Hi everyone! My name is Gaby and thank you
for watching this video
For today's video, I decided to change it up
Leave books behind to talk to you about
my top 5 Netflix Originals you can't miss
Aside from reading, Netflix is another hobby of mine
I spend some time on the site watching series
Just the other day I realized I've seen
a bunch of Netflix originals lately
That's what I'll be chatting about today
I want to recommend you five Netflix series that I loved
Aside from Club de Cuervos and Stranger Things
I think we've all watched those by now
The first series I want to talk about is the one that inspired
this video about Netflix recommendations
It's the one I've watched most recently
It's safe to call it one of my favorite series
It has earned that spot on my top favorite series
Not just on Netflix but in general
That series is Dark
It's a German series. It has subtitles in English and Spanish
If you prefer to watch in English. Personally, I watched it in Spanish
It's one of those series were the plot is not
as easy to explain
being honest
People would recommend this one to me because I like Stranger Things
I like the 80's vibe, kids solving a mystery, all of that
It's not necessarily the same themes
They're both alike in that they're based in the 80's
At least a big chunk of Dark is based around that decade
And it also follows a group of kids
In Dark, they're more like teenagers instead of children
They're trying to solve the mystery
that's taking place in their town in Germany
I don't want to spoil anything because honestly it is one of those series that
It's worth it to wait and be surprised by every twist and turn
But I will tell you that it does have a Back to the Future vibe
So I'm basically saying that time travel
happens in this series
It also deals with dark themes about religion and hell
If you were to ask me I would say that
I like this series a lot more than Stranger Things
I would give Stranger Things like an 8
I would give Dark a 9.5 or even a 10. I really enjoyed it
The next series I will be recommending
is called Friends From College
This is a comedy series and at first
it seemed kinda weird. The humor in this series was not my thing
But I gave it a chance and watched more episodes
By the third episode I began to enjoy it
This one is about a group of six friends that have known each other since college
The series begins around 10 years after college
Actually I think they're around 38 to 40 years old
It follows each of their lives and what they've done after
graduating from college
In the first episode we find out two people in the friend group are married
But the husband is cheating with one of the women in this friends
This makes everything weird when they all get together
Little by little, everything unravels
I think that drama in the friend group
Is what fuels the series
This is a very funny series
There were a lot of laugh out loud moments
That's why I'm recommending it
It gets compared a lot to How I Met Your Mother
I wouldn't be able to say if this is true because I haven't
watched HIMYM
Just one episode here or there
That's why I'm not able to confirm the comparison
The next series is the only one
that I have yet to finish watching
I still need to watch 3 episodes. That series is Black Mirror
Each episode is its own story
It doesn't matter in which order you watch
since there's no continuation
It's a bit of sci-fi. Actually, Black Mirror gets compared to
an old series called The Twilight Zone
They're both kind of futuristic
fantasy, with a bit of mystery
It's a series that takes a closer look at our world today
At our society and technology
How that has consumed us more every day
Every episode is a different critique about
an element of our society like social media, the internet
Everything that we're constantly surrounded by
It's very gripping. It has four seasons
Okay now I will tell you about two series from Spain
Maybe you already have an idea of which these are
At least the first one
And that is Money Heist
It left me feeling stunned
I loved it but in all honesty it is a bit soap operaish
But it is a good one
If you have yet to see it, I highly recommend it
It has two seasons
And its about a heist
A heist on the mint factory of Spain
One of the main characters is named The Professor
and he assembles a team of robbers
and people that are skilled at crime
Their goal is to get away with the biggest heist in history
The series revolves around this group and how they hold up the factory
Things start going wrong
While they're inside, the robbers are fabricating all this money they're going to steal
There's a lot of complications that come up
It's a series that is full of drama
It has a bit of mystery as well
A couple things happen that take you by surprise
It will hook you
You will want to marathon this
It's a short series
I'm gonna talk about the last book that I want to recommend
It's another Spanish series
It's called Cable Girls
I'm anxiously waiting for the next season
Out of all the series I've talked about today, this is the one that is most like an actual soap opera
A very well made soap opera. It's based on the 20's
I love the wardrobe
The story will hook you. It's about 4 working class girls
They work at a phone company, and it focuses on their lives
The show gives you these 4 different perspectives
And there's a big secret that connects the girls
We see how they form a friendship
through all these little things that unite them
There's loads of intrigue, mystery, romance
It has a bit of everything
And that's it for this video
Don't miss any of these series
I really think there's something for everyone on this list
There's Dark and Black Mirror
for those that crave atmospheric, dark
mystery heavy series
There's Friends From College for those that seek comedy
It's basically 100% comedy with some drama thrown in
And the Spanish series, for those that want something to marathon
Let me know in the comment below, what are your top series
Netflix originals
I'm always looking for new series to watch

Manchester United target Mario Mandzukic can leave Juventus, admits Pavel Nedved
Juventus vice-president Pavel Nedved says Mario Mandzukic can leave the club this summer if he's unhappy in Turin.
The Croatia international has been linked with a move to Manchester United, with Jose Mourinho keen to sign a back-up forward for Romelu Lukaku.
The 32-year-old has spent three seasons with the Old Lady but he plays second fiddle to Gonzalo Higuain and is often played in an unorthodox left-wing role.
United are also keen on Mandzukic's team-mate Alex Sandro and Nedved says any player that is unhappy at Juventus can leave the club.
'Mandzukic? As a club, we want players to be happy,' said Nedved.
'Players who are unhappy can leave, we've always said that. We will decide together, whoever stays at the club must be happy to be part of Juve.
'Juventus did an extraordinary job this season. We worked hard but now it's time to focus on the challenges of the future.
We want to win more trophies but we know it's not going to be easy.'.
Mourinho has around £150 million to spend this summer but Mandzukic is not the club's priority at this moment and the Croatian wouldn't eat into too much of the Red Devils' budget.
Mandzukic has never played in the Premier League and is said to be keen on a move to the Premier League.

Adults with heart problems can avoid being hospitalized if they walk at a faster pace - Duration: 5:55.
Adults with heart problems can avoid being hospitalized if they walk at a faster pace
By: Zoey Sky
According to a study, your walking speed is linked to more than your stamina.
The results of a study have determined that patients with cardiovascular disease who walked
faster are hospitalized less.
The three-year study, which was published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology,
involved 1,078 participants with hypertension at least 85 percent of the individuals were
also diagnosed with coronary heart disease while about 15 percent also had valve disease.
Walking speed and heart health For the study, researchers observed the patients,
who were asked to walk one kilometer (km) on a treadmill at a moderate intensity.
The participants were classified into three groups:
Slow walkers With a walking speed of 2.6 km per hour (km/hour).
Intermediate With a walking speed of 3.9 km/hour.
Fast With an average walking speed of 5.1 km/hour.
After testing, results determined that there were 359 slow walkers, 362 intermediate walkers,
and 357 fast walkers among the participants.
The researchers took note of the number of all-cause hospitalizations and length of stay
within the next three years.
Participants were monitored by the regional Health Service Registry of the Emilia-Romagna
Region that gathers information on all-cause hospitalization.
Dr. Carlotta Merlo, a study author and a researcher at the University of Ferrara, shared that
they did not exclude any causes of death sincewalking speed has significant consequences for public
health.
Dr. Merlo added that reduced walking speed is a marker of limited mobility.
A slower walking speed can also indicate disability, disease, and loss of autonomy. (Related:
Good for body and mind: Women who go for a walk at least twice a week reduce their risk
of heart failure by 20 percent.)

