Top 5 WWE Stars How Much Can They Bench Press - Part 3
5 BIG SHOW – 500 LBS (12 REPS): Big Show doesn't have a one rep max but instead, he hit 500 pounds for 12 reps, which is absolutely insane. Believe it or not, the big man did in fact weigh 500 pounds at one point during his career, a piece of information that was recently revealed by wrestling pundit Dave Meltzer.
Just imagine chucking around 500 pounds and being close to seven feet, my oh my, that's a workout on its own. Show has recently undergone an insane transformation. The big man shredded down to 60 pounds leaner, crediting his diet for the crazy transformation.
Show appears to be in better condition nowadays than ever before, he put his new athleticism on full display during a terrific cage match against Braun Strowman. We haven't seen the big fellow since.
4 BIG E – 575 LBS: If you ask any active member on the WWE roster, who has the most impressive bench press, it's more than likely they'll say Big E, who has a monstrous bench max of hitting 575 in John Cena's gym – a personal record for the big man.
The gym erupted when he hit the mark, Cena was playing the role of cheerleader while he was getting spotted by Roman Reigns, so yea, getting motivated to lift the weight wasn't too difficult with such company.
Of course, Big E also has a powerlifting background before his WWE days. Among his impressive lifts also includes 711 on the squat and 799 on the deadlift. When asked to give advice on how to improve your bench press, Big E stated experience and constantly benching is crucial.
He also pointed out that bench variations can also serve a purpose, he uses chains and bands as a way to change things up from time to time.
3 WESLEY BLAKE – 225 LBS (32 REPS): One of the most surprising names in the top three of the bench press competition featured Wesley Blake making the podium.
Just by taking a look at Blake, you wouldn't think he had such strength, heck his former partner Murphy looks to be in a lot better shape, however, the look isn't always everything and Blake certainly proved that hitting 225 for 32 reps, quite impressive given his size and lack of athletic background.
Blake wasn't a pro lifter before the WWE, instead, he spent some time at the Dory Funk dojo mastering his craft. After a couple of years independently, Blake was signed to a WWE deal in 2013.
Unfortunately, we haven't heard from him in a while, becoming an afterthought down in development since his tag team alongside Murphy was split up. His future looks rather bleak, but hey, at least he can always say he came in third at the NXT Combine for the bench press lift.
2 ROMAN REIGNS – 445 LBS: Similar to Titus, Roman Reigns can thank his football career prior to the WWE for his bench press skills.
Before to his pro wrestling journey, Reigns was fully invested into the football life even hitting a 300 pound weight at one point, Roman recalls trying to get as fat as possible so he could have increased his strength as a defensive player.
Gone are those days however as he now maintains a lean physique with the WWE. When asked for personal tips on improving one's bench press max, Roman indicated that triceps work is equally as important – so doing lots of dips can aid one's bench press.
He also indicated that negatives are also crucial when performing a bench movement, so going down slowly when working the exercise. 1 JOHN CENA – 480 LBS: When it comes to Olympic style lifts, it doesn't get any better than John Cena.
The dude is an absolute beast, some of his preferred lifts include the squat, snatch, deadlift and of course, the bench press. Seriously speaking, he thrives in all of the lifts – his 480 on the bench press is quite remarkable, beating out his past mark of 465.
Like the others above, Cena credits experience as the best remedy for someone to improve on their bench press totals. Quite simply, Cena said "bench!" when asked what is the best way for someone to improve on this bench press max. At the age of 40, the 16-time champion remains in tremendous condition as arguably the strongest WWE Superstar when you asses pound for pound strength.

"You can't be creative & business-oriented at the same time" ǀ Talk @YouTube NYC ǀ Justine Leconte - Duration: 7:14.
