25 shocking facts about the Great Sphinx of Giza that are missing from history books

The great Sphinx of Giza is considered an ancient marvel not only because of its size

and confusing design but because of the countless mysteries that surround this ancient structure.

Did you know that the Ancient Egyptians have no records about the Sphinx being built? Curiously,

this ancient monument was discoveredalmost entirely buried in Sandin 1817, when the

first modern archaeological dig, led by Giovanni Battista Caviglia managed to uncover the Sphinxs

chest completely. This ancient monument has captured the imagination of not only archaeologists

but scientists and tourists who have visited this ancient statue since time immemorial.

The Great Sphinx of Giza faces the rising Sun.

Whoever built the Great Sphinx, wanted it to be aligned. The Sphinx is oriented due

east facing the rising sun near the 30th parallel.

According to some texts, ancient Egyptians referred to the Sphinx as balhib and bilhaw.

Circa1500 B.C.E. it was referred to as Hor-em-akht Horus in the Horizon, Bw-How Place of

Horus and also as Ra-horakhty Ra of Two Horizons.

The Arabs knew the Sphinx as Abu al-Hawl (Father of Terror), which apparently is identified

with the ancient Greek myth.

The Great Sphinx of Egypt is considered the largest single-stone statue in the world and

around 200 tons of stone were quarried in the construction phase to build the temple

next to it.

The Great Sphinx originally had a beard, several pieces of the beard of the Sphinx are located

in the British Museum in London and the Cairo Museum.

Author Robert K. G. Temple proposes that the Sphinx was originally a statue of the Jackal-Dog

Anubis, the God of the Necropolis, and that its face was recarved in the likeness of a

Middle Kingdom pharaoh, Amenemhet II.

First-century writer Pliny the Elder mentioned the Great Sphinx in his Natural History, commenting

that the Egyptians looked upon the statue as a divinity that has been passed over

in silence and that King Harmais was buried in it.

Geologists and scholars agree that in the distant past Egypt was subjected to severe

flooding, thus water erosion is present in the construction of the Sphinx. Wind erosion

cannot take place when the body of the Sphinx is covered by sand.

Edgar Cayce, a modern prophetalso known as the modern-day Nostradamusprophesied

in 1932 that the Sphinx was built in 10500 BCE by the Ancient Atlantean civilization.

Furthermore, he stated that a secret room is located underneath it called the Hall

of Records containing the secrets and wisdom of the ancient Atlantean civilization and

the human race.

The Hall of Records is said to house the knowledge of the Ancient Egyptians documented in ancient

papyrus scrolls and is believed to account for the history of the lost continent of Atlantis,

as well as its location. Compared in importance, the Egyptian Hall of Records is just as the

Great Library of Alexandria, which housed Grecian Knowledge.

Charles Thompson, who explored the Sphinx in 1733, mentioned entrances and a hole

in the top of the back of the Sphinx.

There are three passages into or under the Sphinx, the Tomb of Osiris is one of

the most incredible discoveries linked to the Sphinx, located 95 feet below the surface

behind the back of the Sphinx. It is believed to be the resting place of Egyptian God Osiris.

Interestingly, in 1987 a Japanese team from Waseda University (Tokyo), under the direction

of Sakuji Yoshimura carried out an electromagnetic sounding survey of the Khufu Pyramid and Sphinx.

Experts discovered: A. South of the Sphinx. The Japanese indicated the existence of a

hollow 2.5 m. to 3 m. underground. And, they found indications of a groove on the Sphinx

body that extends beneath the Sphinx. B. North of the Sphinx. The Japanese found another

groove similar to the southern one which may indicate that maybe there is a tunnel underneath

the Sphinx connecting the south and north grooves. C. In front of the two paws of the

Sphinx. The Japanese found another hollow space about 1 m. to 2 m. below the surface.

Again, they believe that it might extend underneath the Sphinx.

According to secrethistoy.wikia.com, there is also documented evidence of a large rectangular

entrance on top of the hips at the back of the sphinx.

In 1995, workers renovating a nearby parking lot uncovered a series of tunnels and pathways,

two of which plunge further underground close to the Sphinx.

In 1857, Auguste Mariette, founder of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, unearthed the much

later Inventory Stela (estimated Dynasty XXVI, c. 678525 BC), which tells how Khufu came

upon the Sphinx, already buried in sand.

The inventory stelamade of polished granite and decorated with a commemorative inscription

and a so-called apparition windowwas found in Giza during the 19th century. The stela

presents a list of 22 divine statues owned by a Temple of Isis, and goes on to claim

that the temple existed since before the time of Khufu (c. 2580 BC). The stela was discovered

in 1858 at Giza by the French archaeologist Auguste Mariette, during excavations of the

Isis temple. The tablet was located very close to the Great Sphinx of Giza.

