North Korea THREAT: Former ambassador reveals terrifying outcomes – 'WAR or CHAOS' - Duration: 3:02.North Korea THREAT: Former ambassador reveals terrifying outcomes – 'WAR or CHAOS'
continues to spark fears of as 's nuclear programme improves every day.
Former US Ambassador to Russia Thomas Pickering said: "North Korea is a particularly difficult problem." Appearing in an interview with , Mr Pickering added: "There are sort of three possible outcomes here.
"One is war, the other is chaos and I think the people in the region, particularly China, don't want either of those. "The third is a negotiated solution.
I'm not sure the Russians would be the greatest allies in getting us in the direction we want to go which is a denuclearised peninsula. "A very hard, very long-term, very difficult subject.
But I do think that Secretary Tillerson has been right in saying it's time for us to open channels to the North Koreans to begin to take this military pressure and the sanctions pressure in the direction we want to see it go at various steps that are going to lead towards denuclearisation without conflict." .
Mr Pickering added: "The US public is not interested, I think, in another war, particularly in Asia.
But that's what's happening around here. "The drums are beating and if we don't move that particular pressure into the direction we want to go we may well get those first two alternatives and I don't think at this stage the Russians want that either. "So they're jumping in to see what they can do to prevent chaos on their border.".
In an attempt to stop the rogue nation, the United Nations Security Council imposed tough new sanctions on North Korea after its continued missile testing. The resolution seeks to ban nearly 90 percent of refined petroleum product exports to North Korea.
Following the UN vote, Donald Trump wrote on Twitter: "The United Nations Security Council just voted 15-0 in favour of additional Sanctions on North Korea. The World wants Peace, not Death!".

How to Cast the Screen of an Android Smartphone or Tablet PC to a Windows Computer 📱💻📺 - Duration: 4:16.Hello everybody!
This video will show you how to cast the screen of a smartphone or tablet PC to a computer
with Windows 10.
Windows 10 has got an option to send the picture from a smartphone or tablet PC to the display
of a laptop or computer through a Wi-Fi connection.
The main requirement for the computer you are going to use for showing the picture from
a smartphone is to support Miracast technology.
This support depends on the Wi-Fi adapter used by the computer.
In this video, we'll be talking about Android, as Apple devices work in a different format
which doesn't use Miracast.
So how can you send the picture from your smartphone to the computer display without
any wires?
• Make sure your computer and smartphone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
If they use different networks, such connection cannot be established.
• After that, open the Action Center on the computer with Windows 10 where you are
going to send the picture from the smartphone. • and select Connect.
• As a result, the window of searching and connecting wireless displays will open.
At this moment, please pay attention.
If your computer doesn't support Miracast, Windows will tell you about it.
It means that you can't establish a wireless connection with such computer.
• If there is no such notice, click on the link Projecting to this PC.
• Projecting settings will open.
• Change the first setting to "Available everywhere"
• and the other setting to "Every time a connection is requested"
• Set the PIN code if you want.
• Or rename the computer.
Now let's move to the smartphone or tablet PC.
• Go to Settings / Wireless and networks / More / Wireless display
Your device must have a function called Wireless display or Cast screen (as in some versions
of Android).
Android devices support this function beginning with version 4.2.
In various versions of Android or firmware by various manufacturers, the menu items may
differ a bit.
Find Wireless connection, Wireless display or Cast screen.
• Enable this function.
• As a result, your device should detect a computer with an activated projecting function
and show its name.
I mean the name you have given to this computer in the projecting menu.
• Click on the computer name to connect projecting.
As a result, your computer will ask for permission to connect projecting.
Confirm the request.
The connecting process starts.
Projecting is on.
Now the computer screen will show everything that's happening in the smartphone screen.
The sound is also transmitted, • so you can stream your favorite game,
• as well as photos, videos or even watch a film.
To disconnect the smartphone from the computer: • Go to Settings / Wireless and networks
/ More / Wireless display • Click on the active connection with the
computer • and confirm your decision to disconnect.
• On the computer, set projecting to "Always Off."
That is all for now.

Easy ways to get Art or Writing for your OC if you can't draw. - Duration: 5:04.Before I start, I have a second disclaimer that will be featured in this.
Uhh, but I'm putting before the other one.
Um, I know my voice is very high-pitched, and I kinda stutter, and it sounds like I
have a-just a little lisp.
BUT I don't!
I think it's just the way I talk and my accent.
So, if you are annoyed by my voice, I'm sorry.
Uhh, I will try to put a transcript, uhh, but..
I probably won't.
So.. if you just really don't wanna listen to my voice, I wouldn't recommend watching this.
Uhh, bye.
I would just like to say, I am not claiming to own any possible art shown in this film.
Every artist WILL be credited.
If you drew the art, and you aren't credited, please tell me.
This is scripted, so I apologize if I sound awful while reading,
Also, shoutout to all of the users who were featured in the video, even if you don't
know me, haha.
Many users on deviant-art, tumblr, amino, wattpad, and many other social medias based
around art and writing, have OCs.
Many users also want art for their "OC".
But what is an OC?
According to Urban Dictionary, an OC is "An "original character" created by the author,
they may be a totally made up character or based on a living person.
OC's are a creative way of expanding a fandom bringing their writer's own personal touch
on a fandom.
OC's give a reader a little insight into someone's imagination and can be amazing #StandUpForOCs."
There you go.
They're just someones original character.
There are different types of 'OCS', such as personas, fursonas, gemsonas, but we won't
talk about those in this video.
I might make another video based around explaining what types of 'sonas' there are, but I
won't promise that.