Hi everyone, it's Justine. when I was in New York last month I spoke in front of an
audience of creative people from many different countries, who make
videos on YouTube as well. and some of them even run very successful creative and/or
online businesses at the same time. I was free to pick my topic so I talked about
something that has been on my mind for quite some time.
you might remember or know already that I initially studied business and worked in
business and now I switched to fashion: studied fashion, now work in fashion. back
then people said I couldn't be a good "creative", whatever that means, because...
you know... I was a "business person". today, people say that I'm only creative so I
supposedly can't be interested or knowledgeable
in any other field.
I frankly, wholeheartedly disagree with that kind
of silo thinking. I think that all fields are in fact linked, related. so when I
said that to an audience of people who built businesses out of their creative
heads, they virtually all agreed with me, because they've been there themselves.
but I thought I would share that video, that talk with you guys as well and I
look very much forward to your thoughts and to an open discussion, I guess. here
is the recorded talk.
Hi!
they say "you can't be creative and business-oriented
at the same time"... my name is Justine. I'm a fashion designer and an entrepreneur.
so people ask me: "oh wow... so did you study fashion or business?"
"well, I started with business and then I went back to school and studied fashion".
"okay but... what do you
want to focus on, long term?" "I like both..."
"okay but like... you can't be good at both
things, you have to prefer one thing".
there are 2 types of people I have had
this conversation with: (1) people who knew me as a business person
before, who put me in the business box I don't want to let me switch boxes ever
again. and then (2) the people who think that business and creativity exclude each
other because creativity is that abstract myth, the artist that turns a white canvas
into Mona Lisa... hmm sometimes those 2 types of people can even overlap.
who decided that one person can do only one thing and when was that??
Leonardo da Vinci (example)
was an engineer, an inventor but also a painter and a writer, etc. at that time,
educated people were good in everything, right? so I understand that today there
is too much wisdom about each field for one person to be able to know everything
about everything. but it's not about what you know, it's about the way you think.
point 1: the less you know about a topic, the more creative your ideas will be.
friends of mine asked their little daughter (three years old, not even 3):
was the chicken or the egg here first? she thought about it and replied: well, the
Easter Bunny was first! and frankly it's the smartest answer I've heard. it's absolute
rational thinking, based on what she knows about the world.
point 2:
creative ideas are the result of structured, rational thinking. the most creative
people in the so creative advertising industry use very uncreative tools to
come up with new ideas. Zwicky was an astronomer, a scientist.
he invented a method that those guys use all the time. and he was not a "creative
person", officially. it's this one here: general morphological analysis. when you
have one big issue, you break it down into small pieces and then you play all
possible combinations of those pieces through, until you get not just a good idea but
the best one, the perfect practical, most efficient solution... for a given objective,
right? so in advertising, a good "creative person" is so business-oriented
because their goal is to bring across a message and sell a product.
so this method, which is using creative skills but is not creative at all,
actually works in every single field, I think. I could use it to design a shoe,
for instance. so what makes a shoe? let's break it down: you have a part that
covers the foot, more or less. here it's a sandal. then you have a heel, more or less
high, right? the heel is positioned somewhere under the foot. and then you
have one element that connects and holds the shoe close to the foot, somehow, right?
this shoe looks very original and creative but it doesn't work, why?
point 3: creativity works best under constraints. so here in this case, we're
missing the constraint: the heel of the foot has to be at the level of the toes,
or higher, otherwise you can't walk... so let's solve the heel issue: there you go. now the shoe
works. it still looks creative and original so
my point is here: creativity alone is not enough. you need to add some logics to it.
point 4: being creative is actually a matter of training. artists and designers
who are very successful over a long period of time create non-stop. they have new
ideas all day and all night. they see and observe the world around them, they feel,
analyze, think about what it means and where it's going. they practice that way of
seeing the world all the time. so you can do the same and practice that too.
for example, for a day, try to think and see the world as a child... it's a fun one to do, once a week.
or for one day, take a picture of every object or color that you see and like. at the
end, print out those pictures and build a mood board out of them. little exercises like
that are part of daily research, of routine work when your job
is to create new things. so in the end, pure creativity, the artist in front of
a white canvas doesn't really exist. without practicality without some logics,
without at least purpose, I think it's useless. so when people say you can't be
creative and business oriented or pragmatic or rational at the same time,
I think you cannot not be both at the same time! thank you!

