Have you met a lot of fans?
Yes!! We already sold out of our surprise gift bags!!
That's awesome!!
I hope you and I have a great new year upcoming...
We already have a couple things in the works that we really can't mention right now...
There is a lot of fun stuff on the way is all I can say right now!
Thumbs Up!!
I like those stickers!!
Hey let me see that sweat shirt!
I like it!!
That doesn't look exactly like the design of my shirts??!!??
Yeah, it does look like yours!!!! LOL
This is what Steve's POV usually uses for our shoots! LOL
Can you tell me about this car?
The concept behind this build was a fighter jet.
That's for sure!!!
We took an exisisting design that was made like a fighter jet and made it even crazier and more real.
How many guys built this?
20 guys.
How long did it take to build?
July until December.
So about 6 months.
Very impressive work!
It truly looks like a fighter jet!
Right down to the jet engine in back!!
Very cool!!
Thank you!
I love coming to check out what you guys have built every year!! It's awesome what you guys do.
I appreciate the effort and hard work you guys put into these cars.
I am super impressed.
It was a great experience for me too.
Do you watch Steve's POV?
I'm sorry...
OMG.... but you will now right??
and subscribe too, right?? LOL
Yes I will!
Please do!!
I'm a big fan of you guys so thanks in advance for checking out my channel too!!
This was a wrecked car that we started with.
We first repaired the car correctly and then in our class and spare time cut the car open like this!
This is very educational.
People can learn a lot about cars from looking at this.
We made a totally Japanese car, inside and out!!
This car is painted, not wrapped???
Yes!
There is no vinyl wrap on here???
No.
We hand sanded each of these squares..
Each and everyone hand sanded??
It looks awesome!!!!
I bet it took a lot of time!!
Yes it did.
What is that on top of the car?
That's Toyota Castle!! LOL
Awesome!!
Everything on this car is hand painted.
It's amazing!
Every year you guys build something so incredible!!
Kendama shifter!!!! No way!
You can play it while sitting in traffic or waiting for someone!!
And this is real Kimono material on the seats??
Yes it is...
That's really nicely done!
You need to check out the back of the car and behind the seats.
We used a Kimono belt "Obi" to finish the design off.
Obi??
Look at all this Origami too!!
Check out inside the mirror.
Wow and fire works too!!
Check out the headliner.
Wow! You are projecting the image from below to the headliner???
Toyota Tokyo Automotive College, right?
Yes
I love what you guys bring here every year!
Watching what these college kids build is really exciting.
Every year I leave more impressed and inspired than before.
Thank you for showing me around again this year!
I will be back again next year too!
I hope we can make a nice car to show you next year too!
I hope so too!
Thanks and Thumbs Up!
I'd like to try this plastic cutter please.
Here I go!
Wow, its really easy to cut with this tool.
I don't really need to push very hard at all...
That's correct, normal pressure is fine.
The high speed vibration is what allows it to cut cleanly.
Let me try it this way too...
So this tool makes it easy to cut open headlights and tail lights to customize them, right?
Yes!
I get it and it is a great tool to have!!
Gontaya is definitely a fun company with interesting stuff!!
Thanks!
This is cool!!
You guys built this?
Nicely done!!
What's the name of your company?
Robutex, we are a rivet manufacturer originally.
Have you been in business for a long time?
Yes we have and I am the one who built this car!
Nice job! What engine are you using?
Stock Suzuki Wagon R engine.
This is a track car?
Yes it is.
We have run these at several different tracks like Fuji and Tsukuba.
Where is your company located?
Edogawa Tokyo.
This car is small enough to fit into he back of a HiAce van.
That's convenient, no trailer needed!
I bet this thing is a lot of fun!
Yes it is!
In some ways probably more fun than a regular car...
Yes and it's manual transmission too.
I hope I can get a chance to drive it one day!
You are welcome too!
Thank you very much!
Steve!!!
You are working hard!!
You remember me?
Of course I do!!
Thanks!
We have a present for you!!
A present for me??
Really?
Yes!! Wait a second...
Wow!!
Are you serious??
What's the name of the brand?
"Diviner" is the name of our men's clothing line.
It's popular here in Japan and this jacket is for you!
I love it!!
Cool!
We would be honored if you wear this jacket!
I love this thing!!
That was nice of them to hook me up like that!
I just met them for the first time too and this is a nice gift!
Thumbs Up!!
Banzai Racing always has a cool display!!
Thank you!
You're wheel designs are crazy!!
How the hell does this fit on a car??? LOL
It won't fit but you make it fit!! LOL
I think this wheel would look pretty good on my Hakosuka.
I agree!
This is Banzai original wheel design?
I guess you can say we made these wheels for your Hakosuka!! LOL
What about tires for these? are they available?
Front tires aren't a problem but the rears were until Liberty Walk started making super wide 14" tires.
Are those the 55,000 yen ($500) each tires that they are displaying?!?!?!
You got it!!!
55,000 Yen each!! wow!!!!
I really really like this truck you built.
I think this is my favorite car in all of the Tokyo Auto Salon.
I built it to be the #1 car in all of this Auto Salon!
I love the color, I love the look!
The wheels, the stance... everything is perfect!
Thank you very much!
You are always doing cool stuff!
Make sure you check out Banzai Racing everyone!!

Can you tell me about this machine behind us?
EZ Blust ???
What does it do?
It is a soda blaster but with a new twist...
of course there are other blasting systems but for the first time we have combined water with the soda too...
Wet blast?
Yes, water mixes with the soda.
The result with old wheels and other rusted and pitted items is amazing.
Really?
Yes! Really!
Is this a DIY type of item? Can individuals use this or pros only?
We intend this for individuals to use!
YES!!! That is awesome!! That's what I always talk about!!! DIY !
Try it yourself first!!
and this isn't very expensive either is it?
You will be surprised to hear that this machine is only...
54,800 Yen!
Its cheaper than one Liberty Walk tire even!!!!
We also sell the soda, or "Magic Powder" as we call it!
This type of blaster is used for old wheels and for taking old paint and bondo off a car very easily...
You are very knowledgeable Steve...
Its easier on the surface than sand blasting too...
Its also environmentally friendly!
Environmentally friendly... Car friendly... and friendly to your wallet too!!!!
That's why I like Banzai Racing!!! LOL
Its always nice seeing you and I really enjoy our time together!!