This ancient stela points to the possibility that the Great Sphinx of Giza was built before

the reign of Khufu and not by him. The Stela reads:

LONG LIVE THE KING OF UPPER AND LOWER EGYPT, KHUFU, GIVEN LIFE

HE FOUND THE HOUSE OF ISIS, MISTRESS OF THE PYRAMID, BY THE SIDE OF THE HOLLOW OF HWRAN

(THE SPHINX) AND HE BUILT HIS PYRAMID BESIDE THE TEMPLE

OF THIS GODDESS AND HE BUILT A PYRAMID FOR THE KINGS DAUGHTER HENUTSEN BESIDE THIS

TEMPLE. THE PLACE OF HWRAN HOREMAKHET IS ON THE SOUTH

SIDE OF THE HOUSE OF ISIS, MISTRESS OF THE PYRAMID

HE RESTORED THE STATUE, ALL COVERED IN PAINTING, OF THE GUARDIAN OF THE ATMOSPHERE, WHO GUIDES

THE WINDS WITH HIS GAZE. HE REPLACED THE BACK PART OF THE NEMES HEAD-DRESS,

WHICH WAS MISSING WITH GILDED STONE. THE FIGURE OF THIS GOD, CUT IN STONE, IS SOLID

AND WILL LAST TO ETERNITY, KEEPING ITS FACE LOOKING ALWAYS TO THE EAST

According to a study presented at the International Conference of Geoarchaeology and Archaeomineralogy

held in Sofia titled: GEOLOGICAL ASPECT OF THE PROBLEM OF DATING THE GREAT EGYPTIAN SPHINX

CONSTRUCTION, there is conclusive evidence to suggest that the Great Sphinx of Giza dates

back 800,000 years.

However, there are Geological findings that indicate that the Sphinx may have been sculpted

sometime before 10,000 BC, a period that coincides with the Age of Leo, or the Lion, which lasted

from 10,970 to 8810 BC.

According to Graham Hancock, computer simulations show that in 10,500 BC the constellation of

Leo housed the sun on the spring equinox i.e. an hour before dawn in that epoch Leo would

have reclined due east along the horizon in the place where the sun would soon rise. This

means that the lion-bodied Sphinx, with its due-east orientation, would have gazed directly

on that morning at the one constellation in the sky that might reasonably be regarded

as its own celestial counterpart.

Interestingly, Gaston Maspero, a French Egyptologist known for popularizing the term Sea Peoples

in an 1881 paper, wrote in the book the Dawn of Civilization the Sphinx could have

existed since the days of the followers of Horus, a race of predynastic and semi-divine

beings, which, according to beliefs of the ancient Egyptians had ruled thousands of years

before the Pharaohs of Egypt. (source)

No. Evidence. Whatsoever. The Ancient Egyptians were splendid record keepers. In fact, they

made it sure to write down nearly everything so future generations could appreciate their

accomplishments. Strangely, there are no written texts that speak about the Sphinx. It is as

if the Great Sphinx wasnt built by the Ancient Egyptians.

Residues of red pigment are visible on areas of the Sphinxs face. Traces of yellow and

blue pigment have been found elsewhere on the Sphinx, leading Mark Lehner to suggest

that the monument was once decked out in gaudy comic book colors

Conspiracy theorist reveals why we shouldn't worry about NUCLEAR war

WITH both President Trump and Kim Jong-Un seemingly desperate to hit the big red button, nuclear apocalypse has never seemed closer.

But if you're worried that the North Korean dictator will carry through his threats of attacking the US, or Donald Trump will heed advice from his team to "strike first", fear not.

It turns out all nuclear bombs are made up anyway, at least according to this conspiracy theorist. The "truther" has uploaded a video that has gone viral explaining his reasons why the world has simply lied about weapons of mass destruction.

Among his clearly convincing arguments are that when the original hydrogen bombs were tested, people could not examine the footage as easily as now.

The conspiracy theorist, who doesn't give his name, also tries to disprove the attack on Hiroshima by the US during World War Two.

In the video, he shows an image of an obliterated city first claiming it is the Japanese site before revealing it is actually a photo of Tokyo after fire-bombing in 1945.

He shows another photo of Rotterdam after carpet bombing, claiming the damage looks the same as that of Hiroshima. Unsurprisingly, viewers were less than convinced by the bloke's arguments.

One wrote: "Are you an f****** idot? How about you show this to the people of Hiroshima and tell me what they think." Another sarcastically said: "The sky is flat! Birds are our alien overlords.".

