out and you kill them it was so hype that was so hyped in this
match I was like growing crazy people you know killing myself right there and

wasn't also live streaming a couple of days because I just took a break like I

5 Dividend Aristocrats That Can Make You Rich FEB 2018 - Dividend Investing - Duration: 18:37.
hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my
name is Brent and today we're gonna be covering five dividend Aristocats that
are currently down and could be great potential buyers right now now what is a
dividend at aristocrat it's essentially a company that has
increased dividends for 25 years straight or longer so this could be a
great buying opportunity I scan through about 50 different companies these were
five of them that have a yield over price right now they have some good
revenue free cash flow and net income over the last five years and they're
sitting pretty well right now so we're going to be covering what the companies
are and a little bit about them so Clorox of course they've been employed
since 1922 they have between eight to nine thousand employees and they've been
pretty well dominate and as far as like cleaning products so if you go to
retailers they've really positioned themselves to be right there if you go
into just about any store that sells cleaning products you're gonna see
Clorox right there on the shelf and they've really positioned themselves for
you know just about anyone out there that's looking to clean their bathroom
or they have a variety of products so anyways Clorox here and we pull out
their dividend and price for the year they're sitting at a yield of two point
five four in a price of a hundred and thirty dollars there would have only
been a couple entry points where you would have got a hundred and thirty
dollars would have been back in November of some time and then right around
February of 2017 if you take a look at the five-year chart you'll see here that
this yield it comes up every so often but then it does continue to grow the
price you know these pull backs you know they're very short-term and then they
just begin going back the other way so this is for you guys to kind of do a
little bit further research if you just want to take a look I just start David
in history will go max and pull in they're given in here they have had a
ginormous history of paying out dividends more than 25 years there we
can also throw in their revenue free cash flow or net income over the last
we'll say 3 years and just look at the increase here by percentage-wise their
rub revenue 6% free cash flow there a little bit down the free cash flow that
they may have done some acquisitions there and their net income is up 20
point 8 6% so definitely well worth to take a better look at this company their
price to book value here is that pretty a twenty-eight point five one but it's
pretty you know if you look at their ten-year price to book value where it's
normally been am this is one of the lower points here they get person to the
history of the company and then you have their p/e ratio which is at a twenty
four point eight eleven and their future which is a twenty two point seven eight
so overall just looking at the price and yield this could be a great buying
opportunity for Clorox now that the yield is exceeding the price number two
is Kimberly Clark they've been a company since back in 1928 they manufacture
tissue tissue personal care healthcare products and some of the brands that
they are well known for Huggies which are basically diapers who doesn't need
diapers if you have your parent out there and you know my kids too in he's
kind of going through his day okay anyways Kleenex and they have like I
believe a couple other really famous friends like Scott or Viva and stuff
like that so they are very well known Kimberly Clark they're mainly just kind
of known for their tissues a Kleenex brand but right now they're currently
sitting I had a three point three four percent yield now it is
you can see here just in the year alone they have had a lot of buying
opportunities you're not getting this at the highest dividend yield the highest
would have been a roughly a three point four five right around there back in
November of 2017 if anybody did purchase that during that time you got a great
buying opportunity a really high yielding person to anywhere in its past
you know nearly five years since it's been around this high of a yield so
great buying opportunities there can we take a look at its free cash flow net
income over the like the last three years we'll take a look they are
positive in their net income of one hundred and twenty four percent free
cash flow up seventy one percent and their revenue
you know while declining their net income has been increasing so that's
something to look at they're taking a look at their p/e ratio and the price to
book ratio they're currently priced the book value is at a sixty four point
eight seven I'm not sure how accurate these charts are but that would seem a
little bit high for the price to book value of what this company would
actually be worth now p/e ratios at an eighteen point thirty eighteen point
thirteen so not too high in comparison to the S&P 500 and they're expected to
go down to roughly at sixteen point six four you know it's a very consumer heavy
company tissue they do a lot of sales and they're Kleenex number three we have
Leggett and Platt so price in yield their Leggett and Platt they manufacture
and conceive design and produce a range of products for homes offices and