Now that we know what an OC is, we can start talking about Art.
If you're personally lazy, or just not good at art, many people will BEG for art or sometimes
even writing of their characters.
I'm Spice, and today I'm going to show you ways to get those things.
This video will focus mainly around Amino, but please feel free to use these tips on
other medias.
Your own art:
The first simple thing would be.. doing it yourself.
I know a lot of people enjoy doing this, even if they seem DOWNRIGHT TERRIBLE.
But thats okay, because you're going to get practice.
Commissions:
The second easiest way would to be to commission a friend or an idol of yours.
I have done this a few times.
Be careful, as everyone can scam.
I personally only commission people who have reviews, and post what people have bought
from them, or I have known them for a while.
Requests: Requests are for kids or people who don't
have the money to buy art or writing.
And thats okay.
BUT these can be the most annoying things in the world, and are starting to become less
and less common.
They aren't hard to find though.
If you have Amino or any other medias that allow you to open public chats, you can usually
find some there, or on posts.
Writing requests aren't as common, but you can still find some.
Mutuals: Friends.
A lot of people have friends.
A lot of those friends are most likely writers or artists.
Friends normally choose to take requests from people who are close to them, Ask them about
it if ithey dont have any posts about it, or it isn't in their social media bio.
Raffles: There are a ton of art and writing raffles.
These are easy to enter, but are kind of hard to win in.
You can easily enter them usually by reading the rules, reposting, or things like that.
Rules may vary according to the media you're using, and the person who is hosting the raffle.
Gifts: These are usually given to you if you're
a close friend.
Sometimes its for your birthday, Christmas, or just because.
These aren't very hard to obtain.
You just need to be a supportive, close, and kind friend towards another, and they'll
usually gift you.
NOT because you're doing this for the gift, but because you were there for them, and your
kindness is REAL.
Heres another option, roleplaying: If you're looking for writing, you can role-play.
its honestly easy, if you're hoping to develop a backstory for a character.
I won't really talk about this, since I do plan to make a video on backstories and
easy ways to develop them.
Thats honestly all I have, and I'm sorry it's very short.
I would make everything lengthier, but I feel like it would become a nuisance.
These are easy tips that a lot of people already know, but I'd just like to talk a little
about them.
I'm also sorry if I got my facts wrong, since I am using prior knowledge, and Im sorry
if offended anyone, and If I did *breaks character* you're just probably really petty or something.
Hah.
Anyways, thank you for watching, this is my first actual video.
If you enjoyed please tell me, I'm doing my best.
I haven't made YouTube videos in a very long time.
Bye!

Liverpool Transfer Rumour Roundup - Could Klopp add Laporte or Gimenez to Van Dijk signing? - Duration: 6:11.Liverpool Transfer Rumour Roundup - Could Klopp add Laporte or Gimenez to Van Dijk signing?
We round up the latest Liverpool transfer news and rumours, as Jurgen Klopp eyes further reinforcements following the signing of Virgil van Dijk.
Van Dijk will become the club's record signing when he makes the £75 million move from Southampton on January 1, in a landmark deal for the Reds.
The centre-back arrives as one of Klopp's key players, earmarked as a much-needed leader at the back.
But with the winter window yet to open, the German is being touted with an interest in a variety of other names, while others could leave Anfield next month.
Here's the latest from the rumour mill, with Klopp setting his sights around Europe.
6 Other Targets Mooted For Busy Reds.
The Reds' pursuit of Van Dijk was ambitious, and finalising a world-record switch underlines the club's intention to break back into Europe's elite.
But according to Goal's Melissa Reddy, the business is unlikely to stop there, with six other big-name talents linked with a move to Merseyside.
Those include previously touted targets in Basel centre-back Manuel Akanji, Schalke midfielder Leon Goretzka and AS Monaco's Thomas Lemar.
Elsewhere, Lazio midfielder Sergij Milinkovic-Savic is another name reportedly of Klopp's radar, though the Serbian is valued at £92 million.
Perhaps most interestingly, beyond Akanji, Reddy suggests Liverpool are interest in another pair of centre-backs in Athletic Bilbao's Aymeric Laporte and Atletico Madrid's Jose Gimenez.
Could Klopp be seeking a new long-term partner for Van Dijk?.
Guardiola Claims No Interest in Van Dijk Deal.
Breaking the bank to sign Van Dijk was a bold move from Liverpool, and they reportedly moved swiftly in order to pip Man City to a deal.
But after the Dutchman became the Reds' new No.
4 and underlined his intention to "try and help this great club achieve something special in the years to come," Pep Guardiola has weighed in.
Speaking after City's 1-0 win away to Newcastle United on Wednesday night, the Spaniard claimed he was never interested in Van Dijk.
It seems rather convenient that this would be the case, and with Vincent Kompany limping off with injury once again at St.
James' Park, it may be that Guardiola is left ruing this 'decision'….
West Brom Exploring January Ings Move.
With Daniel Sturridge injured, Danny Ings has been handed a Liverpool lifeline in recent weeks in the form of three appearances in Klopp's matchday squad.
This has, so far, amounted to 11 minutes on the pitch over two substitute appearances against Everton and Bournemouth, with both Roberto Firmino and Dominic Solanke preferred up front.
It seems highly unlikely Ings will break into the first-team setup on a regular basis, particularly with Firmino in such strong form.
And according to the Independent, West Brom are among the clubs interested in signing Ings on loan next month, along with Newcastle and West Ham.
Alan Pardew is said to have "reignited his interest" in Ings from his time in charge of Crystal Palace, "setting sporting director Nicky Hammond to work on a deal for the former Burnley man that would likely begin as a loan.
