But um we went on the three-mile walk, and she's exhausted now. Um my hair is wet cuz I shower so

Hi guys welcome back to EmileeFit! Today
I'm gonna tell you guys just a little bit about what I've learned for my weight loss journey so far.
When you're losing weight you learn different things whether it's about yourself or other people that you didn't realize what happened
Or you didn't know before
so I decided to write a few of them down there's more things that I've learned but I decided to write down to just a
few of the important ones that I wanted to share with you guys
First of all I learned to create new challenges for myself and along with that push myself out of my comfort zone
If I stay in my comfort zone, I wouldn't have found CrossFit if I would have stayed in my comfort zone
I probably wouldn't have lost as much weight as I've lost
you can push yourself further than you think and you need to go outside your comfort zones and try new things and
Do different things because that's how you learn what your body and what you want to do?
So I think it's really great to push yourself out of your comfort zone and learn what you actually like
especially as you're losing weight because you actually like things that you don't realize
Because you couldn't do them before
so
It's good. Good to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I
also learned to celebrate the little accomplishments celebrate these small little things one notch on your belt loop or
Down on your pant size or one pound or a half a pound or half a pound or hey
I want a week without a soda Wow look at that
You need to celebrate that and make a big deal out of it because then when you have big accomplishments
They're gonna be even a bigger deal because you're used to celebrating the small ones
Celebrate every accomplishment even the little accomplishments no matter what they are they're a big deal to you
I tell everybody when I go down a pant size
Literally I make a Facebook post tell everybody and I tell everybody at my work - so I make a huge deal out of everything
So that's what you should do you it'll make you
Celebrate what you're doing and it'll make it an even better thing in your head
Don't let people tell you that what you're doing is wrong eating healthy is good working out is good
If they're telling you what you're doing is wrong, just let them say it and ignore them because one day they might come for you
Because one day they might come to you for help, and you'll be there. Still losing weight
still eating healthy whatever don't let them tell you that what you're doing is wrong because what you're doing is right for you and
That's what's most important and the last thing that I learned is
patience
I've been on this journey for two years now having patience is what makes you succeed
You're not gonna lose weight every week you're not gonna
Win every week
But if you stay patient if you keep going if you have persistence and patience then one day
It'll be there
You'll make it and you'll be so proud that you stuck with it having patience is truly the key to weight loss
It's not how you eat or working out. It's making a decision and having the patience to see it through to the end
Please stick with what you're doing
it's so important for you to do that and
I think that it's one of the most important things that I've learned all these other things don't matter as long as you have patience
You will lose the weight if you're doing all the right things
You just have to stick to it, so if you're thinking about giving up don't keep going no matter
What even if you gained a pound this week if you gained five pounds on vacation keep going have
patience to see
weight loss through to the end

Just really send out like positive vibes and something motivating this week