automobiles they operate in different segments four of them are residential
furnishing commercial products industrial materials and then some
specialized products and they've been in business back since 1901
and they employ roughly 21,000 employees or more so very big company well-known
they're currently sitting at a yield of three point one five so looking at this
three-year chart you can see the last opportunity he would have got to buy
into the stock with a three percent yield would have been back in January of
2016 so this could be another one to consider
adding to your portfolio during this current downtime in the market now
bringing in let's bring them back in bringing in their revenue free cash flow
or net income has the percentage-wise over the last five years they're up in
their net income 95% revenue up six point four seven and the free cash flow
is currently down around 20 percent but over the long term over the short term I
mean that does appear to be kind of growing free cash flow you that's
something you don't want to look into their 10 KS
if their free cash flow is and then I get of what kind of acquisitions have
they been doing you know where had they been investing their money etc so
something to consider price the book value and p/e ratio here price the book
is at a 5.0 p/e is at an eighteen point three nine forward p/e is roughly at a
sixteen point two eight so pretty good-looking company there as well
and here if we just want to pop in these dividends here for just the max look at
this time you know 25 years of increased dividends huge spike here back in 2008
you know where most companies cut their dividend they spiked their dividend up
let's take a look at Clorox again here you know again 2008 spike they're giving
it up right around that timeframe kimberly-clark very nice consistent
steady dividend increases okay number four we have Procter & Gamble pulling up
their price and divin in there for the year now Procter & Gamble they're one of
the world's largest consumer product companies they operate under five
different segments they have Beauty grooming health care fabric and home
care and baby and Family Care so they have a wide variety of products
including pampers Tide bounty you know everyone doing that what's it
called a tie challenge this is Procter & Gamble I know a lot of people on the
Facebook groups are like do you think Procter & Gamble could get some bad
publicity or they would get sued over this and everyone in the comments were
like you think this is pretty good publicity for them and that's increase
in sales right there they also have Gillette and
have a wide selection of products so right now you could see their yield
right now for the year for the year is that a 3.2 7% Procter and Gamble has
been in business since 1905 and I believe they've been paying dividends
for roughly 60 years or more so very well-known company they employ over
95,000 employees and they're just there looking like a great buying opportunity
right now that's why I'm doing this video over the last three years when's
the last time we would have got a yield of 3.27 it would have been back in you
know mid early year 2016 right around that June time frame you would have got
a yield of around three point two seven but from that point on this stock has
been rocking on so revenue free cash flow net income over the last three
years take it out of percentage-wise they're up and their net income huge 117
percent their revenue has been declining but their net income has been inclining
free cash flow is slightly down how are they over the last 10 years net income
is up 26 percent over the last ten years so these metrics right here this isn't
you know I wouldn't take this and be like oh no they're going down in revenue
or free cash flow this is just a good visual idea to kind of go back through
their 10ks take a look at where they use this cash
during this time frame so 2008 recession maybe they had to dig into their free
cash flow then they kind of held some along there through the recession and
then they're like okay we can make some acquisitions again there's a bunch of
companies that are on sales and brands so they bought you know different brands
or companies and such and spent some of that free cash flow so that's why you
want to take a look at their ten case and go back ten years on these Divya
Drishti cats so that is number four let's take a look at their p/e ratio
price the book value so price the book right now
it is sitting at a 3.9 let's take a look at the year so 3.9 is pretty standard
for this company here for Procter & Gamble its p/e ratio its its price to
earnings is slightly higher they did jump up in January 2018 but they're
coming back down so maybe they didn't have very good earnings this year maybe
with our last report wasn't where it had been expected so that caused their PE to
jump up their forward p/e is expected at a twenty point O five so good future
there Procter & Gamble's always a great stock this is just a great buying
opportunity with a yield of over three point two five percent right now and
number five for you guys we have Walgreens Walgreens Walgreens here so
Walgreens it's a leading drugstore chain with a network of approximately 10,000
stores in the US they've been a company since back in 1909 and they employ
overnight or over three hundred and forty five thousand employees so huge
huge company here and of course they sell a lot of prescription drugs
throughout different networks and drugstores they do in store and worksite
