HEY TRIPPSTERS

13 reasons why

Tape 5

Side A

Spoiler alert

if you do not wanna know what happens, stop watching now

if you'd like to see the series for yourself

links in the description

you have to go to Netflix .com

because it is a Netflix original

you can also get the book

as in, the kind you hold

or the audiobook

ok

here we go

tape 5

side A

is about

Clay Jenson

now, whether you're reading the book, listening to the book, or watching the series

you all know

Clay Jenson

is the star, sort of

of this whole thing

this is the tape we've all been waiting for

ok

and this one makes the least sense of any tape

before or after it

because Hannah actually tells him on the tape

Clay

you do not belong

on these tapes

ok

so what did he do

he didn't do anything

ok, shouldn'ta been on the tapes in the first place

and i'm not being sarcastic

i'm being serious

he actually didn't do anything

she sneaks out of the house one night, cause she's grounded

she;s not suppose to be leaving'

she sneaks out after her parents go to sleep

to go to a party

now, why

no it's not just cause she's a teenager

it's because she knows that CLay is gonna be there

she is fascinated with guy

and wants to get to know him better

well thats really sweet

ok, because all she;s ever heard

about CLay

are good things

every thing she's ever heard has been something good

and she wants to get to know him

yes they did go to school together

and yes they did work together, at least for one summer

at the theater

but she doesn't really know him, and she wants to get to know him on a personal level

so she goes to the party

ok, yes they do meet at the party, and they start talking

now

i'm including one of these details, because it refers to something later

they go in, not together, they show up at different times

but then they meet

any they start talking

and they grab a beer

and they go sit down on the couch

there's a couple next to them, on the couch

drunker than Cooter Brown

yes i just said it

and the girl keeps bumping in to Hannah

so to give that couple more space, they get up off the couch

they continue talking

and they go and find a quieter place

in a doorway

and

she kisses him

ok

and then they go further into the bedroom and shut the door

i know what you're thinking,.. no , that's not what happened

no no they didn't go that far

they just kiss

and they keep kissing

and it's really nice

and Clay is tickled to death, because

he's always had a thing for her and he wants to get to know her

now the problem is, they're both scared

he's scared, if he gets to know her

he'll find out the rumrs are true

she's scared that

he's gonna turn out to be not the nice guy everybody says he is

ok, so

now, while they're

kissing

they end up on the bed

No nothing happens

but while they're kissing

She starts thinking about Justin

the guy from the first tape

and how that situation turned out

and then she just can't kiss clay anymore

so she pushes him away, and tells him no, stop

ok

he starts

to talk to her

and she tells him to leave

just Get out

and she burries her face in the pillow

and then he starts to talk to her again and she just screams at him

ok so, he gets up off the bed and

he leaves the room

now it takes him forever to leave the room

because he's hoping against all hope

that she'll she'll say wait, no don't , don't go

but she doesn't say that

so he finally leaves

and then she's left there, in the bedroom, by herself and

she slides down off the bed

and just

you know

hugs her knees up to herself andjust sits there and cries

that's it. that is Clay's whole entire story

no he actually didn't do anything wrong

and no he shouldn't have been, on these tapes

so, you know, there you go

so, well, let's see, my opinion

no he didn't do anything wrong

no hannah did not need to be upset with him, No hannah was not actually upset with him

she just wanted him to know

she couldn't tell her story without including him

because she was so fascinated with him

because hes the reason she went to that party

and because so many other things happened at the party

or surrounding the party

so actually

what happened with clay was no definitely not anything to be upset over

and there you go, that's tape 5 side A

that is gonna do it for now

this is

FINALLY A REASONABLE BOOK HAUL - Duration: 2:24.

Hello! Zuko here, and for the first time in my BookTube career I have an actual, reasonable book haul!

It's like 4 books. That's incredible.

The first book that I have here is Zeroes by Chuck Wendig. It is a thriller, hacker kind of novel, I believe.

It was on discount at Chapters so I kind of had to buy it because if you buy a book for like $8

and you don't like it you don't really feel bad when you have to donate it because it sucked.

If it sucked. I don't know if this is going to be any good but, y'know, I've never read a hacker book before so it might be good.

