Chelsea transfer news:Conte wants to keep Batshuayi and says Chelsea can't afford to sell him

ANTONIO CONTE risked another row with his Chelsea bosses by insisting they cannot afford to offload Michy Batshuayi.

Belgian striker Batshuayi, who struck twice in their FA Cup fourth-round win over Newcastle, is lined up for a loan move to Sevilla this week should the Blues complete the signing of Edin Dzeko from Roma.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has admitted he would be open to keeping Michy Batshuayi until the summer.

The Belgian striker netted twice against Newcastle in the FA Cup fourth round.

But Conte insists that will leave him too light in the striking department with his team still fighting on three fronts.

The Chelsea boss said: "If you see our squad we don't have three, four or five strikers, we have two — Morata and Batshuayi.

"I don't know what happens.

But when you play in the Premier League, Champions League and the FA Cup three strikers is the minimum.

"We have to see what happens in the market.

If we are able to take another player, it doesn't mean Michy has to go on loan.

The 24-year-old now has ten goals in all competitions for the Blues this season.

The former Marseille man could depart Stamford Bridge if the club bring in another forward.

We have a lot of competitions.

Three strikers is the minimum.

"I don't know if Michy wants to stay or go on loan — it will be the player's decision, not my decision.

"I'm ready to continue to work with these players.

I'm very happy.

But I don't know what happens with the transfer market.".

Batshuayi, 24, has scored ten goals this season, despite making only ten starts — but he was left out of the starting line-up for last week's Carabao Cup semi-final defeat at Arsenal.

And Conte admitted he is still not entirely satisfied with the player's all-round play, despite his strike rate.

The Italian added: "The performance for the media depends a lot on if the striker scores.

"For me it's important to score but at the same time it is very important the striker works well for the team.

Michy in this way has improved a lot.".

Conte, who had hit out at his perceived lack of squad depth after the second-leg defeat at the Emirates, was in a more conciliatory mood yesterday.

He said: "Ross Barkley arrived early and was a good signing.

Michy Batshuayi has had to play second fiddle to Alvaro Morata at Chelsea this season.

"Sometimes there is not a good solution.

In January, the transfer market is not so simple but the club is trying to do the best to improve the team.".

Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez claimed his side were unlucky to go in 2-0 down at the break.

He said: "We did well in the first half, had chances and put them under pressure.

"We made a mistake in the counter-attack for the first goal and after the second goal we were unlucky.

BREAKING!! COMEY Just BUSTED Red Handed!! No Lawyer Can SAVE HIM!- BreakingNews24 - Duration: 33:34.

BREAKING!!

COMEY Just BUSTED Red Handed!!

No Lawyer Can SAVE HIM!

Former FBI Director Comey could be busted red handed, and I'm not sure a lawyer can

help him.

There could be specific text message shared between two FBI employees that were supposed

to lead the investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private server, but a few other things

are going on that could change everything.

Some of this swirls around the statements made by James Comey which were provided during

a testimony.

Peter Strzok was responsible for interviewing Hillary Clinton and some of her associates

while her email server situation was being investigated.

Strzok was also having a romantic fun time with FBI lawyer Lisa Page, which merely throws

a wrench into everything as usual.

The text messages between Strzok and Page have come under fire, and it could throw a

massive amount of legal implications that will be like the second coming of Watergate.

Democrats continue pushing a Russian narrative to throw distractionary shade at the people

looking into Hillary Clinton.

Add James Comey to the mix, and when this all goes down, it's going to be a major

political shakeup that could lead to people being put in prison.

Breitbart provided more on the exchange: "Last weekend, Senate Homeland Security

Committee Chairman Ron Johnson sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray documenting

some of the text messages exchanged between Page and Strzok.

The exchange took place on May 4, 2016, which Johnson wrote was "after then-Director Comey

began drafting his July 5 statement clearing Secretary Clinton."

The date was one day after Cruz dropped out of the presidential race.

