a second to understand why things like this pop up every now and again and gain
so much momentum well for starters everyone needs money
even millionaires and billionaires could use more of it so a friend or
acquaintance hitting you up about a quick simple way to turn a twenty dollar
investment into a hundred and sixty dollars or hundred dollars into eight
hundred dollars without having to do anything that's gonna appeal to a lot of
people another reason scams like this game will

what overworked and underpaid human being with bills to pay mouths to feed
and mounting debt wouldn't be intrigued the truth is though that most people
don't even need a lot of retype bling right now studies have shown that just
an extra five hundred dollars would make a major difference in the average
American home right now would you agree would it make a difference in your home
well that's why all of these schemes pop up because they guarantee an easy way to
make an extra quick buck just by sharing an idea with someone
else and here's where we distinguish a pyramid scheme from a legitimate income
generation model at the end of the day there has to be some kind of value
exchanged in a good or service or some sustainable model or method to validate
the return on investment that's being guaranteed and that's the problem with
the cash ab gain and gifting circles or gifting clubs like it eventually it will
collapse and when it does you'll end up with people who never reap their
guarantee return on their investment because there's no other way for them to
make money in it except through new people coming in they can't sell any
products they can't sell any services and earn enough Commission's to turn a
profit so if new people can't come in then they
can't get paid this is why the FTC works so diligently to shut things like the
cash at board game down and when they do there can be legal ramifications for
those documented as promoters of the program that includes any and all of
your social media posts or even your text messages that you use to promote
the game so the way it works is like this it's called an Eightball model and
can be shaped like a pyramid or to try to trip you up and avoid the pyramid
scheme associations they can also be shaped like circles but the flow and the
process is the same you see or receive a message like this from someone your kin
- guaranteeing you 160 dollars from a $20 investment now your $20 investment
then places you in the outer ring of the circle or on the bottom level of the
pyramid your $20 investment goes directly to the person in the middle of
the circle or the person at the top of the pyramid and once they get their
money from all eight people on the outside or at the bottom all eight new
people then they're supposed to step out of the game allowing everybody to move
up one level so as you move up one level now you're in the waiting stage and now
you're waiting while the eight new people come in they pay their money to
the person at the top and then once that person gets all their money from all
eight people then they're supposed to move out of the way and again allow you
to move up one more level so you're still waiting because now you have to
wait on eight new people to get started pay their $20 to the person at the top
and then once that person at the top gets their money from all eight people
and outside then you're able to move up into that central position or to the top
of the pyramid where now you're waiting on eight brand-new people to come in get
started pay their $20 and then those 20 those the $20 from the people at the
bottom of the pyramid or the outside of the circle they pay their $20 to you you
finally get your return on investment and then you're supposed to move out of
the way so that the cycle can continue so can you make money with it absolutely
and fast money - the problem comes in when it gets large enough that the FTC
gets involved and shuts it down and the hundreds or even thousands of people
that just started playing the game are out of their $20 because they never had
a chance to make it and make it to the top
inevitably somebody's gonna sue for being defrauded out of their $20 and
when the FTC and FBI and the IRS started to subpoena cash app accounts that
contain documentation for every deposit you received that web can eventually
find its way back to you at which point you can be held liable
for losses as a promoter of the illegal operation in some states like Virginia
that's a class 1 misdemeanor and depending on how large the game gets you
could move in the felony territory now knowing that the game is an illegal
enterprise and still participating really makes you no different than the
drug dealer on the corner you're both just trying to get as much money while
you can and hoping that you never get caught the only difference is that the
drug dealer doesn't have a digital record of every illegal transaction held
in storage and cash at headquarters that can be released to investigators upon

as a working remote for any TV but was in fact an imitation toy that would
never work or you may find that the remote never worked because your grandma

scheme colleges and universities would be schemes and gyms charge and
memberships would be a scheme but they're not because when people
participate in their programs they understand that it's going to take
effort on their part to reach their goals and the reason people pick gold

company can be the vehicle to get them to their dreams they believe the company
they pick has the systems and support in place to help them maximize their effort

