Hey guys, I hope that you're doing well today, this is episode 9 of AI News and today,

we are going to talk about the opportunities and threats of artificial intelligence.

AI is by far the most important technology of our era. It will impact every single industry in the future and

companies that will implement it first will have a tremendous advantage over the competition.

So, you know, it comes with tons of opportunities,

but also threats that are difficult to predict. On one hand, the Gallup survey showed that 79% of the respondents have had a very positive

impact on their lives with ai. Ai is already making our life easier, but we don't see it.

However if we turned off all the algorithm. We will notice it immediately. So, for example, just think of your Facebook feed:

It's all powered by a machine learning algorithm that select the content that may please you the best.

It's the same on Amazon or even Netflix : a machine learning algorithm is

recommending new products based on your interests. On the other hand,

73 percent of the respondents think that AI technology will destroy more jobs than it will create.

You know I really believe that everything will be automated in the future and that humans will not have to work for money anymore.

So, they will have to adapt. I think that most jobs are at risk to be replaced by AI and one thing is sure:

these jobs are not going back.

Machines are demonstrating skills that they never had before and soon enough

they will be our doctors teachers and even drivers. The first jobs that are going to disappear are jobs that involve

repetitive tasks and the job that will remain a little bit more are the jobs that involve creativity and empathy.

Also,

42% of the respondents would be very uncomfortable

sitting in a self-driving car.

You know, I understand that it may appear terrifying for safety reasons of course,

but the reality is that self-driving cars are already here, and that we will see a bunch of them on the road by 2020.

Self-driving cars are getting safer than humans, even in bad weather conditions.

So, guys, just tell me what you think about it, like, would you be comfortable to sit in a self-driving car or not?

I really want to emphasize that the greatest transition in the history of humankind is taking place!

It's a transition that will have more impact than the agricultural and industrial

revolution. This is the Information Age, the era of artificial intelligence.

And I can tell you one thing,

Humanity will change more in the next 20 years than in the previous 300 years. As I've told you, AI comes with a lot of

opportunities, but also threats that are difficult to predict. In the long term, humans will be either immortal, or dead

hey guys Albe here, since both bikes the BMW and a scrambler are actually close

to be complete I guess it's time to pick another bike, this is where I need a

little bit of help from you guys deciding which bike is going to be next.

now I do have certain requirements which are... well... it needs to be a naked bike with

handlebars rather than clip-ons, it needs to be north of 120HP

and it needs to be somewhat exotic and that's about it we

look at those requirements, there are a few brands that will fall under this

category, we have KTM, BMW, Aprilia, ducati, Triumph and that make good naked bikes I

believe that's it. now out of those brands there are some brands that are

untouchable for example the 1290 Super Duke

well sorry KTM but I really don't have $21000 to spend on a

motorcycle even if apparently it's a fantastic bike

in my opinion is not $21,000 fantastic, so never mind what we got left is the

Aprilia tuono 1100 v4 RR and then we tossed in the bunch the triumph

speed triple 1050 R and then the s1000 R and last but not least the Ducati Monster

1200 s, same thing, the 1200r the monster 1200r looks fantastic I'm

pretty sure it goes like hell but same thing $21,000 or so it's no really in

the ballpark of what I want to spend for a motorcycle, especially being the third

motorcycle in the household, you know I'm gonna keep the beemer, my wife is gonna

keep the Scrambler therefore it's gonna be bike number

three in the household, then anything north of 20,000 it's way too much

actually anything north of 15 grand it's way too much, but between 2017

just being over I'm hoping to be able to get a good deal on a 2017, so even bikes

like the aprilia tuono 1100 which MSRP is $14999

hopefully I'm able to get those for around 15 or so, for all those guys that are

watching from anywhere other than the United States there is one things to

note, in the United States the price that they give you it's without taxes, so if

the bike has a price tag of $14999 that means that to take it

home you are spending around sixteen sixteen and a half, a good rule of thumb

is to add 10% to the price that should cover taxes and registration and all

those other little thing, now some dealer because they're... I don't know how else to

say it, other than because they're thieves,

tag on the bike fees, there is a dealer that I'm not gonna name because I'm nice,

that tag two to two and a half thousand dollars just for assembly and delivery

at which I say... really... you really need to assemble the bike?, it really costs that

much to assemble a bike?, I thought they ship in crates already

assembled, put the few little parts together and call it a day and even then

if you want to do business if you want to sell that bike,

you got to put it together dude. so don't pass your expenses on to me and

delivery, you're not delivering the bike I'm picking it up so for them is pushing

it out the door apparently worth $1,000, so I'm pretty sour on the subject,

that's why when I bought my s1000rr , I actually bought that 1000rr

instead of an RSV4 because the dealer that was about to sell me the

RSV4 wanted to tag four and a half thousand dollars to the retail price,

unacceptable, and.... anyway good thoughts, so I drop off my kids to school this morning

and I said "you know what, let's go check out some bikes"

so i made my way down here to the beach went to one of the dealers I usually go

to, which is Ducati of Costa Mesa and they sell Triumph, Aprilia and Ducati, so I

figure out I'll see all three of'em in one hit, well they ran out of triumphs they only

the Aprilia tuono factory to test-drive so here I am driving around

by the beach talking to you guys, so as I said before I really would like to know

what you guys think, the bike needs to be comfortable enough for me to drive

around without wanting to throw away my wrist after a couple of hours and at the

same time have enough power for me to have fun up in the twisties

and hopefully interesting enough for you guys to wanna watch what I actually do to

the bike itself, there are two ways you guys can make your opinion heard,

first you can leave a comment down below, second I'm gonna try to put a poll on

one of the cards on the video, so you can just take the survey over there or you

gonna be a form where you can actually vote for one of those four bikes, does

four and that's it, so how did I come up with those four bikes well there are a

lot of bikes out there that are worth buing, I specifically come out for those bikes

because those four met most of the requirements I'm looking for on the new

bike, as I said has to be a naked street fighter,

unfortunately Ducati does not make a streetfighter anymore otherwise there

would have been it, why a naked bike well naked bikes offer advantages like, they are

fast and nimble through the twisties, just like a sport bike but at the same

time with wider handlebars and more relaxed position are comfortable enough

to be ridden for hours over end, beside by now you guys know that I love

tinkering around with engine and mechanical stuff and whatnot and the fact

that on a naked bike the engine is right there exposed, well, that's that's one of

the reasons why, they're fast, they're comfortable, they're beautiful to look at

and they're fun as hell to ride.