In the study, 51 percent of the slow walkers (182 participants) included at least one hospitalization,
compared to 44 percent of the intermediate walkers (160 participants), and 31 percent
(110 participants) of the fast walkers.
Overall, the slow, intermediate, and fast walkers stayed in the hospital for a total
of 4,186, 2,240, and 990 days over the three-year period, respectively.
On average, the average length of hospital stay for every patient was 23, 14, and 9 days
for the slow, intermediate and fast walkers, respectively.
The researchers found that every one km/hour increase in walking speed is linked to about
a 19 percent reduction in the chances of getting hospitalized during the three-year period.
Unlike the slow walkers, the fast walkers had a 37 percent chance of getting hospitalized
in three years.
Dr. Merlo explained that if a patient has a faster walking speed, they also have a lower
risk of hospitalization and a shorter length of hospital stay.
Because reduced walking speed is a marker of limited mobility, which is usually connected
to reduced decreased physical activity, the researchers posit that participants who belonged
to the fast walker group also walked fast in real life.
He also noted that, fortunately, walking is a popular form of exercise among adults.
Unlike other physical activities, walking doesnt require special training or equipment,
its free, and it can be done almost anywhere.
She concluded that everyone, regardless of age, can benefit from fast-paced and regular
walks.
This study also confirmed that walking every day offers more health benefits, especially
when the walking speed is increased.
Take a quick walk every day to boost your heart health and avoid hospitalization.
Walking tips Check out these tips before you take a walk
around the block:
Plan your walking regimen When youre planning your walking program, keep in mind
your stamina and health.
A 20-minute walk every day should suffice.
Always warm up Dont start walking without limbering up first.
Set the pace Pick a route youre familiar with and start slow.
If youre new to walking, choose a flat surface.
Incorporate arm motions into your walking routine so you can also work out your torso.
Increase your walking speed after five to 10 minutes, which should be enough to get
a comfortable walking pace.
Follow a walking program suitable for you While the key to this walking program
is a faster pace, dont overdo yourself.
Give yourself time to adjust before you push yourself to walk faster.

What can you get for $1000 in Tenerife, Canary Islands as a traveler? - Duration: 6:22.
Hey hey! Welcome back to this episode of the Tsar Experience with me, Conor
Clyne. I'm in the Canary Islands in Tenerife and today's video is going to
be a variation what I've been doing before it's gonna be $1,000 what it can
buy you here in the Canary Islands in Tenerife before I've been doing $100 but
thanks to your feedback that you leave in the comments you wanted something it
was a higher kind of price band so I'm actually just gonna make this $1,000 or
800 euros so let's get in today's video and show you what you can get for your
money here.
So just before I get into explaining about the prices here in Madrid I'm just
gonna answer a question that I got several times on the last series of
$100 when I was traveling around that time in Eastern Europe and cities like
Brest, Warsaw and Hrodna and that's is why sometimes am I wearing shades inside?
Is it because of branding? Is it to look like you Casey Neistat? Am I blind at times? No!
The actual reason is because I suffer from really bad allergies at times and
if I don't have antihistamines these eyes get really really messed up so this
is actually something why you see me sometimes wearing shades when I'm
vlogging indoors. You can actually see here in the viewfinder I can actually
look at it while I film and it doesn't look weird I see some other vloggers do
that when they look just past the actual lens and not into the lens and speak to
you guys so I always found that a bit strange so now you know I'm not blind
and this is not really branding for ...
So the first thing that you need to do normally when you go traveling other than actually get there and figure how
you gonna fly is of course book your accommodation figure where you're gonna
be staying where is that roof of your head gonna be what's very popular here
in Tenerife in the Canary Islands of course is to rent a villa if you're in a
group you know a nice place with a pool we rented one I was at a business
mastermind actually in the south of the island that's why I originally came here
to Tenerife that cost about a thousand euros a night so about 1250 US dollars
but if you are on your own and you don't want the entire villa to yourself, of course
you can stay in an apartment like this one I got an Airbnb with this nice patio
right in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which is the capital here and
that is about 60 euros a night so about seventy, seventy five US dollars
and night so if you're staying for like say three or four four days here then
that you know it's gonna work out about 250 euros more or less to get this kind
of level of accommodation in the city center.
So unfortunately Uber which is normally my go-to in terms of transport when
I'm traveling doesn't work in Tenerife so I took a taxi from the southern airport
up to the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife and it cost around $100 or 80
euros now if you are looking to rent a car which is not a great option here
then that's gonna set you back thirty to sixty US dollars per day so that's gonna
be roughly around twenty five to fifty euros if you want to take the bus
instead of taking the taxi all the way down from the capital to the southern
airport that's gonna be around ten euros more or less so about twelve dollars
fifty so that's an overview of the price range for transport. So now I'm here on
the main pedestrian street in the centre of Santa Cruz the capital of Tenerife
and if you have a glass of wine it's probably two or three euro for local
wine. That's great value. That's gonna be about yeah three or four dollars US
for that and about 1 euro 25 maybe a $1 25 for your coffee to go for
breakfast like have maybe an orange juice and coffee and yeah something
savory it's probably gonna set you back around about 5 euros here and if you go
for like got dinner was setting me back around 30 euros for maybe two plates
some coffee some wine you know there's water so one of those
kind of typical Spanish plates like with tortilla or chickpeas I had another one
garbanzos. What else did I have huevos con chorizo also seafood we're
here by the sea so go for some pulpo or some octopus something else that's probably
gonna cost you about 10 to 12 euros or twelve to fifteen dollars US so that's
kind of the overview of the restaurants. To sum up so for what can you get for
your 1,000 bucks or about 800 euros against maybe 750 euros well if you stay
for like three or four days and you don't say the Villa of course because
that would be one night gone you could stay in a place like this right in the
center then you could like eat out three times a day you're probably gonna go
through about 50 euros eating reasonably well then if you like
clubbing say the weekend you want to factor in about 50 euros unless
you're getting a table or something that's going to push up the price but I think we have a
few cocktails they were like 10 euros and then the entrance about 10 to
the best club in the island which was Papagayo in the very south at Playa De
Las Américas and then if you do something like maybe you actually
take the catamaran you go out for a day or something like that with some friends
have a party I think you probably be on the money for one thousand dollars
pretty much around that kind of price range. So let me know in the comments
section well the reason as I said this is now $1,000 not $100 is actually a
feedback that I get from you guys that you wanted to see things that were
outside of the kind of budget traveler price range exactly that's why I can
bumped up the price a little bit I'm gonna try and accommodate you and show
you what you really want to see in terms of the prices so keep writing in the
comments below ... whether you find this actually expensive whether you find it
cheap relative to where you live or where you're used to traveling to and yeah I
will see you very soon in the next video that's it from this Tip Thursday from me
Conor Clyne of the Tsar Experience. Adios y hasta luego de Tenerife de Santa
Cruz de Tenerife la capital ... Ciao! [Bye and see you soon from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital, ciao!]

