Let's Talk About GBBB'18 - LoopStation Battle (ENG SUB) - Duration: 8:49.
Yo! Hello my dear friends
My name is Albeat
Welcome back to Albeat Production Channel
And we are talking about GBBB 2018 again
This video is about loopstation battle category
let's go!
Loopstation battle participant list is more shorter than it is in showcase
We've already known about participants
and about battle pairs
there is a photo
This is draw result.
So let's talk about every battle in detail
The first one I wanna discuss is IBARRA vs OXBOX
Although OXBOX prepared really cool wildcard
He did it very sick
By the way I put all passed wildcards links
in the description
Although OXBOX wildcard was really nice
and he passed again
I think IBARRA will be better in their battle
after all
and IBARRA will take it after all.
The next battle is TIONEB vs NME
NME amazed everyone so much
He became popular for his higlhly successful presentation on WBC
His GBBB wildcard is very sick too.
But I didn't believe in Tioneb during 2 years in a row
and he took 2nd place 2 years in a row
Well,
Third time's a charm.
And I'm sure that now TIoneb won't be prepared worse than in passed years
So I bet Tioneb will win the battle vs NME
So the next battle is BEATNESS vs INKIE
and here...
We haven't watched yet BEATNESS in loopstation battles
We watched INKIE in them but a little
and it will be very interesting
I am familiar with INKIE ( Yuri) personally
I know how he makes live-looping
and I'm convinced that he has a lot of different tricks
and that he will be highly prepared
The main thing is don't repeat Penkyx last year mistake.
I mean you shouldn't use your best tricks in first battle
I think Yuri understands it clearly
he knows the right way himself
Yuri is our guy
so I will support him
That's why I want INKIE to win the battle
The next battle will be the most cool
and the most interesting in my opinion
comparing with other 3 battles
THAI SON vs BALANCE
IDK
THAI SON presented himself successfully on ABC
and he is winner in my view
SADY losed that one for me
BALANCE is wildcard winner
HE and THAI SON both have very sick wildcards
BALANCE showed his power on UK Beatbox Championship
and won it.
he showed that he has many cool tricks
just imagine.
this one
versus that one
It's gonna be SOMETHING!
Really I think the battle will be very strong
Sorry, THAI SON
I think BALANCE will took it after all
So this is my opinion on loopstation battles
According to the photo
you've already seen.
this is a draw net
The semifinals will be like
IBARRA vs INKIE
TIONEB vs BALANCE
In the first semifinal between IBARRA and INKIE
IDK
it's very silly to predict
I'm not sure these participants will pass into top-4
and I'm not sure about these semifinals
but according to the photo it will be like I think
For example the 1st semifinal will be IBARRA vs INKIE
This case INKIE is like a dark horse
'cause
we watched a small part of his tricks
2 shows on Russian beatbox championship
3 GBBB wildcards
and a few tracks he uploaded to Youtube
We don't know rest part of his stuff.
Who knows what Yuri can prepare
He really is a dark horse
At the same IBARRA is a dark horse too.
'cause he doesn't publish too much material to the Inthernet
Probably he has some secret tricks in his pocket
But I think INKIE will win it with a narrow majority
I want INKIE to be in the final
In the 2nd semifinal between TIONEB and BALANCE
Also it's difficult here
Last year I predicted the final was PENKYX vs MB14
This battle happened in 2017
But it wasn't grand final battle
It was small final battle
I've told TIONEB won't be prepared worse
than he was in passed years
so I think TIONEB will get to the final
the final will be INKIE vs TIONEB
I don't know what will happen in the final
Everyone will be out of his stuff (like always)
it won't be so fresh like in first battles
In this case I want both TIONEB and INKIE to win
But TIONEB should win
2 times vice-champion in a row
if he becomes a vice-champion 3 years in a row
It will be a fail, bro!
seriously
If TIONEB wins
I will be very happy with it
If INKIE wins I'll be very happy too.
IDK whom to choose
So let the strongest man wins!
We'll see who is better.
write below your opinion about made up battle pairs
about who will pass into the semifinal
and who will pass into the grand final
This is still Albeat!