7 Stories about Bad A$$ People - Duration: 16:30.

so many times we hear about the

tragedies that others have endured

scaring ourselves under the covers and

as a closets when faced with danger well

today we are going to hear about some

people that refuse to be the victim no

matter what and that deserves some

airtime so here are seven badass people

that I want to become best friends with

right now enjoy this happened to my

wife's grandmother about 15 years ago

while we were still dating her husband

had just passed away about a year

previously but she'd been going down to

the library for volunteering exercising

and socialization this was in the winter

so her walk back when while it was

getting dark the library closed at five

and then there were some extra things to

do before everyone could actually leave

and on this particular night she turned

down a ride home from another volunteer

because dammit she needed to stay in

shape now her house was about a mile

away through some lightly wooded area in

South Texas and she was about halfway

home when she notices someone is behind

her he's walking the same direction and

gaining on her which in itself isn't all

that odd she's old and thus not

particularly fast but in this case he

seems vaguely sinister they keep walking

pretty soon he's right behind her then

he falls into paste just staying behind

her now she knows that something is up

but she's almost home she can see the

top of her driveway coming up and she

leaves her lights on so to look like

someone's home she just needs to make it

another hundred and fifty yards than 100

all that time she said he was so close

she could feel his breath on her neck

maybe 50 yards to go and it happens

strong hand on her shoulder okay please

don't turn around and hand over your

purse or I'll can cut she stops for a

second takes one big step forward turns

around and shoots the guy in the neck

with a 38 she kept in her purse it is

Texas the guy spent the next five years

in a prison hospital before he died of

complications my wife's grandmother

passed away last year up to the end she

lamented she pulled the trigger too soon

my late husband would have been invaded

to know that I missed

this next story takes place in China

where loose guidelines allowed a shading

landlord who wanted to claro an entire

village to do so by bullying and

tormenting everyone who lived there so

put yourself in the shoes of 38 year-old

shen jing who along with the rest of his

village was given an ultimatum to leave

his home or there'd be trouble

eventually 70 of the 100 families in

Shems village gave in and moved and was

so few holdouts that threats only

escalated a gang of men mysteriously

appeared and began harassing and beating

people in the street one day when shens

wife went out to buy some instant

noodles a gang of 30 to 50 men blocked

her way of the house and shoved her down

which understandably pissed Shen odd I

should mention at this point that Shen

will the devoted kungfu van which

inspired Shannon his son to transform

into a tornado of kung Fu's news that

knocked the ever-loving crap out of

several of the thugs and scaring the

crap out of the rest unfortunately

nobody thought to fire up a video camera

during the fight itself but you can see

the aftermath in this video which shows

Shen calmly sitting in front of his

house surrounded by comatose heaps that

used to be his attackers while there as

yet unseen you thrusted him maintaining

a minimum distance of ten feet at all

times a few minutes later the police

showed up and promptly urged him to sign

the shit out of the papers his landlord

had sent warning him that he could be

arrested for assault

sadat calm was cleaning up his shop when

a guy walked in and shoved a gun against

his head unfortunately for this criminal

Khan was no stranger robberies and he

gave zero fucks the criminal screened

and cons face and demanded he emptied

the stores register swearing to God that

he'd kill him dead like so hard Khan

showing only slight annoyance at the

possibility of having his brains are

rated carefully explained you're

swearing to God and you have a gun in

your hand doesn't make any sense to me

if you believe in God you shouldn't be

holding a gun at my face see you better

leave now the criminal who I should

stress had a gun was not fazed by this

because a Khan was a 49 year old Indian

man who probably weighed 100 pounds

soaking wet and B he had a damn gun upon

coming to the conclusion that the robber

wasn't going to leave even despite his

amazing speech Khan's troll to the

counter and grabbed a handful of chili

powder which you'll note is absolutely

not money and threw it in the criminals

faced and then punched him with the

chili laced fist for good measure now if

you ever touched your eyes or anything

else after handling chili powder you can

imagine the criminals immense pain which

was hopefully only compounded by the

punch to the face and the resulting

shame he felt his ear and balling out of

the store while Khan chased him the best

part though was Khan's reaction as he

claimed he was in a hero he was just a

guy trying to run a store

you

robbing a bank is never as glamorous as

it looks in the movies but at least in

real life you don't have to worry about

some muscle-bound action movie hero

busting in and slapping your shit to the

ground that is unless your name is

Matthew Rogers and you decided of a bank

that Eddie People's Army Staff Sergeant

an Iraq war veteran happens to be

visiting the moronic criminal walked

into a bank of america in Sarasota

Florida and pulled out a gun otherwise

known as strike one and proceeded to

wave it around and point it at random