A very royal fashion scandal: Can Emilia Wickstead make a comeback and dress the duchesses again? - Duration: 6:59.
Just when you thought you weren't going to hear any more about the Duchess of Sussex's wedding dress
along comes a rather out of character appraisal. There is, perhaps, a modern morality tale at its heart
Emilia Wickstead - the 34 year old New Zealand born, London based designer who has enjoyed faithful patronage from the Duchesses of Cambridge and Sussex - has ruffled feathers after less than complimentary remarks regarding Meghan's wedding dress were aired in a tabloid and then the entire world
Wickstead - who had been mooted as a contender for the commission - supposedly highlighted the similarities between the Givenchy gown and one of her own bridal creations - the Helene
The implication being that Wickstead thought Givenchy Artistic Director Clare Waight Keller was apeing her design
Wickstead is alleged to have said that "her dress is identical to one of our dresses" before adding, "if you choose a simple design the fit should be perfect
Her wedding dress was quite loose." The incident resulted in Wickstead publishing an apology asserting that she was "saddened by the commentary that has appeared in the press and online
I do not think that the wedding dress was a copy of any of our designs."And yet. What could largely be brushed off as a mischievous journalist taking self-mocking remarks out of context becomes slightly more pointed when scrolling through Wickstead's own Instagram account dedicated to her bridal arm
For the day after the wedding, an interesting decision was made to post pictures of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in their wedding finery
Said picture was tagged with Wickstead's own label and followed up with posts of the Helene dress featuring the #meghanmarkleweddingdress. (These tags have all been removed now, though the pictures are still on her account)
This may all sound like social media semantics, but to the casual, scrolling observer, it looked rather as if Wickstead - or at least a naive social media manager - was trying to pass the gown off as her own or suggest that they were suspiciously alike
At best, she was selling her own £7,000 off-the-shoulder creation as a "get the look
"The actual designer of the Duchess of Sussex's gown, Clare Waight Keller - a woman of such discretion that apparently her own husband had no idea she'd designed Meghan's dress until May 19 – had in fact made a play on the clean, elegant signature lines of Hubert de Givenchy; who invented the clavicle accentuating "bateau" neck for Audrey Hepburn, exaggerated on the Duchess's interpretation
David Haigh, chief executive officer of Brand Finance, told WWD that the Duchess of Sussex's patronage is worth £150 million to a label
On Net-a-porter alone, in the three days following the wedding full price sales on Givenchy had increased tenfold
Waight Keller, who has been in her position for one year (previously she enjoyed a very successful tenure at Chloé) secured the kind of coup a newly installed designer could hardly dare to dream of
It is perhaps unsurprising that the dressing of the Duchess is an emotional, high stakes game
Yet the online reaction to Wickstead's apparent indiscretion has been intense and unpleasant
Many of these may merely be bedroom-bound loons with nothing better to do; but could it have an impact on Wickstead's customers? Amongst the detractors however, many loyalists left supportive notes
To wit, Wickstead hasn't categorically denied or confirmed the reported comments, but these are difficult times for even the most media savvy; when any designer is sharply in the eye of a pile-on backlash they must be cautious to the point of banal in case they cross a line no one could have predicted existed
The Wild West of the internet means there is no control over what is said about anyone, true or not
The current source du jour of industry gossip is the Instagram account Diet Prada
Run by two New Yorkers, Toby Liu and Lyndsey Schuyler - previously anonymous, recently they've outed themselves - it's become a sort of bellwether for copycats
Their MO is to post pictures of original designs next to the imitation. The duo's exhaustive fashion history geek-ery is impressive; no lazy reference goes unexposed
They now have the clout of half a million followers, plus the riveted eyes of the entire industry
Needless to say, they've been caustic regarding the Wickstead saga. Every key fashion player will have perhaps chuckled, raised an eyebrow and breathed a sigh of relief, "there but for the grace of God
"Wickstead - who has said her own wedding dress was inspired by Audrey Hepburn's Givenchy gown in Sabrina (awkward) - has certainly had her credibility and pride dented
What damage this will cause to her decade old label, not to mention her hitherto successful relationship dressing the Duchesses remains to be seen
But Wickstead is shrewd and talented: she launched her label serving private clients; working with fabric off-cuts meant she saved on materials whilst honing what it was her patrons really wanted to wear
Once the furore dies down, she may find little damage, and there will probably be fans of Meghan, and of Wickstead herself who find her Helene a more affordable alternative
The lesson is perhaps that in these blink-and-it's-gone-viral times, a brand can be exposed to an enormous audience at minimal cost but it will also be damned in a second if transgressions are perceived

You can't imagine the benefits of that drink (Health tips) - Duration: 3:35.
What Are Basil Seeds?
Basil seeds are the seeds of the basil plant, which is also known as great basil.
Scientifically known as Ocimum basilicum, the basil plant is known as one of the worlds
most famous herbs, and is a popular addition, to countless global dishes.
However, the seeds of this plant are often overlooked, despite having a rich concentration
of powerful compounds and active ingredients, that can impact human health.
Some of the key active ingredients in basil seeds are dietary fiber, vitamin K, iron,
protein, phytochemicals, polyphenolic compounds, orientin, vicentin, and other powerful antioxidants.
Here are some Basil Seeds Health Benefits.
1 Skin Care
With such an impressive concentration of antioxidants and flavonoids, basil seeds are able to improve
the health of the skin, and stimulate the growth of new cells.
The antioxidants are able to counter the effects of free radicals, which can cause oxidative
stress, and eventually lead to cellular mutation, resulting in wrinkles, age spots, and blemishes.
Regular use of these seeds can reduce the appearance of those marks, as well as scars,
and act as an anti-aging substance.
2 Hair Care
With a significant level of iron and various antioxidants, as well as vitamin K, basil
seeds can stimulate the production of hair, and prevent premature hair loss.
The iron is essential for circulation, to drive blood to the scalp, and is also required
for the production of strong hair from the follicles.
3 Cooling Effects
In many Asian countries, basil seeds are famed for their cooling effects in the body, as
they can help retain the cold temperatures of beverages, and essentially soothe the stomach.
While this is a vague, and somewhat arbitrary health benefit, these seeds are popularly
consumed by people, suffering from fevers and other inflammatory conditions, where this
cooling effect seems most pronounced.
4 Relieve Stress
If your mind is racing, and your stress levels continue to climb, a glass of water filled
with basil seeds, might be a quick and simple solution to your anxiety.
Research has found that, regular consumption of basil seeds, can help reduce episodes of
depression, boost your mood, and reduce levels of stress hormones in the body.
5 Control Blood Sugar
A number of studies have shown that, the active ingredients, such as dietary fiber, found
in basil seeds are able to control blood sugar levels.
For people suffering from type 2 diabetes, this is a very important benefit of these
seeds.
A glass of water with basil seeds in the morning can improve your insulin sensitivity throughout
the day.

phone in the car cuz It was attached to my camera equipment I have all these things in the
car and I'm freaking out I have my flight my passport is there my degree is
there all sorts of things there and I'm like what am I gonna do and like but
then now I know I can keep calming like a tight situation right now I'm just
looking for my for my gate I think its that side yeah I think might get here my
gates to the side um anyway yeah so but I kept calm I managed I somehow
managed to keep calm it turns out he was actually just just at another exit so
but I made it I'm here at the airport and I'm probably gonna catch my flight
I was freaking out
we wanted to share something with you guys like I've been thinking a lot since
my graduation and I've been looking at how my life has turned out
Things that stood out for me during the process of me getting my degree
and I feel like you have to be have to be absolutely in love with the process but
whatever field you're in whether you're studying um like medicine or
Marketing a business he has to be absolutely absolutely in love with the
process because at the end
there's nothing you can find at the end that you can't find in the middle in and that was a
big revelation for me because I was like you will think that at the end of your
degree you think it will be like the best thing in the world and it's a great
feeling but like I said the feelings too short and it's - its too predictable
it's too usual for it really change a life what's really gonna change life is
the journey so the way you go on that journey you have to be absolutely
absolutely in love with it and take as much out as possible so at the end when
you get your degree it's literally like the stamp on the envelope it's not about the
stamp on the envelope it's about the content what's in the envelope the
letter you write the read the letter you write to your life or the letter you
write to people
so I'm at the head with the Jo-burg and I'm very excited flight ahead of me I'm
on the way to Mauritius I'm going there for a business convention with my mom
and the rest of my family so it's gonna be super exciting I'm going to show you
guys everything that I go through and the whole process really really keen
just arrived and welcome to Mauritius
Cheers
okay so this is my room and the Intercontinental Hotel in Mauritius I
honestly it's a mess like I'm not gonna pretend like I'm super neat
person when I'm really not this is my room see the view okay so I'm about to
head out now I'm gonna be playing some table tennis with my uncle just to share
some like I don't know just have some quality family time and all that kind of
stuff so that's what I'm gonna be doing um and then later tonight I have a few
calls a few meetings like I've been here for a few days now
and I've been having meetings on meeting
so yeah um personally for me I wanted to share something with you guys because I
know sometimes it's hard turning off like switching off and just taking some
time off to spend time with the family at spend time or do things that really
matter to you and like show love to the people that you really care about um so
I know I have a problem with that, switching off sometimes but at the end
of the day it's important for you to do that because it it builds into your
character to who you want to be and also it reminds you what and why you're
doing what you're doing you know so that's why I'm here
I'm here with my family I'm enjoying yes I'm here on a business trip but you
know sometimes you have to take some time off to see the family value them
and show love wherever you can
Ok so this is me
Um
Walking on the beach in Mauritius
I am about to leave this place
And go back to Johannesburg
and then Namibia later on but I couldn't think of a better way to end this vlog I
know this is my first vlog sorry if it was completely terrible but I'm trying
something new and I think that's that's one thing I want you guys to take away
from this whole experience of mine like I'm not gonna act like this is my life
like this just doesn't happen every day for me I just happened to start a vlog
when things were going well and when some things were going bad
If you are going to do something right?
Step outside your comfort zone
Life starts outside your comfort zone