health centers home care facilities you name it they have it so prescription
drug sales account for over sixty percent of Walgreens annual sales so
that's a lot of drugs right there so the last time this is a goodbye
opportunity it's not as high as say November of 2017 but right now if you're
looking for an entry point into Walgreens this is a pretty good entry
point in comparison to some of the other stocks that are out there so you're
getting a two point eleven yield over the long term the last time you would
have got a yield during this you can see here the yield shot up here pretty
recently over that 2% whereas anywhere between 2015 and now you wouldn't have
had an entry point into the stock with over a two percent yield so this could
be a good buying opportunity over the long term look at this price you know
during recessions these are all very recession proof stocks I'm gonna go
ahead and show you the prices here in just a minute and let's go ahead and
take a look at their price the book actually they're Fredman in free cash
flow net income over the last three years as a percentage so free cash flow
up 43 percent revenue up 16 percent net income down alone a little over three
percent over the last three years that's not too bad net income down maybe one
percent for a year so it could be due to just other competition jumping in I know
there was a CVS they had an acquisition they acquired I think that's some other
small company announcements of Amazon JP Morgan Berkshire Hathaway trying to
create their own health care company so this could go and
you know effect Walgreens or it could be one of those ones if you look up right
now Amazon buy Walgreens there's a lot of news out there that it could be a
great bond opportunity for Amazon to buy Walgreens I don't know if I would see it
happening but Amazon has been known to just kind of throw money out there and
buy up Whole Foods and all sorts of other stuff so let's see here
we took that thirst moved back down priced the book p/e ratio forward so
price the book value is at a 2.81 so as a value investors you're looking for
anything under a three this could be a good value by p/e ratio is at a twenty
point three two and their expected future is at a twelve point seven three
so that's a huge difference there that's a difference of eight so they're
expected to have some really good earnings in the future which could
potentially increase that you know decrease their p/e ratio by quite a bit
so that means that their earnings I think a person to their price are going
to be at a much better level which will cause their actual p/e level you know
price ticket person's earnings that'll cause it to decrease their toe to twelve
point seven three so again just kind of taking a look over the last we'll take a
look at the max history for these companies you can see that during the
recessions two thousand Walgreens was it phased barely you know it jumped up and
kind of continued and now we're reaching new highs Procter & Gamble did it get
affected by any sort of recessions there was a big pullback back in 2000 they did
recover there how it took about four years five years for the recover but
then they've just been kind of chugging along so these are great buying a hold
stocks long-term again two thousand here not too bad of a hit 2008 they recovered
that 2008 one without you know ease they recovered with very quickly and continue
chugging along kimberly-clark I believe this one wasn't
really affected too much at all mm you know that was the whole tech thing not
even faze them didn't even faze them 2008 faze them for roughly what two
years there then they recovered it and all that time you would have been
getting dividends they would have been increasing dividends so depending on
your percentage wise and if you would have been down and held any of these
stocks during the downturn while they're paying you out and increasing dividends
and you're buying back those shares you're averaging down you would
definitely be building up a very nice little dividend snowball effect so
here's Clorox 2000 it did affect them for roughly five years but they
recovered during this period if you had just invested more during this downturn
in their company you would have been able to avert down in your position you
would have been able to get a yield on cost that was higher than anything prior
and they would have been increased in dividends and paying you out those
dividends to be able to reinvest so they recovered it within a five year time
frame and then 2008 did it faze them they didn't you know just a small blip
and then just kind of continue dragging on there so those are the five stocks
I hope that this video kind of helped you guys out I think has a dividend
investor there's so many great buying are particularly is out there right now
Procter & Gamble looks like a great buying opportunity you can see that
yield right now is over 3 and that's pretty unusual besides a couple high
points here so if you're looking to add and get into any of these 5 stocks
Clorox kimberly-clark Leggett and Platt Procter gamble Walgreens take a look at
them go through their 10 KS look at their balance sheet looks look where
they've been spending their free cash flow what kind of acquisitions they
cover what kind of risk who they have if someone's gonna come in like Amazon
announced that they're opening up a healthcare and it's gonna tumble them

I Can Heal Water: A Star Child Speaks, Calls for Humanity to Wake Up - Duration: 12:02.