Conservative Watchdog Group Judicial Watch continues to uncover corruption upon corruption
and lie upon lie as the Obama administration's house of cards continues to fall.
Director of Investigations and Research at Judicial Watch, Chris Farrell, was a guest
on Fox News on Friday evening.
Through the course of his interview, he revealed just how deep the rabbit hole goes, as he
discussed at length the portion of Huma Abedin's emails released by the State Department recently.
Farrell specifically detailed how disgraced former FBI Director James Comey perjured himself
before Congress when discussing the emails on more than one occasion.
At least four emails determined to be classified were found among 2,800 documents stored on
a laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner.
His wife Huma Abedin is the former deputy chief of staff to then-Secretary of State
Hillary Clinton.
The emails date from 2010, 2011 and 2012 with various discussions with Middle Eastern leaders
including Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Hamas and the Palestinian Authority.
Prior to the documents' release by the State Department large and lengthy portions up to
and including entire pages were redacted.
Three of the emails in question were sent either to or from an address called "BBB
Backup," which one email identifies as a backup of a Blackberry Bold 9700, believed
to belong to Abedin.
FOX News reported Friday –
At least four of the documents released Friday are marked "classified."
One November 2010 document that was released shows Abedin forwarding an email to an address
titled "Anthony Campaign."Former FBI Director James Comey said during a congressional hearing
earlier this year that he believed Abedin regularly forwarded emails to Weiner for him
to print out so she could give them to Clinton.
The segment on Fox News goes on to point out that Judicial Watch requested these emails

The conservative group Judicial Watch filed suit against the State Department for all
official department emails sent or received by Abedin on a non-state.gov email address.
"This is a major victory," the group's president, Tom Fitton, said in a Friday statement.
"After years of hard work in federal court, Judicial Watch has forced the State Department
to finally allow Americans to see these public documents."
Fitton added, "That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner's laptop dramatically
illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary
Clinton's and Huma Abedin's obvious violations of law."Farrell stated of Abedin's emails

been made public and documented through Judicial Watch's litigation and so this really cries
out for a legitimate investigation being done.

Frankly, these documents confirm the foundation for an indictment of Comey and [Peter] Strzok,
the investigator who is at the center of this entire nightmare of a security problem.
One page of a document released Friday is heavily redacted and marked 'classified';
it mentions 'update on Hamas-PA talks,' referring to the Palestinian Authority.
Another is a four-page "call sheet" meant to guide Hillary through a sensitive phone
call with Benjamin Netanyahu.
Yet a third is a detailed rundown of issues Hillary was expected to address during a call
with Saud bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who served as Saudi Arabia's foreign minister
up until 2015.The so-called "call sheet" relates to the upcoming expected publication
of yet another massive trove of U.S. diplomatic cables by Wikileaks, with the call sheet advising
Hillary to say –
"This appears to be the result of an illegal act in which a fully cleared intelligence
officer stole information and gave it to a website.
The person responsible will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
It appears to be a warning from Hillary to the Saudis about an impending leak of the
"details of private conversations with your government on Iraq, Iran, and Afghanistan."
Naturally, as a civilian Weiner would have been prohibited from receiving, reading, or
even possessing such documents without security clearance.
Though a former congressman, he resigned in mid-2011 amid significant scandal.
It is also highly unlikely that he possessed such security clearance even while serving
as a public official given that he did not serve on any House committees that would expose
him to any sort of sensitive foreign policy matters.
Additionally, despite the designation of "classified" amongst specific documents intelligence agencies
warn that the documents in question are "born classified," meaning that their distribution
is restricted whether or not they bear "classified" stamps or other identifying marks.
Comey has repeatedly shown he lacks testicular fortitude as well as any sort of basic moral
compass with regard to holding the Clinton crime family accountable for their reign of
terror over Washington and the rest of America when in the midst of a tense presidential
campaign he refused to prosecute Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while
she was secretary of state.
He also refused to prosecute during the Whitewater scandal as well as other instances, appointing
himself as a protector of sorts for the Clintons and allowing them to continue to function
above the law.

Division (John Carlin, Stuart Evans, Mary McCord and Sally Yates), as well as DOJ Bruce
Ohr and FBI lawyer Lisa Page directly to "conspiracy" charges.
The 2016 FBI counterintelligence operation was surveillance on the Trump Campaign and
was thinly disguised under the fraudulent auspices of a FISA warrant, sold as a defense
of U.S. democracy from Russia, which permitted the wiretaps and surveillance etc.
The DOJ involvement surrounds legal arguments, processing of FISA applications, and use of
the legal system to support the FBI operation with actionable legal framing (against Trump).
The DOJ National Security Division carried out that collaboration with the FBI.

So in other words, this entire special investigation is based off of entirely false pretenses,
which means that according to the "fruit of the poison tree" theory within our laws,
anything Mueller finds can't be used since it was all gathered under false pretenses.