See ya tomorrow in next video
where we will discuss tag-team battle category

6 Things About The Human Body That Science CAN'T Explain - Duration: 5:36.
Have you ever googled something you thought would be pretty common knowledge, but surprisingly,
found out that scientists don't have the answer to it?
Despite the fact that we can now sequence the human genome and are even attempting a
human head transplant, there are still some seemingly simple things about the human body
that science still can't explain.
So, here they are.
One, hypnic jerk.
Have you ever dozed off in a boring meeting or class and all of a sudden you feel like
you're falling and you jerk awake?
This is known as a Hypnic Jerk response, and is usually accompanied by increased heart
rate, breathing, and a feeling of shock.
No one really knows why this phenomenon occurs because it happens randomly and in healthy
people, but there are a couple of theories, ranging from anxiety to stress.
One theory is that hypnic jerks are a natural part of the body's transition from sleep to
alertness, and occur when nerves "misfire" during the process, and cause an abrupt flexing
of the muscles.
The second theory from the University of Colorado is evolutionary and suggests that the Hypnic
jerk is ingrained in us because our ancestors used to sleep in trees.
The jerk is supposedly a reflex that prevents us from sleeping in the wrong position and
falling off the tree.
Two, sun sneezing Have you ever had bright sunlight in your
eyes and suddenly felt a strong urge to sneeze?
This is called the Photic Sneeze Reflex, which is a phenomenon that causes some people to
sneeze in response to bright lights, and affects 18-35% of the US population.
Funny enough, scientists call the effect, Autosomal Dominant Compelling Helio-Ophthalamic
Outburst syndrome or ACHOO for short.
To this day, experts don't have a good idea of why it happens, but they believe that it
is most likely genetic.
One possible explanation is that the optic nerve and trigeminal nerve are close in proximity.
The optic nerve can be activated by bright lights, and as the electrical signals are
relayed to the brain, some of it is picked up by the trigeminal nerve, which falsely
interprets it as an irritation in the nose, and thus triggers sneezing.
Three, the placebo effect.
This phenomenon occurs when a placebo or a fake treatment such as a sugar pill, improve
a patient's condition simply because the person believes that they are taking medication.
Studies using placebos have been done for a number of situations from colds to cancers,
and even surgery.
They are commonly used to determine the true effectiveness of new drugs - whether they
actually help cure the illness, or if it's just psychological.
In 2002, a study was published where 180 patients who had osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly
assigned to one of three groups.
The first had a standard arthroscopic procedure, and the second received an injection to reduce
inflammation.
The third, however, had sham surgeries, where only an incision was made to make it look
like a surgery had been done.
The results were quite shocking.
Those who had the actual procedures did no better than those who had the sham surgery.
They all improved the same amount.
These studies suggest that the mind plays a powerful role in our ability to heal and
recover from an illness, but we are still unclear as to exactly how it works.
Four, contagious yawning
We all yawn, even animals like snakes and fish do it.
And even human babies yawn inside their mother's wombs.
There are several theories for why we yawn.
Some believe that it serves as a signal for our tired bodies to perk us up, and other
researchers have found that it helps cools down an overheated and stressed brain.
But what's really strange is that for 60-70% of the population, seeing or even thinking
about other people yawning can trigger a yawn in themselves.
Scientists have done many studies to figure out why this happens, with some believing
that it's a result of empathy, and others suggesting that it's an evolutionary response
from our ancestors, that once promoted communication and bonding.
Five, dreaming.
Sleep seems pretty simple - we're all like batteries and need to recharge everyone once
in a while, right?
Well, actually, sleep is one of the most complex events that human bodies undergo.
One part of that is dreaming.
Scientists believe that dreaming allows us to process our experiences, and our brains
work to store and learn from those memories.
But obviously, it's more complicated than that.
There are different types of dreaming, and people can experience dreams in a variety
of ways.
Sometimes we have very realistic dreams, and sometimes we have strange and surreal dreams.
They can be terrifying, funny, or just plain boring.