I received the following email about a nine-year-old from Northern Europe who speaks about her
ability to 'heal' water through star languages.

her eyes are like human eyes, only bigger.
The green guide is male.
She has a helper from Day Land (dimensions), who helps her understand what her guides tell

She says 'my friends are here all the time.'
The Knowledge: "Cathy's spirit ET friends have given
her information in seven books (not real books, but this is the best way she can describe
them).
The red book is about creation and our origins.
The brown one is about different planets and the life there.
The light green one is about nature, and how we can make contact with plants and animals
and understand nature.
The dark green one is about the body, how it really works and how we get it to evolve.
The blue book is about light and truth.
The red-brown book she can't open yet, because 'a dragon took the key' from her sometime
in the 1700s.
The black book explains about darkness and evil and is dangerous.
All the books contain important information."
Schools, Educational Systems – What is Wrong Cathy spoke via an interpreter on Skype:
"What they teach in schools is inaccurate.
They program you like computers and shut out your light.
There is nothing good about this system.
The children are programmed, the teachers just push the keys.
The children already contain the learning we need, but they don't allow the children
to expand on it and finish because we have to stop and do something else.
The information is set and rigid at school.
The school programs are like a virus, it destroys what we have inside us and when we are like
the computer, which is old, and we grow up, we will be finished.
We lose access to information we had at the beginning.
But education is only one of the ways this happens.
Our inner core can be destroyed by too much stress, facing multiple tasks, less sleep
and more anxiety.
We are deliberately destroyed."
The Potential of Humanity, Imagination and Making Something a Reality:
"Everything is possible."
"People need to know we can do anything we desire.
When children play by using their imagination, it's not just imagination.
When we stop them by saying they can't do this or that, it stops them making it a reality.
"What they are imagining can be a reality.
What at this time we call imagination can be reality.
We say it's not possible, but everything is possible.
We need to believe it, then we will have this capacity.
When we rediscover what we can do, we can achieve our full potential."
Humanity Has to Believe in Itself: "It is difficult, because first of all,
we don't believe it, then if we believe but still have doubts, this prevents us from
reaching this potential.
We have to be at a point within ourselves to get in touch with our REAL truth in order
to achieve this.
"There is a certain time we will achieve it, and if one person does, it will spread
to other people, and this is the way it will start.
But at what time I can't tell you."
Cathy shares why the star kids have come to this planet at this time:
"The star kids have come to show us the way.
They are the ones to start the process, helping the rest of humanity to wake up."
Cathy says she is from Evening Land, to help us evolve.
When her purpose is accomplished, she will go to the Day Light.
We have already been in Day Land, but because we wanted to have more experiences, we came
to this planet.
The beings in Contact with her, like Emenoke, do not live on another planet.
They are located at the 'edge of the universe' in the White Light.
"The 'light orb' is sent to protect us.
My little brother has a blue orb that protects him."
Mary: "You said he will also be a teacher ? in what way?"
Cathy: "He will be my teacher, as I will be, and he will be home schooled so he will
retain true knowledge."
M: "What do your guides teach you?"
C: "They are teaching me different knowledge so I can teach adults.
The danger is that it can be changed and then the true information is lost.
Then people get confused and lost by making fun of the star children, or not believing
them.
Many Star Kids are destroyed by education."
M: "How many star kids are there?"
C: "Forty or fifty percent of people of a hundred, but many get lost and only twenty
percent will remember who they are."
"We Have to Wake Up!"
"The beings want us to wake up and see reality as it is, to understand how powerful we really
are.
Some individuals from Day Land and Evening Land have come here to help humanity with
the Awakening.
"It's very dangerous to come here to help because our past life memories can be deleted
at birth and some of this is destroyed by society and education, drink and drugs.
Those who come here are aware of the dangers and still want to come and help.
We are not awake yet."
M: "How can we wake up?"