What the World's Cutest Animal Can Teach Us About Saving Ourselves | Hot Mess - Duration: 4:53.
Thanks to the funders of Peril & Promise for supporting PBS Digital Studios.
What do you get when you mix a potato… a guinea pig… and an alpine mountain climber?
The pika!
These lovable fluff balls are specially adapted to high altitude life, and just like their
habitat, pikas' future is up in the air.
Pikas' mountain habitats are like islands in the sky.
And in the same way that rising water can flood islands in the ocean, rising temperatures
on land can flood mountains...with air, warm air.
That not only puts the heat on creatures that live there, it can destroy the habitats entirely.
As pikas' favorite mountain habitats are flooded with warmer temperatures, these easily
overheated animals are able to spend less time out each day foraging, finding mates,
and defending the territory they rely on to survive.
That escalated quickly…
Think of these pikas like canaries in a coal mine; their health and survival serves as
an early indicator - in this case, for how climate change is affecting the living world.
They've experienced huge population declines in some areas, and researchers even predicted
they'd be one of the first climate-change-related animal extinctions.
But don't worry!
They're still here, and while pika problems may seem pretty different from people problems,
we could learn a lot from how they're learning to take the heat.
Earth's climate is getting warmer and weirder.
That's affecting plants and animals everywhere in different ways.
One recent study found that nearly half of land mammals and a quarter of birds are already
feeling negative impacts.
Some of those species may not make it, but the ones that survive will be the ones that
can adapt.
We can see a lot of these changes already happening around the globe.
Certain plants have disappeared in one place as they follow their ideal growing conditions
to another.
For some animals, shrinking food supplies have led to smaller populations.
Other species, like some salamanders, are getting physically smaller with each generation
as a way to stay cool.
But these sort of changes can be slow.
They may take generations to play out.
You can adapt much faster if you change your behavior.
To keep cool, some pikas have moved to shady pockets in forests and on river banks.
In these lower or wetter habitats, they've replaced over half their usual diet of grasses
and flowers with moss, which is less nutritious, but plentiful.
Mountain pikas normally stay warm by puffing up into little fluffballs.
But thanks to the heat, some are using a new trick to stay cool, by stretching out their
bodies.
They've even figured out how to use wet moss as air conditioning.
Unfortunately, not every pika population seems equally able to adapt, and the populations
that can't change their behavior fast enough are shrinking, or gone.
These pika problems may seem far away, but we humans are facing similar challenges.
People in certain parts of the world are facing the prospect of mass migrations as their native
homes experience unpredictable weather patterns or rising seas.
By 2100, it's estimated Europe may face three times as many migrants as they flee
rising temperatures elsewhere.
Food may become less plentiful in places.
In Africa, reduced rainfall may cut crop yields by 50% in just a few years.
Extra heat will even make it harder to work and live in some places.
One study found each day warmer than 86 degrees costs Americans $20 in income.
We can learn from pikas: The quickest way to adapt to a warming world is by changing
our behavior and how we live.
Of course, we'll also have to deal with other issues pikas don't have to worry about,
like producing more energy without causing more warming.
Luckily, there's one big thing we have that little fluffy mammals don't: The ability
to know what's happening, what's causing it, and what we can do to change our behavior,
not only to adapt to the changes, but also to slow them down.
Our success–and the pika's– may depend on it.

How Composting can be Good for Your Garden and Home | Stacy Lyn Harris - Duration: 5:16.
Hey, I'm Stacy Lyn and welcome to my compost pile
Composting is just the natural
recycling of organic material such as dead leaves and kitchen scraps
into a soil amendment that is really rich and
Gardeners call it black gold. When you compost your soil, it's going to become
Disease resistant it's going to retain moisture and it's going to have nutrients that make strong plants
so it's really pretty simple and it's something that everybody that has a garden really should be doing I have a
composting collector here that I got from Lehman's and they have anything you need composting you need to go and
Get yours there. This is a collector where you are gonna empty it into your composting bin outside
Every couple of days some people will leave it in their homes for a week. Some people like me
I take it out about every three days because we collect a lot of compost. It's all ceramic
So it keeps the smell inside and it really doesn't start smelling until something gets out of balance
You might add too many fats. Don't do that
But it also has this filter that will also keep it from smelling up your kitchen
But if it does just take it out and put it in your composting bin outside
If you do have a problem, all you need to do is put a little brown in it
Meaning carbon Brown is your carbon and so it's paper strips of paper strips of newspaper
Just don't use anything with ink because you know, it could be toxic
I have a lot of green material in mine right now, and I'm still adding it
I've got banana peels you can put potatoes tops of carrots any of your green leafy things that you know
you have the end to it onion peels and I also have
This which is my coffee filters and I drink lots of coffee
so a lot of people worry about
This having chemicals and all but if you're using them for your coffee filters the water is going straight through it
so you might as well use it in your composting bin you have brown matter with the coffee filter and
You have green with the grinds. So let's take this outside and empty it into my compost bin
My composting pile is not too far away
From the house, but it's far enough that I don't want to have to come out here every day
So my collector friend Lehman's is just the right size is awesome
My boys built this for me about five years ago. Our family was growing and our
Garden was growing. So we needed a larger compost pile
So I'm gonna dump this right on top of my composting bin and we have two sections here and I always recommend people have two
sides to a composting pile just because they can use one and
then they can actually use the the amended soil from one and then the other one they can be putting their green things in so
Today, I'm putting my green into this pile and I come out here every two or three days
Like I say and I add more green to it
We have plenty of the brown material which is our leaves right now because it's in the middle of winter
So we have pine straw and we have leaves the only thing you really need to know about a composting pile
Is that the ratio is
Important you need to try to keep your ratio either four to one meaning for green
To one brown or three to one which is what I would rather have which is three green
meaning live I always think of that in my head as a little I've you know,
like it's green and
The brown is dead, like dead leaves paper stuff like that
If you start having trouble with it smelling add more of the brown to it. That's all you have to do turning
It's very important because it creates heat and decomposition of the soul
so turning it with a fork or you know with
Whatever, you've got even a shovel will do but this we use our tractor in the dead of winter
You'll see heat rising from it and you'll know that you have a great working composting bin
The other thing is we get a lot of deer
So we'll put our deer carcasses in it and they decompose you're really quickly here in the south
And as long as we keep it turning we don't have any problem with rodents and things like that coming just like with your kitchen
Composter. You don't want a lot of fat in it. You don't want a lot of fat in your big composting bin the benefits of
Composting and why everyone should do it is that when you have a garden this is going to be like black gold
This is what is black gold. You're using all of your scraps you use everything
in a compost pile to make
Nutrient-rich soil that's going to make your plants better. It's going to make you healthier because the plants are going to be healthier
It's going to keep moisture in the soil and it's going to help you not to have diseases in
Your plants you put this compost this black gold in your garden and you're gonna have a super garden
It doesn't get any better than that for more info check out gamandgarden.com and thanks for watching. I'm Stacy Lynn