How To Clean The Registry, What Programs Can Be Used and How To Do It Manually ♻️📜👨💻 - Duration: 7:31.
Hello everybody!
This video will show you how to clean the registry, what programs can be used and how
to do it manually.
Sooner or later, everyone using a computer faces the problem of its performance getting
worse and errors appearing when Windows boots or when you start other programs.
In the end, you realize it's time to clean the registry.
There are numerous programs to optimize the work of your computer and clean the registry.
In this video, we will have a look at the most popular apps.
So, let's begin.
CCleaner CCleaner is one of the most popular and well-known
tools to clean the computer registry.
In addition, it has lots of functions to optimize your PC in every way.
They include a system cleaner, a software uninstaller and startup management.
Its latest versions support uninstalling Windows 10 standard applications.
You can download the program from the official website.
Find the download link in the description.
First of all, download and install the program, and you're not likely to have any difficulties
at this stage.
The only important aspect is to check the language settings in the upper left corner
- the default language is English.
After the installation, run the program, go to the tab "Registry," click on "Scan
for issues" and wait a little.
When the scan is over, click on "Fix selected issues..."
The program will suggest you to save a registry backup copy, and you should do it to be on
the safe side; in case you have any problems, you can always restore the registry to the
previous condition.
You can save the backup to your desktop, for example.
Now click on "Fix all selected issues" and the registry will be cleaned.
Run the scan again - no issues are found.
If you use the previously saved backup copy, it is supposed to restore to the registry
the data deleted by the application.
Wise Care 365
Wise Care 365 is another program to help you clean the registry.
This software package includes a Windows registry cleaner, a hard disk optimizer, as well as
other system utilities to make your PC work faster and better.
You can find the download link in the description Run the program and click on System Cleaner
to clean the registry.
The first line on the list is Registry Cleaner, so click on Scan.
After the scan, the program will show you information on any registry problems.
Select cleaning and the registry is now clean and sound.
Manual cleaning
The larger your registry grows, the worse your computer performs.
Registry cleaner utilities are not an ideal tool for removing unnecessary lines from the
registry.
It is because they do their cleaning job based on a certain set of rules which may not work
with your registry.
If you are an expert user, you can clean the registry manually by removing the entries
left by the programs that have been uninstalled long ago, or remove programs from the startup
section.
You should always remember that wrong cleaning can damage your operating system.
That is why we recommend manual registry cleaning to experienced users only.
Now before you start it, press the key shortcut Win+R, enter "regedit" in the window that
opens and click OK.
You should always back up your registry so that you can restore everything if things
go wrong.
Click File/Export, specify the name and click Save.
You can watch one of our videos to see how to restore the registry from a backup.
Find the link in the description.
If you know the name of the program that has been uninstalled, you can delete the files
left behind in the registry or a virus that is hiding there.
To do it, click Edit/Find, enter the program name and click Find Next.
In the course of the search, we can see a registry file of an uninstalled program which
we don't need anymore.
Right-click on it and select Delete.
In addition, you can follow the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software и HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE to view and
clean folders of the previously removed programs.
If you have a 64-bit operating system, you will also see a folder named WOW6432Node containing
a list of installed programs as well.
With the Registry Editor, you can also remove entries from the startup menu.
Startup settings deal with two registry keys with the folder Run:
In Windows 7 and 10, they can be found by following the path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run – the
startup folder of the current user; In the same path, but in the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run – there is also a folder named Run, but
this is a startup location for all users.
Select the unnecessary program, right-click on it and select Delete.
If you suspect there is a virus in your computer, there is a good video in our channel about
finding the malware in your registry and removing it.