Klopp Discusses Possibility of January Loans.
Ings is not likely to be the only player allowed to leave the club on loan in January, with Marko Grujic, Harry Wilson and Ben Woodburn among those set to depart.
It remains to be seen which other names join the peripheral quartet on temporary deals away from Anfield, though the likes of Lloyd Jones, Ovie Ejaria and Cameron Brannagan could be considered.
Discussing the possibility of some of his fringe figures moving on, Klopp suggested this would the case, though "most of them" would stay.
"We have to decide at one point if it makes sense that they stay," he told LiverpoolFC.
com.
"For a lot of them, it makes sense that they stay here because we need them.
For a few, maybe it makes a little bit less sense.
"We will see—nothing is decided so far.
We will see which clubs are asking and then we have to make a decision whether it is good for the boy or not and all these things.".
Klavan Going Nowhere, Insists Klopp.
One player who won't be moving on next month, regardless of Van Dijk's arrival, is third-choice centre-back Ragnar Klavan.
Klavan has enjoyed a regular run of games alongside Dejan Lovren of late due to injury to Joel Matip, and has produced an impressive string of performances.
While Van Dijk's move to Anfield will likely impact on Klavan's chances of a regular role, Klopp has revealed he has turned down overtures from German clubs as he is relying on the 32-year-old.
"In this world, especially in England, with big signings and stuff like this, then you see how much we paid for Raggy!" he said.
"And how many German clubs have asked me already, 'Do you think about him [being available for transfer]?', which we don't, of course.
"He is a perfect role model for pretty much all signings.
He loves being here.".
Trapp Touted as January Mignolet Replacement.
Finally, with Reddy suggesting "there is also a decision to be made in the goalkeeping department," the Reds have been linked with a replacement for Simon Mignolet.
Don't get your hopes up, however, as claims of an imminent move for Paris Saint-Germain's backup goalkeeper Kevin Trapp originate from Italian outlet Calcio Mercato.
Trapp has dropped down the pecking order at the Parc des Princes, with young French stopper Alphonse Areola preferred, and Klopp will be aware of the talents of his compatriot.
But given the flimsy source, it remains highly unlikely Mignolet will be usurped next month.

Honey Bees Record Cold Record Snowfall Are they ALIVE or DEAD how I know - Duration: 8:38.okay well in the part of the United States where I live we've been setting
records this past week records for snowfall amounts and records for cold
temperatures in fact in the last three days we got over sixty inches of snow if
you're like me one of the first things that comes to mind is how are the bees
surviving this how about all that snow that's piled up on the hives you're
looking at an orchard bee house right here that's all in place and ready for
the spring and there's nothing living in it so we're not worried about that but
we put them out early and this is basically facing east from my house we
have snow just coming down constantly and right now it's about 11 degrees but
there are some real cold spots in every direction we just see deep snow in fact
the main city near where I live has declared a state of emergency for the
entire past week and they called out the National Guard
those guys were out there shoveling snow for people but that emergency has been
lifted and it's time to get outside and see how the bees are doing a lot of
people like to walk up to their beehives and knock on them to see if they can
hear bees humming that's not what I do and I'm gonna demonstrate how I check on
my bees to see if they're alive without pulling lids and without sweeping the
snow off just like with this blue spruce tree that's protecting these birds from
the weather snow is an insulator and that's why when snow piles up on my
beehives I leave it there beehive number eight I've shown this in a lot of videos
here this has my largest colony in it and has more boxes on than I normally
leave through winter and that's because they filled it with honey so how can we
tell looking at this hive if the bees are alive do we look for vent holes
look at these colonies they are all covered in snow now instinctively some
people like to come in and sweep the snow off but don't do it snow is an
insulator and if you think your bees have died it does not help if you sweep
the snow off and pull covers to look inside to see if your bees are dead or
alive if they're dead they're dead but if they're alive and you pull the covers
off you expose them to extreme temperatures and you will definitely
kill them off so just look at this blanketed snow area here some people
knock on the side of the beehive and they listen to hear them hum that's put
that puts them into an active state and they start moving air around the bees
are in a state of torpor they are clustered and I'm going to show you an
instrument that allows me to look at the high from the outside and see where that
cluster is and any rise in temperature is going to be evidence that the bees
are still alive
now here we are with the thermal imager the FLIR c2 and look at the hot spot if
you look at the right it shows the entire range of temperatures out here from
minus 0.6 all the way up to twenty seven point three or twenty-eight and that
hotspot right there is the surface temperature of the box which means that
if they're at 28 and 29 on the surface the interior has a living cluster of
bees and they are keeping themselves warm let's look at colony number four
here which has an insulated top cover it also has that upper vent hole and the
landing board you can see is covered with snow
so let's look with the FLIR here and we can see the cluster is pretty much
concentrated in that center box and you can read a surface temperature of 27 or
28 degrees and in the range here it goes all the way down to 1.9 degrees
Fahrenheit so again not only are the bees alive without touching the colony
but we know that the cluster is basically in the center which is great
because that's where all the honey is now we're looking at box number six
which is deeply embedded in snow and you're looking at a flashing light
that's on the upper right there the box and that's for predator protection now
these beads are clustered down low so you can see that just above the snow
line there they have temperatures that are up into the 20s also and again we're
not reading interior temperature we are reading surface temperature of the box
so if these boxes were heavily insulated this method wouldn't really work
so now box number three these bees are clustered up near the top and there is a
top vent there and again this is an insulated cover we have colonies out
