5 Things You Only Appear to Be Intelligent, but are you?
You will be surprised to learn that some of the people you know that appear to be intelligent
may actually not be as bright as they seem.
Intelligence is an important marker in our society.
We use people's behaviors to gauge how intelligent they are in comparison to ourselves and others.
As we get older, intelligence is revered and we tend to listen more to those we deem more
intelligent than ourselves.
However, there are a number of ways that people can just pretend to be smart as a way of getting
more attention from others and to make their opinion heard.
After all, it seems looking smart is better than being smart itself.
In this video, I'm going to share with you 5 habits of people who appear to be intelligent
but are not.
If you find this information is helpful to you, make sure to like this video and subscribe

1.
Wearing glasses
One of the most common ways people make themselves look smarter is by wearing a pair of glasses.
Well, this is probably something you have already heard of.
Even psychologists agree that those with glasses look much more intelligent, and even that
they look more qualified for jobs.
But why do they make us look smart?
Glasses are a tool that we use to correct our eyesight.
They are especially important for those who read literature and focus on writing for long
periods of time.
Glasses lead us to believe that your eyesight more frequently than other people and that
you use a higher level of focus for longer periods of time.
All of this together makes people believe that you have a higher level of intelligence
than the average worker.
So, if you want to create the illusion of intelligence to yourself, start wearing fake
glasses.
2.
Bragging about test results
A great way to make people think you're smart is to tell them that you are.
Bragging about test results can be a great way of making others congratulate you for
your achievement and make them believe you are smarter than you really are.
Watch out for people that tell you how well they've done.
Pride is no bad thing, but bragging is entirely different.
Bragging is intentionally telling someone how clever you are because if the grades you
achieve, rather than simply feeling pride that you have done well.
If they constantly use the same example to tell you how clever they are, this person
probably just pretends to be smart.
3.
Adopting 'nerdy' habits and interests
Intelligent people tend to draw entertainment from more sophisticated interests, such as
classical music and advanced literature.
People who want you to believe they are intelligent have a bad having of appropriating these habits
unto themselves to look sophisticated and intelligent.
It's one thing to adopt these interests, but people who are pretending to be smart
may not fully know what they are talking about.
Now, we're not saying grill them on all of their classical music knowledge, but look
out for signs that they are going straight for the well-known artists and writers.
Someone who is really interested in these activities is more likely to find some abstract
artists and know a lot about what they enjoy.
4.
Complaining about unintelligent people
With intelligence comes courtesy.
Just because someone is not as intelligent as you does not make you any better than them,
nor does it make them any worse than you.
Genuinely smart people know and are gracious about the fact that others may not fully grasp
some concepts that they do.
People who are pretending to be smart… not so much.
Picking up and complaining about the trivial mistakes or the stupidity of others is an
indicative sign that someone is insecure about their own intelligence.
Putting others down makes them feel better about themselves and feel like others see
them as a higher intelligence than they truly are.
Don't be fooled by someone correcting trivial mistakes.
The likelihood is that they are self-conscious of their own intelligence and are simply pretending
to be smarter than they really are.
5.
Using unnecessarily long words
Long words are the epitome of intelligence.
Being able to use long words means that you have an extended vocabulary, which comes from
reading and writing.
Most people, even intelligent ones, won't feel the need to use advanced vocabulary in
casual or friendly conversations.
People who are pretending to be smart have a tendency to throw in long words where they're
not needed.
This can be occasional or it can be excessive.
Watch out for unneeded long words, they may seem intelligent, but it may just be a ploy.
Intelligence is always a coveted trait, so there can be a lot of reasons to pretend you
are smarter than you are.
Increasing your perceived intelligence can be a great help in job interviews and formal
situations.
But if someone is constantly pretending, they can be tiring to be around.
Hopefully, now you can tell true intelligence from pretense.
So, really cool information isn't it.

Jose Mourinho admits Romelu Lukaku is exhausted but he cannot afford to rest him - Duration: 5:03.
Man United news: Jose Mourinho admits Romelu Lukaku is exhausted but he cannot afford to rest him
JOSE MOURINHO says Romelu Lukaku is a monster - but admits his £75million Manchester United striker is exhausted.
The Belgian frontman has scored just four goals in his last 19 games after starting his Old Trafford career with 11 in 10 following his summer move from Everton.