Sometimes as the president of the most powerful nation in the world, you just have to be wise
enough to know how to pick your battles.
And this is exactly what President Donald Trump has done when he decided to just drop
the whole military transgendered recruit ban appeal.
Today it's being reported by multiple media news outlets that the Trump Administration
has decided not to appeal court rulings reversing the ban of Transgenered people from enlisting
in the U.S. military starting this coming Monday, January 1st, 2018.
The department went as far as to withdraw all its legal challenges to several federal
court rulings that blocked the administration from banning transgendered people from enlisting
in the U.S. armed services.
There was no immediate reason as to why the Trump administration had a chance of heart,
but it can be assumed that the LGBTQXYZ Mafia probably had something to do with all this.Although
the talking point pushed by the social justice warriors seems to be that if anyone wants
to put their lives on the line to defend our country they should be allowed to do so, there
are two major issues why Transgender people really shouldn't be allowed in the military.
The first one is that Transgenderism was considered a mental disorder until the DSM-5 decided
to reclassify the meaning in order to push the agenda and the second one is the cost
of taxpayer-funded sex change operations are just way too high.

Johns Hopkins Psychiatrist: Transgender is 'Mental Disorder;' Sex Change 'Biologically
Impossible'
(CNSNews.com) — Dr. Paul R. McHugh, the former psychiatrist-in-chief for Johns Hopkins
Hospital and its current Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry, said that transgenderism
is a "mental disorder" that merits treatment, that sex change is "biologically impossible,"
and that people who promote sexual reassignment surgery are collaborating with and promoting
a mental disorder.
Dr. McHugh, the author of six books and at least 125 peer-reviewed medical articles,
made his remarks in a recent commentary in the Wall Street Journal, where he explained
that transgender surgery is not the solution for people who suffer a "disorder of 'assumption'"
– the notion that their maleness or femaleness is different than what nature assigned to
them biologically.
He also reported on a new study showing that the suicide rate among transgendered people
who had reassignment surgery is 20 times higher than the suicide rate among non-transgender
people.
Dr. McHugh further noted studies from Vanderbilt University and London's Portman Clinic of
children who had expressed transgender feelings but for whom, over time, 70%-80% "spontaneously
lost those feelings."
While the Obama administration, Hollywood, and major media such as Time magazine promote
transgenderism as normal, said Dr. McHugh, these "policy makers and the media are doing
no favors either to the public or the transgendered by treating their confusions as a right in
need of defending rather than as a mental disorder that deserves understanding, treatment
and prevention."
"This intensely felt sense of being transgendered constitutes a mental disorder in two respects.
The first is that the idea of sex misalignment is simply mistaken – it does not correspond
with physical reality.
The second is that it can lead to grim psychological outcomes."
The transgendered person's disorder, said Dr. McHugh, is in the person's "assumption"
that they are different than the physical reality of their body, their maleness or femaleness,
as assigned by nature.
It is a disorder similar to a "dangerously thin" person suffering anorexia who looks
in the mirror and thinks they are "overweight," said McHugh.
This assumption, that one's gender is only in the mind regardless of anatomical reality,
has led some transgendered people to push for social acceptance and affirmation of their
own subjective "personal truth," said Dr. McHugh.
As a result, some states – California, New Jersey, and Massachusetts – have passed
laws barring psychiatrists, "even with parental permission, from striving to restore natural
gender feelings to a transgender minor," he said.
The pro-transgender advocates do not want to know, said McHugh, that studies show between
70% and 80% of children who express transgender feelings "spontaneously lose those feelings"
over time.
Also, for those who had sexual reassignment surgery, most said they were "satisfied"
with the operation "but their subsequent psycho-social adjustments were no better than
those who didn't have the surgery."
"And so at Hopkins we stopped doing sex-reassignment surgery, since producing a 'satisfied'
but still troubled patient seemed an inadequate reason for surgically amputating normal organs,"
said Dr. McHugh.
The former Johns Hopkins chief of psychiatry also warned against enabling or encouraging
certain subgroups of the transgendered, such as young people "susceptible to suggestion
from 'everything is normal' sex education," and the schools' "diversity counselors"
who, like "cult leaders," may "encourage these young people to distance themselves
from their families and offer advice on rebutting arguments against having transgender surgery."
Dr. McHugh also reported that there are "misguided doctors" who, working with very young children
who seem to imitate the opposite sex, will administer "puberty-delaying hormones to
render later sex-change surgeries less onerous – even though the drugs stunt the children's
growth and risk causing sterility."
Such action comes "close to child abuse," said Dr. McHugh, given that close to 80% of
those kids will "abandon their confusion and grow naturally into adult life if untreated
…."
"'Sex change' is biologically impossible," said McHugh.