Strzok clearly discusses "pressure" to conclude the Clinton email probe, linking

the timing to the ascension of Trump as the Republican candidate most capable of securing

the GOP nomination at the time.

The messages contrast with Comey's May 3, 2017 testimony before the Senate Judiciary

Committee on FBI oversight in which the then-FBI director defended the Clinton email investigation.

Comey was asked by Sen. Chuck Grassley whether there was any artificial deadline to finish

the email probe, especially before the Democratic National Convention.

He was also questioned about the code name for the investigation, "Midyear Exam,"

which seems to imply a timeline.

Grassley wrongly referred to the codename for the probe as "Operation Midyear,"

but Comey used the correct term "Midyear Exam."

Here is a transcript of that section of Comey's testimony:

GRASSLEY: Was the Clinton investigation named Operation Midyear because it needed to be

finished before the Democratic National Convention.

If so, why the artificial deadline?

If not, why was that the name?

COMEY: Certainly not because it had to be finished by a particular date.

There's an art and a science to how we come up with codenames for cases.

They — they assure me it's done randomly.

Sometimes I see ones that make me smile and so I'm not sure.

But I can assure you that — that it was called Midyear Exam, was the name of the case.

I can assure you the name was not selected for any nefarious purpose or because of any

timing on the investigation.

At an infamous news conference on July 5, 2016, Comey seemingly violated FBI tradition

by bypassing the Justice Department and stating that "no charges are appropriate" in Clinton's

case after criticizing her use of a private email server as "extremely careless."

It is not traditionally the role of the FBI as an investigative agency to announce whether

charges are appropriate."

Hillary Clinton.

Barack Obama.

James Comey.

Peter Strzok.

Lisa Page.

Missing text messages.

Romantic affair.

FBI phone glitch.

Memo.

What part of this will point to the correct accusation that leads to someone being arrested,

tried, and charged with a crime?

Will a transparent investigation dig up evidence that will put an end to this political soap

opera so that President Trump can continue his work without distractions?

Is this a smoke show that's conducted by leftists as they giggle upon a Russian fairy

tale instead of allowing Trump to get his job done?

What happens next?

Will President Trump read the beloved memo during the State of the Union Address?

Ever since #ReleaseTheMemo trended on Twitter, there's been an insane amount of interest

in understanding the information contained in the multipage memo.

If the memo is released, then the floodgates will be open, and people will lawyer up faster

than you can imagine.

Break down!

Take down!

You're busted!

Here's your new theme song for when the memo comes out!

Where Can I Borrow Money For My Rehab Deals? - Duration: 5:27.

Hey, it's Joe.

This next question is from Ann from Nashville, Tennessee.

"I found two unique niche specific interests that require funding and perhaps strategic

partnerships.

Are there lending sources or support for the rehab and community of houses?

There are a number of houses that need to be rehabbed, including some expansion.

There are several vacant lots that'll need to be filled.

The goal is the redevelopment expansion of two hundred houses in an historic town that

has complete support from the Mayor and the Commissioners.

Historic is the key word.

These are river view houses…" it gives a little bit of information about the area.

"Are there lending sources or support for building a collection of Air B&B, corporate

rental properties, those types of things, and rehabs?"

Yes.

If you're working with the Mayor, they can work with you.

And they can help you with that process.

If you're working with a government agency that has funds, those are the first people

that I'd be talking to.

If you're buying from the government, then you're probably going to need the funds

yourself.

And you're either going to use your own cash or you're going to find someone with

private money who's going to work with you.

I would stay away from hard money lenders.

They typically charge interest rates that are higher than I think are worth doing.

And I think there are better ways to invest than working with hard money lenders or working

with banks.

Both of them have interest rates that don't make sense and if they're interest rates

aren't high, their fees are.

You go out and get a regular Fannie Mae loan, you're going to be paying quite a few dollars

in fees on a deal so, that you're flipping, and it doesn't make sense.

Plus, there's going to be a limit on how many Fannie Mae loans you can actually get.

