Youtube daily how Feb 25 2018

Do you ever just look at yourself, like, that's not me.

I don't know who that is, but it's not me.

Because, that's how I'm feeling right now.

Hello, friends.

Here's my situation.

(Been to every nation…)

I haven't been in a very good mood… pretty much this entire week.

I think every once in a while I get to pepper in a more like, serious…

Whatever this is going to be.

Jesus Christ – I don't know how to make – here's my issue.

Basically I've been struggling to make videos because I can't think of anything I want to

make a video about.

And then if I can think of something, once I make it, I'm like, oh my god I hate this.

–I actually have no energy to do this right now.

–I'm… really stuck.

The last time I did this was How To Be Sad, which is what I wanted to call this video,

but, I can't do that twice.

Aaahhhh.

maybe I'll call this how to be sad: a checklist, because I'm going to run through some things

that I've started asking myself, when I find myself in a position like this.

I don't really take care of myself when I'm in a funk, and that's not good.

Because it's just a little cycle that you're getting yourself into where you're sad so

you're not taking care of yourself then you look gross so you're sad because you look

gross and adkvvvbsvv.

there have been times where all where my pajamas for like, four days straight, which in theory

is like, ha ha funny lazy girl, but like, you really lose all of your dignity after

four days of wearing pajamas, at least in my case.

Like, it's really comfy but I look at myself in the mirror and I'm like I look disgusting.

I've talked about this before, but, write everything down.

Do you feel like there's a lot of stuff that you just can't figure out?

Because if that's the case, take…

10 minutes to just sit back and write out everything that's upsetting you.

There's one particular thing right now that's really upsetting me, and I keep just basically

trying to block it out, so like, if I hear mention of it, I just leave the room, and

the like, that's not the way to do it.

You have to address it.

You have to think about why it's doing to you what it's doing to you.

If you're feeling ineffective, my favorite thing to do when I feel ineffective is to

send an email, because there's generally a need, especially when you're in school, there's

generally a need to send an email.

If there's a class that you're not doing well in, email your teacher.

Ask when you can go in and talk to them.

I really appreciate how when I turn on the camera and I turn on my lights, my demeanor

completely changes, and I can be, like, a motivational speaker, and I can just give

a little to talk in my bedroom… you can't find a permanent fix for sadness.

It's not gonna happen.

I know firsthand that having to constantly tend to your emotions is exhausting and frustrating,

but, like, it's what you have to do.

I get upset about it all the time, because yeah not everyone has to do that.

But other people have other issues.

I've been trying to compile, like, a playlist of songs that just always put me in a good

mood, or at the very least, I can't be in a bad mood mood when I'm listening to them…

so like, two of my favorites right now are dancing in the moonlight by King harvest,

and baby I'm yours by BreakBot.

They're kind of different moods, and I know dancing in the moonlight has like, kind of

a dark backstory, but it's just like, I don't know.

Give yourself some time to dance.

Do a little dance.

I don't want to call this a placeholder video, because this is a very valid subject that

needs to be talked about, I'm sorry that it's not as upbeat as my typical videos, but I

will be back, next week, I promise.

I will have a video for you.

it's a fun one.

It's got some other people in it, so you won't just have to deal with me.

I know I keep being like, I'm seriously, I'm done, but I promise you, I promise you, next

week I'll have a video.

Thanks for sticking around.

And on that note go…

Cuddle your pet or your friend or cuddle your hentai body pillow.

I don't care.

Does that make you feel better?

Go for it.

last but not least, what do you guys want me to make videos about.

Please tell me.

Please tell me.

Because I don't know what you guys are looking for, there are sometimes when I write videos

and I'm like, my audience won't want to watch this.

I don't know if that's true.

So please tell me what you would like to see on this channel, I've got some stuff coming

up, I'm going to stop with this weird huge-gaps-even-though-my-channel-says-new-videos-every-Friday.

there will be a video next week.

And, tell me what you want to see.

And I'll make it happen.

(claps) Bye! [music] Take deep breaths and go on walks.

F**k.

Don't say that.

How to Lose Weight Fast: 3 Simple Steps, Based on Science - Weight Lose - Body Fitness || Life Care - Duration: 4:44.

There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast.

However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied.

If you don't have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly.

So in this lecture, i will show you, how to lose weight easily and fast.

The plan outlined here will: Reduce your appetite significantly.

Make you lose weight quickly, without hunger.