that have wooden covers and insulated covers so that we can compare and see
how well they make it with each in my apiary there doesn't seem to be any
rhyme or reason to which colonies survive or don't
based on covers but we're just insulating them again you can see this
colony is alive they are concentrated in the upper third there just under the
number two and they're doing well now let's look at
my super colony these are my top performers and they're out here by a
Colorado blue spruce tree and you can see that the snow is just loaded and
they are anchored to the ground by these straps so let's pull the FLIR up here
and they're basically in the center just above the snow line there you can see
the temperatures are hottest and I think they go all the way up to 30 something
on the surface and this these boxes are just chock-a-block with bees so they are
clustered they're alive and the surface temperature is higher
than the environment that lets us know that they're alive and remember they
don't heat the entire interior of the colony the Box beehives that are larger
are not heated throughout they're just heated in the cluster and that allows
the bees to rotate out to the perimeter of the cluster so as they get cold they
migrate back into the center and they're replaced so the bees are insulated by
bees
again we're just looking at a landscape here we have as I said set records for
snowfall and when we have more coming this weekend so if you're like me the
first thing that comes to mind when you get these big storm systems is how well
the bees are gonna make it and so far so good we left lots of honey on these
colonies and I'm looking forward to them making it through to spring and of
course I'll give you updates when that time of year comes around and we'll see
how they fared this little shed is where my observation hive is located and they
are alive as well they have two-inch rigid foam board
insulation on the surfaces of the observation hive and the little vent
through the side was not showing much of a temperature increase but I'm confident
that those bees are also making it and there again this is my orchard bee or
mason bee box we have several of these out this year and we'll be updating
those in spring and showing you how the mason bees come and go
thank you for watching my video I hope that you will consider not knocking on
your beehives and disturbing them to discover if they're dead or alive find
another method and don't pull covers in the winter time thanks for watching and
I hope you enjoyed this video

Great Movies Coming In 2018 That Aren't Remakes Or Sequels - Duration: 4:21.In a world where just about everything is a prequel, sequel, or reboot, it's refreshing
to see an original story make it to the big screen.
Fortunately, 2018 is bringing a ton of original films to theaters, and they're worth getting
excited about.
If you've got sequel burnout, you can definitely look forward to these movies.
The Commuter
Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, The Commuter is the story of an everyday Joe who stumbles
into a weird conspiracy during his train ride home and finds himself tasked with finding
out the identity of a mysterious passenger before the end of the line.
Most everyday Joes would steer clear of that kind of situation, but this everyday Joe is
actually an everyday Liam Neeson, so you know it's about to get crazy.
"I had a Liam Neeson nightmare.
I dreamt I kidnapped his daughter and he just wasn't having it."
You can check out The Commuter when it opens in wide release on January 12th, 2018.
Proud Mary
Actress Taraji P. Henson is set to star in Proud Mary as a mob hitwoman with roughly
a thousand guns who's forced to deal with a surly kid whom she accidentally orphans.
The trailer promises a shoot-em-up action extravaganza that looks like Jackie Brown
on steroids.
Check it out on January 12th.
Game Night
The comedy thriller Game Night sounds like the perfect vehicle for Jason Bateman's deadpan
brand of humor.
In development since 2013, the film is about a group of friends who find themselves in
the middle of a murder mystery.
"And then a squeaky toy.
For the pain."
This will be the second feature for directing duo John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein,
the first being the 2015 reboot of Vacation, which wasn't terribly well-received.
But they also helped write Spider-Man: Homecoming, so they obviously have a comic touch.
Game Night is out February 23rd, 2018.
Red Sparrow
Fox recently released a teaser trailer for the Jennifer Lawrence spy thriller Red Sparrow
at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, and it certainly looks interesting.
The adaptation of the 2013 novel of the same name has Lawrence playing a Russian ballerina-turned-spy
with a form of synesthesia that allows her to see emotions as colors.
She starts to have thoughts of turning double agent after falling for her target, a CIA
agent played by Joel Edgerton.
Red Sparrow opens on March 2nd, 2018.
Alpha
Direct by Albert Hughes, Alpha is ice-age thriller about a young man who gets separated
from the rest of his tribe.
To help himself get home, he befriends a wolf which has been abandoned by its pack.
Sony Pictures is promising a March 2nd release in 3-D IMAX, which will be an awesome way
to see this movie, judging by the trailer.
A Wrinkle in Time
For generations of readers, Madeleine L'Engle's young adult fantasy novel A Wrinkle in Time
was the first gigantic mind-twist of their young lives.
The story of a teenage girl and her young prodigy brother who must save their father
with the help of interdimensional beings, the book has defied proper adaptation for
better than 50 years due to its sheer weirdness.
Now, Disney is stepping in to show us how it's done.
Ava DuVernay, whose 2014 drama Selma was nominated for an Oscar for best picture, is handling
directorial duties, and the all-star cast includes Chris Pine, Reese Witherspoon, Zach
Galifianakis, and Oprah Winfrey.
If you've been a fan since childhood or just want your brain twisted, you can catch A Wrinkle
in Time on March 9th.
Mortal Engines
Philip Reeve's Mortal Engines series of novels is pretty nuts, and it's been begging for
a film adaptation since the first book's 2001 publication.
Enter Peter Jackson, who co-wrote the script for the forthcoming film with his wife Fran
Walsh and Philippa Boyens.
This trio also worked on all of the Lord of the Rings films, and those turned out pretty
good.
The film takes place in a post-apocalyptic society in which entire cities on wheels roam
the landscape in search of resources.
Judging by the the first trailer and the concept art Peter Jackson has posted on social media,
it's safe to say that the movie will be a visual powerhouse.
It opens in wide release on December 14th, 2018.