And sometimes we forget about it the moment we wake up, and other times, we remember every
single detail.
Six, laughter If you really think about it, laughter is
pretty weird.
It's something we're born with, but technically don't need.
And yet if laughter is taken away, our ability to communicate and form social relationships
with others would be severely impacted.
True laughter occurs unconsciously, and bubble up at inappropriate times.
Humour is an abstract concept, so humans are pretty much the only species that really respond
to it, and when you get into more sophisticated forms, like satire, it can be even more difficult
to understand.
For the most part, laughter seems to be a powerful social tool, for example, it can
be used to punctuate a conversation, express politeness or rudeness, demonstrate emotion,
and be used to either isolate or integrate someone in a social group.
But despite the fact that it's something so common, the biological mechanisms of laughter
are affected by countless environmental factors and are triggered by many different areas
of the brain.
The human body is actually incredibly complex, and what we learn as children barely skim
the surface.
It takes years of intense research for scientists to figure out a small part of how this intricate
system works, and even then, there is a multitude of other factors at play that can change it.
What other seemingly simple things can't be explained by science?

The Secret About The "Vibe" That Psychic People Don't Tell You - Duration: 2:01.
The word "vibe" suggests the energy vibrations emitted by an object that reveals the genuine
color in the form of a feeling or touch.
It is really common for us to comment that we don't like someone's "vibe" or
someone gives us a good "vibe".
The use of the word in this manner expresses how we feel about someone's personality
on seeing them.
If you have said something like this before, was it positive or negative?
Depending on the feeling, a vibration would emit that sages referred to as energy.
Although they both have similar meanings, 'vibe' reflects the metaphysical whereas
'energy' reflects scientific.
The secret about 'vibe' is that psychic people rely on what they feel or see and what
their sixth sense perceives through vibration from their subject in front of them.
They also don't tell you that these vibrations have certain colors, based on the subject
they see.
You might wonder how a vibe has color when it can only be felt and not seen.
This is where the trick lies.
The color of the vibe shows a person's most authentic self.
You can't alter a vibe as it is an energetic vibration that is emitted naturally.
It is a really difficult procedure to analyze a person's vibe and it requires a lot of
training.
From this color, we can identify whether the vibration is positive or negative and also
find out information about the subject as to their preferences and their moral inclinations.
Psychic people refrain from revealing these details to the public because it is a complex
idea.
Most people would think that they segregate human beings into good and bad through their
knowledge of vibes, causing discrimination.
However, understanding of vibes has a beauty of its own; it is intimate and magnetic.

Here's What Your Dog Is Dreaming About - Duration: 3:20.
Have you ever seen your dog or cat whimper or twitch while he is asleep in Dreamland?
Are they running?
Are they jumping?
Are they chasing birds or getting their tummies rubbed in their dreams?
Well, Experts Say That Its Like They Dream About The Same Types Of Things That You Do.
Humans dream about the same things theyre interested in by day, though more visually
and less logically, Dr. Deirdre Barrett, a teacher and Clinical and Evolutionary Psychologist
at Harvard Medical School, told People.
Theres no reason to think animals are any different.
So what does that mean?
Get ready for the cutest thing youve ever heard in your life.
Since dogs are generally extremely attached to their human owners, its likely your
dog is dreaming of your face, your smell and of pleasing or annoying you, Barrett says.
And There It Is Folks.
You little poochie or kitty cat is dreaming about your sweet face.
You always had a hunch that you were your pets favorite, now you know its true!
Well speculatively.
Anything about what animals dream, or even if they dream, is speculative.
The only two animals even suggested to have ever told their dreams to a human are the
signing gorillas Koko and Michael.
Researcher Penny Patterson reports that Koko occasionally signs about fantastic events,
people and places she has not seen recently only upon awakening, Barrett explains.
Michael, who is known to have been captured when poachers killed his entire family, sometimes
wakes up and signs Bad people kill gorillas.'
Apparently, Researchers Know More About What Our Feline Friends Are Dreaming About Than
Our Dogs.