Find the link in the description.
Modifying the registry with Windows registry editor is a risky process as it doesn't
have the Cancel function (which you'll need when you accidentally remove a good registry
key).
If you are new to this process, just don't edit the registry manually.
And before you start doing it, make sure you have made a backup copy.
If you have even the slightest doubts whether you should delete a registry key or not, never
delete it if you're not absolutely sure that you don't need it.
You can always look it up on the Internet.
That is all for now.
Hit the Like button and subscribe to Hetman Software channel.
Leave comments to ask questions.
Thank you for watching.
Good luck.

Does It Matter That Science Can't Detect God? - Duration: 2:37.
Atheists often justify their atheism by saying there's no evidence for God.
But when pressed about what type of evidence they're looking for, it often turns out
they're only looking for scientific evidence.
But this quest for truth starts off on the wrong foot.
Science is an empirically based discipline, and as such is ordered to physical reality
within our physical universe.
But if science's detecting powers are restricted to physical reality, and God by definition
is a non-physical being, then how could science in principle detect God?
The answer is, "It can't!"
Science can no more detect God than a metal detector can detect plastic cups.
And to not believe in God because there is no scientific evidence for him is as unreasonable
as refusing to believe there are plastic cups on the beach because a metal detector provided
no evidence for them.
The metal detector's inability to detect plastic cups says nothing about whether or
not plastic cups exist on the beach.
It's simply a manifestation of the limitations of the detecting powers of the instrument.
Similarly, science's inability to detect God says nothing about whether or not God
exists; it's simply a manifestation of the limitations of the detecting powers of science—it
can be used to detect only that which is empirically verifiable and quantifiably measurable.
To say that God doesn't exist because science can't detect him is to confuse the method
for knowing reality with reality itself.
In order to know the things that science can't, such as God, we must use other methods, such
as philosophy.
So, it really doesn't matter that science can't detect God, and therefore it's not
a justifiable reason to be an atheist.

SUPER FEET INSOLES - CAN THEY CHANGE THE WAY YOU SKATE? - Duration: 8:11.
because you´re a nice guy I'm gonna give you a pair of insoles
let me just tell you that it's not every day that a Scotsman gives lemming away
let me tell you so take it
olá youtube my name is Ricardo lino and I'm a wheel
addict second day of ISPO 2018 I'm in Munich and I'm inside the super feet
booth and I'm with Andrew nice to meet ya
Thank You Andrew Andrew was a hockey player for 20 years and for those of you
who don't know super feat is probably the best insole brand in the whole
market so Andy is going to explain this why is it that good so I'm gonna let you
talk you're gonna do the talking very good so why do we need an insole in
an ice hockey skate I'm very often asked that but the reason is that for
virtually all Footwear you can benefit from having an insole inside the shoe so
the questions why well feet are very complex it is your
foundation and basically feet have lots of shape it's a fully three-dimensional
object a lot of people just look at the arch for support that super feet we look
at the whole foot but we start in the rear foot so the heel is the largest
bone in the foot it's where all the pressure goes through it's designed to
move and this happens when you skate especially it's called pronation and
supination so every time you push off one foots pronating and the other foot
is supinating so when we put a shape under the foot we help that foot to
function better so what does that mean it means it's in terms of ice hockey is
that you will have a much stronger foot to push off and this equates to more
power and more speed also because an ice hockey skate has an angle which starts
higher at the heel and comes down to the forefoot it means that that foot wants
to slide on that surface and once again if we put a good
shape starting at the heel there we will give the food more stability and more
stability means that you use less energy and that means you have more time to
skate more power to skate and when you as an example we take a slap shot
obviously you go forward on one foot and this means that more weight is going
through that foot and more weight usually means less stability so if we
put some shape under the foot we guarantee you'll have a harder slap shot
one of the last things that I would say coming from a Sookie I've lost a few
teeth a couple of little nose pops as well is that if you have good stability
under your feet you can punch someone harder as well
okay the product so this is our latest product it's the carbon pro hockey a
little bit history about super feet is that we produce the far stencils for
Bauer I'm sure you all know who Bauer are back in the 80s and we produce this