Extinction
Starring Michael Peña, Extinction is a sci-fi thriller about an alien invasion and a man
who will do anything to protect his family.
Emma Booth and Luke Cage's Mike Colter round out the supporting cast.
Universal picked up the rights to the film after an intense bidding war, so it obviously
thinks this is a hot property.

How to Make Shorts with Cuffs from Old Pants || Trash or Treasure? - Duration: 5:24.hey you guys it's me Shania and today I come to you with a new series so what's it
about you're wondering right I love thrift shopping but I have to be honest not
everything that I buy from the thrift store works in my favor sometimes I
get to the store and I see a piece and I'm like oh I can do so much with this I
can alter it or I can pair it with something else in my closet and kind of
vamp it up with style right then I get home and I try it on or I take another
look at it and I realize that the best thing to do is just trash it there's no
hope there's no saving it but in this series I'm gonna be trying to transform
my thrifted trash into thrifted treasures now some of the transformations will be
as small as just cutting something and hemming it or making it a little smaller
and some of the transformations will be as big as making a completely new
garment now at the end of each episode you'll get to decide whether it was
thrift into trash or if it was thrift into treasure so today's episode is gonna be
pretty simple I'm gonna be taking these shorts which you can see in my December
thrift haul and I'm just going to be making them shorter and hemming them at
the bottom and that's it so let's see if this thrifted trash is actually
thrifted treasure let's get into it the first thing you want to do is you want
to try on your shorts or your pants inside out and you want to just decide
how high you want them to be and I definitely recommend that you are
mindful of the back because you don't want the back to be super super short so
just make sure you turn around and make sure you're okay with the length in the
back as well then you're gonna take a pin and you're just gonna make a
note of where you want your shorts to end and then you're gonna take some
tailor chalk and you're going to just make a mark right over that pin
and don't worry if it's straight or not we're gonna go ahead and fix it later on
so here you can see that the shorts already have like a rolled cuff and I
really like that and I want to keep it otherwise it's gonna look like a blunt
cut so I'm just going to take out the stitches that held the cuff together in
place once you do that it'll look something like this and you can just go
over it with an iron to keep it nice and flat and in place so here I'm just
measuring the distance between where I made that mark and where the shorts end
and I just want to extend this line by transferring that same measurement all
around the pant leg so if you're choosing to make cuffs like I'm going to
it's really important that you have at least five inches of extra fabric below
that line that you just drew so that you can make your cuffs and then from this
line you're gonna make another line about 2.25 inches above this line and
you're just gonna extend the line all around the pant leg and of course you
want to repeat this step with the other pant leg as well and now we're just
gonna fold the bottom of our shorts up to that top line and we're going to just
use some pins or some clips to keep it in place
so it should look like this perfectly lined up to that top line and now you're
just gonna sew about a half inch all around from the top of that fold if the
material that you're working with is stretchy you want to make sure that you
have your sewing machine on the right settings after that you're just gonna
iron it down into place like so and then from the top of your fold you
want to measure 2.25 inches down and you want to just make a mark and extend this
line all around the pant leg and of course repeat on the other pant leg as
well turn your pants inside out and then fold them so that that line you just
made is now at the bottom of the crease like so and then pin it down now you're
gonna take needle and thread and you're just going to hand sew the cuff into
place I'm just mimicking the cuff as I saw it before I took it out and I
noticed that the thread didn't come all the way through the first layer so I'm
just taking my needle and I'm making sure that after I pull it underneath the
pants when I push it back up like so that it's not coming all the way up to
the top layer that it's just kind of like in the middle in between like so if you
want to bring your needle all the way up to the top layer you can definitely do
that or if you want to just take this to the sewing machine and sew all around
you can do that as well also I only decided to sew a point on
the sides of the cuff and in the middle of the cuff area like so rather than all
around the cuff
iron it down make sure that it's flat and in place like so and you're done so
let me know you guys is this trash or is it treasure? alright

North Korea will not be accepted as a nuclear power by US or Russia, say Rex Tillerson and Sergei - Duration: 1:59.North Korea will not be accepted as a nuclear power by US or Russia, say Rex Tillerson and
Sergei Lavrov.
The US and Russia have insisted they will not accept North Korea as a nuclear state,
amid a series of missile tests by the East Asian nation and increased rhetoric from both
Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump.
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke by phone
on a myriad of issues, but both agreed on their stance regarding Pyongyangs continued
development of nuclear weapons despite United Nations sanctions.
State Department Heather Nauert said in a statement that both sides agreed that they
will continue to work towards a diplomatic solution to achieve a denuclearised Korean
peninsula.
However, on the same call on Tuesday, Mr Lavrov criticised President Donald Trumps aggressive
rhetoric towards North Korea, as many world leaders and the UN have before.
Mr Trump has said in the past that the US will rain down fire and fury on North
Korea.
The phone call comes on the heels of Russias offer to be a mediator between Pyongyang and
Washington, fostering dialogue rather than trading barbs as Mr Trump and Mr Kim have
been doing for several months.
The President has repeatedly called Mr Kim Rocket Man as Mr Kim continues to test
missiles dangerously close to US ally Japan.
Late last week, the UN Security Council also unanimously passed - including votes from
Russia and China who have closer ties to Pyongyang - more sanctions on North Korea, further limiting
its oil supplies and slave labour market.
Mr Tillerson had previously said during a November news conference that North Koreas
fuel supply is already quite constrained as shown by anecdotal evidence and US
intelligence sources which show cars lined up at petrol stations or certain stations
closing that would normally have fuel.
The issue is that the country only has one refinery that operates internally, so it is
heavily reliant on finished fuel imports.