C: "We have to increase our energy as we don't have the energy required; it's stolen
from us."
M: "How can we protect our energy?"
C: "At present, we only have point five percent (.05%) of our energy.
We need to have one point five percent (1.5%).
How might we begin to increase our energy?
Cathy says:
Don't get angry about small things.
Don't speak on mobile phones for a long time.
Don't eat white sugar.
Don't watch TV.
Don't use microwaves.
Don't have wireless internet."
"Something important will happen in the next five years on this planet.
The parents have to listen to us.
We need to educate the parents."
Cathy told me that her purpose here on earth is to get her family to wake up and to protect
her little brother because he is important for humanity.
By this, she means he will become her teacher when he grows up, as he will, in turn, help
humanity wake up.
Cathy then says:
"Mary has BIG ears.
She listens.
Most adults don't."

When Wayne Winters met Deanne 26 years ago, he knew he had met the love of his life.
He couldn't wait to spend the rest of his life with her.
But while they have had many wonderful years together, things have been difficult recently
and Wayne is getting worried.
"My wife has stage 5 kidney failure," he explained.
"She's on dialysis and she doesn't like it, it's horrible."
Wayne said he felt helpless watching his wife suffer and he knew he had to do something
about it.
"I didn't know what to do," he said.
"I felt like I needed to do something."
Inspired by a man he saw on the news who had done something similar for his wife, Wayne
made a sandwich board with a plea to help his wife – and others – find a kidney.
Now the 74-year-old spends his days walking up and down busy roads near his Farr West,
Utah, home in hopes that the right person will read his sign and be able to help.
"I don't walk real fast," he said, but he keeps plugging away regardless.
On his first day, a man stopped to tell him he would get tested to see if he is a match.
"I say 'Deanne, I think we have a good chance of getting you a kidney,'" Wayne
said.
The septuagenarian said his favorite time to walk is during rush hour when traffic is
slower and people are more likely to be able to read his sign.
"Look at this road, how busy it is from 3 to 6 o'clock; it's just like this, I
don't know which way to face so I just walk up and down.
They're slowed down, they can look at my sign, they can't go home in a hurry,"
he said with a laugh.
The long days aren't easy, but Wayne says he has no plans of stopping.
Even after he finds a match for his wife, he plans to continue working to get people
to donate kidneys, calling it his life's mission.
"After I get a kidney I will have my wife back the way she was, normal, helping people,
loving people.
She likes to serve other people," Wayne said.

How Can You Have a Consistent and Meaningful Devotional Life? - Part 2 - Duration: 8:13.
Today we ask, once again, how can you have a consistent and meaningful devotional life?
Hi!
Welcome to Little Lessons.
We want to continue following up on our previous little lesson talking about a devotional life,
and how is it possible to have a meaningful devotional life?
Well, it has to be heartfelt, right?
You don't just want to be saying redundant prayers by rote.
Jesus said, "The Gentiles think that God will hear them for their many words, but when you
pray," and he gave a guide that we normally call the Lord's Prayer.
You could follow that prayer verbatim.
It's a great prayer, of course, but you can also take the principles of that prayer and
apply them, and expand your prayer time to make it even more meaningful.
Obviously, if we're going to praise the Lord, we're not limited to just saying, "Hallowed
be thy name," and if we're making requests, we're not limited to simply, "Thy kingdom
come, Thy will be done," but it does show us that we ought to, first of all, focus on
honoring, worshiping, praising, adoring the Lord.
As you do that, it just, you know, gives you a wonderful, wonderful feeling thinking about
how great God is and how big He is, and He's the maker and creator of the universe, and
He's got everything in His hands.
You know these declarations that you can make about how great He is, how holy, and righteous,
and pure, and, you know, it's really a spiritual exercise, that, I'm sure helps you more than
it helps Him, because He already knows all those things about Himself, but you're extolling
His virtues.
You know, obviously our prayers for requesting stuff for ourself are not limited to just,
give me my daily bread this day.
The whole forgiveness, which is also included in the Lord's Prayer, you know, it could be
expanded upon.
See what you can learn.