shape for Bauer a long time ago and we've been developing ever since in
Canada we are by far the number one ice hockey insole in the market and as I say
this is our newest insole you can see 11% written there what this means is
that when we tested this insole with professional ice hockey players from
blue line to blue line they had an increase in speed by almost 11% why is
that well the
our original insult from all those years ago is called the yellow and you can see
the way this insults it's it looks lower than the heel then it isn't a forefoot
but because ice hockey skates have a ramp angle a higher heel section this is
how this insole is designed to set and that piece of footwork all those years
ago we use a high density form we have a plastic base now imagine when you skate
or walk or run you put power through the insole and this insole has worked great
for years but you can see it's fairly flexible what this means is that when
you go to push off especially if you're you know 150 kilo ice hockey player you
can lose some energy in that insole which means a loss of power with the new
carbon combination in this insole if I twist this one you can see is much much
more stable and therefore that power and energy is transmitted into the foot up
the body and basically this is how you can increase your speed so based on what
I've just said insoles and all types of footwear helps think of your foundation
it needs to have a good solid foundation in order to give you a good stance and
good power but it also has to have a good shape feet have a three-dimensional
shape your ice hockey skates only have a two-dimensional flat shape and if you
put an insole and nose I guarantee that you will skate faster you'll have more
power and you'll probably have more energy to keep skating longer there's no
other type of sport that I can think of that you couldn't benefit from having
some shape under the foot think about this very quickly if if I have a glass
I'm having a beer the surface is flat and up here on the bar the surfaces are
the same so that beer glass is stable if I took that beer glass and put it on its
side it would be unstable on that surface so I believe that all feet and
all activities including all those skating activities will benefit from all
the things I just said more power more comfort less chance of aches and pains
like blisters and such like if you put that shape under your foot so I believe
it will help all aspects of skating so thank you so much Andrew it was awesome
to have a little lesson a little inso lesson I hope you guys learned something
with Andrew and now that you know what to do with insoles you know what to get
to know so now I want to I want to try something I really want to try someone
just tell you that it's not every day that Scotsman gives something away let
me tell you so take it yes no that's cool that's good I'll make a little
review after what you said I'll make another view about it and all of you
guys out there watching these then you first listen from them the insole master
and now you're gonna listen for some from someone who never try the insoles
you gotta listen to like my first experience with these insoles
thank you so much hope you guys enjoyed this video if this is the first one that
you ever watched well you know what to do subscribe to the channel for more and
like I always say just don't forget why we all started skating you know why
because it's fun cheers guys you soon

When You Can't Feel Your Spiritual Guides Around - Duration: 2:40.
When You Cant Feel Your Spiritual Guides Around
by Conscious Reminder
For all those who are regular spiritual practitioners, for those who have managed to establish a
strong link between themselves and their guardian angels, heres a small heads up or just
an explanation to something aberrant you might have been experiencing while performing these
meditations or some spiritual activity to interact with your guardian angels.
It so happens that sometimes the response you get from them is unclear and distant.
They appear to be indefinite while communicating with you and show no sign of interest in maintaining
the connection. Or they might just appear in an inactive state. You should be able to
remember this if this has happened with you ever.
If this has been the case with you, please be informed that these are clear signs that
your guardian angels see a ball in your court. They expect you to finish something that has
already been talked about and meditation would not help until it has been taken care of.
The times when we are in desperate need of guidance that we end up asking the about things
that we already know and understand, you can be prepared to expect such a response from
them. It doesnt make sense to them when you repeatedly inquire about the same thing.
The guardian angels are always ready to help you explore new aspects of your life. However,
if you dont use the previous help you received from them and act on the problems that were
talked about last time, they would give out such a response. Their guidance becomes pointless
if not put into practical use.