Reuters that according to Chinese customs data, China exported no oil products to North
Korea in November - something that was above and beyond UN sanctions requirements.
Beijing also imported no North Korean iron ore, coal or lead in last months, the second
full month of those trade sanctions, the data showed.
China has not disclosed its crude exports to North Korea for several years, but industry
sources say it still supplies about 520,000 tonnes, or 3.8m barrels, a year to the country
via an ageing pipeline.
A day after the UN sanctions, North Koreas state media called the stricter controls an
act of war by a frenzied Trump administration.
The US Treasury Department also released a statement regarding the US-specific sanctions
on the country.
Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said the departments finance-related sanctions will
be targeting leaders of North Koreas ballistic missile programmes.
Tensions have continued to rise between North Korea and the US, as Pyongyang tested an intercontinental
ballistic missile on 29 November that US intelligence officials said would put all of the US mainland
within striking range.
The US has declared North Korea a state sponsor of terrorism to enact further financial
sanctions and also claimed in the Presidents National Security Strategy that Pyongyang
is developing biological weapons.

3-on-3 Blazers: Keep or trade Shabazz Napier? - Duration: 16:45.3-on-3 Blazers: Keep or trade Shabazz Napier?
— The Blazers are hoping to end a lackluster December on a high note with two more games on the schedule before 2017 comes to a close.
Its time to check in on the Blazers with another edition of 3-on-3, a weekly KGW feature.
Every Thursday, three members of the KGW sports team will answer three questions about the Blazers. You can join the conversation on Facebook during a live chat with our panel every Thursday afternoon at 3.
Cant join us on Thursday? Not a problem. You can listen later on the 3-on-3 Blazers podcast.
This weeks questions focus on the Blazers most improved player and most disappointing player so far this season, the future of Shabazz Napier, and predictions for the next four games.
If youd like to submit a question for todays Facebook Live and podcast, email us here. Nate: Shabazz Napier has to be considered the most improved.
I don't think many envisioned he'd see significant minutes this year but he's not only gotten them, he's played above expectations and provided an offensive spark to a team in desperate need of offense.
I'm going to go with Maurice Harkless for most disappointing. Outside of the win against the Lakers, he hasn't had a positive impact on the team.
Maybe the Lakers game will be a turning point but up to this point, his performance has been extremely disappointing.
Jared: With all due respect to Shabazz Napier, I think Al-Farouq Aminu has impressed me most. This may be the best season of his career.
He continues to play excellent defense and his 3-point shooting — 44 percent on 4.7 attempts per game — has been invaluable to the Blazers.
During a season in which the Blazers offense has disappeared, Aminus steady offense has been a surprising boon. When hes on the court, the Blazers score 108.4 points per 100 possessions, more than six points better than their season average.
The most disappointing player has been Jusuf Nurkic. His defense has been solid and a big reason for Portlands improvement on that end of the court.
But you can easily make the argument that he has been the primary reason for Portlands offensive decline.
He has the second-highest usage rate on the team, just behind Damian Lillard, but is one of the teams least efficient offensive performers because of poor shooting and a high turnover rate.
Despite having a positive impact on defense, the team is still 3.8 points per 100 possessions worse with him on the floor.
When Nurkic is on the court, the teams offense plummets, averaging 5.4 fewer points per 100 possessions than when hes on the bench.
Orlando: The Blazers most improved player a third of the way into the season is Shabazz Napier. He's on pace to having the best year of his career.
Napier has been reliable and efficient when he's on the floor. He's shooting 49 percent from the field and over 45 percent from 3-point range this year, smashing his career numbers in that department.
On the flip side, I think you can make the case for a few players as most disappointing so far this season. For me, it's been Maurice Harkless.
When the season started, I thought he was a lock to be in the starting lineup and he's disappeared for the majority of the season. Almost every meaningful stat is down from last season.
His opportunities to make plays are declining and others are earning more chances. The Blazers need him to produce. Maybe his big night against the Lakers is what he needed to turn things around?.
The trade deadline is about a month away. Nobody has increased their trade value on this roster more than Shabazz Napier.
He has quietly had an impressive December, averaging about 12 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals in 23 minutes per game.
While Damian Lillard was out the past two games, Napier was arguably Portlands best player, averaging 17.5 points, 5 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 3 assists in 36 minutes per game.
Do you think Napier should be part of the Blazers long-term plans, understanding his current contract ends after this season and he looks to be playing himself into a substantial raise? Or should Portland try to move him at the deadline when his trade value is at its peak?.
Jared: Napier has been one of the teams most consistent performers. Hes proven to be a good shooter and efficient scorer, and hes a pesky and effective defender.
Hes probably Portlands most valuable reserve right now. But the Blazers financial situation is ugly and if Napier demands something close to the midlevel exception (about $9 million) this offseason, Portland may not be able to afford him.
With that in mind, it would be smart to see what level of interest exists on the trade market for a player like Napier and what kind of value he could bring back.
If Napier could be the sweetener to get a team to take one of Portlands bad contracts, or if he could return a good player — perhaps a forward — to help balance Portlands roster, the Blazers should consider trading him while his value is high.
Orlando: Shabazz Napier is going to get paid, in Portland or somewhere else. If the Blazers don't offer Napier what he believes he's worth, someone will.
Any team in need of a point guard will be calling. The Blazers have to listen to offers. Our John Canzano is reporting that people he's talked to say owner Paul Allen is "getting antsy" with the team's lack of success.
I find it hard to believe the Blazers don't make a move by the trade deadline and moving Napier would make a lot of sense because he is playing so well.