We actually know more about cats dreams, because one of the earliest sleep researchers,
Michel Jouvet, destroyed the tiny area in cat brains that inhibits movements during
REM sleep, Barrett explains.
Cats lay quietly through the other stages of sleep, and when REM began, they leapt up,
stalked, pounced, arched their backs and hissed.
They looked like they were hunting mice in their dreams.
But they do have some idea about what goes on in the mind of a dog while it sleeps.
What weve basically found is that dogs dream doggy things, author of Do Dogs
Dream? Stanley Coren told Live Science.
So, pointers will point at dream birds, and Dobermans will chase dream burglars.
The dream pattern in dogs seems to be very similar to the dream pattern in humans.
Barrett says the best way to ensure that you and your pets have sweet dreams is to have
good experiences in the daytime and get lots of sleep in a safe and cozy environment.

Celebrities Talk About Camila Cabello - Duration: 12:34.
I can't find Randy where's Randy oh
there you are
Wow look at you blending in okay I love
you what do you think about fifth
harmony and Camila especially loves you
so much
they're sure of Lego houses yeah have
you heard of this this group they were
on that they run their own x-factor
they're basically five girls that can
sing a lot yeah
but they covered they covered one of my
tunes and I yeah it's really good that
Camila girl can definitely sing very
well very well
Camila kebaya
see that yeah I like that song a lot I
like that something like that was I had
like a thought in my head I was like
because they said Caminos put in this
record together so I was like uh I know
what I want Camila to do as a singer
like I know like if I heard this song on
the radio I'd be like I'm like Mila did
that so I kind of like demoed up this
song whether I seemed really high as if
as if I'm a girl singing all these
lyrics about me only about being a girl
and then I sent it off to her and then
she kind of took it apart and made it
obviously sound like her so she's kind
of changed 90% of the lyrics on it and
yeah now it's exists I don't know what's
happening with it but it's it's really
fun you haven't heard a version but
nothing it's only over the demo I
literally did the demo with a bass and a
drum and I want to put like horns and
stuff it's a bit James Brown II very
like that's nice yeah do you know like
how can I describe it like when Beyonce
first came out with crazy in love but it
was just like sass big vocals like that
that's what he's really good yeah well
she she can sing Camila has a voice that
should be really showing off so um
that's that's why I did that I don't
know if the song ends up on the record
but it's oh yeah it is you sure I'm sure
I haven't heard anything about it hunger
don't cut it out we have you know Camila
Kibeho from fifth harmony how did you
guys connect on this record and what was
a letter
she has disliked this raw talent that
could have been amazing 30 years ago 20
years ago ten years ago and ten years
from now so like she has just like
there's something she's a classic voice
like a voice set it will always be the
generation oh yeah there is that Thomas
was such a strong person but she's like
what she's like it's just like innocent
young girl you know I mean like it just
kind of sucks to feel like almost like
you know all these people just kind of
like did it click like back turn right
over over you know and all these like
constant releasing of statements it's
like breath like say your piece and meal
but like you know I Camila is a star and
she like they said you know this isn't
something that started in a garage
together this is like it was put
together you know I mean so like be
grateful for the years that it was and I
think I think be happy for what's to
come
you know and I see I understand the
other girls from fifth harmony seen that
they're kind of upset saying like oh hey
the band is basically breaking up we
don't know what our futures wanted to
look like right but at the same time
like what you were saying this is
opportunity they should be happy for for
them yeah I know I also think like it's
just like I know Camila later she's not
there is no like there's no like
trickery going on there was no like
behind the back stuff and so I got you
know I it was odd that it happened on
the day that we got our gold plaque for
bad things you know to me it just kind
of almost seemed like it just it may you
know it seemed like the way that it
played out wasn't great timing you know
it's for someone to you know be looked
at like all you did the great thing but
Brian know that it was all so genuine
and they're like none of that stuff was
I don't know I mean obviously I'm not in
that scene so I'm not that I'm not in