Improve your metabolic health at the same time.

Number one.

Cut Back on Sugars and Starches.

The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches.

These are the foods that stimulate secretion of insulin the most.

If you didn't know already, insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body.

When insulin goes down, fat has an easier time getting out of the fat stores and the

body starts burning fats instead of carbs.

Another benefit of lowering insulin is that your kidneys shed excess sodium and water

out of your body, which reduces bloat and unnecessary water weight.

It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (sometimes more) in the first week of eating

this way, both body fat and water weight.

This is a graph from a study comparing low-carb and low-fat diets in overweight/obese women.

The low-carb group is eating until fullness, while the low-fat group is calorie restricted

and hungry.

Cut the carbs, lower your insulin and you will start to eat less calories automatically

and without hunger.

Put simply, lowering your insulin puts fat loss on a topilot.

Number two.

Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables.

Each one of your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low carb vegetables.

Constructing your meals in this way will automatically bring your carb intake into the recommended

range of 20 to 50 grams per day.

The protein Sources are.

One.

Meat - Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, bacon, etc.

Two.

Fish and Seafood - Salmon, trout, shrimps, lobsters, etc.

Three.

Eggs, omega-3 enriched or pastured eggs.

The importance of eating plenty of protein can not be overstated.

This has been shown to boost metabolism by 80 to 100 calories per day.

High protein diets can also reduce obsessive thoughts about food by 60%.

Reduce desire for late-night snacking by half, and make you so full that you automatically

eat 441 fewer calories per day, just by adding protein to your diet.

Low Carb Vegetables are.

Broccoli.

Cauliflower.

Spinach.

Kale.

Brussels Sprouts.

Cabbage.

Swiss Chard.

Lettuce.

Cucumber.

Celery.

Don't be afraid to load your plate with these low carb vegetables.

You can eat massive amounts of them without going over 20 to 50 net carbs per day.

Fat Sources are.

Olive oil.

Coconut oil.

Avocado oil.

Butter.

Tallow.

Eat 2 to 3 meals per day.

If you find yourself hungry in the afternoon, add a 4th meal.

Don't be afraid of eating fat, trying to do both low carb and low fat at the same time

is a recipe for failure.

It will make you feel miserable and abandon the plan.

The best cooking fat to use is coconut oil.

It is rich in fats called medium-chain triglycerides.

These fats are more fulfilling than others and can boost metabolism slightly.

Number three.

Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week.

You don't need to exercise to lose weight on this plan, but it is recommended.

The best option is to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week.

Do a warm up, lift weights, then stretch.

If you're new to the gym, ask a trainer for some advice.

By lifting weights, you will burn a few calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down,

which is a common side effect of losing weight.

Studies on low-carb diets show that you can even gain a bit of muscle while losing significant

amounts of body fat.

If lifting weights is not an option for you, then doing some easier cardio workouts like

running, jogging, swimming or walking will suffice.

on the right video.

Today I will talk about 3 steps, following which will make you a more determined person,

so consider watching till the end, moreover 3rd step is the game changer.

your success is directly related to your determination, it is directly related what are the things

you are ready to do to achieve what you want to achieve.

Which brings us to the Step no - 1 . write down your goals on a paper, avoid using

Digital Modes of writing, and use real paper and pen, Writing down using a pen uses a major

part of our brain which in turns helps the words to get inside our head.

Step No-2 , realize what are the things you need to do, to achieve what you want to achieve

and what are you willing to give to get there.

Probably you want to create your own business.

Or get that job of your dreams.

Or maybe you just want to lose some weight.

Everything requires determination.

to follow it.

Always remember You are doing this For Yourself, Nor For Someone Else.

The Sacrifices you make in the process should not give you pain, because you ultimate goal

is much more bigger than that.

And Finally THE GAME CHANGER.

Step 3- Make A "Cheat Day" The best example would be if i talk about losing weight, it

is best to be on that diet for 6 days but on every 7th day eat something that you love

eating.

This will give you motivation for next week.

Make your own cheat day according to your goals.

How to Cover Up Acne - My Secret to Concealing WHILE HEALING bumpy, flaky skin - Duration: 6:53.

