, and hot glue it in place.

Like that, so just make sure you have a section that is nice and smooth for the face.

To make the hair I'm going to wind yarn around my fingers approx.

20 times.

Tie this yarn into a bundle.

And I'm going to find the best spot for the face, and that would be right here, like that,

and then you're going to put some Elmer's glue in here, or hot glue, along there,

Like that.

For the halo, I'm just going to take a piece of this gold trim,

tie it in a knot, and I'm going to slide that on over the hair like that.

And I have a coffee stir stick here, and I'm going to break it in half, and slide that

into the head.

Like that, and now that will slide down into the top

of the cone.

And then you can hot glue the collar all around the head.

Like that.

I'm going to hot glue a ribbon around the midriff.

like that.

and then I have a piece of ribbon and I'm going to place it here at the waist as well,

and them I'm just going to hot glue that like that

Glue the hands right here.

like that.

And I made a small bow, and I am going to hot glue that

right there at the chin.

And on the back, for wings, I am going to use ribbon,

and all I did was cut a piece of ribbon and folded it in half, and stapled and then I

did another one, and stapled it, and then I stapled the 2 together.

And that's going to go right here, you can glue them anywhere you like, I like them high,

so I'm going to glue them right there on the collar,

so hot glue, and place that down.

And just like for the front, I have a split piece here, and I'm going to glue that

and I made a smaller bow, and I'm going to put that right there to cover up the staples.

And that's it, it's all finished.

Hello, my friends! It's Autumn, it's constantly cold outside, it's dark in the room,

it's getting dark early. The day becomes shorter, and we all get tired much more.

It becomes harder to get up in the morning in Autumn, and I decided to spend more time for sleeping,

trying to get enough sleep, because, as I see, it influences my face. In fact, the lack of sleep is bad for the body.

Of course, it's easy to say, but hard to do. For example, yesterday I wanted to go to bed at 10 p.m.,

but it was already 11 p.m. until I did all things. And, unfortunately, I feel that

11 p.m. isn't the best time for me to go to bed.

I feel much better in the morning (when I get up at 6 hours), if I go to bed at 10 or at 12 p.m.

But at 10 p.m. is too early for me, and at 12 p.m. it's too late.

Although, as I feel, as I can see in my body, it's better for me to get up at 8 a.m. and to go to bed at 12 p.m.

But in general our offices, organizations start to work at 8 a.m., at 9 a.m. at best.

So, of course, it's an unaffordable luxury to get up at 8 in the morning.

It should to look for some kind of work... perhaps, in the trade, then it's possible. But I'm not a seller, unfortunately or, perhaps, fortunately.

Viagra: Wonder pill or love poison? It solves a simple 'mechanical' problem for men

For the men who take Viagra, it solves a simple 'mechanical' problem. But for their wives and partners, the drug's effects – on everything from their self-esteem to their sense of security – have been far more complex.

On a hot Friday night last summer, Sian and her husband Tony had sex for the first time in more than three months. 'It was definitely memorable,' says Sian, 35.

'More intense, longer lasting, more inventive than usual… and straight after, he was up for it again!'.

It turned out to be a good weekend all round. 'Tony's mood was better, he spent more time with the kids, we talked more, laughed more,' says Sian.

But that Sunday evening, her husband sheepishly confessed that there had been a mystery ingredient in their lovemaking: Viagra.

'He'd gone to Boots pharmacy during the week, bought a packet of Viagra Connect and taken one on Friday evening,' says Sian, whose husband is nine years older than she is and has a stressful job in finance.

'All Tony would say was that he's "tired" these days and wanted to see what it was like. He was quite casual about it but I didn't feel casual at all.

I felt stupid for not realising at the time; it made the sex feel deceitful, a bit humiliating.

If he'd been having a problem, why didn't he tell me instead of going out and buying some pills? Does he need one from now on to feel turned on by me? He thought I was overreacting, and said "half the world" is taking Viagra.

By Monday, all that good feeling had gone and we were sleeping back to back.'. Sian must be one of many British women who've experienced 'sex on Viagra' for the first time recently – whether they know it or not.

In March this year, Viagra Connect became available over the counter for the first time (previously the drug was only available on prescription) and by June, sales of the little blue pills had risen by 60 per cent [since the launch] with nearly one million sold in high-street chemists.

Though Sian's husband is pushing it when he claims that 'half the world' is taking it, Viagra is certainly transforming sex and relationships.

When it arrived in the UK 20 years ago, 'impotence' was not so much a 'medical condition', as an 'inconvenience' or a sad fact of life.

Now it's known as 'erectile dysfunction' and by no means limited to older men with underlying health conditions, such as prostate cancer or Parkinson's disease.

Viagra users might include a teenager worried he won't last long enough with his girlfriend; a 20-year-old who's hooked up with a girl on dating app Tinder and worries she expects a porn-star performance between the sheets; a middle-aged married man whose sex life is flagging because his erections aren't as firm or long-lasting as they were in his prime.

For anyone feeling 'let down' by a past performance, Viagra promises to turbocharge lovemaking without embarrassment, effort or awkward conversations for around a fiver a pop (£19.99 for a packet of four tablets in Boots).

Viagra (like the many other erectile dysfunction drugs that have flooded the market such as Cialis and Levitra) works by increasing blood flow to the penis, enabling a harder, longer-lasting erection.

Its effect varies according to the metabolism of the man who is taking it and other factors.

There are documented cases where one pill has produced an agonising ten-hour erection which just doesn't go down but, in general, the effect of Viagra wears off within two to three hours of taking it.

But what about the women whose partners are buying those little blue pills? How has Viagra altered sex and relationships for them? There have been a number of well-publicised 'Viagra divorces' and several lawyers have claimed that the drug is causing men to stray by facilitating late-life sexual adventures.

Divorces where Viagra played a part include those of comedian Vic Reeves, DJ Ed Stewart, pioneering heart surgeon Christiaan Barnard and Johnny Kidd – father of Jemma and Jodie.

In the past a suspicious wife might check her husband's pocket for hotel receipts, but now she is just as likely to count his Viagra supply.

Earlier this year, 71-year-old Diane von Furstenberg, designer of the iconic wrap dress, said Viagra was the 'worst thing to happen to women'.

Where once age lowered libido or slowed sex down for both sides, Viagra has helped men hold back the years. 'For men it used to be all about getting it up.

"Can I?" There was a certain fairness.' Just as the contraceptive pill freed women to enjoy sex without the normal biological consequences back in the 1960s, Viagra has freed men to enjoy sex without the normal biological ageing process to hold them back.

Aside from the heightened threat of infidelity, Viagra is bringing female partners pressure as well as pleasure (three-hour sex, anyone?).

It's raising tricky new questions (does he still fancy me or is this the drug talking?) and whole new layers of negotiation (what's the etiquette here: should he always ask before he takes one?).

Psychotherapist Christine Webber was an early witness to the Viagra revolution as her late husband, doctor and media sex guru Dr David Delvin, was one of the first to prescribe it in the UK back in 1998, before it became available on the NHS.

'There weren't enough hours in the day; we had men queuing round the block of our home in Cambridge, where David's private consulting room was based,' she says.