that group I know Camille and I have our
relationship so I don't know I just I
don't like seeing someone like that
almost like get taped on I guess it's
not things especially what yeah
and I always love to like you're always
linked with like a romantic person like
Camilla from fifth harmony what do you
think about all this stuff when you hear
these are
do you like it you kind of laugh at it I
mean it's kind of funny because people
would say things like like I don't know
where they got it like I heard this
person say my favorite sport was surfing
I've never served a day in my life so I
don't know where they got that from but
it's pretty funny what they come up with
you're just rumored that you've ever
heard well that's probably one of them
right there yeah everyone yeah this is
very strange
jameelah aren't dating right no no no
dating she's adorable and I think we've
said I approve yeah she's beautiful baby
sure right away from me I want to talk
about ex-girlfriend okay is that cool
with you let's do it I mean you're now
moving on to Becky you were dating
Camilla but you kind of say you weren't
really dating her I mean we dated but it
wasn't really that for like for that
long the time yeah so we discussed say
again on the show often right the
difference between dating someone
casually right yeah and then actually
being in a relationship with them and
like calling them your girlfriend yeah
there's we talk about this all the time
huge difference like we I battle this
every day Austin right like the
differently sometimes we even get to the
fact where it's like how many dates you
have to go on with somebody you know
maybe it's four or five for them to like
almost be exclusive right like it's up
for interpretation it's it's definitely
tough I don't want to say anything too
crazy I I definitely did dater you know
I I called her my girlfriend so I guess
I guess she was yeah did you ask her
girlfriend yes I did you did yeah like
when do you decide not just when
somebody else that you know who was in
the news Camilla leaving fifth harmony
or even thoughts on that be good for her
she's doing thing you know everyone
successful for Tommy's gonna you know
still do their thing they're gonna be
successful if he's gonna do a thing I'm
not big on fun stuff out of the way and
we like still like like having bad vibes
with Camilla or are we okay because it
was like on following on Twitter and all
this stuff are we cool no we're happy
on fun stuff out of the way and we like
still like hot like having bad vibes
with Camila or are we okay because it
was like on following on Twitter and all
this stuff are we cool Briana says what
is going on with you and Camila we love
you both she's teaching Spanish yeah
she's not a good teacher why cuz she's
mean yeah really yeah I know if she
she's like really hard can be the Chabad
coming the other day as well she said
she was going to show me one here in a
busy week um yes it's once you're shown
a Thursday night did yeah yeah I saw I
started for a few minutes she had to run
out but it was cool because I can said
when I go into the middle of the arena I
can see all of the guests you kind of
like right behind the front of house and
it was really nice to see her there just
singing along yeah she said she's a
proper fan go she's not come on Sharlee
yeah no she's been super supportive
since the very beginning and me for her
as well so it was really sweet to hear
that because it's like you've what to
give art you've got obviously got a lot
of chemistry together
yeah are you open to working with her
again or open some donuts a day in but
are you open to working with milla milla
is probably one of the most talented
artists have ever worked with and in
more ways than one I mean as a
songwriter as a singer I just as a
person in general she is this ball of
energy that never ever phase Serie C
yeah yeah honestly yeah 20 minutes over
to shoot down she was bounce never I
know I need like four cups of coffee I
get up to her level
she had a whole tray excuse me as well
she texts me I'm like I can't talk right
now have four glasses of coffee
I'm so it's like another day guys want
me to ask you about Camila because
there's rumors that you guys are dating
can you know are very good friends
that's right what do you love about her
the most she's amazing she's just so
funny and so awesome and so enthusiastic
like she will bring any negative
situation you have and just make it
positive which is really cool new she's
gonna do that she's gonna do so much
more - this is just the beginning for
her pretty crash I think mine was
Jonathan Taylor - I know right so many
of us - my all-time biggest celebrity
crush would probably be Camilla from
fifth harmony out there Tommy