Hi it's Letitia. Now that you guys know that this is my current face and what I

have to work with...acne has been around since I was a teenager

it hasn't really stopped. It's most likely hormonal. I still have texture

issues, hyperpigmentation, flaky skin around the scarring and the scabbing and

I am absolutely an expert at this point. I can totally tell you how to cover up

acne without looking cakey, how to make sure it lasts throughout the day, and if

you guys want to see the rest of my acne videos and things that I've been doing

to treat it, make sure you check out the playlist. And also subscribe to this

channel and find me on social @letitiakiu. So first things first you need to prep

the skin. Prepping is so important, so night before or the morning of, after you

wash your face, make sure that you moisturize as much as you can. Moisture

is going to help prevent your acne from coming back. For some people if you have

dry skin your body actually reacts by pushing more oil and producing more

sebum in order to moisturize your face, which is why sometimes you get acne

even if you have dry skin. So I have combination skin, and actually

break out even more in the winter. I think because everything, the wind is so

harsh, everything is so harsh, it really like sand blasts or like ice blast my skin.

My skin is like flaky but then my t-zone is very oily. So super moisturize my skin,

and then major tip is to put on your clothes that you're gonna go out with

before you put on any makeup so that you don't have to worry about smudging

makeup. Get up close and personal now so first things first, get ready for the

super icky details, but you wanna take off all the flaky parts of your skin. I

have a sanitized tweezer where you just peel off all of your gent-gently like

don't pull off any scabs just extra skin. Like this this one is more of a scab

than anything so I wouldn't pick at that one.

Then comes primer. You want to use a good primer, something that's moisturizing

with sunscreen. My favorite one right now is a Shu Uemura and Mario collection

it has its SPF 50 and it's a moisturizing primer. Not very silicone

heavy. The best tip that I have is, you know how

you don't want to wear makeup because you don't want to suffocate the acne, and

you don't want it to keep getting worse but you also don't want to walk out the

door with all of your spots? Something that you can use to treat it while

you're wearing makeup is to dot it with any drying solution that you have. My

favorite is those pink drying lotions. It has calamine, which is anti-inflammatory

and it's also like super heavy in alcohol, which helps to dry it out a bit.

So I would put it over any spots that are active like this one, this one and

you know how spots are darker right so if you put it over areas that are spots

it also helps kind of act like a concealer because it lightens the spots

that you have. So this way you have a physical barrier that kind of helps

prevent your makeup from sinking into your acne, and also something that helps

treat the acne while you're wearing makeup. I put the primer on top first

because primer of course when you put it on is going to rub it all away and then

when it comes to foundation you just want to be gentle with it. For people

with acne it's pretty much impossible to wear concealer and then foundation

because the concealer ends up being pushed around and it's really

frustrating. So I actually start with the foundation

first and then I conceal. The two foundations that I'm using right now is

the Vichy Teint Ideal and The Body Shop Matte Clay Skin clarifying foundation because

this actually has tea tree oil in it, but also because this is lighter and I mix a

bit of both because it's winter and I'm pale and it's not fun. I distribute for

the most part on my face and then I go in with a Beauty Blender.

Beauty Blender creates a really nice natural finish but also as you can see

you can still see the calamine lotion patches and you just want to be as

gentle as possible. Concealer is the most important. Whatever concealer you end up

using, the formula, the coverage, and the ingredients of the concealer, whether

it's going to make your pimple larger throughout the end of the day. I actually

prefer cream textured concealer cream or clay and this one is my favorite so far.

This is the NYX full coverage concealer and I wear it in sand beige. It's oil-free. I

wasn't very comfortable with the fact that it's a pot and you have to dig your

fingers into it. You can use liquid concealer as well but I find that it's a

little watery or it shifts throughout the day. And it's not just doesn't have

that full coverage. I really don't think a brush has the same effect it tends to

wipe away the concealer more than if your fingers were dabbing into it. So if

you have a raised bump you really want to go in from the underside. The bigger

the bump, the more of a shadow it creates right so you go from underneath and kind

of push upwards a little bit. Once you're satisfied with how it looks from the

center you start blending outwards from there. I use a setting powder it's a

compact powder foundation. It's very light coverage so then I also use it as

a setting powder. And then I use a kabuki brush, and kabuki brushes are great you

want to, like lots of people swirl it but again with the acne you really don't

want to push anything around so you want to just kind of dab it into your face.