His manager knows that the 24-year-old needs a rest, but claims he is unable to give him one due to not having any alternative options up front.
Last seasons top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still building his way back to full fitness after a seven-month absence,
and the Portuguese coach does not appear to trust Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial enough to start in the No9 position.
Speaking ahead of the Premier League clash at Southampton tomorrow, when asked whether he could rest Lukaku, Mourinho said: No I cant.
The boy is tired. Hes physically a monster, but not a machine, and hes feeling it.
First of all, people doesnt have to be grateful to Romelu, I have to be, not you, not the supporters, not the pundits.
I have to be, and the other day I said 19 matches in the Premier League, now I say 20 matches in the Premier League,
playing 90 minutes, I think for a striker, any player, hes absolutely incredible.
Mourinho continued: But if you are a central defender, a holding midfield player, where you can control youre energy, positional play, you can resist and survive.
But for a striker to play 20 matches in the Premier League, 90 minutes, I have to be grateful.
Is he unlucky in our box in recent matches?.
He was in the picture. It was not a direct influence on just him,
but he was in the picture in some of the last goals we conceded, but its a consequence of a player that really needs a little rest.
But the guy is fantastic for me and for the team and gives absolutely everything and Ive no critics.
Mourinho opted to start both Ibrahimovic and Lukaku for the first time in the 2-2 draw with Burnley on Boxing Day.
The veteran Swede was subbed at half time after a poor first half display, further highlighting the need for Lukaku,
but the Red Devils boss thinks they can form a deadly partnership.
He said: It can happen but I think to happen they need both to be in their best moment and theyre not.
One is not, because the situation in his team didn't allow him to have any rest and hes giving absolutely everything in every minute
and we just manage to give him a little rest in cup matches and even then he was on the bench for emergency situations.
The Champions League was about the same.
We had to fight until the last match for qualification.
Zlatan is a man with an incredible injury, an injury that a 20-year-old man or young man would suffer,
imagine a man 36-years-old and so many miles in high level football, so its not easy.
We did that against Burnley, we will do that in some more matches if we need to do,
but for both to play together we need them to be at their best level.
United head into the Saints clash 15 points behind neighbours and league leaders Manchester City.
However, they will be without a number of key men through injury as Mourinho revealed that none of those currently sidelined would be back for tomorrow or the trip to Everton on Monday.

Grandpa Hands $2,300 In Cash To Walmart Cashier, But She Refuses To Wire It To His "Grandson" - Duration: 2:56.

Grandpa hands $2,300 in cash to Walmart cashier, but she refuses to wire it to his "grandson"
Everyone knows that the Christmas season is the season for giving — and unfortunately,
that includes scammers.
These people prey on big-hearted people and try and take advantage of their generosity.
It's a shame, because the people that they target are only trying to help.
Like one grandpa from Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was ready to shell out more than $2,000 to a total stranger.
But luckily, a guardian angel stepped in and stopped him just in time.
Cecil Rodgers was getting ready to spend Christmas with his family when he got a phone call.
The man on the other end claimed to be his eldest grandson.
"A voice comes on and says, 'Papaw, this is your oldest grandson.
I'm in trouble,'" Cecil told WCPO News.
Cecil's "grandson" went on to say he had been in a car accident.
"He said, 'I hit a woman's car and she was seven months pregnant.
And they charged me with drunken driving and I'm in jail,'" Cecil continued.
Then, Cecil's "grandson" handed the phone to a "lawyer."
The man said he was trying to get Cecil's "grandson" out of jail.
But he couldn't do it unless he got bail money as soon as possible.
He told Cecil to get $2,300 and go to his local Walmart.
From there Cecil could transfer the money to another Walmart near where his "grandson"
was in jail.
Of course, Cecil wanted to help his grandson and did as he was told.
He went straight to an ATM and then headed to a Walmart to make the transfer.
But luckily, there was a guardian angel waiting for him there.
When Walmart cashier Audrella Taylor heard Cecil's story, she was suspicious.
"He said something about somebody was locked up in jail, he got a call, and he needed to
send $2,000," she said.
Audrella has worked at Walmart for five years and she knows a scam when she sees one — and
she wouldn't allow Cecil to transer the money.
"I said, 'I am going to refuse the sender.
I'm not going to let you send that money.
I think you are being scammed,'" Audrella continued.
Audrella told Cecil to go home and call his children and grandchildren and find out if
there had really been a car accident.