also if my girlfriend's watching this I
was joking last question if one's guys
Chelsea Briggs here with billboard and
I'm joined by some of the best culture
curators in the world Major Lazer
thank you thank you what's going good
we're here at live from Burbank there's
a lot of rumors that who you're working
with heard so one is Camila caballo well
one percent we made it like 20 songs and
can be like a bit I don't know what
they're having whenever we could love
her no no better in the infatuation with
Camila voice and what she does to bring
to this and I mean all the well I mean
there's so many dope people on this
particular track how special was this
you know we love Camila and she's been
riding with us for a while
even before she left it's harmony and we
just thought I just asked you so dope
yeah I just came Mimi in Miami I didn't
know where she was I noticed the band
was in I was that's out of touch I am
with some kind of music okay but she
came at me and I was like yeah she's
such a cool girl she's like writing
songs in her bathroom with like just a
piano and like a little like MIDI
keyboard and I thought she's really
talented so kept in touch and this is
writing a lot of stuff between between
our project and hers and we cut this
record and just thought like she's
perfect for it I mean it was ridiculous
I like by this guy because he's a huge
fan that they're performing to have two
parties so we're just so excited to see
him and meet them because Camila and for
the harmony I call Camila I'm joking on
fifth harmony let's say you're going on
a date with one of the girl she's so
cute and cute
she sad
just in case she is no yeah it's hard
cuz like each of them have different
things that like maybe like just squash
them all into one girl like the best of
all um I would say either Camila or
Camilla on Armani for me I was either
gonna say Mueller into Marnie or can we
let dine is just really fun so like I
don't know if I could just like scratch
them all together all going too deep are
you most excited to see like who are you
kind of crushing on because there's a
lot of beautiful ladies that are gonna
Ross Lynch I'm sorry I didn't get to see
my crush well I'm not really crushing
anybody I'm just letting it come on to
me you're stoked to see come on Ricky
I'm stoked you see I like are fine
they're a Bella I like to see them
they're cool maybe they're really good
right now
that would be like feel like your van
John there I love the new community
Bella record so good so proud of her and
then like Julia Michael issues yes just
doing her own she's like killing it and
I'm so proud of her I love her so much
she's one of the sweetest people I've
ever met in this business that deserves
all of the success and she works so hard
to so I'm going to say she's killing it
I love her suffering

Intuitive Painting Process Explained: Making The About-Face - Duration: 9:31.
[Announcer]: Welcome to Episode 30 of The Painting Experience podcast. Listen as founder
Stewart Cubley explores the potential of the emerging field of process arts
and shares inspiration from his ongoing workshops and retreats. It's easy to get
hooked on the rush we get when we like what we've painted or when somebody else
says it's great. Shifting our focus from outcome to process requires a courageous
about-face, embracing emptiness as we allow our experience to find its own integrity.
[Stewart]: I received an email recently from a woman who had participated in her
first online painting session with me and in fact it was her very first
process painting session. And afterwards she sent me this: "I was ambivalent about
the session afterwards, wanting that dopamine hit of a beautiful end result.
Then it dawned on me that I had been fighting my inner judge the whole
session. Hooked on needing an affirmation, I felt naked with my own creativity
and I remembered that little girl who stopped drawing and tore up her paper
in frustration because it didn't look right." I thought this was great it was
such an insight and a perspective to bring after her first process painting
session -- and to recognize that need for that dopamine hit of external
affirmation. And the emptiness of that and also how deeply encultured it is
and imbedded in the very upbringing that we have, where we're identified with the
outcome of our activity rather than the activity itself.
And then she went on to
say, "This process painting is very powerful. The feeling of nowhere to hide,
face to face with yourself alone, is indescribable and has to be experienced.
I thought I understood the purpose of process painting and I did, intellectually,
but now it's an embodied experience, miraculous and surprising."
I often say that to engage process painting is to make an about-face.
