Do We Really Need to Remove Wisdom Teeth?

For a long time, people needed their wisdom teeth for normal chewing.

They erupt between the ages of 12 to 25, and during this period some doctors recommend

removing them.

But is it really necessary?

1.If theyre healthy (theres no tooth decay, the gums around them arent inflamed).

Fully erupted.

Properly located and not interfering with the normal functioning of the neighboring

teeth.

Theyre easy to clean during daily oral hygiene.

2.Teeth are completely hidden under the gum but cannot erupt.

In this case, they can contribute to the formation of a cyst, which can destroy the roots of

neighboring teeth.

The teeth didnt fully erupt.

Difficulties with their hygiene and, as a result, a large accumulation of bacteria can

lead to various oral cavity diseases.

If theres not enough space for a tooth (adjacent teeth are situated too tightly),

the erupting wisdom tooth risks damaging the neighboring teeth.

If you feel pain in the area of ??a wisdom tooth.

Soft tissues next to the wisdom tooth are often infected.

Tumors are formed.

Theres gum inflammation.

There is tooth decay on the adjacent teeth, and they begin to break.

3.Theres nothing wrong with leaving wisdom teeth if you regularly visit a dentist and

have jaw x-rays.

In this case, you can learn about a possible problem (improper wisdom tooth growth) in

advance and, in order to avoid it, have surgery to remove it.

Doctors recommend doing this as soon as possible because after you turn 25, all the bone tissues

are finally formed, so the teeth are more difficult to remove, and the tissues heal

more slowly.

How the Rockets launched Eric Gordon from 3-point range | NBA Playbook - Duration: 2:24.

What's up guys Dane Carbaugh here your friendly neighborhood sportswriter and today on NBA

Playbook we're looking at one of the 11 3-pointers the Houston Rockets made during

their Game 4 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday.

Let's run it back.

If you watched the game between the Rockets and the Thunder you'll know just how weird

it was, especially there at the end.

But what wasn't weird was how many threes the Rockets got up, including one that came

earlier in the second quarter courtesy of Eric Gordon.

I liked this play because it mixed a couple different actions together and saw Gordon

running round a total of 3 screens just to get an open bucket.

He was squirreling all over the place, so let's look at the tape.

It starts with Patrick Beverley handing the ball off to Clint Capela, then running down

to the corner where Eric Gordon is waiting.

Notice this play starts with all five Rockets players standing right at the 3-point line,

which is something you don't see that often.

The first action is with Beverley running a screen down to the wing for Gordon.

This looks similar to Pistol action, which we've talked about before, only in this

case Beverley isn't dribbling the ball.

When the screen is set, Gordon sticks close and tries to curl hard toward the rim.

At this point, Beverley pops back out to the arc and receives a pass from Capela.

It's at this point that you might expect Gordon to clear the paint so Beverley can

run the pick and roll, but both Rockets big men instead turn to face Gordon in order to

set a stagger screen for him.

It's a little sloppy, but eventually Gordon rounds the screens and moves back toward Beverley

so he can receive the pass, and get the shot up.

Watching the play at full speed, it's a testament to just how committed to the 3-point

shot the Rockets are as they run their sixth man of the year candidate off multiple screens

for one bucket.

The series now heads back to Houston with the Rockets up on the Thunder, 3-1.

Well that's it for me thanks for watching you guys, if you like this video please hit

THE POWER OF HUMAN THOUGHT HOW THE PLACEBO EFFECT ACTUALLY WORKS IN FAVOUR OF YOUR HEALTH - Duration: 12:52.

THE POWER OF HUMAN THOUGHT HOW THE PLACEBO EFFECT ACTUALLY WORKS IN FAVOUR OF YOUR HEALTH

BY KALEE BROWNAPRIL

When I was really young, whenever I felt sick, my grandmother used to make me cinnamon sugar

toast. I felt like I could taste her love with every bite, and by the time I had finished

my toast, my stomachache would have magically disappeared. In hindsight, I recognize that

the dairy in the butter and the refined sugar in the cinnamon blend probably werent helping

my digestive issues, yet somehow this meal always made me feel better. How does this

make any sense? Herein lies the mystery of the placebo effect.

No, science cannot prove that when my grandmother delivered me cinnamon toast with a loving

smile and a giant hug, I instantly felt better, but as a five-year-old child I certainly experienced

that. Though my grandmother may not have realized it, she was likely harnessing the power of

the placebo effect.