'Patients included young men who couldn't achieve erections and wanted to impregnate their wives, men in their 80s – one was a university don, another a vicar. When they arrived, they were embarrassed, eyes cast down.

The next time they came for a repeat prescription, they looked 20 years younger and were standing taller: they looked you in the eye. I've never forgotten the transformation.

Getting their favourite part working efficiently was like birthday and Christmas rolled into one.'.

Whether it was quite so joyous for their wives is impossible to know. But Gillian, now 78 and a widow, whose husband took Viagra when they were in their 60s, sounds a cautionary note.

Vibrant, open and no prude, she was nevertheless quite content to have put their sex life 'to bed' until that point.

'It had been two years – and not very often for years before that – so you can imagine the physical impact on me of starting up again,' she says.

Though the loud and clear message these days is that 60 is the new 40 (and with 60-year-old Madonna a role model in bodice and boots), for many menopausal women penetrative sex, even with lubrication, is painful.

As levels of testosterone, progesterone and oestrogen all drop off, skin becomes drier and thinner. A suddenly revved-up sex life – especially longer-lasting Viagra sex – can cause pain and abrasion, even 'honeymoon cystitis'.

'I'd got to the stage in life where I'd rather read a book,' says Gillian. 'Then suddenly, sex is back on again, and it's his new hobby, his preoccupation.

You don't want a row, so what do you do? He'd start cuddling and I'd ask warily, "Have you taken one of your pills?" He'd get all cross and say, "Yes – I don't need to ask permission to take a pill!" Then you'd have this pressure not to waste it.'.

Overall, Gillian has mixed feelings about the drug. On the one hand, it made her husband happier in his last decade and it did bring them more shared, intimate moments.

On the other, intercourse wasn't something she enjoyed any more. At times, it felt as though his favourite thing had become her private dread and that gulf between them sometimes made their marriage feel lonely.

Women's online spaces such as Mumsnet show that Viagra is often an emotional minefield. In one thread, a woman is 'shocked' and 'struggling' after discovering her partner has been taking it for two years without telling her.

'He says that using it means he can perform for longer and he chooses to use it because he wants to make sex fantastic for us both,' she writes. 'I feel that what I thought was real wasn't after all.

What else isn't he telling me?'.

For relationship coach Cathy Meyer, a Viagra prescription signalled the end of her marriage. She spent 11 years struggling in a sexless marriage – her husband told her that he just didn't see what the 'big deal' was about sex.

Cathy tried every seduction technique and when nothing interested him, she finally persuaded him to see a urologist to see if there was any physical reason behind his lack of desire.

'I was sitting in bed reading when I heard him coming up the stairs.

'If a man is worried by his performance, especially a younger man with no underlying health problems, there's likely to be some strong psychological reasons behind this,' he says.

'It could be stress, relationship problems, unexpressed resentment or just the belief that you need to be a porn star in bed.

'Popping a pill and getting an instant erection means you don't need to look into any of that so it can be quite dangerous, especially if you don't confide in your partner,' Jacobs continues.

'Then the man is living with his problems alone; he has added a secret which piles on more anxiety and leads to more performance problems. It makes it worse.

'Most women don't expect their partners to perform seamlessly, with no hiccups, no embarrassing moments,' he continues. 'They want a real human being, who isn't afraid to share real vulnerabilities.

If you have a sexual problem and work it through, whether by talking openly to each other, having sexual therapy or taking a pill as well, the relationship strengthens and self-esteem strengthens because you've faced it together and come out the other side.

Secrecy just isn't going to help.'. Women shouldn't feel any less desirable if Viagra is needed, adds Sarah Fletcher, psychosexual therapist at Coupleworks. 'Viagra doesn't create desire,' she says.

While 15 per cent claimed the drug wrecked their relationship, 17 per cent said it had saved theirs. Though 13 per cent lamented the reduced attention given to oral and manual lovemaking, about half of all respondents said it made sex better.

Lucy, 37, is firmly in the latter camp. 'My husband and I have been together a long time, we have children, we're knackered and sometimes we had some problems with keeping things going,' she says.

'It bothered both of us, but for my husband, it was crushing. Viagra was fantastic – it showed him that there was this solution, so it took the pressure off.

We don't always need it and I certainly don't fancy it on a school night – but maybe once a month, we'll plan ahead and skip dinner [Viagra works better on an empty stomach].

It's made us both happier, and I'm very grateful for it.'.

Welcome guys, Today I show you how to create a color correction for your videos

using any software of photo editing

like Photoshop, Lightroom or any other software used for pics

The utility that we must have is Lut Generator

What you see here on my desktop

You can download it for free

Follow the link in description to download this utility which is fantastic

At this point i open my project that I was working on these past days in Premiere

This video is obviously made by this beautiful machine that you see here

It 'a drone with a GoPro session on top

The camera is set in protune, color Settings: GoPro

let's get back to us

Ok this is our video

Now let's look for a key frame which is our representative on which we will apply the color correction

As for example, this

i capture this frame

Perfect, so we get the frame from the premiere player and save it in our project

OK perfect

At this point we can close Premiere

Now, Inside our project we have the picture that I'm going to edit in Photoshop

let me open the pic that we captured from the video

and here we should change the color, exposure and all settings of the pic

I usually use Camera Raw filter, from here we can change our values

I'm going fast just to make you understand how it works

I add just a little more green

We should be there, Ok

Done, ei guys look here, Before, After, Before, After

At this point we have to save the preset of the color correction we did, it's simple to do

I'm going down here and i name the preset as "treeAmbient" , OK perfect , Now click Ok

It's time to use our utility LUT Generator

So we return to the desktop We open LUT Generator

The first thing we need to do is to click on the question mark and check that 3D LUT 64 is checked

Then we go to generate the HALD file

save it in my project folder

As we can see in my project there is a new image

These colors are the default colors that the system provides

We open this pic with Photoshop and we must apply the same preset that we have applied to the pic we got from the video before

so, Click to User Presets and choose treeAmbient

Now we have the LUT Generator image modified with the same filters we applied to the picture of the video

So let's save it, File, Save as.. and let's save it into my project with the name, ...filtered

Go on

At this point we can close Photoshop , as you can see in our project directory we have these two files

open again LUT Generator and click on convert Cube and select the reference image filtered

inside my project folder i select Neutral512_filtered

just wait a moment

Ok, The conversion is completed ! Now we can close Lut Generator

As we can see inside my project I have a new file named Neutral512_Filteredcube

i just rename the file with the name of treeAmbient

same name i choosed before

Perfect

Open Premiere and create a new adjustment layer, I have to apply it for the entire duration of my sequence

than add a lumetri effect , so , color correction > color lumetri

in Lumetri i must choose the LUT input file i've created in Lut Generator

So myProject > treeAmbientcube , here , wait One moment

ok guys, as you can see our video has the same color correction i've made in Photoshop

In fact it is entirely another thing :)

The interesting thing about this system is that the LUT file we've created and used on this video it also can be reused in all future videos we'll make

Barren or Believer? Luke 13:6-9 - Duration: 59:49.