Nate: Napier's long term spot on this team I think will have more to do with the team's success the rest of the year than his individual success.
If the Blazers continue to be a .500 team going into the deadline, I think they're more likely to be sellers than buyers. If that's the case, then this roster probably won't look the same as it does now.
I think Portland wants to keep him around. But the Blazers already have so much money tied up in underperforming players, that it may be difficult to pay Napier.
Not to mention, if the Blazers want Nurkic around long term, they're going to have to pay him this offseason.
Prediction time! The Blazers are busy in the next week, playing four games in six nights beginning with tonights home game against the Philadelphia 76ers (15-18).
They then play three straight road games, at the Atlanta Hawks (9-25) on Saturday, at the Chicago Bulls (12-22) on Monday and then at the Cleveland Cavaliers (24-11) on Tuesday. Which games do the Blazers win and which do they lose?.
Orlando: They're due for a home win, right? The return of Damian Lillard, energy will be up at the Moda Center. The 76ers have struggled lately.
Man, this is tempting to take Portland, even though the 76ers beat them by 20 last time. Joel Embiid is questionable to play with back tightness.
I'm going to gamble and say the Blazers deliver in front of a national audience in their final home game in 2017. Then they carry that momentum into Atlanta to face a Hawks team that hasn't been good.
However, it's going to be a 2-2 kind of week for the Blazers. I think they drop the next two at Chicago and Cleveland.
Nate: The Blazers will go 2-2 over the next four games. I know the 76ers have struggled as of late (2-9 in last 11) but I think their size and athleticism makes them a difficult matchup for the Blazers.
So I'll pick the 76ers and Cavs to win.
The Blazers will beat Atlanta and although the Bulls are the hottest team in the NBA since the return of Nikola Mirotic, but I still think the Blazers are a better team so I'll give them the nod.
What I want to see out of these four games from the Blazers is a cohesive rotation before they enter a tough January stretch.
Jared: The Blazers and 76ers have both been bad in December. The 76ers have lost 9 of 11 and the Blazers 8 of 12.
Joel Embiid (back) and Robert Covington (knee) are both questionable for tonights game. Its possible they both end up playing, but Ill go with the Blazers to beat the ailing 76ers.
Portland should take care of Atlanta, which has only nine wins so far this season. The Bulls are beating everyone right now, but theyll be playing the second game of a back-to-back after a game in Washington the night before.
Ill pick a rested Portland squad to beat a tired Bulls team. The Cavaliers are better than the Blazers in every way and it will be the second game of a back-to-back for Portland. Thats a Blazers loss.
Trail Blazers odds: Pick from expert whos 6-2 on Philly games. by CBS Sports Staff. Two of the NBAs most versatile point guards face off Thursday as the Trail Blazers host the 76ers at 10:30 p.m. ET.
The Blazers snapped a three-game skid Saturday, slipping past the Lakers 95-92. Maurice Harkless came off the bench to lead all scorers with 22 points.
The Sixers are coming off a Christmas Day win in which they outlasted the Knicks 105-98. Philly had lost five straight going into that game.
Philly is 5-0 against the spread in its last five matchups with Portland, and the Under has cashed in four of them.
The Blazers opened as 2.5-point favorites and now are laying 3.5. The over/under, or total number of points Vegas thinks will be scored, has dropped 1.5 points to 208.5.
Before picking either side, you need to read what NBA expert Larry Hartstein has to say. Hartstein has a strong history of success picking NBA games, including going 126-95-7 over the final months of last season for a huge profit.
He has also correctly nailed an impressive 75 percent of his Sixers picks this season. Now, Hartstein has examined every matchup, every player and every trend for 76ers-Trail Blazers and locked in his against-the-spread pick.
Philly is currently 10th in the East, 2.5 games behind Miami and Milwaukee for the final playoff spot. The Sixers have one of the worst defenses in the NBA, averaging 108.8 points allowed.
They also are the leagues most turnover-prone team, coughing it up a whopping 18.3 times per contest.
The Blazers are one of the few teams with a worse home record (7-10) than road record (10-6). At 17-16 overall, Portland sits eighth in the West, right behind New Orleans.
Portlands offense is run by Damian Lilllard, who lights up the scoreboard with 25.2 points per game. He adds 6.4 assists and five rebounds. Backcourt-mate CJ McCollum chips in 20. 7 points, hitting 41 percent from deep.
The Sixers, one of the leagues top scoring teams at 107. 8 points, depend on center Joel Embiid to do a little of everything.
From the paint, the wing and even occasionally beyond the arc, the big man is a threat to score. He leads the team in scoring (23.8) and rebounding (11.1) and ranks fifth in the league in blocks (20).
Point guard Ben Simmons is in Rookie of the Year contention with his impressive 16.8 points per game. Hes also tops on the Sixers in assists at 7.6 and second in boards with 8.8.
Hes fourth in the NBA in steals at 1.9.
Will the Sixers lock down their second consecutive road victory or at least stay within the spread? Or will the Blazers build off their big win against the Lakers and reassert their home-court dominance?.

EastEnders spoilers: Very unexpected exit lined up TONIGHT - and it's not Abi or Lauren - Duration: 2:53.EastEnders spoilers: Very unexpected exit lined up TONIGHT - and it's not Abi or Lauren
The two sisters are currently fighting for their lives after falling from the Queen Vic roof while trying to save their father, Max Branning (played Jake Wood).
However, as EastEnders axed Max's revenge storyline early, James Wilmott-Brown's (William Boyde) time on the BBC soap has subsequently come to a close also.