[HPA Q&A] I have a spun a bearing! Can I just replace the shells? | Performance Engine Building - Duration: 1:46.
- Next question comes from Jay who's asked,
can you change rod bearings and crank with new bearings
after a spun bearing without splitting the engine
and removing pistons et cetera?
If you have any real level of bearing damage at all,
you're going to have a lot more work on your hands
than just replacing the bearing shells.
So particularly if a bearing has spun,
that's going to also damage the journal
of either the engine block or the conrod
that that particular bearing was in.
So you're going to need quite a lot of corrective machine
work in order to fix that.
In some instances the conrod particularly will be
a throwaway item.
It's going to probably be exposed to a huge amount of heat
and it's quite often in those situations you're going
to see the surface of the conrod will be either blue
or black from the heat it's been exposed to
due simply to the friction.
So yeah if you've got bearing problems like this,
you're very very seldom going to be able
to get away with just fitting new bearings.
The other thing you need to understand though as well,
and this is a common mistake I see people make.
When we're got a problem, it's not enough just to fix
the symptoms of that problem.
What we really need to do is dig a little bit deeper
and find out why did that problem happen in the first place.
Because otherwise we're just opening ourselves up
to have exactly that same issue again.
That question was taken from one of our free live lessons.

Fabinho backed as "very smart" replacement for Emre Can - Duration: 4:05.
Fabinho backed as "very smart" replacement for Emre Can
With Emre Can expected to leave Liverpool on the expiry of his contract this summer, Fabinho has been backed as an ideal replacement for the German.
Can is likely to have played his last game for the club, with a seven-minute cameo in the Champions League final loss to Real Madrid a disappointing end to a four-year spell at the club.
The midfielder is expected to join Juventus on a five-year contract worth around £85,000 a week when his current terms expire on July 1.
But, fortunately, the Reds have already moved to fill the void, announcing an initial £39 million deal to sign Fabinho from Monaco on Monday night.
Fabinho will arrive on the same day that Can departs, and with Jurgen Klopp praising how he can play '6', '8' and '2', the similarities between the two are clear.
Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live shortly before Fabinhos move to Merseyside was confirmed, journalist James Horncastle described the decision as very smart:.
It will be a great signing.
Fabinho was linked with a move away, and thought he was going to get a move, last summer on the back of winning the league with Monaco and reaching a Champions League semi-final.
I think he was told he had to stay, and unlike some of the other players he accepted that and has had a very good season.
He would be a very good replacement for Emre Can, who is expected to leave.
The comparison there is quite interesting because there is a player who is versatile, can play in midfield, can play as a full-back.
So you gain two, three players for one in Fabinho so I think its a very smart move..
Can picked up his second Champions League runner-up medal in Kyiv on Saturday, but is seemingly convinced his future lies away from Anfield.
Though he has become a divisive figure among supporters since it emerged that he was likely to leave, losing the Germany international is a bitter blow to Klopps side.
But signing Fabinho, as Horncastle attests, is an ideal solution, and as one that had barely been mentioned as a possibility prior to Monday is a hugely commendable move.
Klopp is set to remould his midfield next season, with both Fabinho and Naby Keita almost guaranteed starters.
Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Georginio Wijnaldum, Adam Lallana and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are also options, along with youngsters such as Marko Grujic, Ben Woodburn and Curtis Jones.
This flexibility will be crucial as Liverpool target another successful campaign in the Champions League and a title challenge in the Premier League next season.

MCAS Iwakuni Branch Health Clinic can now deliver babies - Duration: 1:57.
Labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum services can now be in one place for the Marine Corps
Air Station Iwakuni community.
Mothers on the air station can have their babies born in the new Branch Health Clinic
rather than traveling to Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka to deliver their newborns.
Robert M. Casey Naval Family Branch Health Clinic held their ribbon cutting ceremony
May 30, and Rear Admiral Paul Pearigen, commander of Navy West Medicine, had the honor of cutting
the ribbon.
"This new facility is a state of the art facility that makes it more efficient, effective,
safer and higher quality in a better setting for us to deliver medical care, and some other
consultative services to Sailors, Marines and families.
In addition, this clinic adds a mother infant capability and serve our growing population
of MCAS Iwakuni."
Branch Health Clinic started the move April 28 to the new building and opened its doors
for out-patient services May 1st.
Cmdr. Jessica Beard, Branch Health Clinic officer-in-charge, says Marines and Sailors can focus on the
fight and not worry about their families while deployed.
"Medical readiness is extremely important.
And the reason is so important to us is because this is what gives our warfighters out and
this is how we keep them ready to fight tonight if they have to leave.
And the wellness and health of our family members [are] extremely important because
the last thing we want is our warfighters out there fighting and worrying about their
family members whether or not they are getting the proper care, whether or not they are sick,
especially if they are about to have a baby."
Rear Admiral Pearigen also said the new branch health clinic is a result of the partnership
between the U.S. Department of Defense, the government of Japan, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
contractors, MCAS Iwakuni and Navy Medicine.

Can We Use Illegal Medical Marijuana? - Duration: 3:02.
Go to Anonymous in Rochester New York, listening on 92.9. Anonymous, you are on
with Father Vincent Serpa. Oh thank you. Hi. Father? Yes? My question is, you
know, I've been going through a little bit of a spiritual battle here I believe.
A friend of mine a few months back had a relative who was dying of cancer, and
they gave up on the--patient, the doctors--and you know, it's just
been wearing on me if he chose the right path, and I know Christ
forgives us for all our sins if we asked but, you know, he gave her some illegal
marijuana and I wanted to know if he's forgiven for that. It's not legal? To ease
her pain. In New York it's not legal? It's not le--well at the time it wasn't. Oh,
okay. Well, the morality is not dependent on whether things are legal or not, it's
dependent on whether the act itself is immoral or not. I grant that one should and
one is obliged to obey civil law for the good of the whole, but there are times, if
someone is is hurting, and one is able to do something for them that may
break the law but in itself is neutral, that would be allowed. Certainly wouldn't
be any mark on the recipient's soul--the fact that the
doctor or somebody gave that person medical marijuana--and it is possible
that even in states where it's ordinarily not legal, that in certain
instances a doctor may be able to do that, I don't know. But there's
nothing for you to worry about as far as the patient is concerned.
Is that what you were you worried about, the patient or...?
That's one of the things I
was worried about, was her soul, you know, she believed in Christ, was her soul
still all right? Oh yeah, and there'd be no problem with
that. No she's fine. I mean she's, yeah, there's no reason for you to worry about
that. The doctor gave it to her to relieve her pain. I think that--morphine is is a
drug as well and that is allowed in most places, but it's--you know, if you have
enough of it, it can kill you, but it's given to ease the
suffering of the person, and certainly the Church allows that. So I don't
think there's anything for you to worry about in that regard.
Okay Anonymous? So even though it was illegal? Even though it was illegal, yeah.
Father, you've helped me out a great much. Good, okay. Thank you very much for that
call, Anonymous.