we'll be coming from the Book of Luke chapter 13 verses six through nine and I

will ask all who are able to stand to please do so for the reading of the

scriptures this morning again the Book of Luke chapter 13 verses 6

through 9

and the Word of God reads He also spoke this parable speaking of Jesus a certain

man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard and he came seeking fruit on it

and found none then he said to the keeper of his vineyard look for three

years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none cut it down why

does it use up the ground verse 8 but he answered and said to him sir let it

alone this year also until I dig around it and fertilize it and if it bears

fruit verse 9 well but if not after that you can cut it down why don't we pray

for our blessing in God's Word this morning loving Heavenly Father thank you

so much for giving us the opportunity to assemble in peace to hear Your Word

there is no other reason why we are here at this moment so would You bless

us with Your Word I pray that by the power of Your Holy Spirit You would just

touch us in a unique way that has never been done before make Your presence

known in this body of believers your servants are listening in the mighty

name of Jesus Christ we pray amen thank you and please be seated

so the title for today's teaching is barren or believer and a lesson will be

coming from this portion of Scripture also known as the parable of the barren

fig tree and one of the things that I want to point out and make clear is that

this parable is not the same parable that Jesus used when He cursed the fig

tree that's captured in Matthew chapter 21 and also in the book of Mark chapter

11 this is a separate parable and it's only captured here in the Book of Luke

and like many of the parables in the Word of God this parable has a dual

meaning and a dual application that we all can apply and it's funny to me

because when it comes to passages such as these and other passages in the Word

of God many people like to apply the Israel only theme meaning that this and

many other portions of Scripture are only for the nation of Israel now there

are several places in God's Word where what is being said is what it is and is

only for the nation of Israel but when we try to use this as a blanket doctrine

across the Scriptures based on the dispensation of God's Word that's

ridiculous and it's not biblical that's not rightly dividing the Word of

Truth in fact what it ends up being is a poor excuse for not abiding in or

adhering to the Word of God and many people like to do that it's also

important that we understand the objective of a parable while we

continue to examine each and every passage of it because there's a bigger

truth of the parable and that bigger truth can not get lost while this

expositional style of teaching and preaching that I love to do takes place

and that's on me to ensure that the bigger message stays intact while we

expound on the message itself and the verses but I say that because Jesus said

His word shall never pass away His word and His word encompasses the entire

Council of God Old and New Testament and I mention that because many people want

to exclude much of what Jesus said and solely focus on what the Apostle Paul

has written in accordance with Gentile living and try to say yeah the Apostle

Paul said this where Christ said it's a good idea that's dangerous it completely

neglects what Jesus has said in a sense and the power of the Holy Spirit

regarding our true growth in Jesus Christ that's a problem now let's not

make the mistake in thinking that grace does not abound because grace does abound

grace abounds we are under grace there is no question about it but let's not

also make the mistake that godly living is eradicated because of grace I hope we

all understand one another in this please allow me to read for you a

portion of scripture captured in 2nd Timothy chapter 3 verses 10 through 15

written by the Apostle Paul himself 2nd Timothy chapter 3 10 through 15 the Word

of God reads speaking to Timothy but you have carefully followed by doctrine

manner of life purpose faith long-suffering love perseverance

persecutions afflictions which happened to me at Antioch and Iconium at Lystra

what persecutions I endured and out of them all the Lord delivered me verse 12

yes and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution 13

but evil men and imposters will grow worse and worse deceiving and being

deceived but you must continue in the things which you have learned and been

assured of knowing from whom you have learned them in verse 15 and that from

childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures which are able to make you

wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus he tells Timothy that

follow my lead of this godly living

follow my lead because I follow Christ we're living in

grace no question but it does not eradicate our responsibilities and we

need to truly understand that and now I completely recognize dispensation we

clearly have aspects of God's Word that are a graduating word meaning it goes

from one segment to another and has a deep er revelation at the end of it no

question portions of Scripture they are meant for specific occasions and

specific timeframes but I do believe that many aspects of this are abused and

that's our problem so with that said and with the Lord's permission and His

blessing what we're going to do is to look at the reason why this parable was

given in the first place and along with the bigger truth that it represents

then examine the associated symbolism regarding the fig tree and then read and

explain our text and expound on our text looking how all this applies to each of

us as individuals to the church and to see if we are reflecting being barren or

reflecting being believers that's the goal and I pray that the Lord will

deliver so let's look and see what prompted this parable for being spoken

in the first place if we back it up to the beginning of the

chapter 13 in the Book of Luke Jesus was told a story regarding what seemed to be

a large number of religious Galileans who apparently were executed by Pontius

Pilate why they worship in the temple and Pilate this devil man had their

blood the ones he killed mixed with the blood of their sacrifices that's

horrible that is completely messed up but that's what he did so it seems that

this story was being told to Jesus to get his opinion about why things like

this happen especially to those who are God's people and it was seeing that from

Jesus' response that these people that asked Him that question had a familiar

skewed view of sin and God's judgment so Jesus would address their story with a

question and then a story of His own to illustrate why this was and how it was

first Jesus would say to them do you suppose that these Galileans were worse

sinners than all other Galileans because they suffered such things do you think

they were bad sinners be because they were killed in this temple in your mind

you believe they were just the worst of sinners and

that's why it happened this is what he's asking them and then He answers it for them

by saying I tell you no but unless you repent you will all likewise perish then

Jesus would go on and tell them a story about 18 other Galileans who were killed

when a tower fell on them tower fell down and killed all of them and he would

ask this question and basically speak the same words do you think that these

Galileans that died from this tower falling on them were the worst people in

Jerusalem the worst sinners in Jerusalem and He would answer it for them saying

the same words I tell you no but unless you repent you all likewise will perish

because it would seem that they believed that bad things only happens to sinners

that was their thinking and we saw this when our pastor walked us through the

book of Job some months ago same thing and apparently these

individuals mistook misfortune of those that Pilate killed and those that were

killed by the collapse of that tower for being sinful and judgment by God this is

what they were thinking and again this is exactly what Job's so-called friends

thought they would all come to him and come to the conclusion that the reason

why all these things happen to you is because of some unconfessed sin in your

life that's why your life has been ruined this is what happens to sinners

is what their mind state was and that's how they thought back in Job's day and

now we see here Jesus is addressing it in His day and sadly we have many people

that believe that concept today but Jesus corrects this with that statement

I tell you no but unless you repent you will all likewise perish I love what's

written in a book of Ecclesiastes I talked about this often chapter 9 in

verse 11 as a Word of God reads I returned and saw under the sun that the

race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong nor bread to the wise nor