What Is the Placebo Effect?

The placebo effect is essentially the idea that your brain can convince your body that

a fake treatment, because it (your brain) thinks its real, can provide real solutions

and stimulate healing in the body. In essence, the placebo effect shows us how powerful our

minds, how powerful our consciousness is, in that we can change our biology using our

beliefs.

Many of you may have played around with the concept You become what you think about

most of the time, meaning your thoughts literally become your reality. Businessmen

like Kevin Trudeau have used it to make billions of dollars, and many people including myself

enjoy witnessing the law of attraction in our everyday lives. However, how does this

work when it comes to our health?

Well, science is starting to realize that, in some cases, a placebo can be equally as

effective as the original treatments themselves.

The placebo effect is more than positive thinking believing a treatment or procedure

will work. Its about creating a stronger connection between the brain and body and

how they work together, says Professor Ted Kaptchuk of Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel

Deaconess Medical Center, who has studied the placebo effect extensively.

However, Kaptchuk believes that the placebo effect can only go so far. Placebos may

make you feel better, but they will not cure you, says Kaptchuk. They have been shown

to be most effective for conditions like pain management, stress-related insomnia, and cancer

treatment side effects like fatigue and nausea.

Its people like Kaptchuk who are challenging the way the scientific community typically

looks at the placebo effect. In the past, placebos have been used in clinical trials,

most often in drug tests, and were typically associated with failure. The mentality was

that if you werent one of the participants who got the drug, you didnt receive the

benefits. Alternatively, if both groups of participants those who received placebo

pills and those who actually took the drug experienced similar effects, then the

drug was deemed ineffective.

However, scientists are now starting to realize that similar reactions may not mean a drug

doesnt work, but rather that the placebo is actually working in a similar fashion.

What if these participants believed they were taking the drug, and thus experienced health

benefits as a result? Experts have concluded that reacting to a placebo doesnt mean

a certain treatment doesnt work, but rather that an alternative, non-pharmacological treatment

may be present.

The Science Behind the Placebo Effect

Though we dont understand how the placebo effect actually works just yet, a Harvard

University article explains that it involves a complex neurobiological reaction that includes

everything from increases in feel-good neurotransmitters, like endorphins and dopamine, to greater activity

in certain brain regions linked to moods, emotional reactions, and self-awareness. All

of it can have therapeutic benefit.

The placebo effect is a way for your brain to tell the body what it needs to feel better,

says Kaptchuk.

When you look at these studies that compare drugs with placebos, there is the entire environmental

and ritual factor at work, explains Kaptchuk. You have to go to a clinic at certain times

and be examined by medical professionals in white coats. You receive all kinds of exotic

pills and undergo strange procedures. All this can have a profound impact on how the

body perceives symptoms because you feel you are getting attention and care.

A study published in Science Translational Medicine that was conducted by Kaptchuk in

2014 tested the placebo effect in relation to migraines. One group of participants took

a migraine drug that had the drugs name listed on it, another group took a placebo

labelled placebo (meaning they were conscious that they were the placebo group),

and a third group took nothing. Shockingly, their findings showed that the placebo was

50% as effective as the actual pain medication after experiencing a migraine, despite the

participants having known who was in the placebo group and who was not.

The researchers concluded that this was largely due to the simple act or ritual of taking

a pill, as its considered to be comforting to people.

People associate the ritual of taking medicine as a positive healing effect, says Kaptchuk.

Even if they know its not medicine, the action itself can stimulate the brain

into thinking the body is being healed.

This is comforting to learn, as this suggests that you yourself could administer the placebo

effect, despite you knowing that it is simply placebo and nothing more. Kaptchuk actually

has some suggestions as to how you can facilitate this yourself.

Engaging in the ritual of healthy living eating right, exercising, yoga, quality

social time, meditating probably provides some of the key ingredients of a placebo effect,

says Kaptchuk.

Another study published in 2002 in the New England Journal of Medicine, (1) conducted

by the Baylor School of Medicine, looked at surgery for patients with severe and debilitating

knee pain. The patients were divided into three groups. One group endured the first

type of knee surgery, as the surgeons shaved the damaged cartilage in their knees. Another

group had their knee joints flushed out, removing all of the material believed to be causing

inflammation. Both of these processes are the standard surgeries people go through who

have severe arthritic knees.

