Purging Gluten - Topic Tuesday - Duration: 6:56.

hi guys good morning it is Tuesday April

25th 2017 and it's just about 7:48 in the

am I hope you guys are doing well her i

woke up about ma initially at seven was

able to stay in bed and lay there for

about 10-15 minutes and had to get up to

systemic issues which brings me to my

topic today for topic tuesday topic

today hear me get stabilized so that way

I'm not walking all over the house we go

there we go we'll just hang out me our

area I have a little chat shall we there

we go anyway um so today's topic is

going to be there we go oh okay um

Oh purging gluten yes which is what my

body is doing because right now I am on

a gluten fast four-week a minimum to try

and get my stomach to calm down and

because every single day I've been

dealing with diarrhea and vomiting and

of course some dehydration issues are

coming up due to all that and just so

all week long and they get started on

last Saturday your last Friday why the

two and then all this week I'm going to

be gluten-free so but the weird thing is

the way the gluten works and I don't

have a full understanding about gluten I

just know a few tidbits about it but

from my understanding the way gluten

works as it takes you know it takes some

time for it to her job your system and

for you to completely rid yourself from

it and then sometimes it can be nearly

impossible if you're using products that

you might not realize have gluten items

in them such as lotions and shampoos

soaps and cleaning products some of

these things have gluten in them so when

you're trying to purge from gluten and

get it completely out of your system

that's something that you have to keep

in mind also is check all the products

and that touch your skin because skin is

porous it is very absorbent so anything

that you put on it

you are absorbing and so it just sucks

that it seems like definitely the first

week of the gluten purge is the hardest

and not only of course in my having all

of the physical stuff with vomiting the

diary and all that but ten are so crazy

in the gluten which makes it very very

difficult because stomach is telling me

one thing and my brain is telling me

another situation oh good I'm not sure

how addictive gluten is as far as like

compared to other things like sugar and

caffeine and stuff like that but I

definitely do notice that I have you

know some cravings of gluttony things

and I'm also this week going to take a

purge from high sugar and things that

have a lot of sugar content in them

because obviously sugar can cause a lot

of problems if you are someone who

experiences inflammation so the gluten

in the sugar I've got to go least for

now alright

have you guys ever done any type of

specific food purge gluten or sugar or

caffeine or any of it and if you have

let me know in the comment section below

what you purchased from what kind of

kind of thing you had to get rid of but

yes we it's definitely gluten and I

normally take a probiotic every day I

have run out of that so i'll probably be

picking some probiotic up today just to

make sure that i have flu we're placing

the good bacteria i know that at some

point I'm going to have to just break

down and go to a GI doctor and I will I

will I will just try and get through

this purge first and now I just I don't

want to kamrup the but it's that simple

yeah I may not have a choice no matter

though but we will find out we'll see

i'll let you guys know but yeah let me

something that you've purged from

whether it be a food item or maybe

alcohol or drugs or that may know and

has been pretty rough but every day is

improving so I think for for my day

today I'm going to go and I'm not

feeling too nauseous yet so that's

pretty good i think i might take

feeling nauseous

Semolina (1cup | 150g)

All Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)

water (125ml)

Oil to fry

Let's start preparing Gol Gappa puri.

Take large bowl to make dough

take Semolina & All Purpose Flour init

mix well

add little - little water and prepare dough of it

our dough is ready

make small balls of it

we can make large ball also and flatten it

now we will take a small cap this size and cut flatten dough into small small circles

now separate them with rest of dough

Puri is ready now flatten little more

now we will keep it aside

now take small balls and roll them

these puri are also ready

we will fry them now

I have heated oil before itself

Oil should be hot before frying puri

Let's check one puri

apply very little pressure on puri so it becomes puffing

its golden brown you cant take out in plate

and fry remaining

If you dont apply pressure it wont puff

some of my friends don't speak German

the language changes/switches

in my DREAMS

sometimes it happens that I use

all three languages in one sentence

the problem for example is

because I think in all three languages

at the same time

and also use them all

and I sometimes forget to translate

or mention what I mean

that's why sometimes it happens that

i forget that not all people around me

speak these three languages

What sometimes happens then is

that I switch so fast

just as fast as I change my favorite song

Let's start at the beginning

very quickly, for the German forms

EH which one should I choose then?!