all the hackers managed to tell people to buy certain points I guess they are
holding and they wanted to make a quick buck on and that's exactly what happens
so they promote at certain point I remember exactly what it was but that
coin shot up in value obviously it is John McAfee he does have a lot of
influence when it comes to cryptocurrency he's currently I don't
know he's that like four hundred five hundred fifty five thousand followers I
think he gained like four hundred thousand in the last few days or weeks
so how to know if his account is real and what you see is real or if it's fake
there are a lot of fake accounts out there right there's a lot of fake counts
out there because of the influence he has people are trying to manipulate the
market pretending to be him so it's only social media and only social media he
uses is Facebook Twitter and YouTube so I just like to follow him on Twitter and
yeah it keeps it simple if you see an Instagram it is not him it is fake
anything else is fake so on Twitter look for the blue checkmark that is they
verified that means he has a verified account he has a lot of followers and
Twitter kind of verified his account as he is a you know influencer or someone
of high influence so thinking it may take so people know it's him and not a
fake account so last one is ignore screenshots claiming to be messages
screenshots are the easiest thing to manipulate so make sure you guys you
know look for video proof look for actual threats that people can show you
a link to the thread don't just look at screenshots of messages because those
are the 100% the easiest thing that you can manipulate so guys Photoshop does
that super easy you guys know how it works it's really really easy to you
know fake these things so that's a little bit touching on John McAfee's
Twitter being hacked guys make sure you stay safe and you know what's going on
you're up there you know you're informed don't just buy into fake news there's a
lot of that nowadays so overall if you look at the coin market cap though guys
is the lot of red today a lot of big red what why it's getting close to the new
year this might be is get close to the New Year people are looking to you know
start dumping off coins to cash in on money for the end of the year it happens
happens in the stock market too people want to cash out some profits
start the new year with some more money that's what I'm assuming is happening a
lot of others a lot of rent and we're going to touch on the ones that are not

going to be talking about in this video even big coins down on under thirteen
thousand dollars which I'm not happy about not happy about it all but Ripple
guys so many constant days of upward trend nearing a ninety billion dollar
market cap it has taken over for second largest market cap guys it's just blue
aetherium out of the water and just left it in the dust well ripple just you know
went straight forward now for those of you guys who do remember and have been
following the channel for a while guys I recommended Twitter to you guys as not
Twitter I recommended ripple to you guys I invested in it at 11 cents I thought
it was a great coin I thought it was a cheap buy I thought it was on sale and I
recommend it to you guys some of you guys picked it up if you did let me know