The next book I have is Golden Son by Pierce Brown. This is the second book in the Red Rising trilogy.

I bought the first one a haul or two back and when this one went on discount at Chapters I wanted to pick it up

so that if I finished the first one and liked it, I'd already have the second one.

Thirdly I have Vengeance Road by Erin Bowman. I'm not going to lie, this is kind of a cover buy,

but I wanted quite a long time to actually buy it. I remember seeing this when it first came out

and I was like "Wow, that is a gorgeous cover!" Like, look at it, it's beautiful!

It's even pretty nice looking under the dust jacket. It's just got this little gold lettering.

But this is a young adult Western, I believe, and I've never seen one of those before. So it seems interesting.

and I am excited to read it. I believe there is a sequel coming out in like November, but I could be wrong.

So yeah, I hope to read this soon. Maybe. And then I could give you my thoughts on it.

That'd be exciting. I COULD DO A BOOK REVIEW!

And lastly, it is not a "book book", but I have Siege: Battlefield, from Marvel.

Let me read out these authors because there are a lot of them.

There is Kieron Gillen, Brian Reed, Christos N. Gage, Sean McKeever and Jonathan Hickman.

There are also a bunch of artists, I'm sorry to the artists because I'm not shouting you out.

But I was collecting the Siege story arc so when I saw this one cheap on Amazon I picked it up.

Now, I know these are not books. Believe me, I am well aware.

But because this haul is so short I wanted to show you something else that I have obtained this month

And that would be these sheep! I love them! They're so soft!

Like, look at them! They're so cute and I love them.

I've named this one Old Baby Gus and this one is Gregory Hamilton

they are named after characters in Drawfee's Drawga, which I will link maybe

so that someone else will watch it and be able to talk about it with me because none of my friends will watch it.

But yeah, look at my sheep. Look at them.

So yeah, look at my sheep, they're so cute and soft, and I love them.

So that was my April book haul... also sheep haul?

I hope you all enjoyed it, and I will see you whenever I do my next video!

A Two Dose Vaccine For Chicken Pox Now Is Linked To An Epidemic - health - Duration: 8:20.

A Two-Dose Vaccine For Chicken Pox Now Is Linked To An Epidemic Of Shingles

Dr. David Brownstein says that the two-dose vaccine for chicken pox does lower the rate

of that childhood illness.

However, shingles, which is a painful recurrence of chickenpox, mostly in adults, has become

an epidemic that is directly related to the vaccine.

Shingles is far more serious and life-threatening than chicken pox.

The bottom line is that billions of dollars are spent on vaccinating children to reduce

the rate of a relatively mild childhood disease only to make them more susceptible to the

same virus as adults causing serious illness (more medical bills) and even death.

Big Pharma wins at both ends of the cycle.

 GEG

When I was a child, nearly everybody became ill with chickenpox.

Like nearly all kids, when I became ill with it, I stayed home from school about a week

and fully recovered.

All that changed in 1995, when the FDA licensed and approved the live attenuated chickenpox

(varicella) vaccine in persons aged >12 months.

After the vaccine began to be used by most children, the incidence of chickenpox rapidly

declined.

However, due to continual outbreaks of chickenpox, a second dose of the chickenpox vaccine was

added to the childhood immunization schedule in 2006.

Is the chickenpox vaccine effective at significantly lowering the incidence of chickenpox?

Yes.

Due to the vaccine, there is a significantly lowered incidence of chickenpox.

However, the most important question to ask is, Has the chickenpox vaccine (along with

the other 70 doses of vaccines given) improved the lives of our children and the rest of

the population?

The answer to that question is easy: No.

Yes, our children have less chickenpox due to the vaccine.

However, shingles, a painful reoccurrence of chickenpox, has become an epidemic illness

affecting both children and adults.

The rapidly increased incidence of shingles is directly related to the use of the chickenpox

vaccine.

You see, we need chickenpox circulating in the environment to tweak our immune systems

in order to stay alert.

With the effectiveness of the chickenpox vaccine, our immune systems are no longer stimulated

with the varicella virus (the virus that causes both chickenpox and shingles) which allows

the reactivation of the chickenpox virus shingles to develop.