riches to men of understanding nor favor to men of skill here it is but time and

chance happen to them all this is the concept that Jesus is reinforcing time

and chance happened to them the true perishing comes from within we live in a

fallen world and it is true that suffering and pains are here because of

sin but we need to all understand that many things are going to happen that

seems so misaligned but it's not such as bad things happening to those who we

claim or see as good people we see that all the time and then those evil people

receiving fortunes it's almost like it doesn't make sense I'm not emotionally

removed from that how do you think I feel when someone that I've either

worked with or know who is a good person based off of all things that we

understand in our flesh and then they get stricken with MS and I have to watch

them degenerate over time or someone last week who was doing X Y & Z for the

Lord struck down with some illness and the person who is out there on a

murderous rampage doing well it seems all kinds of jacked up but the truth is

is that we are all bad and evil in the sight of the true and living God and

we'll all perish unless we repent just like Jesus said that's the truth so what

does that mean what does it mean to repent and is repentance only for the

Jews I will tell you this if you think that repentance is not a part of

salvation or repentance is only for the Jews then based on the authority of

God's Word I can tell you that there is something wrong with your salvation if

it exists at all which if you don't believe repenting is a part of it there

is no salvation we have to recognize that we're sinners in the first place

that's the truth and if anyone disagrees please show me the scriptures that takes

out repentance from all people help me to understand perhaps I'm wrong but I

don't believe that I am the word repent means to change one's mind that means to

regret be sorry about and in the context what Jesus is talking

about He is saying that we all must repent and change our minds regarding

sin that doesn't mean that we're never going to sin again identifying what sin

is and sometimes that's revealed slowly over time but that filling of oops

should remain once we understand what it is

and once we recognize sin guess what we start seeking the answer to it and the

only solution to sin is in Jesus Christ that's the only way to solve it He is

the firstfruits of the resurrection and when we truly come to Jesus Christ He

takes away our sinful and barren state which would have caused us to perish

but now He calls us believers because we have new hearts and then because of that

were able to bring about that fruit which identifies each of us as His own

that's why this parable was spoken you're looking at the destruction that

happens to the body and the horrors that happen to people based on time and

chance but the true horror is if you don't have salvation that perishing you

will never come back from and there's an identity marker with that bearing the

fruit of belief so with that understood verse 6 of our text He also spoke this

parable a certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard and he came

seeking fruit on it and found none first of all this certain man that is being

spoken about in the scriptures is none other than God Himself so when we keep

that in mind God had His fig tree planted in His vineyard and I think

that's very telling because it shows ownership it's mine think of it I own it

all of it so I can do with it as I please is first but look what He does

with it and first of all why a fig tree and why plant a fig tree in a vineyard

now for me this is where some factual data and some symbolism really

helps and bringing out the full understanding of our text and also this

parable so I want to first note a few things about the fig tree itself now

there are many variations of fig trees but it's very interesting that the

majority of scientists believe that the fig tree is the oldest fruit tree in the

world amazing the oldest and they say that it can live up to 200 years and

pretty much grow on any type of soil there's been reports of fig trees

growing out of the side of rocks think of it and have that picture in your mind

and their branches grow far and wide and these big leaves cover the fruit amazing

trees and when it comes to the Word of God the fig tree is the first fruit tree

ever referred to in the Bible we see this in the book of Genesis chapter 3

in verse 7 immediately after the fall of man the Word of God says this then

the eyes of both of them were opened and they knew that they were naked and they

sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings and that would be a

whole study within itself but we don't have time to get in there I could just

say that I concur with the scientist that the fig tree is the oldest fruit

tree in the world I think they were reading Genesis when they they probably spent

800 years trying to figure it out and they read Genesis said yes but they also

say that some trees can produce fruit three times a year with the main harvest

coming between the months of August and October I find that interesting fig

trees can also listen take up to three years to become mature enough to produce

any fruit but then after that every year they will be fruitful

so with that picture in our minds at least with me it really brings the point

home when the fig tree is used symbolically in Scripture we know that

the fig tree is a picture of the nation of Israel as seen in the New Testament

and even in the Old Testament is a picture of the nation of Israel's

prosperity and God did this so there was an expectation regarding this fig tree

by the owner and that expectation was to find some fruit God had deliberately

taken a nation to Himself and placed it where He knew it was good good to allow

growth to occur God knew that this tree would have the best chance to produce

fruit based on where He placed it no guessing in a vineyard the most fertile

ground I say that because as the fig tree is a symbol of the nation the

vineyard as well is in the Old Testament and that symbolizes the house of Israel

in regards to their unique spiritual connection to the true and living God

which no other nation had and we also see the vine and the fig tree paired

together in Scripture quite often so when we combine those both symbolically

it paints a picture of a chosen people being planted on fertile ground in order

to be fruitful and by that prosper that's the picture we see but what

happens is even though those conditions were ideal they did not produce and the

certain man came seeking the fruit and found none notice that it does not say

that He came seeking a lot of fruit nor does it say that he came in seeking the

biggest fruit like it was going to be a competition

at this fruit it just says He came seeking fruit and found none now it does

not take a biblical genius to see how this applies to us as Christians and we

don't want to be dogmatic about it but practical and this can go in many

directions but let's keep with the text and by doing that I think we could look

at it from this standpoint when we almost started seeking the Lord the Lord

placed us in a place that we would grow He put us in a position where we would

have the best opportunity to latch on to His word of truth and grow it is at that

point that we have the decision the initial decision to make am I going to

reject this word and eat the quail of the world or do I choose to believe in

the nutrients of the soil of God's Word so I can grow in the faith and

knowledge of Jesus Christ that's where the critical decision lies from my

perspective and from my point of view that's where our first fruits come and

that is identified by the fruit of the Spirit based on that fruit of the Spirit

that we acquire and grow in this controls all of our outwardly actions

that demonstrates who we belong to

that's what I get from the text you may find other things but that's what I see

and just like that man who comes back looking for fruit God searches the

hearts of all of us to find out is there belief there

do you possess the fruit of the Spirit that is the first indicator nothing else

can happen absent that that belief must be there and I believe because of that

we need to conduct self examinations often and also allow those trusted

brothers and sisters to do the same for us holding one another accountable it's

sad that in the church we have removed the age or error of accountability we

don't want to confess our faults to one another we don't want to expose some of

the troubles that we're going through in our faith that's a problem because if we

are our own self examiners and that's it we could become skewed in our views of

ourselves looking in the mirror beholding a different reflection than

what it really is any of you all been to a funhouse before where they have all

these weird mirrors and I don't know if you like me it's kind of big guy I go to

a mirror and I'm all skinny I'm like word check out your boy that's how it

can be for us often it takes others to say hey there's something wrong here

which is good because we need it now the fruit of the Spirit is a whole study

within itself but we can do quick examinations to ourselves of our own and

also allow our brothers and sisters to aid us in these efforts by comparing and

contrasting what takes rule in our life one commentator says it like this and

this comparing and contrasting here it is here's the test instead of love is

there hatred bitterness or even prejudice in your life instead of joy is

their constant gloom instead of peace is their turmoil instead of long-suffering

are we always impatient instead of good intent

is there an alternative motive that's a deadly one that is deadly because

typically it can be camouflaged others won't know but the Lord knows instead of

gentleness is there always a harsh response instead of faith is their

endless worry instead of meekness is there pride in

arrogance instead of self-control are we always a victim of our own passions then