They limit you to ten properties and you won't be able to get more loans if you go with conventional

loans.

If you're using hard money they might be wiling to give you more, but it's based

on your relationships with the hard money lender.

And hard money lenders are pretty few and far between and they only want to work with

people that are experienced and know what they're doing and have flipped properties

before and they see that they have a track record.

I doubt that you're going to find a hard money lender that's going to work with you

otherwise.

I would say you know, if you've got experience and you've don rehabs before, taking on

a community development project like this could make a lot of sense because they Mayor

probably has the deed, or the City has the deed to all those properties, especially properties

that are in maybe low income areas or blue collar areas that are in maybe in terrible

condition, that need to be completely revitalized.

And I've done a lot of that revitalization work myself.

But I've done it with cash.

I've done it with my own cash where we'd go in an we'd buy a property, we would buy

it for you know, sometimes thirty cents on the dollar, twenty cents on the dollar.

We'd put some cash into the property and we'd still have a chunk of money equity

in that property.

We'd put a tenant in the property, or we would sell it as a, you know, as a rehabbed,

end, to an end user.

But I found that, for me, it was better to sell it to other investors.

And I was able to sell them as turnkey packages because what we did is, we'd fix them up,

we'd put a tenant in there, we'd manage those properties and I'd be able to keep

those properties as long as I wanted to and I'd be making income on those properties

immediately, plus I'd have a chunk of equity in those properties and then I'd put them

on the market to my other investor friends or I have a big investor list that you happen

to be on.

And I'd sell it to that group as well as turnkey properties.

And they would already be in place, they'd have good returns on their money because a

lot of these were lower income properties and we'd have managers in place and have

everything ready to go plus they'd have already been rehabbed.

And that made a lot of sense and we were able to sell those properties.

I was also able to do it inside my Roth IRA which is where I funneled most of my capital

and I, you only can buy properties that are rental properties.

You can't just flip properties in a Roth IRA like that.

So, that's one of the reasons we did that and then we kept those properties for months

or years, and then we'd turn around and sell some of them, we'd keep some of them,

depending on the property and the location and the property manager that we were working

with and the state or the city that we happened to be in.

So, my recommendation to you is either get a friend who's got some money, have some

money yourself and know what the heck you're doing.

Don't do this unless you do because you'll probably lose money by doing rehabs if you're

not working with contractors properly, if all that stuff falls apart.

That's when you lose money and that's the biggest challenges that we had to overcome

before we started making money as well.

Fortunately, before I started spending my cash I had to earn that cash.

So if you earn the cash and then start spending it, then you can start growing that cash and

that's when it starts getting attractive.

If you've earned that cash by doing deals that didn't require cash, you're going

to have a much better idea on how to use that cash effectively and keep it safe.

The worst thing that happens is you'll lose your capital.

Don't lose your capital.

Do it in only safe deals and then if there's something that's going to be risky, do it

with zero down deals and zero down structures instead.

All right.

Hope that answers the question.

Why robot can't replace humans in car production - Duration: 2:50.

There are sufficient fate and anguish stories in the media about how robots are desiring

our employments, and soon they'll be making clever car jokes.

Be that as it may, in the event that you look to automakers, an industry that uses robots,

some are unyielding about the essential part human specialists play in the car-building

process.

Honda is one such automaker.

"We can't find anything to take the place of the human touch and of human senses like

sight, hearing and smell,"" Tom Shoupe, the head working officer of Honda's Ohio producing

unit, said in a meeting with Bloomberg.

For Honda, people are imperative amid the last get together process.

The level of computerization hasn't changed much since Honda's Marysville plant opened

with laborers introducing wheels, motors, and inside trim parts.

Honda utilizes around 20 robots amid definite gathering at the plant.

"You have to have timing," said James Erwin, 47, a 15-year Marysville veteran told the

production.

"I don't think robots can take over.

They don't have the manual dexterity or judgment that we have."

At the current year's Detroit Auto Show, the 2018 Honda Accord, which is worked in Marysville,

won North American Car of Year grant.