The third group received a fake surgery, as the patients were sedated and tricked into

thinking that they actually had knee surgery. The doctors still made incisions and splashed

salt water on the knee as they would in normal surgery, and then they sewed up the incisions,

but without performing any real surgeries on their knees. All three groups went through

the same rehab process, and the results were astonishing. The placebo group improved just

as much as the other two groups who had surgery.

Another 2002 article published in the American Psychological Associations Prevention & Treatment,

conducted by University of Connecticut Psychology Professor Irving Kirsch and titled The

Emperors New Drugs, made some more shocking discoveries (5)(4). Kirsch found that 80%

of the effectiveness of antidepressants, as measured in clinical trials, could be attributed

to the placebo effect. Kirsch even filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request

to get information on the clinical trials of the top antidepressants.

The difference between the response of the drugs and the response of the placebo

was less than two points on average on this clinical scale that goes from fifty to sixty

points. Thats a very small difference, that difference is clinically meaningless,

Professor Kirsch explains (source).

A Conscious Note

Some of this information may not be new to you, as monks and other teachers have been

preaching the power of the mind for years. Many people have been successfully using a

combination of thoughts, meditation, and emotional healing to cure diseases for a very long time.

For example, radiation oncologist Dr. Carl Simonton and his wife Stephanie Matthews-Simonton,

a psychologist, wrote the book Getting Well Again: A Step-by-Step Self-Help Guide to Overcoming

Cancer for Patients and Their Families. The book explores how people can affect their

disease process through healing their emotions.

Louise Hay is another well-known author who discusses the emotional causes of cancer in

her book You Can Heal Your Life. A cancer survivor herself, she cured her disease in

only six months using a combination of affirmations, visualization, nutritional cleansing, and

psychotherapy. According to Hay, cancer is simply the manifestation of deep hurt, secrets,

longstanding resentment, grief, and/or hatred.

The mind can be an incredible asset when it comes to your physical and mental health,

but it can also contribute to your illnesses. Negative self talk can lower your vibration

and increase your stress levels, and chronic stress is associated with countless diseases,

including cancer.

I personally believe that your thoughts become your reality, and I have experimented with

this and found it to be true in all aspects of life, including health. If you believe

that you can heal yourself through positive self talk and other modalities using the mind,

then I believe youre increasing your chances of succeeding in improving your health. Likewise,

if you dont believe your mind can change your overall health, then you probably wont

see any notable differences because thats what you believe!

How To Paint Window Frames - D.I.Y. At Bunnings - Duration: 4:15.

Gary: Aluminium window frames will pretty much last a lifetime.

But if you wanna change the color of your room and the feel of your room, you might

wanna change the color of those window frames as well.

I'm gonna show you how to do that using spray paint.

It's quick and it's easy and it'll do away with all those annoying brush strokes.

The tools and equipment we're going to need for this job are: a cordless screwdriver or

a hand screwdriver, a safety knife, either a ram board or a drop sheet to protect our

floral carpet, of course our paint, our primer and our top coat, and a rag for cleaning,

masking tape to mask off the glass to keep the paint off the glass, and of course our

safety equipment.

So of course we need to remove all our window fittings and our fixtures, so let's get into

that.

Because we need a dust-free surface when we're going to paint, we're gonna thoroughly clean

the frame, inside and out.

Now it's time to mask off the areas that we don't want paint on, and of course to cover

our floors with our drop sheet so that we don't get paint on them.

Use a good quality painter's tape to protect the surfaces that you don't want to get paint

on.

Once you've done your initial masking off, a great little tip is to use just plain, household

hand towel to create an apron to protect your reveals.

The paper towel is just for over-spray, but just make sure you don't saturate it, otherwise

it will penetrate through.

Now I'm just gonna cover all the reveals.

Once you've done your reveals, it's time to tape off your windows.

When you're using masking tape, it's a good idea to tear off arm-length pieces and apply

it in small pieces.

This allows us to get the tape nice and close to our window frame.

Preparation is key.

It'll take some time, but it'll be time saved later cleaning up.

These window frames haven't been painted before, so we're going to use an etch primer before

we paint, that will help the paint to hold on to that smooth surface.

When you're spray painting, always remember to use your respirator mask to protect your

airways and also your gloves to protect your hands, and eyeglasses to protect your eyes.

When you're using a can of spray paint, you need to hold it between 10 and 25 centimeters

from the surface you're painting.

And it's much better to do multiple, fine, thin coats rather than doing one heavy coat

to avoid getting runs.