I think probably everyone who's watching this knows more of the principles that are found
in the Lord's Prayer than only what you find in the Lord's Prayer.
Let that be a great pattern for your prayers.
Of course, it ends with a praise and acknowledgement, you know, "For Thine is the kingdom, and the
power, and the glory forever, and ever."
I love that declaration.
You just can't say that too much.
Then, of course, we love for the Lord to speak to us, and many mystical people who spend
a lot of time in prayer, begin to think that they're hearing from the Lord on a regular
basis.
That, you've got to be very careful there.
You know every thought that you have while you pray is not necessarily the Lord.
On the other hand, as I pray, and oftentimes when I pray in the Spirit, or that's another
phrase for praying in tongues, which I have talked about that before on Little Lessons.
If you didn't hear those Little Lessons, you can look that up; several lessons on praying
in tongues, but that's the Holy Spirit praying through you.
It's marvelous.
You would expect that you might get some revelation, or some wisdom, or guidance, or something
from doing that.
I can testify that I do.
I often get instructions.
I hate to even use such a strong term as that, but I get instructions, or ideas, or wisdom,
or thoughts, whatever you want to call it, things that I'm supposed to do that day that
I'm praying.
I can take care of those things then.
I often get insight into God's word.
Then that would be, of course, the second part of hearing from God.
In our devotional life, that would be spending time meditating in His word.
Notice I said meditating and not just reading.
Reading the word of God is a very valuable thing, but we want it to penetrate us, and
change our lives.
Paul wrote, "Let the word of Christ dwell within you richly."
Whew.
We find lots of scripture about the importance of meditating in God's word day and night,
and that's a way to renew our minds.
You think about how blessed we are, the majority of the history of Christianity, Christians
haven't had personal Bibles that they could just pick up and read.
It wasn't until the invention of the Gutenberg printing press there, I guess it was in Germany,
I'm thinking the 1400s, when they could crank out copies of the Bible.
Even then they were way out of price.
The average person couldn't afford them, and it's really just not that too far back in
recent history, where books became affordable to the average person.
We have that blessing of getting access to the word of God by reading it ourselves.
Early Christians only had what they could memorize, what they heard, you know, amongst
other ... in their gatherings, you know, the circulation of Paul's letters and so forth,
which the early church didn't even have many of those at first, because it took a while
for Paul to get going, and for those letters to get going.
They had the Old Testament and they would listen for those things, and memorize them,
and try to internalize them.
It's much more important that we do that.
If you're going to spend time in God's word, well, I would suggest spending most of your
time in the New Testament, because we are under the New Covenant.
This is not to say that it isn't worthwhile to spend time reading the old covenant, the
Old Testament, because God hasn't changed.
But the covenant has changed and we've got a better covenant established on better promises.
I've done my best over the years to help Christians in their devotional life through a number
of means.
I wrote a book called Family-Style Devotions.
It's written in very simple language so that parents can read it to their children every
day, and then I have some follow up questions.
It actually studies the entire life of Christ.
We're not just discussing ethical and moral things, you know, about, don't take your brother's
crayons.
But we know everything Jesus said and did, we look at it, and put it into a kid's level
of understanding.

Devotions.
Then we've got a couple other devotionals.
HeavenWord Daily is a book that I wrote, that takes you through the New Testament in one
year's time.
You only have to actually do it, I think, five days a week.
Then I have a commentary that helps to explain and answer questions, and so forth, and in
one year's time, you'll go through the whole New Testament.
We kind of figured it just takes anywhere from seven to ten minutes a day to read that
day's chapter, and then to read my commentary.
Then we have a video devotional, which is HeavenWord Seven, a seven minute broadcast,
going through the New Testament verse by verse, chronologically.
That went on, I think, for three years, before we shut that one down.
Lot of help's out there, at least from me and many others, okay, if you are kind of
intimidated by reading the Bible yourself and you're just getting started.
But I encourage you, you know, at bare minimum, read a chapter from the Bible, and then just
think about it.
Maybe you might, if you have time, read the chapter more than one time.
Try to get it to sink in, and internalize, meditate.