fluctuating point zero zero six for a long time a long time and then you know
this is where I started talking about it roughly when it went down to like it was
at 11 cents where was it not October Oh somewhere around here I guess maybe it
was 15 cents but either way a lot of profit to be made we're gonna look at
the three-month chart because it's ridiculous you know over here so 26
cents 20 cents they had hit 20 cents I remember that and then all of a sudden
we just started launching to the moon right just straight to the moon and
never looking back Wow look at the 7d the seven day you
know it went from under a dollar basically here under a dollar all the
way to little over two and a half dollars and now we kind of bounced off
at 2.25 so I'm actually really happy to see that we are you know we are slowly
we did have a little bit of a pullback to kind of create some support kind of a
baseline I don't like investing in things when
they're an all-time high and it's just green days after green days because one
of these days it is going to be red and when it is red you're going to get
burned similarly to how you know Bitcoin cash when it was released Bitcoin go a
lot of stuff that happened is was a Bitcoin cashing those Bitcoin cash for a
Bitcoin cash that's that right here we just look at a chart real quick you know
a lot of people bought when it shot you know up a lot so is that like 3000 $4000
even past $4,000 and then it came down and now it's trading at 2500 so if you
bought at an all-time high because you had you know the fear of missing out the
infamous FOMO when it comes to crypto currency
do you yeah made a mistake you know that's just the reason right here and
get a lot of people say like oh but it's a great coin you should you know doesn't
matter if it's an all-time high I personally am NOT a fan of buying things
at all-time highs similar is just because just because of that reason just
for that reason I like to be safer with my investments and I choose to invest on
red days like a ton of the crypto currencies are right now I think Bitcoin
probably is from the coins it's not gonna be read tomorrow and if it is the
next day it's not gonna be right I think $13,000 is a very cheap price for
Bitcoin but yes so we're starting to see a correction here let's just zoom into
7-7 date chart we are starting to see a little bit of a correction which is
great I like to see that I think this I don't know what's gonna go on much lower
than this you know all the hype that's been going on with ripple all the
information that's been released we have so much stuff to look forward to still
we have you know there's the big announcements coming up a lot of them
ripple to be on coinbase I was hoping this would happen before the end of the
year but it is the 30th we only have like one more day one and a half days
till the end of the year so I'm starting to think maybe not um not gonna have on
coinbase just yet but as it is the second largest coin and the only coins
kind of on the only coins on point base are Bitcoin aetherium and litecoin
hopefully we're gonna be adding a lot more soon so I'm very excited for those
but ripple being the second biggest coin now you the second biggest market cap
coin now it would be great for us to see ripple on coin base as fast as possible
because it's just gonna make it easier for you guys to buy so like I said
before in the meantime if you want to you know grab some ripple at this
correction at this little dip make sure to head over to Finance
where I've the link in the description head over there make an account register
for an account transfer over Bitcoin super simple have a whole video
explaining how to do it but you really don't need it you can just no go on
there transfer your Bitcoin over that you want to buy ripple with and then
just buy ripple it's super easy you can store it on there if you want to
although I don't really like storing coins on exchanges I don't like to keep
put a lot of coins on there but if you are comfortable with that then by all
means go ahead and do it and then hopefully we're just gonna
riding up and start to see a lot more increases with Ripple and you know
hopefully $2.00 is the thing of the past hopefully we can get some $4 soon now in
order for that to happen look at that we just hit a 90 billion dollar market cap
ripple is just ridiculous two point three three dollars now the
thing we have to kind of look at obviously is market caps in total so
ripple and everyone else's market cap ripple 8990 maybe this just has updated
ninety billion dollar market cap it's the closest thing we have to bitcoins
218 billion dollar market cap and the overall market cap currently is five
hundred and seventy billion dollars so you have to take a little bit of a dip
it was 600 600 something before but don't worry
Bitcoin cryptocurrency is a long-term game and you know this is just the end
of the year it's the end of q4 people have to sell off to buy Christmas
presents people like to you know people like to end the year with more cash next
year we're gonna start getting more investment and hopefully we're just
going to shatter the market cap for every coin everything's are going to go
to the moon that's what I'm hoping especially the top one so if we want to
see ripple get to like $5 we're gonna have to see the market cap more than
doubles so from ninety billion dollars they would have to get to nearly two
hundred billion dollars which is close to the market cap that bitcoin is that
right now now however ripple does have the big
announcement coming out which I'm super excited to see where it is and if it
gets on coinbase it's easy it's just you know easier to access for people I know
on like Black Friday there are a hundred thousand coinbase accounts open just on
that one day so there's a lot of people that use coin based simply because it's
the easiest method and it's you know most beginner friendly to buy
cryptocurrencies hope you don't have to use it I stopped using it but the first
time I bought Bitcoin I did use coin base so it's it is good it's so when if
we have all those people coming in and more people start buying from buying
Ripple it is pie it is very very possible that way we can see ripple you
know go go up in value still a lot more in market cap as long as people believe
in the idea of the coin the issue a lot of people have with ripple is it's not
realize like you know what cryptocurrencies meant to be about but
hey if the coin is gonna do well you might as well make some money with it if
you are a fan of it now let's say the market cat here doubles to over 1
trillion dollars which i think is going to shatter next year I do think we're
gonna pass a trillion dollar market cap pretty early 2018 at least that's what
I'm hoping that's obviously again none of this financial advice but this is
what I am hoping then there's no reason why we can't see rip will double and get
to a 5 dollar valuation which would double your money so I still think
ripple has a ways to go I'm happy to see the correction this little correction
here is something I'm a big fan of you guys know if you guys both been
following me for a while I like buying safe investments meaning I like to buy
on dips I like to buy on read days I know ripple currently isn't on a red
date but I am happy to see it did have some Corrections so that's something
that to me might be a sign that I would go and buy some more ripple other than
that guys I think that's gonna be it for this video just a little bit touch up on

Dragon Ball Super is the latest addition to the ever growing franchise of the Dragon Ball franchise.
One thing that we have learnt from Dragon Ball Super is that the creators arent afraid of giving Gokū new powers as he is indeed their number 1 hero.
In Dragon Ball Super, Gokū got the Ultra Instinct, which is a very big power up. However when you compare Gokū to his rival Vegeta, you can see the difference clearly.
Vegeta has been playing second fiddle to Gokū over all the years. Recently, it was announced that Vegeta would be fighting Jiren who is the major threat to the chances of survival of Universe 7.
This excited the fans as they believed that Vegeta will finally get his chance. However, the joy was very short lived. There have been new spoilers which revealed that the Vegeta has been given another L by the creators.
According to the scans which hit the Internet, Vegeta is in trouble.
According to translators, the synopsis for episode 123 says Vegeta loses to Jiren without even being able to put up a decent fight. You can imagine the anger of the fans who were hyped up for Vegetas fight.
This can be considered the ultimate diss. I wasnt expecting Vegeta to beat Jiren, but at least he couldve have put up a decent fight.
However, that isnt the case as Vegeta has been dissed. He has been used again in order to buy time for Gokū to use Super Saiyan Blue.
There was very little hope for Vegeta as he doesnt have anything in his arsenal to match Gokūs power. Gokū had trouble landing punches against Jiren before he awakened his Ultra Instinct form. So there is one point for Vegeta.
Gokū being in a pinch might help Vegeta push past his limits and help him to awaken Ultra Instinct. The chances are small but it is possible.
You might have heard about the theories which talk about Goku and Vegeta getting two different forms of Ultra Instinct.
One is the Ultra Instinct which is red in color and will be awakened by Vegeta and the other is the blue one, which has already been awakened by Goku in his fight against Jiren.
I have been really keen to see if these theories hold any truth. But so far I have got just disappointment.