For optimum results, follow the instructions on the can to make sure that your primer is

good and dry before you start applying your topcoat.

Make sure you give the can a good shake to mix it thoroughly before applying your topcoat.

This paint comes in a variety of colors.

I've chosen a gloss fishpond to blend in with the color of the room.

Drying time between coats is 20 minutes.

Depending on how it's covering, you might need to do up to three coats to get good coverage.

Before the paint is really dry, it's time to take off our masking tape.

And if we've done a really good job, there won't be much cleaning up to do.

Now the job's done.

That's how you spray paint a window frame.

And as you can see, it blends in so beautifully with the room around it.

Chorus: Bunnings Warehouse.

Leverage Scaling Secrets at Your Live Events to Maximize Space & Minimize Cost - Duration: 7:46.

Hi.

I'm Bari Baumgardner, founder of SAGE Event Management.

I'm here to talk to you today about a topic that I think really matters when you're getting

ready to do your site selection for your next venue: basically, how you scale your event

to size and how you manage the liability around that.

Here's what I mean specifically.

I'm going to just give you a quick example from a recent client of SAGE's.

They came to us and they were going to host their very first live event.

They had a really solid marketing plan for filling the room.

Their goal was 400 people.

When I start working with a client, whether it's their first-time event or whether it's

their next event, we always want to look at how realistic is that marketing goal, first

of all.

So we always look at what's the bare minimum of people that we think we can put into the

room (very confidently put into the room), and then what's our stretch goal for how many

people we think (if everything goes perfectly planned, all the heavens align) - we'll put

this many people.

Let's say your minimum goal is 200 and your stretch goal is 400, and you're about to go

to site selection with a hotel.

One of their first questions is going to be: how big is your event?

I would not tell them 400.

I would tell them 200, and here's one of the reasons why.

It's a dirty little hotel secret nobody ever tells you.

It's that hotels do value their ballrooms in a specific way.

They're looking at cost per square foot, and how much revenue they want to generate in

room nights and food and beverage and in rental for the space that you're taking at the hotel,

for the ballroom space that you're taking.

Here's the thing that's really interesting.

This is the secret part.

If I go to a hotel and I'm looking for, let's say, 10,000 square feet of space and I tell

them I'm putting 400 people in it - or I go to them looking for 10,000 square feet of

space and I tell them I'm going to put 200 people in it, they will actually quote less

for 200 than they will for 400.

They're going to want more rooms for 400, they're going to want more F&B for 400, they're

possibly going to want rental for 400.

They value that event space more highly because you're putting more people in it.

Here's how I get around that: by always going with my minimum requirement and then stretching

that space.

By having a plan to stretch it so that if I do hit that stretch goal, I'm not out of

luck with my meeting space.

And I've paid the bare minimum for it, which really minimizes my liability going in.

Let's take a quick look.

Here's that ballroom.

Let's assume that this rectangular ballroom is my 10,000 square feet of space.

This is my stage and I'm going to set this in rounds.

These are rounds, and you can scale that with as many rounds as you think you can put in

there.

Get a diagram for that, obviously.

I've got my team table back here, my resource table back here.

Here's the thing.

I can actually set what I call "crescent" - for three, four, five, six.

I can do that at every one of these tables.

One, two, three, four, five, six.

I can do that all here.

We do crescent because every chair is facing the stage, which I really like.

Every chair is facing the stage, and this gives a perfect view of the stage.

But here's how I can expand that space and actually have the same number of tables.

Let's say you're doing custom linens or custom floral.

You don't want to keep changing your table numbers.

Same number of tables.

Here's what I can do.

Seven, eight.

Seven, eight or if I really go gangbusters and exceed that stretch goal, I can go full

rounds: nine, ten.

With full rounds (nine and ten), I am going to have some people who have to turn their

chairs.

But listen: if you max out your event, that's a small price to pay for having a full room.

They still can make it work.

They'll still have a great view of the stage, and now you've gone from setting in fives

or sixes at your crescent rounds all the way to a full round of ten.

Very same number of tables.

You can go from 200 to 400.

Let's take another look at what we could do with this exact same room.

By the way, before we do that, just wanted to say quickly - one of the things I love

about rounds is that it's so much more communal.

At SAGE, at our events, a lot of times you will find us sitting in rounds.

We do that because it allows for pair shares, exercises, and opportunities for the audience

to connect in unique ways that they can't do with the next set-up that I'm going to

show you.

Let's take a look at this next set-up.