And it's an about-face from our addiction to external affirmation, to
something that is inherently much more satisfying, which is an internal
affirmation. We don't really know how to do this, we are so habituated to looking
for affirmation outside of ourselves. Whenever someone likes the painting or
says something positive about our result or we like our own painting, they're
equally external affirmations. And to make the about-face, to actually turn
toward yourself in this essential way that process painting invites you into,
does require facing an internal emptiness. There's a sense of being naked
in front of yourself, a certain way being devoid of self. There's almost like it's
a no-self state because we're constantly defining ourselves through the
affirmations externally. When we stop doing that and look without that lens
there seems to be nothing there. Wow! Who am I? I don't know what to do. I don't
have any measuring stick. I don't have any criterion for moving forward. There's
a tremendous emptiness and I might say a tremendous potential and I guess that it
takes a certain dissatisfaction with the superficiality of all of the external
affirmations that we're subjected to and expected to respond to. That
ready someone to make this about-face. There has to be a certain way in which
you just feel like this is not enough, this is not satisfying me deeply. I know
there's more integrity. And so when you do make this about-face and you do turn
toward the emptiness something magic happens. Within that emptiness, within
that void that seems to present itself when you drop the external, there's a
light. There's something that happens spontaneously.
It's not in order to avoid the emptiness, it's something that genuinely emerges
from that space it wants to take form. It's a color, it's a stroke, it's an image
and in the beginning we don't recognize this.
We often dismiss it. We often think, "Oh, that's just because," or "Oh, I've done that
before," or "That's not significant." We don't know how to view it with any real
perspective. And so part of the process is learning to recognize and then
respect that which emerges from not knowing, that which emerges from that
space, and then dare to give it form. Dare to take it and to say, okay I don't know
where this is coming from, I don't know what it's gonna look like, I don't know
if I'm gonna like it but it's been given to me, it came to me and so I take that
first tentative step. I let the brush move with that new light that is shining
through me. I don't know how to do it really but it seems to want to go this
way and it shows up on the paper. And then, of course, given how habituated
we are to the external affirmation mind, we will step back and often judge
it and say, "Oh, that's so paltry, that is so unworthy." And we find ourselves then
back in product-oriented mind, judging mind, bringing in that habit of not being
good enough. This is something that comes up again and again and again in this
process, of course, is not being good enough. Sometimes people think this is an
issue I've got. I've got to work on my issue of not being good enough. I can see
where it's tied into my childhood, and it's because of my parents and it's
because of these experiences I've had in the past and I've got an issue. Well I
think everyone's got an issue and I think we've all got the same issue and I
don't think it's necessarily something that is because of an experience. I think
it's because of the way in which we're looking. I think it's because we are
looking through this lens of external affirmation and in doing so missing the
internal affirmation that can come through facing this emptiness. That can
come through feeling naked and undefended and therefore willing to
receive because in that moment of feeling undefended we're willing to
receive. Something can come through. Once we let down our demands and our
judgments and our preferences and say, "Okay, what's there?" Something comes
through. There was another woman in that same session who made this comment:
"Letting go to the imagination is bigger than the imagination." I thought that
really points to the essence here. Letting go to the imagination is bigger
than the imagination. In other words, it's the act of opening. It's the act of
seeing the light within the emptiness, that is really the important thing. The
form that it takes is none of your business and I often say this to people
when they start going on about feeling that it's insufficient. That what they've
done is insufficient, I'll say, "Why are you so involved with something that's none
of your business?" Your business is the act of giving birth,
the form that arises is always going to be limited. It's always going to be
something that's just color and paint on paper. It's never going to be enough. it's
never going to satisfy that deeper need. The deeper need is the affirmation that
comes from the contact itself. That the creative source is actually there alive
and well waiting for us -- and if we turn toward it, that very act is the whole
deal. Something's going to come out of it and there'll be a painting and you'll
either like it or don't like it and you'll be enthralled by it or you'll
judge it and then that changes depending on the moment you're looking at it but
all of that is on a totally different level. It doesn't matter. What really
matters is that willingness to penetrate and to explore and to not turn away from
the essential emptiness, where our true self is found.

What you need to know about the Democratic memo - Duration: 1:20.
Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee released a redacted memo about FBI surveillance
and the Trump campaign Saturday.
Here's what you need to know: The 10-page document repeatedly states that the FBI and
Department of Justice did not use the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to spy on President
Donald Trump or his campaign.
But it goes on to say the "DOJ and the FBI would have been remiss in their duty to protect
the country had they not sought a FISA warrant" to look into former campaign foreign policy
adviser Carter Page.
The memo says the FBI was looking into Page well before he joined then-presidential candidate
Donald Trump's team.