people in the bank people's and his two

sons initially laughed at Rogers

thinking that the robbery was a joke but

to confirm his seriousness Rogers then

pointed the gun at people and his

children strike two upon detecting the

start to his kids people went straight

into papabear mode constructing a

barricade around them from some nearby

chairs and then he switched over from

fatherly instinct to army instinct

Rogers had the bank tellers for a

grocery bag with money and on his way

out he warned that the big black guy

shouldn't try to stop him and if he did

the kid will get it Rogers added

gesturing with the gun toward people's

sons strike three people could not let

that pass Rogers fled the building and

ran to his car people followed before

Rogers could speed away people's jumped

into his van and blocked him in

realizing that he was stuck between a

rock and a hard place Rogers being

moronic criminal decided that the only

appropriate course of action was to try

and carjack people van and flee the

scene the second Roger put the gun to

people's head he twisted it right out of

his hand and introduced him to

lady cement people's stepped over Rogers

and back into the bank where his oldest

son asked did you get the bad man

people's response yep I got the bad man

to which the bank erupted into applause

oh and Rogers gun the criminals gun the

one he used to rob the bank turned out

to be a realistic toy

Solid Food for Baby: What and When - Duration: 8:19.

Hi, everybody. It's Katie. Today, Babydoll and I are going to talk about solid food

introduction and how to tell if she's ready. So one of the first ways is.... this.

Is she interested in what you're doing? Is she grabbing at everything in sight?

She is, so we figured she was ready. So stick with us and we're going to talk

about some of the very first things that we gave to her, some of her first

solid foods, and how to prepare them. So the big question is when do I introduce

solid foods to my baby? I think, first and foremost, that's something that you should

probably talk with your pediatrician about. I mean, I think that's always

something. It's always safe. Before you do anything new with the baby,

talk to your pediatrician. Do your research. I think most things out there,

most things that you're going to read on the internet and most pamphlets are

going to tell you right around six months is a safe time to start.

You don't want to start too early because babies' tummies are probably not ready to

deal with solid food. They've got to mature a little bit, although I have heard

of babies starting as early as four months. So again, that's where it's going

to be handy to talk with your pediatrician about what's best for your particular

circumstance. That being said, with both of my daughters, I started right around

six months. That's when I noticed the most interest, so I knew that it was a safe

time. Six months is a safe time per my pediatrician. So I knew it was safe,

and I was starting to notice there is a lot of interest from the little ones.

So I'm holding the baby and I'm eating food, and they're kind of going like this.

Each bite I put in my mouth, and their mouth is kind of like "Heh. Heh."

Kind of like that. So when they start to notice that you're doing

something like eat, and they want to be a part of it, that's a good time to think,

"Okay, well, maybe we should start to introduce solid foods." Or in the case of

my youngest, if I'm in the kitchen preparing food and she's in the living

room sitting at her bouncer, when she knows I'm in here making food or if I give

her sister a plate of food, she will literally start screeching at me.

And it's not a distressed cry. It's a "Hey, I want in on that action." So those

are probably some pretty good signs. If they start grabbing at your fork while

you're eating or they're watching you or they're yelling at you while you're making

food, those are all good signs that they're probably ready to start trying

stuff out. The first thing I want to talk to you about as far as solid food

introduction is a pear. One of the main reasons that pears was on the list of our

starter foods is because it kind of helps with aiding digestion and doesn't cause

constipation. Apples, you would think, you know, apples is one of those things that

everybody is like, "Oh, start with apples or homemade applesauce." And that's fun,

and I didn't really know that with my first one. I didn't know that it actually

can kind of cause things to slow down in their little tummies.

And so that's one of the reasons that you start with pears,

is because it helps move things along. So what you want to do with the pear is you

want to peel it and then chop it in four and core it. Make sure you get all the

junk out. And then you're going to put it in your steamer over here,

and you're going to steam it until soft. And if you want it a little chunkier,

you can do that. Or if you want to start with a true puree, then you can go ahead

and steam it all the way down until it's really soft. Don't throw away your pear

water because another thing that we're going to talk about today is millet in

lieu of rice cereal. But you can use the water that you use to steam your pears

to cut with the millet because it's going to need water, so you could use that.

So you're getting the little bit of nutrients there from the steamed-down pear

water, and then you're also putting your liquid in there, so it's like two birds

with one stone. So yeah, that's what we're going to start with.

And I'm going to go ahead and get that all set up. We'll be right back.

♪ [music] ♪

Okay, guys. So the next thing I want to talk about on our solid-food introduction

for babies is millet. It's a grain, and you can kind of see it here.