Studies have shown that we spend more money treating shingles than the savings due to

the lowered rate of chickenpox.

And, shingles can develop into a chronic, debilitating disease and can cause death.

I keep hearing the mantra that vaccines are safe and effective.

That is simply not true.

Vaccines are associated with a host of adverse effects.

In the case of the chickenpox vaccine, a recent study looked at the adverse effects of this

therapy.

The study concluded, We identified no new or unexpected safety concerns for the second-dose

varicella vaccine. (1)

However, when the entire study is read, a different picture is formed.

The authors found 14,641 reports (from 2006-2014) to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System

(VAERS) after the second dose of the chickenpox vaccine.

VAERS is a voluntary reporting system designed to collect information about adverse effects

from vaccinations.

It is estimated that only 1-10% of all vaccine-related adverse effects are reported to VAERS since

it is a voluntary system.

(2)

TOP 6 Reasons NOT to Vaccinate Your Children

Since it is a voluntary system, there is no doubt that VAERS underestimates the adverse

effects due to vaccines.

I would venture a guess that most doctors who administer vaccines are unaware of VAERS.

I know that is true from quizzing many doctors about whether they are aware of VAERS.

According to the study, 3% of the adverse reactions were classified as serious.

Serious adverse reactions included anaphylaxis (83), meningitis (5), encephalitis inflammation

of the brain (16), cellulitis (52), chickenpox (6), shingles (6), and death (7).

Keep in mind that only 1-10% of all adverse reactions to vaccines are thought to be reported

to VAERS.

So, the numbers of adverse reactions may be multiplied by 10-100 to achieve the true numbers.

The CDC estimates that around 100 people died per year due to chickenpox infection before

the vaccine.

However, the vast majority of those that died had other serious medical issues.

When you factor in the under-reporting to VAERS, the chickenpox vaccine does not look

so good.

In fact, it is a perfect example of the metaphor, Robbing Peter to pay Paul.

There is no question that the chickenpox vaccine has lowered the incidence of chickenpox.

However, the vaccine is not 100% safe as the studys data shows.

However, the real problem with the vaccine is that it does not provide life-long immunity.

Therefore, it is logical to assume that we have created a whole generation of young adults

who have received the chickenpox vaccine who are not immune to chickenpox.

The benefit of getting natural chickenpox infection as a child is that the child is

immune for life; not so with the vaccine.

Furthermore, a real danger of chickenpox occurs in pregnant mothers and newborn children.

Chickenpox in the first trimester of pregnancy can cause congenital varicella syndrome characterized

by birth defects.

A newborn baby is particularly vulnerable to serous effects from becoming ill with chickenpox.

A mother that had a natural infection with chickenpox would normally pass short-term

immunity to prevent the infection to her newborn baby.

The protection of her baby against chickenpox does not occur in a woman immunized with chickenpox

as this passive transfer of immunity does not occur with vaccination.

We would have been better off letting over 95% of our children become ill and recovering

from chickenpox.

These children would have life-long protection against chickenpox and there would be no worry

about congenital varicella syndrome or their newborn children becoming ill with chickenpox.

Folks, we have a mess on our hands.

We have immunized our children against a disease that they did not need to be immunized against.

There are many studies showing that the immune system is healthier when exposed to and recovers

from common childhood illnesses like chicken pox (and measles).

Now, because of the chickenpox vaccine, we have an epidemic of shingles and a young population

that is not fully immune to chickenpox.

And, as I showed your earlier, the vaccine is not 100% safe.

If I knew my children were going to get chickenpox next week, would I recommend the vaccination?

No way.

I would ensure that they were nutritionally sound, eating a healthy diet and fully hydrated.

Then, if they became ill, I would have them stay home from school to rest and I would

take care of them until they recovered.

And, I would use a lot of vitamin C. After recovering from the illness, my daughters

would not have to fear becoming sick with chickenpox when they are pregnant.

There is a risk/benefit ratio for every choice in health care.

In the case of the chickenpox vaccine, I think the long-term risk is too high with the chickenpox

vaccine.

The chickenpox vaccine mess should never have occurred.