That's because the FBI reportedly had reason to believe Page had relationships with Russian
intelligence agents who targeted him for recruitment.
The memo also details the DOJ's knowledge about the Steele dossier.
It says Christopher Steele's report had nothing to do with the FBI's decision to launch an
investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
It says the dossier didn't even get to the FBI until more than seven weeks after the
the investigation was opened.
And in a direct contradiction of what the GOP memo said, the Democratic memo says the
DOJ told the court it knew Steele was hired by "politically-motivated U.S. persons," and
that his work "appeared [to be] intended for use 'to discredit' Trump's campaign."

Ylvis on TV about new show [English subtitles] - Duration: 6:49.
We will stay on stage, but instead of looking into the future, we look back in time, namely to 1999
And this shall resemble the moment Mette- Marit and Prince Haakon found each other at the Quartfestival
And you may have recognised who played the 2, the Ylvis brothers are back with a new show and a new genre
Yesterday was the pre-premiere of the show, and of course also Bård and Vegard Ylvisåker were there
Tonight they are our Saturday-guests
This is the real premiere because now the ones who were involved will see it, and I really hope that they like it
That's maybe one of the most important things
Ylvis are back, with a whole new concept, Stories from Norway. It's real stories, packaged as musicals
The first story is the one about the diving platform in Hamar, which became so expensive that everyone talked about it
I feel that this genre has been something we've been working towards the whole time
It's kind of the collection of everything, the combination of humour, music and truth
It became a show of 7 episodes – Yes it has
An expectant audience fills the hall. There are also some people who are extra excited,
because they have been central to the story, a mayor, an architect and the one who had the idea
They make humour out of most things, e.g. about how Norway's probably most famous couple met
Bård in the role as Mette- Marit
It's the Quartfestival in Kristiansand. Soon she will meet her crown prince
You shouldn't laugh too much about the fake boobs and the long hair because that would be too easy
Even though it's hard not to – It's not the fake boobs, it's more the… it's more
The risible and hopeless feedback about you as a lady, which is a compliment because it means you have masculine features
The royal teeth – Vegard has the role as crown Prince Haakon, they always play the main characters themselves
Is there a difference between his teeth and your teeth? – He has much bigger 3s, as it's called
In technical lang… language. It's a bit difficult to talk with these
We won't portray these characters completely realistically, we will have a humorous view on it, so
It's not like I will dive into the personalities of those we play, actually
But we will try to get some mannerisms and so on
Hi… your majesty
In addition to crown price teeth, he needs a crown prince nose. This can generate challenges
It gets a bit loose at the edge, when you sweat underneath
She he meets her… or the other way around
Was the Royal family warned? – No, they're not warned. It's like a bonus
Justin Bieber's visit to Norway has also become one of the 7 stories by Ylvis
I would say that in every episode, we disagreed fundamentally about… for short moments, right?
It's in a way a hedgehog of creativity which you have to pack into one grape in the end
Well said – Thanks - Right onto the tombstone – Yes exactly
They have worked together very closely for many years, and they don't see any reason not to continue
You just get very practical after a while, and it's very timesaving to work with someone who is so similar
But still offers opposition – How close to each other are you actually?
We… - Professionally we are very close… and we don't have a private life, so this way we are very close
We are not together that much in our free time to relax, but like I said we don't have that much free time atm
The humour-song the Fox sent Ylvis out into the world, they were on their way to make a career in the US, but they bailed out
Over there, everything has to fit into a norm
Which is actually what happened, they wanted to corporate lutefisk in the show
If this show works, if people think it's OK, it was the right choice to travel from all the things over there
Which were very cool to do for half a year and then travel home and do it here, it's a lot more fun
So we can rather watch American films with American cars and hamburgers
So it's over, and we already understood: This didn't become a belly flop in Hamar
I would give a die roll 7 – It has to be at least a 7 – it was very exciting and I am impressed,
It was very funny and totally correct, I felt all the feelings, I even had a tear in my eyes a few times
Thank you, you know, this is the nicest thing you could have said