Then there comes a point when they stop providing you any more information and stop answering
any more questions unless you have acted on what you gained last time.
So instead of feeling sad and hopeless, you must focus on finishing up the incomplete
business. Take this as a sign from them to start acting instead of just listening.
This should take you to their desired level to start the communication again.

Hard to believe! That's how much you can save with the right tire selection. - Duration: 2:08.
This video is about the fuel- and cost efficiency by a suitable tire choice.
The main factor for the fuel consumption is the rolling resistance.
The rolling resistance is affected by adjusting of the right tire pressure on 9 bar and by the tread.
The different rolling resistance is assigned in tire-efficiency classes
A-, B-, C- and D-label.
Tires with A-label are known as low rolling resistance tires.
Basically with this best efficiency class
you can achieve the lowest fuel consumption.
With a six-wheeler fuel savings of 2-3% per change of the tyre label can be reached in the long-distance traffic.
With a special application, KRONE can determine the related cost potential.
As seen in this example of long-distance traffic
with a distance of 500 km per day
by a change from C-label to B-label
cost savings of about 1.500 € can be reached.
With the tire choice, also the potential tire wear needs to be considered.
Especially in rural areas for example with supermarket deliveries
with many shunts and worse roads
low rolling resistance tires are rather unsuitable.
Further, in applications in which many towns and villages are passed
there is a high tire wear due to the high number of braking and turning.
This is why it is important to make a suitable tire choice for the different applications
taking into account the prices, fuel consumption and tire wear.
With the shown application
and various calculation tools KRONE can advise its customers.
Based on resistance measurements
adjusting of the vehicle operation and the driving attempts
and tire-management databases
the suitable tires can be selected.
If there are further inquiries, we are available any time as your mobility advisor.

We Can Open Up A Higher Reality - A World of Love - Duration: 2:54.
I'm very proud to announce the release of my new book. After the publication of
my first book The Egotist, I began writing articles about politics in the
spiritual root of a world in crisis. A world of contradictions that reveals the
flawed development of man using rational systems. The first issue my book deals
with is how I transitioned from being a pretty standard New York liberal to
becoming a Conservative Republican. I became a Conservative the day Trump was
elected, after doing everything I could think of in my power to make sure he wasn't.
When you become critical of a single aspect of liberal thought it becomes
binary to people. People think that you're against everything they stand for and that
you have a different aim, that you don't want to help people, that you have some
sort of racist or sexist worldview, when in reality many of the Conservatives want
the same things as liberals. The more I explored political tropes the more my
perception changed. It slowly became apparent to me that the Democratic Party
like most of the leftists had degraded itself to the point that it had reversed
nearly every position JFK or Martin Luther King would have fought for.
The goal of this book was to introduce a new type of journalism - solution based
journalism. I decided to call the book Tikkunim (Corrections) based on a kind of
spiritual concept: that man by correcting himself making a Tikkun, he corrects the
world. And the book kind of outlines the corrections I to make to my political
beliefs, but also Corrections I had to make as an individual.
The book is a series of articles that's extremely personal that shows my growth
and change as a person. Both as a political commentator and as a
spiritual person. That through this confusion through these contradictions,
through understanding the broken nature of this kind of post truth world were living in,
I was able to change myself, that I could open up a spiritual reality inside myself
because of looking at the world and the broken things that I had a desire to fix.
We can overcome the currents of opposing viewpoints
and open up a higher reality - a world of love.

How Companies Can Build Trust With Their Local Communities - Duration: 4:16.
What's up Linkedin, my name is Mike Wamungu - I'm a storyteller and marketer, and today I'm going to be sharing
two ways companies can build trust with their local communities.
It's important for a number of reasons, but one I'll focus on specifically is brand awareness.