And of course, it turned out that there wasn't one.
So why didn't Cecil talk to anyone in his family first?
The scammers had told him not to tell a soul about the transfer.
Not his family and not the tellers.
Cecil was very thankful to Audrella for refusing to transfer his money and alerting him to
the scam.
The money is a lot to Cecil and he couldn't really afford to part with it.
Luckily, Audrella was there to save Cecil from losing his hard earned cash.
Now we share this story so that you and your loved ones don't hear about it too late!

Why Roger Federer will dominate 2018 but Rafael Nadal could struggle - Annabel Croft
Federer and Nadal returned to the top of the sport in 2017 - winning all the Grand Slams between them and finishing the year as world No 1 and 2.
Nadal took top spot after winning at Roland Garros and Flushing Meadows while Federer took the titles in Australia and at Wimbledon. But played fewer tournament and despite winning more couldn't catch Nadal.
Both players finished the season in disappointing fashion in London at the ATP Finals with Nadal pulling out after one match and Federer losing in the knockout rounds to David Goffin.
But Sky Sport tennis expert Croft is certain Federer will continue to rack up the titles in the new year and believes he was playing some of the best tennis of his career during 2017.
Although she is less sure about Nadal's future after more injury problems.
"There's always rumours about Rafa's knee," she told Express Sport. "I've ready a lot of reports about him cancelling a training camp, so I think a lot with him will depend on the knee, but Federer definitely.
I think he's playing the best tennis we've ever ever seen him play. "His movement for someone of his age, I reckon he's moving better than we've ever seen him. "He's playing with such freedom and so much choice, and what he does with opponents is he comes at them so fast and furious, he doesn't give them time to think and it's such beautiful tennis to watch.
"He's reinvigorated the construction of points with the way that he's so aggressive: up tempo, serve-volley, attack the net, finish them off, winning points quickly it's kind of reinvigorated that style of tennis. "Yes he's had some variety from Murray, the great ground strokes from the back of the court from Djokovic but the way he plays it's made tennis really exciting again." Both players are hoping to make an impression next month in the first Grand Slam of the 2018 season in Australia.
Nadal has now pulled out of his first event of the year in Brisbane while Federer is preparing to play in the Hopman Cup which starts this weekend.
In 2018, the Sky Sports Action & Arena channels will show live ATP Tennis, Super League, Premier League Darts, Netball Superleague and more.

Boxing boomed in 2017 but how can the sport improve next year? - Duration: 3:48.
Boxing boomed in 2017 but how can the sport improve next year?
Big fights, big names and big controversies all helped it edge into the mainstream in 2017.
But where does it go from here to really capture the public's imagination on a weekly basis, rather than every so often? There is certainly plenty to be done.
Anthony Joshua coming fourth in the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year, even if it is just a glorified popularity contest, was a warning that the sweet science is still not loved by all.
Yes, Joshua can pack out Wembley Stadium and Cardiff's Principality Stadium, but boxing still struggles to sell out arenas on a regular basis.
The WBA and IBF heavyweight star may have brought in 170,000 fans on his own for his clashes with Wladimir Klitschko and Carlos Takam, but a lot more than that watch Premier League football every weekend.
Joshua coming so far behind in that vote was a reality check for the sport's popularity among what diehard fans call the 'casual' support. There are more shows than ever but the market is saturated.
Promoters need to come together to agree on dates so that clashes are few and far between, which will only boost interest in the venues and on TV.
Britain now has only six world champions but some of them still box in arenas with empty seats, which has to change.
Promoters are putting a lot of faith in social media to drive interest but TV, radio and print are still sometimes the best way to make people truly well-known.
When there are hot tickets, they sell in an instant, yet touts on the black market and through resale websites are making fortunes.
Something needs to be done to stop them selling above face value so those earning normal amounts of money can get their hands on them. Controversial decisions don't help either and continue to sully the sport's name.
There are fears among British fighters when they go abroad to places like Germany and the US that they won't get a fair crack, but the truth is the crimes start at home.
From schoolboy level to world title fights, poor officiating is rife and boxers, from kids to veterans, are having their careers tarnished by it.
Then there is punters' trust in the athletes in the ring continuing to lessen without a worldwide testing body in control of anti-doping procedures that currently allow cheats to return to the sport within weeks.
Boxing may be booming but there are still big problems that need sorting for the sport to truly capture the public's imagination.