he goes on to say this if so then either we do not know God at all

or a recommitment to Christ would be in order and only you would know what that

status is of course God Himself clearly knows all now we all fall and fail from

time to time in many of these areas but the question is what dominates our lives

that's where it's at is it the barren side which is the

opposite of being fruitful because if it is if that's the constant nature we're

in then how can we call ourselves believers when we act like everybody

else in the world that does not have or possess the fruit of the Spirit nine

components one fruit infused that's how we're to be something we need to pray

about think on and execute in the power of the Lord not of our own strength for

seven of our text then he said to the keeper of his vineyard look for three

years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none cut it down why

does it use up the ground now we know based on the context of these verses

that the keeper of the vineyard is a picture of Jesus the Christ

also keep in mind that Jesus is the true vine as spoke of in the book of John

chapter 15 in verse 1 and in verse 2 of that same chapter the Word of God reads

listen to this every branch in Me did you catch that

I'll say it again every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away and

every branch that bears bears fruit He prunes that it may bear more fruit

that's another study within itself that one verse but this to me really

emboldened the overall message that we're talking about today and it goes

along with the statement made in our text of verse 7 so now we have these three

years spoken about in the scriptures and some equate this to Jesus' earthly

ministry where He for three years and His disciples would teach and preach

about the coming kingdom the kingdom of God is at hand this kingdom that could

have been established at that time if they would have borne the fruit of

belief that Jesus Christ was the Messiah

during this timeframe God expected fruit from the nation of Israel proof that

they believed in the son of the true and living God but in three years seen by

the scriptures each year He came by looking for a sign of any fruit but

found none and I think there's something to be said about that many scholars

agree with that aspect of it but when we look back to the fig tree and its

attributes I think that it may have more to do with that than anything else

basically when you put it all together there were no signs of promise zero and

because of that it would have been viewed that

it's highly unlikely that this fig tree will ever produce any fruit at all

it has no signs of promise and what's ironic is that we as Christians or

professing Christians always want to be under God's promise I know I do but

sadly sometimes we don't show any promise at all that's something that we

all have to examine ourselves with I know I do and again regarding the fig

tree let's remember that it took three years for it to fully mature in order to

produce fruit but during that three year time frame there would be signs that it's

growing properly for example start budding you can see that something's about to

happen the stems will continue to expand the leaves real bold the roots you can

see them from the top indicating they're going deep there would be some sign so

after three years if none of these signs were to occur then it's probably not

going to happen now this is where we have a couple of points to consider for

each of us and maybe not how you think but the question is do we as individuals

show or have signs of promise because if we do we should rejoice in the Lord for

them and I will tell you the signs of promise that we have is the area that we

need to cleave to for more promise and more signs that's what we need to do

because the enemy will tell all of us you're not worthy you're not worthy

you're not worthy but the Lord shows us those signs of

promise that we need to say I am worthy not me but because of my salvation and

my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ a sign of promise could be how we feel about

sin our thoughts have changed and now our thoughts are aligning to the will of

the true limit God a sign of promise could be that we're no longer

emotionally attached to what kept us from God in the first place a sign of

promise for a Christian is any bud root stem that grows in the grace and

knowledge of Jesus Christ those are signs of promise and we need to hold on

to them and the church should have signs of promise as well and a sign of promise

is not how many people attends the church that's not it

sign of promise for the church is how the Word of God is being preached and taught

in the church and that reflects in the people in the body of the church a sign

of promise for the church is how the body interacts with one another and does

it fit the biblical standpoint of the church a sign of promise in the church is

that we make sure we do not cleave to any dogmas but that we speak about the

justification and faith that's a sign of promise

it's about faith alone period that fruit is produced because faith brings about

the belief and that's the point now many Christians have a problem with

disconnection many people struggle with it not because of them as individuals

really because of the church because many churches are have a complete barren

body the whole body's barren and it sad because it does impact the individual

and if people were just taught the truth regarding the grace of our Lord and

Savior Jesus Christ fruit would abound but the problem is many churches are all

about barren works instead of being about fruitful belief where we need

because absent belief no matter what type of works you're doing no matter how

noble they may seem all those works are dead to Christ dead I don't care how

many people come sits in the pews if there's no belief in Jesus Christ all

those works are dead period and it's sad that so many Christians they view God's

Word and the work of Jesus Christ as a good idea it's the ideal situation to be

a part of but you know we don't have to recognize all the other stuff well they

don't see the true blessing behind it so in other words what they say and what

they believe is that hey I believe enough to make me a good person I don't

have to believe it all and this is not about not understanding the scriptures

oh I clearly see what it says but I just don't have to believe it I'm a good

person and I'm doing magnificent works for the Lord every Wednesday I do this

every Tuesday I do that and blah blah and you just keep going on I

do all these things well you might as well go ahead and put it all in a coffin

because absent belief all those works are dead but the fruit of belief will

eradicate our barrenness and it's the only way and the only answer for salvation I

also believe that these three years could represent the law the prophets in

Jesus Christ because inside the law was the standard and the only one that could

hold that standard was Jesus Christ Himself period and then you have the

prophets that spoke about Jesus Christ and then Jesus Christ is now on the

scene of His own with His own the true vine and now that period of time has

been elapsed and there's no fruit and now the order has been given to just cut

it down because it seems to be just taking up space and I don't think that

cut it down order was given in a laughing or huh it's just useless manner

it took a lot of consideration for this to be ordered to cut it down and I say

that based on God's Word captured in the book of Deuteronomy chapter 20 in verse

19 this is in regards to warfare but listen to what the Lord says when you

besiege a city for a long time while making war against it to take it you

shall not destroy its trees by wielding an ax against them listen to this if

you can eat of them do not cut them down to use in the siege for the tree of the

field is man's food now I mentioned that because here we see trees that are

told not to be cut down why because they were fruitful but in our text what we

have is a tree that had no life-sustaining sustenance on it at all

it was deem useless so why keep it maybe this fertile ground can be used for

another tree that would produce and even if that's so the nation of Israel will

never be replaced because they have a place in God's plan but something to

consider verse 8 of our text but he answered and said to him sir let it

alone this year also until I dig around it and fertilize it now this verse is

really telling and for a few reasons but first of all it reveals the

long-suffering and patience and complete mercy of the true Living God

the words from Jesus is let it alone this year also or the vine dresser in

other words give it more time it just needs some more time to produce this is

a picture of Jesus interceding on behalf of the nation of Israel even though that