Both Mercedes-Benz and Toyota are depending on human laborers with Mercedes really advancing

toward utilizing more people.

Be that as it may, not all automakers are going along these lines.

Tesla is endeavoring to go the other way.

"You really can't have people in the production line itself.

Otherwise you'll automatically drop to people-speed," Musk said on an August 2016 phone call while

portraying his possible mechanization designs, as per Bloomberg.

"There's still a lot of people at the factory, but what they're doing is maintaining the

machines, upgrading them, dealing with anomalies.

But in the production process itself there essentially would be no people."

Tesla and Honda ponder car generation and what's imperative in the car-building process.

Tesla has had a few issues getting generation for its Model 3 off the ground and up to the

guaranteed limit in the course of the most recent couple of months.

Whichever way automakers choose to go on the utilization of robots, it's reasonable people

will assume a basic part for quite a long time to come.

Can Alternating Pressure Overlay Mattress Help with Sleep? - Duration: 2:53.

Hi, I'm Kristin with the ALS 411 reviewing the

Volkner Europa overlay.

We have been on a quest to try to find sleep, and this is one of the products that

we have tried.

I was very thankful that they offer a one-month rental program,

so you can try before you fully commit.

And I was impressed with how well-made it is.

When we got it out of the box,

it doesn't have that stinky plastic smell many plastic products do.

It's quilted on the inside.

It feels sturdy.

And then inside,

there's two rows, or two columns, of pockets.

And the way it works is there's a slight tilt back-and-forth.

As you lie on it, it will slightly tilt you one way and then slightly tilt you the other way.

The idea is that hopefully that will be enough of a change in position that you'll

be able to be comfortable.

This side is firm.

This side is a lot softer, so you lean this way.

It's very subtle.

And the pump is really straightforward.

You can put it from static to alternating,

and that's when it'll start — it's very gradual — but it'll start

deflating on one side,

and then switch sides.

And it tells you when it's up to pressure.

The green light is on normal pressure.

You can adjust the air in the mattress from firm to soft.

So it seems like it's a great concept.

Now we're thankful for the opportunity to try it.

It did not work for Todd.

He is not a back sleeper.

Now when Todd tried it, his neck would get out of position when he tilted one way,

and it wasn't have enough umph to get his head back the other way,

and so that was uncomfortable.

And his hands would get out of position, too, and

he doesn't have the muscles to get those back

into position as well.

So ultimately, we are sending it back, but I thought you might want to see an up close

personal look at it, and it might be something that you're considering or that

you might know someone whom it would help.

So thanks for watching.

Can You Help? - Duration: 4:43.

Hello my lovelies!

Well today I wanted to talk to you about something I've been planning for a while now

And it's kind of something I want to get you guys involved in

If you want to

It's

Something that's entirely by choice but

I'll give you a little bit of a story

So up until last year, I had a friend who passed away

I was really really devastated

I was of course, sad for his family

And I was really upset myself

And since then, I've been wanting to do something for him and I've actually written a song

In his memory

And at some point you'll be able to hear it

I'll explain how in a bit

And of course

This internet thing kind of exploded in the beginning of Janurary

Due to the Logan Paul incident

Of course, I was really furious about what happened

And I wrote a tweet on Twitter to express

About how suicide is not supposed to be a joke

And that all life is precious

And yeah I was just fuming

After this whole thing happened, I actually had an idea

And I've spoken to a couple of people about it and they actually really like the idea as well

So I'm going to tell you guys about it

So my idea is that I would like to combine this song for my friend

And the whole suicide prevention incident together

So I'm currently in the process of getting in touch with a couple of suicide prevention organisations

I've yet to hear back from them

I would love to put this song out on social media platforms like

Amazon, GooglePlay and that sort of stuff

And I would so love to be able to sell the song but

For every person who buys the song, all the proceedings go to

A specific suicide prevention charity

I haven't chosen one yet, I haven't gotten a response from the organisations I've gotten in touch with yet