Nostradamus 2018 predictions: World War 3 and disaster BUT survivors could live to 200 - Duration: 9:38.
Nostradamus 2018 predictions: World War 3 and disaster BUT survivors could live to 200
French prophet Nostradamus is believed by some to have accurately predicted the rise of Napoleon and Hitler and the 9/11 Twin Towers attacks. Many researchers of the infamous prophet, who died in 1566, are also convinced he has correctly foretold the current barbaric acts being committed by ISIS in the Middle East including its bid to capture areas of Europe to fulfil its Caliphate.
Now people are looking at what his writings could foretell about 2018. Alessandro Bruno wrote on Lombardiletter.com: The Nostradamus predictions for 2018 are dire, as they include what might become World War 3.
The Nostradamus WW3 predictions have gained traction because so many people feel helpless. They sense that the world is beyond their control and they feel that difficult times are ahead.
Beyond the individual Nostradamus future predictions 2018, there is a common theme. Negative energy will intensify and accelerate with unprecedented intensity and speed. World War 3 news has become current again.
That's because most people are ignoring the fact that Russia and the United States have resumed a level of tension not seen since almost 30 years ago. Instead of diffusing it, Senators and congressional representatives in Washington are fuelling the risks..
2018 PREDICTIONS: 1 World War 3: The most chilling prediction for 2018 is from Nostradamus book Les Propheties.
It includes a quatrain that some have interpreted as describing the start of the third world war. Nostradamus said: "The big war will start in France and all Europe will be attacked, it will be long and terrifying for everyone and then finally there will be peace but only a few will enjoy it.
"A war will start between the two great world powers and it will last for a period of 27 years. Some commentators have predicted China, Russia and North Korea will unite to take on the US.
2 Major eruption of Mount Vesuvius The Italian volcano will shake the earth every five minutes," and at least 6,000 people will be killed, according to the prophecy.
In early 2016 more than 1.5million people were warned they are were living in the danger zone of the super volcano, which it was said could go off anytime -causing a global catastrophe.
Half of the three million people living in Naples were told they live within a new yellow danger zone of the Vesuvius supervolcano, the infamous peak which was responsible for the historic destruction of Pompeii in 79AD.
3 Terrible earthquake: Nostradamus appears to have predicted natural disaster across the United States. He wrote: An earthquake shall concern particularly the western area of the United States.
Its power shall be felt in lands throughout the globe." Worryingly, the US Geological Survey (USGS) carefully monitors seismic activity in the Cascadia Subduction Zone, where there were a series of medium tremors in 2016, and two fault lines in California, including San Andreas.
Scientists say both the California fault lines and the Cascadia Subduction Zone are long overdue a major earthquake of magnitude eight or above. They have revealed the Cascadia Subduction Zone is of most concern.
It runs about 60 miles offshore along the Pacific coast from northern California to Vancouver Island, so major cities including Portland, Seattle and Vancouver are within its tsunami range, threatening millions of people and major infrastructure. .
4 Comet or asteroid strike: A major asteroid strike is expected as Nostradamus has been interpreted as saying for 2018: A moment of great violence will coincide with the appearance of a comet in the sky.
A nuclear terrorism and natural catastrophes will destroy our planet. While it is accepted an asteroid or comet will one day threaten Earth, NASA says it knows of no major one that threatens is for at least 100 years.
5 Economic collapse: Nostradamus said: the rich would die many times over." This is taken by many to mean the global economic collapse as a result of WW3 and the effects of many natural disasters.
6 Humans will live to be over 200: With so much doom and gloom predicted, this seems as unlikely one.
However, Nostradamus predicted: "The advancements of medicine will raise humans' life expectancy up to at least 200 years of age. It has been interpreted as meaning towards the end of 2018, an 80-year-old person will resemble a 50-year old.
Other predictions for 2018 include humans will become able speak to animals people who want to have children will require a licence or permit; language differences will disappear, wild fires from global warming, but on the plus size there will be an end of taxes in the west.
However, according to Ancientcode.com, which looks at such prophecies, the interpretations have to be taken with a pinch of salt as similar ones were made for 2017. It said in an article: But what does Nostradamus say about 2018? Nostradamus's quatrains describe a level of destruction more gruesome than anything he had predicted earlier.