means to an end because I want to get to the end of my pain your acceptance of
pain is complete and that's where your spiritual power lies in fully accepting
it but of course now it hasn't become you
it hasn't been become an unhappy me you are fully there you're fully present
with it you fully accept that there is the pain body vibrating in you and you
may have to hold that pain for quite a while when the cycle comes it can go on
for a few days and hold bring presence to it you may occasionally lose it and
then remember again and be present with it again by losing it I mean it may
succeed in moving into your mind and control your thinking again and then
suddenly you'll remember and you hold it holding it so that pain becomes
incredible teacher and every time it happens you bring the presence to it
that's why women are going it's already there's always more women coming to
consciousness groups than men women will move forward more quickly now
than men I've seen that I'm seeing it all the time
and part of the reason is that they'll be able to work with their pain bodies
which up to now has looked how has been a great obstacle now becomes a great
help as you bring the presence to it men still have are less in touch with their
bodies more women of course are also in the mind but men even more deeply
entrenched in them in their mind structures so there's a different
they'll of course also have pain bodies but the predominant thing for men is the
identification with their head the predominant thing for women is
identification with pain body so that's these are just a focal points wonderful
practice and I'd love to know those of you have already been practicing after
reading the book how you're doing and how it's good water what obstacles there
are how where it is becoming difficult or any questions that arise out of that
but it is it is so this practice is so easy and so wonderful it's so powerful
that it's amazing that it's taken humans so long to get to this point but
transformation can be very quick now very quick
so make your pain body into your ally your pain body is not your enemy when
you make it into an enemy that's the old minds thing starting over and making
even the payment into a problem how can I get rid of it forget about getting rid
of it just watch it that does it just watch
cold and then at first the pain seems overwhelming and the more you bring the
your presence to it you realize how powerful your presence actually is and
that the pain ultimately is a little just ripples on the surface of the
vastness of who you are all human pain ultimately is surface ripples or little
waves pretending to be very big waves and when you realize the vastness of
your being then very quickly you know decimates it's only ultimately it's just
a little bit of pain but it blew itself up to gigantic proportions that's the
practice of liberation and it doesn't take long people ask me sometimes well
how long do we have to do that for if that can vary from person to person
depending on the density of the pain body and other factors it doesn't really
matter the practice itself is beautiful but I have seen people with extremely
heavy pain bodies going reducing the energy charge of their pain body by
about 80 to 90 percent in two years of practicing this now that's people with
incredibly tense pain bodies so that is possible it is not that you need a
lifetime of practice to become or even as some traditional you of course you
will make it you will need some teachers may tell you okay you need five more
lifetimes or this is you will make it in your next lifetime or in twenty years
time I will give you liberation if you after you've given me all your money

At a MIchelin-starred restaurant (or any other highly rated restaurant), it will be a Clairol tint-bottle (available at Sally Beauty Supply), because the necks are stronger and the tips are finer.
It will be impeccably clean, because otherwise, your fingers will carry greasy fingerprints to the plates.
That's the main difference. A clean, precise oil bottle instead of a greasy, imprecise oil bottle. AND THEN APPLY THAT CONCEPT TO LITERALLY EVERY ASPECT OF THE OPERATION. Not much except there are certain standards that MUST be held!.
I worked at a high-end 1 Michelin starred restaurant for 3 years and have had to keep myself clean at all times. Here were some of the rules:.
I could not let the customers see me use the bathroom; but if I had to go, I had to do it fast. Uniform must be kept clean at all times.
Must shave and have hair short or tied if long. I could not carry a conversation for too long when they are dining, so they may finish their meal according to a schedule.
Must know ingredients very well; down to where some ingredients are from. Must always consult chefs to uphold a customer's request.
It was quite stressful dealing with the enormous pressure put on by the chefs and the owners to make sure the dinner services go swimmingly night-in and night-out!.