Abundance Mindset (You Can Have It All) - Duration: 7:21.
Samantha: What's up phoenixes?
In this video, we're going to be talking about one of my favorite freaking topics of all
time, how to adopt an abundant mindset.
If you're in a state of scarcity, this is the video for you.
Be sure you stay to the end of this video.
I'm going to teach you my ninja strategy for staying high vibes and in an abundance mindset,
because what we know to be true is our behaviors are always driven by our emotionality, and
scarcity is a very dense emotion, that feeling of lack and limitation, and that's
what the driver is for so many of the dysfunctionality in the way that we eat and we treat our bodies
and we deal with money.
Abundance is our truth and is how we get to live, and we get to create more and more and
more of that if we choose.
Now, here's the thing.
Scarcity mindset is how we were developed.
Our brains are still engineered to think that way because they're protecting us.
We live in a world now where we get to thrive and we get to be abundant and so
in this video, we're going to go through exactly how to do that.
All right, so who am I?
My name's Samantha.
I'm the founder of Hungry for Happiness, and I've helped hundreds of thousands of people
just like you end the battle with food and their body, and I'm stoked that you're here
because that means I get to help support you as well.
All right, let's get started.
First and foremost, check in with yourself and ask yourself, what is my story around
scarcity?
What are my limiting beliefs around lack and limitation?
Do I have this mindset of there is never enough, there's never going to be enough around food
and money and men and women and boys and, whatever it is?
What is your story around scarcity?
Just check in with that, because here is the thing that we know to be true.
A lot of the stories that we're holding on to, a lot of the things that are keeping us
distant from the highest versions of ourselves aren't even freaking ours.
They're like, borrowed from society, they're borrowed from our parents, and they're borrowed
from here and there.
They're just conditioned.
We just have taken them on, we've inherited them, we've absorbed them, however it works.
They're not innately ours.
You got to check in with that and ask yourself, do you have stories around food
about there's not enough or money or whatever it is?
If so, how does that feel energetically in your body?
If it feels crap, because scarcity does, what is the new narrative that you want to create?
What is the reality that you want to create?
If you want to attract abundance into your life, then what's the story that's going to
go with that?
What we know to be true again, is our stories create our realities.
If you want to live in abundance and you want that reality, but your story is once stuck
in the past of, there's never enough there's never going to be enough, there's
a disconnect there.
Get clear on what your story is and reframe it and rewire it.
One of the most important things we can do when we're starting to shift and change these
behaviors is awareness.
Let's just dig into these things, ask ourselves, get curious.
Let's get out of judgment.
If you're judging yourselves for being in a state of scarcity all the time, don't do
that.
Move your judgment to curiosity.
Ask yourself, "Oh, interesting.
Why do I feel like that?
Why do I think that way?
Why am I operating in that way?
Where did I get that from?
Where did I pick that up from?
What would I like to do with this energy?
How would I like to show up in this area of my life?"
Shift that into curiosity and ask yourself, and then we get to move into creation.
What do I want to create?
Again, what is the reality of what I want and what is the belief that I get to create
in order to allow that to be in perfect alignment for me?
What's really important to remember as we're going through this, is scarcity percolates
into every area of our lives.
We cannot just focus on it in one area, and be like, "Okay, I healed it there."
It shows up everywhere.
Wherever you go, there you are.
What we have to understand is, we want to burn the boats of our scarcity mindset in
all areas.
Adapting an abundance mindset with money also means we get to adapt one with food, relationships,
whatever it is.
Let's just burn the boats of any other possibility and really dig into all of the areas and removing
all of the sticky energy around everything that we're thinking about when it comes to
scarcity.
Abundance is a feeling.
Abundance doesn't mean we have a crap-load of money in the bank, abundance
is truly an energy that we get to be in and it can flow through us constantly.
It gets to be circulated through us and we get to receive it and give it and receive
it and give it.
That is the epitome of abundance, is this constant flow, trusting, always trusting that
there's more and more where that came from.
It's not an excess of money, an excess of food, an excess of whatever.
It's abundance.
It's a perfect amount.
It's exactly how much we need to thrive and live in alignment.
Ask yourself, "What is my story around excess?"
"What is my story around lack and limitation?"
Ask ourselves in each of these areas, what is real for us?
I want you to ask yourself, where does scarcity show up, in what area of your life?
Write in the comments below and let me know what area; food, money, relationships, body,
whatever it is, does it show up the most for you.
Friendships, maybe you don't think that there's enough friends or enough job positions or
enough, whatever it is.
Ask yourself where does it show up and write in the comments below and let me
know.
In a sec here, I'm going to be sharing with you my ninja strategy that I do every day,
every single day, to really get myself into that energy of abundance because I'm human
and I forget and I get flooded with my own emotionality and I get into scarcity and all
that kind of stuff.
This is the key to get myself back on track.
Before I do that, I want to know if you've joined the Five Day Food Freedom Challenge
yet.
If you've not, I don't know what you're waiting for.
This is a little awkward, but get yourself in the door.
The link is below.
If you want to be walked through day by day by day to fundamentally end the battle you
have with food and your body, sign up below.
I'll be there on the other side being like, "Hey," to catch you, and I'll be giving you
modules and meditations and things to support you.
We also have a community of thousands and thousands of people who have also done it
and who are committed to their health.
Go check that out.
Okay, so the mantra that I use every day, abundance is my birthright.
Abundance is my birthright.
That's just it, I get to feel this every single day.
It's how, I don't have to work for it, I don't have to hustle for it, I don't need to prove
myself.
I just get to feel it, I just get to feel it.
Steal it, use it, make it yours.
When you're feeling that state of scarcity, be like, abundance is my birthright.
Feel into it.
Connect with the feeling of abundance, that's so important as well.
How does it feel in your body when you're living from an abundant place?
Connect with the feeling, use the mantra, it's such a powerful and beautiful
correction to get us back in alignment.
All right, did you like this video?

Why Can't You Remember Your Dreams - Duration: 2:42.
Why Cant You Remember Your Dreams
by Conscious Reminder
Do you never remember your dreams?
Keep on forgetting what they are? Wake up in the morning, and realize what happened
in your dreams last night had burst into a cloud of which you have no recollection?
This is perfectly normal.
Although, it could mean that you arent.
Nothing to worry about though!
Why does it happen though?
Well, the simplest possible answer could be that your brain is not designed to remember
the dreams of the past.
The neurons that fire your dreams dont arrive in the morning to remind you of them.
But Freud, in his Interpretation of Dreams has mentioned about how the unconscious and
the subconscious, with the incursion of Id, Ego, and the superego dont let dreams that
are of a particularly violent nature, or rather nightmares, if you will, to be remembered
the next day.
This helps the person to not wake up in a cold sweat all the time, even while he or
she is finally waking up in the morning.
Most people usually dont remember their dreams, which could be because of an extremely
exhausting day at work, or maybe because their mind is not built in a way to remember those
neurons that brought those dreams.
Although, there are ways to actually remember your dreams even if you are usually unable
to.
One of them could be actively convincing yourself that you would remember the dreams no matter
the situation, which would put your senses on alert.
Secondly, you could also be continuously telling yourself that you would remember it.
And finally, although this might not give you a good nights sleep, you can set an
alarm every 90 minutes, which is exactly the moment when REM occurs.
This would allow you to remember your dreams, yet, it is not ascertained if they are worth
the trouble.
Just give yourself some time and have patience.
Also, have in mind that the best REM phases come after 5 or 6 hours of good sleep, so
make sure you are giving your beauty sleep enough of time.
Keep practicing you will figure it out
in time!