Same exact ballroom, still 10,000 square feet, but now we're going to go classroom.

I always like to set "chevron," (which is what I'm showing you here), which allows

us basically to wrap the stage - meaning that everybody feels really close to the stage.

There's nobody sitting at an awkward angle.

We're turning those chairs and those tables on the sides toward the stage to give them

the best possible view.

You've got your straight rows.

In each of these, let's say these are tables.

These are each a six-foot table, and you can set two per six at that six-foot table, or

you can sit three per six, same six-foot table.

With my classroom-style set, let's just say this is a six-foot table.

I can put one chair and two chairs, or I can add the third chair.

I've taken that same exact classroom set from what we call a "two-per-six-foot" to a

"three-per-six-foot".

Again, I've been able to leverage that space just by putting extra chairs at each table.

Trust me, it's tight - but it's still comfortable.

It works all the time, every day.

It absolutely is not a problem to put three people at a six-foot table.

If your hotel has an eight-foot table, you can set twos, threes, or even fours.

An eight-foot table is a little bit longer.

You can actually squeeze a fourth chair in there.

These are ways that we can scale our room.

Here's the next one.

Instead of having classroom, each of these is theater.

There are only seats so instead of a table.

I've only got chairs, and theater is exactly what it sounds like.

Think about a movie theater.

In a movie theater, you're just going to have chairs, chairs, chairs.

Each row is going to be chairs, no tables.

The advantage of tables is that people have a workspace.

They have a space that they can actually use to write in their book and take notes.

If you're going theater-style, they lose the table, but you gain a lot of space.

You can really max out that room.

If I do that, just a quick tip, I like to give them all the materials in a spiral-bound

notebook.

You can actually turn it over so it easily rests in your lap.

A big binder that you have to leave open can actually really be a challenge in a theater-style

environment.

Great for classroom, great for crescent rounds, not so great for theater.

If you're thinking of that theater-style set, and you really you exceed your attendance

goals, then you have this opportunity to go theater-style.

You can literally double your space.

Here's another little quick fact on metrics.

Crescent-style and classroom-style are almost identically the same, meaning how many people

you can fit in a room.

Believe it or not, six people at a crescent round is equal to what you would get in the

equivalent of two six-foots in a classroom environment.

Those metrics work really the same.

When you go the theater, you can double your space.

If you're crescent, going to theater will double your space.

If you're a classroom, going to theater will double your space.

Same exact ballroom, totally different usage of space.

Totally different opportunities for maximizing the number of people you can put in the room,

minimizing the cost per person that you're going to be spending with the hotel.

If this is a first-time event where you're gambling a little bit and you don't have a

history to pull from to know whether it's going to be 200 or 400, these metrics really

start to matter where it matters most.

Which is in your pocketbook - with how much money you're going to be paying the hotel,

and how much overhead you're going to be incurring the minute you sign the contract.

Quick, simple tips on how to maximize your space can really enhance connection and intimacy

at your event.

I'd love to hear how you've done this at your events, or any questions you might have, as

you go into thinking through how to scale for site selection - whether it's your first

event or your next event.

You can post it here or you can email it to events@PoweredbySAGE.com, and we'll address

it in a future video.

Hope this was great information for you but more importantly, I hope you put it to good

use.

Bye for now.

This our unit is bit faulty because the LSD unit doesn't work properly anymore.

it's slipping quite badly and while driving it feels almost like open rear diff.

I can't now rotate these by hand but when this was mounted I could make this slip by rotating the tires.

So it was very close being open diff.

These have originally 25% LSD unit which is good for most of the use cases when the unit is in good condition.

And I mean in good condition. When these wear too much you will start having problems.

So I'm now going to show how to refurbish this.

You can find this kind of LSD units from the old vintage BMW's.

So for example e39 and e46 are too new and those have different style rear diffs.

But these typ188, smaller typ 168 and larger typ 210 rear diffs can be found from the older cars.

This particular one is typ188 diff from e34.

Not sure from which exact model, but it's typ188 at least.

Of course you could put these LSD units to newer diffs but you will need lathe to do that.

So these instructions are only for the old diffs.

And what wears out in these LSD units are the friction disks inside the unit.

So here I have new set of disks that need to be swapped in the LSD unit.

These were bit over 100 € in eBay so these probably aren't OEM parts.

But still these should be fine.

So lets see how to get these in the diff and get it working properly.

The first thing we need to do is to drain the old oil out of diff using the drain plug.