I will be back with the specific details about what they've said

And I would so love to get involved with this but

Slight issue is that I don't have the current funds or the money to go out to a professional recording studio

Because this song is consisted of voice and piano so this is where I would love for you guys to get involved

As well, not just in buying the song

If you guys want to help me out with suicide prevention

And erm, and in just supporting charities as well, then please become a patron on Patreon

I will provide links in the description to tell you what to do

And I've written a post which is much more in detail about what's going on

And the kind of stuff you can do to get involved

But I really feel strongly about this

Maybe because I've felt that way before and I've known some people that have been that way

And whether this means to you personally

Or you don't and you still want to get involved

Then thank you so much for even considering it

Having said that, if you want to get involved but you're not in the position to do so

Then I am so grateful for you to think so positively about this

But please don't pressurise yourself

You can if you want to, but at the same time if you don't want to or you're not in the position to

Then please don't worry

If you can't do any of that

Then please share this video with as much, er- as many people as you can really

And I really want to be able to make this year the best I can

And the rest of the years to come

And I really want to bring you guys with me

So thank you so much for everyone who's supported me

Who's um- left comments on my videos

And appreciated this

And if you really want to be able to help me out with this further

Then please, like I said, become a patron on Patreon

Leave a comment to tell me that you're going to be supporting me in this

And yeah, thank you so much for sticking with me

Just spread the word as much as you can

And let's bring this whole world together

If you liked this video and want to see more like this, then you know what to do!

Click that like button and the subscribe button to tell me that you did enjoy it

And don't forget to ring notifications to know when exactly so that you can see it first-hand!

So that's it for this video!

Thank you so much for watching

And I shall see YOU

On the flip-side!

And until then,

Stay lovely my lovelies!

'I've had enough! Can I sack Eric?' Your litmus test to terminating employment - Duration: 3:15.

Just for the listener, let's just quickly go through when somebody is terminated, the

test for an unfair dismissal.

We're sitting in court, what are the tests?

Luis Izzo: Well, the Commission's looking for two things.

It's looking to see whether you had a valid reason for termination, that's always the

first thing.

Is there a valid reason connected to their performance or their conduct?

Is there some kind of misconduct?

You can't have a capricious, what they call a fanciful reason.

There has to be a substantive reason.

Once we have that, the next thing that the Commission's going to look for is whether

there was procedural fairness, broadly call it that, associated with the dismissal.

Did the employee have an opportunity to respond?

Did they have an opportunity to prove that they could rectify their performance?

Were they give a fair go in terms of having not only the chance to improve but also having

input into the decision making process?

That's what the Commission's looking for.

Now in a performance based context, that doesn't mean every employee needs three warnings or

three written warnings or any kind of specified number.

In my view and certainly the approach that the Commission, the Fair Work Commission's

taken in Australia, is what they're really looking for is an employee to be put on notice

that their performance is not appropriate, is not meeting the requisite standard and

been given a reasonable opportunity to improve their performance.

Often, the question that arises is, "Well, what's a reasonable opportunity?"

That depends on the circumstances.

Nigel Ward: Circumstances, yeah.

Luis Izzo: In some, you might need to give someone eight weeks to improve their performance,

but if you've got someone on a call center who has very strict KPIs, it may be that three

weeks is sufficient because of the very objective nature of the figures they need to make.

It will depend on the circumstances, but you'd at least want them to be clearly put on notice

and have a fair opportunity to prove that they can improve.

I prefer then to almost, they'll get a final written warning before moving on, but it'll

depend on the context.

Nigel Ward: There's probably a really important piece here coming back to the performance

culture issue as well, and that's this: If you do actually end up with people in your

business who aren't performing well, more often than not, the people who understand

they're not performing well are their work colleagues.

In my experience, those people start to get frustrated if you're not dealing with that.

If you're not careful and you leave under-performance in your business too long, people will turn

around and go, "Well, hang on a minute.