According to these reports, Nostradamus saw terrible events happening in 2018 (Although similar things were said about 2017). Consider these predictions with caution, but many of these warnings—with a few detail changes— could certainly apply to the modern world.
For the skeptics, among whom I include myself, there are doubtless some ominous-sounding Nostradamus predictions from the past to generate concern. Sceptics also point out that there have been many earlier interpretations of other Nostradamus quatrains which said WW3 would begin around 1999.
This problem with dates has led some Nostradamus researchers to conclude we are already in a WWIII, which some how started in 1999, and should therefore come to an horrific conclusion, probably involving nuclear weapons, in 2026, after the 27 years ends.
Nostradamus is also claimed by some to have correctly predicted the Twin Towers attacks of 9/11 with the line: The year 1999 seven months, from the sky will come the great King of Terror, prompting Bin Ladens brief holder of the third Antichrist title, but it was actually around two years out.
Sceptics of Nostradamus point out that at least 50 per cent of his premonitions were so way off that even the die hard researchers leave them alone.
And, of the 50 per cent that he is said to have got right, there are many that believe the vague terminology used by the French prophet, and so-called Nostradamus codes need a strong dose of hindsight and imagination to prove the prophecy after the event.
One online researcher wrote: By using the same techniques as those who find miracles in the Quran or Bible, researchers have done the exact same thing with Nostradamus.
To be clear, I dont believe such nonsense, since all Nostradamus did was write a whole bunch of cryptic things and then let the reader use their imagination to interpret verses to suit their own beliefs.
The verses can only be understood once the event has already happened, as hindsight. .

Mrs Brown's Boys pulls in up to 9 million viewers – but who the hell is watching it and why? - Duration: 6:43.
Mrs Brown's Boys pulls in up to 9 million viewers – but who the hell is watching it and why?
On Christmas Day 2017, the most watched TV programme wasnt Strictly Come Dancing, EastEnders, or The Great British Bake Off – it was a BBC comedy called Mrs Browns Boys that is loathed by critics and yet has become a silent smash hit.
Starring Brendan OCarroll dressed in a frock as the titular Mrs Brown, a foul-mouthed matriarch who cant help but meddle in her childrens lives, the show is full of lazy innuendo, slapstick comedy, and has been described as end-of-pier trash and the worst comedy ever made; Metro.co.uk called it jaw-droppingly past its sell-by date when the first episode aired in 2011.
Yet it consistently brings in some of the BBCs highest-ratings; in 2017 it pulled in 6.8 million viewers on Christmas day, and over the past four years each special has had an average over 9 million.
Why? The divide between critics and TV viewers has long been wide, but perhaps never as wide as when it comes to this show.
And perhaps a lot of it is to do with class and generation; as we saw with Brexit, social media and the critical press may be overwhelming liberal and left-wing, but it turns out much of the country is yearning for a return to the good old days.
Roy Collins, 66, is a big fan of the show, and admits its OCarrolls straight-talking ways that have him creased every episode.
I just like the sense of humour, and what he says is what a lot of people would like to say, says Roy.
You think, Id like to say that, its the straight-talking but hes just thinking what most of us think and he gets away with it.
I think that in life now, you cant say anything can you? Everything is either racist or… I dont know.
But years ago you had Love Thy Neighbour and Alf Garnett and all that – you cant get away with it now. Linda Oulton, 54, agrees: In a way I suppose we all behave like Mrs Brown and have daily situations like her. Based on a radio show and later a play, Mrs Browns Boys maintains a lot of the theatrical elements, including filming the show live, regular breaking of the fourth wall, and a slightly ramshackle pantomime quality to the episodes.
I think its a wind up, and he doesnt take it serious, adds Roy.
Many of those we spoke to have been watching for years, but for Liz Bowman, 63, its the Irish connection that drew her in.
I love the humour and as my mother was Irish, it reflected a lot about her friends, she said.
It is different and appealing, and older people like it because of the Irish connection; not many young people have Irish parents, it is more the older generation. More: TV Only Fools And Horses, Morecombe And Wise, and The Two Ronnies are all referenced by fans as other favourite shows, and Linda suggests that there arent many comedies on TV now that can offer what those did.
I love the cast; I associate certain characters with people I know and sometimes theres a serious message in there too. For Roy, one scene in particular stands out that epitomises his love of the show: When Grandad died and was at his own funeral, and I keep singing it – Father Quinn, Father Quinn! Thats a brilliant sketch.