A company that's invested and involved in the communities in which they reside is a
company that's very visible, and once you're very visible, then that creates very positive
associations with your company's product, with your company's message, which is always
good from a profit and support standpoint. And additionally, a company that's tapped
into the zeitgeist of the times and of whatever community in which they reside is a company
that's well aligned with what people want, what people need, and how people perceive
them. It's important for those reasons and more, and I'll dive into some examples that'll
help you guys build trust with your local communities.
OK, so number one, companies could start a skills-based volunteering program. What is
skills-based volunteering? Skills-based volunteering is when employees or organizations utilize
skills that they use on a day to day basis, and apply them to a project that positively
impacts the community. What does that look like? That can be building an APP for local
kids to attract the school bus. That can be revamping the marketing and branding for a
neighborhood mom and pop shop that folks adore. That can be teaching a workshop on coding
in, partnership with a local nonprofit. Whatever it is isn't as important so long as it's creating
value for the community, It's a win-win. And so long as it's done on a s on a consistent
cadence, so that could be once a quarter, once a year. It could be once a month. Whatever
makes sense for you as a company. Starting a skills-based volunteering program is a very
easy way to build rapport with people in your community and it's very easy way to engage
employees as well.
They'll be tuned into a project that differs from their normal day to day. That gives back
in a positive way, and that challenges and stretches their mind creatively so, it's a
win-win.
Number two - companies can host an event or sponsor a local one. This can be curating
a series of talks, panels, book readings, networking events, etc. Airbnb does a really
good job at this. They have a series of free design talks open to the public, in which
they bring in artists, entrepreneurs, creators, etc...People from all types of different backgrounds
to talk about their work, or a specific topic like diversity or women in engineering. The
events are a hit, the vibe is incredible, and they sell out almost every time.
It's real tangible, in-person community building. It's building rapport and creating value for
the community on a consistent basis, which builds familiarity, and primes people to
think of your brand favorably. Attendees get a feel for a company's culture, vibe, people
and employers get attendees' basic information like email, job title, etc. Your events in
double was excellent recruiting efforts. So not only are you contributing positively,
you're also building a rolodex of potential customers, collaborators, employees, or at
the very least, brand advocates that just like you.
So there you have have it, two ways companies can build trust with their local communities.

Jurgen Klopp speaks out on Emre Can future amid Juventus and Man City transfer links ● News Now #LFC - Duration: 2:17.
Jurgen Klopp insists his relationship with Emre Can will end amicably if he does indeed
leave Liverpool in the summer.
The Germany international will be out of contract come the end of the season and is attracting
interest from Juventus and Manchester City.
Can, who has been at Liverpool since the summer of 2014, has started nine consecutive games
for the Reds and Klopp says transfer speculation means nothing as long as he keeps performing
on the pitch.
Speaking after Tuesday's 3-0 victory at Huddersfield Town, Klopp said: 'As long
as he [Can] plays like this it doesn't matter.
'He was not too good in the last game so I had a choice of which player should stay
on the pitch, but he paid me back which is nice.
'Sometimes you want to sell a player or buy a player… but as long as people behave
like Emre now and delivers, then everything is fine.
'If he goes we shake hands and say goodbye and if he stays we shake hands and say hello
again.'
Liverpool proved too strong for David Wagner's Huddersfield at the John Smith's Stadium
and they led 2-0 at half-time thanks to goals from Can and Roberto Firmino.
Mohamed Salah scored the third of the evening from the spot as Liverpool recovered from
last weekend's shock FA Cup defeat to West Brom.
'That's exactly what we had to do,' Klopp said of his team's performance.
'We had to keep the ball and score in the right moments.
'Overall, of course we absolutely deserved to win.
We closed the game.
Asked whether he was surprised by Huddersfield's somewhat negative approach, Klopp responded:
'I don't think we gave them a lot of opportunity, our counter-pressing was quite impressive.
'Then when they wanted to go forward we were there.
Lack of ambition?
No, of course not.'