How to include and display a lyric video in Ableton Live - Duration: 5:03.

Are you already using Ableton Live as a

part of your worship sets, but you're

wanting to add a video—maybe like a

lyric video that has to lock in with

that arrangement, so beat for beat and

word for word it matches with what the

band is doing? Well, adding video to

Ableton Live is actually a lot simpler

than you might be thinking. Hey it's Dave

Dolphin at practicalworshipblog.com,

sharing ideas, tips and practical advice

for the everyday worship leader.

Recently got a question from Benjamin

Reid, and he said this. Hi Dave. We're

about to try triggering video from

Ableton for the first time. I have no

clue how to do this. What's a good

starting point? Well Benjamin, thank you

so much for the question. It's actually a

really good question, and incorporating

video into Ableton Live is actually a

lot less complicated than you might be

thinking, because Ableton treats a video

file just like it does an audio file.

All the things you can do with audio you

can do with video. This is the

computer over here that we use to run

our tracks on a Sunday morning, and when

we drag in a video file it just goes on

the timeline in the arrangement mode, in

the horizontal mode, and you can see the

waveform of the audio of that video, line it

up where you need to so it matches the

arrangement of the song you're doing. If

you need to use the warp feature in

Ableton—let's say that the lyric

video is at 76 BPM but your

band likes to do the song at 78 BPM—you

just set that up like you

would anything else and it's really,

really easy. If you want to do the chorus

again—let's say you do the chorus one

extra time than what's in the lyric

video—you just snip it and copy and

paste like you would and provided that

the motion doesn't seem too jarring in

the actual video moving things around

and manipulating it is actually pretty

easy. So when you drag the video file

into your Ableton session or if you open

up an Ableton file that already has a

video linked in it, this little player

window should come up. If it doesn't then

all you need to do is go to "view" and

then go to "video window" and it will pop

up. Now similar to running maybe like a

ProPresenter station, you need to set up

that computer to have two displays. One

display that is like your control panel,

the person can operate it and see all

the controls, and then

you have the screen that is the

presentation side, as far as like what

people see. Like this screen right above

me is the presentation side. If

you have a laptop, this screen right here

is going to be your control panel and

then you might use the port on the side

of your laptop as a second display and

that would be the presentation side. For

our tracks we actually run a Mac Mini,

and so the display side is what's

running this screen right here and then

we also use the HDMI port on the back of

the Mac Mini to run to the switcher that

goes to this screen that's right behind

me. So with the two displays set up on

your computer, you just need to take your

video window, drag it over to the second

screen that is your presentation side,

you double-click and you have a lyric video.

Probably a good thing to mention right

here—just like on ProPresenter—you want

to make sure that your your pointer, your

arrow is on the main screen and not over

here on your presentation side. Otherwise

you will see that as you run the lyric

video. Now every time you open that

Ableton file it's going to start with the

video in the window (so not full screen)

and it's going to show that window on

the main screen (so not the second screen,

the presentation slide). As far as I know

there's not a way to make Ableton

default to that video showing on the

second screen in full screen, so what we

do is right before service starts we

just make sure everything is set up, we

drag it over, we test it and then we

leave it. And we don't touch it, and when

service starts you hit spacebar and

you're good to go. Now if you're running

on a Mac and you go full screen on that

second screen and you're still getting

this menu bar, making that disappear is

actually a little bit harder than it

should be. Harder because where you need

to find it in the system preferences is

in a really weird spot. You just need to

launch system preferences, go to Mission

Control, uncheck "displays have separate

spaces," log out, log back in and now your

second display should not have that menu

bar. When you go full screen with the

video, all you see is the video. So that's

how you can run video out of Ableton

like specifically using a lyric video

where lining it up with the

arrangement of the song matters. Here at

Police: Murder of Liberty woman an 'isolated incident' - Duration: 2:32.

Good afternoon, thanks for

joining us. I'm Lauren Wood.

A small neighborhood in Liberty

Township is in shock after a

woman was found

murdered inside a home. The

crime scene now spread out over

three

areas. And an SUV found

abandoned in the

woods.

First News anchor Dave Sess is

following the investigation.