belief that was supposed to be present and produced by them did not exist and

it seemed like it never would Jesus this vine dresser but asked for more time

give it more time He would go beyond the point of mercy as we know it beyond it

because please take notice that the fig tree was planted in the vineyard the

most fertile ground there was and Jesus still asked for more time to fertilize

it even more Jesus would He would go so far as to basically put the blame on

Himself and one commentator picked up on that

and I love this read he says the mercy of the vine dresser

who pleads with this worthless tree to save it from destruction

how natural and touching are the terms in which He intercedes and does that for

man now one word He does not utter against the barren tree

not one word does He say of all the labor that He has already bestowed upon

it with a wonderful pity and condesation He seems to trace its

long unfruitfulness to His own neglect

let it alone the fault may be Mine I have not done

enough for it henceforth I will do more it shall become the special object of My

labor and care this is our God's mercy He has always been merciful He had every

right to cut this down and destroy it but Jesus interceded He had every right

to do what He wanted to with this bearing fruit tree especially when it

belongs to Him and it's supposed to be representing Him and this dialogue

between God and Jesus is not something that is on opposite terms not the case

the Father and the Son are one everything they speak to old and new

Testament is in complete agreement nothing is disagreed upon this is here

to illustrate how God harkens to the prayers of His people for his people

this is why that's there this is God's nature and we see this nature played out

throughout the scriptures one account is captured in the Book of Psalms chapter

106 in verse 23 the Word of God reads therefore He said that He would

destroyed them speaking of the children of Israel had not Moses His chosen one

stood before Him in the breach to turn away His wrath lest He destroy them

Jesus pleading to God on behalf of the nation even on the cross He did the same

thing those famous words Lord forgive them for they know not what they do and

in regards to this timeframe being one year not literally to be taken but it

was to represent a period a length an extension and many scholars and

commentators equate this to the timeframe of Jesus' resurrection all the way to

the destruction of the temple in 70 AD because during that timeframe the

kingdom was still being offered to the children of Israel still being preached

and we see that throughout the Book of Acts but again we know that the Lord is

not done with the nation of Israel and there's going to come a day when they're

going to recognize who their Messiah truly is but on this account we can learn a

valuable lesson by this vine dresser by Jesus Christ Himself and that's because

the unbelief of the nation of Israel is no different than unbelief of the world

today it's all unbelief and although we want to be caught up in the rapture ASAP

to be forever with the Lord in His presence no question about that but we

still have people who are lost that we need to be praying for this is an area

in my life that I know I need to improve on you have that boss at work that's a

jerk know that they're not saved and instead of praying for them we would

rather just pronounced a curse on them it's not the right answer

it might make us feel better but it's just not right we should be praying for them we

have family members who are not saved and instead of praying for them we want

hurry up and get out the house so I don't have to deal with you when they call we look at

so and so again don't even think about praying for them and that's a problem

look how Jesus intercedes even though this probably would not come around even

though it was highly unlikely for those who we deem highly unlikely to come to

Christ still pray for them we do not know the beginning from the end in

the Book of first Timothy chapter 2 verses 1 through 4 the Word of God reads

therefore I exhort first of all that supplications prayers intercessions and

giving of thanks be made for all men for kings and all who are in authority this

is where I get tripped up because so many Christians will not pray for our

President and if that is you it's a shame we should be praying for

him

we should be praying for all of those in authority to do what's right to judge

righteously but instead we complain and don't pray our emotions take over our party

affiliation takes over that is all hot garbage for kings and all who are in

authority that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and

reverence verse three for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our

Savior in verse four here it is why why do this our Lord and Savior who desires

all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth but we don't want

to do it because we feel some type of way what if the Lord didn't intercede on our

behalf

He is the only mediator between God and man and yet we refuse to be mediators

between the laws and the Lord that's a problem we should be praying that their

hearts are changed and that by the way we live believing what we believe they

would see Christ in us because a time period was called out one year in order

for this tree to produce and the time period in that privilege that we live

under of grace from the church will end at some point and for those who are

producing fruit much joy to you but for those who are barren the end of verse

nine will ultimately be the faith you will face the Word of God reads and if it

bears fruit well but if not after that you can cut it down and the words are

and if it bears fruit there's no guarantee here no guarantee but if it

does and the word well in the original is not even there it just says and if it

bears fruit there's a pause but if not there's a conclusion for that one though

then you can cut it down and it would appear that all that extra work that

intercession that the Lord did and all the ministries that were done and that

time frame did not work it's not the fault of the vine dresser it was due to

the condition of the tree that was the issue and Jesus spoke about this

unfruitful attitude and unbelief on many occasions and because of that guess what

happened to the nation He would speak this to them captured in Matthew chapter

21 in verse 43 as the Word of God reads therefore I say to you the kingdom of

God will be taken from you and given to another nation bearing

the fruits of it the conclusion in a sense from that standpoint and that word

nation ethos in the Greek means people another people now again we know that

the nation of Israel has a place in God's plan they will cry out to the Lord

each of them as individual fig trees if you will and they will bear the

fruit of belief they will their barren state will be removed and replaced with

the state of belief but it is going to take a hellish situation for that nation

as a whole to get to that point and let's be clear it's going to take a

hellish situation for all who are bearing with unbelief when the Lord

gathers all of his elect up in that rapture moment those who believe because

after the rapture what's going to happen to this place is undescribable we're

under grace now we don't have time for it but think about we are under grace

now meaning we're safe under grace safe we're not under the law meaning when the

rapture happens when the Lord comes for His own we're raptured up now think about

it in the tribulation if that was the same standpoint then one would say I'm

saved today and immediately be rapture would be kind of like the thought

process we recognize that that's not the case that does not happen during the

tribulation it doesn't and that's a study for another time and I don't want

to get off topic but I hope you get my point there is no such thing as almost

saved it's either you're saved or you're not when God looks down He sees one or

the other and like those Galileans who died in those misfortunate accidents

what if something happened to one of us today

can we truly say that I bear the fruit of belief or would it be that I'm barren

because if we're barren that's how one really perishes we have the complete

Word of God what's our excuse we need to ask ourselves do we really bear the

fruit of belief hopefully we're not barren and deceiving ourselves Jesus

intercedes on our behalf how many times has He done so asking for

a little more time for each of us changing circumstances in our lives so

that we would look up to Him and begin to believe and when that vine dresser

comes and has done His last attempt to fertilize and then God comes through and

search the heart is He going to see fruit or is He going to say okay cut it

down I will tell you that no one has to be cut down because believing in Jesus

Christ our coming King will bring about that fruit acceptable to God and the

only way is by believing on the Son of God as your personal Savior

that is it by the Gospel of Jesus Christ the Gospel is that Christ died for our

sins according to the scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose

again the third day according to the scriptures and He will be returning real

soon to rule as King on this earth He's our salvation and the only way to

eternal life and those who are barren and are not saved can get there today it's

ABC simple by first acknowledging that you are a sinner in need of a savior who

is Jesus the Christ Romans chapter 3 in verse 10 says as it is written there is

none righteous no not and verse 23 says for all have sinned

and fall short of the glory of God this means no one can get in with

those beautiful and wonderful dead works absent belief it doesn't happen it

will never happen and as shown in chapter 6 verse 23 the Bible says for

the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus

our Lord that represents the A and the B stands for believe key word believe

that's the fruit while the C stands for confess

both are captured in the book of Romans chapter 10 verses 9 and 10 the Word of

God reads that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your

heart that God has raised Him from the dead you will be saved for what the

heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made

unto salvation this is how one gets saved and begins that process of bearing

the fruit season after season and this is the only way that you can ensure that

you will not be cut down and cast into the fire the Bible says the Lord is not

slack concerning his promise as some count slackness but is again

long-suffering toward us all of us why not willing that any should perish

but that all should come to repentance

I pray that if you are not saved today is your day to permanently rid yourself of

that barren state and become fruitful forever for our coming king why don't we all