Oh wait. This doesn't have drain plug.

I will need to do this the dirty way.

Which means that I need to open the back cover to drain the fluid.

...all over the floor.

So lets just do it.

Yack

And the gear oil smells disgusting.

Then we need to get this LSD unit out of the casing.

And to do that I will first need to remove these output shafts.

Like that.

Then I need to pry out the bearing covers.

okay and now we have the LSD unit with gear ring out of the casing.

now we can go the other table and open the LSD unit itself.

Oh!

Come look at this.

These are in really bad shape.

Quite much wear.

yeah. Never seen that bad friction disk.

Nice..

Fuck these are slippery.

As you saw the friction disk were in really bad shape.

But to fix that just put in new disks and assemble in same order.

And really make sure that the parts go in in same order as they came out or the LSD unit wont work properly.

But otherwise this is really simple job to assemble everything.

And lastly tighten up the bolts before putting it back to the diff.

These seemed to be normal m8 bolts so I did tighten these to 23 Nm

I didn't find real spec for these but 23Nm should be enough for m8 bolts.

These weren't very tight when I opened the thing.

(not related to this topic)

And then we can put the unit back in the diff casing.

In reversed order.

Just be sure to put in the bearing covers, shims and everything same places and orientation as they were originally.

For example if you put the bearing covers in upside down, the oil will want to go out of the case and bearings are not properly lubricated.

But when you remember to put everything back in same way they came out, there isn't risk to ruin anything while doing this.

And it's stuck.

(not related to this topic)

And you probably know how to tighten the bolts and put in new seal for the cover.

So lets stop here.

You probably already got the idea how to fix the slipping LSD unit.

And of course after assembling the diff you need to put in new oil.

And you can't put in just any diff oil you can get.

But you need to put in this kind of 75w-140 LSD oil.

You don't need to have this exact Castrol oil. You can use what ever brand you prefer.

The OEM oil for theses is mobil vs500 but at least in here it hard to get that oil.

But this Castrol and any other 75w-140 Limited Slip oil will be ok.

Just fill the diff using this until it pours out and you can go hooning again.

RV Connections & Hook Ups: How To Connect (City Water, Cable, Battery Disconnect) - Duration: 3:07.

hey it's Brandi of www.bloggingBrandi.com

and in this video I'm going to teach you

all about your RV hook ups and RV connections and

where they are at be sure to watch until

the end so you can spend less time

setting up your RV and more time

enjoying it with my RV hook up checklist

let's get started okay everybody so I

wanted to show you your connections for

your hook up whenever you actually get

set up at the RV park they taught me

half this and they didn't teach me half

this so it's kind of a learning

experience everybody said it should be

pretty similar you're gonna have about

all the same connects the only

connection that's not here is your sewer

release which is in the back of the RV

or on the side and also your electricity

which is in the back so you are going to pop this

open you're gonna hook everything up

once you get hooked up this is your

battery disconnect so this pulls out and

pushes in this kills the power from your

battery which you'd be using when you're

driving down the road so you don't want

that to drain out then you have your

freshwater connect this is where you're

going to put fresh water in this is if

you're actually going to be dry camping

you're going to need some water in here

so it holds water in your tank FYI you

don't want to travel with that because

it costs a lot more on your gas and you

don't want to leave that in there unless

you really need it city water connection

this is we're going to hook up your

water to your hose we had a little

accident earlier make sure you know you

don't leave the water on when you're

hooking this up make sure you look this

up and in turn the water on so this is

going to be your city water connection

when you get to RV park or a house

anything a water hose hooked up to this

then you have your satellite which

is here you have your cable right here

these are two different ones and then

you have your antenna inside so you have

that option too for your TV this is

your black tank flush this is gonna be a

similar water hose set up to the city

connection except you're going to make

sure you use a separate hose because it

flushes your poopy water out so you

don't want to use the same hoes even

though they may not ever touch just a

precautionary thing

and then you have this is your outdoor

shower there's a hose that hooks up to

this which is this right here and you

can take an outdoor shower and then also

make sure when you're hooking this up

that you remove these plugs and pull

through here that way whenever you want

to shut this you can fully shut it

otherwise your water hose will be

sticking out so you want to be able to

lock this up so that's it I'll show you

in a later video how to actually hook

all this up so now you know what all

those connections are and what does took

up means but you go how to actually have

to love don't you worry I've got you

covered in my RV hookups checklist that

was it now in the description below
