how to change your habits, and you're also
trying to think about how to build your business,
one thing to consider is the question of
whether you are a finisher or an opener.
Now, finishers are people who love to finish.
They love to push things over the finish line.
They love to cross that final item off their to-do list.
They get enormous satisfaction out of finishing.
Now, this can be good, but it can also be bad,
because sometimes finishers will sort of rush
at the end because they are so excited
about the prospect of being finished.
So, they don't take it to that next level that they could.
And sometimes they're also too conservative
about what they start, because they're so concerned
about whether they're going to be able to finish,
that maybe they don't want to risk failure.
Those are finishers. I'm a finisher.
Now, there are also openers.
Openers love new possibilities, new challenges.
I talked to someone who is a law professor,
and she said that she had a syllabus
for four different courses in her desk drawer,
but she never got around to teaching them.
But she got very excited about just thinking about them,
opening the idea.
And the thing about openers is they're very creative.
They get very excited with new ideas and new possibilities.
But, sometimes they lose interest before
they really take that idea all the way to completion.
And so, they don't always experience what a true success would be,
because they get three-quarters of the way there,
and then they just get excited
about the other thing that they want to open.
So, it's really helpful to know
if you're an opener or a finisher,
because then you can sort of buttress the weaknesses.
If you're a finisher, you can remind yourself,
"Hey, don't rush to finish, there's still
important work to be done."
And for openers, it can be very helpful to remember,
"You're not going to get total satisfaction from your
projects if you don't push them over the finish line."
And if you're an opener, you might also team up with
someone who's a finisher, someone who's going to
help you do that last bit of work that you need
to push that project over the finish line.

Your legs swell for two main reasons: Why it happens: Fluid retention occurs when

Edema usually starts in the feet, ankles, fingers, hands, and legs because they're furthest

But it may also be a sign that you're overweight or don't get enough exercise, or of more

Leg swelling generally occurs because of an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the tissues
of the lower extremity.
The medical term for leg swelling from excessive fluid in the tissues is peripheral edema.
Persisting indentation of a swollen leg after pressure from a finger is known as pitting
edema.
ommon causes of leg swelling include salt retention, cellulitis, congestive heart failure,
venous insufficiency, pregnancy, and medication side effects.
Less common causes of leg swelling include blood clots in the leg (deep vein thrombosis),
parasite infection, lymphedema, liver disease and cirrhosis, kidney disease and nephrotic
syndrome, broken ankle, broken leg, and diseases that cause thickness of the layers of skin,
such as scleroderma and eosinophilic fasciitis.
In these diseases, the leg swelling is typically characterized by nonpitting edema.
When leg swelling occurs for unknown reasons, it is referred to as idiopathic edema.
Scary stat: More than 80 million people have one or more forms of cardiovascular disease,
and approximately 900,000 people die from it each year.
What to do: Report problems with edema to your doctor, who can run tests that may indicate
CAD and can determine if your heart function is normal.
Home Care ! Some tips that may help reduce swelling:
Put your legs on pillows to raise them above your heart while lying down.
Exercise your legs.
This helps pump fluid from your legs back to your heart.
Follow a low-salt diet, which may reduce fluid buildup and swelling.
Wear support stockings (sold at most drugstores and medical supply stores).
When traveling, take breaks often to stand up and move around.
Avoid wearing tight clothing or garters around your thighs.
Lose weight if you need to.
Never stop taking any medicines you think may be causing swelling without first talking
to your health care provider.
Leg swelling related to fluid buildup ! Leg swelling caused by the retention of fluid