One of the old Hebrew words for meditation is more literally said to chew the cud.
The cow chews the cud, swallows it, brings it back up, chews it again, swallows it, brings
it, you know, so that's a picture of meditation.
Thinking about it, and dwelling upon it.
Memorizing it.
Letting it, you know, sink in and saturate you, okay?
This is a Little Lesson, so, we can't say everything about everything.

students who identified themselves as only risers earned a full point higher
on their GPA than those who were night owls.
Good grades help you for a better career and eventually lead to a better life.
Waking up only actually makes you more proactive. At Harvard University,
biologist Christoph Randler conducted an experiment on proactivity. In that
survey he surveyed 367 student participant.
The studies concluded that early risers were more proactive.They focused on
long-term goals and were more incharge of the life situation . Studies also have
done to show that, early Risers procrastinate less than who sleep till
late morning .Waking up early makes you more happy. Studies have done to
conclude that morning people have happier lives. According to one study
morning tendencies contribute to improved overall well-being.
Also working of only makes your personality more stable. Studies also
have shown of correlation between staying up late and depression.A team
of American researcher studied the link between wake up time and substance
use.Those who slept late in the morning we're likely to be addicts ,increasing
the probability of drug use and alcohol use. Waking up earlier helps you to
manage your stress level. If you wake up one hour earlier each morning ,you will
have 15 extra days in a year. As most of the stress is induced due to
lack of time,you can handle different stressful work in the extra time. This
will help you to reduce the stress that you get from different work you
have to complete within the given deadline. Waking up early makes your
personality better.Early riser have got better personality traits, then those
who love to sleep till late in the morning.This may be due to the fact that
only riser get more time for their personal development activities.They could
utilize the extra time for jogging, going to the gym, meditation ,yoga and many other

as far as the listing goes I didn't get signed documentation just yet these
clients were asking me some questions about whether they should potentially
renovate their unit and wait to sell it or if they should just sell it so I
provided them with some value and some advice on my personal recommendation on
what they should do I'm hoping to hear from them in the next couple of weeks
and hopefully listing their unit in the next month or two now having said that
Saturday afternoon I was in the gym another one of my clients called they
wanted to see a condo we went and we saw that condo they absolutely loved it I
ended up writing an offer last night on that unit super excited about that and
I'm just actually waiting to hear back we should be getting the offer within
the next hour of filming this so I'm super excited for my clients they
absolutely love the unit so I'm hoping we get it like I said in the last
episode of the vlog sometimes you just have to stay the course and good things
happen and that's exactly what's happening so teaching every one of you

today we are actually heading to Vernon I've got seven showing scheduled in
Burnie and then I have another potential listing appointment back in Kelowna
later this afternoon so if you guys are wondering and that accepted offer we
actually backed out of that deal and it's important to inform you guys with
that and tell you that that's basically the ups and downs of real estate and
sometimes a lie any real estate agent I'll tell you Adele's not done until the
deal is done and I got excited but unfortunately it was best for my clients
to back out and the reason for that we took a look at the strata documentation
of that particular building and I was quite concerned so were they so in the
best interest of my clients they made sense just to the back
so we did that now we are actually gonna go look at some property for those same
clients at Burning today and I'm super excited stay tuned I'm gonna give you
guys a little bit of an update why I haven't been vlogging in the last like
two or three days and just getting busy and basically we just picked up in
Vernon me and my clients we looked at different properties and we actually
went back and looked at one there is a good possibility we're going to be
writing an offer on it but we do want to clarify a couple of things on this
property so gonna wait and find out about that now I do want to talk to you
guys this week what I want to talk about is sometimes things aren't always going
to be perfect and with vlogging and all the different things that I'm juggling
sometimes it's hard to keep up and this week was definitely one of those weeks
where I just did get to vlog as much as I want to I didn't get to document
everything perfectly but I committed to doing the weekly vlog so no matter what
no matter how good or how about the content is I guarantee you guys I will
be putting it out there so if you're doing anything similar just remember if
you have a goal stick to it no matter what and good things will happen so yeah