For that extra extra step I would use a setting spray. The setting spray I'm

using is the NYX matte finish which is highly recommended. I don't actually

notice the difference between using setting spray or not maybe it's just because

this one's not very effective. I do prefer a dewy look so I would actually

go for the dewy finish next time. I honestly spend the most time on my

skin and then everything else kind of falls together very quickly. But at this

point the routine is very simple for me there have been times where I'll put on

foundation or concealer and whatever the formula or whatever

the ingredients that I've been using, tends to give me a new breakout or even

two by the end of the day. But I found that everything that I've used today

have been non-irritating doesn't create anything new by the end of the day. When

I take it all off, I just take it all off and no surprises. I hope this video was

helpful for you guys. If you have any other requests for acne

related things I have more acne hacks. If you have questions or concerns let me

know in the comments below and I will see you guys next time bye!

INFILL pattern and SHELLS - How to get the maximum STRENGTH out of your 3D prints? - Duration: 9:54.

When it comes to the strength of your 3D printed parts print settings play, besides the material

a major roll in what your prints can handle.

Unfortunately I hear and read way too often that many only use the infill ratio to adjust

that property.

For this reason I tested the strength of different infill patterns on tons of these hooks and

more importantly show you how you really should strengthen your prints!

Guten Tag everybody, I'm Stefan and welcome to CNC Kitchen.

If you have your material dialed in you will usually only adjust a small number of settings

before each print depending on the requirements of the part.

If you want it to be strong, many will adjust the infill density to a higher value.

This will scale the infill patters density and defines how much of the internal cavity

is filled with material which can go up even to a fully dense part.

The other option is increasing the thickness of the outer shell, by adjusting the shell

thickness, wall thickness, number of perimeters or however it is called in your slicer.

Usually, for a strong print you'll be adjusting both values.

But what really gives you the strongest result and which is the most economical way, meaning

how can you increase the strength of your part with the least amount of material.

If you want to print light weight structures, this is something which is really important.

In order to properly answer that question, I printed quiet a lot of my trusty test hooks

and measured their strength – for science!

This is definitely not perfect and doesn't include all possible load cases and orientations,

but I still think that this is a good real world example and probably one of the best

analysis you'll find at the moment.

The reason why I use my hook from my filament test series for the investigation instead

of standardized axial test specimens is, that the critical area is loaded with a more every

day load case.

Since the location of load application is a little offset, that lever arm will cause

an additional bending moment that is superposed with the axial force.

In real life, your part will also mostly be loaded by such a combination so the results

I present, even though not 100% scientific, will probably be more usable and proof my

point better.

As a first investigation I wanted to find out what difference the infill patterns make

on strength of the part and print time.

I also wanted to find out if 30% infill really meant that 30% of the internal volume was

filled by material.

Since I used Simplify 3D as a slicer for these tests, I was trying out the following available

patterns: Rectilinear, Grid, Triangular, Wiggle, Fast Honeycomb and Full Honeycomb.

Rectilinear is usually the default and prints the fastest whereas Wiggle is probably more

for esthetic purposes.

Like for most of my parts, these hooks were printed with only 2 perimeters, and 4 bottom

and 5 top layers at 0.2mm layer height.

All the parts were printed in PolyLite PLA by the way.

Print time of the Rectilinear infill was the shortest with 48.5 minutes.

Grid infill took 50.5 minuest and triangular 53.

The patterns with lots of direction changes took the longest with 55 minutes for the full

honeycomb and interestingly wiggle and fast honeycomb took the longest needing 56.5 minutes.

This is not fully representative, since the times change due to the geometry and ratio

between outer walls and infill, but shows that you can definitely save some time using

the standard rectilinear pattern.

Taking a look at the real final weight of the parts was pretty interesting because most

hooks weight around the same, resulting in a calculated infill of roughly 33%.

Only the hook with the triangular pattern weight quite a lot more and ended up with

a 45% infill instead of the assigned 30%.

But now to the most interesting part.

What was the strength of the parts?

As expected, Wiggle did the worst with only 45 kg until failure.

Rectilinear came next and failed at 48 kg.

Then there was grid at 52 kg and both honeycomb patterns failed at 57 kg.

The hook with the triangular infill was the strongest failing at 60 kg!

But as we have seen before, 30% infill in your slicing software doesn't necessarily

mean 30% material in the infill.

For this reason, let's take a look at which infill is the most economic, so were do we

get the most strength per weight.

This is where we see that triangular infill is no more the best but both honeycomb infill

scores the highest values.

The order of the rest stays pretty much the same.

In the first analysis we have seen that the full honeycomb seemed to be the most economic

solution if you want to increase strength.