they need to be somewhat around the $15,000 mark, it is to make, very

important, north of 120 Horses and that's about it, if they meet those few

requirements is good to go I just have to go test it out and make a review out

of it and then buy. so look forward for me searching for the

new bike, make sure that your opinion counts, because every vote counts, if

there are any other bikes that I haven't taken into consideration and meet all

These are things that you might want to do in connection with forming an Arizona LLC or corporation.

Now here's what you're going to learn on this particular video first. We're going to show you how to search the Arizona Corporation Commission

Database and see if a name that you want for your new company either an LLC or corporation

If that name is available this is also the same way a foreign LLC or corporation

Would search to see if they can use their name in the state of Arizona to do business in Arizona.

Then select the type of entity that you want business corporation nonprofit corporation or LLC I'm gonna select the LLC

Then click on the check name

then the system is going to tell you whether the name is available or whether there's a conflict so in this case there's already a

Company called Smith limited partnership and another one called co dot Smith

comma LLC so that names not available so what we can do is modify the name if

The name is different even by one letter, then you will be able to use the name

So I'm gonna put an X after Smith and let's check it again

click on the check name and now

Smith with an X at the end come LLC is a name that can be used in Arizona even though

It's only different from Smith comma LLC by the fact that it has a letter X in it

So next you want to click on available click here to reserve name if you want to reserve the name

Truly helping your soul advance to a higher spiritual level is possible by spending enough

time with your inner self.

By meditation, we control our thoughts and bring down the speed of our body mechanism.

This is good for our health and grants us access to the energies to bring about the

of your conscience.

The practice helps us preserve the energy we would require for the heavenly purposes

We feel we�re being freed by all kinds of negative attachments in life.

Connectors & Conjunctions: And, Or, So, Because & Although - Duration: 9:10.

Hi everyone.

Today we're looking at some very common connectors that we use in spoken English.

They're words that will help you link your ideas and signal your thoughts when you're

speaking.

We're going to look at these connectors and check some that my students sometimes

muddle up.

The technical term for these words is conjunctions.

Conjunctions signal how our ideas meet so other people will understand us better.

So let's jump straight in and see them in action.

Kathy said you've got my next assignment.

Ah yes.

What is it?

Decisions, decisions!

I want you to write a report on the Boston project.

Uhuh.

I thought about asking Andrew to do this, or Jenny, or Sam, but then I thought, no.

You're the right person for this job.

I think.

Well, it looks great.

Err.

Here's the report we did on the Chicago project.

Uhuh.

You can use the same format, but this time the structure needs to be completely different.

The same format but a different structure?

Yes, And your report needs to be longer – although it should be more concise, so keep it short.

So longer but shorter?

That's right.

Don't get too detailed, but you need to go deeper than just the surface?

And you can use pictures if you want.

Well maybe not, because it needs to be serious… or funny.

Funny's good too.

This sounds hard.

Yes and Kathy wants you to get it right and do a good job, so take your time.

But she needs it on her desk in half an hour, because we're all waiting for it.

What?!

So anyway, I'm going to go get a cup of coffee… or maybe tea.

Jay was very indecisive there.

If someone is decisive, they can make decisions quickly and with confidence.

The opposite is indecisive.

And Jay used lots of connectors to link his ideas.

Let's start with an easy one: And.

It's really common and we use it to join words or phrases that are related.

Get it right and do a good job.

We use 'and' to add information, and when we're speaking, we use it to introduce new

or extra ideas.

And Kathy wants you to get it right and do a good job.

And your report needs to be longer.

And you can use pictures if you want… or maybe not

You heard our next connector there: 'or'.

We use 'or' to introduce possibilities.

It needs to be serious... or funny.

Funny's good too.

'Or' signals an alternative - A different option.

'But'.

We use 'but' to contrast ideas.

It means – hey, here's some different information..

And its structure is how its parts are organized and arranged.

So Jay was contradicting himself there.

When he told me he wanted a different structure, it was a surprise.

'But' signals surprising information – unexpected information.

So take your time.

Now, there's another connector that signals the unexpected: 'Although'.

Did you spot it?

And your report needs to be longer – although it should be more concise, so keep it short.

Concise means short and clear - giving only the information that's necessary.

So concise implies short Now, is there a difference between although

and though?

When they're connectors, no.

They mean the same thing.

Your report needs to be longer – though it should also be more concise, if that's

possible.

OK.

Now we're going to look at two connectors that my students sometimes confuse: because

and so.

So has several different meanings in English.

We'll have to make another video about its other uses, but here we'll look at how we

use 'so' as a connector – a conjunction.

Let's compare it with 'because'.

Keep it short because it should be more concise.

It should be more concise so keep it short.

These sentences have the same meaning – but notice the different structures.

In the first one the instruction comes first and the reason comes second.

In the second one, the reason comes first and the instruction comes second