CAN YOU KILL PLAYERS WITH A SHOPPING CART | Fortnite Mythbusters - Duration: 10:51.
What's happening, everybody. My name is Sxvxn and welcome to a brand new Fortnite video.
now were going to be doing whatever we possibly can when it comes to the brand new trolley now
we've actually used it only once so we kind of have a you know a good idea of
how this thing works we're running on about four percent
energy right now I've got a cold and we're having some fun in Fortnite it's
a great brilliant mix uh you know I mean languages all over the place I
but I do not mind I'm gonna work my way through it boys and girls
we have a very explosive vending machine back there Shane
this dude there's a trolley inside the shop I just walk past a shopping cart there we
go Shane I've got you right that's sad watch it watch me go
buy in today oh hello alright what should we buy today sir Storm: can I have some fish and chips please
I can I can I get it I can't get in there with you so that's a myth busted
oh I'm sorry oh I'm sorry Storm: Your driving is bad dude, what are you doing? I'm trying to turn it's not working Storm: Want to switch seats? oh no it's fine oh
oh behind you, I am robbing him you can't push players
get a car push you they Storm: wait could I do this yes you can heal all yes okay you
heal in that Storm: You are a really bad driver Dude it's tough man it's not easy everyone makes it look like
it's not easy Storm: People ahead oh yeah let's chase him down
let's get him Storm: Go Go Go
if you can get a kill while in this that'll be so funny
are they building towards us Storm: I don't know what they are doing I don't know what they are doing either let's leave our little cart here
Oh they are in one too
Got one Storm: This one's trying to double pump as well got him? Nope, hit him he's one shot
damn it man I'm gonna need healing did you just take me up on that mountain I'm
gonna I'm gonna heal up you know this is so cool run dude run all right so you
can heal inside of the shopping cart as well so this is gonna be so clutch when
you know like if you caught in the storm you're gonna build it like clutch it and
actually be able to push your mates into the storm you can reload, what else can we do Storm: We got a storm coming in
let's not go into the storm Shane Storm no no it's coming in Shane
go up the mountain no no oh no yeah go away from the mountain Both: Go go go Can I mine stuff too? Oh I can Just stop of for the mining
the my let's go I'm thinking let's build a sky base get
the you have to get it and bring it up dude Storm: Bring it up? We doing a slide or something yeah we're gonna build like a giant
slide and we're gonna test it we're probably gonna get shot down the
well probably yeah we're probably gonna get shot down it's a pretty Storm: It's high to-
probably gonna get shot down here terrified from my life
okay come on come on come on you got this oh we did was our shot down go shut
down let me get in SHANE GO back down quick
Storm: at least we know you take damage come back I killed the guy on the shopping
cart they follow the shopping cart here to kill the guy on the shopping cart all Storm: This guys got a- I headshotted him
Nice, there's a shopping cart out here too, killed the guy in the shopping cart
right dude I'm coming I haven't got any resources though stay
hidden we have to go get oh no oh no oh oh Storm: They are everywhere
I know I know I know I know I'm trying to go Storm: This person just no scoped this guy Storm: Can you pick me up with it? Maybe
can you get in when you revived can you get in Storm: no okay
what happens when we get
boogie bombed inside of the cart well we're gonna run at you Shane and
I'm gonna jump inside of it boogie bomb me
Storm: That didn't do anything oh wow nothing happened okay go take we need to escape go the storm
surprised I thought something would happen come on
Shane you got this I'm coming with the cart dude, find bandages find bandages
please be bandages please be bandages no! Storm: I don't see any
I've lost the go cart I've lost the shopping cart there must be bandages come on the he has to
have bandages you wouldn't stayed in the storm otherwise we could drive into water
do you can it's just very slow like very slow
quickly Shane the zones Shane what you doing man I'm trying I'm trying come on
come on I'm pushing it out of the water all right it's mega slow in the water
fallen offl I've lost the car I've lost it we have to find another one it's this
don't stand side-by-side yes done in 3, 2 ,1 it runs the same pace
Exact same pace yeah, if you hop in
do I run the same pace it's slightly slower oh oh boy with the sniped where was that
was that behind it one let me use the jetpack I can't use the jetpack
while doing this I want you to I want you what I'm gonna I'm gonna come back
at ya I want you to throw an impulse grenade grenade at me when I'm coming at
you okay I'm seeing what impulse grenades do you ready and change seat no
no come on do it now put one on us WOOO oh dude Storm:Can I do it I want to see it from my perspective Hop in, Oh I am getting sniped at
few right hop in hop in and Impulse grenade that's a mega cool dude
so if you didn't have a partner you're actually able to self drive as well so
you can push it along by yourself like this obviously you exposed if you do
that you can self you can push it like this
that gives you a little bit of extra speed and then if you're for example
going downhill or anything like that you can if you want to actually hop inside
and ride itself but obviously on flatland I mean you're not going
anywhere hey Shane just exactly like that you alright Shane
you alright mate you all right so we can self Drive and he smoothly just pulled up so let's
say for example you're self driving and you just happen so to jump on and get
inside the front seat and go off the side of a mountain
oh my god Storm: no way dude You alright mate? Storm: Alright, How you doing I'm alright just survived jumping off a mountain I
thought I was gonna die okay so think if you get in and we and we push ourselves
off a cliff this I thought this would kill us here
we go
dude that is so cool Storm: Can we do it again? that was so cool!
so who wanted to test on me Shane right
now a Port-A-Fort what happens when using this trolley with a Port-A-Fort let's go
Port-A-Fort me boy Storm: You went through it I went right through it what happens if I go and open the door
oh well if I go inside let's see if we can oh can you open the door for me Storm: yep
zones coming I'm coming up coming up Storm: Can you o on the tyres? that's exactly what I'm thinking
no it won't let me do it I can't go in to tyre it
no, no, no Storm: You are going to laugh when you come round What have you done Storm: You'll find out
the most covered bush I've ever seen in my entire life this this trolley is obviously not taken
it's obviously vacant look is it dancing but oh you can emote
Storm: Yeah I just found that out yo can I emote no I won't be able too no you and I can't switch seats either yo that
is so cool I can't really see where I'm going like dogs gonna giant Bush in my
face dude I want to try and test out to see what we can do if we get a hop rock
if it does anything with this do we run any faster don't think we do
oh I just hit that okay let's push this way
do we do you feel any different Storm: Want me to try it and get you inside
whoa come back cart no it's flying off without me
more people they've got a shopping cart too don't shoot
it's a John Wick with a shotgun on I know you killed okay I'm coming oh my
I'm good fly in Shane not lose quick dude okay I got some more resources if you
want to come up here and join a build higher yeah okay we're just ready oh oh
no no wait let me test that stand on the edge Shane can i push you jump
so if you jump again Storm yeah it kind of glitches
I kind of like it oh no I didn't fall off but my shopping
cart did oh I'll accept that random goodbye my lover see later boys