He joins us live now in Liberty

with more details.

[B5]NOON LIVE STORY liberty-LVIN

[B6]NOON LIVE STORY liberty-VO

Police in Liberty are

investigating the death of an

elderly woman found unresponsive

in

a home. Someone called 911 at

about 5:53 a.m. and said they

heard gunshots and a woman

screaming in the area of

Churchill

Drive. Police responded and were

looking into an abandoned SUV

off East Drive. They traced the

registration back to a home on

Churchill Drive where they found

the victim inside the house. The

house is next to the

Liberty Library. Liberty Police

Chief Richard Tisone said there

seemed to be forced entry

through the front door at the

house where the

woman was found. Two crime

scenes have been set up. One on

Churchill Road and one off of

East Drive.

Police are also at the house

across the street, it is unknown

what they are looking

for. The Liberty Police

Department, an

investigator from the

prosecutor's office, Bureau of

Criminal Investigations and

other detectives have been

called out to investigate.

Liberty Police Chief Tisone:

"THIS WAS BASICALLY AN

ISOLATED INCIDENT. IT'S NOT LIKE

WE HAVE A KILLER ON THE

LOOSE SO TO SPEAK. WE'VE GOT

SOME INFORMATION AND

WE EXPECT TO HAVE A POSITIVE

RESOLVE AT SOME POINT IN TIME."

For example, if you were selling a car, you might say.

>> I'd like to get somewhere between 5 to 6,000 for my gently used Honda Accord.

>> You see, range offers are very common.

But, experts have generally assumed they're a terrible idea.

>> Their theory is that the counterparty would ignore the less attractive number

and selectively focus on the number they wanna hear

>> In other words,

you might be better off just asking for

the higher end of the range >> But

since there wasn't a lot of evidence and support of this theory, we thought we'd go

about proving that range offers don't work >> It was just one problem

>> We were wrong.

>> Range offers actually can work, but it depends on how you use them and

what your trying to achieve.

>> Let's examine this further.

Imagine that Daniel is a caterer, being asked to prepare a fancy dinner for

a fundraising gala.

He's hoping to get $75 per person but

he's probably going to have to make some concessions.

So, he'll probably like for something like 100,

but instead of proposing a point off what if he asked for a range?

What if he asked for 100 to 120?

>> Conventional wisdom suggests that the range offer wouldn't matter,

the customer would just ignore the $120 number.

The our research suggests the range would actually lead to a better

negotiation outcome.

So why do range offers work?

Our research revealed two reasons.

>> First, range offers affect what their counterpart thinks about your bottom line.

Because the seller you asked for $100, your counterpart thinks they can

get away with giving you far less than if you asked for 100 to 120.

>> The second reason believe it or not is politeness.

Most people don't wanna be rude, even in a negotiation.

When someone proposes a range offer, they often seem more flexible and

less stubborn.

When someone hears a range offer,

they often feel like it would be rude to not offer some accommodation in return.

So they make a more appealing counter offer.

But there are a few limits you should observe.

A range of about 5 to 25% captures most of the benefits of range offers,

and is seen as normal.

A range wider than 25% doesn't seem to bring any additional benefits, and

risks being seen as, well, weird.

>> Also, if your offer is way above what's reasonable for the good or

service, it doesn't matter if it's a range or not, it will still be seen as too high.

>> Finally, we found that a lot of people aim too low in constructing range offers.

If the single number I had in mind was $100,

I might back down from that number and instead ask for $80 to $100.

>> But that's just starting with a concession.

It's like shooting yourself in the foot.

>> With that, we have two final pieces of advice.

>> First, do your homework.

To make a good offer, you need to know what's weak,

what's ambitious and what's completely unreasonable.

>> Second, when making a range offer, consider linking it to another issue.

As a way of expanding the conversation, for example if a job candidate is asked

what salary she wants, she might say >> I could do somewhere between

$60,000 to $70,000 depending on the overall package including the bonus and

vacation >> That way,

you've shown an interest in understanding your counterpart's needs and

a willingness to work with them >> That's when negotiations work best.

And both parties walk away with the deals that they're happy with.

>> And a counterpart they'd be willing to negotiate with again.