Little, tiny, yellow, circular grain. It's a gluten-free grain. I like it.

I chose to go with millet because it's gluten-free and it has more nutritional

value than just plain white rice cereal. And the other thing is I've noticed,

at least with my first, was when I started introducing solid food, their little

tummies have to figure out what to do with that. And so if you have a regular,

every-day pooper, it's probably going to slow down and you're probably going to

notice your baby is going to stop pooping. And that's kind of scary when you're

Mama and your baby just stops pooping. So anyway, that's why I didn't go with

rice and decided to go with something like millet is because it's not quite as

binding and it's a little bit more nutritious. However, I will tell you,

whatever carb you want to give your baby, do some research and do what you're most

comfortable with. I like millet. You might not. There's other options, but I decided

to go with millet. So for the millet preparation, I have a Baby Bullet.

It's made by the Magic Bullet, and I love it. But I have the Baby Bullet here,

and this is the little container we'll use. And you'll notice the type of blade.

This is actually designed for grains and for breaking them down. And so what you're

going to do is you're going to dump however much millet you want in here

and put it in here. Push the button. Get it going until you get a fine powder.

And I'll show you a picture or a video, whichever one we can fit in there.

I'll show you how it works and what it's going to look like. And then you're going

to prepare it pretty much just like you would rice cereal. You're going to take

your powder out of here. And like we talked about a few minutes ago, if you

save your pear water, then you can use that to cook your millet with. So that's

going to be the preparation for the millet. Another thing I want to talk about

is avocadoes. I probably don't need to convince many of you about the nutritional

benefits of avocado because I think it's pretty well known, but see for yourself.

Google it if you'd like. But avocadoes are a pretty great thing to start with.

I think that's actually the very first thing my oldest daughter had. And I think

actually it's the first thing that my youngest had as well, just because it's

easy, it's soft, they're delicious, and they're pretty full of nutrients. They're

good for you. Good fats. And that's another thing that you want, too,

as you're starting to introduce solid foods is you want to make sure you

have healthy fats for your baby. So the preparation for avocadoes is pretty

simple. All you're really going to do is chop it open, take the seed, throw it

away, scoop out the contents, and put it on a plate and mash it up. I added salt

because I'm in the camp of "Why feed your baby boring food?" But you can do whatever

you want. That's, again, another preference. But I added salt and they both

really like avocadoes, which is awesome because as my oldest has kind of gone

through her picky-eating stuff, I could always get her to eat avocado. So I don't

feel so bad because I can get something green on her plate. So avocadoes,

I'm a huge fan of avocadoes.

That's it, guys. Thanks so much for tuning in and watching our video today.

In fact, it was the worst numbers since the Q1 of 2010.

Analysts say the carmaker fared pretty well in the domestic market.

In contrast, Hyundai's sales in China dropped almost by half since last month,... when Beijing

Well I absolutely love it I can do

things that I really have a passion about.

What's the best thing for me? It's not

I've been able to travel and to care for family,

Being able to play with my boat.

What made you decide to retire?

I planned it. I was a nurse,

I guess it just of happened I suppose. I got to the stage

Thinking of retiring, I thought how can I retire

because this is what I've done all my life.

Well I was a family carer

so when all that finished, then I could

live my life.

What's your biggest challenge with managing money?

My biggest worry is that I'll live

That it will run out before I do.

I say, technology.

That does throw me a bit,

If I have a problem with the computer.

I still feel a lack of helpful knowledge and

understanding of finances.

I do have some savings and I'm very

careful with it. I pay cash as I go and

of what I'm doing.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Give it a lot more thought, I'd never

really thought about it

until it actually happened,

then it was probably too late.

Probably too many people are like myself that when it

happened, it happened, and then you had

to make the best of what there was at the time,

Well I would say that you really have to have a

The Fourth Phase of Water — What You Don't Know About Water, and - Duration: 18:15.

The Fourth Phase of Water What You Dont Know About Water, and Really Should

Water is clearly one of the most important factors for your health especially when

you consider that your body actually consists of over 99 percent water molecules! I sincerely

believe water is a really underappreciated part of the equation of optimal health.

Ive previously interviewed Dr. Gerald Pollack, who is one of the leading premier research

scientists in the world when it comes to understanding the physics of water, and what it means to

your health.

Besides being a professor of bioengineering at the University of Washington, hes also

the founder and editor-in-chief of a scientific journal called Water, and has published many

peer-reviewed scientific papers on this topic. Hes even received prestigious awards from

the National Institutes of Health.

His book, The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor, is a phenomenal

read that is easy to understand even for the non-professional.