I'm working really hard, I'm engaged with the business, but Bob's allowed to come in

late.

Why am I trying so hard?"

You've really got to make sure that you are procedurally sound but I think you've got

to also make sure that you put the broader performance of the business in your mind,

particularly if you're a line manager or an HR manager, to make sure that we're addressing

under-performance as promptly as we can.

How Hair Transplants can Damage Existing Hair Follicles, and a Transplant Alternative Treatment - Duration: 9:19.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted your question without a photo and you're asking, is it possible to kill

a dormant follicle by using a 0.7 millimeter punch when placing a graft. Well, I think

it's fair to conclude that you're considering hair transplant surgery and you are concerned

about the viability of dormant follicles when you have your surgery.

Well, I can certainly help you understand some of the science and the rationale behind

a treatment strategy that I recommend for patients every day in my practice. A little

bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island

for over 20 years. I am also the founder of TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers, a

system that we developed using extracellular matrix and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to help

hair transplant heal better going back now about 7 or 8 years. And we've developed

a treatment that non-surgically helps people with hair loss for men and women suffering

mostly from genetic pattern hair loss. So certainly, I am no stranger to the challenges

of dealing with the consequences of hair transplant surgery. This as I said was the rationale

behind our Hair Regeneration treatment.

When you place a hair graft, you are dealing with a scalp depending on the advanced nature

of the hair loss with a certain percentage of existing hair that you can see and a certain

percentage of hair that you cannot see. When you think about the science of hair loss that

is androgenetic alopecia, there is a continuous decrease in the growth cycle or the active

growing phase while there is a prolongation of the resting phase known as the telogen

phase. What that means is that a certain significant percentage of hairs are actively not growing

at any given time.

Now what you are certainly aware of clearly by the way you asked your question is that

there is also a certain percentage of collateral damage during a hair transplant depending

on the relevant density of existing hairs. It was always a rationalization by every hair

transplant surgeon that when you are placing grafts that hairs that were thinned were going

to go away anyway.

Well, when we were doing hair transplant and using extracellular matrix and platelet-rich

plasma (PRP), we found that thinning hair actually became thicker. From this, we were

able to develop painstakingly over several years a process we call TrichoStem™ Hair

Regeneration. What I learned over time is a way to reactivate hair that was not growing,

thicken thinning hair and prolong the lifespan of existing hair.

With further time of treating a wide range of patients from young males with aggressive

pattern of hair loss to older males with minimal to moderate progressive hair loss to women

of all ages of the same age range that we developed a classification system and that

classification system factors in gender, age, age of onset of hair loss, rate of progression,

degree of progression and other variables that we have customized so that the dosing

and the strategy is optimized. But when I came down to comparing in certain patients

the question of transplant versus injection, it was clear that a significant percentage

of patients actually had results with our injection exceeded not just one but two hair

transplants. The reason for this was that the reactivation of dormant hairs, hairs that

you are concerned about being potentially traumatized or damaged permanently by a placement

of a stab incision in the scalp or the placement of a hair during a transplant.

So when I look at our results, I look at thickening of the thinning hair then I realize that it

was an optimal strategy even for patients who are still going to get a hair transplant.

So it wasn't necessarily a question of either/or but what I basically explain to my patients

every day is that every hair that is present, thick and is providing scalp coverage is a

hair that doesn't have to be transplanted which means that in my practice, when patients

come to me let's with frontal progressive hair loss and they still want to get a frontal

hairline developed, well part of the strategy is to first do Hair Regeneration treatment

and also in some patients, the addition of a DHT blocker depending on our algorithm in

which some patients or some males of higher DHT sensitivity or would still benefit from

a DHT blocker more than others, then we can see after the course of a year to 18 months

or so how much scalp coverage there is with this strategy. Like I said, every hair that

becomes thick and covers the scalp is a hair that doesn't have to be transplanted. And

it's a reminder that there is a limit of the number of grafts that can be harvested

and placed. So it actually works very well in synergy.