As a next test, I wanted to find out how the strength of the hooks change depending on

different infill ratios from 0 to 100%.

I did this analysis with the full honeycomb infill but also the rectilinear because I

wanted to know how my standard infill pattern behaves with different infill ratios.

Even though it seemed with the first tests, that the honeycomb patter was significantly

stronger than the standard infill taking a look at the all of the values between 15 and

75% they are pretty much the same.

The interesting part again is if we also take a look at the print time, where the rectilinear

pattern starts to shine.

At smaller infill ratios the both infills give you around the same strength in the same

amount of print time, but as soon as you go over 50% the rectilinear prints way faster

than honeycomb at the same strength.

But wait, this is not the end!

Let me show you how you really can increase your part strength the right way, without

worrying about infill ration or infill patterns.

I hope this analysis is not too technical but I think there is too much superficial

knowledge around about this topic so I thought I'd approach it at least a little scientific.

If you would like to see more in this direction please let me know in the comments and consider

becoming a Patreon.

This doesn't only help me spend more time on these topics, but you'll also get access

to all the detailed test reports and test models!

All right, so I have already said in the beginning the critical section of our hook is not only

loaded in tension, but also in bending.

If you bend a part, just like the piece of foam right here, one side will be stretched,

the other sider compressed.

The part in the middle is not stretched at all so material which we place in the core

of our part usually is loaded not at all or only slightly.

The further material is next to the outer shell the more it contributes to the strength

and stiffness of the part.

If we take a look at our 3D prints, this is shell of our print, which thickness we can

adjust with the number of perimeters, shells, wall thickness or similar.

In order to find out how this affects the strength of the hooks I printed more samples

with 2 to 6 shells and only a moderate 15% infill.

I also increased the number of top and bottom layers to get a constant wall thickness of

my part.

If we take a look at the results we can directly see, that increasing the shell thickness is

way more efficient than varying the infill.

At the same weight a hook that was reinforced with more shells is significantly lighter

than a hook where only the infill was increased.

What's also interesting is, that a hook with 6 perimeters is already as strong as

a part with 2 perimeters and 100% infill.

This is due to the reason that in this case the strands of filament of the shells are

in the direction of the internal forces, so in their strongest orientation, making them

way stronger than the infill, that is rotated all the time.

For completeness let's also take a look at the print times and here we see, that in

my case, I didn't save print time with the perimeter method.

Print times at the same strength were very comparable to the hooks where the infill was

varied.

The reason for this is, that the outer shell is usually printed slower and with lower accelerations

than the infill, to improve print quality.

Okay, so what is my verdict?

If you want to print stronger parts increase the number of perimeters and also top and

bottom layers.

Don't only crank up the infill ratio.

I wouldn't usually use infill ratios of 100% because at first this is not economic

and second might lead to severe printing problems if only a small amount of overextrusion is

happening.

Also, don't try to get 100% infill with increasing the wall thickness all the way

because that can also lead to printing problems and as I have told you before, material in

the core mostly doesn't contribute a lot to the strength of your designs.

For parts that need to be strong I usually don't go above 4 perimeters and 50% infill.

That is a good compromise between material usage and strength.

Even though rectilinear infill wasn't always the strongest, I'm still a huge fan of this

pattern because it gives you quite a dense grid even at low infill ratios which is good

for your top layers.

I might need to try out the 3D infill patterns that are available in Slic3r and Cura and

find out how they faire, also considering loads in different directions.

But what's your approach at the moment if you print parts that need to handle some beating?

Let me know down in the comments!

I hope I was able to clarify and debunk some myths about infill and part strength.

How to make DS Games look better on the 3DS - Duration: 1:30.

Hello everyone! Welcome to a new video series known as "Quick Tips". This is the first episode of many more to come

Today's tip is to get the original resolution for DS games for the 3DS.

If you didn't know, the 3DS's resolution for DS

games is upscaled rather than being the crisp and clean

resolution of the DS. So that's why many DSgames look piss and poor on the 3DS. This will fix that problem.

So first you want to hold the "Select Button", and then hit the "A" button.

And there you go, you now have the original size of the DS.

Let's now do a comparison between the DS Lite and the 3DS.

I'm now going to load up uh....

Mario Hoops 3 on 3.

It's now loaded. Okay now to gonna grab my DS Lite.

The hinge on my DS is broken.

So this is the side-by-side comparison. That little black thing right there is just because my DS Lite's screen is a little broken.