stand so we can pray

loving Heavenly Father I just pray that Your Word has penetrated the hardest of

hearts and that we all learn from this that we just take everything that You

presented today in the proper context Lord help us to be critical listeners

and critical heeders of Your Word help us to live it out better us in every

area of our walk strengthen us with the fruit of your spirit make it be known

that we belong to You and we're not barren but we're believers and we love

You and we thank You for all that You've done and will continue by the power of

Your might we ask You now Lord your blessing upon this all in the mighty

name of Jesus Christ we pray amen

has been doing tremendously well. I'm not really a financial advisor

about their token.If you guys really want to invest in smart lands you better

do your own due diligence because investing in very speculative assets such

as cryptocurrencies is extremely risky. let me just give you a brief overview of

smart lands in case you guys really want to find out more information about

smart lands.There is going to be a whole lot of links in the description box so

smartness is a platform where security token offerings are going to be offered

and you guys have been following what has been happening in the cryptocurrency

world the SEC has been cracking down on a whole lot of blockchain companies that

conducted their ICO in late 2016 to about 2017 because apparently they

weren't following their rules. Just to summarize everything smart lands is

going to be a platform which is going to do it the legal way smart lands is going

to give the ability to a lot of these companies to raise money or rather to

fundraise money in a way which is going to be approved by the SEC. A lot of

people have been predicting that security token offerings are going to be

the next big thing, kind of like how the ICOs really made a whole lot of

people money. Naturally the blockchain companies which are going to be

providing this ability for a whole lot of companies to raise money in a legal

way are obviously going to do very well so this is where smart lands obviously

comes in I'm not really going to jump into every detail but basically this is

one of the reasons why smart lands has been doing extremely well because a lot

of people are hoping that smart lands is going to be a platform just like the way

neo and ethereum provided the ability for a lot of people to buy or

rather participate into a whole lot of icos and I yeah so this is one of the

reasons why it has been constantly going up. As I'm recording this video the

current price of smart lands is about five dollars fourteen cents and it has

got a market cap of about 26 million dollars which to a lot of people seems

to be very extremely undervalued so if this thing is going to be very

successful a lot of people are really going to make a whole lot of money

according to the information on coinmarketcap.com, smart lands was released

to the general public on 26th January 2018 and based on the chart it has been

doing extremely well and it hasn't really lost a whole lot of value so that

really tells me that a lot of people who are holding this type of token they are

obviously you know having a whole lot of faith into this project because they

really believe that the team is obviously delivering and they are moving

in the right direction but is it going to do extremely well in the future

nobody can really tell only time can really reveal how everything is going to

be done later on in the future looking at the current price of smart lands is

obviously having its all-time high right now and I really wouldn't advise anybody

to invest in smart lands because it's very likely that you're going to end up

losing your money nobody really wants to lose money especially during this bear

market so you guys better just chill and put it on your radar

put it on your watch list or something but of course that's only my opinion and

I really want to like find out exactly what you guys think about smart lands do

you guys think this thing can actually do a 10x or perhaps 100x and what do you

think about security token offerings oh and by the way if you guys don't really

know exactly the major differences between an ICO or

and an STO I would gladly make another video which is going to like dive deep

into this thing so you guys can have this type of knowledge especially when

you are looking forward to like investing in a whole lot of this

cryptocurrency projects because it's very important for you guys like

differentiate what you know a lot of these different types of tokens

represent because we have quite a lot of them we've got utility tokens we have

security tokens if you guys don't want me to like talk about this we gotta do

in profit all BTC seems like a very reasonable choice well I do agree with

you and I really think bitcoin is still king according to the SEC I think it's

not really a security so it's pretty safe to invest in but I really think

bitcoin has got a long way to go because there's a lot of things that really need

to be improved it's really extremely slow so if you really need to like have

mass adoption they really need to improve the number of transactions per

second if we're going to be in the same lane or if we're going to be competing

against these other platforms we really need to perform way better than them to

be honest with you guys I'm really against the fact that we have a lot of

alternative cryptocurrencies because a lot of out coins just devalue Bitcoin we

really need to have like one solid cryptocurrency which is going to rule

everything you guys obviously heard about the Bitcoin cash was the internal

fighting this just like simply devalues the value of Bitcoin and that is really

a bad thing now imagine if you only had one cryptocurrency which was going to be

responsible for everything of course we need to have like an ecosystem which is

dependent on that particular blockchain and I really think that bitcoin is going

to be like that type of cryptocurrency which is going to you know sort of

control the ecosystem whenever that way needs to be introducing smart contracts

whenever people are going to be able to like build on top of Bitcoin I think

it's really going to increase the value Bitcoin because to be honest

with you guys a lot of these alternative cryptocurrencies are direct copies of

Bitcoin Bitcoin already has the branding because everybody knows what the hell

bitcoin is please let me know what you think about this whole situation rather

you should have bought XRP I do have a little bit of XRP and it's

not really a significant amount a lot of people are saying that there's going to

be a flipping a lot of people are going to transfer or rather move from bitcoin to

XRP but hey SEC might rule XRP as a security and there's going to be a lot

of fud I don't really want someone like a hater congratulations to

everybody who invested in xrp and you guys have been doing amazing so

congratulations to you guys do not forget to sell at the right time try to

get as much profit as you can while you can because sometimes things just go

down and you're not really going to have like another opportunity to sell at the

excited for my guests here this is my daughter Ellie we're going to share this

really cool amazing story with you so if you have ever wanted to create something

in your life and have been willing to use your creation power to manifest it

listen to this story because we we had an really cool experience happen to us

but we don't agree that it really worked the way that I think you worked so we're

looking you know is this signs from the universe or was this coincidence so

first of all let's start off Ellie when did this story happen it happened like

July 14th I think like a year a year and a half ago yes no it wasn't snowing in

July just so you know so look a little bit different than this and and Ellie

was just turning 16 or had no she had just turned 16 and more than anything

she wanted a car and she didn't have enough money

and so she but she started looking and so she looked for cars and I remember

that she took me to go with her to try out a Jeep Grand Cherokee remember this

I do yes okay we have a difference of opinion on this

okay so she had 1,200 bucks that was her budget you know and there's

not a lot you can get with 1,200 bucks right that's true that's true

okay so tell us about this Jeep Grand Cherokee that you found I thought it was

sweet it it was nice I always kind of wanted a bigger car and I didn't really

want to drive a small car because my experiences with small cars they were

like really small I've never been in a normally small car and so I like the

Grand Cherokee because I could go skiing and just have a ski rack on the top and

it was a cool good size and I could drive up into the mountains without

being afraid okay but tell us about that actual particular $1,200 vehicle yes

yeah the registration was super expired and I don't think it had been turned on

in like a year but I mean it was scary inside all the lights went on with the -

there was no fuel gauge there's no fuel gauge you just had to guess how much was

in there the driver side window didn't go down were there holes in the floor I

remember holding no was there a door that didn't work or was it just not that

window I think it was just the window and then what about going around corners

remember that is a little bumpy jeeps tend to be yeah it was scary it was

horrible now I had been studying manifesting and was really interested in

this process and not really sure how it worked I think that I had accidentally

manifested some some things in my life such as my cars but hadn't really

purposefully set forth to do that but I had like a five-step process a simple

five-step process and and I remember talking to Ellie and we were chatting in

my office to remember that conversation okay and I I asked her if she was

willing to try something even if she thought it was crazy were you willing to

try something to manifest this car or a better vehicle and and I started out by

saying what do you think you're worth do you remember that

you know because I think we come to some things and we have this setpoint belief

of what we think were worth and a lot of times that can be detrimental to us

because we have lower expectations and we settle for things lower than what we

could achieve and and so that's what I kind of thought after writing them this

horribly scary Jeep Grand Cherokee that I just thought was unsafe you know the

guy said that he hadn't registered it for two years because he got hadn't

gotten around to it whatever it was unsafe it would have killed somebody

but anyway so she had a small budget to get this and and I said are you willing

to try this experiment now how did our conversation go I had some preconceived

notions I was not excited about this yeah mostly because he said if you do

this then this will happen but I couldn't do what he was telling me to do

um like picture the car picture what was happening around me mm-hmm I have what's