And it's important to understand that hair transplant is one treatment strategy but pharmaceutical

and stem cell or Hair Regeneration technology are all part of an overall treatment strategy.

There is no cure for hair loss but there is a way to optimize coverage maximally for every

individual based on the variables that we look at.

So to answer again the question of whether or not you can get a dormant follicle traumatized

by a punch, the answer is yes. Yes, you have to go straight through the skin and if there

is a hair follicle underneath that and the stab goes through, you are either going to

damage the hair follicle directly or just vascular compromise. The trauma of surgery

and inflammation can also comprise the survivability of the grafts as well as existing hairs.

We've had patients who have come who had mega session surgery where 90% of the grafts

did not survive. So we have people coming from around the world who have had transplants

and have been very challenged in getting the outcome they were hoping for. It doesn't mean

you shouldn't do a transplant but I would suggest just thinking about what is the potential

to maximize coverage before you do the transplant.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

Magnetic secrets of methanol in space - Duration: 2:56.

The Sun formed 4.6 billion years ago, and we have a pretty good idea how this happened.

It all begins in a molecular cloud,

a gigantic cloud of gas, made of atoms and molecules, floating around in space.

At one point, when this cloud gets disturbed,

it collapses under its own gravity

and breaks up in many smaller, denser pieces, called cores.

In the dense cores, gravity attracts the mass towards the center.

Because of the initial rotation of the cloud,

this process is via a disc---the accretion disk,

and some of the mass that is sucked in via the accretion disk

is flung away in a powerful stream of gas: the outflow.

After enough mass has been attracted to the center,

it is warm enough for nuclear fusion to occur and the star is born.

Because the star is so bright, part of the surrounding cloud is blown away.

and the remaining material may eventually form a planetary system,

perhaps similar to the one we are living in.

For a star like the Sun,

the theory behind its formation is understood very well. But when stars get more massive,

the dynamics become more violent

and the theory we have explained here doesn't work anymore.

The key to solving this problem

might be to measure the magnetic field in regions

where these massive stars are being born.

Since we can't see magnetic fields with the eye, we need some sort of compass to help us.

The compasses might be found in these bright spots around the forming star

These are naturally occurring microwave lasers.

Masers.

Masers naturally amplify radiation a thousand to a million fold.

They consist of molecules. In our case, methanol.

And what we see is an extremely bright signal.

How can we use these masers to measure magnetic fields?

The answer lies in the individual molecules that make up the maser.

This is methanol

In the presence of a magnetic field, a molecule behaves a bit differently.

One part of the molecule is stabilized.

It likes being in the magnetic field.

And the other part is destabilized.

Parts of the molecule reacting oppositely in a magnetic field

is called the Zeeman effect.

and this Zeeman effect can be seen in the maser signal.

because one part of the signal is shifted to one side,

and the other part to the other,

and by analyzing these shifted spectra,

we can map out the magnetic field,

because the masers are all around the forming star,

and each one contains information on the magnetic field.

My YouTube Live Stream FAIL and What you can do better! - Duration: 6:11.