Trump Can't Stop Handing Mueller MORE Obstruction Charges - Duration: 9:02.
DONALD TRUMP HAS BEEN FURIOUS WITH JEFF SESSIONS.
HE HAS REALLY HAD A DIFFICULT TIME CRITICIZING SESSIONS
OVER THE TIME THAT HE RECUSED HIMSELF FROM THIS WHOLE
RUSSIAN INVESTIGATION.
ENTRANCE MIND JEFF SESSIONS SHOULD BE THE ONE WHO IS
FIGHTING FOR TRUMP AND ENSURING THAT THIS RUSSIAN
INVESTIGATION DOES NOT CONTINUE.
GOWDY IS A REPUBLICAN REPRESENTATIVE FROM SOUTH
CAROLINA.
HERE'S WHAT HE HAD TO SAY IN REGARD TO JEFF SESSIONS
RECUSING HIMSELF.
THINK WITH THE PRESIDENT IS DOING IS EXPRESSING
FRUSTRATION THAT ATTY.
GEN.
SESSIONS SHOULD HAVE SHARED THESE REASONS FOR RECUSAL
BEFORE HE TOOK THE JOB NOT AFTERWARD.
IF I WERE THE PRESIDENT AND I SOMEONE TO BE THE COUNTRY'S
CHIEF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AND THEY TOLD ME LATER I AM NOT
GOING TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MOST IMPORTANT CASE IN
THE OFFICE I WOULD BE FRUSTRATED TOO.
THAT IS HOW I READ THAT.
SEN.
SESSIONS, WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS BEFORE I PICKED YOU?
THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD LAWYERS IN THE COUNTRY, HE COULD
PICK SOMEONE ELSE.
REMEMBER IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS INTERVIEW TREY GOWDY
CONTRADICTED TRUMP QUITE A BIT.
AND IT DIDN'T MATTER BECAUSE TRUMP LIKED THAT ONE SMALL
SNIPPET OF THE INTERVIEW AND USED IT TO HIS ADVANTAGE ON
SOCIAL MEDIA.
AGAIN TRUMP WROTE THAT.
THAT IS WHAT TRUMP IS SUCH A KNUCKLEHEAD THAT GOWDY IS SAYING
THAT THE FBI DID NOT PUT A SPY IN YOUR CAMPAIGN AND THAT MOST
OF WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS NOT TRUE.
BUT HE IS NOT STRUT SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT.
THIS IS NOT YOU, THE THING THAT YOU CARE MOST ABOUT THE THING
THAT MAKE A PROSECUTED.
EVERYBODY'S GOING TO QUOTE THE OTHER THINGS THAT GOWDY SAID.
THOUGHTS JUMP FROM HERE TO HERE, THERE'S ONLY TWO BRAIN CELLS AND
THEY ARE PLAYING PONG.
WHETHER OR NOT JEFF SESSIONS RECUSED HIMSELF DOESN'T
EVEN REALLY MATTER.
FIRST OF ALL JEFF SESSIONS IS NOT YOUR PERSONAL ATTORNEY.
THE ATTY.
GEN. IS NOT YOUR PERSONAL ATTORNEY.
HE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE GOVERNMENT WORKS.
BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY YOU GOT TO A POINT, THE DEPUTY ATTORNEY
GENERAL ñ ROD ROSENSTEIN.
YOU GOT TO A POINT THAT PERSON, YOU DID IT.
NOT SOME RANDOM PERSON.
JAMES COMEY DIDN'T DO IT.
HILLARY CLINTON DIDN'T DO IT.
YOU APPOINTED ROD ROSENSTEIN.
IT DOESN'T MATTER IF JEFF SESSIONS RECUSED HIMSELF,
IT IS AMAZING.
HE JUST WANTS EVERYONE TO BE LOYAL AND DO EXACTLY WHAT HE
WANTS AT ANY EVEN MOMENT.
IF YOU GO AGAINST HIM AT ALL.
IF YOU DO NOT HE WILL TEAR YOU APART ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS
YOU ARE WORKING ON HIS CABINET.
FIRING YOUR OWN ATTY.
GEN.
ALMOST NEVER HAPPENS.
HASN'T HAPPENED YET.
BUT THE CONSTANTLY SAY MY ATTY.
GEN.
DID SUCH A BAD JOB ñ IF
OBAMA HAD DONE THAT PEOPLE WOULD'VE LOST THEIR MINDS.
OBAMA WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN IMPEACHED BECAUSE REPUBLICANS
WOULD'VE FORCE THAT KIND OF VOTE TO HAPPEN IN CONGRESS.
DEMOCRATS WOULD HAVE CONCEDED.
HE WOULD'VE BEEN GONE ALREADY.
LET'S KEEP IT REAL.
ONE OTHER THING- TRUMP ALSO WROTE THE FOLLOWING.
THAT IS ADMITTING OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE IN PUBLIC.
IN CASE
YOU DON'T KNOW AND YOU ARE A REPUBLICAN WATCHING AND ARE A
TRUMP SUPPORTER ñ THE ATTY.
GEN. IS NOT THAT PRESIDENTS LAWYER.
HE IS THE TOP ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL FOR THE WHOLE COUNTRY.
HE IS SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT US AND OUR LAWS.
THAT IS WHAT HE SWORE TO DO.
NOT TO PROTECT ANY ONE PERSON INCLUDING THE PRESIDENT.
SO WHEN TRUMP SAYS WHY DIDN'T HE JUST PROTECT ME LEGALLY ñ HE IS
SAYING WHY DIDN'T HE JUST NOT DO HIS JOB.
INSTEAD OF ENFORCING THE LAWS MAKE SURE THAT THE LAWS ARE NOT
ENFORCED AGAINST ME.
IT IS AN AMAZING ADMISSION.
IS AN OBVIOUS ADMISSION THAT YOU BROKE THE LAW AND THAT YOU WANT
THE ATTY.
GEN.
TO BREAK THE LAW TO PROTECT YOU.
HE SAYS THAT IN PUBLIC BECAUSE HE IS TOO STUPID TO KNOW THAT
YOU SHOULDN'T SAY THAT IN PUBLIC.
AND ALSO KEEP IN MIND THE VERY BEGINNING OF THIS WHOLE DEBACLE
DID NOT INCLUDE A SPECIFIC INVESTIGATION INTO TRUMP'S
CONDUCT.
THERE WAS AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE CAMPAIGN'S CONDUCT, POSSIBLE
RUSSIAN MEDDLING AND THEN THINGS REALLY STARTED TO RAMP UP AFTER
HE HAD ASKED JAMES COMEY TO LOOK OUT FOR HIM.
THE REASON WHY I AM SAYING THIS IS BECAUSE TRUMP IS THE PERSON
WHO WAS REALLY AMPLIFIED THE FOCUS AND ATTENTION THAT IS
DIRECTED AT HIM INCLUDING OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.
HE NEEDS TO STOP.
HE NEEDS PEOPLE AROUND HIM ñ
THEY NEED TO GET HIM TO STOP BECAUSE HE IS HIS OWN WORST
ENEMY WHEN IT COMES TO THIS ISSUE.
IT HAS BECOME MINDBENDING BECAUSE IF YOU ARE A PROSECUTOR
LOOKING AT OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AND THERE IS A GUY YOU
FIND OUT ABOUT AN ATTY.
GEN.
THAT IS GOING TO RECUSE HIMSELF ñ YOU SAY SMOKING GUN.
BUT THE GUY SAYS IT IN PUBLIC AND THEN HALF THE COUNTRY
DEFENDS HIM.
SO I AM GOING TO CHARGE YOU WITH ADMITTING IT.
AND IF SOMEONE INVESTIGATES YOU FOR MURDERING HIM, DEEP
STATE, SPIES.
WHAT HE IS DOING WORKS WITH HIS BASE AND THEY WILL
CONTINUE TO WORK BECAUSE PEOPLE BELIEVE IT IS A WITCHHUNT.
THERE HAS ALREADY BEEN PULLING INTO THIS.
THE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS BELIEVE THAT THIS WHOLE MOLAR
INVESTIGATION HAS NOT FOUND ANY WRONGDOING.
IF YOU ñ TRUMP VOTERS JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND THE LAW AT ALL
ñ IF YOU TRY TO BLOCK A VALID LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATION OF
YOURSELF THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.
IF YOU DID IT YOU WOULD GO TO JAIL FOR A LONG TIME.
BUT IF YOU SAID TO A PROSECUTOR TO PROSECUTE ME, I WILL GIVE YOU
MONEY, YOU ARE GOING AWAY FOR DECADES.
THAT IS WHAT HE IS DOING IN PUBLIC.
AMAZING.
THEN YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS SAYING THAT IS RIGHT, YOU
SHOULD BREAK THE LAW.
ENJOY YOUR TOTAL IGNORANCE YOU MAGA CLOWN
OF CLOWNS.