called a Fantasia it's really cool look it up pick it up it means you can't see

you can't see pictures in your brain so if you ask me to picture an Apple I I

can't like I can't see it but I can describe to you what an apple looks like

and it's it's a really weird thing but um you were saying like what do you

think you're worth well if you think you're worth something then picture this

and I was like I can't the conversation did not go well yeah it ended in tears

I was crying oh wait now she was crying and it felt like I was asking so much of

her right it felt like I was being a little attacked that's how I felt sorry

maybe I come across the tacky but I was I was hoping that she would just be

willing to try an experiment right and then do you remember the five steps to

doing the egg no not specifically I'll run over them real quick and you can

catch them in other videos on the five steps to manifesting and the first step

is to decide what you want and you write it

down the second step is gratitude you express gratitude as if you've already

received you know just just boost your gratitude levels number three is to ask

for what you want a lot of times I do that in prayer and sometimes it's just

asking the universe and the universe is all the intelligence is around that

helped organize and bring things to us and then the fourth step is to

experience it as if it has already happened to actually really feel this

this is where you emotionalize it and then the fifth step is the same as step

moment or number two what's that gratitude step two and five for the same

gratitude it's the key to everything so anyway I asked her to do this five-step

process to to see if we could get a car that was even better than what she

thought she was worth does that make sense makes sense but that's not what

like I I didn't think that I wasn't finding a good car because I wasn't

worth something that that's where our difference lies okay yeah that's why I

was in tears because I was like we figured it out eventually

yeah and it was something that I was going through actually because I felt I

was worth a certain set point and I wanted to turn up that set point so that

I was worth more to myself and therefore to the world and things and so anyway it

didn't that didn't work so well okay but she started the process and she had

problems what were the problems I couldn't see pictures she couldn't see

pictures at all so she couldn't decide I couldn't even get her to commit if she

wanted a car or a truck remember yeah so I really wanted a truck but I knew that

I didn't have enough money for the kind of truck that would run and so I didn't

want to commit to something and then be disappointed when it was different

when it didn't happen and so yeah that kind of makes it challenging to ask the

universe for something that you're not even really specific on and especially

in going through the five-step process when you get to step number four how do

you experience something that you haven't really figured out what you

wanted but she did it so what did you do I finally just brought some stuff down I

realized oh sorry I need to back up there was something that happened in the

in the office remember she was in tears because her dad was still mean and and I

was just trying well you just are you willing to just try to do this

experiment and I remember in tears she said dad it's not like the car's gonna

just appear in our driveway remember that yep that's my favorite line okay so

we have to establish that in the story and then she starts doing the process

yeah to the extent that I could um I just wrote stuff down because I realized

I wanted a car just so I could it was more about independence than saying oh I

want a car that's white or I want a card that's like this many feet off the

ground you know it was not about the kind of car I was getting it was about

driving by myself driving by herself and so when she started experiencing it and

I asked her to do this experiment for what two minutes a day or something like

that you know are you willing to just try it to do two minutes a day on this

experiment she said yes and she started to do it and when she experienced the

car or the vehicle she was inside it so she never really saw outside if it was a

car truck right well I didn't see anything she didn't see anything that's

but I wasn't I wasn't really experiencing the car oh I was praying go

pray okay yeah cuz like I can't yeah so tell me about that so I was just praying

that I would have a car and I went through some of the specifications that

we added like it would be nice if it had seat heaters or it should

be good for the winter something like that but he and I have different views

on what that means I saw the car as an answer to prayer and I don't know what

the universe is exactly like what you view the universe as but I think that I

got the car because I asked for it from God and I didn't create it from the

universe that's what I'm thinking that's what she's thinking yeah yeah it's a

good thing to think yeah and prayer is so powerful and I

absolutely believe in that but so we jumped ahead we didn't get to the park

yeah okay okay so but she started this and each day and for more than just you

know two minutes a day she she was actually doing the experiment and she

told me and I don't know if this is true because we'll revisit it that she would

when she was experiencing the car thinking about experiencing the car what

she could mostly feel was the air conditioner and it was really cold and

it was blowing on her and the stereo was just really nice and she could just turn

up her tunes as loud as she wanted was that is that true or am I remembering it

wrong I mean I I don't really recall that's what I remember from the story is

that her experience was all happening inside and it was mostly the stereo and

the cool air conditioning well okay so fast-forward a week I'm in our backyard

doing some stuff and this guy parks right behind us we have a church parking

lot we're actually parked right here in the

spot right at this moment and and he's outside he's taking pictures of his car

so I start chatting with him what are you doing oh I'm just getting it ready

to sell and it's this really nice white Lexus oh really wow it's really nice car

how long you had it you know we chatted whatever and and and then I asked him

how much you selling it for 1,200 bucks my jaw hits the ground really I start

asking other questions specific about the car and called up Ellie who was in a

school activity and had her run home if she was interested in it were you

interested in very interested in it and we ended up

getting it but the interesting the super interesting thing to me is like right

there is our house right there is my driveway and you can't get like any

closer without the car actually appearing in our driveway

she's shaking her head was it a coincidence it's cuz God has a sense of

humor God totally has a sense of humor I hope you caught my episode on what

scientists don't understand about God that's it he has a sense of humor so

anyway this awesome thing she was able to create in her life and she created by

following those steps I believe she created I believe she

created it with God and with the universe I believe that God is in charge

of the universe and the universe is all of these intelligences microorganisms

energies whatever that I'll have that I'll follow his command and and as she

worked for and prayed for and was very specific about she want what she wanted

I think she manifested Alexis for her first car how many miles is that well at

the time I bought it it was three hundred and sixty nine thousand miles

and now it's up to three hundred and seventy nine yeah we're going to the

moon and back halfway halfway back half way back well we're gonna really close

yeah but anyway that's what else is with the story pretty much the stereo was

really nice the heater turns on in like two seconds it's pretty good has a

sunroof leather interior it's Alexis that was brilliant for her starter car

so anyway what I want you to do is think about something that you would like to

create and think are you willing to try this experiment to try this experiment

of creating with God that you know through this five-step process again two

and five or the same gratitude is huge you go through that process of getting

specific about what you want you ask God in the universe and you experience it as

if it's already happened that is looking at it with an eye of faith and I don't

know I don't know if the microphone pick that

up but we have a difference of opinion there I'd love to hear what your opinion