Google Search Volume | How Many Times is a Keyword Searched Per Month | SEO [11:16] - Duration: 11:16.
- [Lori Ballen] In this video, I'm gonna answer the question,
what is Google search volume?
And once you understand what Google search volume is,
you'll be able to better understand how to use that
in your search engine optimization efforts
in you content strategy ideas on what to create videos
around, blog posts, infographics, social posts,
paper click ads, it works across the board.
So what Google search volume is essentially,
and I'm gonna come over here to Google,
is when somebody types in a phrase,
such as Las Vegas homes,
we're able to see the search engine results page
which shows us the pages that rank for that term.
But each term has a certain number of searches a month
and there's lots of ways to find this.
When we know how many times that term is searched a month,
we can kind of gauge whether or not that's going to be
an incredibly valuable keyword for us to target,
it might indicate competitive level a little bit
because if it's a huge search volume you have to know
you're gonna have big competition all those that there are
other competition tools to measure that exactly.
And you'll also be able to see,
where, how many times people are searching it
based on location, based on device
there's lots of ways to do this.
Now, what you see here on my Google search,
underneath here you see the answer of what the search
volume is, 3,600 searches a month.
Now how I get this to show up here,
is I'm using Google Chrome, and I have an extension,
called Keywords Everywhere.
I'm not affiliated with this company at all,
I just like that I'm able to add it for free.
And you do have to know, when you add extensions,
when you add free plug-in's a lot of time you're giving
permission and you don't even realize it,
for them to track what you're doing and things like that
so be aware if you're gonna install anything,
that you know what the terms of service are
and what you're agreeing to allow them to do.
But this is something that I like to have this quick access
to do it here when I'm doing my searches.
And so I set mine up, there's actually settings, and I
set mine up to only show me searches in the United States.
I only wanna see here in the United States,
how many people are typing in the word,
let's just say Las Vegas real estate.
Okay, so there are 12,100 people searching the term
Las Vegas real estate, now did you see what happened
a minute ago when I had Las Vegas homes?
Versus Las Vegas real estate?
The volume's only coming up with 3,600 a month,
for that exact match phrase.
Las Vegas homes with a pool.
Okay well that's not correct,
I don't know why I'm not getting a full data there.
Let's go over and let me show you a couple other tools here.
And none of these tools are gonna be perfect,
and I will tell you that sometimes,
you'll see zero search volume for a keyword that's trending.
Something in the news, or some type of particular event,
or something that's new, you know like multigenerational
homes, or next gen homes, or a new thing
that they're building out in Vegas that might be
a trending keyword if it's not already established.
You know when they came out with the infinity pools,
or disappearing edge pools and things like that
that was trending when it was first created
then there had to be enough data that they could
actually go back and pull that information for.
Let's look at a couple more tools.
If I go over here to Google Keyword Planner.
This is actually a tool from Google and it's free,
but the only way to access it,
is it has to be part of your Google adwords accounts.
You have to be running Google ads,
or at least have an account set up
even if your ads are paused.
Now here you can go a little further,
so I'm gonna type in Las Vegas homes,
and we'll get the real search volume here now.
And i can say I wanna see this only for the United States,
or I can click that little pencil,
and I can change this, and I can add targets,
and just put United States and Canada,
if I wanted to, and I can add all these others in.
Or I can just say global, everywhere.
Okay so depending on what you're searching for.
Then I can choose how many people search that
in a particular language, okay.
And then I can choose show me
Google and Google search partners.
I'm not gonna get into too many of the other filters,
that's primarily what you need to find your search volume.
So we're gonna say how many people look up Las Vegas homes
in the United States, all languages, Google, get ideas.
Gosh that is way smaller than I thought.
So 3,600 people for that exact match phrase.
So that tells us how many people are searching that term.
Then we can actually scroll down
and look at some other ideas and see how many people
are searching terms related to that topic.
Now let me tell you something.
You might go down here and go, oh no, this search term
is terrible because it only has 30 people a month
searching it, that's actually not true.
What if those 30, it's not 30 people it's 30 searches,
could be the same person repeating their search.
So it's 30 searches, so what if those 30 searches
led to you top ranking result on
the search engine results page?
And those people click through to you.
And what if that term is so specific that it also
has a very high conversion rate?
Converting to leads, converting to sales,
converting to registrants, whatever
your goal is for that page.
So for example, this one's basically somebody
that's looking for a realtor in Las Vegas,
but potentially they're speaking Spanish.
So what if you had a page, and you speak Spanish,
and by the way I know this because I own a marketing
company and we have clients that we have
interpreted their English work to Spanish work
and it's been very popular, what if you had
a page on your website called,
whatever all the Spanish terms are,
house for rent, house for sale, realtor in Las Vegas,
but you had it in Spanish, and those people are finding
your page but they're not finding a lot of other pages
written in Spanish, and they speak Spanish
as their primary language, you could
actually do incredibly well.
Example, one of my real estate ones
that does really well is on horse properties,
which for that term only has 90 searches,
but there's a lot, hundreds and hundreds to thousands
of searches related to that term.
Equestrian properties, horse properties,
horse homes, homes zoned for horses,
houses with horse features, houses with barns,
houses with stables, you know that type of thing,
and so it might look small, but with all those keyword
phrases around it if you also rank for those,
it can really really add up, so don't assume
that a small keyword volume means
you're not going to do any business.
Again it could have zero volume,
and because you, here's a great example too,
custom homes Las Vegas.
With 140 searches a month.
Well, that may not seem like a lot of searches,
but if I were a custom home builder,
that could be absolutely incredible for me.
And especially with higher dollar items
and higher ticket items, you don't
need as much conversion right?
The key is, if it's a low search volume,
you need to own all the keyword phrases around it
as much as you can, you need to rank like a boss
and dominate that particular keyword phrase.
I typically, my top keyword phrases,
I'll rotate through the top five.
Obviously the goals, number one that's not always achievable
top three is more typical, but I have seen mine drop down
to four or five, then they'll go back up to number two,
and little bit of fluctuation in there.
But if you can land at the top of page one
for all of the terms related to that topic,
you're gonna do really really well, so,
there's another tool here that I wanna show you before we go
and this is my favorite, this is SEMRush.
And what SEMRush does, is I'm able to go up here
and type in the phrase, and then I can go down here
and look at keywords and it'll show me keywords
that have that exact phrase in the term,
or, and, it'll show me related keywords to that term
that may not contain the phrase,
but may be similar, so I might think something is awesome,
like let's just say I might think,
Las Vegas homes is an incredible term,
and I'm looking for it over here.
But then over here I see Las Vegas houses,
look at this one, houses for sale in Las Vegas
has 6,600 searches.
Now I'm gonna go down to look at some other metrics,
before I evaluate, I don't only use the search engine volume
I'm gonna look at competition and cost per click value,
and the keyword difficulty score,
so there's other things which I'm gonna dive into those
in other lessons, but I can at least get ideas for
okay now wait a minute, maybe instead of focusing on homes,
let me get a look at some of these phrases around houses
for sale, let me decide if I need to use the word
for sale in my keywords or not use them.
And so this is, we'll dive in more on how to use this
search volume but I wanted to make sure that you understand
what search volume is and how to find it,
and remember that most of these tools are pulling from
Google, so it's Google search terms,
but you can pretty much bank on the fact
that if Google's storing those search terms at a high level
then you're also probably going to see the same things
on Bing and Yahoo and whatever search engines
are coming up and you also should consider these now,
let me go over to YouTube and type in that search term
and see what videos come up.
There's a very good chance that you could rank higher
per video than you ever could for a article
or a blog post on your website.
Because that video hasn't been created
or that video hasn't been created at a high level.
Or you can create a series of videos around
a particular topic and take the top ranking score.
So there's lots of ways that we can use this data,
but that is how you find the search volume
for a particular keyword phrase.