It clearly explains the theory of the fourth phase of water, which is nothing short of

ground-breaking. The fourth phase of water is, in a nutshell, living water.

Its referred to as EZ water EZ standing for exclusion zone which has a negative

charge. This water can hold energy, much like a battery, and can deliver energy too.

For years, Dr. Pollack had researched muscles and how they contract, and it struck him as

odd that the most common ideas about muscle contraction do not involve water, despite

the fact that muscle tissue consists of 99 percent water molecules.

How could it be that 99 percent of the molecules were ignored? How could it be that muscle

contracts without involving the water in some way? These questions help catalyze his passionate

investigation into water.

So You Think You Understand Water?

Gilbert Ling, who was a pioneer in this field, discovered that water in human cells is not

ordinary water (H2O), but something far more structured and organized.

I began to think about water in the context of biology: if water inside the cell was ordered

and structured and not bulk water or ordinary water as most biochemists and cell biologists

think, then it is really important, Dr. Pollack says.

Dr. Pollacks book also touches on some of the most basic features of water, many

of which are really not understood. For example, how does evaporation take place?

Why does a tea kettle whistle? Also, despite the fact that conventional science tells us

freezing is supposed to occur at zero degrees Celsius, experiments show that it can freeze

in many different temperatures down to minus 50 degrees Celsius.

Theres actually no one single freezing point for water! Other experiments show that

the boiling point of 100 degrees Celsius (or 212 degrees Fahrenheit) does not always hold

true either.

Theres a famous website1 put together by a British scientist, Martin Chaplin. Martin

lists numerous anomalies associated with water, Dr. Pollack says. In other words, things

that shouldnt be according to what we know about water

The more anomalies we have, the more we begin to think that maybe theres something fundamental

about water that we really dont know. Thats the core of what Im trying to do. In our

laboratory at the University of Washington, weve done many experiments over the last

decade. These experiments have clearly shown the existence of this additional phase of

water.

The reason this fourth phase of water is called the exclusion zone or EZ is because the first

thing Dr. Pollacks team discovered is that it profoundly excludes things. Even small

molecules are excluded from EZ water.

Surprisingly, EZ water appears in great abundance, including inside most of your cells. Even

your extracellular tissues are filled with this kind of water.

The Water in Your Cells Give Them Their Negative Charge

Other inherent differences between regular water and EZ water include its structure.

Typical tap water is H2O but this fourth phase is not H2O; its actually H3O2.

Its also more viscous, more ordered, and more alkaline than regular water, and its

optical properties are different. The refractive index of EZ water is about 10 percent higher

than ordinary water.

Its density is also about 10 percent higher, and it has a negative charge (negative electrical

potential). This may provide the answer as to why human cells are negatively charged.

Dr. Pollack explains:

Everybody knows that the cell is negatively charged. If you insert an electrode into any

of your cells, youll measure a negative electrical potential. The textbook says that

the reason for this negative electrical potential has something to do with the membrane and

the ion channels in the membrane.

Oddly, if you look at a gel that has no membrane, you record much the same potential 100

millivolts or 150 millivolts negative. The interior of the cell is much like a gel. Its

kind of surprising that something without a membrane yields the same electrical potential

as the cell with a membrane.

That raises the question: where does this negativity come from? Well, I think the negativity

comes from the water, because the EZ water inside the cell has a negative charge.

The same is true of the gelthe EZ water in the gel confers negativity. I think the

cells are negatively charged because the water inside the cell is mainly EZ water and not

neutral H2O.

What Creates or Builds EZ Water?

One of the greatest surprises is that the key ingredient to create EZ water is light,

i.e. electromagnetic energy, whether in the form of visible light, ultraviolet (UV) wavelengths

and infrared wavelengths, which were surrounded by all the time.

Infrared is the most powerful, particularly at wavelengths of approximately three micrometers,

which is all around you. The EZ water can build on any hydrophilic or water-loving surface

when infrared energy is available.

It builds by adding layer upon layer of EZ water, and can build millions of molecular

layers. This is how it occurs in nature. For example, ice doesnt form directly from

ordinary H2O.

It goes from regular water to EZ water to ice. And when you melt it, it goes from ice

to EZ water to regular water. So EZ water is an intermediate state.

Glacial melt is a perfect way to get EZ water. And a lot of people have known that this water

is really good for your health, Dr. Pollack says.

Testing water samples using a UV-visible spectrometer, which measures light absorption at different

wavelengths, Dr. Pollack has discovered that in the UV region of 270 nanometers, just shy

of the visible range, the EZ actually absorbs light.

The more of the 270 nanometer light the water absorbs, the more EZ water the sample contains.