I don't know!

Anyway, there are max. 2 fields

because they assume you can only be bilingual

I simply don't know which one is my

MOTHER TONGUE!

Ok, let's go through this together

I came to Germany as a Baby

meaning, I learned Tagalog & English at home

before I started to go to Kindergarten

Well, then it seems to be clear, doesn't it?!

The German would say, it's so clear that

your mother tongue are

TAGALOG & ENGLISH!

*German dict. The language a child learns from its parents and uses primarily

I was using all 3 languages

once I got to school

If I say Tagalog & English are my mother tongue

that wouldn't be really correct

because I use German more as I live in Germany

it's pretty frustrating, I know

and these are such 1st world problems

but no! It all has to be correct here in Germany

when it comes to paperwork

or they won't find my documents anymore

and can't process my papers, you know?!

In any case, I just never know what to put down

because..

I believe that I can express myself better

in German compared to English

buuut...

when it comes to the language itself

I really like speaking in Tagalog

I speak in Tagalog with all the Filipinos I meet

I really use all three languages

So yeah...it's really exhausting

because at home I speak in Tagalog most of the time

with my parents

but also in German with my sisters, and father

and we use English all the time as well...

I dunno. I just use all of the simultaneously

the last point

sometimes it's easy

der Satzbau scheint gleich/ähnlich zu sein

It sounds really "Germaned"

I can't seem to think about a good example right now

but sometimes I just notice it

when I post on Instagram, when I write...

when I'm composing a text

I just notice how the sentence structure

is not correct!

and in my head it simply sounds right

because..

it's in English but with the German structure

that's why it sounds correct to me

but in reality it's two languages mixed with each other

The setting is in an elevator

there's a Filipino who's already on it

then another one gets on

and with them there is a non-Filipino

Oh if you only knew...

when I learn new languages

I generally think in German

the sentence structure etc.

when I want to say something in the new language I think everything in German

and try to translate it

the problem here is

everything gets mixed up

that it seems to me as if I'm speaking one language only

so in my mind and hearing it's right

OH! A PS. at this point

I wasn't capable to do anything!

in my mind I mean

WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS

it was as if all the vocabulary was wiped away

I forgot all the words,...

the German, English,Ta - I just forgot all of them

every time I wanted to say something

I also had a Brain-Fart

what always kept on happening was

I would remember the Spanish words

I personally believe that most of my classmates

thought in German

and then just wrote their thoughts down

and then FINITO!

BUT FOR ME...

it was so bad

it's to cry for

sometimes I sat in these...

[forgets the Tagalog word for: exam]

WHAT'S IT CALLED?!

So I sat in there in the exam

and I don't usually translate anything

what I do is, I say the same thing in all three languages

but I don't translate it

what happens to me is

when I think about saying something

I think "Oh, this is what I want to say"

so while I'm saything this in Tagalog

my thoughts are also in Tagalog

so during the German exams

I really tried to only think in German

so that I won't have to translate anything

because I don't like to transalte

...at least I didn't during those days

and Tagalog

when it was time to write it in German

oh dear, I forgot everything

How do you say this..?

in THREE languages!!!

in my German exams, however, it was like this

I gave it my all

it all sounded correct to me

and then I get the results

my German grades were really low

a C (75%) was already good...

This child - me - is already struggling

with 3 languages in the mind

and I was giving my best

and it all sounded correct

then comes this "wonderful" comment

from my EX-German-Teachers

I don't want to name anyone out

the teacher says bluntly to me:

David, you have to read more

because it can't go on like this

if you don't, you won't improve

[Teacher's Logic: bad German = not reading enough]

they automatically assumed that I don't read enough

let me guys show you how much I read

i read so much -

I only read FAT-PHANTASY-NOVELS

and I still read a lot today

the only problem here is

that I am wired trilingual

WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSCHTÄND SIS?!