Known for its "bright fireball meteors", the Quadrantids are considered to be one of the year's best meteor showers with ample viewing opportunities in the Northern Hemisphere.
They tend to be at their brightest for a few hours compared with other meteor showers which can peak for up to two days.
When is the Quadrantid meteor shower and when does it peak? The 2018 Quadrantids will be active between the end of this week until the second week of the new year, peaking after nightfall on January 3 until the early hours of January 4.
says normally during the meteor shower's peak, between 60 and 200 shooting stars will radiate across the sky at speeds of 25.5 miles per second.
However, the bright light from a coinciding full moon will make it more difficult to see some of the fainter meteors this time around.

A January skywatching guide released by the Hubble Space Telescope Mission Team says the 2018 Quadrantids will produce up to 40 meteors per hour.
They are expected to peak at 9pm GMT, according to astrology website EarthSky.com, darting along at 25.4 mph per second. .
What are the Quadrantids and how do you watch them? Like other , the Quadrantids are named after a constellation, in this instance the now-defunct Quadrans Muralis. They are also called Bootids after the modern constellation, Boötes.
According to the US space agency, the Quadrantids are different from most meteor showers which originate from comets. NASA said: "The Quadrantids originate from an asteroid: asteroid 2003 EH1. "Asteroid 2003 EH1 takes 5.52 years to orbit the sun once.
It is possible that 2003 EH is a 'dead comet' or a new kind of object being discussed by astronomers called a 'rock comet'." 2003 EH1 - which measures only 3km across - is relatively new to scientists having only been discovered in March 2003 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search (LONEOS).
Astronomer and research scientist Peter Jenniskens is credited with first realising that 2003 EH1 is the source of Quadrantid meteors.
It is not necessary to watch the Quadrantids with any binoculars or a telescope. NASA recommends you find a dark spot away from city lights and lie down flat on your back with your feet facing northwest.
Stargazers' eyes should adapt to the darkness within 30 minutes - so the advice is to be patient.