Its like, if I died I wonder who would turn up at my funeral? – Grandads in his coffin and they say, does anyone want to say a few words? and no one wanted to speak and then he comes alive, and then the song….
that humour was so good. The Christmas special, which drew in nearly 7 million viewers, was the first of a two-parter; the second episode will air on New Years Day and will see Mrs Brown and Winnie join a neighbourhood watch scheme after a crime wave hits the area.
Perhaps its draw really is a generational issue.
Somebody at the BBC read in a magazine, OCarroll once said, that comedy is the new rocknroll.
And they actually believed that, and started pitching it only to the 18-25-year-old market.
And left the rest behind. Life is different with the youngsters and they see it totally different, admits Roy.
But what [OCarroll] says is right, and I think the older generation can relate to what hes saying. Got a story? you just can't get two naps from them anymore
and perhaps what you're seeing though is that they can't last the morning because
of an early rising problem they can't make it through to the middle of the day
and a sensible place to put that one nap therefore they're either going to get
overtired or you you need to make that nap earlier but then the afternoons too
long so this this early rising thing is causing a problem making that transition
to one nap but you definitely can't do two anymore so if that sounds familiar
then here are four tips for you to work this out and to move through this
problem because early rising is obviously the issue here and that's
that's the thing we want to get rid of so what can you do to start working on
that nap whilst that early rising is happening well first of all push the
nap the one nap as late as you can in the morning without letting your child
get overtired so for instance if they're waking at 5:00 a.m. every day and you
know they just can't make it till midday or 12:30 for a nap maybe 11 is the
absolute latest you can get them to then push for 11 if it's half 10:00 it's half
10:00 but it try and get them, eek them out too as late as you can in the
morning before they go beyond tired and get over
tired you don't to push them too far an overtired child's gonna probably have
a hard time settling or not take us good length nap so you wanna catch them
before they're too tired or overtired but see what the latest window is that
you can stretch them to let's say that it's like 11:00 and then they sleep for
a couple of hours then you your afternoon stretch hopefully won't be too
long but if it is, it's gonna depending on where bedtime usually is
you might need to do some early nights and that's an absolute definite second tip
for you is put them to bed early whilst you're doing this early nights could be
a perfect opportunity to top-up so their early rising because they're overtired
they're overtired because they can't take two naps and day anymore but one
isn't working either and perhaps they're having too long awake in the morning or
too long awake in the afternoon and then by the time they go to bed they're
already overtired and so the overtime is continues, put them to bed early, say you have
a 7:00 p.m. bedtime it's really happy with make it six or six-thirty not
forever just temporarily let them top-up some of that loss sleep so what
this does is allows you to - they've started the day at five, they have gone
for a sleep at eleven then maybe they've done their two or two-and-a-half hours
or something and then the afternoon they're okay they're feeling good but
don't don't push them all the way on to a bedtime bring bedtime earlier bring
that afternoon a bit shorter replenish some of that sleep that alone might
start to get rid of the early rising anyway so it's a good move to make
but it's the move you can make to try and make one nap work in the place that
it's sitting a little on the early side temporarily so the other thing is that
you may need to do a split lunch that's my third tip for you if you feel like
the nap has to happen late morning and it just throws lunch off and then your
child probably wakes up too soon from that sleep because they're hungry when
actually if they weren't hungry they would have slept longer try a split
lunch again this is a temporary measure it's not going to be like this forever
but try and prepare something that you can give your child a late morning
light lunch or snack or something to give them something before they take
that early nap say 11:00 and then something else to eat when they wake up
from that nap so you're literally splitting lunch and putting it a little
bit either side of that sleep because the sleeps sitting right on top of lunch
a temporary measure for you there as well and then my fourth thing for you is
just a real emphasis on avoiding adding more over tiredness to the mix if you're
struggling with this nap transition and it's because your child's early rising
then your child is already overtired because it's most likely to be because
of over tiredness that they are early rising by doing this by replenishing
some sleep wherever you can but probably by going to bed earlier that's gonna
help fix the early rising anyway and allow for a substantial nap and that
substantial nap is also going to help to overcome the over tiredness so you see
how this brings all the pieces of the puzzle together and in no time at all
your table will go back to sleeping until 6:00 or later in the morning and
they are we ready to push that nap back to that nice spot and around midday
12:30 sleep nicely and be quite happy for their normal bedtime