okay so you're ready to start doing YouTube live streaming right and you're

excited to do it and then everything falls apart that's exactly what happened

to me this last weekend so I'm very excited to start sharing tips and ideas

with people having people ask their questions about web design and SEO and

things like that and answer them and I did my live stream and then at the end I

realized I had a huge horrible mistake and I want to share that with you in

this video welcome back I'm Chris Heidlebaugh and I teach digital marketing

to diyers meaning you know if you're if this your first time here on this

channel consider subscribing especially if you're working on you know a website

for your business or for you know for personal use or maybe you're working on

a blog and you need some tips and ideas about you know title tags and SEO and

web design and WordPress and things like that you know this is the channel for

you and especially if you're a DIY er so if you're doing this stuff yourself I'm

going to show you exactly what I do and to help you take control of your online

success so all you got to do is hit the little subscribe button and you'll also

get a you had the opportunity to do a notification hit a little bell icon and

that way it'll always be updated when I created a new video or I go live

so speaking of live I want to tell you about my big fail okay so I'm very

excited you know on Saturday nights at 9 p.m. Mountain Standard time I want to

you know talk talk to people you know chat with them answer questions about

SEO and web design social media stuff like that and to just build a community

about you know of di wires who are wanting to take control of their own

online success you know you're doing your own SEO you're doing your own you

know WordPress coding or troubleshooting things like that and I was very excited

you know so I put out my first live stream right I'm ready to go I got OBS I

I I don't know if you've ever been to Nick Newman's channel I learned how to

SEP a BS how to do some cool like ticker stuff and I got chat box everything

ready okay looks great and I go live do my do my you know my video and

everything and then it processed and it was horrible it was bad so like my

thumbnail everything's on fire that's basically how I felt I felt like

everything we just went up in smoke and it was a complete waste you know it was

a learning experience and was crazy is that one thing one main thing is is I

have no subscribers K so doing this I have no subscribers I actually didn't

have anybody in the chat room so it's not like anybody really noticed it but I

did gain one subscriber even from a horrible video so just goes to show you

that you know even the horrible video can can help in some way so you know

Nathan if you're out there whoever you are you know I definitely appreciate it

but that's the thing it's just you know it was a complete disaster you know so

this next Saturday hopefully it'll be a lot better because I learned something

and I want to share that tip with you okay so this is the number one tip if

you're you know doing DIY you're doing your first YouTube live session okay

you're going you're getting on YouTube live okay you've already learned about

OBS or maybe you're just streaming this from your phone or whatever and now

you're ready to do YouTube live check your audio okay check your audio sync

more importantly okay so if you can go onto YouTube

and go down and you'll see where under your live event set it to private now go

in and go ahead and film a live session you know private session and then check

your audio sync so what I mean is if you ever noticed that when you watch a video

and somebody's lips don't match up to the words or whatever if you're watching

a gameplay and or you know some I playing a video game and they're talking

about what's going on it's really already happened or hasn't happened yet

because their sync is off you know the audio sync is off and so I did this you

know hour-long video you know I did the transitions everything looked great had

to the subscriber boxes and tickers and everything looked good and didn't

realize that it was completely off the whole time I mean I'm like seconds off

of my speech and it was a disaster and so I want to share that tip with you so

if you're getting on YouTube live for the first time okay you're doing your

first live event your first live stream or even if you're doing this down the

road okay go ahead and Google whatever you need to because I know people some

people are using OBS some are using you know Wirecast or whatever different

things maybe you're using it from your phone or whatever do it do a practice

run okay and just make sure your that mode or whatever unlisted or you

know private mode if it's just for you maybe unlist if you want your friends or

somebody to see it and just make sure that your audio sync is good because

trust me is horrible especially like like with me I mean it was it was Li was

so bad it was so so bad and and so you know you want put you know you want to

put your best foot forward you want to look professional so that's my number

one tip for you is if you are doing YouTube live streams okay make sure your

audio matches your lips it's such a big deal and you know just check your audio

sync I think I'm using OBS and it ended up being I had to set it at 400

milliseconds delay so basically how I do is you know I talked to my mic and it's

going through OBS and then it's going to to youtube you know so there's there's a

delay of course you know going through my you know audio card a video card or

whatever happens there you know horribly bad horrible bit wrong

so take my advice don't don't don't pull Chris don't be me and go ahead and check

your audio so hopefully that helps you and helps you create a great YouTube

live event and make sure you ask me to I would love to see your YouTube live

event so make sure you head over to my website Chris Heidelberg comm send me an

email so hey Chris I'm doing at my first live event ever

will you come hang out I love to week I'll even practice with you so if I'm

the only person in your chat and we're practicing you know you chatting back

and forth or doing whatever I would love to I'd be honored to so definitely a you

know send me an email appreciate so thank you for watch for watching this

video I'll see you in the next one and no matter what I hope that you find

success online offline and in your life take care