Fi Browning (Lisa Faulkner) will rumble her father after the consequences of his ruthless plot to take down Albert Square resulted in Max's break down and the tragic Christmas day accident.
Desperate to learn the extent of her father's deceit, Fi heads to James' office to uncover all of his most disturbing secrets.
While Fi plays Nancy Drew, James confronts Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) again with a proposition, but is floored when she comes back fighting. James returns to his office to realise he's been exposed and, in turn, plans his escape.
Sadly, before he manages to flee the scene, James collapses, hopefully spelling the end for Weyland and Co.
EastEnders fans have been enamoured with the latest action spilling pout of Walford as the soap has taken a huge U-turn following the reinstatement of former boss John Yorke.
Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald) and Lauren's (Jacqueline Jossa) fall eclipsed both Coronation Street and Emmerdale in the ratings by millions on December 25, as Tanya Branning (Jo Joyner) made a triumphant return while Stacey Fowler (Lacey Turner) and Max rekindled their romance.
EastEnders continues tonight at 8pm and 9. 30pm on BBC One.

Like an open mic.
That's what it's called right? A poetry open mic?
They took poster paper a little bit earlier, didn't they?
See, if you do that to me too that's how I would react too.
Don't that depend on where Yuri lives?
There's no point in walking home with Yuri if they don't live in the same direction
And if they live in the same direction, why don't Yuri walk home with Sayori
Monika says we should save
You didn't show your poem
Why is it...?
We didn't get to read Sayori's poems because she left
Is Monika the person who wrote the poem about meaningless
Everything is meaningless, I think that's her too
That's true
Is it really a writing tip or?
Is Yuri being bullied?
Natsuki says you're the one who did that
They're fighting again
She'll turn it into a horror house
Sayori is also here? We can choose Sayori?
It's difficult to bake
So, maybe Natsuki needs help
But I don't like Yuri
I would choose Sayori, maybe but
She could maybe... I think she needs space
Like she thinks Satoshi likes her too, too much so she's overwhelmed so...
I don't want to choose between you two
Sayori is the bad choice because
It's really the two of them as choices because Sayori is with Monika
I don't like Yuri. I get tired with Yuri.
She was being bullied, I forgot
Maybe she would sulk (closest translation of "tampo")

How to shrink or grow pictures with GIMP (Slim down stomach, legs, and chest bigger or smaller) - Duration: 6:05.Hi this is Monique and today I'm going to show you how to use GIMP so that you can shrink
and make fat pictures so we're gonna be using GIMP kind of like Photoshop
GIMP is a free software that's for photo manipulation and it's basically almost
exactly like Photoshop so let's get to it so right now I'm just opening GIMP
and what you want to do is you want to go to filters and then distort and I
think it's Iwarp so just show you where to go first but I'm gonna open a picture
and I have two pictures that I'm going to show you how to use so we're gonna
use a picture of this lady sunbathing and we're just going to go to filters
and we're gonna make her upper body look bigger and her thighs look bigger so
right now that's the tool I'm using it's an airbrush tool I'm gonna go up to
filters there and I'm gonna go to distort and Iwarp
so here you can see a preview of the picture and you can see you can go to
shrink or grow you can move things and so on those are what I'm gonna select so
I'm just gonna make the radius a little bit smaller and right now I'm gonna go
to grow and I'm just gonna move the cursor over the part I want to grow
slowly so we're just growing the chest area out
I might speed this up a little bit but I also want to show you before and after
and I want to show you how to grow her thigh area out because her legs look
really really skinny here so we're just gonna grow the thigh area a little bit
it's easy as that so I'm gonna do that to her hips a little bit and then I'm
gonna show you how to shrink it and the only thing we're gonna do just shrink it
is we're gonna move we're gonna click on shrink instead of grow and you know if
there are a couple imperfections you can click on move and you can move them in
or you can move them out so I'm gonna hit shrink and I'm gonna go and kind of
undo what I did I'm gonna shrink the chest area down a little bit more and
then once the preview is done you're gonna be able to see the difference
between the preview and the original picture okay as you can see it changed
the picture really drastically
okay so I have a second picture here a lady's face and we're gonna basically do
the same thing we're gonna grow it or we're gonna shrink it so I'm gonna go to
filters to store it and then Iwarp okay so I'm gonna do the same thing right now
it's on shrink so it might distort it a little bit because she's got really
sharp cheekbones but we're just gonna shrink it a little bit you can see it
more on the side of where her hair is reaching her face but it looks like she
has ate in a thousand years I do that so much I'm gonna stop that maybe I'll
work on her chin and her lips make her lips a little bit smaller
hmm yeah it kind of warps her lips a little bit so but I just want to show
you that's how easy it is just moving the cursor over changing the radius and
you can completely change somebody's face okay so that looks kind of scary
so I'll just hit cancel yeah that's the original picture so we should just
cancel it or try to regrow it a little bit I don't know if I can make it look
like the original picture again I'll try but I don't think I can I can make her
cheeks and her lips go back but it looks a little off the eyes that look a little
bit off so I'm just gonna cancel it and then go back to the original picture
let's go back to filters and go to distort and then Iwarp
okay and maybe I'll just do it with a smaller radius or hot on them
hey let's shrink it down a little bit just so you can see the difference if I
do the nose change your eyes a little bit maybe only her cheekbones a little
bit just enough to show you that you can change it into a little bit of a
different picture and makes it look like a different person if I wanted to I
could go in I could change the lip color as well and I could change her skin
color and she would look like a completely different person
let's press ok then you can see the difference that just made okay so this
video has been about how to use GIMP or Photoshop to distort an image to make it
skinnier or fatter okay thanks guys bye!