10.or D (Tenor D) Review: The Bargainous Champ - Duration: 8:14.
When it comes to competitive pricing Xiaomi has already proved what it's capable of,
but there's a silent champ trying to expand its territory in the Budget category.
The 10.or D is their ultra budget smartphone but is it capable in 2018 when you can get
some better alternatives for 1000 or 2000 bucks more.
Let's find out…..
The Body is made of a nice grade PolyCarbonate and they refined it in a way that the scratch
resistance is on point.
The LG Q6 also has a plastic back and it looks ugly with all the scratches on it just after
a few days of usage but 10.or D still looks fresh.
Phone has a Matt finish which attracts fingerprints but wipe it off and they're all gone.
The design might be a familiar one but the black variant gives a versatile look to it.
All the edges are curved and they are very convenient to handle than a phone having a
boxy design and they never slip out of your hand coz well, it's a plastic material..
The back looks cleaner and there are no antenna lines, again thanks to the plastic back.
The phone feels a little bit heavier and it's wider and it's sometimes stressful to use
it with one hand especially after using a taller screen like the LG Q6.
It has slots for two sim cards as well as a memory card and that's how every dual
sim model phones should be, both support 4g for those who're wondering and its expandable
upto 128GB.
The power and volume buttons are okay but they're not clicky.
For the record, I love clicky buttons and i'd have liked to see the power button on
the right and volume rockers on the left not on the same side but then that's just a
personal preference.
The phone is a little bit thicker but that's due the bigger 3500mAh battery which we'll
talk about in a moment but there's a possibility they could have made it even more compact
and pocatable reducing those bezels or including a capacitive buttons and they didn't and
that's fine.
It has a mono speaker on the back which is loud as i said in my impressions video, the
audio only comes out from this side the other side is just for aesthetic purpose and it
doesn't even act as a microphone.
The microphones are situated on the top and the bottom sides and there's a headphone
jack on the top of the phone which is not my favourite placement but that's just my
preference and the audio output is really loud.
The vibration motor is really subtle and its really the best on a budget phone which i
have tested because most phones tend to rattle or have harsh vibrations which is not a pleasant
experience but 10.or is doing great in their starting days itself.
Now let's talk about the fingerprint sensor, Its great they included one for the price
and it's not bad.
It takes a moment to actually wake up the phone, bring in the animation and unlock it
but when the screen is ON, you can log in pretty quickly and the company mentions it
clearly in the product page, and i appreciate that.
Setting it up was a challenge though.
And it's always good to have a single color notification LED and Tenor is not compromising
with the amount of useful features in such a budget package and it also has a gyroscope
sensor which a lot of companies are neglecting in their mid range categories too.
Coming to the front it has a 5.2 inch display but frankly speaking i would have prefered
5 inches because 720p looks better on a 5 inch display and it would have been a little
more compact but for those who need more screen this is a reasonable size.
The bezels are distracting but i should not complain at all for the price it is being
offered but i started hating companies when they waste precious bezel space because putting
capacitive buttons on the bezels will give us more room on the display.
And resolution is not that bad as i thought it would be but the white doesn't look white,
it seems a little yellowish and viewing angles are good but there is a noticeable color shift
but then for the price this is a great display.
It gets bright,though sometimes i feel it's a little bit reflective when in direct sunlight
but its completely readable, no issues there.
And the lowest brightness also is accurate not like the one i experienced on the Tenor
G. Media consuming experience is going to be good but i didn't enjoy much because
i used a bigger screen earlier and bigger screens and lesser bezels spoiled me but if
you have come from something like a 5 display size you'll probably enjoy the experience
on a budget and the audio quality that comes out of the speaker is good but more treble
but good quality.
And the most frustrating thing about this phone on the whole is the touch sensitivity
or the lack thereof.
It only has two point multi touch and typing on this is a pretty hard task.
It sometimes doesn't even recognise even though i touched the screen and it gets frustrating
until you get used to it and once you get used to it you'll be fine, but i want to
know whether the Redmi 5a also has the same issue or not for the price its offering.
Now comes the most important aspect the processing and the software experience.
It has the snapdragon 425 which can handle regular tasks but its inconsistent a few minutes
of usage will throttle the complete phone a lot and the phone gets back to normal after
a minute of two, it's usable but frustrating at times but the heat dissipation is good
it does get warm but never gets hot to the point its unusable or something.
Yes!
The software experience is good but the fact that the processor couldn't handle the situation
is kinda frustrating at times but then remember the price and you'll understand that it
works good for few, not for all.
I have the 3GB model here and the ram management is actually good Heavy apps has to reload
every time but it reloads the apps faster which is great for the price.
I shouldn't complaint much here considering the price it's being served.
Yes there are stutterings frame drops force closes and it freezes sometimes but i'm
kinda okay with the experience because the price is well decided.
Coming to the camera the it doesn't focus faster and the dynamic range is poor but the
HDR really improves everything but it no more stays natural and HDR brings in some lens
flares and the sky always looks blown out and the processing takes a while resulting
in blurry images very often.
But when not in HDR it captures quality with a really color accurate pictures but it lacks
details and noise is present in a well lit condition too.
The low light shots look okay and surprisingly good but the HDR make the low light shots
look decent but then lens flare again.
The front facing camera is okay but the dynamic range is completely off and if you wanna learn
a lot more about the camera comparison between This and the redmi 5A, My friend at RevAtlas
made a really in depth camera comparison that i would recommend you to because he has a
lot of interesting points to share.
And finally the battery life It was good when i first got it.
It easily lasted me a day and the standby was also fine but lately the battery backup
has become dull and the battery drains quickly even when the phone is lying down on the table
for a few hours.
Maybe the problem is due to some app that i recently installed but It will get you through
a day for sure but never expect it to last longer.
Screen on times are not a thing anymore but i'll share em anyway.
I get anywhere between 4 hours fifty minutes to 5 hours 15 minutes and it all depends on
how frequent you actually use the phone.
It charges from 10 to 100 in around 3 hours and it doesn't have any fast charging capabilities.
A few small things to know in the end, It supports OTG, The call quality is just fantastic
and the person on the other end, can hear you perfectly.
So, It's really a bargainous champ but it's worth using it as a backup device rather than
the main device.
It's great to gift someone their first phone with stock android and all the basic features
which satisfies one's need on a budget.

Free radicals are a byproduct created as our bodies burn oxygen.
They attack cells and are believed to accelerate aging as well as contribute to various genetic
mutations and cancer.
Certain lifestyle like stress, poor diet, pollution, smoking and drinking... cause us
to make more of them.
Molecules called antioxidants help protect our cells from free radicals.
The researchers say the average amount of antioxidants in coffee, black tea, and green
tea is equivalent to the amount found in 590 milligrams of vitamin C.
The team called the result astonishing,... since the daily recommended intake of Vitamin
C is 100 milligrams.
"The focus was to figure out correlation between levels of antioxidants and the amount of polyphenols
contained in each drink.
The study proved that a cup of coffee sold in a typical cafe has an antioxidant level
equivalent to 500 milligrams of Vitamin C."
The research team conducted an additional test which confirmed the validity of the drinks'
antioxidant effect by injecting drink samples into uterus cancer cells.
The follow-up study was published in December's edition of Korea's Journal of Food Hygiene
and Safety.