EZ water appears to be quite stable. This means it can hold the structure, even if you

leave it sitting around for some time.

Water samples from the river Ganges and from the Lourdes in France have been measured,

showing spikes in the 270 nanometer region, suggesting these holy waters contain

high amounts of EZ water. According to Dr. Pollack, theres compelling evidence that

EZ water is indeed lifesaving

EZ Cellular Water Helps Explain Health Benefits of Light and Heat Therapies

Heating equates to applying infrared energy, and Dr. Pollack has found that if you apply

infrared, the EZ water builds and doesnt diminish. The implications of this are profound

when you consider the health benefits of sitting in an infrared sauna, for example.

Essentially, one of the reasons why infrared saunas make you feel so good is because your

bodys cells are deeply penetrated by infrared energy, which builds and stores EZ water.

The same goes for light therapy, spending time in the sun, and laser therapy.

There are various kinds of light therapy using different wavelengths. We found that all wavelengths

some in particular of light, even weak light, build EZ. If EZ is critical for

the health of your cells, which I think is clear, these therapies have a distinct physical

chemical basis, Dr. Pollack explains.

EZ water also provides a mechanism that explains other biological mysteries. For example, Dr.

Pollack describes another fascinating finding that further bolsters our understanding of

the mechanism of action behind the health benefits of something as simple as exposing

your body to the light and heat of the sun:

We found that if we put a simple tube, like a straw, made of hydrophilic material, in

water theres water flow through the tube at high speed. This happens spontaneously.

But it shouldnt happen spontaneously.

The common idea is that if you want to drive fluid through a pipe or tube, you need to

apply pressure. But we have no pressure here. Theres no pressure difference between the

input and output. But flow builds up spontaneously, and it keeps going.

Recently, we found that if we add light, the flow goes faster. It means that light has

a particular effect; especially ultraviolet light, but other wavelengths as well. It speeds

up the flow.

We think that somehow the exclusion zones (EZs) are involved because inside those tubes,

theres a little annular ring of exclusion zone, and inside that is an area full of protons

It seems that the exclusion zone and the pressure of these protons are driving the flow.

Now, lets apply these mechanisms to your body. Your capillaries receive radiant energy

from outside all the time. Energy is also received from the inside of your body, as

metabolic reactions continuously generate heat or infrared.

So the question is, is it possible that the flow of blood occurring through your capillaries

is automatically enhanced by exposure to light? It appears the answer may be yes

This is an important issue because the capillaries are puzzling, Dr. Pollack says.

Theyre so small. Some of the capillaries are smaller in diameter than the red blood

cells that pass through them. Any competent engineer would never build a pipe thats

smaller than the junk thats supposed to go through. But nature, apparently, has done

that

Now, that means theres a lot of resistance. You need something to push those red blood

cells through One possibility is that the flow in your capillaries is aided by this

kind of radiant energy Were starting to test this Its possible that your

cardiovascular system is assisted by radiant energy in the same way that the flow in the

tubes is assisted by radiant energy.

One of the more interesting healing modalities Ive been exploring lately is the use of

a high-powered laser. The K-Laser also has frequencies in the infrared range, which can

deeply penetrate tissue.

This kind of laser therapy has shown to provide profound healing for many painful injuries

in a very short amount of time sometimes just minutes of treatment.

While the benefits of laser therapy are thought to be due to its action on mitochondrial activity,

it may very well be that the benefits are also related to recharging your damaged

cells EZ water, as well as promoting increased capillary blood flow.

EZ water in your body also plays a role is in hyperbaric medicine, which is also good

for injuries. In that case, your tissues are exposed to high oxygen under pressure.

The results are in. We think we understand the mechanism as to why hyperbaric oxygen

is so effective for wound healing EZ water has a higher density than bulk water.

If you take H2O and you put it under pressure, it should give you H3O2 because the EZ structure

is denser than the H2O. We did the experiments and we found, indeed, thats the case. If

you put H2O under pressure, you get more EZ water.

The same goes for oxygen. EZ also has more oxygen than H2O, and when you increase oxygen

content, you get more EZ water. So, hyperbaric treatment builds EZ water in your body, particularly

in injured areas where EZ water is needed.

Alkalinity and Your Bodys Negative Charge May Be Critical for Health

I personally drink vortexed water nearly exclusively as I became a big fan of Viktor Schauberger

who did much pioneering work on vortexing about a century ago.

Dr. Pollack found that by creating a vortex in a glass of water, youre putting more

energy into it, thereby increasing EZ. According to Dr. Pollack, virtually ANY energy put into

the water seems to create or build EZ water.

We have looked at acoustic energy that seems to effect some change in the water. Were

still not sure exactly what. Vortexed water puts enormous energy into the water. There

are several groups in Europe studying this phenomenon right now.

As mentioned earlier, EZ water is alkaline and carries a negative charge. Maintaining

this state of alkalinity and negative charge appears to be important for optimal health.

Drinking water can be optimized in a variety of different ways, by injecting light energy

or physical energy into the water by vortexing, for example. This is fairly easy using magnets.

Reversing the vortex every few seconds may even create more energy.

Clearly, more research needs to be done in this area, but some is already underway. My

own R&D team is working on a careful study in which we use vortexed water to grow sprouts,

to evaluate the vitality and effectiveness of the water.

As for a natural source of EZ water for drinking, an ideal source is glacial melt. Unfortunately,

this is extremely inaccessible for most people. Another good source is water from deep sources,

such as deep spring water.

The deeper the better, as EZ water is created under pressure. Natural spring water is another

excellent way to obtain this type of water and you can use FindaSpring.com2 to help you

find one close to you.

Besides optimizing the water you drink, you can help generate an electron surplus, or

support this negative charge within your body, simply by connecting to the Earth, which also

has a negative charge.

This is the basis of the earthing or grounding technique, which has been shown to have significant

health benefits by allowing the transfer of negatively charged electrons from the ground

into the soles of your feet.

In a sense, its as though your cells are built like batteries that are naturally recharged

by spending time outdoors whether sunny or overcast, and walking barefoot, connecting

to the negative charge of the earth!

If you have an organ thats not functioning well for example, its lacking that

negative charge then the negative charge from the earth and [drinking] EZ water

can help restore that negativity. Ive become convinced that this negative charge is

critical for healthy function, Dr. Pollack says.

What Your Sleep Position Says About Your Relationship - Duration: 4:05.

What Your Sleep Position Says About Your Relationship.

We all sleep, but did you know that the way you sleep says a lot about who we are as individuals?

The most important thing here is not the position in which they cuddle before going to sleep

or the one that they take right after they fell asleep.

The position they sleep in all night long and wake up in the morning is the only one

that really matters.

We have decided to create this fun guide to sleeping positions for couples that hopefully

will give you a better understanding of your relationship.

The 'Honeymoon Hug' position.

This position tends to occur if the couple has just started dating or had to spend some

time apart from each other.

The position is also popular among married couples if their family life is still passionate

and full of tenderness and love.

The 'Dialogue' position.

This position is very common among those partners who maintain a strong connection between each

other but still need to spend more time together and to communicate more often.

The 'Stargazing' position.

Both partners sleep on their backs.

Usually, one person is laying on their back while the other rests their head on their

partner's shoulder, making him or her the more dependent one.

This couple has great chemistry, but sometimes one of them finds it a little uncomfortable

being forced to take the other one's point of view (and in this case, position) into

consideration.

The 'Sweetheart's Cradle' position.

This position is very similar to the previous one, although it's much more intimate.

This one is very common among couples that aren't afraid to constantly show their feelings;

they're very tender and care a lot about each other.

The position typically means that the man is more bossy and domineering in the relationship.

The 'I Cherish You' position.

These couples are usually very happy and genuinely enjoy their relationships.

The position reflects mutual respect of personal space.

And their touching backs are more proof that it's highly important for them to feel their

partner's presence nearby.

The 'Liberty' position.

This position may show that a couple went to bed right after they had a big fight.

However, there is an alternative explanation: both partners are probably very independent,

self-centered individuals who require a lot of personal space.

The 'King of the Bed' position.

Partners who tend to spread themselves all over the bed are usually those who feel the

need to assert themselves rather than show their feelings to their partner.

Their behavior in relationships is often very selfish, which is reflected in their sleeping

habits.

The 'Spoons' position.

This position indicates harmonious and passionate relationships at the same time.

The position is very popular within the first few years of marriage.

The partner behind usually plays a dominant role in such relationships.

The other partner, on the contrary, enjoys the feeling of being protected.

The 'Loose Spoons' position.

Couples choose a very comfortable 'spooning' position but provide each other with more

freedom.

This is one of the most complicated positions with at least two possible interpretations:

The position reflects a relationship without passion at least one of the partners feels

this way.

He or she feels no more need for any physical contact or is simply dissatisfied with his

or her partner.

In the second case, the partner who turns their back provokes the other one into an

expression of feelings and is willing to get more attention.

The 'Leg Hug' position.

The partners prefer not to sleep in close contact with each other, but they casually

touch each other's feet.

Usually, couples sleeping like this share family harmony and mutual trust.

They give each other freedom while keeping a small 'bridge' to touch and feel each other

even at night.
